Booking zone. Before it was better when it was booking zone. Now m not enjoying.

Good but can be better. Yes its a good app but They update app at the wrong times so you loose money and they dont pay for server issuses anymore App isnt rider freindly as theres too much clicking required Rider support isnt helpful App is too restricted and no body listens to the thumbs down You cant choose which delivery you wanna do when you have a stack

good butt make more better. in ios why we cannot see the custmer location when the app get new order we just see only restaurent location

Too many issues. Battery drains too fast and causes phone heat up too much. App hangs up while doing delivery.

Needs improvement. Too many bugs. Mostly the app log out by itself many times

Refer a friend section is missing. I can't find refer a friend section in the apps after the updates Can u please make gps which guide us to restaurant and customer?like ubereats?we have to keep changing between google map and rider apps which is wasted alot of time.

Great app but wait times too long. There needs to be a system of communication with restaurants about how long an order will take.. waiting for an order for over half an hour is not a good way to go. Could be doing several orders during that time.

Great. I really like working for this company.

Worst delivery company ever. Worked for more than 2 years for them. They dont care about you. All the changes they did on the system was bad for the riders. It got worse and worse. I dont recommend working for them now

Terrible rider support. The rider support they give is awful. Rider support agents are always want to end the chat without solving the problem. Their only way to solve the problem is remove the order from you. Restaurant pin points are always wrong. If you raise this point to the support they just do one thing remove the order from you and end the chat.

Location issues. I have complained about the location issues so many times but still its not working. I m infront of the restaurant and can’t accept the order. The rider support staff are in a hurry to end the chat as the problem is not solved. Disgusting rider service.

Great Company to work with. Thank you deliveroo. First of all app is really simple and fast. Friendly rider support and company always do work to improve it self by getting feedback from riders.

Poor apps waited like 30 minutes average. Likely when i come to shop to pick up, i saw they didn’t know that was a order come thru. After wasting 30-40 minutes when the other delivery company guy come they get their order first This is happening like 5 out of 10 store ITS LIKE DELIVERO IS ADOPTED SON Uncompareable to other delivery’s companies

Easy to use. This app is very easy to use, it’s very practical

all we need are customer adress before accept the order. As a rider... customer adresss are crucial. From there we can decide wether the job are worth it to be done with the fee that you offer.. im happy to do the job with fee $6 if i know the adress at the first place. Why rider keep reject the long distance order ?because the fee are not relevan..sometime its take 40 min to settle the job but deliveroo only offer 9$ for that... that rediculous...so to overcame this problem.. offer extra fee or tips everytime that order rejected by rider. Just my 2 cent

Fix waiting time and slide for accepting orders. Restaurant waiting times are terrible, can’t understand why don’t you set up like Uber eats..?? And a touch to accept order is more convenient when riding than sliding all the way while looking on road..

... NEw changes are worst. And app got multiple issues. I picked up food from restaurant and almost arrived at customer and it’s unassigned. This happened multiple times and when you ask support for help they say they they can’t find order and end chat. Another sit is you can’t pick up food until you completely inside the restaurant sometimes the map showing location bit away from the actual location then support never work we have to drive extra without any reason to just mark it as picked up Support team never helpful. I stoped using this app till the last update

Waiting charge. Most of the restaurants give faster delivery for Uber eats than any others. It deprives us while wait long for getting food

Unable to update bank account details. App gives an error when I try to change bank details.

Not punctual. I had a delivery from deliveroo and application give directions to another location which is 11km far from original location. And when i was ask for extra money so from customer centre person ask me to finish delivery first and after delivery they are not giving me any proper answers and giving nothing for delivery.

Bad deliveroo app. Now a days deliveroo app is not working fine. I have seen in apple I do not get the job but whenever I try to chat with support they have same copy paste reply. I have seen many got the deliveries in front of me but I did not get the delivery from last 2 3 days. My phone is working fine, Internet is working fine, I am in the zone centre even than not getting the deliveries at least of 1 hour. I am not sure what programme they fixed in their app algorithm. I also send the email but same copy paste reply. Now deliveroo does not care about rider.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I am really happy to be part of Deliveroo riders team, what a company!!! I’m 100% sure they really look after riders, our safety and treat all riders with respect, as well as customers, besides that we have got a on-line chat which makes all the difference for ya, seeing that we can solve problems, answer questions and so on with their friendly rider support always willing to help out. But the main reason to be successful and outstanding company is because Mr Will Shu (Deliveroo Founder) used to be a rider and he knows very well what is to work as rider and difficulties while riding.

Very useful to earn flexibly. Deliveroo, understands it riders. Will get new riders if only it gets busy in that area. So, that existing riders get enough orders. I am happy with their way. It would be even better if deliveroo shows delivery destination while we accept order. It makes us easy to plan the destination while we wait to collect order at restaurant. Earnings are not bad. But would be happy if we get small incentives for waiting at restaurants and traffic.

Come back. I wish deliveroo to come back but I know it’s not going to happen 🥲

Rider support - Australia. I have waited months for a response from support and still waiting. Does anyone respond to emails these days? I have my deliveroo rider kit but still waiting for my account to be activated as you received my police check after it took to long to come back and I had 30 days to reply to reactivate my application as you withdraw it cause of the above reason. I not sure why I am getting no response from rider support as I have two different email addresses for them and responded to both. Can I please get some answers on what is going on?

Map. Map needs improvement.

Interesting. I try to Register more than 6 months for Deliveroo driver , not done. Always keep telling me staff full enough.

Navigation. Can you guys please make see exact address in goofle maps instead of the co-ordinates. It is super annoying, less efficient and irritating for the riders. Thanks

It’s not a job anymore. If you are thinking of starting to work for Deliveroo - don’t! It’s really bad money now. Sometimes less than $10 per hour. All riders I’ve spoken to are stopping soon anyway for their own reasons so they will continue but if you are thinking of investing and buying into this by buying a scooter etc I really suggest you only do this if you have no alternative. They made so many changes recently that it’s obvious the last thing on their agenda is looking after the riders, they come a distant last in their priorities. Sure we were always a number on a spreadsheet to them (that is how these big companies work) but now we are seen as a way to save them money, it’s exploitation at its finest.

Deliveroo. I love deliveroo riding account it work just fine, thanks deliveroo for sending me high quality insulated bags that guarantee a high quality service, I’m doing deliveries with the weekend agreement in the Gold Coast, Surfers paradise and I would love to apply for a full availability account kind regards, -Christian Durham

Deliver drivers. Deliveroo is best to give good amount to riders. I strongly recommend Deliveroo…

Lags lot of features. No distance info for given order Boosts fee says 1.4x but when boost time starts it becomes 1.1x in my area. Even I declined a particular order, same offer comes again and again

Worst experience. Worst experience when restaurant changed address and had to proceed with the order. After arriving at the restaurant the order was not ready and had to wait 30 minutes. The Deliveroo blamed me for the delay and told customer that I was holding the order. It was completely restaurants fault but Deliveroo blamed everything on me. They don’t care about their riders and would insult and humiliate you.

Highly satisfied. Highly satisfied with this app. I am very much happy on using this app. I would like to work more if i get full time account.

Have issues. Log you out when using gps or safari. Keeps giving orders that u had rejected. Battery consumption is huge but that’s to be expected.

Worse customer support. Worse customer support, I’ve tried to change my bank account details for payment but it wasn’t successful. I called support team they told they will contact me in 2 days but not received any call.

Activity. I would mark 5 star if the activity history screen could show the customer's address or at least customer street name

Worst with every update. Developers don’t know anything about deliver an order and just update the app to show something fancy that doesn’t work for us. App is not driver friendly! Please, understand that we can’t use the phone when driving!!!!!

Happy to be a rider. Unlike others due to control on riders in your area, there is no any trafficking of so many riders. So it’s delivery rate is higher and support is quick . Only one thing need to be take in consideration is to provide travelling distance to rider in their invoice.

Location point is wrong. Almost all of the point for customer’s location was wrongly pointed in the map. Need ti fix that. Myself solution to fix this is copy the address, then paste in the google maps. But sometime, when in a hurry. I also forget to copy & paste it. Customer won’t get their order just because rider left their food at the wrong location (for leave at door/contactless delivery) or couldn’t find their location.

Bad App. Location services do not work properly. The pin on the map is always wrong. I have raised this issue several times to the support team but the issue keeps on repeating.

Too many issues to list. The biggest one being - and please take heed and fix this as it’s already been raised within the app - that the customer address is the most important piece of information we need, yet it is in tiny grey font on a white background and the screen glare at night makes it virtually illegible without holding the phone 2 inches from my face. Big usability issues. I have offered my services as a software developer with over a decade of experience but they ignore that also 🙄

Asking for many documents. Other all rideshare and delivery platforms ask for driving license and registration but this application asking for passport, driving license and other secondary identification as well, I don’t want to share my all documents with this app. Very frustrating app

Fees steadily decreasing, 0 orders. We all know how the fees have steadily been decreasing, but since the start of 2020 there is an even bigger problem. Deliveroo has decided to massively increase the number of riders per shift so that nobody makes money anymore. I am making between 0-10d per hour now and can’t make a living. If it doesn’t go back to how it was a fee weeks ago I need to stop working for Deliveroo which would be a shame as it was a great and flexible way to make good money.

Need a job asap. Anyone knows on which area they are recruiting? jobless since 4 months

Performance. User friendly, good regular updates without errors.

Worst Rider Support. The rider support is the worst. Unlike ubereats and menulog You don't get paid if the order is cancelled and if you are halfway to the destination. You don't get paid if you are at the pick up location and after 30 mins wait they cancel it. There is no cancelation fee. You dont get paid for the wait time. And the rider support gives you a link and end the chat. Ubereats and menulog support is always good and pay for everything once you reach the pick up location. Worst service!

Great. Very god earning or app is also very nice

Issue with support team. I have an issue and mailed support team 5 times and haven’t received any reply. And when ever I request call back they cancel it I don’t know why in this situation also we can’t expect this from delivaroo.

Maps need to improve significantly. The maps need to improve significantly. I would recommend to give a look in Uber Eats app and their apps performance.
