They will slowly lose business. I honestly had no complaints up until this very week. When I first started out with PrizePicks it was nice and easy. I enjoyed the individual player props and how you don’t have to be on whole teams or entire games you can just know your stuff on certain players and aspects of your favorite sports. I also loved their promos with matching deposits and upping their winning scales allowing you to win 10x your spread. However this good thing turned sour once their payment method kept changing. At first all you had to do was deposit through the app, then it was if you use Mastercard you must deposit through PayPal with it. I had no problem with either but now all a sudden Mastercard isn’t accepted which takes away money from thousands of users like me that don’t enjoy using 3rd and 4th party apps to deposit and withdraw money. I shouldn’t have to go all around the world just to make a deposit and PayPal doesn’t make it any better. PayPal will have your cards linked but will only accept your entire bank being linked just to add money to PayPal. So now something that was so easy and smooth became a whirlwind just to get money deposited on the app which messes up promos, potential winnings, and timing on your bets. I’m about to walk away from it

It’s like they are watching every pick I make. Bro I literally can’t win even if I wanted to loose. Every time I get a good line up it’s like they watching and they tell the players not to get any rebounds today and they have over 10 rebounds every game but as soon as I pick them they only get one rebound like how is that even possible sorry for the long run off sentence but this is not making any sense!!! If I show you all my loses and we go back and look at the highlights you will see how much they manipulate the game so certain people will do certain things… instead of letting the best players play they sub in other players so that everyone stays are equal!! Even though all players are different some are better than others they will literally loose the game because they don’t want a certain player going over their lines… I know I’m not the only one I’m in a discord and even when I use there help with picks they loose.. ever since I joined the discord the owner doesn’t even win anymore.. then now y’all want to change the layout of the app it seems like y’all just make things harder for us… I’m pretty sure no one will see this but if you are reading this I really appreciate it because I know even though I said all that nothing will change…. App works great just needs to fix a few things!! Read!!. to be honest I’ve been using it for a while now and I haven’t ran into any problems like all the others reviews are saying. it’s definitely not a scam! The most I’ve won on here was 500!!! And I didn’t even have to bet that much money to win that. The second most I won was 125. so they’re definitely not a scam you get your money in the same day. but one thing I wanted to also say was that if your a consistent player they give you free line ups witch also gives you credits and you can use those credits instead of your cash that’s on the app. those are the pros for this app. But the cons are that it sometimes won’t allow me to log back in and I don’t know why that is, and I’d have to reset my password. and what I’ve been noticing is that the “10x” and all that are starting to get lower. It’s like the more you play the less money they give you. and the sad part is that if a player ends up not playing in the game you don’t receive all your money for the bet or a refund. They basically tell you that it is nothing that they can do. So also be aware of that. Other than that the app is great and you do make real cash on it.🙂

Be aware of app issues and customer service.. I’ve been with PP for about a year and some change. Customer service has been little to no help on most occasions when you are having issues with the app. My most recent issue; PP did not display a bet that I submitted. I attempted to restart the app to see if the app accounted for my bet and it did not. I attempted to restart the app a second time, only to see the money is still in my account and there was no bet showing. I figured it did not go through. After restarting the app for a 3rd time, I decided to enter the same exact bet. This time it not only processed my most recent attempt, it processed both bets. Once I noticed the bet was submitted twice (same exact player prop, same amount of money) - which was no longer than 1 minute (the bet was submitted at 9:36pm, my message to customer service was at 9:37pm) - I reached out to PP to let them know what happened. They did not respond until all games were completed on the ticket, stating that they could do nothing about it. This was a system issue that cost me and they seem to not care enough to figure out a solution. Money down the drain. Just deleted my account and the app. If customer service isn’t a priority for you, then sure use this app, but if you experience issues with the app, good luck working with the customer service team.

Scamming app. if I could rate this app as zero stars, I would this company should face legal action and other repercussions because of their own policy that they do not follow and for the fact that they have gained personal information such as legal credentials, bank numbers, or card numbers this company isn’t what they stand for as to even what they stand for on social media. They scam multiple people, and they don’t stand against their own policy. An example as Portugal had verse Denmark, a player named Cristian Erickson had only one shot assisted and he was subbed out via 95 minutes into the game and in the app itself he still only had one shot assisted after about three hours after the game was officially finished. Price picks had changed the stat, but I had already won the lineup in the first place and their policy states even if they do a stat change, the outcome with the lineup will not matter because ones lineup had already won or lost and this company should face legal action and will be taken into legal action. I would love to speak to an official member or person of the committee of this app due to the fact that they standby lies and they can’t even follow their own policy. In all do not use this app at all whatsoever because they will scam you out of your money.

Never had a problem until this week‼️. I loved everything about the app UNTIL I encounter a problem making a deposit via the bank transfer. I contacted the support team and informed them of my issue. They then reset my bank transfer information and told me to wait 2-3 hours and then try again. I did that, but nothing changed. After waiting several hours nothing STILL nothing changed. I wasn’t able to make a deposit. So I took it upon myself to just deactivate my account and attempt to sign up again, in hopes that it would fix the issue. This turned out to be the worst decision ever because after doing that and informing technical support of my decision, they then tell me there’s nothing they can do and “good luck on my future endeavors.” That response would probably be acceptable if I didn’t have an existing pending NBASZN entry (which was currently winning BTW). In conclusion, I was basically told that I wouldn’t be able to use the platform EVER again. The disappointing part is I’ve invited numerous people to enjoy the app too.

Eh. The app started out great. I can’t use DraftKings because of my location, but this app turned out okay—at first. I submitted a few lineups yesterday, won, and withdrew my payout. Today, I submitted a few more lineups. The issues that caused this review: my card kept declining with no explanation. I tried using Apple Pay, my bank cards, and even my checking account—all to no avail. Contacting support was of no help. Two separate agents said that I my card was declining because of my bank card which is Navy Federal, but I’ve exclusively used NFCU the entire time except one payment and used my Chase account for withdrawal. Every attempt to add money resulted in an error message saying too many attempts. It even told me to use online banking, but declined that too. Both agents said they didn’t accept Navy Federal despite 6 transactions using Navy Federal. Nothing I did would allow me to add money. The agent then tried to say that I hit the maximum deposits in a timeframe, but I only did one upload for $100 and then I was trying to do another for $50. What timeframe limits only 2 uploads? She couldn’t even tell me the timeframe except to wait a full 24 hours before trying again. This caused me to miss multiple PGA lineups and the rest of today’s lineups. Extremely disappointing.

They are not the same…... When I first started, price pricks in 2021, prize picks was fun to use, but ever since last year, they are implementing green goblins that don’t even hit their lines or red goblins, which prevents you from betting on the regurlar line. Example (Josh hart 10.5 pts is his regurlar line , but since the line if favored to hit, they implement a red devil or green devil on that player so he never usually hits but those hit his regurlar line”) And they never usually have the regular lines and all their lines are always bumped by more then what the regurlar line was. Another problem is that they don’t put all the players on prizepicks prizepicks just put players that usually benchers and don’t get minuted on the court. or they remove player projections from the app from people betting on the same projection too much, which is something I never experience. An all terrible I can mention underdog is actually pretty good since you can use alternative lines. But yes prizepicks is just basically removing and bumping the lines by like 2 every single time and have bad devils and green goblins. Terrible projections in this app. Mostly everyone goes under because prizepicks puts their lines super high compared to other sport books lol just a heads up and I made over 100k on this app but just mentioning the new flaws they have. Old prizepicks was always better in my opinion just classic.

Never had a problem til this week. I loved prize picks. Loved every bit of it, but trying to get through to their support people is awful. I tried to change my email because for some reason I my email stopped receiving emails from them. Prize picks would say they sent an email, but I would never receive one. I assumed prize picks wasn’t messing up so I contacted my email first, they said there isn’t anyway you’re not receiving them unless they’re not sending it. So I contacted prize picks and asked if they could just change my email. (It says on their app to change email all that is needed is picture of you with ID) So I ask them to change it, they said they can’t change it, I said hmm weird because it said I can change it on the app but whatever, just find a way to send me an email. Well they still couldn’t get an email to send to it, and then about half an hour with talking with the rep, MY ACCOUNT GOT LOGGED OUT. And for some reason the password I used the whole time with my account didn’t work. So now I had a problem because I had a ton of money on the app and I can’t even access my account. So I contact support again, and they still wouldn’t change my email, and since I couldn’t recover emails from them, they say I’m out of luck and can’t access my account because I can’t get a recover password email, because my dang email won’t get any email from them. Just so annoying.

Shady Scammers. so i win an entry right. a 4th quarter bet on lakers & pacers game last night. make my parlay it hits & im watching the game, fast forward, game ends. Check back and my entry is still on there which is normal it usually takes a little bit after gameplay till it goes through. anyways i go to sleep wake up next am & it says “refunded” which obviously i never did refund a bet that had been started it doesn’t even let you do that. So i message the help center & say hey i was supposed to get paid out for winning my entry. Dude is like “oh well sorry to bad it was a “board error.” i’m like what.. & i said i’m sure if i wouldn’t of hit it wouldn’t of been a “board error.” he’s saying it would've been refunded regardless bc if someone was able to make an entry after the period of play has started then it’s an automatic refund… I said if that were the case then it would’ve gotten automatically refunded almost instantly not after the game has ended. That didn’t matter either just “i understand your frustration messages” & the silly thing is i refreshed my prize picks app multiple times before making the entry so the board wouldn’t have a “board error” lol like there was time for the props to be taken down. what an absolute dumpster fire of a way to make it seem like they’re not in the wrong here. smh zero morals.

Widthdrawl. Do not take people money in seconds if u can’t do the same with a withdrawal this is why you see all the other “ biggger” betting apps change to where you get ur money with in seconds ! It’s bad for business and people don’t like it ! So they will go else where ! I deposited a few times finally did a withdrawal and says pending been over 3 days …I shouldn’t have to wait no more then a hour tops !!! So yea I won’t be depositing no more it’s not worth the hassle of waiting ! I use pick 6 draft kings 1st one I did i had it instantly ! Oh and it’s hard to win anyways the green goblins the popular ones almost always loose heck I’ve won on the red demons it’s alway seems to b 1 point off and then ur guy gets takin out the game lol there all in on it ! It’s so obvious do urself a favor and bet on something un popular if ur gonna do use it !! That’s y they highjack stuff out of no where when they realize people have a chance at winning my bf has gone in early a few times then I go to do the same bet and it’s completely gone ! And how about the robot response to everyone for customer support , don’t bother responding ur pre written response to everyone it’s so predictable with all u company’s ! Terrible Service, Don’t Know Their Own Rules. I recently joined Prize Picks and deposited $100, and was matched with a $100 bonus. Great! But Needs a little tweeking. I really do love this app for the most part. The only thing that is very disappointing is that depending on the bet the statistics aren’t kept up in real time. For instance, my Bryce Harper bet was that he would have more than 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI’s. Also, if you do combo bets that the players play on different days, the tracker doesn’t show you how close you are to your bet after the first player finishes. You have to wait until both players are done to get your final tally. This wasn’t just this round of bets, this situation has been the case since I’ve started. Some kept up in real time and others you have to wait until the end for it to refresh. So when betting I’m checking other websites and such to see where I am standing in regards to the bet. Deposits and Withdrawals do not Work. So for the past year I used the App.PrizePicks to use the app, as the app wasn’t available in Canada. I used PayPal, as this was the only way to deposit and withdraw. However, today no deposit methods work. The credit card method requires a Zip Code, which only accepts American Zip Codes. The bank transfer option doesn’t work as there are no Canadian banks. And recently the PayPal option says it’s not available in my State, which is strange as it has been working for the past year. I’m just being honest with you Prize Picks play far too many games when it comes to other people’s money like they put you in a position that other sports books wouldn’t they take plays away from you to try to force you to take place you don’t wanna play I’ve seen it happen. They tried it with me. They pause picks for far too much. and I have no problem with that, but my problem is why not just keep them off the board cause I do a lot of life place and one thing about them is they don’t want you to have a player. They will pause that player for a whole half if not the whole game he’ll be up there, but he’ll be paused. You can’t touch him. That’s childish. Just take them off the board you know and then I’ll open them up for 30 seconds, and when you go to make the slip, they’re paused again when you go to put the money in. These people they’re horrible with that, really horrible and you’ll never get a fair shake on a live play not with them. Your best bet is to go to underdog for the live plays cause these dudes. Whoever is running the table are cutthroat they’ll cheat you they manipulate the game manipulate the plays . I’m telling you be very careful with this platform.

First off my partner and I both bet and I wasn’t able to withdrawal my funds as it said my account was liked already….. to his yes because we share an account. So they blocked my account and kept my funds till I verified who I was then said I can either leave my funds with them & not get them or make a whole other bank account to withdrawal. Then if you make a whole other account you have to PAY MORE MONEY to PrizePicks….PLAY that money with NO exceptions even if you lose it. AND THEN you can withdrawal the old funds. THATS OUTLANDISH AND RIDICULOUS!!!! All to just get paid. After an hour of chatting while being transferred to 6 people in an hour without knowing I was FINALLY told a check could be mailed in 14-17 days if needed. This is such a scam and so many rules. There is better betting apps to spend money on so at the end of the day JUST DONT use this one. The headache isn’t worth it. Even my partner deleted the app after this mess. I’d give -12 stars if I could!

Anyone else?. I have been trying to apply my free 3 play parlay for a couple days now and it finally almost let me apply it for the Celtics game yesterday but would not let me submit, and of course those player props hit. Also, it signs me out and freezes my app after I’m suggested to reset my password because it doesn’t remember I’ve been signed in this entire time. Moreover, it never actually changes my password so I’m stuck on a reset password loop currently. Same app as Betr or vice versa and a bit predatory considering you can’t pick a team to win, or a single player to win and more props on your parlay does not increase your payout you just increase your chance of getting the flex play. Who is the Sportsbook? Where do they get their lines from? Lastly the odds for the red is comically bad. There is no relativity to the numbers they choose. Ex. Why is red line for lebron 50 points and the green 22.5. Lebron hasn’t had a 50 pt game since March of last year.

Email problems. I’ve never left a review on an app before and never had a problem with prizepicks until today when I tried to have my email changed due to having a work email and no longer working for the former employer. I worked for a small clothing brand for about 3 years, doing marketing for them and they didn’t have a domain for like emails but we all had managed emails sort of like the g suite with google except i had a yahoo email. and they said since it was a regular email even though i explained i no longer had access they would not change my email, i gave them my id and everything which i don’t understand why after verifying your identity why they can’t just change the email even if it wasn’t a school or work email but i spoke with like 4 different people and they would stop responding each time without notice after saying that i was basically out of luck because they couldn’t change my email. and now i have a bunch of money just sitting because i can’t withdraw without the otp.

Deceiving payout system PLEASE READ.. So to start let me just say that I have been to legal casinos and engaged with traditional sports gambling books. The way Vegas and other institutions operate is a risk-reward system. i.e. if you place a 5$ bet and you win, you will recover your initial $5 and in addition you will receive your payout. With this app, placing a $5 bet means that the initial $5 is kept by the house even if you win. This makes the odds absolutely atrocious. On the simple and most reliable bet type (3 player flex play) the odds of hitting a wining bet are 50/50. A classic bet on 50/50 should have an average payout of about $4.50. Because this app keeps your initial bet money the average payout on a 50/50 bet is $1.25 🤢. Imagine if I offered you a coin flip where a loss equals -$5 and a win equals +$1.25. The worst part is they don’t even have to use this system. If they respected the risk-reward system where you receive your initial bet back it would still average only +$3.75 for a win. For those lost with my math and my numbers just know this. The odds are so bad that you most likely WILL NOT recoup your initial invest, even with the promo matching your initial deposit.

PrizePicks. Good betting app overall but there’s things that needs to be fixed. You have to chat only through messages with an agent. They don’t tell you that certain banks have problems depositing money. My navy federal bank that I used for the app , they wouldn’t accept it, it would say error when processing adding money to the account but they would still take the money out of my bank. It happens multiple times. After speaking to an agent they told me to stop using Bank of America or start using PayPal and Apple Pay to deposit. What if you don’t use those ? Why is there a place on the app stating it takes that bank but when you deposit money it says error and won’t add money to the PrizePicks account but will still take from your bank and just tell you there’s nothing they can do, just wait 1-5 business days to get your money back, and you all know how long that can actually be , 5th day. This did not only happen to me once but twice. I was a new user and never got to use it because of this. Good sports odds and layout I believe but there are problems with things that shouldn’t happen that hasn’t been fixed still.

Prize picks value. I think prize picks is a reliable app to make money by putting very little in a deposit and winning in very big amounts depending on the plays you make. It also helps you get more engaged into sports games and get more of a feel of watching games on a daily basis to see how certain athletes are performing each game . I've requested so many people to this app not only for the 25 dollar promos but so they can also have an opportunity at winning big in money. The help center is truly very helpful towards betters on this app in case of a mistake or minor error in the numbers and if a player is injured or not playing. I really enjoy the power plays and flex plays a lot as well mainly because if you do power and you get all right it's great payout but if it's flex and you miss one or two then it's still redeemable to make another bet and try and profit off more money.

WATCH OUT - not what you think. I don’t normally write reviews but after using for a bit, I learned that this is as close to a legal scam as it gets. Before doing anything, know that they force you to risk every dollar you deposit. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MORE THAN YOU WANT TO PLAY RIGHT THEN. Once you deposit it, you don’t get it back. You can only withdrawal winnings and they make it very difficult to withdrawal. In casinos, you can at least cash out whenever you want. Here you have to bet everything you’ve deposited before you can even attempt a withdrawal. Second, they only offer certain bets with certain players, ones with the best chance that you’ll lose at least one bet. It shouldn’t be a surprise, but they’re very carefully chosen to make sure no matter how you pick, you will be wrong once. And once is enough to lose everything you bet. Best bet is the minimum amount of players they allow. Don’t do the large number of players. Don’t deposit more than you want to play that moment. Just don’t bother with this sucker bet at all. You won’t win and if you do, any withdrawal will be made as difficult and time consuming as possible. Then, hopefully, you will give up trying and just keep playing it until it’s gone.

Issues (updated). Go use literally any other Sportsbook. Took months to verify my account and finally was told it was denied and they can’t tell me why…. I never had an issue with Underdog so I am happily taking my money back to them. Wanted to try something different but between the amount of time it took and the lack of response from any support at ALL, I will not being using PrizePicks. Contact me and get this fixed and I’ll gladly change my rating. Update: After contacting experience@ I was connected with a gentleman named Davis and he was wonderful. Extremely quick and helpful with getting my access and account restored as it should’ve been originally. Because of him alone I am changing my score from 1 to 4. Poor customer service. I’ve never done sports bets before and this app has completely ruined that for me. I haven’t been able to verify my ID, I’m over 18 and believe I live in a state that allows it, at the very least I have multiple friends who live in the same city as me and are verified. I tired submitting my ID and I failed once, I try again with different photos thinking maybe it was poor photo quality or something, I am denied again, I try once more and when I sent the first photo I was immediately denied, they didn’t even say to send a second photo like they usually do. Customer support is useless because they won’t disclose how their verification process works, and on top of that I kept getting the same guy for the customer service! If I have issues and the first guy didn’t resolve it why would he somehow be of help the second or third time?! At this point I think My account is on auto deny and googling this issue just shows Reddit threads where nobody seems to have solved the issue. They give no information after denial and can’t tell you if there’s any recourse or anything I can do to become verified. Very upsetting and I’ll warn my friends from using the app at all if this is how poor the customer service is.

Bait and switch. I joined just before Christmas 2024 and everything was going well. I was doing well until I cashed out some funds. I ran my cash account up to $305 and I only put in $25. Well I cashed out $205 and then my referral bonus went from $50 to $25. Then tonight they announced a promo that is basically a free pick. Everyone got to pick if Kevin Durant would score over .5 points in tonight's game. Well I choose that option and two other bets. Prior to me hitting the submit button it said Kevin Durant over .5 points. I risked $25 to win $52. Well once I hit submit the Kevin Durant pick went to over 26.5 points. I tried messaging customer support which took 20 minutes to get a response and they said I had only 5 minutes after placing a bet to get it looked at. Well what do you think happened. My two other picks won and Kevin scored 19 points which caused me to lose. I have screen shots to prove all this and after sending those screenshots there only response was sorry this is not the result you wanted....thanks for understanding. Again total bait and switch. Absolute waste of time. So I tried to open an account it got approved I verified my email when they sent it to my email address right away but then when I tried to login I had nothing but problems because the app wouldn’t let me access the account that I had opened minutes ago no matter what I tried I even changed the password almost 10 times before reaching out to customer service and I had to validate my Identification which they accepted and it said it was successful accepted then i get told for reasons they refuse to share they have denied my account keep in mind I never have had this app I’m of legal age and they operate in the state I’m in I offered to upload a different from of ID being my social and I was told they aren’t able to help me and wished me luck but didn’t even bother to explain anything to me at all and sent be back to the bot instead of acknowledging anything I said. withdrawal process. i had tried to put 40 dollars into the app but had mistakenly put 100, which i had no problem with because i knew there was a way to withdraw the money. when doing so i found out i had to do a play through amount of 25 dollars which was no biggie because i had planned on using 40. when using my 25 i hit and the total credits i had was 270 dollars so i submitted a withdrawal. first one fail, second one failed, third one failed and just right now i was told by their lousy support group that i could try again so when doing so it showed it tried to take 270 from my account rather than place it in and when i messaged the support guy he said my bank info was wrong and to do it again, right when i did so my withdrawal request got instantly denied. now they’re trying to claim i have a new play through amount of 75 dollars. i don’t care about no play through amount of 75 they can take it out i just want my 75 plus the 75 i earned off the 25 dollars i put in and they’re giving me the run around of why the money can’t be put into my account. once the issue is solved which i doubt it will be dude to this being a WEEK long process i’ll no longer be using prize picks.

Scam app! Believe the bad reviews. Thankfully I just lost $10 and not more.. Keeps saying I need to verify my email but it never sends me a link to my email to verify my account! Basically lost the money I deposited because I can’t even get back into my account. This app is a ripoff. Their customer service talks you in circles and never resolves your issue. Don’t give this app any of your money. If you do you’ll lose it and not get it back. I got in the app originally and deposited $10 and entered contests and when I went to check on them I went to login to my account and get a popup saying I need to verify my email but they never send the email for me to verify! Their customer service was no help at all and said I couldn’t be refunded because I entered in contests. But even if I win I can’t access the money because I’m locked out of my account because they never send me the email to verify my account. Kind of weird since I was able to get in the app successfully at first and even enter in contests. Then I was logged out and can’t get back in. DON’T INSTALL THIS APP.

Never refunded. I really wish I didn’t have to give this app such a low rating because I love the app and the way it’s structured. However, my first experience with prize picks was a horrible one. It started this Sunday, I tried to make a deposit on prize picks, the app said my deposit failed and to try again with a different payment method and so I used a different card and that worked. Being as though the initial deposit failed I didn’t think prize picks took any money. Well I went to check my account and prize picks definitely took money out of my bank account even though they said the deposit failed. I contacted support and they said it would be refunded in 1 to 4 business days. Here we are 4 business days later and I have not been refunded my money. Support is no help at all, they’re not even attempting to help me in any way. Their telling me it’s my banks fault even though prize picks is the one who wrongfully took money from my account and didn’t return it. When contacting support they don’t even want to right their wrongs, they won’t compensate their customers for the mistakes made by their company. This is quite the financial inconvenience for me and prize picks is doing nothing about it

Great App, Horribly Managed. I have been playing on this app for over 5 months and can honestly say that the team running it is irresponsible, unhelpful and they have demonstrated that they lack innovation. Player props have to be inputted manually, and frequently this isn’t done until late morning PST. This means most users can’t place their boards for days with early games or they do with little time for the user to research and make precise picks. This not only significantly impacts the user experience but hurts their bottom line in revenue. Additionally, they don’t have live scoring for some sports (specifically baseball) and they don’t appear to be trending towards getting that on the app. Without going much longer, I would encourage anyone considering downloading this app to drift towards FanDuel or practice some patience and simply wait for sports betting in your state to become legal as the experience will be significantly better for you.

Honestly feel disrespected haha. Idk if it’s jus me, or if the customer service on this thing thinks your slow. I’ve messaged these people multiple times asking why at one point my pick was projecting that it had made its mark (went above what it said when selecting more) then it said it didn’t.. when it specifically says in the rules “not based on points like fantasy leagues.” Meaning there’s nothing it can do if they get flags, or fouls! Not only that they “demon and goblin” projections are rarely even realistically attainable. It don’t matter how many times you play, it’s not a numbers game with this gamble. You have better luck putting your money into a slot then into this scam of an app. No bonuses.. no free entries. I put in shame of saying this thousands into this app already. No free plays, no give backs no take backs haha they also say I’ve won 72 times.. that’s where they’re basing there numbers when telling people how much they’ve paid out… which is cool right! Unlesss you telling me when I pay 20$ on a bet, I win 8$… isn’t a fawking win in my opinion… I lost… 12$ how is that a win? Stop lying to people!

Do not use Apple Pay. My first experience with this app has been terrible. First off, I thought it would be convenient to use the Apple Pay feature when I deposited money to place bets, money deposited into account, I placed my parlays, won a parlay. As I went to withdraw money, the app refused because I still had money I didn’t use to bet with(strange but whatever), so as I went to use that money left in my prizepicks bank, I went to withdraw money and my only option was online banking. The payroll company they use(Aeropay) to withdraw earnings does not support my bank for whatever reason and I am unable to withdraw money. The FIRST rep I spoke to was very dismissive with my issue and chose to blame the issue on using Apple Pay and advised me to deposit MORE money with a debit card so I can withdraw the same way. As I went to deposit more money, it said the transaction failed but it still took the money from my account. The second rep I spoke with told me my account has to be reverified and I spent the entire night waiting on reverification just for it to still not allow me to deposit with my debit card, it took more money and my earning are still sitting on the app til this day

Very glitchy lately. For a year I have played prizepicks with no problems and lived to refer others. Today I have had to message support twice and only got a response to 1 as of now. They settled the stat as a loss when it was not. The rep told me they checked stats and their sources ensure they are correct and he got 0. After arguing and getting no where, I end the chat. After a hour, they resolved the bad stat and put his at 2, in which I was arguing. Same day very next stat, same category he needed 2.5 and got 3. It showed as a win then they took it back and said 2. Idk whom their sources are but as a person whom listen to the commentators he won the break point and match at the same time. Still waiting for a response that they are not wrong. Same day but next a game is playing and the guy has 2 as I’m watching. Prize picks has him at 2, but then states the game hasn’t started yet, now m I’m wondering if they are going to try and cheat me there too! Idk if it’s a new update or what but this experience alone makes me want to take my money to a different app.

FAKE 5-Star Reviews / Poor Support. If you take time to scroll the reviews, you’ll see that they are similar to the point where you realize they are fake and most likely from the actual company. Not sure how apple can regulate this so they’re able to pump out huge amounts of 5 star reviews. With that said, this app is a 1 star. My account could not be verified before even completing the sign up process. When you try to contact support, you never get a person but instead get a message stating they couldn’t verify your account and they can’t tell you why. Which doesn’t make any sense because you can’t rule out an error on their end which this clearly is. If you wait a few days, I’m sure you’ll see the developer response to this review with a generic response of “can’t indulge blah blah blah”. If there was any indication of a flag to stay away from gambling your money on this app, the poor customer service should be it. I truly hope this reviews is seen by many and you stay far away from this app. There’s no telling what a company that can do this kind of stuff without any real explanation can do with your money if they aren’t already screwing you with the odds as some users have reported.

Amazing app !. This app is so good. It's also safe and not to risky as well! Overall this app is great! I have have used other apps like PrizePicks for a while (mostly fanduel) before I was recommended this by my cousin and let me say I am not disappointed at all. First of all there are way more things you can pick on like esports, golf and cricket just to name a few aside from more mainstream sports as such as baseball, basketball, football, soccer etc. PrizePicks also has many promotions that you can take advantage of as well as taco Tuesday which lets you get a discount on the picks you place making them easy to hit. (At least most of the times) One of my favorite things about the app is that there is a supported discord that allows you to engage with the community and learn about some sports you may not have the best knowledge of.

Worst app. Ok first off this app has got to be a scam . My husband made a account two days ago and uses his CHIME VISA card to load his account and with draw . He was winning and it looked fun so I downloaded the app to play too and that’s when the bill crap started. First off I make the account and load money with my chime card immediately it says the card is in use with another account (funny how I’ve never used this app or any betting app with this card in my life!) and then just takes my funds…. I then reach out to customer chat support which seems to be the only way to even reach anyone. I speak with Joseph who is uneducated and unhelpful about the company he claims to work for. He states that the app doesn’t except chime. Well we know that to be a lie because look at my husband using his chime Visa card to add and withdraw money . After telling him that he states oh we made a switch and are now not expecting chime, so your telling me in the last two days you have stopped excepting chime which is a Visa card? ….. anyway I have yet to see my money back and have reported the app to apple. I would not risk this app and the reviews are so fake you can tell to many of them are the exact same wording.

Falsely accused me of something and they banned my account. I had made an account and verified my email like asked, I invited my mom to the app and she also verified her email. When I went to withdraw my winnings wit which wasn’t much they needed further verification but they flagged my account and said I was in violation of their terms without explanation. My account was later deactivated and so was my mom’s. I’m guessing bec we live at the same address and our emails are similar that they thought we were the same person. We both made appeals where we provided our bank card info and selfies with our drivers licenses-they don’t give the option to explain anything and they decided after weeks that my account was deemed at fault. I tried messaging their live support to get an explanation and they refused to reply, asked for a actual number to call and they didn’t have one so I sent another email and they refused to give an answer or look further into it. So they kept my money and now I’m banned for something I didn’t even do. I can’t even make a report.

Prize Pick. I love PrizePicks for so many reason. One of the first reason is that their costumer support is super helpful secondly they have a wide variety of options to choose from so many people can have a great time off this app these are some of the many reason why I love this app it makes watching sports way more exciting you can mix and match and pick on different players from different sports to watch it’s a app that allows you to make all type of parlays based on a player performance another fun fact you can use this app in multiple different states one more thing about there customer service they don’t keep you waiting at all they will get back to you with any questions less then 5 minutes every time not just with a bot but a live person this app is 10/10 for sure and you wouldn’t regret it at all. Support wasn’t helpful when the app placed a duplicated bet by error.. I have loved using PrizePicks and haven’t had any issues until Dec 27. Due to an error with the prize picks app today, a lineup and bet I made were DUPLICATED and placed only to be noticed later, far after the 5 minute window for cancelling. I attempted to immediately contact support with not response for hours. After the games were already played tonight, (the bet had lost by the way), I was finally contacted by PrizePicks support. I explained the situation and was met with the fact that there's nothing that can be done for this situation as there are rules that have to be followed that the application enforces. This was not a user/member (me) error, as I have placed many bets on the app without issue, but today the lineup submission page glitched and submitted the same lineup twice with the same amount betted. All I wanted was the duplicate bet to be refunded and take my loss on the original bet as necessary. Zero assistance or "understanding" or investigation into what might have happened with the application.

Prize Picks is great. I can absolutely say that Prizepicks has created the most entertaining Fantasy Sports gaming experience in the history of modern sports. In fact, I would go as far to say that Prizepicks will absolutely take over the entire Fantasy Sports industry within the next five years. They have concocted an industry breaking experience that consistently creates a massive level of excitement for their members. Prizepicks boasts having some of the most loyal members in the entire Fantasy Sports Gaming community, and just one game with Prizepicks will explain everything I am talking about. Prizepicks has changed the industry forever, their impact has begun now but will flourish forever. Seriously, other competitors really do not compare when it comes to Prizepicks. Believe me, this company has is fundamentally based on keeping those involved content and happy. All the employees are incredibly nice, and all of the members are immersed in the community. Beware they are scammers. I was started to actually like the app until I used a promo which was a protection bet of up to 10$ and even I know I had lost but it was only 1 out of the 3 hockey players that didn’t hit so I got 2 right which was Vince dunn and Morgan frost which I just needed 1 shot on goal for each but in the line up it shows that Morgan frost didn’t have a shot on goal when the stats says he had 3 so basically y’all just made it where I lost the whole bet and just put the last 10$ into the promo n that’s fine but don’t freakin lie n say that Morgan frost didn’t hit just looks bad tbh that’s ok tho I only put 10$ the most so far n won about 74$ and I just requested a withdrawal for it to my bank which I better get cause I have a really good lawyer n got no problem going to court for it me And when I do get it I will delete this app and inform my friend who I mentioned it to , to also delete it immediately before prize picks takes his money so any one having the time to read this please stay away from this GREEDY SHADY APP thanks .

Disappointing Experience with Account Verification. Unfortunately, I’ll never get to experience what PrizePicks has to offer due to an issue with their automated verification system. Despite several attempts to get started, I was denied access, and the reasoning behind this denial remains a mystery. The support team’s response was that “they don’t know” why the system denied me, which is both frustrating and disheartening. This lack of clarity and assistance from customer service has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere, specifically to Underdog and Betr, where I hope to find a more straightforward and welcoming user experience. While I had high hopes for PrizePicks, this initial obstacle has unfortunately soured my view of the platform. I sincerely hope that my feedback, along with that of others who may have faced similar issues, will prompt PrizePicks to implement necessary changes to their verification process. Ensuring a more user-friendly and transparent system would greatly improve the experience for new users looking to join their platform.

Positive review. I've never done sports bets before and this app has completely ruined that for me. I haven't been able to verify my ID, l'm over 18 and believe I live in a state that allows it, at the very least I have multiple friends who live in the same city as me and are verified. I tired submitting my ID and I failed once, I try again with different photos thinking maybe it was poor photo quality or something, I am denied again, I try once more and when I sent the first photo I was immediately denied, they didn't even say to send a second photo like they usually do. Customer support is useless because they won't disclose how their verification process works, and on top of that 1 kept getting the same guy for the customer service! If I have issues and the first guy didn't resolve it why would he somehow be of help the second or third time?!

App issues. Have had several instances where I apply for promotions and meet all the requirements and then don't get my funds appropriately. When I contact staff about it they act like I am dumb and haven't used the app for years with little to no problem. After all the money I have given through this app you would think they would be helpful and try to work it out but no, it is always the customers fault. Awful customer service, plenty of other apps that don't have these technical issues. PrizePicks responded to this saying I must've not done it correctly, but I have done this a lot and have messed up before so now I double check everything before I place it. The problem was it didn't say "protected play" at the top after I placed it. But when I first opened the app I applied the flex friday promo and then made my picks according to their outlines. Then their promo didn't apply and somehow it is my fault? After I opted in when it popped up on my screen? After I double checked to make sure I was following the guidelines? Scammers. Support team on the app always says customer is wrong and that is not always right.
