Worts company. Find another company, my experience with them was horrible, the app not work properly and the customer service dont even know what they do. I was trying to solve a simple things as activating the debit card they sent me for a complete day and was never activated. They asked me to do the same thing 4 times at the moment i decide to dont waste my time any more, because if they dont know how to fix a simple problem like that one, i cant trust them my company money. Dont waste your time and find another company

Customer service. Their customer service is very good, and they resolve issues really quick.

Signing up an account takes months!. If you can hold out for it, Revolut has some amazing functionalities. But you will need to invest 10+ hours spread out over months to complete the application process. Still, no software or software company is perfect, and I’m happy I tried it. The staff are really nice even if they can’t solve your CS issue.

Terrible experience, it’s a joke. It’s impossible to create account, and I’ve waited almost 3 weeks, send tons of documents and only thing you will hear “we need to wait for the response from relevant team”. It’s a joke. Stay away

Used to be good, now it’s not.. I’ve been a customer since 2015 and investor in Revolut since 2017. I was a big believe and advocate for the longest time. Love what they’re trying to do. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lackluster experience in the past 2-3 years with support and account usage that I would no longer suggest then further. I dreamed of a world where Revolut was the main banking option, but don’t see that possible and will no longer recommend them to others.

Better than you brick and mortar bank. I had some initial problems with the approval process, but once sorted it has been great. You feel that a software company made a bank and not the reverse. The only disappointment has been relatively high fees to make international payments with the card. All else is both price and performance excellent. If you like Wise, you will also like this.

Merchant Account. By all means, avoid opening a Merchant Account with Revolut Business. We used our account for our first transaction with our first customer, and we haven’t been able to withdraw funds after two months from our first request. Revolut’s answer has been that Merchant Accounts can only be used with e-commerce websites, which we have yet to develop, but this was never pointed to us when they allowed us to receive payment. The answer we get from chat agents from the Business Support team is the Merchant account group has a significant backlog of issues. Think twice before relying on this service.

Best App and Card. I think this is one of the best of it kind on the market! The App is user friendly and the product and services are second to none!

Do not get!. Literally the worst banking experience I’ve ver had as the company clearly doesn’t allow customers to interact with a real human either via Zoom or via phone and forces all interactions to a super painful experience through a chat. This has been the experience consistently with Revolut for years without any change. If your banking is critical to your business I recommend going with anyone else who allows you to deal with real humans in case any problems occur.

They wont cover if your money gets stolen. I got more than 140 transactions within 7 hous at mid night total of $4500I contacted customer support in the morning l, they said the transactions were still pending that the system would cancel it, the transactions never got cancelled, now they said those transactions were not fraudulent, the transaction were made from a merchant called Cosmote, all google reviews says that company steal peoples money from their bank. Just make sure to keep the least amount of money in revolut because if your money gets stolen they will not cover for it, complete disappointing.

A new business will be denied and day response times. With a normal bank when you’re a new business you can open up a bank account with proof of incorporation, EIN or social. With Revolut they literally want invoices and bills from previous months before you open up your first business Revolut account. You seeing the issue here? As a brand new business that is starting out how can you give them bills and previous invoices if you are just starting as a new business. Well you can’t because you are starting a business account with Revolut so you can invoice and pay bills. And there is the issue. I wish they had on their website that if you are a new business you won’t be able to use them. Even if you have all of the right documentation. It also takes them a day to get back and they have generic responses which makes it even more frustrating. Over all an extremely unprofessional company.

Worst corporate bank EVER. Revolut for business is absolutely dangerous to use if you are a business. The can unilaterally freeze your account and hold your funds for as long as they like. You cannot speak to anyone but can have a series of inane bot text conversations which tell you absolutely nothing. They won’t provide a legal contact if you ask, so your lawyers cannot help you much. Your money is basically theirs…they simply refer you to their GT&Cs if you protest. PLEASE be very very careful if you use them!!! The are the absolute worst.

They are really lacking in customer service. Signed up now over a week ago for Revolut business and had to reach out to THEM yesterday as my account is still not active. They said it is technical difficulties and I should have my account activated in three hours yesterday. Still not active today. Instead of apologizing and offering anything to smooth over the situation they simply took no accountability and blame it on technology. Pathetic excuse for the lack of customer service. If my account is not active today I will be taking my money and business elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service in history!. They should lay off and replace every member of customer service at this bank. How these people are in business still is beyond me. Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of business.

Bad customer service. Our business account was closed and the statements filed they sent to me via email and told me I could access it using date of birth of the account holder isn’t working. There is practically no way to reach support since the account is closed. We need to access our account statements 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Awesome bank for business. Revolut is one to watch out for as they are gaining traction here in the US. Their individual accounts boast great perks and their comparability with Apple Pay right out the gate is extremely helpful. Now, with the business accounts they give the same great service and ease of use as the individual accounts. I have switched from my old bank account to Revolut because I know this bank is just getting started with features and perks for their members. And to top it all off, their customer service team is prompt, polite, and ready to answer any questions I have had since becoming a member.

Great banking. I really love the app and ease of use and tools. The APR for savings account is the best I’ve seen out there. I wish the monthly fees for premium or added metal card were cheaper. Seems odd to pay extra monthly for a metal card instead of a one time fee or a flat annual charge.

Absolute incompetence. If I could leave a zero star review I would. This company was “unable to verify my identity” for my sole proprietorship even though I provided both my passport and my SSN. The on boarding process was confusing and while the customer service agent was polite, he was clueless as to how his own process worked and kept directing me to look for links/buttons that didn’t exist. I wasted two hours trying patiently to provide the requested information to no avail. If this company can’t get their own on boarding/ customer identification process to work I wouldn’t trust them with my money. I ultimately cancelled my application and took my business elsewhere. I recommend you don’t wait your time.

They deactivated my account only few days after opening. I’m so disappointed by this bank it was referred to me by a trustworthy person! I applied sent all the paperwork I was approved they open my account then shipped my card . I funded my account with my external bank account ach same day transfer they couldn’t find the transaction. Then after 3 days the transaction posted and they reversed it . Then I chat with customer service saying that my account was under review then today I get an email saying they closing my account and won’t tell me the reason why ! This is ridiculous I’m so mad because I closed my other account and I had to update all my clients and vendors with this new account number and now I have to start all over ! DO NOT USE THIS BANK !

Beware of this scam. This is a complete scam. I opened an account about a year ago and chose the “free” plan. I did not use the account and had not logged into the account for several months. I found out today (Sept 14) that in July my account was “upgraded” to a paid account and I was being charged $40 a month. I did not upgrade the account nor did I authorize Revolut to upgrade my account. I had not even logged into my account for several months. I contacted Revolut and their overseas customer service did not help at all. This is a scam and they should be avoided at all cost.

Do not open company account here. I open company account, I start work and o have big amount of transactions, in 2 week there are block my account and hold my money more then one month, I send message to support, there are tell me we work on it, and do not tell me why there are block. I made complains there do not replay to me.

Don’t waste your time.. Good luck validating your freelance business. They require proof of business, which I provided, and document after document was rejected without explanation. Website, proof of government registration, portfolio, client contracts…nothing sufficed. I contacted customer support to get more information. I then received a notification that they wouldn’t open a business account for me and the decision was final - still without providing any details as to why. Total waste of time.

Better than Regular Banks. This app is incredible. The fact that you can create unlimited bank accounts with each having their own (a) Routing and (b) Account numbers is SO VALUABLE when it comes to running a business online. Regular banks charge you $10/mo to do that.

Unreliable and un-American. Don’t get fulled by all the good reviews. They will freeze and terminate your account out of the blue without any explanation. Can’t be trusted or relied upon as your main banking provider. You are better of with Mercury or Brex.

Bad to worse🤦🏾‍♀️. I’ve struggled with the user interface and other weird glitches of this app from the beginning but always gave it the benefit of the doubt. Now I suddenly can’t use it at all. The last few times I’ve tried to login it has said I can’t use it on a jailbroken phone. Nothing has changed. I didn’t do anything to my phone except the most recent updates. I still get notifications but when I click on them I get that message. This is a terrible way to run a business banking account. Thank goodness I’ve stopped keeping my money in the account and just use it as a depot for paying off other bills. Hopefully, this error will be amended soon or I’ll have to bank somewhere more convenient

Do not depend on this app. This app / bank is absolutely unreliable and bizarre. I started a new business and was using the app regularly for my day to day banking needs. This morning I received a totally random message saying that my app was to be closed and that I had 90 days to move my funds. This is unbelievably disrupting. I currently have invoices out to my clients with my Revolut account details. Do not use this company as your main account to start a business with.

Top financial system for business. Great app!!! Love it. Would give 5 if it had all the possibilities the app gives me on my private account, but still is probably the best Fintech app out there at the moment. Please add top up payments and counter party registration to the app! Also labels for the cards would be helpful they are not displayed in the card section and I don’t know which are which.

Run run run. Please check out their Twitter page of the amount of users who have had issues with this so-called bank closing their accounts. I can’t believe I even suggested for people to download this app lol. Run run run or else you are going to be hungry like me looking for your next meal because a horrible financial institution that outsource his customer service. I didn’t have any issues until recently when I inquired about missing funds. I came across the Twitter page and I saw that so many people had the same issue and was locked out of their accounts for six months to a year. Run run run! The made me pay €75 for a metal card and the same services thats offered with their free service. It is the same customer support nothing priority about it and you don’t actually get all the other things that it says it is included.

Best banking app.. Revolut has the best banking app period. I’ve used around 20 different banking apps and I can definitely say Revolut is the best. Apart from the sleek interface, I love the app-first approach. You can do everything in the app, and you don’t have to go to the website for anything (or have to call). The transaction reports you can generate are great. Especially the ability to filter in the past as much as you need - most banks will only allow a limited period. There’s also the possibility of immediately adding a newly ordered physical card to the Wallet, without having to wait for the card to arrive first. You get notifications for everything, they are instant and work great. This might sound strange in 2022, but believe me there are apps that either don’t send notifications for every activity, or they don’t work, or they are delayed by hours. I could go on. The only thing I am not so thrilled with is the support. It is slow, but if you have patience and provide what it’s requested, it usually gets resolved. Support is definitely not great, but then again, in the banking world, I don’t think there is such thing as great support, unfortunately. I definitely recommend Revolut to anyone living in the year 2022 who needs modern banking.

Where traditional banks make life unnecessarily complicated with their legacy systems and dated processes, Revolut simplifies everything with best in class technology, product and customer service to match. Their handling of a changing EU operating/regulatory environment (Brexit) and subsequent communication was equally as professional and pain free. I will never go back. Keep it up Revolut. Fantastic work.

No receipt upload. It doesn’t look like it’s possible to upload receipts to transactions. Very critical requirement for a business account

Best bank for my biz. This online bank is awesome for my business, I get the official currency exchange rates and can easily get and control cards for my employes. Great job Revolut!

Great money application. Good money sending and receiving application easy to use and get validated professionally

Makes you sign up, send ID then tells you not available. If this is not available in peoples countries, the app should say so art the point when the country is selected. Not make you go through all the extra ID checks and hoops and then after tell you “Sorry, not available” I consider it a security risk to provide ID when it’s not required so am not happy about this. I suggest they change the app to abort at the point of country selection.

App doesn’t work. Business purchase for flights and subscriptions require the app to authorize. But it bugs out on login. So you can’t even finalize the transaction without logging into the app, but the app doesn’t let you login. If you’re buying time sensitive purchases like flights, every day delayed can cost you. If you can’t buy business tools timely you lose money. They respond pretty quickly but you still need to login to see the message. And it’s complicated because you have to put the password every time, then receive an email and confirm before logging in. Then they log you out automatically after 5 min. On top of this, Revoluts business app on iPhone bugs out on login so you waste all your time from signup to purchase authorization for nothing.

5 hours with customer service to update phone number. No ability to talk with someone on the phone. Hard to find the chat app for help. I just spent 5 hours on the chat trying to update a simple item. Revolut does not value their clients time.

Been trying to set up my business account for a month.... The tech support is a complete joke. No phone number or email contact and only help that users’ can get is through live chat on the app, which is useless if you’re running into glitches with the mobile platform itself. Huge fan of neobanks in general but my customer experience with this product has been terrible so far.

Opening account can take weeks if not months. They treat smaller accounts like peasants. Going through KYC after you’ve provided all the information can take weeks, if not months. Customer support agents keep giving you vague answers about the timelines. If you don't upgrade to the enterprise plan, there is no hope of getting your account approved in a reasonable time. Better off banking with your local provider.

Can’t even see the balance of your business account. This is such a bare bone version. You can’t see the balance of your business account (just the balance on your card which is not related), you can’t make a wire transfer neither. Pretty useless. I’m considering shutting down my business account with revolut. Not worth the money.

Wow. So let me start by saying it took several months to open this account. Finally there app was able to verify my docs, information and etc. Congrats right I thought so as well. The account was working great. Even when my 1st metal card decided it would stop working customer chat replaced it and refunded the $49 card fee to do so. Now I don’t have the free service, but selected the “Grow” plan because it gives you a metal card and 24/7 priority support…… With that being said. I randomly tried to use my card to pay for our monthly email hosting with GODaddy.com they not only blocked my account, when you call the number on the back of the card it directs you to use the app for support. Now remember i stated I have the “grow” plan that cost $39.99 a month which I’ve been paying since account opened. It supposed to come with 24/7 priority chat support. We’ll I’ve gotten is excuses and apologies and the agent telling me the next agent will assist me. The reviews advised me to stay away because they do things like this. Did I, of course not so I would also advise you to NOT make this your primary account for the simple reason that they will lock your account and you will be able to do not one thing until someone decides to “text” you in a mobile app. If your able to run your business this way by all means. But again they blocked my account for a $4.99 monthly charge from a well known website provider. And now I’m getting the run around. Got me once won’t get me again.

Can’t withdraw funds. This is nonsense

Money stolen... support next to none. Premium? No, thanks. Before anyone signs for premium... think twice and read on. I was a big fan and promoter of Revolut since the very begining, signing up many friends. After moving to another conutry i chose the premium service and black account, which worked fine till i went on a trip... leaving for 800 km long trip i took with me my revo black card to be used as primary one. I charged it as needed. Worked fine on day 1 and 2, on day 3 my balance went low and i recharged from another card... and it happened. Account got charged and locked and i was instructed to chat. Getting support took almost AN HOUR. And they could do nothing, just offered a number of excuses. Account with all money was blocked and i was left in the middle of Italy, some 400 km from home. Support was incompetent, not wishing to resolve the thing immediately, but instructing to check it in a couple of days. Now, 2 days after i am still without my funds that i placed to revolut account... waiting. If i hadn’t got a backup card ... i would stay in foreign country without any money due to “sophiaticated security system” and priority black account support. My money is practically stolen and no one cared. Shame... so unless you want to experience an immediate fund shortage... i advise to check n26, monese or any other providers, that care for customers even without charging them almost 15 euros a month for a service, that is later not preforming!

Very poor service business bank. I’ve finally had to write a bad review as I am at the end of patience. Even though this is bad review, these are the good points: - The app is great from a usability and transactional stand point 5 stars - FX rates and fees are good but for the fact that out accounts in 2021 have probably been restricted for more days than not restricted, see below. Revolut try to do their job in reviewing customer activity and conducting AML and fraud checks. However they completely fail to Know their client, a clients typical payment flows and their routine business. As a result their algorithms trigger additional information requests for pretty much every payment we make. We are a highly regulated financial services business that just needs to pay invoices vendors and receive payments on invoices. We handle no cash and our audit trail is a transparent as can be. These requests, no matter how quickly you respond inevitably lead to slow review cycles by Revolut and account restrictions that whole time put our business on freeze and in an embarrassing situation. They create problems with our regulators. In fact at one point REVOLUT posed an existential risk for our business, so after making a strategic decision to use them as our bank, they are manned with poor quality staff and low caliber individuals. They are clearly understaffed for what they are trying to do. Note :: I sent a letter to the CEO and received a response from his assistant to help. She did her best to resolve the issues they created for us but the organization is poorly resourced. Finally we filed regulatory complaints. If you’re a small business with small payments and simple needs then this is a great service. Do not try anything industrial strength with this company. It’s frustrating.

I’ve been a REVOLUT METAL Customer for a year or so.... Yet, the business app keeps saying my I.D. isn’t verifiable. The exact same one they have on file for a year! I love my METAL Account & thought using them instead of VENMO would be a great option, especially for paying my contractors but, no dice. The system even approved my sole proprietor business with a check mark & they have our website but then asked for more documents (which aren’t needed for a Non-Corp), especially after having already approved us. It’s been 3 days & I submitted my I.D. & selfie twice, I’m sure to satisfy KYC Laws here in The U.S. but, as I stated... No dice & no clear reasoning. Too bad, they would have made great money off of us! I guess Long Live Square & VENMO! FuDbyLA.com Out! 🤓
