Very great app!. It’s so cool best app

Just purchased app but can’t use it due to internal error.. Hello! I tried to find any help documents, support site, contact info, but I can’t seem to find anything. I haven’t been able to open ANY shaders. I keep getting an error: “Unable to load shader (possibly corrupt or mismatched version” Not sure why this is happening because I just downloaded it for the first time. I’d super appreciate some guidance ✨❤️

Only Free to download. Without try out on trail version, this app is nothing more than a “File” App of your iPhone. Beware before downloading.

Money. Can’t use in any shape or form without paying. A waste of download...

Add a experimental ray tracing option. The title lol and options for the well option

Great but no way to reactivate from Beta version. Purchased pro version while it was still in Beta (same price as it is now). Loved it! However, I was not able to reactivate when it officially released. Wanted me to purchase again. (This is why I gave it a lower rating). Otherwise, great way to spend the long commute, if you love shaders.

Intuitive interface, yet still no “unsubscribe form free trial” button. Exactly as the title says, I don’t want to be charged for the full version once my trial ends. Help. I’m sure that I could do a lot with this if i knew how any of it worked.

Great but. Can you add the feature to change the texture of the object Example: you can change the material of the object

Overall, it’s a good app, but where is light node?. I can’t find any node that describes lighting information like lighting direction or light position. Please help

A great app for prototyping and learning. I’ve used this to refresh and relearn the fundamentals of shaders, and to prototype some quick shaders to use in Unity MVPs. This is a great app for anyone looking to work with shaders.

Very useful tool but.... We really need the added option/feature to export a basic PBR materials folder (without having to right-click for “Show Package Contents”). Not only would this help current users but it would also make the app very appealing to potential users as well. Update: The developer was very quick to accommodate the above request with an update. This app is an INCREDIBLY useful tool and I would definitely recommend you download it now.

Absolutely stunning.. It’s amazing that an app like this fits in my pocket! Shade makes creativity something that’s right at your fingertips while making it easy for beginners to make incredible generative, evolving art. Lovely application that increases the possibility of the computers we have in our pockets or hold in our hands.

Not for making shaders. It costs $15 to make shaders. You can only look at them with the free version. Just make the app $15 so I don’t download it in the first place.

Works great on iPad. I got the full version on my iPhone and then tried to run it on my ipad, but for some reason it didn’t think I owned it. After running the latest iOS update it decided I did. Great product. I love the graphical design!

The Real Price. So the real price of this app, at the time of writing, is $15 for the ability to create shaders at all and $50 to export them. Not a terrible price all things considered. However the lack of transparency about this on the app’s store page makes me pretty uncomfortable about the business practice here. If you’re really just trying to pull off a ‘demo’ without having free and paid versions of the app, be more open about that. As it stands, this feels like a dupe.

This app is amazing. This app lets me edit my pictures, not like other apps if this app wasn’t made ha I couldn’t have edited ANYTHING but it is a good app for my iPad to.

Bug with function node. When you close a shader while editting the function node, it will save the shader as the nodes in the function. Lost an hour or two of progress from the bug, please fix

A full paid Pro version would be nice…. Would be nice if there was an option to buy paid Pro version outright, without the need for a IAP.

Instead of paying it put ads instead. At first I thought it would be cool if I can make 3D models but NO We need to pay monthly or yearly expenses!?!?! You can make it all free by putting ads thus making it more better than it can be very famous more ads=more money so yea

Maybe I’m not sure what this is for. The fact that there’s no streaming camera texture support as an input makes this a lot less interesting than it could’ve been. The only time variant inputs appear to be “microphone” and “time”. No gyro, no ALS, no accelerometer, no heart-rate — really underutilized the available resources. So I can drag and drop shader pieces on my tiny phone screen, so I guess that’s fun but I can do that better on a computer. My phone can do what my computer can’t — use that!

Add UE4 support, please!. This app is purely incredible and there’s absolutely nothing like it. But as an Unreal developer it’s of limited value to me as it only has Unity support. If you added UE4 support it would be life changing.

How do you even use the app?. This episode is Grace it doesn’t even give you any options and I don’t even know how to use it!!! This is really bad it doesn’t give you any other options!

Unbelievably great. Hats off to the design team and programmers. It’s one the best best apps I’ve ever used. Nodes would have been hard to do perfect on iPad but this is perfect on many levels. Between this and nomad sculpt it’s truely a great time to be on iPad for artists.
