Won't work in Mac OS 12.0.1 Monterey. I just installed the app, downloaded my film selection and tried to watch. All that I was able to see was the start of the WB logo sequence before the screen went black. The progress bar kept going forward, but no picture. I tried this multiple times, but had the same problem over and over and gave up. I don't have the patience for software that won't function as it should.

Abysmal audio quality. Started off ok as the picture quality was surprisingly good, but the audio sounds like the track is duplicated and then offset by 2 frames. Since I was given this screener to judge the audio for awards season, you’d think they’d have figured out how to make it sounds remotely listenable. Gigantic fail.

Does not airplay or chrome cast. Neither AirPlay or chrome cast works!!!!

Only macOS? no streaming to browser, thats poor form.. This could have been an opportunity for WB to work on generalized platform, instead it chooses to lock itself to closed interfaces. I guess that the ambition to go up against Netflixs of the world is not there.

Access cut off before voting deadline. I still have another 14 hours to vote for the SAG Awards and it says my login ID has expired because it’s “only active during awards season.” I guess Just Mercy won’t be getting my vote even though I hear it’s a great film.

Just doesn't work. I saw a similar review from December, I would think they've already addressed the issue. When You click play, you only see a few seconds of the image and then the screen goes black, with sound going... Wish I could give no stars. Frustrating and disappointing.

Still does not work. Period.. Crashes on launch, every time, despite multiple "bug fix" updates. Extremely frustrating.

Hopefully this won't replace traditional screeners!. Apparently WB is okay with guild members watching their movies on tablets or laptops. I know "Mule" isn't exactly "2001" but I'd still like the opportunity to watch it on a bigger screen (without lugging around an HDMI cable). If not, I just won't bother watching it, let alone voting for it. I'm deleting this app until WB makes it Chromecast able.

Horrible. Unable to connect to screener of The Wonder. Keep getting sent to different sites and apps.

Seems basic. No picture in picture view.

Exceptional interface. The bad reviews are all referring to the lack of Chromecast compatibility. Yes this is annoying but in no way does merit one star. This interface is superb and exceptionally easy to navigate. App developers, please extend mirroring capability to other devices. Other studios, copy this app!

No air play. Being a member of CAS not being capable of playing a movie on big screen and Dolby sound system , renders this screener system USELESS! Straight to iPhone. Is that a thing?

LAME. LOUSY, OVERLY-IRRITATING SET-UP!

poor playback. I downloaded the high and low quality versions of Cry Macho and neither played at speed (dropping frames) on a macbook pro when made full screen. No an impressive way to watch a film.

Elvis. It could win.

Amazon Firestick Support?. The app is easy to use and very convenient to use on apple portable devices, but I wish there would be support for the Amazon Firestick. Will there be support for the Amazon Firestick coming?

This is what it’s come to?. These films are supposed to be the best cinematic experiences of the year. I am appalled that we are forced to watch them on a 3 inch screen. I for one will not vote for any studio film that does not send a proper screener so the film can be watched on a large screen as it was intended. I encourage you to do the same.

App works great. No Casting though.. I wish all the studios did this. The app works great but I wish you could use cast it to a Chromecast. Not everyone has an Apple TV.

Can't Chromecast. How ridiculously stupid of the WBFYC team to only show screeners in their app, which can't chromecast. I don't watch movies on my computer or phone, I watch them on my 106" screen with surround sound. Thus, I will not be watching any of the movies on this app. Hope they send DVDs I guess.

Aggressive watermarking ruins films. How am I supposed to evaluate a film when it is constantly broken with incredibly aggressive watermarking? Awful. Just send discs with whatever marking they had before. This is trash and I won’t bother using it next season. EDIT: Guys, you’re watermarking every 10 minutes over the center of the screen. Other studios don’t do this. And I live in an area where my guild does not screen films. I’m well aware of the dangers of piracy, but you’re kidding yourself if you think you’re providing a worthwhile experience. Go ahead, you got a video stream working on the internet, pat yourselves on the back. But don’t pretend that what you’ve made here is watermarked the same or as flexible as the screener discs. Don’t even.

Failure. Well, this was not a well thought out delivery. It seems unless one has purchased all the newest hardware this app won’t work with older devices. I tried my three year old Apple XS phone, my iPad Pro 2, and my PowerBook from 2015. All failed to allow the code. My AppleTV generation 3 was too outdated. WB and all the other studios locked out filming for a year and no one now has the money to buy a 4k/8k tv for underneath the Christmas tree. We crew are not rich.

Can’t mirror to big screen!!?!. Not going to watch a big movie on a little screen. WB what are you thinking?

No cast to TV?. You want me to consider this for awards, but you want me to watch it on a tiny little tablet screen? Casting to a TV would be ideal. I’m not watching a movie on a tablet

Great app despite flaws. I love the idea of viewing screeners via an app, but like others said, we should be able to cast them to our TVs. I have an Apple TV, so I was able to download the app there and watch, but that restriction shouldn’t be in place. But please continue this idea WB, and improve upon it next year!
