💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Insensitive. I had signed up, thinking I would absolutely use this in an effort to try to get in shape. After signing up, we had several different things happen in my family which made life crazy as it sometimes gets. Completely forgot that I had done signed up just recently received another charge. When I asked for a refund and I did go in and cancel my membership from renewal essentially was told it’s my responsibility to read all words in the agreement prior to selecting it, and absolutely no refunds are issued. Even after explaining it to them. I had my friend go on to go through the process, and when she did it finding the terminology that they are referring to it’s not something easily found it was in there yes but honestly feel like they did nothing but scam knowing that people don’t read the entire agreement letter for letter. Learned my lesson, but I want to save others from the same experience.

Not as advertised. I don’t usually write reviews but thought I’d take the time for this one. The advertisement says you’ll get personalized workout plan but you really don’t. Upon signing up (and they offer free trial), I find out they just “suggests” workout videos to you. Still, I thought I’d give it a try. So I joined 1 workout plan, and the audio doesn’t work. So I try another workout plan. Still nothing. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, nothing. I then message support and they asked me to delete and download the app again. Still nothing. Turned out at the moment, “some parts of the content are temporarily unavailable.” They’re working on a big update. When that will be? I don’t know. So, working on requesting a refund from Apple for my month’s subscription.

Do not be fooled - not as advertised. False advertising. The advertisements indicate that you will receive a tailor made workout plan. 1)You are asked a series of questions which would indicate that, in fact, there is an assessment of your abilities. 2) At the end of that series of questions, you receive a message that a plan has been developed for you. 3) You are offered three payment option. 4) You pay. 5) You realize there is no specialized plan for you, just several tile with various and sundry workouts that YOU choose. What’s worse. Even with false advertising, there is no refund. Both the developers and Apple Pay are complicit in this scam. I requested a refund in less than 12 hours of my purchase and was informed that there is no refund and my subscription will renew in one-year if I do not cancel it one day before it is due to renew. The conclusion of this matter....DO NOT PURCHASE.

Good app, would like more details. The app is good in the sense that I can do most of the workouts and feel how it’s helping my body. It would be nice if it gave more detail in how to do the position and possibly what not to do. I sometimes feel like I’m watching the video more trying to figure out the pose then I am actually doing the pose that’s intended. I’ll keep at it though because it does seem to be helping. As for the subscription prices that doesn’t seem to be detailed at all. It has different monthly pricing for what I assume is different access but it doesn’t give details as to what each one offers over the other. I would be more willing to pay a higher price if I could easily find what the difference is for each purchase.

Unoriginal and Very Over-priced. Primary reason for One-Star: When I downloaded the app, I was immediately told to sign up for a membership even though the AppStore said there was a 14-day trial period. The screen presenting the information did not readily make it available or known this was the case. It just instantly said “sign up to enter the app”. The app had awesome reviews, so I signed up for three months and spent the equivalent of a compact car tank of gas to achieve it. I found the programs disjointed and weirdly set up. There was no flow between the exercises and even though I put in I was a beginner, they threw some serious strength-stressing work at me. I couldn’t finish one such, so I ended very sore on half my body. There are a bunch of other apps that do this in a more cohesive manner. I was just hoping this one would exceed those in offerings. And it does offer more than yoga, but truly the classes are too robotic for me.

Started using today. Read the description of the app and it says you can use it for free however it made me pay for the app right out of the gate. After purchasing a one month access, I have come to discover that the plans aren’t quite personal. It has you set up the app as if it is going to give you a day to day schedule with your workouts but instead it gives you like 30 videos. I am not sure which ones I am supposed to do or if I am supposed to do all of them? I do like that they are short and easy to follow. The lady on the videos is quite annoying though. I wish she was more personable, not just commentating the same 4 words over and over. Will continue using it for the month to see how it goes and if I see any results. If my views change about the app, I will update a review.

Used to be outstanding app, new updates have rendered it terrible. I have used this app for over a year, and prior to September/ October of 2023 would have expressed my overall enjoyment, satisfaction with results, and happiness with using this app on a daily basis. The only complaints to that point were the inability to share the app on another screen or ability to use the app in areas with poor signal. Customer service was generally excellent. However since September/ October 2023 the app has been terrible. The exercise program never the runs the correct length or capability level anymore. The poses are no longer called out. The updates are complete trash. And while customer service is very timely, they can do nothing to help you roll back the app to a version that actually works. Stay away from this app now. Do not renew it. You will be disappointed. It’s too bad, this was an excellent product that I used to recommend to others.

Lifechanging. The yoga app goes slowly for beginners and increases in time I and level when you are ready. Since I have started this program my breathing has greatly improved and so has my balance. I am less anxious and not as hyper. I sleep better at night and wake up at a reasonable hour looking forward to my workout. I have in little time increased my workouts to 7 days a week without hesitation.I feel really good about myself, and when I do miss a workout, I feel off about my day. There are also many other apps with the program, I have yet to try…but in time I will. I just find that it is better to concentrate on one thing before adding incorporating other exercises to the mix. Do this at your own pace, do not rush it for the best health benefits.

Terrible Product - see reviews on trustpilot. Impossible to cancel your subscription, they will indicate you can cancel through the app, but there is no documentation, so make sure you take a screen shot when you cancel. With out proof, they will indicate they did not receive your cancellation and will bill you for another month. Indicates there is a 30 day money back guarantee, take a look at what the terms are, almost impossible to meet. Would strongly encourage you do an independent research before purchasing, take a look at the reviews on Trustpilot. In addition, it is not a very good product that is not worth the cost of the monthly subscription. I would rate it a zero if possible! Typical follow-up response, they say they don’t intend to mislead (see the app reviews); misleading is there business model. They will always quote their disclaimers. A suggestion for them is to actually read the customer reviews and change their business practices/program. Perhaps a better cancellation process and a better product would improve their ratings and the customer’s experience.

Caution! Misleading information. Make sure to read through the most recent reviews for this. The app itself is definitely not a personalized plan but different collections of yoga exercises with a AI voiceover. The videos I’ve tried I’ve been OK but go way too fast -there is no way to slow them down you just have to stop and replay them. Also, even though I had put in beginner level there are some poses that are definitely not beginner level. But I think the worst thing is if you read through the comments there is no way to get a refund and there is no Way under your account settings in the app to turn off the auto renewal feature, despite the instructions in the AppStore description to do just that. I had signed up for a three month subscription that was just under $30 however when I got an email confirmation I noticed they had tacked on another three months at a higher price. And again when you try to turn off any auto renewal function you cannot find this feature.

Love it, this app is going places, I just have some feedback!. I’m getting back into yoga after a long absence and a couple surgeries and this is great way to customize my practice based on my changing needs. I love that you can share feedback on class difficulty each time and it was only 2 days before all my classes were the perfect level. I really enjoy these classes, the instruction, and the ambient background noises like birds, rain or crackling fire. My feedback it about monitoring what I’ve done for the day and tracking more information. For example: I want to easily see that on Wed, I completed 5 classes for a total of 30 min and maybe burned 100 calories. If this dashboard exists, I wasn’t able to find it. Ultimately this would be an amazing program if I was able to track my weight and measurements and how long I had spent on each body part and if I could integrate it with Apple Health or my Apple Watch. Can’t wait to see the amazing places this program goes!

Disappointing Start. I was hoping for a free trial or at least a few videos before starting. Immediately, they make u purchase before trying. I figured, why not give it a shot. The initial custom questions were promising but the intro videos already need help. For example, there is no back button or back 10 seconds button. If u start a video and u missed what she said, u will need to keep going or completely turn off the video. I also dislike the woman’s voice. I would suggest someone with a calming voice and more genuine, not robotic(I get it, u want me to inhale and exhale umpteenth times, except this sounds like a broken record u want to throw across the room.) I also would like to stream this on my TV. It would be nice to have a feature where I can mirror it.

So cheap and “somatic” exercises are just easy stretches. Please don’t pay for this app! I got it for $20 for the year I think and I saw somatic workouts so I was excited to try it. I logged on and chose the somatic series day 1. The video is good but the audio is AI so the affect is terrible and IT DOESN'T MATCH UP WITH THE VIDEO! If you’re trying to do a video- you can’t always be looking while doing the stretches and you need audio to tell you what to do- it is so terribly bad- poorly written and doesn’t tell you when to change to next stretch until the model has already started or done it. Just really bad production and you can tell it was done to be cheap and quick. The stretches are not somatic- they’re basic stretches that you learn to warm up and cool down. I’m glad I am only out $20 for this, otherwise I’d be so mad. It gets 2 stars because the video part is ok, and there are different kinds of yoga videos to do.

Love this app. I have been using this app for 25 days now, I’ve been working out every day. I have got to tell you they aren’t that long of workouts, but they are extremely affective and time efficient. Being a mother of 3 with a full time job, things get crazy. But using yoga has helped me find peace of mind, and taught me how to breath properly, and I now look forward to my workout (which sometimes doesn’t even feel like a workout). My husband has even been doing them with me, it’s so much fun! I highly recommend this app, I would give it 10 stars if possible. The only downside is all the meals are vegetarian, hubby loves his beef, but it is easily fixable, but they are always delicious! Especially the quesadillas

Made my day!. I usually don’t purchase fitness apps and I normally don’t do yoga unless it’s the basic stretching from home. This app is the easiest to follow and I love that she shows you the exercise first and speaks slowly and then does the reps with you while continuing to talk and guide. I have always wanted to do something like yoga to become more fit and lean, and this mixed with a few at home workouts during quarantine, I hope really pays off. I quit drinking alcohol yesterday and plan to see what I can achieve after a month. Trying to find balance mentally and physically and I think with this app I will find it and look forward to the next workout. Not to mention the food/meal/snack options on here are quick easy to find in stores and not too expensive to prep and sound delicious! Definitely worth the money spent even though I’m not working and can’t afford it. My mental health and being body conscious is worth every penny to me! Thanks YOGA-GO!!!

Not a personalized plan. I wish I had read the reviews before paying for a subscription. This does not appear to actually give you a personalized plan. After entering your information and answering questions about your goals and skill level, it tells you that it has generated a personalized plan for you. The only way to get to the plan, or to use the app at all for that matter, is to pay for a subscription. After doing so, you land on a page with a bunch of suggested workouts that don’t seem to have taken your answers into consideration. There isn’t one plan specifically suggested for you, or a path to follow as far as I can tell. I also noticed the other reviews that mention this seem to get a condescending reply from the developer. “We understand this may be overwhelming for some users…” No, not overwhelming, underwhelming. Lacking direction. Lacking personalization. I’m going to attempt a refund, but based on other reviews, it doesn’t seem likely. I’m mad at myself for falling for this and wasting my money.

Confusing plan - they just throw everything at you. I emailed the team for guidance to which I. received a very generic response, and my follow up email for clarification remains unanswered. I get you fill out information and they recommend different exercises, but there are maybe 100 or more they give with no “personalized plan”! Only one per day is given as your daily workout and it is maybe 10 min long. Same with the food - a bunch of recipes with no direction. Do we pick one of each? No clue - nothing is really personalized, except maybe on the back end they narrow things down? The workouts themselves are pretty good, and I’ll give it another couple of weeks. But I’ve seen this particular question be posted before in a forum and the only response was “thanks for the feedback”. It would be a better app if you told people what they needed to do in order to get the results you are selling them!

Yoga-GO Will Get You Going. I wanted to start Yoga on a daily basis to feel better and lose weight. I started with the Daily Yoga (AI generated just for the user). Soon I was doing much more. The sessions are good but you may need to modify your poses as the model is quite slim, young and flexible and I couldn’t get up from the floor like she did, could not not reach the poses to the extent she did. But still I gained benefits! And started to lose weight! I see there is a version for Seniors, so if you are in that category, you may find it easier. Depends what your capabilities and goals are. Last, there is a lot of variety in the app-from Yoga - different types, to Pilates (mat and wall) etc. There’s also meditation sessions. I recommend Yoga GO to anyone who wants to get going doing Yoga daily (it will notify you as well!). And last if any health or back issues, be sure to check with your doctor before proceeding. Have fun!

DON’T BUY IT! Not personalized-can’t cast it to your TV. After you give them all this information they do not personalize anything. They make you pay for a subscription e fire you can see the app and then one hour later after you look at the app and realize how generic it is they tell you they cannot give you a refund. Once you pay for a subscription you open the app and nothing is personalized. There are a bunch of videos that you can choose from and hopefully you can see them on your little phone screen because you cannot cast it to a larger screen. I paid for the nutrition along with the app subscription and then when you click on the nutrition guide in the app they ask you to pay for it again. The nutrition guide consists of telling you the basics about the food groups which most people already know. No personalization whatsoever. I noticed they must have disabled the comments on their Facebook page because you can’t see any of the comments.

Misleading Yoga App with Hidden Policies. I am extremely disappointed with this yoga app as they fail to disclose their policies upfront, leaving users in the dark about crucial information. It is unacceptable for any app, especially one claiming to promote wellness and transparency, to hide important details from their users. Upon downloading the app, I was excited to begin my yoga journey. However, as I started using it, I noticed certain features were locked behind a paywall, which was not mentioned anywhere during the initial sign-up process. I understand the need for in-app purchases, but the lack of transparency left me feeling deceived. Furthermore, when I tried to cancel my subscription after the free trial, I discovered that the cancellation process was buried deep within the settings menu, making it unnecessarily difficult to find. This kind of practice feels like a deliberate attempt to trap users into continued payments. A reputable yoga app should clearly outline its policies, including pricing and subscription details, upfront and in a user-friendly manner. Unfortunately, this app falls short in that regard, which undermines the trust of its users and tarnishes its credibility. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their app's transparency and communication with their users. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone seeking an honest and upfront yoga experience.

AI is a bad yoga instructor. Their personalized plan is a AI computer generated plan. With a computer generated flat voice that is quite artificial and most definitely not inspirational. I love getting inspired by a real human. I love listening to real humans encouraging me to practice yoga postures going deeper into a posture. I love following along to a yoga plan that a real human put together. This artificial AI generated “personalized plan” is the worst. And yes like many of the other reviewers I too got snared into paying for an app I’m not using. I gave it 2 stars in support of the real human instructors on the app that are putting their hard work into sharing a real workout. But due to the artificial nature of the “personalized plan“ and how much they push it, I cannot give it a higher rating. I’m pro- human. Yoga and fitness in general is no place for computerized artificial coaches and instructors.

I like it, but.... Overall I think this is a decent app if you want yoga routines that are not spiritually-based which is great for me as I use yoga as a way to work out without high intensity. However the way that some of the videos are laid out is very clunky and obviously they have just pasted together videos of the instructors going from one posed to another but that leaves bizarre gapsWhere it tells you to sit up from a lying down position only to immediately go back into lying down for the next position and awkward transitions like that. It also seems to not have taken in my change of settings as I went from beginner to advanced to intermediate while using this app for over a year. After each workout, it asks me whether or not it was too easy, perfect, or too hard but there’s no indication that the app is taking that into consideration for my future workouts, only if I share it with other people which I don’t want to do and as I’ve paid for it I don’t feel like I should have to. It just seems overall but the app is very much on auto pilot rather than actually taking the users preferences into consideration.

Can we get a count while doing the exercise?. Yes; I enjoy Yoga-go, am in my 5th Day and the exercises are easy enough for the most part, too easy for me in a few cases. Strengthening and flexibility but go for a brisk walk or do kickboxing routine for aerobics, right? The videos are well-done. Transitions from one exercise to the next are a little abrupt. I miss some kind of one-for-nothing on the technique and then a count on the reps. Is this perhaps a setting I can turn on? That is, something like this: “ now we will do two minutes of The Hundred, remember to press into the floor, look at your knees, keep your arms stiff for the count of 100, inhale or exhale on every fifth beat, now inhale and 1, 2, 3,…” (I just made that up). This would save me from having to watch the screen continuously while trying to follow the program.

Complete con and scam. I downloaded this app and paid for a subscription for one month after reading about their advertised “ tailored plans”. There are no tailored plans just “ Top picks for you” You have to go in and out of different Top Pick sections and just pick different exercises you want to do. This is no more than a regular yoga app where you can go to and just pick your own exercises except a regular app would be free. I contacted them by email. They explained the “ Top Picks for you section” is their idea of a tailored plan and they do not give refunds so beware before paying them there is no tailored plan and no refund. Update , I disputed the transaction through Paypal as the developer refused to refund my payment. PayPal ruled in my favor since the developer advertised and charged me for something they did not and could not provide

Day 1 down.... And am looking forward to the month ahead! I purchased one month to try it out. While i do really love the idea of short workouts, i cant help but think, should i be doing all (8) challenges every day AND at least one targeted longer workout?? Being such a rookie, it would be nice if there was a suggested guide of which workouts to do to achieve weight loss results. Also. An important question. Bc theres so many awesome workouts to choose from, i dont think ill be able to do them all within 30 days.....will i still have access to this first months workouts that i paid for even if I decide to cancel my subscription after one month?? Or will i lose out on all the workouts?? Really hoping for an answer on that. Thank you so much!!

Mute yoga instructor?. I was excited for the new update. Visually the new app layout is appealing, however the new instructor does not speak!!! I can’t do yoga and hold my phone so I can see when she switches exercises or how quickly she is doing them, etc. There is no breath instruction when there is no sound. So none of the new workouts are helpful. I like the old instructor and will still use her since I have already paid for the year, but you have even messed up the originals too- there is now a fuzzy white line at the bottom of the screen that covers her feet! I can’t see what she is doing down there now. I think the update was rolled out incomplete. Please finish so that this app is enjoyable again!

Paid for it but can’t log in!. I went through the whole sign-up process, gave them my credit card information and confirmed it was processed. Set up my email address to use and password downloaded, and downloaded the app. The app opens but will not allow me to login. Says I am my email address is not registered. I also tried it online, and online, my email address is registered. Even online, though, my password is not recognized! I clicked forgot password, they say they sent a password reset to my email address. It has been over five minutes and the reset password has not arrived either in my inbox or spam. Come on! You have persuaded me to send you money, and I’m ready to go! It’s not sufficient to say, oh well I’ll do it later. Procrastination is a whole reason. I can’t do this on my own! If this is not resolved soon, like by tomorrow, I am going to stop my credit card charge. Because it is fraud. I paid for something that I do not have access to.

Deceptive Lures. As someone who is obese and out of shape, I was looking for an app that would start easy and gradually increase difficulty. I was lured in by the ads for “lazy person 50+” workouts and the personalization quiz. The first couple of workouts were perfect and I like how the app asks you if it’s too easy, perfect or too hard. By the third workout, poses were included that I would say were far too advanced for a beginner level, and especially for someone who is older and obese. I gave the feedback that these workouts were too hard, but they still kept getting incrementally, harder and harder. I would expect an app that asks for that type of feedback to intuitively increase or decrease difficulty. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good challenge, but this app misrepresented what the workouts would be like. I find myself discouraged after most workouts, but I’m going to continue to try my best and get my moneys worth. Most likely, I will be canceling after the first 30 days when the subscription price increases.

Not custom as promised. During the customization process I gave my age and said I was not flexible, also that while I needed to lose weight that was not my primary purpose. The exercises that were given me were labeled for weight loss and easy, but were not easy at all. The first pose, called “comfortable” was sitting cross-legged with thighs flat on the floor. I have never been able to sit cross-legged even when I was 5 years old. My hips are very closed and simply do not work that way. Even to try is painful, not comfortable, and I cannot straighten my spine in that position. This was probably a waste of money. UPDATE: so, I thought I would review the first workout to see how I could work it without having to use that “comfortable” pose. The app will not let me look at that workout again. Tells me I have already done that workout. Rigid. Bossy.

False Advertising. This app is not as advertised. This is the definition of click bait. The advertisements show a 30 day plan where you can click on any day and see the specific workouts for that day along with reps and what area it targets. It is laid out for you and very easy to read in the advertisement. Thankfully I only paid .99¢ for a 1 month trial and I didn’t actually sign up for anything long term. I filled out the form to get my “personalized plan” and then paid the .99 and I didn’t get a personalized plan and while there are 30 day challenges you can do, you have to sit through each individual video each day to know what workout to do that day. And then you can’t go back or skip forward to do a different day or a different exercise. It is absolutely nothing like what is pictured in the advertisement.

Not at all as advertised - so misleading - unethical marketing. The Facebook / instagram ads depict an in-app user experience that has absolutely nothing to do with how the actual app works or even looks. There is no section to choose your style of stomach problem areas, there are no graphics within the app that look like illustrations of people, just real people and mediocre exercise videos. I don’t know how it is ethical to advertise something so different than the actual product, it is fully misleading. I don’t know if the creator has plans to release another version of the app that is more interactive but the current version is so basic, and barely related to the ad, for a while I thought I made a mistake and downloaded true wrong app, until I read the other comments and reviews and realized I’m not the only one shaking my head here. Shame on this company.

Chair yoga. I purchased chair yoga due to my being in the hospital and then back at home for several weeks due to chest cold due to my stage 4 chest cancer. I was very weak and tried a couple of different exercises program. But I was not improving much. After learning about how chalk yoga works I tried it. It gove sounds a lot of stretching inn the program. Due to my lung issues it takes me a lot longer due to my breathing issues. It’s taken me a week to the first four days. However I am more mobile and able to reach up and bend down. I have to do the 5 min program in about 25 min. But I am no able to walk and get about much better. I would encourage anyone to take the program. It works !!

It's ok.. The yoga seems ok, but it's kinda hard to follow the instruction. The music overpowers the AI voice, and the transitions from pose to pose are not smooth. Listened to the "Deep Sleep Bliss" which in the description says "Dive into Deep Sleep Bliss with our transformative meditation series. Discover serene visualizations and mindfulness techniques, guiding you towards restful nights and tranquil awakenings. Embrace a rejuvenated sleep experience through these inspiring sessions." At the end of the meditation, (8-12mims depending on the meditation) just as you are relaxed and falling asleep, it tells you to wiggle your toes and fingers, and slowly open your eyes. Emailed support, and got the response "Unfortunately, currently, the app doesn’t allow you to turn off this sound at the end of the exercise, you can only turn off the sound completely or turn it down so that it does not disturb you so much. This exercise involves waking up calmly, which is why there is this sound at the end to help you wake up smoothly, however, I can definitely understand how this would be handy for our users. I’ll certainly pass this on to our team as we always aim to make our app better ". I don't think they understand why a waking at the end of a sleep meditation designed to put you to sleep is counterproductive. Will be looking for another app.

Hard pass - better options available. I signed up for this app looking to get into yoga. The app itself has lots of options and “custom” workouts. However, the custom workouts are just cut ups of different positions. There’s no flow to the workouts and the audio doesn’t match the video in some cases. On top of that, I forgot to cancel my 3 month membership and it auto renewed. I hadn’t used the app in a while and contacted them the same day the renewal charged. Due to their policy, they would not refund my money. I’ve done many subscription type plans and every single one has always refunded money in cases like this. I still can’t believe they will not refund me my money. The customer service support team was responsive with the matter but I’m very disappointed that they have a stiff policy like this that they are unable to budge on. I’m sure this policy was listed in the signup terms and conditions but no one reads those lengthy conditions and I have an expectation that companies will use common decency in cases like this. I feel like I was ripped off and want to warn potential customers that they could run into something similar.

Utter waste of money! If you like an AI voice, literally this is the app for you. I am very disappointed. I spent $25 to try it out, and now they say they won’t refund it. I was willing to do it for three months, except that it all it is is an animation of a person doing poses with a terrible grating AI voice. Utter waste of money! Furthermore, they state a certain set of terms about a free trial period etc. when you sign up, then, when you download the app, in order to use it, you have to click accept new terms which takes you to the page of terms. You have to accept the terms before you can even read them?! Oh, and by the way they changed. I hope Apple pulls this ridiculous app from its platform. Oh yes and in the sign-up process, they offer you nutrition plans, and everything else but when you actually pay the money for the subscription? Nope, that’s an add-on, and you have to pay additional amounts for it!

Unable to access. I started on the web site with my subscription then when it took me to the app it had me answer all the questions again and when it went to the login page instead of choosing I already have an account I picked the other and it made me 2 separate accounts and they finally did reimburse one of them of course it was the $25 one and they charged me $36 or 37 and deleted that account but I’m still unable to login because it takes me to the get started page instead of a login page and asks me to put in my email and it says my email is already being used and I need to do a different email , I have sent several emails only to get the run around if we need to see proof of everything . Very irritating and confusing so I can’t even get into the app to use it for the 3 months so I’ve already canceled it and won’t be renewing it . 🤬😡🤯

Don’t Download! Don’t Start a Subscription. Edit: I just received an email through PayPal of a refund. If it goes through I will edit my rating. Don’t do it! Originally saw this advertised on Instagram and decided to try it. Somehow I got hooked into a reoccurring subscription. They will not refund even though the renewal was 8 hours ago. The email I recorded looked fake like spam so I didn’t even pay attention to it right away. I thought this was a 3 month trial with no reoccurring charges. Never did I see it was a reoccurring charge when adding the app. There no number to call. There’s an email in the app that says you have to send an email to cancel. There’s a different email in the charged account email. As I write this, I’ve received a email stating they can not refund my card that was just processed less than 8 hours ago. SCAM! They claim I agreed to a renewing subscription which is not true. Stay away from this app! Unbelievable how they can charge for a subscription, then offer for it to be cancelled with lifetime access??? Will dispute with my credit card company then! Way to make a name for your company.

Pack of Lies and Unsafe. Update: I continued trying to use the app. After 30 days I told it I did not want to upgrade my level. The way it edited exercises for me after that cut out instructions on transitions and how to do some of the exercises. This is highly unsafe and could lead to self injury. I reported my issue over three weeks ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. Do not purchase if you value your health and safety. I paid for a year upfront because it looked like a really good deal, but I am definitely only getting about 5 dollars a month quality. The app said I would reach my weight goal by 30 days, but 20 days in, I haven’t lost anything. In fact, I’ve gained a pound and a half. The workouts are almost always 2-4 minutes longer than the homepage indicates. While I can reasonably do most of the exercises, most of them are actually too hard on my hands, and while it does ask if my workout was too hard, it doesn’t ask what exercises were too hard, and will give me those exercises again later. Needless to say, I will not be renewing.

Another scam!. Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam. I followed through all the questions about my current fitness and skill level. They said they would tailor my workouts just for me. I thought I would give it a go as it stated on the site it offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I tried the introductory neck stretch and was fine. I moved onto the first lesson and was unable to do a lot of the movements which were supposed to be tailored to my fitness level. I contacted them next day, and stated I would like to cancel and receive my money back. They did respond quickly by offering me the whole year at no additional charge (of movements I couldn’t even do on the first lesson). I stated I just wanted a refund to which they sent me a large document with all of the restrictions for getting a refund. So now they want me to take a video and/or screen shot me doing the movements that I can’t do. Don’t waste your time or money!!

FAIL - do not waste your time and money. This app is a misleading fail. You will get a “personalized” 30-day plan filled with the most basic information about health and wellness in a slideshow a kid might have made. Your daily yoga plan will consist of a series of 40-second exercises that after about 10 days, will be almost the same every day but shuffled into a different order. They will be narrated by a monotone AI voice that says things like “Hold a little. Dot. Now repeat with the left leg.” Objectively, it is extremely basic and poorly executed instruction. Worse, this is marketed under a number of different brand names on social media, and the exercises and people in the advertisements were not anything like what the app offered. It was a total bait and switch scam which I complained about on day one, but they refuse to let you cancel the first month or get a refund. Horrible customer service, horrible product, horrible capitalist jerks who exploit the art of yoga in the most dishonest and unprofessional manner.

No free trial and no refunds. I thought this looked like a good app when it presented on instagram. I downloaded it and paid for an 8 month subscription. After trying to do the first workout, I realized I am physically unable to do even the first workout. When I contacted support, I was informed that you don’t even get a 24 hour trial. Nope, you’re immediately charged and are locked in to whatever subscription you paid for. Support did offer me an extra 4 months of subscription at no additional cost. Well, that does me no good when I can’t do the exercises. So, let the buyer beware. If you are younger, maybe this app will be a better fit for you, but at 65, it is too difficult for me. If you sign up for a subscription, only sign up for a month to check it out. Then, you’re not out much money like I am at this time.

It’s okay. The workouts are fine and easy to follow. I enjoyed them. I found a yoga subscription plan that has an easy to follow app that is $40 per year where as this one is $60 per 3 months. I tried canceling my subscription via the app where it provides a cancel subscription button, but after submitting the request several times it would pop up a red error box that said “subscription not canceled”. I went to the FAQ section where it said to cancel you have to go to the website. The link provided in the FAQ sends you to the quiz page where you’re locked into filling that out. I had to google the correct page, which lead me to sending support an email. So now I’m waiting for them to confirm it’s canceled. It was such a hassle and I think they try to trap people in this crazy work around where people might just give up on canceling because it’s frustrating.

Deceptive App. I took the $29 3 month trial. My first mistake . First let’s talking about deceptive billing and balking customer “support”. The 3 Mon overpriced . Th Subscription renews on 3rd of month , as I signed up on 3rd of month. So I cancelled 2 days before the stated renewal date on Jan 1 . But they actually also billed and collected 2 days before their stated renewal date! . Very tricky and unfair . I have now had multiple emails to support with All the receipts of my cancellation and their email acknowledging it. But they won’t give me back the $53 they prematurely charged me!! Antietam deception: All the class offerings show real people in picture teaching them . Yet the actual classes are all taught my creepy primitive AI demonstrations and I suspect the voices at too. It’s had enough to motivate to work out without the mechanical ness and lack of form support on this app. This app seems designed to capitalize of folks impulses to get fit , but offer little but have lured you into a subscription trap you cannot avoid. Stay away.

Promising workouts but frustrating app. Two things bug me a lot and are keeping me from enjoying this app more and seeing if it has potential. 1) NO STANDARD AUDIO CONTROLS! If I need to pause a session, I should be able to use my AirPods to pause/continue and even skip back and forward by 10 seconds. Instead, I have to awkwardly stretch to reach forward for my phone and tap the screen, breaking any smooth state of flow that this app is encouraging us to reach. 2) AI-GENERATED VOICEOVERS! How bad would it be to hire a voice actor to read the script? For the list prices that the subscriptions have in this app, it is insulting to hear a vapid computerized voice that says the same exact things in the same exact way and has audible glitches in how several words are pronounced.

Good app with annoying problems. This is ultimately a good app that accomplishes what it sets out to do. Unfortunately the editing is at a C+ level at best. I’m 30+ days into my “custom workout routine” and I can’t tell you how many times they skipped an exercise. As an example let’s say they have you stretch your right leg, but then they move on to another exercise without stretching the left leg.. In almost every video you have a random louder voice that comes out of no where and its kind of jarring and breaks your concentration.. I’m guessing during the original filming/editing they forgot to record specific instructions so they inserted them in after the fact however, they used a different voice actor with a deeper voice, and the volume level is not the same.. My last gripe is that they end each video with a relaxation pose which feels great but they don’t provide any cue to let you know the exercise is over. It’s not a big deal but I have been lost in the relaxation/meditation and found myself losing 5-10min. To recap the app does what it’s designed to do but the editing leaves something to be desired especially for a subscription based app.

Buyer beware. I was very disappointed in this app. The robotic voice and very abrupt transitions as well as poor cuing for number of reps or time in a position were terrible. I bought this from a social media ad to do wall Pilates. When I started the program and realized how terrible it was I looked to see if I could get a refund. Their refund policy states that a refund could be provided if I provided a screen shot of 14 days of following “our personalized workout plan”. Please be aware that this does not mean following the plan you specifically purchased, but one which is generated by inputting additional information. I did not realize this, thus I suffered through 14 days of terrible workouts for nothing. I would not recommend this to anyone, but if you do buy it and are unsatisfied, please read the fine print.

Fix the main page!!!. It is infuriating to me that the last workout I did is not at the top my main page. I love the 30 day challenges, but one day, one time, I tried another workout- Glorious Flexibility- and now it’s stuck at the top of my main page. No matter what other workouts I do, it stays there. And the challenge I’m actually doing isn’t in my ‘recent workouts’ at all. I’m still doing the 30 day challenge but every day I have to go searching for my workout and scroll down to the day I’m up to. I keep skipping data because it’s SO ANNOYING!!! I started out loving this app and now I’m frustrated!!! Please fix this! And yes I tried emailing support and got the generic ‘thanks for your feedback and we will pass the info to our team’.

Waste of money. First, if you are a beginner the exercises are too fast, watching the figure, understanding what it does and simultaneously following the spoken guidance about correctly breathing and adjusting details of the pose is next to impossible. Also, if you are using a phone the screen is too small to see the exercises (the figure often only fills 20% of the screen and the coloring of the figure has a lack of contrast within itself (skin color vs. clothing color) so that it is hard to see what the figure is doing in detail). This means, that if you are short sighted, you have to wear glasses while working out, but even with glasses it is hard to see and I often have to pick up the phone and scroll back in the video to check. Some poses are so different that you have to constantly adjust the phone and move it around, which together with following the way too fast instructions, is stressful. It feels like I just wasted around $25 and I am extremely frustrated. I want my money back.

Annoying and unafffordable. I tried a one month subscription and used the product consistently for about half of it. The workouts and flows were easy and fast, but beyond that were not worth the price. Often, the listed time and completed workout time were inconsistent, with completed time running close to 5 minutes longer. The guides were often difficult to follow due to competency level and sometimes due to annoying vocal pitches and patterns. I felt little to no improvement in flexibility or fitness during the time, and was not impressed with the product for the trial 14$, let alone typical $30/month. My subscription renewed sooner than I expected and the company refused to refund the $30, despite the request for cancellation occurring within hours of the renewal. I have used multiple fitness and yoga apps, many expensive, and can say the price of this one exceeds the value.

Awesome!. I never leave reviews but I wanted to on this app because I almost didn’t download this app due all the negative reviews I read. This app is awesome. There are many complaints about it going from exercise to exercise but I feel like that’s more beneficial for people who are very busy. Yoga carries so many benefits and I can feel it working. It may not be as personalized as it seems but I personally like the fact that I have many videos to choose from and I can decide what works for me and what I have time for that day. I have had no issues with the app itself everything works and loads fine. I like that it teaches you how to breathe while working out and it has honestly reduced my stress and anxiety already.

Cost. I never actually bothered to use it. The app asked a zillion questions up front and THEN told me how much it would cost to continue. It would be helpful to know the cost upfront before I waste time answering all of the many many questions

Not good can’t access support. Was really hopeful about the app. First time I used it the screen kept going to sleep. During the work out it would show a picture briefly then go black. No continued guidance on how to do the exercises or transition from one pose to another. Tried to access support and it sends you to a page with pics of people doing yoga and no options. paid for 3 months and feel a little ripped off. In summary the app is clunky, no support, and I’m guessing no option to refund either. Would have considered sticking at it if there was support. Additionally: got email to say refund details in description and I can’t find it. Went to contact directly and no contact details provided. Just a link that wants to open a email I’ve never used and would have to do and set up just for this.

Yoga - no. After cancelling my subscription over 2 months ago, I was very surprised and disappointed to see that they had taken out another subscription. I’ve sent off an email and I’m hoping that it will be refunded, I’ve also cancelled the subscriptions in the app as well. I’m hoping they make contact, besides the automated response, in the world we live in the last thing I need is to have money taken from my bank without my permission.

Tricked into full year purchase!. I didn’t realise this was happening to a bunch of people!! I opted for the free trial but was immediately charged a FULL year!! Contacted Apple support and they said I had previously downloaded the app and received a free trial which I didn’t realise, since it gave me the option for a trial. Very sneaky and I was unable to receive a refund despite messaging Apple within minutes of it happening and not using the app at all! Also, no reply from the company itself despite emailing them within seconds, about it before I even contacted Apple! So now I’ve paid for an ENTIRE year for an app I don’t want.

Absolutely the best way to start my day. This app is the best way to start your day. Some quiet stretching at your own pace. By the end of your session you are straighter and more balanced

Be careful you can’t unsubscribe. I signed up for the 30 day trial and then tried to cancel as I hadn’t found time to use the app (do it may be great I don’t know) BUT any app that makes it so difficult to unsubscribe is dodgy to me. They tried to charge me 3 days in a row but I left no money in my account but it just kept trying until it went through. I wrote an email to the company to cancel…my name was officially null null on my account. This app is nothing but bottom of the pond thieves. Just turn on you tube..for free.

Very bad experience. I had a very bad experience with this app The app is so unscientific and not standard Both financially and medically When I subscribed I meant only to pay for one month The way the me ye was designed was so confusing There were o my one option with auto renew while no option to clearly ket you just try it There is no cooling off period too So basically they scan you which their sneaky design and the. You are trapped and their refund policy didn’t support More importantly I got severe shoulder and upper arm and Jing psi. The da y after which I could not even complete second day .Event since has been suffering g and I got bursitis Had to get Stroud and lots of physio and still had not got my perfect joint back DONT TRUST !

Different to description and illustrations but you pay to find out. I saw a promotional video for Yoga-Go Wall Pilates on Instagram and thought it looked good. The App in the App Store seemed a bit different, but the description and illustrations made me think it probably contained what I was expecting. I also expected to be able to check it out before making any In App purchases. Unfortunately this is not the case. You cannot get into the App until you have answered a slew of questions and committed to a subscription. I was too trusting and signed up for a three month subscription only to find that the App simply has masses of recorded workouts. These workouts are grouped by context, and supposedly by degree of difficulty, but you have extremely limited capacity to customize your workouts. You cannot, for example, choose to include or exclude specific exercises, and the workout videos are very hard to follow and narrated in a boring voice. This is by far the most expensive and worst purchase I have ever made in the App Store. If I could give it no stars I would.

HIGH Alert!!!!. Charging for this app is NOT in accordance with normal Apple protocols. I deleted the app and try to find out how to cancel when I found out the cost … AUD$50 per month but there was no obvious way to CANCEL on their website. In fact all it did was take me through the sign up survey again. I felt comforted by the fact that there was nothing listed in the Apple Subscriptions (where these things are normally cancelled). Then I was debited through Paypal. BE CAREFUL … they might think (and say) it’s fair but, looking back through the reviews, I’m not the only one that has been caught.

Scam Alert!. Sucked in by their marketing on Facebook, I payed for a one week ‘trial’ and did not realise that hidden in the fine print it converted to a monthly membership - with no refund! Don’t believe their ‘30 Day Money Back Guarantee’ - I have certainly not got my money back and I have not even used the app. I was offered a 1 year free membership as ‘compensation’ but I want nothing to do with a company that uses such dodgy practices! Very poor form Yoga Go!

Wall Pilates now fixed. Wall Pilates and other programs were disabled by a recent update but the team was very responsive and fixed it immediately. I have changed my review to reflect this.

D grade recording it’s terrible. The exercises themselves are good, but recording and voice overs clunky, static background noise. Work outs cut off too early, voice over doesn’t match what the instructor is doing. The whole thing sounds like done by AI, almost embarrassed for them how bad the recordings are. It’s just not professional.

Not impressed. I saw the app on instagram and thought the exercises looked good . I subscribed for a month but unfortunately once you open the App you have to sign up yet again and can’t get any access to the exercises otherwise , loos like a scam to me . No idea what I just paid for , definitely not what I expected . Asking for a refund now , so don’t waste your money

No stars from me. I believed the promotional instagram ad. “Do this chair yoga and get to your goal weight by (October ). When you pay you realise it’s just pre recorded yoga videos which, if you only follow the chair yoga, will make it almost impossible for you to reach the goal weight. When contacting the app’s owner I was told that weight loss depends on many things…. Does the think I’ve never tried weight loss things before? But really I wanted a chair yoga app not one filled with lots of things I am unable to do. And the voiceover is so robotic there’s no way you can relax.

Please allow chrome cast. Hi, I cannot seem to get airplay going nor chrome cast. It would be wonderful to be able to work out on a larger screen than my phone. Can you please organise that? I believe I’m not the only one having this difficulty.

Taken money. I downloaded the app to trial it like most apps have a free trial period of 7 days, and less then 24 hrs later in my case less then 6 I would say they took the money out straight away I haven’t even opened the app to look at it yet. Very bad way to start if they want people to remain with them. It looked like such a good app too but I feel like it’s a rort now even if it’s not what a shame. This is my first ever review. Very disappointed in them.

Programs. Best thing I ever did was down loading this ap. It has become a morning ritual for me. Easy to follow instructions. I can feel and see the benefits I am 70 and this has improved my flexibility and strength

Not what it says on the tin. I purchased a one-month subscription and have cancelled after a few days. The pictures above are not real - you don’t get a workout plan or suggestions of exercises. I just received an email advertising a partner app that I could also pay for to give me what I thought I was purchasing in the first place. Please refund so I can find an app that gives me what I’m actually looking for.

Reawakening my old self. After many years of blah and self neglect, this Yoga is allowing me to regain some confidence and get back into the self care routine that my body needs… thank you.

Beware doesn’t show up under IPhone subscriptions. I didn’t realise I was subscribed. If I look under iPhone subscriptions this does not show up along my other subscriptions. I got sent an email saying I had to go to the website or navigate inside the app to cancel else it will auto renew each year. App may be good but this feels underhand bc and sneaky… not impressed…

0 stars. About an hour ago I started applying for a subscription to your App. I changed my mind and didn’t submit a password etc. (I’d actually sent a message saying I was not going ahead as, on signing for the one week free trial I was hit with messages advertising other plans and classes and: a.) I never trust mobs that try and rip your money from your hands before they’ve even proven themselves and b.) why would I stay with a group who clearly don’t believe they can deliver what they’ve promised? I mean, you wouldn’t need to thrust so many other ‘wonder programs’ at me if you did, right? So I’m cancelling as of now - haven’t used the App at all and, as I say it’s only an hour or so since my ‘first contact’ with you - since you didn’t believe me on my first try at cancelling and have already removed money for my free (lol) trial. I’ll put this up in the App Store too since, on reading comments from others, I think it’s better to deal with you publicly.

So you think you’re fit!. I subscribed to this after seeing an ad and my new gut! First try (beginner level) left me totally breathless. There was a position called Happy Baby which caused me to roll on the baby and maybe gave it a crush injury. Another one defied the laws of gravity and I fell onto the coffee table. Next day there was a slight advancement in difficulty. The positions found me talking to my real face due to unachievable body contortions. I have cancelled my subscription but feel I shouldn’t have. I thoroughly recommend this app. Not expensive and extremely beneficial.

Complete con. This app provides instructions for yoga and other workout sessions, but does NOT provide personalised daily workout schedules as advertised. There is also a paywall. It asks all of your details to build a personalised plan (questions about fitness, weight, capabilities, goals, etc) and then tells you you need a subscription to access the plan. Regrettably I paid for the subscription only to find out the personalised plan doesn’t actually exist. Complete con and I would like my money back. I uninstalled the app within an hour of paying. False advertising.

Not what was advertised. I responded to an advertisement for a weight loss workout app. The ad showed animated video of a man my age doing various exercises which I thought would suit my needs (eg sitting on chair rotating legs rather than sit ups for core strength). I answered questions about goals, weight, height, water intake etc and paid to have a personal exercise plan emailed to me to reach my goals by a date recommended by the survey. Received password set up for this app which does not have any of the exercises on the ad and does not have a plan that has any chance of meeting my goals.

Love it. Chair yoga is perfect for me. Each day it alters a little but still allows me to stretch parts of my body I haven’t stretched for years. I can’t believe how quickly I get into the mood and go with the flow of each workout. I look forward to building on my routines each day

Not what is advertised - no individual plan. As other users say (and I am a fool for not reading the reviews first), an individual weight loss plan is advertised, personal health questions are asked and then a “personalised” weight loss plan is created which you have to pay to access (fair enough) BUT after payment, you don’t get this individual plan, just access to general training sessions for specific body areas and it’s not even all the sessions - some you have to pay for again! Fraudulent advertising and very disappointing.

No free trial. I understand that the app needs to make money to exist, however offering 2 or 3 workout examples for free would not break you. They could just be basic workouts, but just give the consumer something to get an idea of how the app functions before asking for money... That or offer a trial period, even 7 days. There is mention of a trial period in the policies however when you go to make a subscription purchase there is nothing to indicate a trial period. Including on the actual App Store payment screen which would usually state that you will be billed after the specific time frame if there was a trial. Information is contradictory and the lack of a trial or any way to see what the app is like means that I will not be making a purchase.

Money making scheme rather than focus on health. Each session is a cut and paste of different moves mashed together which does not always flow. Only 3 repetition of the position and doesn’t allow you time to do the same to the other side, you have to pause it. You can’t select which routine you want to do that day and you can’t do more than one. I chose the 1 month subscription thinking I was only doing a month trial but then it automatically put me into monthly subscription at a higher rate. If you do want to do another routine then it costs you more in subscription fees. I’ve found an amazing Pilates workout on utube now which I do every morning and it’s free. The voice explaining the exercise is monotone and has no feeling, it’s almost robot like. Exercise needs to be personal, feel like you care about my health and well being and wanting to improve people’s health. I simply felt ripped off by subscribing of which I have now cancelled my subscription.

Not what they say.. This is not for beginners. Also please read the fine print even though it’s that small you can barely read it. Don’t sign up for a month as you will be automatically charged for the next month. Maybe you should put this in a print that is very clearly something that people will not miss. Oh wait if you did that you wouldn’t catch people out and thieve money from them.

Scam watch: Deceptive sales materials. When is a 30 day money back guarantee not a 30 day money back guarantee? When you buy a subscription from this company and they charge that subscription on their website and not in the App Store. Don’t fall in to the trap of getting this app? Computerised voice is annoying and animated moves don’t flow in a natural way. Worst US$30 I’ve spent and they refuse to honour their 30 day money back guarantee Deceptive marketing, bordering on fraudulent.

Zero ** Reminiscent of Second Life. Looks like the 2003 video game which is pretty bad but the vocal cues are useless. Doesn’t allow time for the movement to be repeated on the other side of the body. AI voice just says continue on other side with (let’s say) 5 moves but moves straight onto next useless move. It’s so bad it’s laughable. If this is what AI is producing we need not be fearing the future.

“Do your workout now to tone your flabby body” was not a great start as a first notification…. Is insulting us meant to be motivating? Nearly cancelled when I saw that. It had spaces like an auto inclusion but really? Pretty insulting. Also, I want to lose weight, but my body is not “flabby” by any means. Lost a fan there.

Ripped off. I downloaded the app to have a look. Followed links provided to ensure I wasn’t subscribed and today was charged for the one month subscription. The links took me to my apple subscriptions and it is not listed in there. Subscriptions are listed within the app. So why does the link within the app take you outside the app to check subscriptions? Absolute scam. Never even used it once. Will try and request a refund but don’t like my chances as clearly they want to trick you into losing money.

Hoping for the best. Hey From all the reviews you seem to say the same thing which is very convenient from your side of business that you can’t not refund unhappy customers, but it was easy enough for you to take the money!! I have just installed but did not open app so I’ll be extremely disappointed if I get charged anything at all. There should be some sort of clause that if people purchase free trial app it’s free until you agree to terms and conditions, not just get charged and have no way of getting refund, very poor business orientated. Hope I’m not charged. Will I be charged if I did not open app and just deleted straight away after installation?

Beware Beware Beware. Get ready to cancel. I thought this looked great. I was all ready to try the discounted trial and I did the test. I was prepared to try it and then see if it was worth more expensive monthly charge. I was charged not only for the trial month but was also going to be charged for the full month cost before I had a chance to try the program. And I found out about that when I read the receipt small print. I am so sick of being fleeced and treated like a sucker. I didn’t have a well paid job and I work hard, I don’t like being treated like an idiot and this company is underhand. Be up front, on the very front of your advertising let folks know what they are really getting into and don’t lie. You’ll get better Reviews if you are ethical. Why do you have to be dishonest?

Glitchy useless misleading. This app is the highest level of rubbish on the market. What you see in the marketing is not what you get in reality. It’s a video dump and they’re connected so poorly one instruction is cut off by another video. If you look at social media there are also many complaints that people have been scammed afterwards and free trials being charged for etc when using this app. The refund policy is also complained about regularly by consumers and no one seems to get a refund even when communicating that the app is broken and not working as advertised. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not impressed. Signed up for a 3 month course, special rate of $25, paid and then got billed another $44 a week later. Tried to cancel the renewals, but it gets an error message … technical diffulties, try again later. I think I’ve been scammed … how to block them from my CC??? APPLE: I’m surprised you let companies like this ruin your name !!!! Ps. I had to rate this app to review, they don’t deserve the one star ..,

Assumes constantly I want to lose weight????. This app assumes everyone wants to lose weight despite my entering in the dozens of questions before they hit you up for a subscription that I want to gain weight,. It also assumes everyone is unfit, I go to gym every day! I just want more flexibility. It also told me I am overweight, I look great for my age or someone 10yrs younger, I feel great too! Deleting not for me!

Hit the wrong button & after reading T&C’s discovered I’m signed up for more than I wanted. I received a message on signing up via Applestore that I didn’t have enough credit. Never used this medium before so feel trapped after handing over my cc details. Should I see any charges come through on my cc, I will advise my bank to stop payment & any further charges from this app supplier. Buyer beware! Thinking that after initially answering all questions regarding age, height, weight etc., I wouldn’t need toe tear them again. I feel conned & do NOT want anything more with this app. So where do I find somewhere to cancel this ‘subscription’ NOW, 17th January 2024 as I want OUT!

Not impressed. As others have stated I signed up for a one month trial and have now been charged a monthly ongoing subscription. Maybe you need to make this more clear in your signing up details and do as others do, send a reminder email that the subscription is about to renew? Also when I tried to cancel the subscription it keeps coming up with an issue and won’t allow me too. Will not be recommending this app at all

Automatic renewal. I signed up for one month subscription of the service only to be surprised with double the amount of my first payment charged to my card on the eve of the end date. When I contacted the company, I was advised that I signed up for auto renewal which was obviously hidden in the fine print which I missed. When I asked for a refund as I didn’t want the service they refused to refund the money and said that I didn’t qualify for a refund. To qualify for a refund I had to have filmed myself exercising to prove that this didn’t work for me. Who thinks of filming themselves just in case they want to cancel a service a month before they think they might ask for a refund. People normally record their weight and take a picture at the start and end to see the before and after results. Save your money you will be getting scammed to stay with them without knowing once they have access to your money.

Not deliver everything advertised. I bought a month subscription to try the full program. I looked at the materials and they are very clear and easy to follow but I never received a workout plan to reach the goal that they promise you would achieve by doing this workout. So basically, you are on your own looking what fits you with out a proper plan.

Stuck in plank while app buffers and shuts down phone. I had high hopes but the app just does not deliver - it gets stuck buffering in the middle of movements and at times it takes so long the phone shuts down and you have to unlock it - not exactly optimal when you are in side plank and wondering what is going on. I was promised a money back guarantee to sign up - let’s see if that is honoured…

I would like my money back. I do not recommend it. The service is unreliable. I feel scammed. I purchased the service, I tried 2-3 times and I realized that this service is not a good fit for me. I payed for the first month. I tried to find for the cancellation button, but there was not any. According to many apps it will be displayed either on the accounts details or settings or in the subscription setting of the phone. As, I could not find anywhere to cancel my subscription, I assumed it was a one month subscription. My surprise when I saw it charged into my account. In contact with the help desk, they said I needed to unsubscribe with them. This information was not easily displayed. In my mind they are surviving of getting the money because of people who cannot unsubscribe. The begging of the service was very average. The email took a long while to be sent to me, so I did not know how to access the service even though I could see the fees charged into my account.

More Information needed. Dear Sir/Madam, I think you need to provide more information. I downloaded the App on my phone. No price or length of “free trial” are given prior to download. After downloading, I was immediately asked to pay a subscription. At this point I wanted to cancel and went to your terms and conditions. There you write “Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial...you will be billed...We may send you a reminder that your trial is about to end but we do not guarantee any such notifications. It is ultimately your responsibility to know when your free trial will end.” It doesn’t possible to find the length of the free trial period and seems from this that charges will immediately apply. Additionally, more than one of your links to help on the App do not work. I have deleted the app from my phone, but whether this means I will be charged or not is not clear to me. Please have a look at my above concerns. Thank you.

Buyer beware you are automatically put on auto payments deducted prematurely. I signed up for 1 month AS A TRIAL. Less than a month later a second ‘auto deduction’ was removed from my account. No communication was provided to request to role my membership over onto a payment plan at the end of the trial. It was not clear that buyers are put on auto payments at the time of signing up when signing up on Facebook. I have not had the opportunity of a full month to transpire to cancel further payments. Yogo-go is refusing a refund. The app was ok but clients are promised a personalised exercise program and I did not feel that this was delivered. Routines took much longer to complete than stated.

Not working properly. I am trying the wall Pilates and some of the exercises are in complete, alot of them only do one side of the body, if you have practiced this you will know what you’re doing but the app goes so fast by the time you get into the next position it’s already finished, sometimes the words don’t match the actions, I’m really disappointed with this app as i was really looking for a Great Wall Pilates workout! I’ll keep looking!!

Not impressed, but …. Maybe it’s my fault for not reading the fine print, but I signed up for a one-week “trial”, and my credit card was charged immediately. How exactly is that a trial? I asked for a refund but was told, “Unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy your refund request as the situation doesn’t meet the criteria for eligibility established in our Refund Policy.” Ho hum. On top of that, even after filling out their questionnaire to — presumably — establish my fitness level (about a 1.5 on a scale of 1-10, I’d think!), the first set of exercises for the first day was marked “Medium” and completely and utterly beyond me. I suspect if they really do have an algorithm to tailor the course for people, as they say they do, it’s completely unfit for purpose. Had I persisted with the exercises, I could have easily injured myself. Not impressed. I did yoga for many years, many years ago, and see no evidence of anyone who actually knows anything about teaching yoga involved in this app. It’s utterly crude and designed for the easily fooled, which, sadly, included me. To their credit, they answered my email asking for a refund within about an hour. Instead of a refund, they offered me a year’s free access to the app and help using its features. Based on my experience with their algorithm, though, I won’t be taking up the offer.

Gentle start to your day. I’m enjoying this easy program and you can choose lots of levels and styles ellenCatK2024

Just what I needed. Am pleasantly surprised by how good these daily sessions are. After 2 weeks my body is feeling nicely stretched out! The use of the chair means you can do yoga in small spaces so no excuses now 👌🏻

Really bad app. After a full year subscription i cant even log in. It dont even recognize my email to log in. Nowhere or no one to talk for help with the app.

Horrible. thought i was getting a 7 day trial and turns out I was charged for 3 months. Tried doing a few videos. They were not great and is all computer animations. I have a regular yoga class I attend and was hoping to add more into my everyday. This app is just frustrating, I would rather find Youtube videos. I want my money back.

Liers!. I paid for personal program. Where is it? I don’t see any personal thing anywhere? It is just some “top pick for you” and they are not personal! I was able to search on YouTube! I didn’t need that you do it for me! I want my money back! It’s scam!

Very dissatisfied. One star is one too much form me. Bought it for losing weight and doing chair yoga. Purchase price only covers basic and light yoga. You need to pay extra for the stuff I wanted. No upfront info on that. Now looking for a refund and cant get it. Edging on scam. I should not have purchased the subscription. Worst of all, I paid for one month… I canceled subscription renewal but cant get a refund. Read the small print very carefully. Dissatisfied and feeling swindled.

Not satisfied. The application videos doesn’t work most of the times. Also it didn’t give the 30 days plan as the commercial shows. I have to pay extra to get the plan. Not satisfied in general, I didn’t get what I want, I would like to cancel and get a refund.

Won’t work reliably. After the first two exercises, it goes into an endless loop. Won’t go on from there.

Instruction too slow. I’ve just started this program this week and I’ve already noticed that the exercises on the video start and complete before the audible instructions are through so I am having to stop and rewind so I can complete it before the next one begins. It’s be nice for an audible instruction with a visual could run and then run the repetitions through before the next one begins. I’m okay if the 5 min stretch is actually 8

Total scam. These programs are not personalized, don’t waste your money.

Can’t delete Keeps charging. Buyer beware. I have deleted this app. It doesn’t appear in my subscriptions, but I am still being charged. Beware!!!

Application not reliable. The application stopped after 3 months of using, even it was paid for one year. Lost all information about training, lost personal information and now not able to use application, because it ask to pay again for a new subscription.

Stay away !. No refund possible.

Yoga go scam. This company will take your money without authorization after they get their claws into you. Stay away from their one week trials. It is not a trial but hides small print to scam you out of more money.

Don’t waste your money!. Terrible app - glitchy, avatar instructor and clearly cut and pasted instructions that don’t match with the exercise being shown. Glad I only paid for one month! Read all the reviews and you will get a very clear picture of how bad the app actually is.

Scam!. I requested and paid for one month of useless information. One month! There was no intent or permission to withdraw more money from my account. Now I find a withdrawal of over $50. I want my money back!

Désabonner. Impossible de ce désabonner 😡

No free trial. Can’t even know how it’s made. Have to pay as soon as it opens.

Don’t buy. You may receive the app and get the workouts. But there is only one way to contact for support of any type and no one responds. I was charged for 3 months instead of one. At full price with no discount and cannot contact anyone for a refund or cancellation. Every site sends you to the same support page. No Chat! No phone number! Every message I’ve read where the company responds sends you to the same email address where again, NO ONE responds! If you are app support don’t respond here!! Respond to my 15 emails and issue a full refund and cancel my service. Thanks.

Pointless. What a waist of money. This app does not personalize workout for you it only shows you different categories. I can go to u tube or any other free app and get tge same info, why pay?

App is horrible!. I paid for the life time subscription and it worked for a month. Now I am trying to re-set my password and it says that my email address is not registered! How am I supposed to use an app that I paid over $100 for if it won’t even let me log in!

Novice. Je n’ai jamais fait de yoga auparavant. J’adore ce genre d’exercices. Merci!

Impossible de se connecter!. J'ai payé un abonnement, en bonne et due forme! Cependant, lorsque je veux me connecter via l'appli, on me demande mon adresse courriel, que j'indique.

Dishonest, misleading company. I just signed up only for the somatic experience and Chris from your customer service said that you guys don’t offer that right now but also wouldn’t offer me a refund even though it’s only reason why I purchased this app. Very misleading, dishonest company. I’m sure you still will not refund me, yet delete this comment. Nice work! 👏

VERY displeased!. I bought this for the year and it wouldn’t even open for me let alone work! I would like my $$ back!! I am not restoring my purchase either!

Windows. How can I use my yoga go in my Windows 11 laptop? I hate using a little phone! Thanks

Review. Don’t like writing reviews. Annoyed that I cannot proceed without doing this.

Scammers. Charging with out authorization and hidden sales for products not wanted.

Expensive and steals data. How do I delete and cancel this app???

Waste of time & money. Do not waste your time or money on this app. I signed up for 3 months and what a disappointment. The monotone, robot was very uninspiring to say the least. The movements were less than basic at best and I was signed up as an intermediate level. I can't imagine how awful it would be as a beginner. Hoping for a full refund!!!

Ressourçant et motivant. Ces exercices sont tout à fait adaptées. Toutefois, éviter trop de répétitions (plus de 2). Merci

Cancel. Trying to cancel this app.. Have never used it … signed up in 2020…canceled and now showing up again and being billed..4 years later.

Scam and lies don’t waste your cash!. No try before you buy!! Can’t see the exercise before only as your go….and definitely not clear… huge waste of money and definitely not as advertised!!!! Paid for a year and only did 3 days….

Animation and extremely poor video montage. I was sucked in by an ad that advertised trainers and programs catered to me. What I got was animated, poorly mounted workouts with no logical flow and abrupt workout ends. After one workout I was so disappointed. Contacted customer support to be told my refund request didn’t align with their refund policy. What a nightmare app and a horrible customer experience. It’s really bad. Don’t put your money on this. I won’t hesitate to advertise my dissatisfaction because there are much better apps to spend money on.

Great first day. I was sick with gastro so only did day one.

Was great until they canceled a year paid subscription after 1.5 months of using. I have tried to restore purchase, I have tried emailing and get no responses- definitely disappointing! Was loving my workouts

DO NOT BUY-Bad videos, not great customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried the videos-on day 2 after trying 5 different videos I was frustrated that everyone of them were hard to follow. The voice would tell you for example to lean forward while pushing your toes into the ground while the video would show you pushing back and stretching your toes up in the air-all the videos that I have tried to this point (7) have such inconsistencies. You cannot follow by listening and are trying to change your position to see the screen to know if you are doing the things right. Requested a refund because it is just frustrating to try videos that don’t match like this and they refused me a refund only offering to give me a year for the price j paid for 3 months. The terms of refund are ridiculous in themselves which of course couldn’t be found in a dead link cycle from app to website….only got to read them when I was sent a link in my rejection of refund email.

Fake and a scam. Clearly faked positive reviews. Mediocre at best. Any contacts for the company are chatbots. Do not get sucked in. This is so bad it’s laughable. They try and give you a year for free. Not worth it. YouTube is superior.

Depend. If you have money to spend on that kind of thing go head. If not, that’s a lost of your time.

Worst purchase ever. I think your product is trash and regretted paying for three months after the first session.I attempted a few more time and canceled my subscription the third day. I’ve done yoga for over 25 years both in person and online. Your product is jerky AI generated sessions. They offer no accommodations for the poses or what you should be considering . They use some “correct yogic terminology” and then switch it part way through the same session to random descriptions. For example Savasana is used then later we’re told to lay on your back with your hand up and away from your body. I make all efforts to warn people off your product whenever I can.

Ignorant money grabbers. They are only after your money! Overpriced, charging for everything, on the trial period they put your subscription on automatic and hide behind their own rules! If there was a 0, that would be my rating. You better join a class or a gym for the amount they charge. For the developer: please spare me your meaningless niceties!

Love this program!. I am on my 7th day on this 30 day seated yoga challenge and I am so happy with it. Best thing about this app for me is that they really seem to care how I am doing. Didn’t finish a session and received a notice asking what was wrong and how could they help. Lots of options. Works for me🧘

Fraudsters. The app is bad and they tried to charge me with out my consent and notification.

Not free. Not free. Waste of time filling out all the information.

Not free. Should not be in the free section, they don’t even have a trial option, to see if it’s a good app. Wasted time downloading it.

Boo. Can’t even demo the app without purchasing a monthly plan.

Strange. This app feels like it was created by a robot. The instructor voice is AI generated, and instructions are often inconsistent (says opposite of what it shows, bad timing, forgets to repeat on other side, ends workout abruptly). The notifications don’t reflect my activity (I just finished a workout and I get a notification reminding me to do a workout today). The various options (wall Pilates, somatic workout) have many of the same exercises. The whole thing is very overpriced and uninspiring.

Yoga go up. Once I got thru the ad at the end I realized this was not a free app. So I did not finish signing up. Yet yoga go signed me up and started charging me. I have spent several hours at different time following the various instructions on the many various sites to cancel. I have not been successful. I live on a small income and can not afford this. Why do you make it so crazy and difficult to cancel? I go to the first site which tells me the actions to cancel on a different site. Can’t do so because the site they sent me to doesn’t have the action I was told to click on. Then another same procedure. I will never sign up and will tell everyone I can to stay away from this site as it is a scam.

Good luck trying to cancel a trial subscription!. The video workout was easy to follow. It was not what I wanted. I went to cancellation button for cancelling subscription, and it could not be accomplished because of a ‘technical issue’…..repeated several times, same message. Then you will go thru a series of exasperating steps to ‘cancel’. None worked. Had to contact support, go thru more useless steps. Then out of the blue I get a message it is cancelled. I suggest if you want to cancel, you screenshot every step you take, as too many times these apps or programs will come back on you later on and bill you. You need proof you cancelled.

Be REEEEEAAAALLY sure you want it!. My niece was accidentally using my phone (we have the same phone/case) and she decided to purchase this app. As soon as she got the purchase confirmation, she realized it had my name instead of hers. I reached out to the company and explained that this app was purchased in error, and that I can’t use it because I’m disabled, and asked for a refund. They won’t refund me unless I use the app for a month and take before and after pictures to prove that the app didn’t work. I’M DISABLED. I explained to them again that I cannot use the app even if I wanted to, and they offered me unlimited lifetime access to the app. What didn’t they understand about being disabled and physically unable to do Yoga?? Needless to say, Customer Service is terrible, and now I’m out $20.

Scam Alert - Auto Subscription Nightmare. The terms are not transparent until you ask for a cancellation or a refund. I’ve been working with support to get a refund on an auto-renewal I did not approve. All support has managed to do is give me clips of their fine print of why they won’t refund me. Furthermore, I have a iPhone model that does not support the app and have not been able to access it to begin with. I never saw a disclosure that stated a certain iPhone model was needed to use the app. The auto renewal is insult to injury and they won’t do the right thing and refund me for the second subscription I never wanted. Don’t bother reaching out to support, they just copy and paste a script that has been given to them. Reach out to your credit card company to dispute the wrongful charge.

Great Simple App. I am so happy with this simple app. Purchased this app for $53/year (a buck a week!) to help keep me disciplined to regularly exercise. (When something is free, I tend not to value it or use it.) This app lets you set a pace and workout designed for your needs—e.g. as an older woman, I am not going to do heavy workouts, but do need guidance to keep limber and fit. The routines go for about 12 minutes each and along with my walks and daily “plank” and balance board (separate from the app), I am feeling more fit every week.

Stop auto renewing. I signed up for this app and answered many questions about my current health and fitness situation. I went to try the first exercise session and found it too difficult for someone at my level with knee arthritis. When I signed up, it was for one month at a discount rate. I did not see anything about it auto renewing. Luckily, they sent an email where I could see it was going to renew and charge me a full month rate. I find it very annoying to do this without first getting permission. I was instructed to sign into my account via browser. Only then to be instructed that I needed to sign in on the app. I find it very annoying when companies make it difficult to cancel membership.

Pack of Lies.

Poor app & service. Let me start with the moves are great!!! However this app has a person hyperventilating during fast paced transitioning moves. If you can play this in slow mo I think it would be amazing. Yoga is about stretching and breathing. This app is yoga on fast forward. I knew I wanted to make a change and felt 7 min workouts can be done everyday. I didn’t know it would be dizzy and nauseous afterwards because of it. When I reached out about intensity level they told me to consult a physician. Well I’m an in shape paramedic firefighter, just new to yoga. Everything I know about breathing is wrong with this app. If you chose to follow along. Pause and do in your own time. Do NOT follow along. You will pass out if you are truly inexperienced

Don’t subscribe - NO WAY BACK. Making money on wrongfully inspired purchase. Bought this app as many other people - thinking it’s about 3-5 min personalized workouts. But the Instagram app was misleading, and it appeared to be a collection of yoga classes, that were not what I was looking for. I can’t use this classes because they are basic, not customized, and too long for my daily schedule. Just not a good fit. Guess what? They claim you have a month of trial, but as soon as you subscribe there’s no way back. You are stuck with that subscription even though you haven’t used it even for a day. Absolutely not flexible or understanding of the customer’s needs. Making money on the wrongfully inspired purchases. Disappointed.

DO NOT BUY. I’m very disappointed in this app. I fell for the ad and got scammed. It’s highly misleading. 1. It’s not yoga. It’s isolated exercises that rotate far too quickly. There’s not yoga flow or practice and not enough time to settle into a stretch/exercise. **I’ve done yoga for YEARS and I’ve never heard or seen most of these exercises. NOT REAL YOGA MOVES!** 2. There’s no personalized plan as shown in the ads. There’s no tracking either. The ad is a total lie. 3. There are multiple errors in the recipes; references to ingredients in the directions that aren’t listed in the ingredients. Missing ingredients as well. 4. This app has terrible audio. You can tell that it’s a computer reading aloud something that was typed. Most likely translated from another language as there are many grammatical errors. It sounds like Siri reading out your text message. 5. After using this app for 2 days, I can safely say there is nothing accurate about the ad and the actual app. It’s a totally misleading lie to get your money. I can’t get a refund either so now I’m out $$ with a useless product.

Scam. First, it’s a completely computerized voice. If you enjoy doing a workout with Siri, you may like this. Secondly, the timing isn’t always accurate, so you’ll have to reach out in the middle of your exercise and press pause so that you can actually do the number of reps the computer suggests. But most importantly, and the reason I give this a one, is that when I tried to cancel my subscriptions I got a bogus message saying that there was a technical issue and I’d have to call support. We all know what that means. And it happened consistently whenever I tried to cancel both of my subscriptions. I’m certainly not in the mood to get a sales pitch from a rep on a telephone. I should never have fallen for this, and I hope other people are smarter than I was.

Transitions too quickly/computer voice. The first day I thought I was doing some weird version of robot Simon says yoga. They transition way too quickly from one thing to the next, especially during the warm up. You’re constantly having to look at your phone to see what’s going on. After a few days, you kinda know the drill and it’s less annoying/overwhelming, but still too quick. I also find the computer voice of the instructor to be anything but soothing. I have completed the first 5 days(and will do the entire month) and am noticing improvement, but have already cancelled my card so that I don’t get charged for a 2nd month.

Super glitchy interface. Really like the workouts. I have not use this app very much. And have been energized and excited to use it. But I’ve had to on mirror and re-mirror multiple times in a session because my television screen glitches and freezes. And it takes multiple times to get it to actually come back online appropriately. And then when you go back… The back button only takes you so far to the beginning of that exercise. The glitching makes it not worth the money. If it worked well I would be more inclinedTo keep going because I really do like the quick workouts when I need something fast.

This app is a trap to forcefully charge a full priced subscription.. I did not find the app useful, as it doesn’t work as it says it does. The site advertises that it provides you with workout plans SPECIFIC for your target areas, at the level you are starting in. However, once you purchase it, it gives you all the workout plans they offer. It doesn’t give specifics for your body type and target areas, as advertised. It’s just gives you access to a very generic site for exercising. I tried to cancel the subscription, prior to the renewal charge. However, this app and site have ABSOLUTELY NO LINK or instructions available to do so. Leaving their clients to have to endure another charge FORCEFULLY. This is comparable to a trap. Their refund policy stated they don’t give refunds once there is a charge made. However, regardless of what their refund policy is, the site does not allow for their clients to cancel the subscription, in the account settings, when they want to. Rather, they make them jump through all these hoops just to try and find cancellation instructions, which are NO WHERE to be found on the site or app. This app is a trap for consumers.

Watch out for the charges. First of all I bought the app because of an ad that I saw on Instagram… what you buy doesn’t really look like the app- I just wanted simple exercises not videos to watch but that’s another story. Just watch your free trial. They appear to be tricky in charging you later. It doesn’t show up on your iPhone or subscriptions on your app purchases- And I didn’t get any notification about upcoming charges- just a yearly subscription charge all of the sudden. Contacted support and they were pretty much like- all purchases are final and you subscribed on the web but not the app so we don’t notify you so oh well. Now I have this app for another year - which I don’t really use and I am out 50 bucks.

Auto-Renewal is Non-Refundable. If you use the app a ton, it might very well be great. At the same time, if you buy the app, PUT A REMINDER OF THE RENEWAL DATE ON YOUR CALENDAR AND BE CAREFUL!!! They do not give you a head’s up prior to charging your credit card. Instead, they email you the receipt confirmation AFTER they run your card. Even if you write within the hour of the receipt of the email, they will not refund the charge that they just made minutes before for the FOLLOWING THREE MONTHS! Then they try to defend their substandard business practices by pointing to their terms and conditions. IF I COULD DO IT OVER, I WOULD CHOOSE TO TRY A DIFFERENT YOGA APP!!! One that doesn’t charge people for services that they aren’t going to use. Maybe one that does the right thing by their busy customers.

App is glitchy and tech support isn’t supportive. I’ve had Yoga Go for a year. I had high hopes for the app, but it has gotten so glitchy that I just cannot continue to pay for an app that is so poorly maintained. In my experience, the worst parts are that the avatar goes from one position to the middle of another position in one literal second. One second you’re in Child’s pose and the next the avatar is coming out of Warrior 2. In addition, in contacting tech support regarding the issues, I’m only ever met with questions that make it seem like the issues are my internet service or my phone. Since I’m not experiencing these type of issues with other apps, I don’t think my phone or internet are to blame.

Horrible. Site does not work. Glitchy and would loop back to start page over and over again. Tried contacting customer service which is virtually non existent. BUT their process to charge your account or card works without fail! I never received a confirmation email or a reply to my attempt to request a cancellation within two days after making payment. Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to find a yoga class and then get sent back to the starting page to re-enter your user & password. So disappointed. This is my warning to anyone considering this yoga class, practice, or whatever they truly are. Will take your money and not deliver on what you have purchased.

Fad not Fitness. Going through the questions in the beginning of the app start out fine. In order to make your plan you have to decide how much weight you want to lose, even if you already selected that you’re not here to lose weight. this app wants to know what occasion you’re trying to lose weight for. Then they want to charge money for the plan. I don’t need to pay money to do yoga. At home. Apps like this pray on insecurities, promise solutions, then make people feel like it’s their fault when it was not the answer to a healthier lifestyle. A happy healthy lifestyle is not an option on the list of why you want to do yoga. if I were trying to lose weight I would delete all of these apps in their negativity. Somehow there’s nothing to help you gain weight if you’re an underweight american woman. 🤷‍♀️💔

Constant issues with this app. Do yourself a favor and choose another app. This app is constantly having issues and when trying to message technical support they are not only passive but not helpful at all. This is supposed to help relax you but only frustrates you. It always skips the next step and never lets you finish it completely. It doesn’t keep track of your accomplishments and you’re always having to go back to reduce it to count it and even then it still has issues. It’s easy to follow as far as technique but the technology of is needs a lot of work. Wish I would’ve done the month instead of the three month. Waste of money!

Untrustworthy, bad customer service. I purchased a one-month subscription about a week ago. I tried the app once and was not impressed. You have to select a series of videos and are only allowed to do one within that series every day. I have been doing better Pilates videos online for FREE. I asked for a refund and was denied - after using it just once. Here was their response: “I have thoroughly looked into the details of your case. Unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy your refund request as the situation doesn’t meet the criteria for eligibility established in our refund policy.” Basically, they only offer refunds if there are technical issues. They do not stand by the quality of the service. They are an untrustworthy company. Don’t waste your money! You can get better videos for free.

Perfect for me. This is the first auto-generated workout that actually got it right. Developed a personal chair yoga series based on my needs and expertise level at this senior stage of my life. (Other apps I tried heard ‘senior’ and ‘arthritis’ and gave me programs for a beginner.) And I do like that my Yoga-go AI instructor resembles a senior woman. Disliked the automatic auto-renew at sign-up but the site made it easy for me to turn that off. I’m midway through my 1st 3 month trial program and will renew depending on pricing. (Last sentence edited from original review.)

Scam. I purchased a one week trial via instagram then was automatically charged the month subscription at the end of the trial week even though I cancelled the subscription. Upon writing for a refund credit they stated they would not refund me. The app was not on my iTunes apps home so I couldn’t cancel that way and because I never used the app I wasn’t aware I had to cancel in the app.. which I figured out and did the same day of the charge. They state a 30 day money back guarantee yet denied my request for refund. Beware if you have family emergencies and can’t take the time to use the app they lack empathy and compassion and will charge you for a month you haven’t even started!!

Awesome. I really do love this app! It’s great there are a few things that could make it more amazing. I would love there to be more challenges than just the ones on the app. I’ve had this app for almost a year and there is no new content. I love how the 30 day challenges direct you step by step on what to do but there are only limited choices. Once a challenge is complete there are no new challenges for that area of the body. I would love to keep using this app and I hope there will be new content soon similar to the challenges now!!

Buyer beware. I filled out a detailed questionnaire about my needs but the app is a one size fits all program. I was disappointed in the lack of flow on the poses— standing, then sitting, then standing again with very little time to hold the pose and not enough time for me to get up and down to switch poses. I purchased believing, from what I read, that I could try the app then get a refund if not satisfied. But nope. In the far down fine print no one reads it says you only get a refund if it won’t work on your device. The company is quick to respond to emails but I feel like I was mislead when I purchased this. I’ve never heard of a company who won’t refund your money when you are dissatisfied.

You think I can do what?. I told it I’m overweight and unfit and stiff and have bad knees, and it wants me on my knees, then balancing on one foot in a hip opener. I’ve done quite a bit of yoga, but not in several years, since my knees really deteriorated. I thought this program would help me ease back into it in private and improve strength and flexibility. Maybe it will—I do respond to being nudged to be active by my devices. But having to modify from the outset is frustrating, not encouraging. If I’d never taken yoga classes and know I can and should modify poses I can’t do yet, I’d be very unhappy that I spent money on this. As it is, I’m moderately unhappy.

Good but….. It’s a great app, it’s just a have something to say, when you ‘sign up’ it gives you a quiz or whatever, then it tells you to pick your body type, here’s where I come in, I know a LOT of girls and boys who are self conscious about there weight and I hate that the choice names are regular, and overweight, yes I get your trying to ‘know us better’ but that is offensive to MANY overweight people, I am overweight myself im not afraid to say it but many people are, so I would greatly recommend you change regular to something else and overweight as well. Thank you for your time, keep up the great work

Not what I expected from the demo. The demo was great. I wish the actual workouts were like the demo. First to do the actual workouts I need like 6-8 foot of empty space with a blank wall which I dont have. Then the lady doing the demos is super fast and difficult to watch while actually doing the exercise. The lady saying what to do is slower but sometimes the explanations arent clear or don’t match up to what the lady doing the exercise is doing so I am lost on what I actually need to do. I signed up saying I wasnt in great shape and can only touch the floor with my fingertips. The 2nd day it says to stand with my legs apart and put my forearms on the floor. There is no way that is beginner level

Hate Apps that act like they offer a little when it’s all PAY. I am all about paying for what you get but this app is won’t even give you a moment to try their services. I thought at least there would be two minutes of a free overview, a short yoga stretch, something to show what they are about. Fooled me. It’s FREE to download but you get nothing til you pay. A free download is absolutely MEANINGLESS. If you are proud of what you offer, give a three day trial, give something so that the app sells itself instead of deceptive “free download.” I won’t even give you a second chance since you wouldn’t give ME a first chance. There are too many apps out there. Your marketing team better wise up! Bye!

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I’m a new user of this app. When I first saw it, I new I had to incorporate some type of exercise. Do to my age(70)and health issues I didn’t really know if I could do this. I chose the cheapest program(I’m retired and on a very, very tight budget). It took me several days to start after signing up. Now I have been doing the start up and love it! I can choose how long and how hard to work. It’s very good for me. I only hope that after my 1st month completed, I can sign up at a lower price or I’ll have to conclude my membership. Again all 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻up for this program 😉🥳👌🏻

Useful but buggy. My goal was to build strength and this app is helping me do that. I like the short (less than 30 minute) workouts. The gradual increase in intensity has been on track with my needs. On the negative side, the canned voice makes mispronunciations that I find amusing. The background music sometimes sounds like static. The pacing of the instruction is a little hurried. I frequently pause the video to catch up. Sometimes the sequence says to repeat on the other side but doesn’t provide time for the second side. All and all worthwhile but not worth $30 per month. Q

Achievable daily rhythm. The stretches are deceptively simple, the time needed less than it takes to have a quiet morning coffee, the selection well targeted for problem areas....and with a little consistency and focus, I notice the body ‘pops’ with toned strength. This app is not for those who want to cultivate a deep yoga practice, but the busy ones who want amplified results from a small regular effort. And perhaps the most striking thing about the program.... I’m able to ‘slide’ this simple daily practice under the radar of the undisciplined part of myself, making powerful incremental gains in strength and tone.

❤️Customer service. I have a movement/balance disorder and really need to keep my mobility on track. It’s been 12 years and my basic daily stretches aren’t sufficient anymore. I do struggle to keep up and need to use ScreenMirroring on my TV to follow but I’m really hopeful. I’m excited that customer service was kind and helpful. I know it will take me a long time but I love that I can paise and easily rewind. I wish I could save my favorite workouts and have more reminders but I’ll just write them down.

I want to love it but…. This app is great for daily workouts. However, when you go into daily workouts and start doing the yoga, the transitions to the next pose are SOOOO BAD!!! Sometimes it’ll skip to the next pose and it’ll be almost over. So maybe you’ll catch the left side of the pose but they already did the right side so you go into the next pose and your body is uneven because the right side got skipped. Sometimes it has you laying flat on your back and the next pose is standing in mountain but by the time you stand up to go into mountain it has you laying flat again for the next pose. What is this? Please fix the flow into the next pose so I can give this app a 5 star rating! It’s so bad!

Fraudulent Subscription. To all , I will preface with the actual developers do have a good product , the method or whom you use to manage your subscriptions is fraudulent . I tried a finite subscription that expired in September of 23 . It still says expired in red in my subscriptions but since January of this year , an attempt to bill my credit card was made using two different ID’s for a total of 5 times since January. Again , the actual lessons , routines are good but the service used to bill subscriptions is fraudulent.

Pilates. Hello, this is a great app for me, I work from home, self employ, I spent more than 8 hours seating at my desk and I feel like I do not have time to go to the gym or Yoga classes but this app has help me immensely, thank you. I only have a suggestion, I am trying to add Pilates to my routine but it is really hard to concentrate since you are not notified of how to do the exercises or when to change so I have to keep looking at the screen, can yo please add at least a ding or something? Than you.

BEWARE of AUTOMATIC RENEWALS!!. Beware, they automatically renew you, even if you are not aware. They do not send you any advance notice and when you contact them they say it was all explained in the lengthy contract that you AGREED! In the email I received, they have everything in bold letters about what “you thereby consented that you understood the subscription terms.” There was not a warning in the original in bold letters!! It’s SCAM!! I contacted them as soon as soon as I saw it on my bank statement, but SORRY, no refunds!! If they were legitimate, they would send you an email telling you about the renewal time, like legitimate companies do! Just be aware of their strategy and know you will automatically be renewed! No refunds…PERIOD!!! I did not sign up for any renewals!!!

Where’s the Chair Yoga for Lazy People?. I joined maybe a 4 hours ago. After looking through the plans and exercises, I could just cry! Where’s the chair? I have that “Not So Fresh” feeling that I’m about to get screwed yet again! I’m 70 years old. There are two reasons I signed up. Chair and Lazy. I choose not to do any of the floor exercises because it’s likely I’ll have trouble getting up. I have a bad back, COPD and I can’t touch my toes. The app shows people in all sorts of perilous poses that would land me in physical therapy if I tried to do it. (Don’t worry, I won’t.) I purchased the three month plan. We have two options. 1. Give me all of my money back forthwith. 2. Provide me with the personalized Chair Yoga for Lazy People as advertised. I prefer option 2. The ball is in your court. Rest assured, I’m not going to sit back and take it. I’ve got nothing better to do with my time. I’m normally a very nice person. This is the second fat and lazy fitness app I’ve dealt with in as many days. This has tried my patience. What, shall we do?

Difficult verbiage. I didn’t love that it’s a free app but there’s no disclaimer that there is no free part to this app, they immediately ask you back to back uncomfortable prompts, the first one being what’s your body type “fit”, “flabby” or “extra” which I thought was rude and disheartening for those who are very new to yoga and could be offended by that. It also asks redundant and manipulative questions at the end. Do you want to sleep better, do you want to be fit, etc. So I was just made uncomfortable with the questioning and no ability to skip, and then immediately brought to a payment plan page so less then ideal, decided not to use this app as an exploration to yoga.

Not entirely ethical. The app is fine. However if you sign up for it and forgot about it, the second month you’ll be charged a monthly fee AND a membership fee. When I wrote the company they were courteous but hid behind an absurd policy saying that if you sign up with the app and not on the website they must hold you to the policy and they cannot refund the money. I understand policies. I respect that people work hard on apps especially behind the scenes. I agree that I paid theM for the first month. But I opened the app once and never again and as soon as I was informed that it was to be renewed I requested a refund. I was offered a free lifetime membership. I didn’t want that. I do however think you need to be informed of their policy.

Misrepresent on Face Book. First off your credit card will be billed to a business in Cyprus. Nothing against the country but I would have not enrolled had I know it was not billed in my home country. For the App itself, I feel this app was grossly misrepresented on Face Book. When answering the questions to enroll it looks like you are getting something that is at the least, tweaked for your situation. I gave height, weight, age and workout experience. This is fare from it. As a 50+ year old person who is fairly flexible there is no way I can get into 1/3 of the poses. What I thought I was getting was instruction on how to get to that level of conditioning. It was also presented as a routine to loose 25 pounds in 90 days. 15 minutes of low demand yoga is not going to do that. I tried one of the Pilates routines and the voice was so anting I’d rather listen to fingernails on a chalk board. I am asking for a refund as it was offered as a 30 day guarantee. Hopefully that will not be a problem.

Freezes sometimes. Ive reset my phone several times to make sure it’s not the one malfunctioning but it isn’t. It’s the app. The exercises are good but agree with several users that it doesn’t allow you to review the exercises to make sure you are doing them correctly. If you do, you have to go back to the beginning. It doesn’t track the workouts correctly. The workouts state they are 10 minutes long but then one of the screens states I’ve done 20 minutes worth which is not true. Can’t review workouts beforehand without them registering to my iPhone and making it appear like I’ve worked out when all I’ve done is review them. Doesn’t recommend a warm up so I understood I didn’t have to. Big mistake. I’m stuck with it because I didn’t cancel within the time I should have. ☹️

Terrible Customer Service. I only rated one star because I can’t choose zero. I opted for the 3 month trial in mid-July. I tore my achilles in mid-August. I had the intent on using the app, but have been placed on strict orders not to do anything that hasn’t been doctor approved. These exercises were not doctor approved. There was no notification sent to me about an upcoming charge. I requested an exception to the “no refund policy” and was denied. I kindly asked for a refund since the $50 renewal would be completely wasted and I wouldn’t be able to use the app for at least a year. Instead they offered me free subscription for a year (which I’ve already paid for because they refuse to refund me). Terrible customer service and truly don’t care about their customers. Only the money they’re making. Very sleazy operation.

I wish I had read the reviews. I saw this on Facebook and answered a lot of questions so I would get a personalized plan. Once I downloaded the app there wasn’t a personalized plan, just a series of videos to choose from. The AI computerized voice is annoying. The instructions and the movement demo are not synced. It’s so very confusing to follow. I was interested in the wall pilates. Each of those exercise ends with a neutral position making the flow very awkward. Stand tall, lean on wall, stand tall, lean on wall etc etc etc. Feels like a lot of wasted time. I’m frustrated that there was not a free trial nor anyway to get a refund. It’s not personalized so I didn’t receive what I paid for. I should be able to ask for a refund.

30 day money back guarantee is FALSE. I purchased the app hoping to be able to start my weight loss journey, I tried a few of the videos but most are not user friendly if you are heavier set, I’ve purchased other programs in the past that have modifications for heavier people the videos just run on you need to be quick to jump into the next position . I tried it maybe if I was already on my way to weight loss it would be a great app but definitely not if you are new and staring out. They told me I could not get a refund because I did not use it for 14 in a row and could prove that I did not loose weight and then if I could I would only get a partial refund!!!! What a joke if your not gonna refund then DO NOT OFFER a 30 day money back guarantee!!

Good luck trying to cancel.. I have tried logging in and am told my email is not valid although they sent me emails. Refund my money This is a foreign run scam. It is not a purchase like through the App Store. I tried for days to cancel - then they charged anyway and say you have to lod in to cancel. I don’t have an account to log in and cancel. This is a rip off. Good luck trying to get your money from the thieves. Read the reviews -still no luck getting money back and Apple is useless. They sell it in the Apple Store but ZERO SUPPORT !! I have requested several times - still no refund. Update. Still no money back. Scam scam scam. Check you emails where I reached out to close my account. Still no refund. Apple should remove this scam from their store

They Signed Me Up For a Membership!!. I was exploring different yoga apps. I downloaded this app, put in my basic information, and then was told how much it is for their services. It was too expensive for me so I exited the app and moved on. A couple days later I got an email saying that I had signed up for a membership?? They even spelled my name wrong. So I go into my bank to see they actually charged my bank account. Then I went onto the chat with in the app to see where my card is logged so I can delete it as I didn’t input it in there. Instead of resolving my issue, they said that they would email me instead. Then what is the point of the chat if you can’t resolve anything through chat. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Not normally anyone who sticks with it. I really like this app. It’s been the easiest to follow and the least intimidating yet I feel it. Some moments I’m like oh dang….. but k let’s try it and I surprise myself or if it’s kinda hard the next time I’m better. I swear I feel tighter already and never do I ever stick with anything. Very easy to follow and love the detailed reminder to pull in tail bone or when not to round a spine in such. Actually think I get more out of this yoga then most apps. (I have the mirror) this is so easy and on the go and the price point was an easy commitment.

Not as advertised. This app is nothing like it’s advertised. The screenshots/videos/images used in the advertisement are not representative of how the app is really laid out. There is no personal plan. It is simply a lists of workout videos. There aren’t tracking days with the animated character showing you how to do each exercise/pose. I saw in one response that the images they use in their advertisements are for marketing purposes only. We’ll, when people purchase an app expecting what they see you advertise and don’t get that product, I’d say that’s false advertising. Also, it isn’t just in the ads, the images/demos in the App Store, aren’t representative of the product, either. I will be canceling as this isn’t what I signed up for.

Love it!…except for one glitch. First, I am loving the short yoga-style workouts. It’s helping me with some injuries as well as getting back into a healthy routine. There’s one annoying glitch though. If I receive a phone call during a workout it the workout never resumes. It freezes up. I have tried everything to continue and while the upper total timer continues, the video does not. The resume button does not work. I have to ditch the rest of the workout. Still recommend but hope they resolve this issue.
