Kids bowling free. Best app love this guy he’s a perfectly physically shaped guy and has a great heart.

The app works fine!. The people writing the reviews on here do not understand how the “kids bowl free” program works. The app is great and convenient and the program is really cool!

App worked great!. Just an updated app review, downloaded it, logged in and my coupons were there. No issues!

Login issues. Both the app and the website aren’t allowing login to get my coupons. I even upgraded to the family pass so us parents can bowl. Starting to feel like a waste of time and money.

Coupons don't load. I haven't seen coupons on the app for weeks on end. Great program if the coupons actually load.

Great program POOR CUSTOMER RELATION. This program has been wonderful to participate in. However, the company asks you to share with friends as a “referral” and be entered into drawings for prizes. They had ZERO drawings this year and have not been transparent about the lack of follow through. Despite multiple attempts at communication with the company there has been no response. I referred over 55 families to the program in hopes of maybe winning a fun prize to share with my kids. No such luck as there wasn’t even a chance at a drawing. The rest of the promo emails all make it to my inbox as well as the coupons. It was not lack of checking or lack of communication on my end. Great program for kids. Poor customer interaction and manipulation of customers for free advertisement.

Please update. App does not work for latest iOS update. I select the app to open and it shows the picture then automatically shuts down. I can’t even get on to login or anything.

What’s the point of the app? *UPDATE. I got the app because it said we could access our coupons on it. NOPE! It doesn’t. I’ll be deleting the app and going back to having to print the coupons again. * UPDATE: The next day I thought I’d give it one more try and the coupons magically appeared. I went from 1 star to 4 stars. If the coupons load flawlessly all summer, it’ll earn a 5 star for sure.

App coupons need help. While I enjoy being able to bowl free with my kids, I wish the app would work for the coupons. I’m all about waste less and having to print coupons for days that you won’t use is terrible. I wish they would update to be able to use in app coupons.

App crashes. This app used to work all the time and i love the program but as of the last week or so it has crashed when i open, quick black screen flashes and back to my home screen!! Please fix it

Force closes when I try to open. The app worked great at first. I was grateful to not have to sift through my emails for my coupons. Then all of a sudden it started force closing before it even loaded. Now it’s useless.

Works great!. Works great for me. They must’ve updated it from the previous comments as I’ve had no issues downloading the coupons. This is a terrific deal.

Error logging in. Keep getting continued “error logging in message” tried deleting and reinstalling. I am able to log into the website with no issues. Would love if this would work.

App does not work. Can’t even open the app. When I click on it it just tries to open and immediately closes. So that’s how I receive my coupons. I don’t get them thru email. Not a good app at all.

App Not Working. Tried downloading app to save some trees. When I tried signing in to get coupons I got an error message.. “There was an error logging in. Try again”. I did three more times and got the same message. Guess I will go back to printing out my weekly coupons 😕

Amazing. What an amazing program to give kids free games during the summer! The app is easy to use and I haven’t had any trouble the many times we went this summer.

Can’t log in. The app worked great at the beginning of the summer; however now I can’t log in. When I log in it takes me to a blank white screen.

App not working, no customer service. App does not work. I log in and then just see a white screen. I’ve done everything in all various combinations I can think of; delete app, restart phone, make sure running latest update. Tried contacting their support and heard nothing. I have ended up just using the site to log into, it just takes longer. Otherwise being a member is great and gives us something to do with the kids in the summer without spending an arm and a leg.

Great!!. I am not sure why other people aren’t seeing the coupons but I just downloaded the app and when I clicked at the bottom where it said coupon there it was! Awesome.

Bad app. The app crashes on opening. I cannot even get to the login screen to see the coupons. Disappointed.

No coupons appear ever. Not sure why this app exists. I thought it would be convenient, but no coupons ever appear. I keep having to go to the website, where my account seems to have them. Why they don’t appear in my account on the app is frustrating at. A minimum. Harsher words could be used.

Works well now 2019. Have had no problems using the in app coupons to bowl for free. Works great. Looks like last year that wasn’t an option and likely why there are so many bad reviews.

Perfect!. App is designed and implemented flawlessly. I am able to access my coupons easily. The previous ratings do not depict this app accurately. Those ppl can’t figure out the app & don’t seem to know how the program works. Unfortunately , they ding the app rather than open their eyes and realize it’s their own stupidity. It’s not rocket science ppl!

It does not work. I love bowling , in fact I bowl in several languages, so decided to download this app for easy access but it keeps giving me Error codes ( try again) it was a nice idea but sadly it just doesn’t work

Ok so far. App is very basic and works okay thus far. Not sure why I can’t search to view the participating facilities beyond the original I selected. Just links you back to the website which makes the app somewhat pointless.

Works flawlessly! Ignore other reviews!. I immediately logged in and seen all of our info, clicked coupons and viola, all there waiting for me. I am not sure what these other people’s issues are, but it works great!!! 😀

Login issues. Login issues haven’t been fixed as advertised. I and my parents still cannot login to use the app I paid for! Unless it is truly fixed in the next week, we will not purchase this app again

Error for log in. Just signed up for this program and can’t even use the app it suggest!!! Seems like this issues has been occurring for over 2yrs and app janet been updated since on Apple. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Poor app. Always get the coupons via email for the last few years with my kids. Attempted to download and use the app on both iPhone (iTunes) and droid (google play) both have given same error. (There is an error logging in. Please try again) (this is with correct email and password confirmed on the website)... after several different days of trying and same error, I give up and am going to stick with the email coupons. Hopefully they can get the app fixed so we can show the coupons much easier on the app! If the app gets fixed I will be happy to change my review!

This application doesn’t work!. I keep getting error message to even try to login, the idea was great but this website needs to invest on an application that will work.

Fantastic!. I’m all about saving paper and this app allows me to do that while also saving money on ink. Super easy to use which is always a plus and saves time too. It would be super cool to have an option to record your scores, like turns and final score.

No coupons. Downloaded the app so I can use the app coupons but I cannot access the coupons. Don’t see the purpose of the app?!? The only thing that is good with this app is to see if your kids are registered or not

Doesn't Work. I can get the app to open, but once I try to log in, it just tells me there's an error and to try again. Would love for this to be fixed before the "season"'starts.

Disappointed. So I updated my account for my “kids bowl free” account and added a family pass for this year. Decided to download the app for easy use for coupons and logged in using my account info but none of my coupons will show up. I did just get an email the other day for the coupons this week. Why can’t I see the same coupons on the app?

Works great. It’s super easy to just open the app and get the coupon for the kids for the days you go.

Useless. It won’t allow me to login, even though I have confirmed the password, spelling, etc. You enter your credentials and are sent right back to the same page. What’s the point?

App works great. App is easy to use, log in and show the bowling alley your coupons. I just delete it during off season since you don’t get coupons during the school year.

Not working anymore. The app no longer lets me log in. I get an error message saying to try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same problem. It worked fine last summer. My login works fine online but the app was more convenient. Hope this gets fixed soon

Gone forever?. This app worked amazingly last year but all I receive is an error. Splash page only references 2017 and 2018 summers. Website no longer offers app as before. I have to assume this app is no longer supported.

App doesn’t allow you to log in. Despite many attempts and password resets, the app simply doesn’t allow me to log in. No issues with the website. Love to give a higher rating, but since the app simply doesn’t work, I feel generous with a single star.

Works just fine. Read the bad reviews before downloading this app, but I decided to try it for myself. Logged in without a problem, and my coupons were right there and ready to use. That's all I needed it to do. Makes it much easier than printing!

Keeps crashing!. Please fix this app! It crashes before it even opens

Doesn’t work. Received an email direct from the bowling center saying use this app so you don’t have to print coupons. Logged in, can’t access the coupons for the place that sent me the email. Disappointing.

It doesn’t work.... ...I enrolled today and it says that my user/pwd are incorrect, and I’m 1,000% sure they aren’t because I can access my account dashboard with the browser. Fix it, I won’t reinstall it (already uninstalled).

Not for 2019. Oops. Doesnt look like this app is updated for 2019 KBF. When it worked last year this was an easier way to access coupons.

Won’t allow login. Using the same username and password that I just confirmed work with the website but continue use to get an error logging in to the app. App shows authenticating then the error appears and states there was an error logging in please try again. Also the wording on the login page shows if you were registered in 2017 you need to register for 2018. Obviously app is in need of an update

App review. I’ve been able to get my tickets from my email for these passed two years. Every time I try to open the app it never opens 😢

Great App for a Great Program. The app is so much more convenient than printing the coupons out. Also we have been watching the lessons and they have really helped the kids. I love that we can track our scores as well which is really fun and motivating. I do wish the lessons were on your YouTube channel.
