Like the App but doesn’t behave like the album. I like the app overall but it is hard to understand. One expect it to behave like the album but not doesn’t. Too many menus and sub menus. It’s confusing a little bit.

Won’t load. Seems like fun because I have other panini apps but it always lags and I can’t even log in

Nice but expensive. The album is great however the stickers are expensive and it’s very hard and limited to get free coins. Update: After playing for weeks, it’s obvious that this is a rip off, not to call it a scam. You keep getting the same cards over and over even repeats in the same packets. Bottom line, it’s a waste of time and money. I am deleting it the app now!

Good game/app but... I think this game/app is good, but, when I go Into battle pack my game can’t be Interactive. It just stays in the screen. Please fix this.

Trading is cumbersome. This is a great app that needs improvement in trading. We need to be able to filter our cards to where only duplicates show up.

App keeps crashing. It looks great and i really want to navigate it, but it keeps crashing when i open it ☹️

Great concept, terrible execution and app. Oh lord. Where to begin. It’s fun to collect player cards as another way to familiarize yourself with players, but cmon, this app is ridiculous. My biggest pet peeve is lack of design and thought in many areas of the app. For example, I have 6 Jamie Vardys, and zero of several other England players. When I go to set up a trade, it makes you scroll through the whole list of players in the World Cup, ALL OF THEM, LIKE 500, and doesn’t exactly explain how they’re organized. WHAT? Just add a filter setting to be able to search by team! It’s so dumb. Also lame: There are 7 tiers of cards of each, what? I just want to collect all players on one level. There’s a Pokémon style card hunting mode, what? Fine, it’s for the kids. Pack battles - uh, this could be cool, instead it’s hastily thrown together and not thought out. Stadium Battle?? What? Even the interface & the doors slamming shut every time you go to another part of the app is irritating. Overall the app experience is super lame. I wish I’d just bought the physical album and actual stickers.

Confusing. The app itself is great but it is a little laggy and the layout is confusing

Is my money lost?. I bought two packs ($3.99 + taxes each), I have been charged for both packs and I haven’t received the packs. The game crashes too often and now I have no packs and my money is gone

It’s ehhh. The app runs good and the new features are really cool but it’s hard to understand. The different amount of cards you can get is useless, should’ve have just kept the concept of the 2014 World Cup version.

Great app. Interesting app where you can spend a good time getting fun

Ridiculously designed app. Immediately you have no idea what you are collecting. There are levels and emeralds and 1970’s albums... and you get lost scrolling through menu after menu after menu. And it’s all empty screens until you buy the stickers...no videos of plays from each player (you need video!) no clarity on the teams... very poor execution! Stay with making stickers, this app needs to get rid of all the trash and start level 1 with just the 2018 teams nothing else should clutter the small phone screen. You should be able to scroll like a book not embedded menu after menu with categories none of us can look at and understand without clicking 30 times... all you thought about was selling stickers and not on the experience.

It crashes. I can’t get in. It closes by itself right after I sign in. I have reinstalled it a few time, but it’s the same. Tried to contact the support team, but there is a list of issues to select from, and none of them has to do with the app.

Nostalgia. Reminds you of your childhood when you used to buy and trade the Panini stickers. Add to that head to head match ups and rankings, to make it a surprisingly exciting game :) - Tomato

Great!!. My son and I like the App and the different games it has. We wish the packets didn’t cost that much coins. But overall it’s really cool.

Zero maintenance. WC94 and 90 ,zero cards to hunt in Card Hunter mode it’s like this since beginning,94 and 90 card hunter mode basically provides only opal cards and couple of lvl. 2 in a week...zero people working on game since beginning,,cards are mixed up in different Teams,there are cards without picture of players,it’s impossible to locate vintage cards since filters for teams doesn’t work for vintage teams,,you have to scroll down through 3-4 hundred cards to find your duplicate to trade ,,,very very poor maintenance and design for trading, and it’s been 3 year since beginning no improvements,,,thay added Prizm cards to it which is impossible to collect since odds to get Prizm Gold is like 1 in 75 ,basically you need 75$ to get one Prizm Gold and collection is 300 cards,,,shame shame shame PANINI

Cannot accept bids. The app is a little bit difficult to use but once you learn it is fine. The biggest concern now is that since yesterday nobody can accept bids so no open card exchange can happen. Could you please review and fix?

Decent game but need some Improvements. The gameplay is a bit laggy sometimes, and I think there’s still a lot more to improve on the card hunter game mode. (This game also kills my battery so improve that pls.)But despite these problems I think it’s a very good game. Keep up the good work👍👍

The app keeps on crashing. The app works until I want to sign in. When it tells me to choose a team after I put the first 2 letters the app crashes. I’ve tried it several times and even deleted the app and downloaded it again but no matter what I do it just keeps on crashing.

Can’t even open. When I try to open the app it just closes itself. May be my device or something but I guess I’m just gonna stick to the physical album. Seems interesting though, really wish I could try it out.

Very good. Nice app, lots of posibillities, but simetimes slightly confusing. Too many color cards, make it simple. Focus on trade and battle for cards.

I don’t understand this app. I am able to collect cards but the trading interface is not easy to use. I want to see which cards I have by team. It’s not possible to do that. I lost interest quickly because of these design flaws and lack of documentation.

Good but confusing!. It is a really good app for World Cup fans, but still too much buttons so at the end it is confusing...

Difficult to use. It is over the top complicated. The 2014 version was simple and user friendly. This version has too much going on, and I am borderline contemplating whether it is worth my time.

Overal is an OK App.... I think like a lot of people, concept is good but there are just too many things to click on an lots of options that could had been more simpler... it adds to your addiction of the fifa World Cup but at times you find your self not even bothering with it.

Overall fun app. It does take a while to get used to.. Really love the new Contest and Panini Instant cards. It makes me feel like I’m there at the World Cup.

It’s ok but.... It could have been better, it often claims problems with server sync... I wish they would have launch the stick app so you can track your progress in the sticker book

Crashes every time I log in. I made an account and was excited to start playing, but every time I log in, it crashes. I tried closing it and opening it again, it keeps crashing right after I log in

It’s alright.. Could be a little less convoluted to use, but overall a fun app.

Nostalgic. Much awaited World cup is finally here. Like the app. Took a while to maneuver through it and learn all the ins and outs, maybe a bit overkill. Like to keep it simple. Enjoyment factor very high. Thanks FIFA, Panini.

Poor support, many crashes. Unfortunately started great but the developers let us down, many crashes, poor customer support, the store is empty not only for regular subscribers but also for VIP, no reason to spend “ a single penny “ no incentives either. Hope they read this and fix it.

Does not even login. And stays saying so forever without a way to get back in After leaving the app for a few hours say 24. It says that session has expired and needs to login but never offers option to login. Only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Kind of stupid programming.

Put the cards in the game. How do I put my cards in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia

Stealing cards. Cards are disappearing from collection and also during transfers cards get frozen or lost forever. Lots of stealing from this app.

World Cup. Not bad really enjoying it

Lacking functionality. Trading is very difficult. When trading, Can’t filter by 1970 vintage teams or by duplicates, or sort by quantity of cards owned. Very difficult to tell other people what you want or need in return when posting a card to trade. Wish list functionality is flaky at best and isn’t incorporated into trading. No idea how pack battles work, or stadium battles, or what bookmarks are for. Please improve and maybe provide some video tutorials. Great idea for an app, just needs to execute better.

The app need more work. Could be a very good app but the developpers are missing some very important features: why not putting the “got” and “need” when someone is making a proposal for a trade?
