Great game. I really enjoy this game. It’s great to pass time or to just challenge yourself. The graphics are great, and the levels are quite fun. It gives off a Mario vibe. However, I wish that the controls were a little more refined. It would be nice to have a joystick, or something other than dragging your finger across the screen.

Excellent 3D feel. Love this game, simple satisfying and clever. Controls take a minute to get used too but they are very easy to use when you practice. Feels just like Mario bros 3D , probably the best game on IOS at this time. Well worth the money. Keep up the good work and look forward to the gaming future.

Would have paid more. This game is brilliant. I cannot believe that something like this exists at this price point. I think its more clever that Super Mario 3D Land and a WAY better value. Keep it up! We need more!

Good. I like this game a lot. Tight controls and good level design. I just wish it wasn’t so bland. The levels and overall aesthetic are just too simplistic.

The game is a good Mario brothers fan game. This game feels like Mario ALOT and I’ve been playing this for 30 minutes the game has good difficulty and the levels are cool and that pyramid level felt like a zelda level and I think there should be more Suzy cube games

Surprisingly great!. Pretty solid and fun. Shame that there’s such letter boxing on iPad Pro. Besides that, actually relaxing to play & chill.

Fun 3D Platforming in your Pocket!. I’ve had this game since 2021, but I didn’t write a review until now, so here it is! Suzy Cube is a lovely, simple little 3D Platforming game that you can play anywhere you want. The level designs are very fun, able to introduce plenty of new mechanics on a regular basis, and with some fun secrets to find too. And for a game of this type on a mobile phone, the controls are excellent. They’re nice and snappy, so that the player will never have issues jumping on top a ledge or trying to walk straight. The graphics have a good sense of polish, with a nice, minimalistic textures and round-edged cubic shapes. And that helps explain why this is a very enjoyable game: it’s overall simplicity. Suzy Cube doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but instead just builds a really good wheel. If you’re looking for familiar 3D Platforming action on your phone, this is the game to get. One request for the developers: Currently, the joystick is completely invisible, which can make controlling the game tricky sometimes. I think a simple, small dot could be placed where the center of the joystick is, so players will always know where it is, without a need to display the rest of the joystick. This feature could be turned on and off. One more thing, I think this game could do well on Apple Arcade too! Arcade subscribers would have a really fun time experiencing this game. Are there any plans to bring the game to the service in the future?

Can I have my money back please?. I downloaded it bc Apple showcased it...it’s not great. The controls are really weird, and it’s not fun.

Controls. This game is fine, but it’s not great. The graphics are pretty good, though a little boring. The story and actual game are very similar to a Mario game, which I have no problem with. It’s almost like a mix of captain toad and the 3D games. The only actual problems I have are the controls, and the camera. The character is slow, but has a sprint eventually so that is not a problem. I can’t imagine why you guys went for the no joystick style, but it doesn’t work at all. Moving around becomes a huge endeavor, with the character often moving the wrong way multiple times before actually going the right way. A good solution to this could be adding an actual joystick and jump button, instead of vague areas of the screen to slide on and tap. Then use the remaining space to move the camera.

Super Mario 3D Land. Ok, this is awesome. For those of us who don’t have a 3DS, we can now play Super Mario 3D Land on our iOS devices. All the core gamers scoff at iPhone gamers, but we are getting the quality of what they get, even if it comes a little later. iPhone is the best gaming console.

Wow.. Absolutely mind blown. I am impressed with this, it gives me a slight feel of MARIO with differences and enough flavor in the character to make it unique along with the power ups making it completely different. I love it. I’m very happy to have purchased this. My hat is off to you for this game. I look forward to seeing your next creation this will keep me occupied for a long time to the point to where I’d play it over and over. Well done.

Meh.. The game is very well made, but it's basically like Mario Bros. and many other similar video games, just a LOT harder as its platform is for phones.

Fun, challenging, and great controls. Its a 3-D platformer skin to Mario 3-D games but not a rip off game at all. The 3-D is not frustrating since the camera angles adjust automatically and the controls work so well. I played it every day for over a week and finally got 3 stars on on the levels (I needed YouTube help to find a few). It wasn’t easy but the game was so enjoyable I stuck with it.

Eh. So my little sister decided to buy this game off my credit card and now they could’ve made it my card just for fraud no I cannot do anything or download anything

Decent game ruined by terrible controls. Terrible controls ruin an otherwise solid game. I’ll keep an eye on updates but it’s almost unplayable in its current state.

Suzy Cube. I love this game! Never any glitches and it always runs so smooth. I paid for it on an older phone and I just bought it again on my new phone, that's how much I like it.

Where is controller option. The info for this says it has full controller support, but I can’t find the option anywhere to activate or connect a controller.

Great game. The Pixar is amazing at the control are great but sometimes I just wish you could put a joystick since sometimes it’s a little hard to control it

Great game hampered by finicky controls. EDIT: My thoughts below still remain, but I realized you can only move in 8 directions. Realizing this has helped the controls to feel better overall. An onscreen joystick would still be helpful for me though. Love the game! It’s a perfect mobile game inspired by the likes of Super Mario Land and World. The level design is stellar with secondary paths and hidden secrets, and there is a lot of variety on display here. However, movement and jumping is important in a game like this, and the controls are too finicky at the moment. The anchor option feels best, but lacks an onscreen joystick to show you where it’s anchored. The other option feels loose. An example would be moving upward at a run, and then I move my finger to the right to make a jump over spikes only to turn into a slow walk to the right. They don’t feel precise like they need to for a game like this.

Suzy Suzy Suzy. Fantastic game! This is a great example of a truly amazing genre the App Store as been lacking. An almost rich and fun experience Mario 3d land as provided. I only ask that somewhere you could implement an explainer running through maybe what could give you coins and what exactly each variation of the hats means would be nice, other than that, I love this game and the devs behind an amazing game. Please work hard and I hope I see a sequel sometime in the future!

I never write reviews, but I just had to sing this game’s praises!!. Suzy Cube is a gem of a game on iOS, none like it. 3D platformers are next to absent on the mobile scene, especially good ones. This is exactly the Super Mario 3D Land sequel I’ve been waiting for! I don’t know what goes into game development, but I beg of this developer (or any developer who sees this!) to create a sequel or another amazing 3D platformer like this one. I would pay any amount of money for more. The iPhone needs more games like this!!!

Reason. Very similar to Mario but the game character we play doesn’t seem to have a reason to adventure. Mario has a princess to save but what keeps us going?

Game Touchscreen control movement not working. Game 3D movement not working. The Y axis doesn't always work, the Y axis movement doesn't always work with + and -, but the movement of the x axis is fine, the game need improvement solve this problems i’ll give you 5 stars

Addicted. Love this game. It’s so much fun to play. I like how each level gets more difficult especially when finding the stars. The graphics are beautiful and the controls are flawless. This is my new favorite game. Well worth the $3.99.

Great game, bad controls. No MFI controller support either, and the controls are horrendous. Stuck on a level because the developer felt the need to implement invisible controls just to show off a somewhat nice game. At first I liked them, but now the control scheme is horrendous. Glad I got this game for $0.99 instead of $4.99. $5 for a game with bad controls is NOT good.

Suzy Cube is GLORIOUS. Suzy Cube isn't actually a Mario RipOff. Suzy Cube takes the ideas of a 3D platformer and makes them into a unique game that everyone should really play. The game runs perfectly well on lower devices like IPad mini and IPad Air. If your having trouble with the controls, it gives you an option to use a game controller. It's actually unique unlike other games and gives you a second option to play. The cutscenes in the game are really creative and funny. Suzy Cube gives you a challenge and a ton load of fun.. Overall, this game is an absolute must have and gives nostalgic fans and kids a better experience with the great blocky graphics and perfect gameplay.

Apple TV controls are awful. Fun premise, cool gameplay, but completely hampered by awful Apple TV controls. Brings my kids to tears and just frustrates me. Music is a bit repetitive but I can roll with that otherwise.

Game Reminds me of a super Mario game.. The controls lack a bit but since it’s a new game, I’ll give it a chance.it did cost $6 and I still think I wasted it. Like in the title, the game reminds me a lot of super Mario bros because of how the story starts and mechanics, etc... I gave it a four star rating because it needs updates. If you once liked or still like Mario bros, I recommend this game!.

Really well-made with good controls. Reminds me a lot of Super Mario 3D World, introducing new mechanics in every level. Surprised to say the touch controls actually feel great in a 3D platformer of all things. Hoping for iCloud support.

Nice. Heavily inspired by 3D land/world with great platforming. Controls will take a bit to get used to and game can be a bit indirect because it’s an completely new game.

Best iOS Platformer Ever!. Finally an iOS game that lives up to the legacy of classic 3D platformers like Mario 64. Normally these types of games can’t seem to make the transition to mobile devices, but somehow Suzy has cracked the code, offering flawless controls, great environments and adorably action-packed gameplay. A must download and one my new all-time favourite iOS games.

Needs improvement. I was really excited to see a new 3D platformer on mobile. However, the controls really need improvement like the other reviewer said. A lot of the times, Suzy wasn’t move left like I wanted to even when I dragged the controls to the left. Platformers really rely on precise controls to work. As well, the camera angle got stuck on a cliff ascending part on level 2. This made it very hard to clear the level because I couldn’t really see where my character was going since the angle became first person instead of 3rd person like it’s supposed to be. Overall, I’m not sure that the $6 I spent was worth it.

A Solid Effort to Re-Create 3D Platforming!. I was wary of how well a 3D plat-former could be for iOS. It’s great to say that it controls precisely and lots of content is available for the one-time purchase...I recommend!

Very well done. I would like for things to not be so close up camera wise... I know concessions like this were likely made to accommodate iPhones, but still for pads it would be nice to have. A remarkable achievement that only highlights the lack of similar efforts on iOS. Controls are spot on, regardless of touch or MFi. Could easily be iOS’ Super Mario type franchise if handled properly
