Pay Stub not showing. The app itself is fine... except for the past month (maybe more) I haven’t been able to view my pay stub. Normally I wouldn’t care too much; however, I would like to see I’m being paid accurately & to see where each part of my money is coming from (tips, cashier, correct wage, etc.). Everyone I work with is having this problem too

Failure to compeat. The app does not even open. It just blinks at me. I restarted my phone. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Nothing. This app is worthless. When was the last time they wrote an update?? They just got it perfect three years ago and stopped bothering??

HORRIBLE. I dont know who invented this app or why the company i work for chose this one but if i could give 0 stars i would!!!! There are never updates like this app was made in 2005 Its useless im so mad bc my 6 year old sister coulda made a better app!

Doesn’t work. I’ve had the app since May and it used to work relatively easily. Ever since the last update the app is useless. I can’t get past the first screen, it just freezes. So much easier to work for the computer instead.

Crashing. Ever since the new iPhone update it has not opened a single time it crashes ever time I try to open the app. You’d think the app developers or someone who is in charge would get that fixed ASAP and not let it continue for weeks. Getting very annoying. I even tried deleting and re downloading.

Trash. Absolute junk

Trashpeat: Trashforce. Trash app. The interface is so messed up, try to submit a time off request without putting your phone in the garbage disposal and turning it on. You select your days using a scroll wheel with invisible numbers so you have to guess which day you landed on. When you finally land on the day you wanted, YOU CANT HIT SUBMIT. Whole staff had to use groupme to change shifts with each other because our restaurant as a whole rejects the app. Garbage app.

TERRIBLE APP. This app is terrible. It is always down. I constantly have to delete the app from my phone and then download it again to make it work. When you request time off the dates don’t always show (they are invisible) you have to count the clicks and guess what month, date and year you are on!!! Worst work app I’ve ever used.

Why does my job make us use this?. Buggy as heck and super annoying format.

Horrific. I only use this app because my company forces me to. It is always crashing and when I ask my staff to put in availability/time off, it rarely works. I also feel like it’s 2020, and it should be able to integrate the calendar into whatever calendar your phone has. Maybe they should call hot schedules and ask them for tips?

Does not work anymore. Will not load for me. Constantly freezes. Used to work and suddenly gave out on every employee that uses this

Constantly freezes. This app was great for the first week I had it when it was actually working. Unfortunately it has been frozen since then and does not open. I’m also not the only one experiencing this- it seems to be impacting most of my co-workers too. I have tried every tech trick to fix the issue but I am guessing the app is full of bugs. Only way to get to my schedules now is through the online website. It’s a shame. If it worked properly it would be very convenient.

Terrible. Hands down the most difficult scheduling app I’ve ever used. If you happen to get logged out it’s nearly impossible to get back in without talking with a manager. Scheduling time off is not only confusing but tedious as well. It’s just terribly designed all around.

MyWorkforce app. The app has stopped letting me check when I work and glitches everytime I try to get into it. This is the only app that does this and I really hope it gets fixed soon.

Awful. Horrible app. The app constantly freezes forcing you to have to delete and redownload to get back into it. Don’t use at any cost.

Horrible. This app literally never works! The website also rarely lets me sign in saying invalid customer 90% of the time. This does not make it easy to request off,switch shift or request off.

Doesn’t Open anymore. Just stopped working, after updates and restarts nothing. The app was already buggy and not great. You couldn’t go back to the main screen or update the roster without relaunching the app.

Works online but not on the app. Every time I try to check my schedule it takes forever to load and then logs me out and when I try to log back in it says password is wrong. I’ve had to delete it and reinstall it twice.

Load time? What’s that?. You opened up the app you see the usual sign in bar. So you sign in and BOOM hit with a long loading screen. A long loading screen for a quite simple app is quite wack.

Terrible. Worthless app for work. Constantly restarting and redownloading. It hasn’t worked for 2+ weeks which makes me unable to check my schedule or drop/pick up shifts. This app is literally useless and only taking up space on my phone.

Garbage. Terrible UX and now consistently crashes upon start up.

Can’t log in. App updated and i can no longer log in to check my schedule. App freezes when I try to log in and says my information is incorrect. Using the same info to log in online and works just fine. Freezes and doesn’t load anything when i try to click “forgot password” to reset everything

Worst app. Absolutely terrible!!!

Completely Broken. This is one of the most buggy apps I’ve ever used. It loves to crash and restart itself at any given time. There’s been many times in which I’ve had to delete and redownload the app because it wouldn’t let me sign in. Additionally, when I can actually get in to the app, it crashes EVERY TIME I try to delete an unavailability request. On top of all that, when the app actually functions properly, its hard to get past its horrible design. There is no way to set your availability, just your unavailability. Not only is this confusing, but it doesnt work properly. Unavailability will sometimes display the wrong day. Time off requests are no better. You set a start date number of days, not a start date and an end date. I’ve been with this job for 3 months and Ive already messed up multiple time off requests thanks to this system. Under no circumstances would I use this app if my job did not require it. IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY, PLEASE URGE YOUR EMPLOYER TO AVOID THIS APP. There are a number of good alternatives such as Dayforce that will save you and your employees a lot of headaches.

Trash. Always logs you out, doesn’t show who you’re working with. Lags leading to mistakes

App is not fit for the iPhone XR. Downloaded this app for work, but I’m unable to use it properly. I can’t see any of the information on the top of the pages. It seems like it isn’t formatted for the newer iPhones.

Bad. Very much does not work

Scheduling. This app allows me to know my schedules without having to call my boss to find out my work days. This app is very convenient for me seeing as though I am a busy man and don’t have time to call every week asking about scheduling. I recommend this app for anyone that’s out in the workforce who needs reminders of their work days👍🏾 👍🏾is what I give it......

Simply doesn't work. A new restaurant I work at has resorted to using this app for scheduling and it has been inoperable to half the staff so far. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping it would work like it does for a select few of my co-workers and now the app won't even open. I can go on the website, but that is also not the greatest considering the wonky build of it. At this point, I would suggest any other scheduling app available over Compeat. This app is a complete mess and is basically useless.

Update it for IPhone XR. I can’t use it because it’s not updated for iPhone XR please fix this as soon as possible!

1 Star is a joke. Deleted it and re-installed it. Never worked the first time and doesn't work now. If it works for you, it's only good to look at your schedule. For a company that wants to provide up to date information when you want it, it's failing horribly.

Requesting Time Calendar Gone. This app is only good for notifications and showing your actual schedule. Whenever I try to request time off, the dates for the calendar don’t even work. I have to guess what date I’m and try over and over until I scroll to the right date I’m trying to request. Please fix this issue.

Terrible. It’s hasn’t worked for me in more than 4 weeks. I sign in and it never loads. No update in site. Crap crap Crap.

4 stars. im giving it 3, because i like the app, but is not getting the 5 stars because it keeps freezing, and it will not load properly for hours, work on fixing the bugs and the app will actually be good. When that happens i will came back and give it a 5..

Broken. Can’t even load up my schedule. Please update and fix.

Fixes. Mad I can never see the icons to make requests off. Every time it pulls up the bar to select my day I see NOTHING!! But I can feels the haptics of me scrolling through the options. Smh y’all should be ashamed for allowing a poorly working app to be available for work related purposes. Wish we would switch to hotschedules.

Not loading. App stays on the logo page and will not let me sign in, even after force closing the app will not load any information.

Not Great. This app is terrible compared to others. See hotschedules for a great scheduling app. It is worth the money. This one will lock you out multiple times a year and if you are the manager, you will have to deal with your entire staff not knowing their schedule. Or worse, you staff will not show up for a shift. Your staff cannot swap shifts between multiple positions even though you can set manager approval. You staff cannot pick up shift if they set their unavailability for that day, but they become available. The worse thing, I have tried to work with the developers about these issues, and they just confirm that you cannot do these things. Can you at least tell me that you are working to change them? Our company moved on from hotschedules due to their recruiting tool, but they discontinued it in 2020. It gets one star above the minimum because it functions better than an excel spreadsheet being emailed out and because of the analytics.

Do your employees a favor and don’t use compeat. This app is so bad I can’t believe they bothered releasing it. It takes a full 30 minutes to load the first screen before it will allow me to click through and view my schedule. If you’re thinking of switching to this platform for scheduling, do your employees and yourself a favor and just don’t.

Not a fan. This app is terrible for an employee. It’s confusing when it should be simple in more ways than one. Doesn’t show you who else you’re working with, in case you want to trade a shift or get one covered, etc. And doesn’t work properly on iPhone XR. Ready to go back to Hotschedules!

Not sure if annoyances are app or website related. Often get locked out of my account- thankfully I’m not the type to forget my log in and password... but my coworkers are. Also I can never open the full schedule to see who is working, I always get an error message saying that the webpage can’t be found. Makes it virtually impossible to see who I’m working with without asking and also getting a shift covered. Just annoying overall.

Great. Great way to manage your work schedule. Much better than the website.

Fix your app. If my job didn’t use this app I would never use this awful, unreliable, glitchy, and loves to not work! app ever!

Please fix.. The app crashes frequently and the system is confusing to use. You have to download a weekly schedule from the website to see who you’re working. A daily crib sheet would be super helpful. Plus setting availability and swapping shifts constantly cause problems.

DOES NOT WORK. I have had this app for over a year and I’ve only gotten it to work two times. In fact it hasn’t worked in over a month even if I delete it and re-download the app it’s still cant update itself and hasn’t since July 1st. The website isn’t much better.

Worst scheduling app ever. Since my job took on this system to replace HotSchedules it has been a disaster. There have been so many issues with staff being able to log in and god forbid you have two jobs that use Compeat good luck ever getting to log in. 95% of the time it won’t load the weekly schedule that has all the shifts viewable. You can’t see who you are working with or not. Everything about the app is tedious or doesn’t even have certain features that would be useful in a scheduling app. HotSchedules was soooooo much better

Newest update. Newest update has created alot of issues, I'm being told my account doesn't exist and my credentials are incorrect. Kinda need you to fix this asap. I need this app to work. **update june 2019- app still doesnt work with new update, great job

worst app i’ve ever used. i’ve never rated an app before, but compeat has driven me to leave my first review. it is the worst app i’ve ever used, it is inefficient, poorly designed, and unhelpful. in terms of a scheduling app, it doesn’t let you see the actual schedule, or tell you who is working what shift. it’s completely ridiculous, and if i could have given it 0 stars i would have. also, hey thanks kitchen bistros for switching to this absolute disaster of an app!!

Not compatible with iPhone XR. I had the iPhone 8 and it worked okay, did it’s job. But now that I have the iPhone XR the app is not compatible at all, I can’t do anything

Not compatible with iPhone X. Please update this app so that it is compatible with iPhone X. Almost all apps have done this by now. It is impossible to use if you have a new iPhone.

I hate this app. Absolute garbage of an app.

Awful. Forced to use this app because my employer decided it was a good idea. Crashes, freezes, logs me out randomly, can’t load pay stubs, all around needs work. Have had the same issues from the beginning but I guess the developers either don’t care or don’t know how to fix them. Also won’t let me log on to web version using the EXACT same user, password, and employer id as app...? All of my coworkers have the same issues doesn’t matter iOS or Android terrible app. Paper schedules and written requests may be old school but at least they work. Honestly I’m just waiting for this app to die so we can switch to the superior app HotSchedules. *insert cliche ‘would give zero stars if I could’ comment here* -Update- all issues still present and now there’s a lovely new one where I have to load the app and wait thirty minutes for a loading symbol to go away before I can actually see my schedule -Second Update- app is still trash

Worst app ever. Does not work for restaurants as you can’t see other people’s schedules making swapping shifts, a must for the industry, virtually impossible. Ugly hard to read design as well.

Not formatted to new iPhone. The screen doesn’t properly fit the XR so I can’t access some necessary features.

Keeps taking forever to load and not letting me sign in. I saw the two stars when I first downloaded it, but I didn’t want to judge before I tried it (and my job uses this app for scheduling). This app doesn’t even deserve one star. I keep getting logged out after having to wait 3 minutes in the “compeat” screen, then having to wait 3 more minutes after clicking login only to have it tell me “incorrect login username or password” even though everything is right. I keep having to reinstall in order to login. This app really needs to be fixed, especially since people rely on it to know when they are working.

App won’t open. The app hasn’t been opening for about 2 weeks now. Some of my fellow coworkers are having the same issue.
