Lie?. So. I am reading reviews. All of them( or majority) are negative. How they have 3.5 stars? I ordered shoes. I hope i will not have a problem. This is my first order.

Never received. First off it takes a whole month to receive 1 item. I ordered a dress for my babyshower. When it finally shows out for delivery, it never comes and somehow FedEx marks it delivered the next day. I was home all day and I have a doorbell camera. They told me the shipper had to file a claim. I contacted Ivrose which takes forever cause they are on a different time than US. U can only talk to them at 2am or later. Finally after a week of back and forth. They say they can resend it. They said the sent out on June 29. Here it is July 9 and FedEx still don’t have the package. I will never order with them again. EVER

Amazing clothing, great prices. Items are well packed and in the exact quality or better, than described

Sketch. I found this app through Pinterest and their reviews were really good on their website. So I signed up and purchased two dresses for my birthday. Then after I purchased, I downloaded the app and saw how poor their reviews were and I thought, okay usually on bad reviews I never have a problem with. Sure enough, I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to “incorrect address.” My address was 100% okay. When I contacted support they asked for all my order confirmation #, card info and social. Why would they need my social if it’s not on my membership? So I just sent a screenshot of my order and that it said “on it’s way”; which was false. They were responding immediately up until that point and also, all their emails were reporting to my spam inbox. My bank is working to get the $60 I spent, because they didn’t return it after canceling it.

Clear scam. When you get on the app just look at a bra called “Textured Tank Top Push Up Gym Bra Breathable Elastic Bralette Workout Underwear.” If you notice in the reviews there are two exact same people posting the same exact 2 pictures, 2 days apart, with 2 different captions. Wish I would’ve seen this sooner ordered clothes for my girlfriend now she’s heartbroken and feels foolish don’t make the same mistake as me. I’m bringing my lawyer into it to hopefully help get this sit shut down but aside from that I just hope everyone takes a second to read my comment and sees the fake reviews.

No good. I downloaded the app because I saw it advertised on Instagram. I was trying to order a couple dresses and it won’t even let me order it. I’ve tried multiple times and it is still rejecting my card. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. Just the cite. Can’t say anything about the service cause I can’t even make my first order.

It’s a scam. This company will take your money, but will take over one month to send your stuff. When you contact them, they will say “they ran out of supplies” but will not refund your money. When you get what you ordered, it is cheaply made with poor quality materials. It all comes from Guangzhou China. This includes items they advertise they will deliver in “2-5 days”. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Do not order. I had ordered a few stuff and when I payed for it I was not able to get the tracking number nor see my purchase which was not right.. I went to go see if they charged me and they did so now I can’t even cancel that order don’t know where it’s going but I feel like they stole me money..

App. So far most of my purchases have been good. I’ve had a few hiccups due to sizing and material, but those were a few compared to what to the amount I have purchased from the site. Luckily I have sisters and nieces whom I can gift it to.

Ordering & Materials used. I’ve ordered a few times from this company and even though it does take a while to get your product due to customs coming into the US, I did receive my order within a timely manner. I purchased 5 tops. The quality is good and all were true to size. I was weary at first about ordering something from over seas because of horror stories I’ve heard, but by keeping an eye on the tracking there were no issues and I am happy with the merchandise.

SCAM. This is clearly a scam. I downloaded the app after seeing it advertised on Facebook. When reviewing the app, “points” is spelled wrong. I am so glad I checked the review before wasting money. Also, the fact that you guys are asking people to remove negative reviews screams SCAM! You should want honest reviews. Take the reviews and better your company instead of trying to fraud people.

Untrustworthy. I thought maybe would not be so bad... but that’s ridiculous they don’t have care for the customers I don’t think they even care if we get the items or not .. for me it it’s very terrible experience and I feel stole for a moment I trusted in them or that company or whatever it’s that industry. Please don’t repeated the same mistake,, they are not reliable sales company . Very poor service

Very Poor Customer Service. Order some shoes for $45 then was charged an extra $3 for international fees... got an email that the shoes were delivered which they NEVER WERE... contacted my local post office & Feds Ex & the tracking number I had was not a real number.... I could only contact this company thru email or messenger no live person... this was back in November... No Shoes & no refund... I give them 1 star BC that’s the lowest I could give.... I will NEVER ORDER from this company again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else

NOT WORTH IT. clothes took well over a month to come, tracking is horrible, customer service is fast but not super helpful and when they arrived they are super cheap quality compared to what the photos represent. SHEIN is cheaper, comes faster and what they show at least represents what I purchased. AND now it’s a PROCESS to get this stuff returned!

Looks untrustworthy. After reviewing other comments, I decided to check on their website and it’s products reviews. As other customers stated, the reviews were written identically and at the same day applying to different products. How is it possible that people flood with comments at one time let’s say a year ago and then nobody writes anything? Looks suspicious to me. After the following analysis, I would never order from them.

Thieves. Don’t order from these people you can’t reach them by phone. I spent 2 weeks trying to get a refund and still haven’t received it. So they will make double on the money I spent by resaleing my dresses I sent back. They refuse to even talk to you. Their clothes are very cheap. Buy from someone else their clothes are not worth your money.

Disappointing and not reliable until now none of my order came!!!. My first time on this site and i ordered few items usually when the item is available it means “available” and reading reviews first if it’s fast delivery and good quality and so i pay everything all set. Then 1 week after i received an email said some of the items are out of stocks like wth !!! If it’s out of stocks why it is still available on the website and why telling me a week after?? And i have to wait 2-18days before they have stock...It is been a month until now my order hasn’t came or did they even exist or I’m wasting $200 for it.

first purchase and was a total error ever!!!!!!!. I am very upset because I placed a large order which the app that I have tracked marks me that it was already delivered and it is totally a lie. Now, I contacted customer service and they said yes, the order was delivered. Now, I call FedEx to see what happened to my delivery and they told me that it was delivered and left outside the BUILDING as the information said !! which I never asked for at the entrance of the building! I asked that at the entrance my APARTMENT! not outside the building! (which is totally ridiculous to make a delivery outside) now it turns out that all my packages were stolen and all because IVROSE did not put all my information in the shipment as I requested!!!! just throw $87 in the trash!!!!💔 your workers have to pay more attention to their work and focus on the orders they are placing and shipping!

No Return Policy. This app has nice clothing in beautiful styles but the return policy is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Firstly you must either contact customer service through WhatsApp or Email which they can take up to 24+ hours to respond. Seconds they will spend some time just trying to find your order. Even with the email/phone number you use for the account isn’t enough. They need the numbers of the orders and clothing. Finally 4 days after the whole process begins they give you an option of a 10% cash back or $7 cash coupon and you’re unable to return. Though their clothes are cute and of nice quality I can never buy from here again because of this policy.

Easy to navigate. Delivery is slow-ish but customer service is easy to reach and responds quickly!

Horrible service - thieves. Never received products ordered back in April, they don’t have a customer service number, it takes days for them to reply! Went back and forth, I have a chain of emails, finally after pricing that I didn’t receive their products and proved that most of the product didn’t even have a tracking number created they blame it on the “shipper”. Yea well who is that? They don’t even try to help with the “shipper”, they don’t even offer a refund, they just say sorry for the inconvenience. How is it that a company with so many bad reviews is allowed to still have an active app platform!? What a joke! DO NOT ORDER OR DOWNLOAD!

Customer. I order just mask from IVROSE back in March never received the mask . I had paid 41$ on the mask never came through it indicated to me when I called California that they still had it in China. I contacted IVROSE Directly in email and received not much feed back on the issue they numerous times from March through August continue to send emails filled with lies indicating that it was on its way. Come to find out when I called UPS and Fed Ex that anything that is shipped from China or Japan from IVROSE has not been shipped. I’m not impressed with IVROSE. They took my money and did not refund my money back after I notified them on this issue. I give them one star on this company. Besides Coach and Many other Apps are offering better prices for face mask and clothing and are guaranteed to reach out to you in the appropriate way and it’s monitored I hope this review helps People to stay away from this site so they do not have the same situation I had with this company during this Pandemic. To the People who are read This review Stay Safe during this year and take care yourself.

Don’t trust this site it’s a scam. Spent over $150 on products which I never received waiting 3 months received one out of seven items. Customer service had given me no answers as to when i will get a refund. they charge the customer insurance on items they ship but not refund when the products don’t show up. Customer service gives you the runaround. I have asking for a refund for 2 months. The website and app or a complete scam.

DON’T BUT FROM HERE. The only reason I have it one star was because I had to give something so I could write a review! I purchased my order on the 29th of November and it still hasn’t shipped. As soon as I asked for my money back I got a screen shot of an order with my tracking number saying that it had already been delivered. Here’s the kicker....the screenshot delivery address was in a whole different state and it was delivered on DECEMBER 25, 2015!!!!!!!!!!! Last I checked its 2017 and it’s the 23rd of December!!!! Awful ... Pictures are deceiving when I got my order found out all the pictures were either photoshopped or it wasn’t the same item at all, tried to return the item delivery fee is practically half the item price. it’s basically “Wish” app product at a higher price.

I ordered outfit for my birthday and all and I’m still waiting on my stuff to come I texted them on Instagram and Facebook and is1-person saying something and other person saying same thing different I don’t like how they don’t send you the tracking number when they send the order out I had too text them for mine

Scam.. Please don’t buy into this app. Scams. Took so long for my order to get here, $72 down the drain. The clothes are not even close to good quality. Totally different from the pictures. Wrong size,wrong quality. When you get the clothes, it isn’t even from IVROSE. Don’t fall for it! Unless you want to waste your money. Get together to report these scams. Honestly.

Takes forever. So I ordered a dress around the last week of May and it’s July, still hasn’t shown up, I’ve tried to ask for a refund but they haven’t even said anything. I was supposed to do a review on them for a video and it hasn’t shown up it’s been two months. I also needed them for an occasion so I had to end up spending more money on a dress. They have nice clothes and I’m not even sure if this is a scam or not.

I rather shop at Shein. Just like shein except the return process. Doing a return process was not the greatest. I don’t know if I was looked at the wrong page but y’all should really state that returns are going to be at ones cost. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Not to mention when I told customers service I wanted to do a return they wanted to offer me 25% back for what I paid for and to just keep the items. If it was a 15$ purchase then I wouldn’t really care but it was a 300$ purchase. Absolutely not. I will not be shopping on this site/app again.

Not a Trustworthy Company. I just downloaded the app bec I wanted to place an order. I started reading the reviews while it downloaded and saw one where the person said all of the positive reviews were posted on Apr 2 and Mar 26..AND THEY ARE RIGHT!!! Bad quality. First experience with them I felt so bad I ordered wan too many and all my order Material so cheap. Cut very bad job Arms length not even for that price I paid for very ridiculous I read return policy it said if not satisfied return in 30 days but when I email them about detail to return They were trying to give me coupon discount 15% of next order and been 2days straight. These reviews are fake. There is no possible way these reviews are real. Every single item in my order was absolute garbage. I order from many online overseas companies and every now and then I get a bad product but this company is just trash. Every item was made like a cheap Halloween costume. Nothing like photos and the material is a joke. It also took over a month to arrive and smelled like melted plastic when I opened it.

They sell, very cheap, thin clothing that have string coming out of the stitching and they may you pay for return shipping. This site is just as bad as Wish or buying clothing from the dollar tree. It’s a complete scam. It’s pretty sick they do this to people. It’s not right.

Horrible Clothing and Service. Took a month and a half for my clothes to come even though they kept promising they’d already been shipped the tracking kept saying nothing. My first package was stolen because I had to leave town and they dropped it to my door in a high traffic area rather than my paid locker. They refused to open a claim ticket or reimburse me. They split my order into 3 and sent them with different carriers which was confusing and my delivery preferences disregarded. When my other two packages came the clothing looked like Halloween costumes. The matching skirt and top set was such flimsy material and ill-sewn, resulting in ill fit. The girl in the picture looked classy, I looked like I was going to a funeral or costume party. I’m sending everything back and anticipating problems with the return, the customer service is appalling, I’m still not sure if I was ever talking to a real person or if it was a robot. I will not order anything else from them, they own several other sites by different names, beware!

Worst Support.. I had missing parcel because the delivery company didn't do a right job and kindly explained the situation and asked customer support to resend the items or claim refund from delivery company as only the sender can do it. But the only thing they kept on saying "How about we give you a $20 coupon?" while I sent $120 for nothing. Wasted my money, time, useless customer support. Seriously don't recommend this app. The reviews on each clothes is very good and attractive but people say it's cheap materials.

DON’T EVER ORDER FROM IVROSE. Terrible site terrible service, I ordered from them twice and I paid extra for express shipping and it’s been a month now and the order still in the warehouse and I complained to the customer service they didn’t explain why there is a delay and they offered 10$ compensation but my order cost me over 200$ .

Material and clothing are dope. Worth it every time I purchase from here. If you’re worried, they’re legit. Take your time to understand your measurements and know that sometimes you might have to go up or down a size.

Thief & fraud. Their goods is really bad and sleazy, their after sale is awful . I’ve returned everything I bought from them was 9 items all of them cheap quantity , not only they received the goods back and they did not return my money . And they asking me what was the weight of the parcel even thou they received, I’ve send them the tracking number and copy of the shipping paper , yet they did not return the money and they keep asking what was the weight, witch I don’t understand why they ask if they got the goods back already . Unreliable. I’ve ordered several things from this online store and everything I got does not match what is described in the modelled picture. I know this can be common when online shopping, but not to this extent. So, I do not recommend this store. It’s a scam and you don’t get full refund with shipping. They offer other options, but it never benefits you, it’s to the benefit of the store. Don’t be deceived by how good the clothing looks in the pictures, bc what you get is a cheap mock, and completely - I can’t express that enough - completely different and SO cheap.

Scam. I order a shirt a month ago and there is no feedback, I tried contact customer care but response. Seems it’s a scam.

Horrible shipping times. If you have time to wait 6 months for your order to arrive this is the online store for you!!!!!

Beware. I was about to order and started looking at reviews and noticed all the positive reviews are dated March 26 and April 2 and there are a ton on both these days. Sounds a bit staged. Everything else is very negative I SAY DON’T EVEN GIVE THEM AN OPPORTUNITY ITS A LOT SKETCHY

Dont do it. I know you get what you pay for but I was expecting the lingerie that I bought to have some actual substance instead of a piece of cheap lace stretched between two string that cant be adjusted. Measurement are way off as well. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ dont waste your time

Processing/Shipping. WILL NOT RECOMMEND . Processing/shipping time is horrible ❗️I paid 55+ for 3-5 day shipping . Just to discover processing takes 3-7 days . THATS SAD . Never again . But on a positive note the clothes are fabulous, but I’ll pass 😒

Deceptive business practice. I downloaded the app for 10% discount and ordered over $60 worth of merchandise for additional discount - four items in total. One item arrived and now they claim all items were shipped.

Scam don’t trust this app this needs to be taken down. Even the customer service through phone was super unprofessional pretending she can’t hear me. This is a scam never received my 80$ package this app needs to be taken down.

Scam. This is a scam site DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They never emailed me my confirmation to my order and when I tried to login it says “email not found” I promise you this is a SCAM! I can’t believe I was so stupid to order from this site! Have to call my bank! DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
