Doesn’t work. When I downloaded my digital card the app showed me a balance however every time I attempted to use it it never worked. Then all of a sudden the app stopped showing any details about the card or balance. I then received a new email about more of my settlement being deposited on this card and I have no way of accessing it ever. They are literally stealing money from me with this app. Avoid it all cost. I am currently seeking legal assistance at this point.

$200 in limbo. I purchase 4 cards, three worked ok through the app but one didn’t. I kept getting errors, card cannot be loaded, card already in wallet, card has $0. Called customer support, hard to do. The verified that I had $$ on the card, followed their instructions and still received error. Called again, my issue was escalated to another department. Received an email, case closed!?! That’s what the email said. Scrolled down, followed their instructions and still, received errors. I emailed them back days ago and still no reply. My phone is updated, I deleted and re-added the app, restarted my phone and more. I have $200 in limbo, for a disabled, senior with limited income, that’s a big deal. I do have a case number.

Iffy at best. I do like the card I got it as a reward. Uploaded to my app wallet was easy but later the card went blank for some odd reason on the app but on the website I can see my balance. Not sure the issue with the app but I really need my money. I already sent an email to them hopefully the handle it soon.

Theft. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this card. Now I have $100 just missing. You are fixed to download a this app that goes absolutely nowhere. Customer service literally just read out the same instructions that are on the card then says you can take the card back. Naturally the store won’t take it back because the card is open. So now I have $100 just out in cyberspace.

CSR at cardholder services team. Daniel R. And other members of his team were absolutely incredible in helping me navigate through the process. They exemplified professionalism and an ability to make decisions based on proper procedures.

No support no solutions. I can’t believe I elected to purchase these gift cards at Lowe’s. I thought it would be a convenience adding to my Apple Pay, but it turns out that this application doesn’t work. I’ve gotten multiple error messages when trying to move cards into Apple Wallet. Transactions get declined when using them for tap. in there’s no support on their website. It’s just a poorly designed product with a “screw the consumer” approach with no support.

Waiting on return. Hi I went to speedway and used the card at the pump I had 30 dollars on there for gas and it got declined well when I went to the app it said the 30 dollars were taken by speedway but speedway never took the money and it still says pending on the app I need that money back I need gas to get back and forth to work

It feels off but it worked. I am nervous of getting scammed so I didn't love getting a random email that sent me a sign-in to get the credit card but in the end it worked. So that's good. I just don't love this as a way tonpayba settlement. Send a check!

Doesn’t work. I was forced to download this app to put my Lockheed Martin Gift Debit card into my Apple wallet, what a waste of time. I created an account, chose Apple ID, sign in and it immediately kicked me back to the login choice screen. So my card is useless. Get it together. I can only assume someone in china now has my card AND info. Update: I was able to put the card in my wallet, by manually entering the data. Once I did that, everything has worked. Not sure why I even needed this app. It seems like it was just a middleman between My Prepay Center and My Wallet.

Waste of time. I was prompted to download and use this app when I received a prepaid debit card as a reward from my electric company. Activating the card itself was very easy. However, getting the card to show up in this app has proved impossible despite probably a dozen attempts. I created an account. I received an email confirming the creation of the account. I’m logged into the account in the app. I have tried logging out and back in. I have tried it all so many times to no avail. And after all of this, I discovered I could easily add the card to my Apple Wallet app without needing this application at all. Complete waste of my time and an awful overall experience. I do not recommend this app, nor do I understand what purpose it serves when it’s so easy to add the prepaid card to my phone’s wallet without it.

A bit scammy. The expiration date of the card is blanked out. I have two cards that have a total of approximately $70 on it. It is not clearly stated that the cards expire because it is unnecessarily x’d over. I found these hard to use because a lot of places won’t take them. Then when I finally did find somewhere they expired last month! So this company made money from selling them, then a $70 bonus for not making expiration dates clear. The expiration date is not a risky piece of info. The number and the CVV…. Yes. Expiration should be clear!

Worked for me. I couldn’t manually enter my card details to put into my Apple wallet but this app was able to do it for me. Took a few extra minutes but extremely helpful as I prefer Apple Pay

Worst gift card ever. Got this card as a reward. It is not accepted online anywhere, the physical card was not sent and this app doesn’t work. Followed the instructions but cannot add the card to the wallet. Please stop sending me notifications that you responded to my review! It has been more than a year ago, the credit I had in the card has expired. So I’m not changing my review! This is unacceptable

Balance discrepancy is unnerving. I was given a digital card with an amount on it from a class action settlement. I took a screenshot of the amount for my records. I have used it for 5 transactions and all of them are stated correctly. All charges are the correct amounts. The PROBLEM is the balance that is left is short. Meaning adding up all the correct 5 charges and the remaining balance the card shows that is left should equal the full amount I was given and it does not! It is short and there is no accounting for it. It’s like the amount was reduced on the card after I added it to my Apple Pay. Where is the money and why is my remaining balance short from the amount I started with? The company is the only one with access to take it. It does not show up in the transactions in any way. It is simply gone. Update After a day and this post the amount came back on that was missing. Then the next transaction I used it, once again the balance was off. It feels very odd that a banking app cannot keep the remaining balance correct and current. I would not currently ever choose to use this app. Maybe they will make it more reliable over time but it’s like if your banking account balance was always off, not stable enough to trust money with in my opinion. However, it does work and somehow self corrected in my case.

My review. App is poorly designed. I had to add the app to receive a gift card. Only then was I able to add the gift card to apple wallet. (Not sure why its necessary to have a third party app to get the gift card into apple wallet)... *after using the gift card, there are no options to mark the gift card used, update the value to $0 , it or delete the gift card from mycardwallet. I am deleting the app.

Why not. I have no complaints about the app; it is truly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, making navigation straightforward for users of all experience levels. Throughout my use, I encountered no technical issues or glitches, and overall, I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Stopped working. Update: working again next day. Updated app today and now am unable to add a card. Getting Error message “Something went wrong. CPP4005.” This is happening whether I scan from within the app or with the iPhone camera app. In general, app has worked well!

last update was for “bug fixes”… I can no longer open the app. I cannot access my funds. I can’t open the app to log in. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but it doesn’t change anything. The app never runs past the loading page. This has been a consistent issue on-and-off for months with this app and BlackHawk is nearly impossible to contact. If it were any other app, I would just delete and forget about it, but you’re messing with people’s *money*. It’s cruel to pay someone exclusively through an app that won’t open and it feels exploitative.

Easy to use. This has been convenient. I find that most place take this form of payment. It is easy to add to your wallet. The only challenge I find is that you have to log all the way back in to see remaining balance.

MyCardWallet. I encountered difficulty in activating an E-Card I purchased thinking it was a regular Visa card. After much struggle with it, Technical Team and specifically the supervisors provided excellent information and resolution in a flawless timely manner. Thank you.

Easy to understand. Service is user friendly too read and understand, and fast

Useful App. This app is useful to add e-gift cards to your mobile wallet to use in store. The only thing that would make this app even better is if you can make it so that people can delete a card once the balance reaches $0.00. Add that and I’ll change my rate to 5 stars.

Waste of time. I get $50 promo, but it is only through my card wallet. Ok, so I give a bunch of my info to someone. Then I try to order something online, but they mention only google and apple. The I try to enter the card data and nothing happens. The company says it’s available at all places that accept this funny money. Trial and error method to find out who accepts this form of payment. Ok, keep the fifty. Not worth my time.

Can’t delete Cards. I like the fact I can view my gift card and their balances. However, I can’t delete any of them once they’ve been used up. My wallet is now cluttered with several gift cards. Even if you delete your account, it keeps all the cards in there and if you use the same method to “log in” after deleting your account the cards are still there. So the account is never really deleted huh? That’s wack and I’m over this app.

Less than one star. Any time I’ve ever tried to redeem a virtual card through this service it has been a horrible experience. This app does not allow me to redeem anything to it after choosing “add to wallet” Most the cards I try to redeem don’t work on any sort of ”PayPal” or “Apple Pay” Any time I have called customer service it always ends in “wait 7 to 10 business days” I had to continuously call back and email multiple times over a two week period just to get a $20 redemption. If you rely on this service in any way you will be toyed with and lied to at every turn. Less than one star review

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ITS A SCAM!. I put over 500$ worth of cards that I was paid for refferals. Everything was working fine. I could tap anywhere and one day at Burlington coat factory all the cards disappeared. They took over 500$ emailed them and they don't reply THEY DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT, no one to call they don't answer emails! Save yourself pain and don't use this app! I plan to sue! Listen to all the other reviews no one says they problems are solved SAVE YOUR SELF PAIN AND TEARS THEY TAKE PPL MONEY!

Where did my funds go?. I really like this setup. I like that I can tap to pay using the app and that all my transactions are automatically recorded. I have purchased five of these cards in the last month and I have drained two of them. However, today the app is not showing any of my cards or their respective balances! I could just go to use tap to pay to see if any still have funds but I’d prefer to know balances before I get to the cash register.

Blackhawk prepaid MasterCard. You can add your prepaid cards to the wallet and check your balance even added to Apple Pay at first it glitched out a lot but I was contacted by developer. And they fixed the problem when the hours issued a new card and it works just fine great app

Too many apps. We now have to use this app in order to add the gift cards to our wallet and this was not shown on the list of things we have to do in order to use them. Enough companies have our information as it is and this is becoming extremely frustrating.

Customer service is lacking. Save yourself the trouble & look elsewhere for a wallet app…. I sent in a review indicating that I found this app not to be very user friendly and I wanted to have my account deleted but could not accomplish this through the app site. I received a response within 24 hours suggesting that I contact the developer directly by email and ask them to delete my account. That part of the customer service was great. However, in taking the advice on here and emailing the developer, the customer service thus far has been non-existent. It has now been 5 days since my email was sent and I have yet to receive a response…

I keep getting an error message everytime I try to check my card information. So I ended up getting a numberless tap visa cards for christmas which requires this app to work and for a while it did. I could click card details and it would give me the card number that I could use to buy things online. But now for an entire week everytime I go to check the card details it says “Error We ran into an issue with adding your card. Please check your details and try again.” Over and over and over again this error keeps popping up effectively making the entire card unusable for online purchases. And whats frustrating is that for a while it genuinely was working just fine and now it’s effectively bricked. I tried calling support and they have no idea whats going on either (and it was a nightmare to get past the robot that just kept telling me to click card details which continues the error message). Maybe I am just unlucky but what is the point of a numberless card that does have a number but the number is hidden away on app that randomly decides to just deny all access to it because of an omnipresent error

Terrible scammy app. This app was obviously created to separate people from their money. I got a settlement from Equifax and they elected to use this app to deliver it. When I log into the website I can see the money and an option to “add to wallet”. When you click on it, it forces you to download the app. But the app on my phone doesn’t show the money that I see online, rendering the app since there is no way to spend the money. This company has set up a $1 fee per month fee, so obviously their tactic is to frustrate people so much that they give up trying to get to their money. And they just get to keep it. It’s makes sense why Equifax would choose to use such a shady company to deliver their payouts. They probably know that of the millions in payouts that they have to deliver, most of them will never be cashed out and they can just keep them money. SHAME.

Scam!!! Beware!!!!. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I received a Visa card as a gift and downloaded this app as directed and continually get told invalid try again later. I have redownloaded the app, nothing. There are absolutely NO options on the app for help, FAQ’s, contact info, NOTHING. If you read the other reviews it seems many people have the same issues and get no access to their money. I even attempted emailing the email address that whoever monitors these reviews puts in their responses when people complain, and guess what? A week later an NO RESPONSE! This has GOT to be some sort of scam, with the no communication or ability to get any assistance with any issues with using their app. So now, where does all this money go? I’m assuming at this point the developer is just pocketing it all. Avoid this app or any cards that use it at all cost. There is NO customer service and these people are THIEVES. Looking into filing a complaint with the BBB and whatever other entity they can be reported to. Update:months have gone by, still no response even after emailing the exact email they told me to use in their response on here. It is apparent that they do NOT care about the customer or provide any type of service. Over 3 months later and still no access to my money. This has to be a scam

Definitely makes life easier. Makes it so much easier. I can keep nit only my bank and credit cards in the virtual wallet but also bus train etc info for upcoming plane trips and Airbnb info. Makes traveling easier. If you lose or forget a card you still have it on you. Now, all the stores need to get on board with allowing you to use Apple. That’s where the problem lies.

What’s the big deal for some people?? IT WORKS PERFECTLY, SHEESH!. This process was so quick and easy, I literally don’t even understand how some people have so much to complain about. My guess is it’s the user and not the interface that is the problem. It took me less than five mins from start to end, and my virtual card is added to my apple wallet, zero hassles, no phone calls, no snags. It’s not spyware, not a big deal. Maybe some of y’all need to take a course on how to use the internet? To anyone who needs to use this app, don’t hesitate to do so. It works fine. They’re called “instructions”, read them, use them, and you’ll get it done in a snap like myself and others who know how to read and follow basic English words. I hope that’s not coming off as rude but dang, don’t knock the service because you don’t know how to use it. That just makes it hard for people to know what reviews are legit and what reviews are bad because of genuine ui problems. There were zero complications for me. My card is loaded and useable. That’s what I needed and it works so I give it five stars! Karens this is for you, Spend more time learning to follow basic instructions instead of negging the review section in hopes of keeping others from using an app, especially because the only reason you’re doing that is because YOU don’t understand it. That’s ridiculous and wasteful of time and energy. Pay attention! And if attention cost money, well, some of us can afford it, because we got our virtual cards added to the wallet…

App and Customer service. As I write this review I had issues to see the card online. It shows the balance yet the customer service rep was making me feel dumb after we were going round and round repeating all the steps. Then all of a sudden now my account is not working. Called again and then the rep said oh it’s trying to reboot. Give it 2 hours. 4 hours later all my cards are no longer there. Yes the balance is there but what’s the sense of having a tap to pay card when you can’t even use it on your cell for online purchases. Do better fix it.

Okay, but…. This app is okay, I downloaded it after receiving my digital card through a settlement. I’ve made some transactions and have a very small amount left on the card. The amount is a couple of bucks and I would like to just transfer it to my debit card. I can’t seem to find a way to do that or even if that option exists. 3 stars for that reason. Sure wish there was a way to figure that out.

Useless. Awesome if you don’t want to see your balance or card info! Worked correctly I guess for 1 day then my card info and balance disappeared. Useless.

My App is frozen and won’t let me click on anything. The app is frozen and it won’t let me interact with anything. no matter how many times I press on my E-gift card? Nothing happens. I am on able to transfer my gift card to my Apple wallet and I have no ability to interact with the app other than to log out. I am not some tech illiterate boomer, this is just poorly designed, bizarrely integrated and seems to be vibe-coded. Shame. I will update and change my review once this issue is resolved.

My new wallet. Wow, this is the first time I’ve done this and it is really amazing! Very easy to work with And. I got a couple of E perks from my company. It was so easy to just add them to my wallet. Spend them like cash. Rose

Confused. I’ve been enjoying the app, easy, not hard to understand or set up. Super convenient. But for whatever reason all the prepaid cards I had in this app are gone, like no information or anything is left. I like to check every once in a while to see how much I have left on a specific card, but now I can’t. I’ve tried signing in and out and it’s still blank.

Buggy non app doesn’t do the only thing it’s supposed to do. The app won’t add the card to my apple wallet like it says. I called customer service and they are intentionally unhelpful, they don’t want to talk to you and every choice on their phone tree gives a prerecorded message except for if you select “transaction dispute”. The app literally doesn’t do the 1 and only thing it is supposed to do. What a crock. I’m telling people that offer me “tango rewards cards” to go f-off from now on. It’s probably really just spyware

Fails to add every time. Every card I have purchased in the last two months has a flow to app issue. I have to call each time to get a new card. Defeats the purpose of an e-gift. Smh! Changed to 3 stars, due to resolution days later, with an emailed virtual rewards card. Worried to ever purchase another card in the future though.

DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE APP. This is the WORST e-gift card app I have ever used, nothing but bugs and issues. If you randomly log in no details about your e-gift cards will be shown as this is a bug that causes the app to glitch and you won’t be able to access any card detail currently or previously. No amount of refreshing will solve or deleting the app. It will resolve itself in a few days when it feels like it. SECONDLY and the biggest problem is that it will randomly decide rather it wants to add the card to your Apple wallet and it will give you a “invalid card please contact your card issuer for more information” prompt when you try to add it to your Apple wallet . There is no reason why it does this it will RANDOMLY decide if it just wants to work or not. And after it tells you that you can’t add your card to Apple wallet you won’t be able to add ANY card on the app to Apple wallet . There is NO customer service number I could find tied to the app as I resulted in calling the BHN customer service number for support. This app is the worst and I put too much trust in this app. Don’t make the mistake I did and having hundreds of dollar e-gift cards stuck within the app.

Worst Means to Add Digital Cards. This app is absolute garbage. It forces multiple authentications constantly which gets your account locked when trying to manage multiple cards. The anti-fraud is flawed and is absolute garbage, locking normal people out of their accounts every day. There is no recourse to getting unlocked, you just have to wait. Being forced to use this app to add cards to digital wallets should be a consumer protection lawsuit.

An equivalent scam. This app is the only way to get your equinox payout. I downloaded the entire app and then tried to transfer my virtual prepaid CC to my iPhone wallet and got error after error saying I had reached the maximum number of devices and the CC could not be added to my wallet. After jumping thru 10 more hoops I finally decided to try and add it to my Apple Watch wallet and it worked. A complete scam by equifax to keep people from getting their measly payout from them. What a joke.

Doesn't work, now I have a useless card. I got paid with a useless virtual MasterCard from Tango and they idiotically REQUIRE this app in order to add the card to your Apple Wallet. And the app does not work. No buttons are responsive so I can't add it to my Apple Wallet. And this so doesn't let you pay at checkouts...so I think it's just a scam to allow Tango to keep payments from people whose iOS version isn't new enough. Notice there is no required version of iOS at the time of this review. It let me download the app and open it just fine, but the app simply does not work. So, now I have a card with money on it that I can't use. And Tango says they do not provide support for Apple Wallet.

Works but why?. Works but why does it need to exist? If I want to add a card to my wallet anywhere else I just add it… but this app wants a user account and a download. Pretty soon we are going to need an app and a user account to open each bathroom door in our own home.

So frustrating!!. I am really not happy with this app. It can never contact the card issuer and get the cards added into the apple app. You cannot remove cards from this wallet. You cannot use them at brick and mortar stores, shops ect. You have to copy and paste the card numbers in order to use them online. I wish i could just get good old fashioned cash money from the “myprepaidcenter”. Plus, you can’t get even talk to anyone to help you out! It costs $3.00 to get a plastic card to make purchases with. I think this thing is a scam! Proove me wrong!! Otherwise you can get my name and address from the multiple times i’ve had to go to myprepaid center and accounts I’d had to create ! Just send me some cash money so i can take it to the bank. I got bills, I have to pay, and I cannot work work work everyday. End rant.

What a crock. This app is ridiculous, the size of the QR code to scan is ridiculously small and the camera does not focus via the app. Waste of time!!! Boycott these gift cards they make it impossible to use!!!!

Worst ap ever!. I bought a voucher 70 PAINFUL minutes ago. The ap says “there’s a problem retrieving your card information” so I can’t use this voucher I’ve paid for as it won’t load to my apple wallet and I can’t retrieve a barcode or anything. The website is just as useless and is taking me in circles. What a waste of more than an hour! Now I’ll have to try and ring someone which will cost me more time.

Doesn’t work from their own website. I have the app but when I click “add to wallet” from their own website it wants to send me an sms to download the app again. Nothing else I can do. Total fail

How to fix ERROR. i don’t know why but every time i try to “add card to apple wallet” i get an error saying i can’t add. It took me 30 minutes just to get it to work because of a bug. I had to restart my phone for this to work

Never get gift card from this company anymore. It shows ‘there was a problem retrieving your card information’ when I tried to spend my gift card in store. Have to call customer service for about 20 mins but the problem still hasn’t resolved. I’ve been told they need 3-5 working days to escalate my case. Totally waste of time and they do not refund! I will never spend any money in this company! Cautious!

seems to be locking my account. The app won’t let me add my giftcard to my Apple wallet & seems to be locking my account, no help in the app either so no way of unlocking it. Pretty annoying as I have $300 waiting to be spent. Please fix this asap

App doesn’t even work yet. Downloaded the app, it said we need to go to the website where we activate our prepaid card (no menu, nothing). So I went to the website, guess what? The website said download the app and follow the prompt. Terrible design, useless app so far

First buy. Just bought $20 for first trying. Got confusion with set up app wallet. Not showed clearly the “Eats” card details. Hopefully, spend easily !

Do better. Clunky, unable to clear cards once finished. No spend history. Substandard in today’s technological age.

Worst app and gift cards ever!!!!. Can’t log into website even after changing password. Cards can only be used at selected retailers which constantly changes. Do not buy these cards for anyone except your worst enemy!!!!!

Unethical!. Received gift card. Months of going around in circles with links that don’t work, service that takes ‘3-5 days’ and no accountability for the money that has been lost on this card not being able to be activated or used. Of course, no one knows it won’t work until it’s already been purchased. This needs to be reported to the ACCC.

There’s there’s a 0 star!!. Unfortunately, there is no zero star, that I could choose from. Such a waste of my time, I still have a lot of credit, but when I download the app it says “there was a problem with proving your card”. So I can’t use it in store.

Worst app ever. Can’t use the prepaid in Australia waste of money

1 star to leave this review. Don’t use.. Received a virtual Visa card that is unusable anywhere (t&c say wherever visa is accepted online) so I rang Indue for assistance. Indue customer support suggested this app so I could link the visa account to Apple Pay, but that integration doesn’t work according to their own customer support. So this was installed & deleted immediately.

Card appeared then disappeared. Money gone

Spam?. Transactions suddenly started to get declined even though there is balance on the card and Support unable to assist and now says my account is blocked. Judging by the reviews here looks like this is fraud.

Absolute garbage. Why do I need to download an app just to add a gift card to my wallet? Garbage, useless, do-nothing app that only exists to steal personal data.

Not reliable. I had to try more than 20 times across several days to be able to add my digital card to Apple wallet, not impressed.

Unable to add any cards and unable to view them after adding. I do not see my cards after adding them. I tried with 2 different cards and it doesn’t show any. Don’t bother installing. This is a scam

Rubbish. This does nothing else except open a pop-up to that spins out and never adds anything.

Does nothing. App opens to an instructions screen and does nothing else. Totally non-responsive.

Nothing is showing. The app only tells you to activate the card and after get the app to add to the wallet, but there are no ways to download it to the wallet

Just a text to go online. The application informs you to go to the website where you activated your card to add it to your wallet on your phone. The app has nothing else than 2 paragraphs of text on it. It was version 2.0

App works great with one exception. Overall works well but cannot remove old empty prepaid Mastercards from the iPhone App. Tired looking everywhere. Maybe there needs to be an update to add this functionality?

Does not work. Enter a Master Card gift credit in to this app Will not let me retrieve the credit card after it was entered into their system When signing into the app I receive this message WE ARE SORRY... An internal server error has occurred

Does nothing. When adding a card, it gets a spinning icon for several seconds, then times out with an error telling you to contact your card issuer

Unable to insert my card. I did my best to follow the instructions but it didn't work. I only have a digital debit card.

Unnecessary app. This app is designed to (fail) move virtual cards from My Prepaid Center to your Google or Apple wallet. The idea is to keep you from actually using the card because the value reverts to them when it expires, which is now 6 months instead of 1 year. Anyway, if you activate your card and don’t request plastic or transfer immediately that option disappears which only leaves the value available for online purchases. Evil!!

Good. User friendly & easy way to access information about your cards

App does not work. Got this prepaid MC thru "SaveOnEnergy". Had to download this app to activate MC. However, app refused to add card to Apple Wallet - says an issue with bank. Also card expires? This is supposed to be illegal in Canada. I have no idea who to contact as this seems to be slopply put together. 1.1 rating is all you need to know about developer.

Master Card. Super helpful

Can’t even launch it -. Installed the app on my phone launched it, it told me there was an update and I had the option to update or cancel. Hit update, it re launched the app store and sat at the app page asking me to update or cancel (again *sigh*). Being the tester and the end user at the same time is not a winning value proposition.

Steals your money. I tried to add a prepaid card to this wallet and it told me it was successful. Next time I logged in there was nothing available. Couldn’t even see the card. Bunch of thieves. Update: when you leave a real review then they send you constant emails and notification to change your review. STOP BUGGING ME

App is useless, company is a scam. I have a prepaid card with over 100 dollars on it that was an amount given for a laptop trade in. On the card it says “funds do not expire” but below that is a “valid thru date.” My money has expired. These crooks are low.

Annoying. Every time I want to add a new card to the app, it says “error default card”. Then I have to call customer service every time and do the steps they require me to do each time. After various attempts to add new card it magically appears. Very annoying to go through.

Worked great then stopped. Used this app for a month or so, then randomly it just stopped showing my cards and balances. I've had a few different card thru a promotion at work so it was nice to see how much I had on each. Now the screen is blank and it freezes up at random times.

Keeps crashing & I can’t add my card. I recently got a digital card for a settlement and was sent to download this app to add the card to my apple wallet. But for the last two days of trying, the app doesn’t respond to prompts and keeps crashing. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded the app but still not working and now I’m stuck with a card I can’t use.

Terrible app. App updated and then it states that I have no cards on file. You can’t talk to customer service via the app and even on the website you get a useless bot. And then the customer service or whoever reads these reviews sent me numerous texts in ONE day months after my review to respond. This only serves to evidence the ineptitude.

Can't collect my virtual cards. I have tried manually to put my virtual cards into my wallet and it keeps telling me it's not my wallet. It's my wallet. Can't get a hold of anyone. So frustrated. Tried to delete the app but won't let me. HELP!!!! I have already lost my balance on one of the cards due to expiration and not being able to sign in. Rediculous

Quick. Quickly and easy

Very Awkward to use. This is about the fourth or fifth digital card I’ve received and this was the most difficult to get into My Card Wallet. After 20 minutes of effort I was able to actually get the card. I have learned from experience, don’t use it if it doesn’t use up the entire amount. It is very difficult to track what remains on the card.

Unnecessary for Apple Pay. I got a prepaid Mastercard from this website called tango or smth and it directed me to this app to add my card to my Apple Pay wallet. I was originally going to use it, but after reading the reviews here I went to see if I could just add my card normally. And it worked. I just put in the details manually. My phone is on iOS 18.5, if that matters.

Ripoff. It would be nice if they would just send a physical card that you could use, they offer it but the last one I ordered did not show up so I figure I’d try to use it this way, but I haven’t had much luck previously. Unfortunately, I am not tech savvy, and I believe that you need to be in order to use this properly.

It works. Trouble with getting the card due to technical issues, but it finally works.

Shouldn’t Be Necessary. Not pleased that I needed to download yet another app for the card to added to my Apple Wallet. There was no other option. They should give you an option to download the MyCardWallet or add funds to Apple Wallet. Note: it allowed me to add after I downloaded the funds… so why make me add another app and agree to all the terms? Perhaps it’s more about getting access to my information.

Virtual Mastercard. This card works great. It works anywhere. The customer service is amazing. I would like to reload this card and keep using this card permanently. I love it.

Does not work. Received a prepaid card to add to my Apple wallet and was directed to download this app. Downloaded app and I have tried several times to add to my wallet and it will not work. I called customer service but it’s an automated service and it was no help. Emailed customer service, have yet to receive a response. Definitely not recommended by myself.

Funds missing. App is glitchy at best and has little to no options for entering in a digital card. Like why can’t I just manually enter in its details? Last I checked ZERO bank cards had stupid QR codes needed to even use them. Cmon man. If you are gonna make an app to attempt to expedite this process, at least make it function.

Latest update broke app. The app was working fine and then this latest update made it completely unusable. Cant get into the app anymore and when i can it keeps giving me error messages when trying to add a card. Worked fine before and then these recent “bug fixes” made it unusable

H. Cool app but kind of pointless I'm unable to actually use the card for tap and pay after being advised to several times for Apple Pay. Each time I try to add my card to Apple Pay an error message appears.

delete used virtual cards. Can’t figure out how to delete old cards… Very frustrating.

Apple Pay. Really good for e-gift card payment and smooth transfer to Apple Pay and google pay

Good but could be better. Wish you could transfer you balance from previous cards to new cards so you don’t keep ending up with a bunch of cards with a few bucks on them.

Oh what a big let down!. I have thoroughly reviewed all information regarding this application. It appears to have several promising features. Although I appreciated the reviews, my personal experience was disappointing. It would not connect to any of my credit cards, and I was unable to upload any of my cards.

Terrible App. So many steps to use this card and almost always when you proceed to next step it circles you back to where you began. Limited places you can use this and there are fees if not used. My card Wallet seems to be sharing greatly in settlement claims. The claims amount are hardly accessible to the claimant and it shares in my settlement with these ridiculous fees.

Used Gift Cards. I cannot get fully used cards to delete. Therefore I cannot add more. I have tried everything from customer supports recommendations or anything else. Frustrating

Beware. These guys will delete all your cards if they suspect fraud. You call them and they’ll say they can’t help you because you don’t have the card information. Nevermind that that being a digital card, the card information is saved on the app they locked you out of.

Sign in. How do I sign in using a email & password. The only way it lets me sign in is using my Apple ID but that’s not connected to my cards

So far, works well. App works well and is simple but there needs to be a way to hide and/or remove old cards that have a 0 balance!!!

The best by far. Quick and easy very very easy to connect cards to wallet and even works seamlessly with Apple Pay. Awesome.

They are thieves. Do not use.. For the second time in three weeks, they’ve completely deleted my account. I complained last time, and it was briefly restored. However, I never received any feedback from customer service about their theft of my funds. You cannot trust this company to protect or preserve your purchase, nor to assist you when they make an inevitable mistake.

Easier. Lots easier than other apps

STILL CANT ADD TO WALLET. “Your Issuer Does Not Yet Offer Support for This Card Learn more about currently supported cards, or ask your issuer if they offer cards that support Apple Pay.” This was the error message I received after reading all the reviews and downloading the app anyway.. seems lik it’s hit or miss so I’d definitely give it a try but know that it still may not be supported.. I deleted the account after.

No Customer Service For Lousy App. After adding the first of three ecards, I was repeatedly told the second one was invalid. Had unfortunately lost the phone number on the back of the card. Absolutely NO customer service number on the website (which I had to dig for). If I could leave a zero rating, I would.

Best Card To Have. I received my virtual visa reward card from Fetch just scanning receipts I love it. It’s one of the easiest way to earn some extra money which we all need. Nechia Clark

App crashing badly after third card. App crashing badly after third card added. Feels unsafe but at least my transactions went through. You’d have to keep note of how much you’re spending as there’s no way to check as of right now until this is fixed.

Update needs work. The app worked perfectly until the update 11 hours ago. You cannot scroll through cards. I would have reached out to tech support or over email but your app doesn’t offer that as an option so a public review is the only way to alert you

Card. Make it easy to access to pay bills

Hard to understand. I find the wallet difficult to understand what is happening. Cards are seemingly set as default without me gent aware and then I get messages stating “not enough money on card”. I use effectively with my Apple Credit Card once I remember to look for which card is default.

So Easy. I’m 70 years old and normally let my granddaughter do these kinds of things, but this was easy.

“Account Locked” Glitched. Can’t Get to my Money When I Want!. Absolutely cannot stand this app. If you login into it “too many times,” (3 times max) you’ll get an error constantly and will not be able to access any of YOUR money. Have to wait HOURS for it to reset. Absolutely ridiculous and 100% don’t recommend.
