IT. It has been a couple of years since trying to do a conference call and I had nothing but problems with the system so gave up. This time the problem was with getting the right download. The one I was sent twice I had to have a secret password. Didn’t have one. Finally found someone that gave me the right download. After that my appointment went well. I love seeing Dr Tao’s beautiful smile.
Good app some bugs. The app has some issues where when vertical or horizontal sometimes patient picture can be lost for provider
Outstanding Service. What a wonderful experience, being my first time. The Team was patient and supportive, while I struggled with getting the link connected. Great job! Exceptional support!
Patient. Over the last couple of years video calls have worked well for me. We have had Covid and since prople aren’t getting vaccinated I think it will be a while that I would prefer video visits. This was the easiest program to use for me. It would t let me tap a star so I give it a 5. 1Sleepless in SLC
Simple and easy to use!. I am a Severe Trumatic Brain Injury survivor and I don’t drive. Today was my first time needing to use this app. This app allowed me to have a virtual meeting with my doctor to talk about getting a referral. I simply had to click the link and type my name. Then I was face-to-face with my doctor! This was a great way to meet and connect with my doctor. I highly recommend this app.
First Successful Experience. YAY! This was an excellent audio as well as visual quality appointment. Which is a great relief after 3 dreadful appointments with different providers in same provider network using this AmWell/ Avisia this week alone. I haven’t had trouble using it and I was visible as well as heard by my doctor, however the doctors were confused on audio and visual issues!
Video call. So much better than having to wait til end of February to be seen 🙌Julie is fantastic to work with you and work you in if at all possible
Communication. The communication was very good as far as audible however I could not see my healthcare provider but she could see me which made the session functionable. Also, I was signed on and did not hear from her for over 30 minutes until I called back and apparently there was a break in the communication. FYI
Worst video solution ever. I waited for the Dr to join the call for a good while, not the apps fault, but the level of static and white noise the app puts out while waiting is crazy. Most importantly I can’t understand why the app has a 2-3 second lag in the audio so you and your Dr are constantly talking over each other. Very frustrating app to use. I do video calls all day for work and this app is the worst video experience I have had so far.
Fast and easy. Much better than other apps including FaceTime etc.
Excellent care by Dr Gray. Dr Dona Gray amazed me with such great care for my son. My son has multiple health problems since he was diagnosed with Covid and is now diabetic. We felt like his condition was declining but Dr Gray gave us the confidence and security we needed and with her medical expertise, my son may come off insulin totally! Thank you so much
Will not work on iPad. I downloaded this app for an appointment with my dr. We did a trial run before the appointment and it won’t allow me to access the microphone or camera. Those options aren’t there in the settings. However, I have the app on my iPhone and it works fine. I don’t understand why there is a difference. Very frustrating and it looks like I’m not the only one having issues with this app.
Dr telephone appointment. This helped us so very much & I would Love to continue with this way in future, moms going on 92 & it’s very difficult to transport by vehicle/ Dr McMichael was wonderful as always, it worked perfectly, also nurse Angela with all necessary questions was excellent as well - thank you & God Blessed🙏
Connection unstable. Even though the mic and camera and speaker checked out in the test, when it was actually time for the call, there was no sound for either party. We had to disconnect and reconnect. Nice idea, but still needs some work.
Fail. I got the text from my provider as expected. Clicked on the link to connect, I could see my provider and she could see me but my microphone was muted (had a line through it). I could click on the icon but it wouldn’t unmute. I tried to edit the settings in the app but it asked for a ‘community PIN’ to access, which I didn’t have. My iPhone microphone was not muted so it was in the app. Totally unusable. Provider called me to conduct visit.
Smooth. Everything went smoothly. The fact that the doctor can send a text when they’re ready and then that can start the video conferencing makes it seem almost as simple as Google Duo, but with a much better privacy profile.
1st Time use of touch point. Used touchpoint for the first time today. First tried it from a text link. Had problems with sound quality that way. Went and got the App and sound was greatly improved and logging into the call was easy.
Today’s Telehealth Appointment. All went well. Good audio, much improved over last time! Good picture and outstanding interview with Dr. Andrew Duxbury and his associate! Appreciate my health care team at UAB. Marilyn Greely
Susan J. The video doctor appointment has been a godsend for me. I live in a rural area 2 hours south of the city where my physicians are . My physician Dr C Weinberg is truly wonderful she’s kind and attentive listens to all your concerns . Thank you much
Okay implementation. We use this integrated with Cerner. Can you please allow the system to send alerts to the provider even if they’re logged in elsewhere? I get notified of my first patient of the session, but then none after that.
Dangerous. Unfortunately the part of my day I dread the most today is not being able to contact or effectively communicate with the dr on call for my patient. Yesterday I selected one provider and Touchpoint contacted another. I have to log on two or three times, single sign on isn’t working... Please contact Hospitals who use your service and help before someone gets hurt and or they dump your app!
Made for iPhone?. I downloaded the app at the request of my Dr office. While getting it set up, I could see the woman I was speaking with but I could not hear her. She ended up calling me and said she could hear me just fine. There was nothing wrong with the volume settings on my end of the phone. I see from another review someone else had the same issue with their iPhone. Is this an iPhone/android issue or is this a bug? I NEED this app to work!
Easy to manage. Would recommend highly!. Simple and easy to access. Great video and audio quality. Immediate connection!
Virtual visit. I loved the visit. I was in the comfort of my own home. Dr Kupersmith made the visit very thorough. I don’t suggest this for anyone who is not feeling well or has symptoms you should see the dr in person because he has the tools that could help you or go right to the emergency room otherwise this is a good method to discuss what you are feeling in the privacy of your own home. But once again please do not use this in place of a need for a dr or hospital .
Dr. M. Hunter. The best Doctor I have had. I’m 73yrs and her office has always responded and very easy to get to talk to her especially though this Application. Dr Hunters staff is very efficient, professional and very kind and eager to help me with my medical questions or problems. I can’t say enough what a wonderful doctor she is very knowledgeable in her field very personable and very easy to talk to. Answers all questions and explain about the medication or any questions that I am I have I never feel rushed with Dr. Hunter. God bless me with an excellent doctor. Thank you Dr. Hunter at staff.
Super glitchy??? Huge waste of time!. I was trying to talk to my doctor about my newborn, but the call kept getting disconnected so many times that I ended up having to just mobile call them. I do not have this problem with other video calling apps, and my WiFi is perfectly fine. It’s definitely not worth the download!!
Dr McCammon. For our limited technical skills this telehealth visit went well and with our 4 hour distance from UAB very efficient. The phones calls from me to UAB about set up were comforting and people answering my questions were very helpful and reassuring.
Easy to use!. Communication and video were both very clear!
Online Appointment. I really enjoyed the new way to see the doctor in case there wasn’t any available appointments in person. I recommend this for small cases like a cough or slight symptoms. Anything else one would have to go to the ER.. I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely do again if needed. The doctor was very nice and courteous.
Glitchy. The app kept disconnecting my video calls over and over. I have clean internet connection, never had a problem with other video call apps before. Please consider working on keeping a stable connection during video calls as we all know right now is a very difficult/different time period in the world. Many people need these calls for doctor appointments & many other important occasions that are to be attended.

Best Doctor in Utah. Shannon Harding your the best. I couldn’t go on with life without you to tell you the truth you have stood by my side listen to me complain and cried, laughed, gave me some really good advice. you never criticize me you never blamed me you never made me feel like it was my fault. And if it was you put it into words that would make sense to me so I would understand things better. Frustrating. I got this app at the request of my doctor’s office. However, we will never use this app again. Apparently my doctor also hates this app but her office is pushing this app to their patients. After many frustrating attempts to connect to each other, she told us to use another teleconference platform as a plan b, which worked like a charm. We offered to try another attempt using this service but my doctor had given up on this app and was just done. She refused to use this again and immediately told us about the other platform. THAT’S how bad it is to use this app.
Hope Giver. Our family doesn’t have words enough on what it has meant to see our dad and for my dad to have the ability to hear us, see us earlier when we had to leave him at the hospital by himself. Especially went he went into ICU. Given us hope, believe it gives dad hope to not only hear us but to hear how prayers are going up for him.
Review. Beginning with the welcoming staff (calls appointment etc)they are mostly courteous, kind, and efficient). The Doctor and ancillary are wonderful Thank you for the opportunity to use the telehealth system
Not good for real time communicating. I work in home health so rapid communication is often very important when I’m out in the field. Typically I will have a message alert but not have access to new messages for minutes to hours. Sometimes I need to log out and log back in just to access new and potentially urgent messages. Not good and quite frustrating. System is glitchy
Very easy to use!. Just downloaded the app, waited for the text to come through, clicked on the link and was ready to go. Nothing extra had to be done. Simplest telehealth appt thus far and I’ve helped with a lot of them being a SNF social worker.
Video visit. Dr. George Hajjar is the best Oncologist I have ever met, yes he’s the only one I ever met. But I’m sure he is, he genuinely really cares about his patients. I can’t thank him enough except to live a long life to prove to him that his treatments that he chooses for me work.
Easy to use. This app has been one of the easiest to use. Since COVID I have used several video chat apps, and this one connect in the 1st time I had to use it. The doctor’s office and I didn’t lose communication at all. It worked perfectly in my opinion.
Good function and doesn’t take up too much space. Much better than the non download app
Perfect. I had a very very important video call for my doctor regarding my Transplant and everything went completely perfectly no hiccups no delay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Usage. I was a little worried up on my first video visit. But after exploring just a little bit I found it was not that hard. It was actually a very nice visit with my doctor and all went well. This is kind of a incredible way to communicate in these weird troubling times
Most Frustrating App got Telehealth. I have had to use this app at request of my physicians for 6 Telehealth appointments. There was a connection problem each and every time inspite of the pre appointment microphone/camera/speaker system check. The only thing functional is the precheck. Actual calls required 3-4 restarts for proper connection. Lose an average of 20 minutes that will be billed to my insurance provider for patient contact time.
Ángel. I enjoy my class today because she was a very kind young lady that was so sweet and patient with me cause as we get older we get slower and forgetful and yet she was so gentle like we older folks like to be treated thank you for having her there .

Sleep Clinic. This method of communicating with my Health Team is super, especially during COVID. I wouldn't have it any other way as it is easy and simple enough for me and others to navigate. Thank you for this service, Debra
The worst. I logged in and was put into the waiting room 10 min later I received a call from the office saying the doctor was on the call. They sent me another link. I filled in the information at least 3 times. I was asked to allow access to the microphone and was told to go to settings but was not sent to my settings where that permission is. I finally just spoke to my doctor on the phone. This is the worst telemedicine platform I’ve used.
Obnoxious and buggy.. When connecting, the first thing this app does is crank the phone volume all the way up without permission and play a super loud ring tone. My ears are still ringing. The call disconnected over and over. I have a clean internet connection and have been on video conferences all day, so I doubt it’s me. When the connection dropped, there was no option to reconnect. I had to dig the link back out of my email and fill out the contact info again. It dropped over and over. My provider eventually called me on the phone and we had to proceeded without video. Terrible user experience all around.
Connection horrible. The software is far from optimized because even with a 500mbps connection speed it still give a warning that there is poor wifi connection. My guess is it is too busy collecting private information in the background to sell to third parties instead of allowing for optimal video performance much like websites that use too many cookies for advertisers in the background and take forever to load a page.
Virtual visit. Very clear video and audio connection. User friendly. Best option when not feeling well, but still need to “see” you doctor.

Couldn’t get it to work. Tried it on 2 different video visits with my doctor. It did not work either time. Tried it on Windows computer and iPad, both unsuccessfully. I have no problems with Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype with video calls but can’t get this one to work at all.

Useless app. I downloaded and installed this app for my drs office... the app does not even load it just spins saying loading but nothing happens. Even after an uninstall and reinstall the app still does nothing.
This phone call sucked. I was left on hold for at least 40 minutes I’m very sick and this should not have happened . I have technology struggles and I was left out in right field to figure out how to even do this stupid technology

Helpful app. Needed to do a quick visit with my doctor. Got a quick text, joined the call and got what I needed.
Wouldn’t connect. I couldn’t get this to work on my iPad. It was very annoying not being able to do the visit with my doctor on the iPad. It works fine on my iPhone.
Willadean Short/ Dr. Mariash visit. My virtual visit was easy to access, and the connection was good during my visit. Highly recommend virtual visits!
Call with Dr. Rosario. Poor quality, both video and audio, lags in both and audio quality was inadequate. Toward the end of the call, entire call failed???
Virtual visit. This was great to have, was not feeling well enough to go into Dr office , so talking to the Dr Virtual made it so much easier. Look at it this way it’s like FaceTiming.
Video visit. System cool but doctor could not get clear conversation. Went to cell phone.
Televisit. App and process worked well and saved me considerable time and the cost of commercial van transportation. Also limited my exposure to COVID.

No sound. I could not have a video chat with my doctor. We could not hear each other. Could see her and she could see me but no sound.

Dr couldn’t connect with me. We both sat in the room waiting on each other and we’re never connected. We had to do a phone call instead.
Thomas norton. Confusing. After allowing microphone and camera, I had to start all over again.
Terrible call. Made the doctor call me by phone because it was breaking up and frozen screen. Constantly had a phone ringing noise during it.
Appointment with Family Practitioner. This was a very frustrating experience. After about 10 minutes trying to get both of us visual and audible, ending with a re-call, she saw and heard me, while I could only hear her and look at her photo. This needs to be fixed!
Relief. What a relief to see and talk to my doctor without going into the office and possibly infecting others

Does not work for iPad. Received email invitation, clicked through, gave access to mic/camera. Health care provider could not see or hear me. Tried twice. HCP says she has not been able to make this work for anyone with an iPad.

Poor connection. Connection was spotty. Freezing screen and completely disconnected at times. Don’t have this problem with zoom or teams
Awful - Battery Draining. I have had to load this on my phone twice now and for the second time it is actively draining my battery to zero. Wish my health provider would use FaceTime or some other quality software for video visits. Will be deleting again after my visit.
