Waste. Many free apps that are better

Doesn’t connect to my Phillips Hue bridge. Unfortunately, I’m unable to use this app at all, so I can’t review it. It keeps telling me it can’t find my Phillips hue bridge, even though my other hue apps can connect with it with no problem.

AWSOME product. Love this app and product..... it can do ANY color you can dream of and is controlled by my iPad and iPhone .... could not be happier!

What’s so special.. How do I get my money back for this app. Yea it’s simple to use, but that’s about it. You can’t control anything different that you can with the hue app. What a waste of money. Please give me a refund. Thanks.

Waste of money. I got tricked because it was a "Featured App", it's a waste of money. The free apps here do everything this app can plus more. If you want this app download the first party Philips Hue app because it does everything this app does plus a lot more.

It's simple and addictive. I've tested a bunch of other apps including the official one from Philips. They are complicated and hard to play with. Hue lights just became my official app.

Not sure what I’m paying for. $6 for things that all of the other apps do. No widget for use from the lock screen, and no ability to play with a color wheel to make your own ambience. Hopefully able to get a refund until the developer is able to accommodate these needs

Simple . . .. Says the other app reviews, and I have to agree. 12 pictures is all there is to it. No animation, no nothing. Very disconcerting is the price point. You think you are getting something special.

Does not work without a bridge.. I’d like a refund as this does not support Bluetooth hue lights without a bridge & this fact was not stated in the specifications.

Better than Hue 2.0. After the recent changes to the main Hue app, this is the next best thing to the original. Are there limited scenes to choose from? Yes, but they are all good scenes and you can tap on them to change (like the old Hue app) instead of having to drill down into a bunch of options just to change a scene like the new Hue app makes you do.

A tremendous value. To those who say this is overpriced, please understand $6.00 (less then you spend in a run to Taco Bell) is not at all a lot to ask for quality work. The free hue apps out there will charge 3.99 PER CATEGORY, and when you have over 10 categories - do the math. This app is well designed, and clearly the developer is actively involved in its development based on his/her activity in the comments and the periodic updates. Great app I highly recommend.

What?. I just purchased this and was tinkering with it and it's the worst app I've tried yet for hue. Webmaster, may I have a refund? NOT as user friendly as the Phillips app and that is no gem.

Disappointed. I read a review talking about what a value this app is. For me, nothing. It just keeps looking for the hue bridge. I tap the hub so the hub can be found and nothing, again. No other app with hue seems to have this problem. Reading the other reviews I think it must be a good app, but nothing here. If it ever starts working, I’ll update my review.

Does work. I should’ve looked to see when this was last updated so shame on me. This guy has an update his app in over two years and no longer works and obviously has no intention of fixing it but yet they’re still charging for the app and I was ripped off.

Best app for many bulbs. I have 20 Philips Hue bulbs and this app works great with them. It sets a different color for each one, so the ambience lighting is always very close to the one I've setup on the app. Awesome!

I can’t get the app to find my bridge. I connected my phone to the same network that my bridge is connected to and the app won’t recognize my bridge.

Simple and well designed. This app achieves what I loof for in a hue app: I don't wanna think. Just choose a scene and it's done. Thanks for that

Does Not Work. Never finds my bridge. Hasn’t been updated in 2 years (this review dated 2/28/2021).

Nothing special. Not worth the money

Not much to it. This app only lets you turn on light, group them, and change to a few static color. For way too much $. I like the apps that circle through different color, set routines, schedules, etc. skip this one. You can do all this on the basic app.

All fixed. Found a solution to my problem right in front of my face, my bad, all is ok !

Too Limited. I just purchased this app and I am promptly requesting a refund from Apple. There are no settings in the app, just a dashboard with preset lighting. I don’t even know what percentage the bulbs are set to. I’ll look somewhere else!

WAY overpriced for simple presets. No customization. App picks which lights get which colors and that's it. For good. Always the same lights with the same colors. No imagination. It would take about ten minutes to do this myself. Out of their measly selection I found two that looked good and worked with my lamps but only because it randomly selected the right ones. There are MANY alternatives to this app, some with amazing animations and features. Simple to use and with much better User Interfaces. And cheaper too. I gave an extra star for effort but this app needs a major update with WAY more presets before I'd add another star to this review. I doubt I'll even ever launch the app again. I can't believe I paid for this.

Doesn’t work. For whatever the reason, this app can’t find my bridge. I tried standing next to bridge and my scync but it always come back with no bridge found on network. I paid $6 for this app. How do I get my money back?

Please refund. Tried to connect on three devices. None worked. Even did a full reset of my bridge, which sucked.

Great and very easy to use. Works straight out of the box. Good explanations on setting up the house.

New User. This is by far the best way I have found to manage all my different Hue lights at the same time. It is as easy and intuitive to use as I think it should be!
