My Opinion. I downloaded this app a while back. I needed the secret album to save photos because I was running out of storage. I lost a good amount of photos on there that I cannot get back more than once and I am still very panicked and caught off guard by this. I hope that they will come back but the truth is I’m not so sure. They didn’t last time and I don’t know what to do about that. Photos of my friend who I haven’t seen in a year was lost and I can’t get back those photos or memories. The only reason I put them in there was so that I could have extra space to hold them (for the time being at least.) FaceTime photos, even documents were lost. Graduation photos etc etc. The only reason why I give it 3 stars is because it was a good holding space for a bit.

Cleaning up pictures!. I’m extremely happy I got this app. Finally I can take my thousands of pictures and sort them down into individual people so I can give them a flash drive of when they were first born until the current day! This is some thing that I’ve always wanted to do for so many years and I’m glad that technology can allow me to do this with your app! I’m beyond being so excited to finally get this done after so many years! I’m so glad that I found your product to use to help me accomplish this! Whoever invented this app must be a millionaire by now! 🤪🤪🤪🤪

Charge after charge. I downloaded this on a whim because I was thinking it might be nice to clean up and organize my electronics a little bit and I thought it was free except for in-app purchases. Since I got it one month ago for free, I have gotten charged $4.99 five separate times (it’s $4.99/week and it hides this fact the best if can! Very much deceptive advertising! I know that I haven’t used it to it’s full potential because I’m not super computer saavy, but I got a few multiple contacts merged, which was useful, but I’ve otherwise had no use it. I have been paying for it though, Enid I realized today after my fifth auto payment processed. Two out of the five times, I was charged twice in one day! and I just realized if while in my Apple account for another reason. Apparently only the first week is free and it auto renews after that, but it is not at all clear or explicit in the information presented to the potential buyers. I am not new to hidden app purchases either, but this one was more than ridiculously hidden!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT U BE DELETING. Ok so I have gone to the eras tour recently and I obviously have tons of videos because it was one of the most exciting days of my life so knowing I have so much photos and stuff because of this I was thinking of downloading this app to help make some more storage from for apps, photos, and even videos so I get the app set it up and everything and keep in mind while I was getting this app I was not expecting to delete any other the eras tour videos anyway so it says I have the option to delete about 19 videos and some other videos so me obviously trying to declutter my iPhone I click this option NOT KNOWING ITS DELETING MY ERAS TOUR VIDEOS LIKE HOLD ON WAIT A MINUTE but luckily the app lets u get them back somehow even though I haven’t figured that somehow out please keep in mind when deleting stuff from this app to see what the app is trying to delete because I almost lost the best day of my life due to this app.

I had over 32,000 pictures on my phone.. I had over 32,000 pictures on my phone. I'm that friend that is taking pictures of everything when out. Im notorious for taking the same picture several times. It was always so time consuming going through my pictures to try to delete some. This app does it for you. It looks for duplicate pictures along with ones that are similar. I just started using it and have been able to delete over 3,000 pictures so far. Can't wait to see how many more I'll be able to delete. I'm hoping to be able to open a lot of iCloud storage, I was using over 180 GB in iCloud storage alone.

Please Help!!!. I downloaded this app yesterday and used it to begin the cleanup by starting with eliminating/ merging duplicate entries in my phone contacts. That seemed easy enough. It completely screwed up my phone book. It merged many entries that were for completely different people, eliminating one of them in the process. It eliminated my own entry and merged it into my husband’s entry, despite the fact that we only have our home phone number in common. It took many entries from different people at the same firm and combined them, eliminating one of the people’s contact so I can’t even find them. These completely wrong changes in my contacts then caused changes in all emails associated with that eliminated contact, and changed the name of the sender to the name of the surviving contact. So I can no longer search for emails by sender. It is a horrendous mess!! I My entire work life is on my computer and I can’t believe it’s messed up both my contacts and my emails!! Please can some one from this app tell me how to reach you so you can help me? I’m really desperate! Is there any way to undo what has been done? I’ve deleted the app for fear something more will happen, which I know is irrational but I was in a panic. Please help.

Annoying Ads. I have one version of this " not so hot" app. i despise the constant barrage of annoying ads they have. it is an intrusion into my day- and my browsing. Here is the thing. Everything on line seems to simply be engineered to store identifiers and sell you something on line- all the time. Things you probably don't need. App Store Companys - Facebook.. Retail sites.. Big Stores ...Small stores . Foreign Stores from God Knows what Country. The Internet is becoming one big Wholesale Scam. They want your identifers and your Money . They want me to Clean up my Phone? I want them to Clean Up their Act and leave me alone.

WORTH ALL THE MONEY. I take a ton of photos to make sure I get the perfect shot. Like most people, I have my best side, but sometimes the best side is the one that’s captured beautifully Cleaner Kit selects the best picture and does the job for me. Thanks!!! Also, I’m in love with the AI categories feature. Sure, I sometimes disagree with the app, but overall, it handles things pretty well. And I’ve noticed the algorithms are getting better over time. Which is why I think the app is worth the money I’m paying. It saves me so much time sorting through all my photos and makes it super easy. Cleaner Kit has become an essential tool for me.

This app is absolutely terrible!. I downloaded this app thinking it would be a great fit for me because I love being organized, saving battery, and storage, but I was so wrong. I downloaded the app and taped on it to check it out and it told me fake information about the app. The app Immediately asked me to clear out my contacts, so I pressed “ok” and deleted almost half of my important contacts and the app didn’t even ask me if I wanted to delete those specific contacts. At this point I was over this app but wanted to give it a second chance. Next it asked me to clear out my contacts, and again I pressed “ok”. This time it deleted pictures I really needed or really liked. AGAIN at this point I was so disappointed with the app especially because the reviews were great. I’m warning you to not get this app and to not waste your time on it. I’m very disappointed.

awesome. I travel a lot and try to capture every moment of my adventures, as you never know afterward what is important. But sometimes, photos of my gate at the airport or an ordinary salad I ordered aren’t what I want to remember. I keep the best shots and clear out the rest. I like that the app sends me push notifications when I take new photos, so now I don’t gather clutter. I give Cleaner Kit 5 stars! My phone runs better with more free space. I’ve also become more focused when taking pictures because the app shows me what to delete, helping me avoid unnecessary shots. Now, I know exactly where to find what I need.

charged 3x in one month. why on earth was i charged $5.99 three times in one week?! i understand automatic renewals... once would’ve is fine. but three times?! utterly ridiculous. i wouldn’t download this app. Edit: thank you, but this response fails to address my concern. I chose a weekly sub and I was charged for each week all at once, 3 weeks in. The point is that some of us sign up for a weekly sub instead of a monthly sub due to financial reasons. Charging $6 vs $20 is not the same thing. I would expect to be charged on a WEEKLY basis, if I’m paying for a WEEKLY sub. Not to be charged $5.99 for 3 weeks, all at once. If I wanted that, why would I subscribe for a weekly subscription? I’ve already resolved the issue with Apple and deleted the app. My feedback is to be more transparent in how the transaction will occur. Thanks again, and have a great day.

Dont try this and read this!!!. This app is so horrible it makes me rage so bad 😡😡😡😡 literally i didn't know you have to pay some trial. i spent the past two hours finding duplicate photos and deleting them and i pressed clear all and it says “buy a plan” and i got so angry i swear i blasted out of rage i needed this app to delete so i can do back ups for my phone so i can get a new one but no this wasted my dam time i can spam angry emojis right now i don't understand why we need to pay to delete photos like so pointless ughhhhh i wasted my entire time for this app and now i wanna delete this app so horrible waste my time don't try this if you are reading don't recommend its so so bad buy it or waste an hour or 2 of ur life clearing photos and realizing you need some stupid plan you have to pay 5 dollars for

It’s not what you expecting. So I got this app and after reading some reviews I had high expectations. Once I got it it took me like about 3 hours to delete everything I wanted to and make sure it didn’t delete any important photos. So then after I feel good about it I press clean photos so that all of my duplicate pictures can be deleted. I press it and what do you know it takes me right to the free trial section. So technically what I’m saying is you can’t use this so unless you pay $40 and I’m not doing that! So read the reviews before you go and get a new app because it may not be what your expecting!

Time and money wasted. I take lots of photos and videos, so my storage is almost full. I thought this app would quickly help me clean up my storage to make more room for more memories. The idea is good, but the delivery is poor. I have so many cherished photos and videos that I have to go through them one by one so that something important doesn’t accidentally get deleted. I’ll spend 20 minutes reviewing 100 photos and then click the “delete” button, but the app glitches and it won’t delete them. This causes me to have to start the whole process of reviewing photos over again. And when you finally get it to delete something, after every step, there’s a message congratulating you on making more storage. This is a serious time waster, which defeats the purpose of the app in the first place. I’m very frustrated because I paid $10 up front to avoid ads and a monthly subscription fee. I’ve already spent two hours on this app and only gained one percent of storage. I do not recommend this app.

App Crashes. Downloaded the app and purchased the year subscription. After it went through the process of scanning my phone, it allows you to choose how you would like to delete your files (duplicated photos/videos is what I was interested in.) For instance, I had 503 duplicate Live Photo’s and you will manually go through and select the ones you’d like to keep or discard. After only getting halfway through of selecting them, the app crashed. I restarted the app and tried again, Same results! So I tried the video folder hoping it would be better. I had over 1000 videos. Taking the time and going through them and selecting the ones I wanted to trash, about halfway through, it crashed again. Twice it happened, so I’ll give it one more try... nope same problem. I would not suggest purchasing this app for this reason alone. A lot of time spent for no results. So 1 was the lowest I could score to his app, but I would have given it a 0 if available! Hope this helps with anyone trying to decide to purchase or try this app. My phone info: iPhone XS 256gb - fully charged - WiFi and cellular enabled - WiFi has full bars with 956 download and 925 upload speeds - cell was at 3 bars ATT service- no vpn’s turned on - no other applications open or running.

Not actually free. Yes, it’s true. Just like every other review says, you need to pay $7.99 ($8) subscription weekly to actually use the app. Yes, it does in fact seem to clean your phone and make more space, but it’s a little pricey. It’s a bit of a scam considering you can download the app for free, but end up having to pay anyway. App developers, if you’re reading, instead of having a subscription, it’d be better if you just had to pay for the app altogether and not be somewhat scammed. I didn’t actually test it out myself, because I am young, I don’t have a card, and my parents wouldn’t be willing to pay $7.99 subscription weekly. I would have liked to be able to clean my phone, but the subscriptions are a little much. If you are willing to pay a weekly subscription of $7.99, then go ahead and download.

Please don’t download. Its not worth your time. Not downloading this app will save more space than this app will help get rid of, unless you get premium, which seems pretty stupid if you think about it. It was asking me to select photos to delete, and I went through and selected all of the ones I didn't need, which took around 10 minutes, and clicked the clear photos button. It told me i needed premium to delete the photos. I can do that on my phone for free already, so why do I need to pay to do it on an app thats taking up a bunch of space anyways? So i clicked cancel, and looked around for other things to help clear my storage space, and there was nothing but “secret contacts” and “secret photos” which aren't helping me save storage space at all, so if you really want to clean phone space, please get a different app or just do it yourself.

There went two hours of time. Sooo I really wanted to like this app because my pics are out of control- like 15k on my phone I manually went through and selected/deselected the ones it marked as duplicates or similar. It does not intuitively know what photos are best… you have to look yourself. I still didn’t mind because it at least narrowed down similar ones. I spent two hours going through the thousands of similar ones the app identified as “similar”… I get to the end to hit delete and thankfully I double checked and it had just defaulted back to the ones it chose to delete and did not remember the ones I deselected to save. If I had trusted the delete button I would have lost thousands of valuable photos. Deleting the app. Cancelling subscription. I found this app through an Instagram app.

An app designed to rip you off.. You wanna be scammed? Just download the app, you'll see. All that you'd want from an app designed to help tidy your phone, is NOT in this app. And guess what? You're not getting your cleaning tools, apparently it's $3 weekly (It's not, people like myself got ripped off for $12 on the FREE TRIAL) or nearly $13 a month if you just wanna give them some more of what is rightfully yours, noting they don't hold their end of the bargain when it comes to reliability of the app. You have to PAY in order to actually clean your phone at all, meanwhile I did the apps job on my own, only taking 10-15 minutes of my time. But it was worth not giving this app any time to charge me for doing the job. Developers, you deserve the worst possible outcome to your company's "future" you think is good from taking peoples hard earned money by selling an app that doesn't do a simple task that is FREE... Sorry not sorry.

Crashes every several seconds. I have a screenshot hoarding problem, so thought this could help get rid of a lot of my useless old saved game screens and memes to clear storage. Unfortunately, after about 30 seconds of “cleaning”, the app crashes every time, without fail. And that’s if it even gets as far as letting me select all the photos I’m deleting. If I try to search for and delete duplicate photos, it crashes almost immediately. Terrible performance aside, it also requires a weekly subscription of $5 or a $20 “lifetime” fee to use, and only gives a three day trial. It’ll take at least three days for me to delete three photos with this app, at this rate. The only reason I’m giving it a full two stars is because the design does seem intuitive, so it’s at least easy to navigate….except when it crashes. Good idea, not very functional as is.

This app is horrible. DON’T DOWNLOAD!!. I gave this review a one star for the reason listed below, but I believe it doesn’t even deserve a star. In the AppStore and on social media, where I originally found it, everyone stated it was free. Not really though! It’s only free for three days then they charge you automatically. I signed into my iCloud so it could access my photos to clear out, but no where in the terms and conditions or policy did it say I would have to automatically have to pay. I downloaded it back in November and just noticed that it has been making me pay $4.99 a month. I even I downloaded the app and I still have to pay, which is ridiculous! It’s an absolute waste of money and it says I’m still subscribed in the AppStore but there is no unsubscribe button?

Really!? Please move on and don’t waste your time here.. Intrusive crap! They say free then inundate you with weekly or yearly fees that you hopefully will forget about after the trial. Harass you with and absurd amount of ads and within seconds, then ask you to rate the app. How about ZERO. After you try and actually “use“ the app in the free section just to get a feel for it now it locks up and will not allow you to go any further without actually purchasing something. Here now I’ll rate the app, junk, complete CRAP. I’ll go onto something free and try and delete things myself rather than feel like I’m put into some kind of moron trap and forced to buy something. It’s not that I don’t mind purchasing something obviously I’m using Apple products, it’s just that I want to chance to see what I’m using like the rest of the real apps out there that aren’t maybe hiding something and luring me into a weekly or monthly rate that I forget I’m paying. Sucker somebody else but not me today.

Don’t use for huge amount of photos. I am so upset. I spent an entire day cleaning up photos using the “duplicates” function - I had made it through 7 out of of 13 years of photos, but could not hit the “delete duplicates” button yet because I still had 6 years to review. I put my phone down for an hour or two for dinner, and when I came back the app had reset itself and my entire day’s worth of work is gone. Everything went back to the app-recommended duplicate setting instead of with my manual updates. Unless there’s a fix for this where you can batch photos to remove, I am deleting the app immediately. Note: the actual functionality seemed to work really well. But some photos it marked as duplicates weren’t duplicates at all, requiring manual review before deleting years’ worth of family photos.

Crashes a lot. I really, Really, REALLY wanted to love this app. The premise is great and it did an awesome job figuring out which photos and videos are best and which are not. It wasn’t perfect, but switching out for a better photo was easy. I almost enjoyed the process of going through all the duplicate photos the first time, but it crashed 1/8th of the way through and progress was lost. The second time, more progress was made, but it crashed again. I switched to duplicate videos, but it crashed there too. From there I switched to screenshots, which worked! Faith restored, I tried photo duplicates, but it crashed. I am so thankful for the free trial. Otherwise I’d have paid for the subscription and been quite angry. At this point, the only thing that I’ve lost is a few hours from my day. I might give it a few months and try again, but I can’t in good faith get the subscription with the current bugs.

Great App. Met my needs so well! I had numerous contacts between my work and personal phone. When I upgraded my (personal) phone and transferred my info, all of my phone contacts were duplicated 10 times each!!! I had over 1000 contacts in my phone! My wireless store did not have anything to help me. Plus I retired and did not need my work contacts any longer so I needed to delete those too (x10!). I was able to clean up almost everything in about 15 minutes. I had been working almost a year deleting numbers when I had a few minutes to spare and would remember. The only thing is it put the deleted names in the notes of the phone number I kept and listed all of the other 9 I deleted. Not sure why, probably a safety net, but it was so much easier to go into a fraction of the phone contacts I kept and delete the notes as opposed to deleting the numbers one at a time. Thank you so much for making this cluttered part of my life easier to clean up!

Wiped out my contacts and can’t get them back. So I did the sweep and all my contacts were removed and I have no way of getting them back.I emailed them and they said to go to contacts and restore. But there were no contacts in there to restore. I’ve lost years and years of contacts. And they cannot help me. I went to Gmail to see if they could help me get my contacts back and they want $169 to restore my contacts. I am a senior on a fixed income and I didn’t lose my contacts sweep clean did, they should probably pay this $169 so I can restore my contacts on my phone. I would have to say this was the worst experience I have had on a app. And it’s almost impossible to get a hold of them, with no phone number only email if you can find that. Be aware!!

Buyer Beware. I thought this would be great to clean up old photographs that were duplicated, to weed out contacts I didn't need any longer, but I was wrong. The photographs were rated by the application incorrectly, sometimes deleting the second part of something like a recipe that I had taken a picture of. As far as the contacts go, I no longer have any companies that I have dealt with. The app evidently thinks that companies are useless. So I've lost a lot of my contacts that were actually needed. Was I asked? Of course not. Things were just deleted. I will not use this app again. Oh, I did leave a message for the application to contact me about these issues, twice, but as of today, I have not heard anything from them.

This is app is great. I purchased this app because I’ve had an iPhone for almost 11 years, with the obvious purchase of a new iPhone everything just transfers. I had duplicate contacts, photos and my calendar had some misc. appointments I honestly didn’t even know were there. I used this, cleaned everything up nicely. Another added plus is when you synch your contacts, you can mass delete certain contacts. The only other way to do this (that I know of) is to either have your MacBook synched or do it from the cloud. So that was nice. I liked the app tracker as well to tell you the last time you opened or used an app, if I hadn’t used an app in a while I just deleted it. Overall, great app and highly recommend if you’re wanting to clean your iPhone.

I was so excited to get this app cuz i have alot of photos ive been wanting to delete I spent at least an hour in self cleaning making sure they dont delete videos and photos i wanna keep and then i press the clean away button and it says i have to pay!!! Are u kidding me if u only got this app for the cleaning and dont wanna pay pls trust me and dont get this app also i rated two stars because i rlly like the charger image feature some are locked but the one i wanted (the bubble one) was unlocked and it works rlly well so yay! Also the widgets they only let u make three contacts which is super duper annoying but its fine its fine 😒 so ya just beaware of all this before u get it thanks for reading byee ✋

Customer Services Not Helpful. I bought this application through Stocksocial. I attempted to redeem it on my iPhone and When I attempted to redeem the link following the instructions given, a web page opened up stating “Invalid Dynamic Link” . I contacted customer services and the responses they gave me were inadequate. No solutions, just telling me that it looks like I open the linked in another application. I am not stupid, I know how to read and follow instructions. I did ask for my money back but no answer nor a solution. I strongly recommend not to buy this application. The seller obviously do not care about taking care of its customers. After the review, they will probably try to take care of the problem but only because the issue has been brought to light on a public forum not because they genuinely want to do the right thing. It shouldn’t take several emails to take care of your customers.

Essential. My gem, my secret weapon, a must for content creators! I make short reels and take tons of photos of my stationery. My gallery is always a mess. Thanks to this app, everything is neatly organized now. YAY! Everyone knows how ruthlessly videos are compressed on platforms like Insta. For me, it’s a huge problem because sometimes everything written in my notebooks looks like a blur. It’s not an issue anymore! I choose the compression mode and upload the result on Insta knowing how it will look like. Cleaner Kit has become an essential tool for me. I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their photo and video collection in order.

Could be 5 stars!. Love the functionality. The free version lets you clean up a handful of things each day. There is a costly subscription, but also a “pay once” option. I would pay FULL PRICE and give it 5 stars if the full version could be shared with my wife and daughter in my family iOS setup. Please consider this. Out a full version out there we can use with our family sharing instead of making it an in-app purchase that cannot be shared. You would have my money. After developer response “blaming” App Store rules: thank you for the response. Developers rarely do that lately. I see what you are saying, but you know you can make a paid version of the app in the store. You are choosing to make it unshakable by making it an in-all purchase. I’ve lowered my rating and will seek out another app that can work out such things.

Cool App. The app is pretty good. It does what it says it’ll do anyway. What I really like are the screen savers. They go on when you begin charging your phone. There’s a bunch of them, maybe even 2 dozen or so. What ever your preference, there’s a screen saver you’ll like. I use the guy with lights on, dancing in front of a dark background. There’s others that are a sparkling version of the Apple symbol or a sparkly battery symbol. Whatever you prefer, there’s one in there you’ll enjoy. Again, the app is a cleaning app. It does it’s job. If your phone is full and you need to clear a lot of junk, this app is great. It has a couple cool extras too!!! Enjoy.

Really Great. I’ve only been using it for a few days and it actually helps! I didn’t have any space left on my phone for nothing but I seen an ad about “Smart Cleaner” and I’m like “This might actually work” So I downloaded it and here I am, Writing a review talking about how amazing this app is! It cleaned up some of my space and gave me a bit more privacy! To Whomever, Is reading this Right now. You need to get this app! Photos gone!. I really do enjoy cleaning off my photos! I have used other apps where it took the photos off my contacts on my phone. This one did not, but it did take off my photos that I had group together for convenience. Now I have to replace them in their files that I had labeled. Don’t know how you would do that. Another thing is sometimes you just want to delete years off because The photos are saved on your hard drive or OneDrive. But you can’t eliminate them off your phone because then it would eliminate them off your OneDrive! I still can’t get updates because my phone is still full even though I have duplicates on OneDrive. That is my dilemma. Or you might want some photos deleted because they are not any use to you on your phone.

Would recommend. This app is amazing! Seriously! It merged duplicate contacts, got rid of duplicate photos and such and let me have a choice weather to do so or not. It is worth all the adds I have to watch. My storage was full until I used this. The video compressor ( I had to swipe to the next page to get it) really helped. The only thing was that it did not show in settings at first, but if you wait a second or two, your storage will clear up without having to delete so many things. The only downside is you must pay for premium and can’t get everything, but with all the adds and not having to pay, this should be on everyones device.

No customer service! They pretend to be helpful, though. This is not working as it once did…. I have reached out to customer suppprt multiple times and can’t get a response. This thing deleted some of my contacts too! A few weeks after I posted this, the developer responded that they return all emails… not true. I am still waiting for a response and resolution to my problem.. this app messed with contacts.. dropped names from numbers or even complete contacts… the backup feature will not work.. what a fiasco! So, after about 2 weeks since I wrote asking for help, they responded back to me with sone boiler plate instructions… I tried and it did not fix… I wrote them back stating such and am waiting now again 2 weeks with no response… comically, they responded back to this review stating they return all emails…yea, right So these folks got back to me and asked me not respond back to them once I sent an initial request for support… I figured that after weeks with no response that a reminder would be in order. They said a successive request would place my request at the end of queue… I gave up and found another app to fix the mess they made

Not worth it. This app offers some unique features however not in my case. I downloaded and opened app with an ad wanting you to subscribe right away. So I gave it a chance and subscribed. With high hopes of accomplishing saving and freeing up space on internal SSD. To my disappointment the only thing this app under paid membership did for me, was offer to delete old calendar info like old events. Then mergers a few of my 500+ contacts, that by the way was not really a concern. That was pretty much it besides a few other utilities. Such as the all mighty Wi-Fi speed test, and tabs that open up with well known information and cheesy graphics. What I’d like to know, is why this is one of the number one utility apps. I’d say this app is pretty useless, as I have everything this does, and do not pay for it. Other apps offer this freely 😑😑

Does not work.. Be careful! Even though I cancelled on the first day, I still got billed, through PayPal for $5.40 $4.99 plus tax I guess. I tried out for about 15 Minutes’s and did not understand it. It looked like it was going to delete. So I responded back, where it said I should to cancel, and no I had to talk to an Apple support person overseas for about 20 minutes because she didn’t understand me, and I didn’t understand her. I think she said that this company may take up to 48 hours to acknowledge this and maybe take one to two billing cycles to get the charge removed. I could be wrong about that because of the language barrier. I don’t think there is anything else to say except, if you’re a senior citizen, be vary wary of free come ons and telling you that you have 3 days to use the product for free, which I used for less then 20 minutes and properly cancelled the product as it was no use to me, and then get billed a few days later.

Its good kinda. I was doing the finding the photo cleaner thing. I chosen all the photo’s to keep and get rid of.. and after all of looking at the photos it told me to buy it after I press the cleaning button. Its a cool app I wish most features would get changed like the one i’m writing this down about. I get that you need people to buy your stuff but why would you do that? It wasted my time and I don’t need to write this down but you need to change some stuff on this. Anyway it’s well made and I like the option’s and aesthetic and i never write down review’s for stuff like this. like my first review i did in a long time.

Meh…. Not great. Most reviews either positive or negative are just ramblings so I’ll be clear. First & foremost if an app doesn’t have the ability to allow you to contact support, that’s a problem. Such is the case with this. The gear icon gives you 3 options: privacy policy, T&C, review app. There’s nothing fancy about this app. It’s a little too basic for my liking. It really serves no purpose than to “minimize” the time it would take you to sift through your phone & delete duplicates or add contact information. I suppose if you’re a photo fanatic or have an alarming amount of contacts I could see the appeal. But again there’s no way to contact support. So there’s no way to ask for a refund or for tech assistance.

Eh. I downloaded it for the free trial to clean out my photos. I’ve got a lot, I’m a 21 year old female who’s had the same iPhone/iCloud information since 2017. So there’s a lot to clear out. Well, it cleared out a lot, I went to recover a few things become some of the photos I just couldn’t let go (family loved ones etc.) but then I noticed, some of my photos and videos it had already kept, some of them somehow duplicated randomly through my album. So I had to go through and again delete duplicates, then there was the matter of it literally screwed my recents album and now I can’t find the photos I’m looking for unless I go to my timeline…I mean, it’s good, but some things happened to my photos that made me a little confused and weary. I’ve always been weary of these apps, but I mean it did clean out a LOT of junk from my photos.

Cleans up well. My storage is always full. I have kids and pets. It’s a combo! I’ve cleared out almost 10,000 photos in under 1 minute. Can you believe it? I still can’t. The app just analyzed my files and whoop, deleted all duplicates. WOW! The coolest thing is that this app streamlines your gallery. It sorts through everything, highlighting the best shots while removing the rest. Now, I can find my favorite family memories without scrolling forever. Storage space isn’t a problem for me but I’ve released GIGABYTES of space as a bonus. It’s like having a personal photo assistant. Highly recommend this app!

I DO NOT recommended and here is why ⬇️. This app was good when I downloaded it and it did delete 9 photos but it didn’t delete any more because of the daily limit so that was a bummer. Then after a few seconds later, something popped up on my screen and it said if I don’t do something in less than a minute, the app would delete all my photos, videos, and contacts. So I quickly deleted the app right away. And I have no idea what it did with my photos that I deleted. This app is probably trying to hack you. Also, how are you supposed to download this app when you don’t have any storage? My friend was here and she tried to download it, but the app takes storage so she couldn’t download it. So I DO NOT recommend this app at all. You should just stick to deleting stuff on your own.

Great app but small flaw.. Love the cleaning app, except it deleted a couple of photos that I didn’t have multiples of. Had a similar photo of that child with a friend but it didn’t keep the photo of her by herself, was at our Santa visit. Luckily I had recorded a video and could screenshot a photo of my child alone with Santa from the video, because I had already cleared the photos from my trash on my phone thinking that the app would have kept photo of individuals and with friends. So I just double check my trash more closely before I clear it all. But this app does save me tons of time sorting through and cleaning up photos! I take many as my kids are still young and often don’t all smile at the same time!

Not for me it’s bad. In my opinion this is one of the worst apps because it leads on to tell you like there’s plans that you can do and you’re like no thank you I want it so then you go through like all your photos and everything like that and you have to be careful because I’ll delete some of the photos that you absolutely love so I had to re-go through all of the sections I did and also after you have went through all your sections and they have picked them all out for you they won’t clean it until you select a plan and Me was not a lot of money but still having a job it’s not my priority to spend five bucks a week or a month or $30 a year or monthly it’s not easy so if you’re like me with a lot of money don’t get this so I gave it a one star rating and also it’s very laggy.

Best I’ve had. Ok so this is a great app but the only reason I got it was because my grandma recommended it for me since I borrowed money from my parents for storage so I payed them back to get another your iPhone is full notification so I ended up downloading it as a last resort it did really well I have to delete is sadly though because I just need to delete a few apps and that’s it but the next time I need to delete pictures I know where to find cleaner kit. :) <3 ps. Couple of things I didn’t really like other than that it’s pretty good app. I like to compact my videos, basically making every part that didn’t focus on anything was deleted out of the video you can easily just sort your pictures you can also easily delete your screenshots. Any other picture that you don’t need and want to get rid of it fast but out of nowhere mine just started lagging. It’s working now and the thing that made it a three star for me was there was just like so many ads it would be this would’ve been five stars if it was watching add every other time you clean instead of every time you go to clean something you have to watch depending on how much you’re cleaning it’s multiple ads

DON’T GET, SCAM. I got this app, when it was finished downloading, I went on it straight away then seconds later I deleted it. I was on the app less then a minute and ever since I have been charged $12 a week even though I never purchased it and I don’t know how they got the money because I don’t have my money account on iTunes so I don’t accidentally buy something. I have cancelled it and reported but overall I have been charged $48!!!!! With a app I don’t even have!!! $48 literally thrown in the bin DO NOT GET ITS A SCAM!!!

Be careful - deleted all calendar entries. Was great at removing copies of photos. But what I didn’t like and haven’t been able to fix is that it deleted all my calendar entries and past appointments. I have not been able to get those back. Please be careful when using this app.

Why a subscription?. Why would I want to subscribe to an app, when it’s only purpose is basically clean up double ups and old photos that are ALREADY in my phone? Also, doesn’t work with anything that is already backed up in iCloud I just don’t see what the point is if a costly monthly subscription if all the photos go to iCloud and can’t be removed anyway?

Ok but no grouping for screenshots. The main junk taking up space on my phone are screenshots of food orders and trips n stuff like that. Unfortunately this app mostly can only group photos and not much else; some basic recognition of “photos notes” (which includes most screenshots), but can’t group screenshots any further based on, say, similar background/colour (app). Also a lot of hard-to-close long ads everytime you click on a category (rather than just, say, every 5min). Also seems to have something for battery widgets and animations??? Feels like one of those apps that’s trying to do too much of everything except what you actually want it for. I won’t give this app a bad review cause it’s probably useful to someone. But this ain’t the app for me chief.

Scam!. This is a massive scam. I signed up for the free trial and cancelled my subscription before the trial ended, they still charged me! I went on their settings where there was an option to “request a refund”. I put in my request, then it said they can’t give refunds, only the Apple store can give refunds. So why have it as an option on your app??? Apple did end up refunding me thankfully.

Don’t waste your money. I paid the subscription and it was a waste of money. It has saved no time and produced little results with storage. The app constantly drops out part way through cleaning out photos, etc….which results in having to start over. After starting over too many times, so I’ve cancelled the subscription.

The only think this app has done for me is wasting data. It looked rlly good so I went into the app and tried to clear all junk files but when I pressed finish it said I had to give a subscription to be able to do anything. Don’t download!. I downloaded this thinking it was free as no price was given or clear until after I had subscribed. I am unable to cancel this in my subscriptions as it is not listed there. Useless without subscription. Instead of cleaning duplicate photos it prompts you to subscribe straight away. Without subscription it won’t delete anything. Thanks but I would prefer to see it working before committing to subscription… After watching useless advertising didn’t clean any space but asking for subscription… Not a good policy…

Terrible!! Won’t delete large amounts of photos. I spent 2 hours going through 27,000 photos and when I went to delete them it wouldn’t work. I kept pressing delete about 10 times then would wait 30 minutes each go for it to “clean the camera roll” for it to not work & have to press delete again & wait for it to clean and still not work. Then eventually after hours of doing this the app closes & has lost all the photos I deleted. WORST APP EVER. Plus $9 a week I don’t think so.

Scam. Hey People - I recommend you do not download - it is a free download but to trial the program will sign you to a subscription (as I have just been notified by my bank). App itself is not what is said, it doesn’t work as displayed and is a waste of time. How these programs can be advertised on Facebook so deceptively and in games is a farce - do not waste your time, I will be seeking a refund for my “3 day trial”.

No explanations on what things are such as compress video. Gives you all these options but it doesn’t actually tell you what options do like compress video. What does that mean? Does that affect watching it?

NOT FREE!. i downloaded this app because i thought you could delete all the similar photos for free, and that the subscription was for other features. it never said directly you needed to pay to delete photos until i already spent 30 minutes selecting the ones i wanted to keep. disappointed

Must have. Every devise needs support to function at it’s maximum capacity, cleaning gives you such support.

Not for the time poor. In order to delete the duplicates of photos I have I would have to sit for hours and hours to double check it wasn’t deleting photos I wanted. I started during my daughters nap but ended up having to frantically unselect 3/4 of them before hitting delete. I don’t really have hours to devote to a clean up of my phone.

Extreme disappointment. I do not recommend this app. I downloaded and subscribed. I’ve tried to complete the “sweep” about 6 times and it has never worked. It went through the first three steps ok but then it never progressed past the 99% mark of the fourth step, identifying duplicates. I then went to check the Live Photo marked and to make some manual changes. It then reset itself. So after numerous failed attempts I cancelled the subscription and have deleted the app.

Don’t be fooled- check your space before paying. When using a different app, I was told I’d run out of space on my phone & had to immediately remove files. The link went to this app, which I naturally downloaded thinking I had a problem? I had 3 things to remove then was hit with the costs. When I checked space in settings I found my phone still had 40gb free! Turns out the “warning” is a sneaky ad that’s trying to scare you into subscribing 😡😠🤬. The tactics used by this company means I’m deleting it. Fake advertising!!

Shameless scam. The whole point of this app is to lure people into a meaningless and useless subscription by offering 3 “free” days to use the app. It basically does nothing really useful, it doesn’t clean any system logs or any other useless data on your phone, and it just counts on you forgetting that 3 “free” days are followed by AUTOMATIC weekly payments of $9.99 for absolutely NOTHING! Shame on Apple for even allowing this kind of garbage into the App Store. NOTHING for a weekly payment that is, say, the same as a monthly Netflix subscription. UNSUBSCRIBE and UNINSTALL as fast as you can.

It’s a con for money. So I got the app for a 1 week trial. On the last day I was going to cancel the subscription because to be honest you wouldn’t need a year subscription of this app to clean your phone. Anyway, I wanted to cancel but there’s no way to directly cancel the subscription from the app itself. You have to contact the developers for the instruction to cancel the subscription. This is where the trickery lies. While waiting for those instructions, my free trial subscription ended and I got charged $38 for a year subscription for an app I have no use for! I emailed the developer and they said developers cannot manage/refund me because it’s iTunes who controls that.

Disappointing. Downloaded with a lot of promise as i have 8600 contacts and many duplicates but it never even got to that stage and kept crashing never getting more than 3% through the analysis. Would have paid for it if it worked. Tried so many times to get it to function.

Yeah......na. Brilliant at assisting to sort photos, terrible at managing contacts. It totally ruined my contacts merging and making mass changes without discretion. I tried to restore from the iCloud backup and it didn’t work. Then was charge an exorbitant fee for the 1 week subscription with nothing gained but a mess of all my contacts and a heap deleted.

142GB moved to photos and cannot remove. as soon as i used this app to ‘clean’ my storage, most of it was passed to photos. i deleted most of the items on the photos app but my settings still came up with 142 GB in my photos which it certainly did not have before i downloaded the app.

DON’T DOWNLOAD!. After researching this app extensively, it is a money grabber who preys on people being misinformed with the info provided. This is a monthly or yearly subscription, what ever you select.. you get 1 week free, but after that.. you pay through the nose It’s a shame that Apple and iTunes let these types of apps rip people off. There will most likely be a response from developers below, and I also urge you to read all replies to other disgruntled downloaders. They don’t care and once they have your money... you are screwed. Subscription. Hi I would really love to subscribe to with this app however there are so many options that I don’t know exactly what I get for either of the subscription. I’m looking into getting the yearly subscription however there are 3 choices with different pricing? It’s so confusing and I hope someone will be able to respond or to add in a little bit more of a description to it.

Used it for less than a min and uninstalled it. Why?? Kept on playing 4 ads in less than a min that I was trying to use the app for the first time!!! Also at the end it just shows bunch of photos and your only option is to delete them without even knowing if there is another copy of them in the phone or not!!

Disappointing. This app was so promising but turned out to be a waste of time. It cons you into dloading the free app, then tries to charge you every time you try to clear more than 50 photos at a time. Unfortunately you can’t even buy the app outright, because it has a weekly subscription model. I understand the need to monetise your app, but their aggressive tactics were very off-putting. Charge twice. Charged $7 overnight, checked my subscription & it had expired three days ago. Thinking I was still active I started deleting photos, only for the app to ask for a free trial, next minute another $7 gets taken off, confusing, don’t recommend.

Intelligent app. Very clever app for sorting photos; it picked up the same scene I had shot from multiple angles. Able to delete 50 (fifty) photos a day with free version.

Scam. I downloaded this app and then my iPad got all messed up the colour app I mean I could only use Netflix and it will kick me out of any thing within 10 mins and it will freeze on a app that I’ve been on to long and if I go into another app it will just have 2 app lapping over each other and it’s so annoying so I believe if you wanna download a virus go ahead but please don’t download it😊

Mr. I have had a bad experience with this app. An auto payment deduction after a short trial period unless I do something to stop the payment. What about you contact me and ask me to initiate payment. You might have got my business. I might have a good reason why i didn’t contact you. In hospital, lost my phone, forgot etc. The business model is bad. It may well be a good product but the developers are locked into “let’s grab their money before they change their mind”. To the developers, go and reread the reviews and adjust your model to be more user friendly and less your way or the highway. Do you realise for every bad review there are dozens of others who don’t even bother to write a review. And those of us who do write a review probably have told dozens of friends. Who in turn will tell others. You couldn’t possible be proud of the way you do business. Stay away from this product until it’s payment system is changed.

Do not recommend. The calendar clean up function is a disaster!! It went back through to remove all of my old meetings and instead of just deleting them it “canceled” them. This triggered the sending out of thousands of emails to colleagues canceling meetings from the past 8 years! Absolutely mortifying.

Nice. If you can get everything done within the 3 day trial then cancel, you can use this as a free app. I like how it brings everything for you to click and delete. The only problem is if you want to save two or three of the selected photos there is no way to save just the few and delete all others, you gotta delete the whole lot.

Easy - you can also pick what you want to keep. I like this app because it doesn’t just automatically delete everything it breaks it down into folders of duplicates, videos etc and you can choose to keep what you need So easy!

Waste of money. Thank god you get a free trial because I would be livid if I actually paid $13 a week for this. Crashes every 5 seconds. In app it asked for a rating and it crashed before I could even submit it. I’ve been attempting to delete photos through this app for the last 15 minutes and have probably deleted 40 photos at the most because it will just crash if you take too long to go through them!

Deleted perfect pictures. Took me hours to go back and check what’s been deleted to find perfect photos and so many great shots deleted. Needs to have some sort of feedback to what it should delete and keep. Did not work for me and I will be deleting the app.

WHAT THE HELL!! SCAMMERS. Well, I needed to clean up my phone and used a few months ago. I just realised they are charging me 6.99 a WEEK (not a month like normal apps) A WEEK!! $7.90 with tax. DON'T BUY IT. Without your approval, they charge you their subscription for their application which is very, very expensive. They also don’t give you the functionality of their app. It’s sometimes $40/month or $24/day. It’s a fraud! Trash App. This app deleted over 1000 photos from my phone and freed up exactly 0 space by doing so. Now when I go to my iPhone storage to my pictures there are none there to manually delete to actually free up space, because this app took everything hostage. Warning, don’t download this app. I think this app is some kind of fraud, Trying to charge you with multiple attempts. It should only ask once. I just closed it and deleted it right away before it asked me to pay again. If you have linked your touch id with apple store, as soon as you touch the home button you will be charged as your intestines may have been just to exit the purchase mode. It is not user friendly.

Duplicate cleaner. I am very happy with this cleaner and more than willing to pay the cost of it however, there are so many logos that are duplicate almost one of them said free to download and then I was charged 69.99 and I’m not happy with those people. I hope it isn’t you because this is a good program and you deserve to have the money put into it. If these are all part of the same group of people then I’m not so happy.

Horrible App. This app merged contacts with similar data points (including g mine and my wife’s) as if they were one person. Share a home phone number? Must be one person! Share an address? Must be one person! I do t know if I’ll ever be able to sort out the mess.

Advertised as free. It’s not.. I downloaded this cleaner based on the ad that clearly stated “ free app”. But it’s not - just the standard 7 days trial is free - then billed forever more at a weekly rate. I hate deceptive ads. Nowhere else is this an accepted business practice - no other medium except the internet. Way to go. You’re the leading scam medium.

The app is redundant. Your photo app on your iPhone is better than this application and it’s free. This app is so beyond useless, it will take up more storage than it clears. I have no idea how Apple allows their reputation to be tarnished by such god awful companies. I will soon join the trend of iPhone users completely tossing our Apple products for such thievery.

Charged without permission. I never ever at any time purchased this service. I downloaded it as a FREE app and was just charged 39.99$ Beware

Waste of time. Don’t even bother. If you use the “Limited Version” it prompts for a payment at the end of cleaning which took forever. If I can give it 0 or negative stars I will. And I wasted my time writing this review. Ironic.

Terrible app. Merges contacts from the same company. Backup won’t restore. Completely messed up 25 years of business contacts unrecoverable. No support They contacted me said they would help but weeks have gone by with no help or response Over 6000 contacts messed up. Multiple contacts from same company were merged into one restore still does not work. Do not buy

Totally useless unless you pay too high a price. I downloaded the app, and started using it. After two hours of validating the photos and videos that I wanted to delete, that's when I was told that I had to pay $ 8 per week to do it !!!! I call it taking the consumer hostage. If there is a charge for some functions, it is totally unacceptable not to mention it when opening the app. You won't get a token from me...there is free apps making the same thing...

Deleted stuff i didnt want to be deleted. Really really good app but it deleted alot of stuff i didnt press to delete, had to go through recently deleted to recover stuff. alot advanced tech like blurry pictures, duplicates and screenshots, even compressed videos! Great experience

Gouged!. This app lies to you saying how easy it is to sign up for 3 free days. As soon as you hit accept they charge you $40! Not the $8 dollar trial fee. I tried to cancel it immediately. They replied saying the can’t offer refunds!! Don’t waist your money. Besides it’s truly over priced!

Absolutely garbage. There is no way to cancel this, so pretty much you are stuck paying for an app that is garbage, and expensive as hell.

Virus. Every add I get from this says I visited an adult website and gained 75 viruses when I’m literally 12 and I don’t even use the search engines I have never been on an adult website as a child and I don’t know why it keeps telling me I have viruses from it.

Warning. Used this app to clean up my 2200 contacts. Unfortunately it deleted contacts with same first names and some random. When I tried the restore feature from my back up it failed.

Merging Contacts is a Nightmare. Very poor logic for determining which contacts to merge. Not clear as to how to undo merge. What’s mess!! Do not let this app touch your contacts. My complaint. Up front: I loaded this app just so I could leave this review. I have not tried it and won’t: read on … This company advertises with a deceptive advertisement. Every so often I get an advertisement from them that appears just like a warning that my iPhone’s memory is full and encourages me to load this app to fix it. MY MEMORY IS NOT FULL. In fact it is mostly empty. They are counting on users not knowing how to check their own memory usage. Deceptive advertisement! I say if a company is willing to run deceptive ads I can’t trust them to not do other deceptive things in the app. I have to assume the worst. Shame on them. My next keystrokes are to delete it.

Not free to me. When I first saw this app I thought it would be helpful since I needed more storage but when I downloaded it and used it, it kept on saying “Limit of 20 exceeded” when I counted and was exactly 20. I was very confused so I decided to use another feature, too bad said the same thing. You have to pay to actually use the app if you don’t it’s just useless. It’s also a scam 7.99 a week? Normally it would be 7.99 a month at least. Every possible way I try to use this I need to pay. So developers note this, if you are not going to make an app free don’t let people download it for free and get disappointed, I recommend you don’t use this but if your actually willing to pay that much a week then do it.

It feels so safe. I feel like this app is safer than other apps and because and reason why is other apps that have crappy design and everything is colorful and way too much designs put in and way to epic texts that have over excessive fonts that are bold, huge, way too colorful, animated. And the point of battery and phone saving app is to make it faster, safer, smoother, better battery life, and simple. And That’s a better way to use a phone saver app. So I recommend this app, it is the best and I’m proud to say it.

Falsely Billed. Yes, I’m rating this 5 stars so people can see it. I got this because I was running out of storage on my phone and this seemed like a reasonable app to use. I didn’t want premium so I X-ed out of the offer. Now, I see that I have no money in my apple account so I checked to see what it was spent on, and this took the little amount of money that I had left. It really wasn’t worth it because I barely use the app and I don’t know if I can get a refund. However, I wanted to buy something and now I can’t.

Difficult to use, not efficient process.. I just spent the last 60 minutes scrolling through the last year's worth of duplicate photos as I wanted to make sure I agreed with what the APP selected. Understandably, I didn't in a lot of cases. I changed many of the choices; however I was wishing they were grouped in smaller chunks as that's quite a bit of time at once. You can tap on the image for it to open and get a better view and then you hit the back button. The back button and the boxes to check and uncheck don't respond well. I'd have to tap multiple Times before it would respond. Well, one of the times, the back button took me out of that section entirely and when I went back, none of my work was saved. I will not be continuing with this APP.

Lost photos, already wrote to you about it!. As the title states I lost almost all my photos, out of about 4000 photos I now have only 250. It made no difference in making room according to your numbers , I put back some of my screenshots. Please do NOT take of any thing more of my iPhone ( music, movies , photos,) You said they will be saved for 30 days in some folders, I can’t find how to get to them. I would appreciate someone to walk me through the process of how to get them in the cloud properly and the way I can understand how to do it. Thank you Julie Jimenez you can locate me through my email or texting or even a phone call I’m sure you have the information.

why does everything have to cost money?. My storage has been clogged up with a ton of pictures and videos. I tried just deleting them from my camera roll, but it took too long. I tried this app because I thought it would be quicker, and it was until I saw I could only delete 9 things per day? I didn’t know it costs money to clear up storage… why does everything have to cost money? Like it would be so much easier to just delete all the things I want/need deleted without purchasing anything. This app had so much potential 🤦🏻‍♀️

Paid for Pro for nothing. I downloaded this app for the same reason I imagine most people do. I wanted to clean up my 15,000 image photo library on my phone. I paid for the $7 one week service to be able to delete an unlimited number of things at a time. I spent HOURS going through my photos and videos choosing what to keep and what to delete, only to be told at the end that I only had a free trial and couldn’t delete more than 2gb at a time. Which is like maybe 100 photos, not 6,000. I reached out to the “contact us” section of the app letting them know what happened, but it’s been days and I haven’t heard back. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Cleaner. I can’t really give a review. The things I need done cost money that I can’t afford. I’m sure the app is great, but at this time it just sits idle. I remember years back this app was totally free, and it worked great, so I assume it still works great. Have a good life people. I am stage 4 cancer and don’t have much time left and my advice to you is have fun, keep only the people around you who you trust, and always let the people you love, know that you love them. Helpful App with an Issue. I found this app to be quite useful overall to clean up my iPhone. The tools for deleting duplicate and blurry photos were good. I liked the tool for combining contacts too. The one I had an issue with was cleaning up old calendar items. When I ran that, there were many emails sent to people on those old (expired) meetings, which caused confusion. Even worse, many current, recurring meetings on my calendar were also deleted, which caused more confusion and extra work. That part needs a fix.

Apple Charged Me After I Cancelled The Free Trial. I only used the app a few times. In the free trial I canceled it after the third day. It shows that it expired on January 3 however, Apple charged me for it on January 4 after I requested a refund. I was then told I cannot get the refund. I cannot seem to get through to Apple on it and I also go to this app and it’s asking me to pay them more money. Not a bad thing about the app. i’m sure it can get the job done. But just don’t do the free trial because Apple will probably charge you even if you cancel it and you will not get a refund from Apple.

Really Great. I’ve only been using it for a few days and it actually helps! incredibly impeccable. After just one day of dedicated effort, I managed to declutter my digital space, erasing a staggering 1,500 emails and freeing up my phone of 1,117 redundant photos. Each of these items was a duplicate, mere echoes of what I truly needed. It felt liberating to rid my devices of this unnecessary junk that had been clogging my computer and phone, like dust in the corners of a once pristine room. This cleanup process worked wonders, transforming my cluttered digital environment into a streamlined oasis. however I only raged at three stars because it consistently ask you to upgrade upgrade upgrade upgrade upgrade it's very very annoying!!!!

OLD PEOPLE. The only reason I got rid of it was because old people deserve something that doesn’t discriminate their age as if they all have a thinking disorder. Also, old people look at the DATA that is shared and the loops it takes to not share the DATA that isn’t even needed to be shared. If you look at the star review it says 4.5 but if you do your own math ( I love math and a sleuth) you will see a discrepancy in the counting. I will just say that the 5 star line is deceptive. The first 100 5 stars are only 34 with 1 being a mistake. That makes the app 1/4 of approval. The next 100 has drastic decline with the count leaning the app leaning well below 1/4th and the 1-2 star holding 3/4th. Of course an old person did the math and this will be deleted but maybe the creator will be more considerate of old people.

Good but also bad. So I downloaded this app thinking it would help me but nope. I went to go delete some photos and I had the option of “delete all 43” and “delete 9” so I chose the “delete 9” one and it deleted 9 so I pressed delete 9 again just to realize I only get to delete 9 photos everyday or I could pay to be able to delete the ones I wanted. I feel like it’s kinda stupid, I get you guys need to make money but seriously? Only 9 photos?🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s a good app if you wanna pay money to be able to delete photos and after seeing all the reviews almost everyone is saying they payed.

Smart Cleaner. This app is seriously great I was able to get rid of 3,000 duplicate/similar photos on my phone and it was amazing. It works really well and you can either manually go through the list of similar/duplicate photos and delete them yourself or you can simply press a button and the app will delete them for you while keeping the best pics out of all of them. It does this with videos and Live photos too!! 10/10 would recommend.

Stupid. I looked up a free storage cleaner app and this one popped up and I then download the app it says free trial for 7 days okay fine I budge I fold and I purchase your stupid 6.99 a week !!! Subscription just to find out the 7 day free trial is limited !!!! You have limited amount of files you can delete until the 7 days is up I hope whoever made this easy 7 bucks off me is sitting back laughing while the read this angry customer because I know your rich self is looking at this right now with a huge grin knowing that you’ve won emotionally financially and literally physically because of the terrible creation of this app kindly go f yourself thank you for your time !!

Could be amazing…. The absolute most frustrating thing about this app, is that it selects your entire photo album. I have over 3000 photos on my phone. In order for me to screen its choices, it would take me days on end to go through it all. I could just delete all the suggestions from them, but I don’t want to risk losing my favorite photos. It would be great if it enabled only a few dates at a time, vs your entire phone history. Then you could do it over the course of days. I’m quite frustrated as I spent about an hour on the app, and then just gave up because I only got about 1/10th of the way through my photos

Not so sure...?. I downloaded and used the Smart Cleaner app for my iPhone 11 ProMax. It has been frozen on step 4 “duplicate photos” at 93% completed for over 12 hours. I have let it try, then after hours finally paused it, restarted it, closed and reopened it - every time it gets to 93% and just sits there. The phone is plugged into a charger, and is on WiFi. Idk what is going on. (I DO have duplicate photos, so was looking at cleaning that up...but 12 HOURS?). If it doesn’t resolve today I’m deleting it. I don’t want to pay for app that doesn’t work.

Like the app but need a few more ui enhancements. If I get more than 50 results, I’d like to be able to group them in 25-50 item chunks, to make it easier to “deselect”. Google photos for instance will group by month (sometimes that’s not sufficient and I need it in smaller chunks of 25-50). I just went thru 370 pics and only needed to delete 30 duplicates. How are contacts merged? Are they using the built in Apple (google is similar) merge-linked method, or are the entries re-written? A before and after for each full contact card would be helpful, maybe with custom choosing/edit of fields and also a choice of the source database and end-result database.

Photos!. I deleted smart cleaner app accidentally and now when I went to re-download it MY PHOTOS are GONE! There were a lot of pictures that I needed and I don’t know if it’s possible to get my deleted photos back? I need some help getting those pictures back. But anyway it’s a good app for storing your photos BUT don’t delete it as it may delete your photos you deleted so you can save room and put it on smart cleaner. I need help with this getting it back if you guys can.

It’s okay, I guess😬 get it if you want to pay. Well I need more space but I can’t even get this app, because of how much space it needs and it’s annoying because no matter what I do I can’t take storage away! I delete pictures,apps, and more and somehow it doesn’t work! But I got the app but it said I had to pay…..I have deleted so many apps and pictures trying to get this one app! I would rather buy more storage then use this. Why can’t there be a storage cleaner that doesn’t take up so much Space? This app is horrible. DON’T DOWNLOAD!!. I gave this review a one star for the reason listed below, but I believe it doesn’t even deserve a star. In the AppStore and on social media, where I originally found it, everyone stated it was free. Not really though! It’s only free for three days then they charge you automatically. I signed into my iCloud so it could access my photos to clear out, but no where in the terms and conditions or policy did it say I would have to automatically have to pay. I downloaded it back in November and just noticed that it has been making me pay $4.99 a month. I even I downloaded the app and I still have to pay, which is ridiculous! It’s an absolute waste of money and it says I’m still subscribed in the AppStore but there is no unsubscribe button?

Good but basic functions. 3.5/5. Good for deleting practically everything from each category but not great if there are several items you want to keep mixed throughout. Would be better if there were ways to filter your events by year and name instead of having to deselect all the ones you want to save each time through. Especially because when I finally deselected the ones I wanted to keep, the app crashed when I confirmed deletion.

I want to be fair. Ok, I had a bad experience initially because I figured I was being ignored. The message they sent me to rectify the problem was professional with the willingness to fix my issue…Let’s face it Big Data is everywhere and there is a need for this app, employers should have this as a standard, I don’t like the secret contact file my work files are blobbing and the more my employer benefits from my phone, the more my employer should provide a work phone with this app as a standard install. (Hint, Hint)

BEST CLEANING APP EVER!!!!. Ever since I downloaded the app, I’ve had SUCH A SINCE OF CLEAN😄😆 It helps me clean out my “junk e-mail”, by getting rid of all the e-mails I don’t need anymore, it helps me see pictures that may be duplicated, show me which picture(s) are THE BEST to keep….I can’t say more about the app. I’m in love with it. Just because I have an iPhone, doesn’t mean it always has the best internal stuff. Every phone has its pluses an minuses. Having this app, helps me make sure EVERYTHING is covered and taken care of

WORTH IT. Okay so I got an ad on insta for this and I thought, sure, I need to do some digital spring cleaning anyways… IT HAS HELPED ME DELETE OVER 2000 PHOTOS I DIDNT KNOW I HAD MULTIPLE OF! There’s also really nice descriptive tips on how to save battery with settings that apple just auto turns on. And the free trial is PERFECT to just get my crap cleaned up, because even if I go over my time, it’s only like $6 for a month… like, I can definitely get my crap cleaned up in a month, vs apple making you pay way too much for more space. 10/10 would highly recommend.

really good if photos is your problem. This is really good for deleting pictures and videos if that’s what’s taking up majority of your storage. I was recommended this app from an article i was reading about how to lower my “other” section taking up my storage. Unfortunately this app didn’t help with that. My “other” section is taking up majority of the space on my phone with a whopping 29gb. I deleted my emails, voice memos, notes, cleared safari cache. Idk what else to do, nothing works :-( This was a good and easy to use app, just didn’t help in my case.

Unbelievable scam!! Don’t waste your time or money. First they bait and switch you, offering you a free app then you can’t use any of the features without signing up for a subscription at 7.99 a week. You get a three day trial which is just enough time to make you lose your money after you clean your phone. That is if the app can even help you clean the phone. A bunch of useless features like delete old videos and pics delete empty contacts. Like seriously who can’t do this on their own. Especially for 8 dollars a week. I mean so much better software out there for less money then this. Biggest scam on the App Store I have yet to see in almost a decade. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your time and money in this garbage.

Customer Services Not Helpful. I bought this application through Stocksocial. I attempted to redeem it on my iPhone and When I attempted to redeem the link following the instructions given, a web page opened up stating “Invalid Dynamic Link” . I contacted customer services and the responses they gave me were inadequate. No solutions, just telling me that it looks like I open the linked in another application. I am not stupid, I know how to read and follow instructions. I did ask for my money back but no answer nor a solution. I strongly recommend not to buy this application. The seller obviously do not care about taking care of its customers. After the review, they will probably try to take care of the problem but only because the issue has been brought to light on a public forum not because they genuinely want to do the right thing. It shouldn’t take several emails to take care of your customers.

Not worth it. I will be brutally honest here. First of all, it is not free. I really wish these companies would stop saying that the app is free when it is only free to download and not free to use. So be aware before getting into this, you will have to pay a subscription. Also, as far as cleaning up duplicate photos, the reason I downloaded this in the 1st place, it is useless. If you have pictures put in albums and not just kept in a main photo folder, it tags them as duplicates because you have them in albums. Not what I downloaded the app for and not what I agreed to pay the subscription for. At all. So on the whole, just another useless. Junk app that it's not worth wasting your money on.

The app didn’t work properly bc it wouldn’t clean up my emails and what I wanted to keep got deleted? So I had to spend MORE TINE going to get stuff from the trash and deleting things one by one? Unless your paying for the subscription don’t download it. It would be somewhat useful, but as most apps do, they advertise it as free then the subscription page pops up non stop after you actually open the app. It only let me delete 14 out of the 23 duplicate photos I had and I couldn’t delete anything else without it saying I needed to pay for the subscription. I could’ve just did that myself so this all just wasted my time. If you got the money to spend tho I guess I’d recommend it, I can’t really say cause it only let me use the app for 5 minutes before saying I had to pay to click anything else.

Amazing. This app has helped me clean my phone with all of my junk. I also hate when the app lies to you saying it doesn’t have adds and you don’t have to pay for anything for this if you want to pay for it, but if you can’t pay for it you do have to watch one add to get rid of like 6 photos!!!!! Finally I also don’t get in adds if the people are real or fake because sometimes they lie. But pleaseeeeeee think about getting this app🙏

Absolutely test the free trial on your device. Strongly suggest using the 3 day trial before purchase. I’m in the process of clearing out my phone and cloud storage. Phone is about 3 years old now and in good shape besides being a bit full (hence downloading this, isn’t that why you’re reading this?) Thus far, every single feature I’ve tried to use has crashed the app after a wait. Literally nothing has worked. Not sure if there’s a limit or what, but I tried it on high capacity (47k files) and virtually empty folders/file types. I was SO close to buying this app outright. Please test it to make sure your device is compliant, though there seems to be no specific listed qualifications so who knows what those are. Good luck

Really?!. So I got this app and I was also excited, but when I entered the app if you didn’t start the free subscription you couldn’t use it. The free subscription was the only way to clean your phone! And it stinks b/c I am in 6th grade, ok? And I don’t have a lot of money, and even if I did I would not spend it on this! It’s $8 per week for the subscription! That is not something to spend your money on! Just do it yourself if you have to, yeah it will take a while, but it’s free to do your self. If I could rate 0 stars I would. B/c they are just taking your money to clean your phone! And they might miss things, how would you feel if they missed things?! Horrible. B/c you are spending $8 a week, $24 a month, that’s $288 a year! My advice. Don’t get it unless you are willing to pay $288 a year...

I don’t recommend…. I mainly got this to remove duplicate and similar photos. And it wasn’t very good at either. It missed many obvious duplicates, and who knows how many more. The way the interface is, it automatically selects similar photos to be deleted and picks the “best” one to keep (which was often wrong). I had to manually go in and check/uncheck what I did and didn’t want. It’s a list and if you accidentally back out all of your progress is lost and you have to start over again. It’s not intuitive or easy. Glad I canceled the free trial because this app is a pain and not as helpful as it should be. I will be trying a different app.

Wiped out my contacts and can’t get them back. So I did the sweep and all my contacts were removed and I have no way of getting them back.I emailed them and they said to go to contacts and restore. But there were no contacts in there to restore. I’ve lost years and years of contacts. And they cannot help me. I went to Gmail to see if they could help me get my contacts back and they want $169 to restore my contacts. I am a senior on a fixed income and I didn’t lose my contacts sweep clean did, they should probably pay this $169 so I can restore my contacts on my phone. I would have to say this was the worst experience I have had on a app. And it’s almost impossible to get a hold of them, with no phone number only email if you can find that. Be aware!!

Meh…. Not great. Most reviews either positive or negative are just ramblings so I’ll be clear. First & foremost if an app doesn’t have the ability to allow you to contact support, that’s a problem. Such is the case with this. The gear icon gives you 3 options: privacy policy, T&C, review app. There’s nothing fancy about this app. It’s a little too basic for my liking. It really serves no purpose than to “minimize” the time it would take you to sift through your phone & delete duplicates or add contact information. I suppose if you’re a photo fanatic or have an alarming amount of contacts I could see the appeal. But again there’s no way to contact support. So there’s no way to ask for a refund or for tech assistance.

Please read. Okay. So the app itself is great. I love the idea and execution. But here’s the thing that bugs me and is making me not give it five stars. You have to get a premium access to do, well, basically most of everything! I’m not going to pay 5 dollars a month for an app that will get my storage freed up faster, nor will I pay for a lifetime which is 40 dollars! I mean, really? I LOVE the app and I’ll use the free trial, but I’m not paying for it. I’d rather manually clean my storage. I do not recommend this app if you don’t want to spend your money in a silly way.

Do NOT buy this app. It completely messed up my contacts, removing many names that were NOT duplicates, such as my husbands contact who I dial or text every single day. I had to re insert many contacts. And it didn’t miraculously create more space by “sweeping” anything, easy to just do it on your own manually without risking losing information. I was hoping it could clean up my calendar, such as delete many past appointments, especially those associated with attachments that could create more space, but there is no way to filter. what time points or types of calendar appointments you want to delete quickly… Complete waste of an app and complete waste of $26

No bad experience with the app just annoying that you have to pay to get it set up. No hate to the app. But I was looking for a completely free app but when you start setting it up you have to pay for it. I don’t have money to waste on apps just for it to clean out your storage and every storage cleaner apps all have in app purchases. I just want to be able to clean out my phone storage without having to spend hours deleting photos. But I can’t pay for it. If it’s going to make me pay then don’t make the app free in the AppStore

Could have been better on NOT DELETING YOUR MEMORIES. This app deletes your memories for nothing it’s just so stupid having this app. When it deletes your memories and photos you can’t remember what you did anymore. This app could have been better if it deletes everything from your cloud, sure it can delete some trash that was on an app but fricken not like take your memories away from you! So please children and young adults... do not download this app at least is dose not defeat your memory. Oh and one more thing WHY DID THEY ADD A FREE TRAIL! It’s pretty useless because you won’t use the app. Well that’s it for this note... Certainly Pei Chang.

Not Intuitive. This app does do a good job at detecting duplicates and similar photos, but ultimately you would need to sit down for hours on end to go through the “cleanup” process without having to start again. It wants me to delete 11,000 “similar” photos with no review, often NOT selecting the best of the best to keep. I was slowly trucking away. There is no option that I can find to delete as you go. Only the one big delete button at the bottom. Thus, I started trucking away every few hours to review little by little, only to ultimately realize that the app was never saving the changes I made… bogus, has to be something else on the market that is smarter.

It doesn’t actually clear your photos.. I sat down and went through all of their categories (similar, screenshots, duplicates, blurry, etc.) thinking that when I deleted the photos, they’d delete off my phone. After, I went to my photos and they were all still there. After I did it a second time, it worked. But I discovered that only maybe 20% of my photos actually showed up on the app, so there were tons of pictures I didn’t even have the option to delete. If you want a little bit of help clearing up a small amount of your photos, this app is OKAY for that, still glitchy though. If you want to actually clean up all your photos, just do it manually. Not worth the subscription.

Luv It!. I was getting notices from my google account saying that I had reached my limit of space and that I either had to pay for more memory or delete a lot of what had accumulated over a span of about 15+ years! I knew how much time something like that would take me to go through and clear out myself but this app seriously cleaned out 100 thousand PLUS junk emails in about 15-20mins with a lot of that time being me, deciding what I wanted to keep or trash ! Serious lyfe saver 4real!!

Disappointing. I think it’s very pricey, but I decided to try the week free trial and see if it would be worth it. Once I agreed to the trial, I gave the app access to all my pictures so it could start going through them, and then this other page came up that said to upgrade now to the yearly plan. I didn’t want to do that, but there wasn’t an X anyway to close out of that. I even waited to see if an X would appear after a while like it does on some adds. That didn’t happen, so I closed out of the app completely and tried again, and it kept doing the same thing. It would not let me move from that page and I wasn’t able to actually use the app for anything.

I was so excited to get this app cuz i have alot of photos ive been wanting to delete I spent at least an hour in self cleaning making sure they dont delete videos and photos i wanna keep and then i press the clean away button and it says i have to pay!!! Are u kidding me if u only got this app for the cleaning and dont wanna pay pls trust me and dont get this app also i rated two stars because i rlly like the charger image feature some are locked but the one i wanted (the bubble one) was unlocked and it works rlly well so yay! Also the widgets they only let u make three contacts which is super duper annoying but its fine its fine 😒 so ya just beaware of all this before u get it thanks for reading byee ✋

It would search, and then crash. I have a lot of duplicates from many years in the Apple world. It seems that each device makes its own iCloud copy of photos and videos. I really was hopeful this app would work to help manage duplicates while keeping at least one. After each search the app would crash and disappear. I tried doing one simple search for extra contacts, crash. I finally gave up and removed it. I am giving it 3 stars because I hope this is a bug and can be fixed.

Faster! Less thought provoking. The Cleaner app is great because you don’t have to sit and go through the pictures and say no I want this one. Oh no I don’t need that one. Oh I look good in this one or I look bad in that one it resolves the problem having a conversation about whether or not you look good in a picture it just cleans it up for you. Just like everything else, if it cleans it up, it probably means you don’t need it that bad otherwise you would’ve protected it more and I’m talking about the app the Cleaner app
