Don’t force me to answer your customer satisfaction survey. Clearly you’re driving up your App Store ratings by prompting only those people who say they like your app to rate it. And sending those who don’t do a separate survey. That’s all fine, but don’t force me to answer that question without giving me a skip option as that’s just annoying and interrupting my flow and will create last customer satisfaction.

Tip creeps. One of the wealthiest families in the world guilting costumers into tipping its workers is grotesque. Creeps indeed.

Convenient. App is great pickup is swift. People are nice.

Bug open for 1 year remains unresolved. 03/05/2022 the “My Lists” still does not work and frequently returns errors. 4 months now that this bug has gone unresolved. 14/02/2022 - “My Lists” functionality is still broken in IOS app. Cases opened, as suggested by Loblaws employees monitoring these reviews, have gone with no response given. 01/20/2022- Lists feature only works once or twice then gives error. Advice for Loblaws support is “delete and re-download app”which works for once or twice and then error again. Have deleted and downloaded this app 22 times so far. How about you fix the problem in the first place instead asking customers to use poor workarounds. Update 11/23/2021 - Lists/Favorites does not work again. Really don’t understand why this keeps happening repeatedly. Apparently not a feature that the app team for Loblaws tests at alll apparently. This app has continuous issues that make it unusable at times. Very frustrating Have been using the app for over almost two years now and unfortunately things have gotten worse and to the point it is almost unusable now. Examples: 1) Unable to use Lists (aka favorites) under “My Shop”. No sure Whenever you try to add a product, remove a product or view the list you receive an error “"Sorry, Something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again" 2) You can no longer view past order details. The link to “view by Past Orders” was removed from this app for some reason about ½ a year ago. 3) Unable to sort or filter by nutrition contents (calories, fat, carbs) 4) Local products are not available to be purchased in the app even though they are regularly stocked and available in-store all year round 5) Many products are missing descriptions 6) many products do not list nutritional information. This makes is impossible for those who have dietary restrictions (allergies to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, etc.) from using this app. 7) Prices change from the time you select the product to the time it is shows up in your cart. (milk and eggs are the most common products that do this) 8) Sale prices will sometimes show on the product even through the sale is ended and it is not until you add the product to your cart that the price gets “refreshed”. This is a mini “bait-and-switch” as most people are not going to remember or examine each of the 50-60 products in their cart to validate that the prices did not change 9) you cannot see previous order receipts (functionality was removed for some reason). This is just a small list the issues, bugs and functionality that has been removed from this app over the past year. Instead of adding features and making the app better it slowly being made worse.

You never get what you order. Orders are constantly missing items you paid for, and there is no simple way to get your money back, only a very painful customer service telephone number.

A must. Very dedicated people. They spoil us.

Wonderful and Convenient Service. My husband and I have mobility and health problems and he can’t drive, so shopping is difficult. I normally make a list and arrange for our adult grandson to do the shopping, but it’s often difficult to arrange a time. I was ecstatic when this service opened up in our town. I was a bit leery about trusting someone else to choose my meats, fruits and vegetables, but everything was as ordered and in first rate condition. This is only the second time I’ve placed an order, but it is a wonderful service. I can sit at home and choose what I want without having to stand while comparing prices or looking for stuff. I have already found that when I am browsing, I am reminded of things I need but forgot to put on my list. I did consider using the delivery service but it is run by a third party vendor and the grocery prices were higher, so I will stick with pickup. The app itself works very well and it is simple to use. Mine crashed a couple of times because I was playing around with it and was on it for a couple of hours, adding things once in a while, and then changing my mind about quantities. However, the app picked up right where it left off. Whew! Nothing worse than having to go back to the very beginning when an app crashes. It was simple to make changes and in the final tally, one has the opportunity to remove items easily if one has overspent the budget. This app and service is a blessing for the elderly, those with mobility problems, and for those who are pressed for time because of work and family demands.

Cannot place order. I consistently get “bad request (400) Code -1011”

Love this service!. It is so wonderful to shop from home and then drive to the store and have my car loaded. The baby and toddler can then make it through all our errands. I wish I knew of this service sooner. I’ve been using it for 5 months now and have been SO pleased with it.

Really great service. This store service is really great. They always call me and ask if i want yo add anything to my order. The delivery is prompt. Thanks for the great job!!

Comparing. More expensive than Instacart and longer delivery window

Search is terrible and app is always crashing. Prices change randomly on same items from menu selection to cart. App constantly crashes. Scanner does not work to identify items. Search criteria doesn’t work cannot find items. Very poor quality compared to Amazon or Walmart Apps. Please make it easier to shop Canadian!

Amazing idea service. During this crazy Covid-19 pandemic, this service has been a life-saver, literally. Thank you so much!

Worked Once and then Crashed. We used this once, more or less successfully. Several items were shorted and when we tried to make a second order the available time slot was 10 days. That spot was subsequently deleted by the system and has continuously crashed since. Three seniors in this household are finding the length of time between deliveries and the lack of feedback re items that can’t be supplied is not acceptable.

Doesn’t want to work with PC Pass. App was fine, until I signed up for PC Pass, then tells me it needs to be updated before I can access it. Tap link to update, no update available in App Store. Deleted app and reinstalled it , worked while I logged in, but once to closed it and went back to it I get the same message! Please fix your app to work with PC Pass or I’ll just go with a different grocery app. I have zero patience for non functioning apps.

Worked once, then time slots keep resetting. We were able to pick up groceries once, but they only gave us part of the order at pick up; they also charged us for coffee but we didn't receive it. Since then, the app keeps deleting our requested time slot (6-7 times now). Given how busy it is, we cannot request another slot closer than 2-weeks; customer service has not responded to my inquiry. Hopefully that gets resolved because this is a very valuable service in these strange times.

Makes ordering easy. Wow surprisingly good app

Not all items are available. Not all items are available in the database even if you scan the barcode.

Work in progress. Somewhat hard to find things. A number of items available in store are not listed, which is frustrating.

Shopping on line. I enjoy shopping on line from my home. The people who deliver our groceries and the people in customer service are excellent. The only negatives I find is the $3.00 pick up charge and on line it says I can change my order by a certain time the day before but this appears t be eastern time

End to end workflow needs to be automated. Ended up waiting 30+ mins in the parking lot for a convenience of online order pick up because the person answering the phone wrote my name down wrong. Workers putting food in the cars aren’t practicing basic sanitary techniques like wearing masks and gloves. Table stakes during a pandemic.

Delivery. Please ensure that your delivery folks wear latex gloves during the selection of the food and during delivery. Thank you. Some local deliverers even wear masks.

Dose not work. Can’t sign in with existing login

Additional pictures please. I just wish they showed pictures of the back (nutrition facts). The nutrition facts tab isn’t always accurate or available, a picture of the back of the product would be better

Crashes due to a problem with “loading your cart”. I’ve been using this app for several months (over a year) and some weeks back it stopped working on my phone. I deleted the app after several tries and tried to add it back. I’ve contacted PC Express. 1st response you need to be a PC optimum member. 2nd response delete and reinstall. Still not working.

Dysfunctional. Always goes back to welcome screen and doesn’t load up anything. Useless

Wont let me in. Tells me to retry about cart waste of time don’t bother have deleted and reinstall the app and new updates still boots me out and asks me to retry wow what a waste of time rather go with a hand written list and go to the store

Location fail. I can’t use the app at all. It will not register location. I’ve done on wifi. Off wifi. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Signed in and out. Everything I can do. It won’t let me manually pick a location either as it only gives me the ‘loading’ thing and blocks out the rest of the page. Im sure it’s amazing, when it lets you pick a store. And yes. Permissions are on.

Unreliable. Been using this app for two years and the search feature they have is unreliable. Example: I search bandage today and several of the items it gave me were different types of food- none having the word bandage in it, and when I filtered health it did not give me all the bandages they have. I even went to the store and used the scanner on a product and it came up error telling me the item wasn’t in store.

Works great .... The ordering part and seeing picture and price of item works well , now I still have to do the pick up part and hope it's as smooth! love the convenience of shopping at home ! Pick up works great ... never have to wait long . Have used weekly and never disappoints .

Stopped working. App won't load anymore. Constantly says I should retry or contact support even after updating the app. It was nice when it worked.

Broken. Used to use the app frequently, but it’s no longer usable. When prompted to select my province/store, it brings me back to the prompting page and doesn’t allow me to access the rest of the app. Busted.

fire your app building team. they must be using ChatGPT with poor prompting skill. the app remains non functional since updates. cannot even access log in. blank page!! when OS is updated. ya gotta update the app to make it work. fix the bugs.

Updated app version not working. The app says sign in, but there is no area to click?!!!

No longer works. As of yesterday the app stopped working. I can’t log in anymore andI just receive an error code. PC help advised me to login using Google Chrome. What? How can a solution to troubleshooting your own app be to use a browser?

So convenient. It is wonderful to be able to select from products I trust and know that they will be selected for me with the care that I would use if I was there myself.

hot garbage. login buttons dont work - broken garbage

Very buggy, lacks accountability. The app is very buggy. Frequently freeze or crashes with an error message. Sometimes operations refuse to complete such as adding instructions to an product order. Sometimes additions to an order will not be recorded. Their procedures also lack transparency or accountability with regards to making edits to the order. If you make edits to the order you will not be able to reference later what you ordered versus what you actually received.

Defective app!. Worked perfectly until about 6-8 months ago. Now all I get is a “Oops, something went wrong” notification and direction to use the website. Not impressed.

Can’t log on. After this last update I can no longer log onto the app. My credentials work when I log on using a web browser but it says “Your email or password was incorrect.” when I try to log in via the app using the exact same credentials. Between this as the inability to switch between stores after the update 3 weeks ago, I haven’t been able to use the app all month.

Marketplace has ruined it completely. This used to be a great app. They’ve added a marketplace and now all of your searches are polluted with garbage listings by third parties. Totally ruined the app. It’s impossible to find what you are looking for anymore.

The food is real!. No holographic or imaginary food at this shop. You can trust in the fact that all the food here can be chewed, swallowed, digested and pooped out just like all the food we’ve enjoyed our whole life. I for one am quite taken with the pears which are totally real and not fake.

Horrible app. The shopping page kept refreshing to the top as I was scrolling through. Very tedious process. Never got a confirmation my order was ready. Have using web page every other time. My 20% off for using the app was not added to my bill. Will not be using it again.

Early 2023, location programming messed. This past month or so, ordering location can’t be changed unless on desktop suddenly. Love the app otherwise. 1 starring in hopes programmers alerted to make change. ‘Shopping list’ feature has long been useless/doesn’t work except to show what was added 2yrs ago. Still absolutely worth it if you know how to shop though, for the points.

New app format. I Find the new process takes longer to add items… previously, could click on item directly to add to cart. Not with new format. Preferred previous app format.

Buggy and cumbersome. Favourites list reappears when scrolling to next page of items. The save password pop up disappears before I can tap anything. “saving” pop ups after each action are annoying. Just save in the background. It would be nice if there was only one favourite list but default. Making the ❤️ icon a three step action is tedious.

Why can’t we easily access and edit saved lists?!?!. I have saved shopping lists on the app and it is forever crashing on my iPhone. Latest iOS. I’ve rebooted. Reloaded app. Signed in/out. Everything! It has been a problem for years and they can’t fix it!!

Last purchase- cheese w/mold. I’ve never had big issues with pick up service. Last time (10/29) I got a Havarti Cheese that got green - with mold - few days after my purchase. When I checked expiry date, it was 11/3. Please ensure products that are close to expiry date are removed from shelves. Most of all, DO NOT push it to customers with pick up service. We trust your choice when you’re picking up for us. Let’s keep it that way. Thanks.

Stopped working. Used to work great (ish) been trying for days to open it’s totally nonfunctional. Sent the requisite email for support got a reply telling me how to use the app. So I guess tech support is nonexistent. I’d expect a company that offers online shopping would do its best to make sure the app works. Not a fan of superstore for a multitude of reasons this is one more.

Best idea!. So easy, love this program!

Brunos Valu-mart. I was hesitant to do online shopping but Covid dictates this is a healthier way to shop. I just placed my third order. The first two were spot on. Way to go staff at Brunos Valu-mart and thank you😁

Search Optimization. Unrelated things come up when you search. They also did an update and now marketplace items are mixed in with the instore items. This means that sometimes the food items I ACTUALLY want are below tons of unrelated marketplace item. Support it also awful. You tell them there is an issue with the app and they refer you to the website. I want to use the app. But if you are going to make it inconvenient then why am I paying for this service??? I hardly use my actual computer and it seems outrageous to expect me to dig it out every time I need to place a grocery order because they won’t invest in the app and listen to the feedback of their customers.

Cant even get passed the location screen. This app has so many glitches. Combined my mom and I’s account, and after logging out I couldn’t log back in. Deleted and redownload and still can’t get passed the location selector. So annoying.

Payment changes. Please allow debit to be accepted as payment online

Sad. Used to love this app. Sad for those of us with older devices. With the upgrade, devices no longer run the app :(

Not working. Not working at all since the last 2 updates. Try to open the app and it says “your cart cannot be loaded” the options are “retry again” or “contact us” both of which do not work when you click on them. Not good.

French!. For some reason all items are now listed in FRENCH!! Yes I’m in Quebec but this was never the case before as the app was always in English. I can no longer search for items like I normally did as it no longer shows items in English. PLEASE fix this!!

Unable to login. It’s unbelievable that it takes so long to fix a problem. This is a joke. I can’t log into the app. The same credentials work on web but not on the mobile app. This became completely useless to me. I’m deleting it and I am not going to renew the subscription because I’m not gonna go on web to do groceries.

Livraison. Livraison à domicile svp j’ai 74 ans et on nous demande de rester chez nous, j’attends de vos nouvelles...

App is not working. I tried to browse as a guest but every link I clicked went to a page says “Sorry, something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again.” Same results when I search an item. So, basically I can’t see anything except the flyer.

Error won’t let me load or let me long in. I’ve been using the app for a long time. All of the sudden I got an error and it wouldn’t reload. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now can’t get past choosing a location. Of which there are no provinces to select. I can login through the website but I prefer the app. There’s also no place to log bugs about the app on the website - which is a problem if the app is down.

Gets worse with time. It cleared all my saved items. Then when i look up a “tomato” it suggests knives and kitchen appliances- not the vegetable I searched for.

Help chat not working. The help chat bot keeps telling me to update the app, which I already did. I also really don’t like the method of doing substitutions, I shouldn’t have to call to deny a substitution.

Not great. App is slow and when I click on certain categories is says there is nothing available. But when I go into the website it has many items to show

Not working. Hasn’t been working for weeks. With all the price gouging you would think they could hire someone to make the app work

Cheap and convenient. Just walk into the store, pick up your stuff, and leave. Everything’s packed into boxes and they send you a text telling you where all your stuff is located. It’s only a dollar per order too, pretty sweet!

Cannot even view the flyer. What a stupid app… It only focusses on shopping online but will not give me the option to just simply look at the flyer. If I want to shop online I’d like the option however, I also like to go into the store but know what the specials are before I go. If la blast can’t even do that they do not deserve to have me as a customer. Every other store has their flyer available online to see all of the specials in multiple formats… Blah blah’s is no better and once they get off their high horse maybe they better start looking at how much better their competition is then they are.

Can’t browse items. When I try to browse items it always shows 0 items yet when I search I can see it. I’ve reinstalled the app but it still doesn’t work properly.

Nothing Loads. I was excited to explore the option of grocery delivery for PC products but upon downloading the app, nothing works. Nothing loads. Can’t search products, can’t see any products period! An array of grey loading blobs and nothing else.

It’s 2021 this app should be more. The app doesn't honour the scanning code of conduct so when you click on an item at a certain price that may not be the price added to your cart or the price you pay on the day your order is delivered. Plus there is no way to look at past orders on the app - or even the order you just picked up - as it disappears from your profile immediately. So disappointing. Nothing innovative or special. The people who design it obviously dont run households or use their own product.

Glitch galore. You have to wait a few seconds after clicking an item to add to the cart; There is a delay before a check mark appears which you need before it will actually add. Even so, many times items still do not add to cart. The app also lost my cart multiple times when trying to book pickup time. Terrible.
