Very awesome;but not free. I like this app air. It is very cool instantly I was able to make phone calls or text messages. I had a lot of fun with it. Shortly after using the app on afew calls and some texts, the texts stop going through, I like the app I don’t like that I probably can’t afford the app. The app must be purchased just to download. The. There is some sort of point system. Each call and each text uses up so many points til eventually you don’t have enough points to use it. I think it would be better if he just had to pay a monthly fee for using the app rather than continually having to pay when you use the points and that’s what I have to say about this very awesome very very awesome not free not free not free

2nd Phone. The is an awesome app. You guys deserve the best ratings and the most awesome features. It is helping me keep track of my son. Anyone with kids of any age, in todays world you can never be too safe. That’s a saying my mom used to use, and wouldn’t ya know it here I am at 54. There are so many reasons to have this app! 🙏🏼💖💫✨

Can’t receive test. No customer services.. I paid for the app and I could text but not receive

Scam alert. I registered 2nd number with my Apple ID and subscribing for one month no trial. I picked a number and I clicked next and it asked me to enter my Apple ID password which I did. Now it saying successful but asking me to enter the number I picked which I did not write down or snap. And now I’m unable to access the number I just paid for. Is this a kind of fraud or scam. Because it there wasn’t anywhere been mentioned that I have to memorize the number I picked or something. Please do something about it

Great app. A tiny hiccup, after I unsubscribed your service I received a text. It’s supposed to be disconnected once one unsubscribed the app. Otherwise it’s a wonderful service and I highly recommend

No customer service. When you pay you get the number if you wrote it wrong ( they never mention it’s the last time you will see it) you can’t use the phone or app after paying . No matter what I tried there is no customer service no email no reply - can’t go back . I hope they will get back to me after writing this as this the only way to reach them

Everyone complains I keep breaking up.. People are complaining they can’t understand me because the sound quality is awe full on there end. Worked well at first but didn’t realize you got credits and I had to keep buying credits. Not a good ap, and have no way to get help fix sound quality.

Wow. This app is a godsend savior very very cheap worth the money 100% very easy to use and set up integrates with your current calling features in your contact list it’s awesome awesome awesome product

Money sink. Your app description states the app is free to use during the three day trial and during the subscription week, month, or year. What it doesn’t state is, it’s only free to use while you have credits. It’s doesn’t state you get a limited number of credits to use during each subscription period and that when those credits are used, you have to purchase more a penny per credit. Which doesn’t sound like much, but your description also doesn’t say how many credits each incoming or outgoing text and call takes. I used this app for a couple of hours for business before I was already having to buy more credits. I’ve had to spend $10 today alone just to have enough credits to communicate with my clients and none of this was in your app disclaimer. Why is there no option to purchase an unlimited use plan or why is this not explained in explicit detail at the very least?

Limited Phone Numbers Available. Tried for days to select a phone number... Still can’t find one available... Went through several states... Sent an email for support, but no response yet... At this point I want my money back to purchase an app developed by someone else just to have one that works... You pretty much can’t do anything without a number and the app is called 2nd number???

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for and has so many more options than any of the other apps. Plus credits to make/receive calls and texts are actually a reasonable price!

Texting doesn't work. My second line worked but not texting. I tried to get a refund or have them fix the app but no luck. I was stuck paying for a month. I'd recommend not buying this app. There are a lot better apps ! Very disappointed

On line dating!. I have been online dating and don’t like to give my number out. This app allows me to talk, text and not give my real cell number! I used to carry a trekfone for this purpose this and app is awesome!!!

good app but big problem. app works as it should. with free trial and everything. but subsequently i get bots texting my number immediately after signing up for the app. not saying it’s this app. but it doesnt look good when you get sex bot texts IMMEDIATELY after putting my number in the app

Why Purchase Tokens to Text ?. Tried this app functionality works BUT nowhere did the app purchase information state that when texting you will have to purchase tokens if you send more than a couple texts?! This can get expensive, as this is on top of the monthly $19 fee, I tried to cancel before the 3 day free trial renewal and still got dinged with the $19? Purchasing tokens outside one’s normal purchase plan should he explicitly stated in purchase terms for customers up front. I want a refund .

This company needs to give me back all my money. Good with calling but when I ended my subscription my bank kept getting charge and there’s no way that I can get in contact with customer service I would not recommend you downloading this app on your phone I’ve been charge from different accounts $6.99 more than once in a month

Our number was deleted because this app developer didn’t pay its bills.. We had a number for 2 years and then the app developer didn’t pay their fees so our number got shut down. When we tried to port the number we were told the number was locked. Do not use this 2nd number for business. These developers are absolutely scammers and sent us a response that our number was “not working because of uncontrollable circumstances (they never paid their bills). Here is the response on why our line was disconnected yet they still continued to bill us through the App Store: “We are very sorry for the bad experience, we can provide you with a new number. What you need to understand is that the new number can call the US and Canada numbers normally, and the service in other regions is still being fixed. However, due to force majeure, the SMS function cannot be used. If you need to change your number, please let us know and we will change it for you”

Money Pit. Not only is this one of the more expensive phone apps ($7 a week or $12 a month), but they also allow you only a limited number of credits within each pay period that you have to use in order to make calls, and even texts! Yes, this is the only phone app that I've seen that charges you credits to text. All the other ones I've seen allow for unlimited texting. And even if you pay for their weekly or monthly subscription and you happen to run out of credits, you then have to purchase more to continue to make calls or texts, again even if you're already a paid subscriber. Skip this app, because there are other MUCH MORE affordable phone apps out there.

Do not purchase or download!!!. I have to say this is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. It won’t let you cancel the subscription . After choosing your number you’re good to go you give your friend your phone number. Then a week later the app glitches and makes you choose a new number. … This cycle continues each time you choose a number it’ll last for a week and then it will ask you to choose a new number. I’ve asked Apple support for a refund. Multiple times and they have denied it .. literally in shock of Apple not stepping up to protect their customers… I truly hope people will read this and make the smart decision do not download . You have been warned..

awesome with wifi. i didn't have cell service but with wifi keep coming back to this app. cheap. had it for months and no SURPRISE you owe an extra 20$. love it. you can have a contacts list and everything. you get a bunch of calls and texts under 10 bucks a month. better than paying 40+ for cell service. if you have good wifi this is def the app. no adds, no surprises. flat rate for a month and it's not a subscription. it's why i keep downloading it when i'm down bad😂

Unreliable. When it works it works amazing! However the last two months it has kicked me out of my account and made me redo my subscription, not sure if I was charged twice if I’m being honest. Then this time it kicked me out and got rid of the number I use for my business. Highly disappointed and now I have to find another way to contact my clients.

Don’t even download. Charges you monthly to use the app also you have to buy minutes to make or receive calls and send or receive text messages, what’s the point in paying monthly if you still have to pay by the minute, you’d save more money just buying a second phone rather than this app.

Texts cut off, out of order. I’ve had this out for a while now and it works fine for phone calls, but if you’re looking to use it for texting search for something else. Some texts get dropped, show up out of order, and many times they are cut off so for the person receiving them the conversations are jumbled, confusing, and it’s hard to have a conversation. Really disappointing. (I also have the Paid subscription so this isn’t because I’m just using the free version)

HORRIBLE. I have reached out several times to customer support with absolutely no answer. Maybe I’ll get a reply to a poor review because it seems to be the only thing I can do. I try to send text messages to my patients but no one is getting my messages. Further I think my business number has been used by someone else because I keep getting calls from random numbers saying to stop calling them…I’ve never called these numbers before

Bull crap. It seriously says that it’s free for three days so I though you know what let’s try it. The moment I clicked the free three day trail then payment it instantly came out of my account. Do not use this app. It’s bull crap and false advertising. If you are going to charge people don’t put free for three days. Already canceled the subscription but not going to get the money back even if it isn’t that much. It’s bull crap. This app is a joke.

Disappointed and misleading. All I have read about these credits. It is false that the weekly subscription allows unlimited calling and texts. I was using WI-FI calling, a call suddenly disconnected during the 3 day trial period, discovered that I was out of credits. I was unable to find anything explaining this while researching a second number app in attempt to stop receiving spam calls. Most insulting, that my information can be sold to a third party!!! When will our privacy and rights stop being violated?

Can cancel immediately but still use free. App functions as expected. It does have a free trial. You have to accept the “fee” or payment but can immediately log into app and cancel but still get 3 free days of use. If you just want for free trial, download set it up and go into setting and cancel right away.

Fraudulent. I don’t know how many times I have to say I canceled my subscription but it just keeps charging my card !!!!! Never did I even pick which subscription I wanted but they are charging my card every week I WANT MY MONEY BACK There’s no way you can contact support and they tell you to just cancel off your phone but the thing is I can check every subscription I get had and have but for some reason not this one 🤔 FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD DO NOT BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY

They need to work the bugs out!. I got the 2nd Number and the first text message I got kept coming back repeatedly over and over and over again! This company has a serious glitch problem with their system and it must be fixed! As soon as my month is out, I’m going to cancel this number!

If not the best side line app dependable reliable great price setup I work construction so I’m all over the State of Ohio and I’ve never had any issues when making a call or sending a text thanks guess because of your service I haven’t loss any future jobs due to missed call s or dropped calls

Review. This is the worst app ever text free way better and is not as expensive as this crappie one. Plus you will get double charged every 2 weeks. Or sooner DOUBLE CHARGED . I want to cancel the “service “ in case anyone from this app reads this

Over time have come to dislike this app.. If you need a second line, it works for basics; talk/text. BUT, if my text threads where all disheveled and it would only show the text I would click on from my phone notifications. Even through the app (itself) I would refresh it and it wouldn’t show the texts in between. This caused many problems for me, as I used it as my business line. Also, I had picked a number and had many work-related text threads containing important information and contact info, and after a few months the app randomly restarted (I am guessing bc I updated my iPhone) and I had to get a new number and all the info was lost. I am canceling my subscription after today.

Very unhappy customer. This is a horrible app to use. My phone number keeps dropping calls. I keep missing business calls and texts. And you can’t get any support or help. I have been trying to get someone in customer service support for over two weeks. There is no phone number or email address for support. And no one answers the Facebook support area. I have left multiple request on Facebook for help.

Spend the credits and don’t send the text. I made the subscription of $13 a month hoping to have a second number but what they give you are 1000 credits for you to use per month of which they are used in each message and calls you make both incoming and outgoing, I have sent several messages and they charge me the credits but the message does not reach the receiver 👎

Awful. I don’t even know Where to start. All I know is that I have messaged repeatedly for help I’ve gotten one email. First flagged my pictures tell him he’s too risky to send them one Lamy too. I can type up this whole text and before I push the send button just floats away so I had to retype it and this will happen 3. 4.5. times. And you better believe that this app still charges me for each and every single one of them. All this on top of the $13 a month too. So right now I’m paying about $100 a week for credit as well as a monthly fee. This app is a rip off the one feature I like about it is not enough to keep me around any longer customer service is nonexistent stay well away from this app

No explanation of “points” only “minutes”. I had to do this as a must - there is ZERO information on how many points = costs. Do you get points with every monthly reload? Is absurd that you cannot find out the basics until you describe. Most people who do this in an emergency possibly in a domestic violence situation cannot maintain the security because there is no explanation. Developers developed without consideration and under pure ignorance

Call app 2nd. Layout diaphragm is basic, however is quite direct with options available. Anyways a small recommendation if I may, possibly find a more attractive layout that compliments the number pad styles. ♥️

Big mistake. I put this 2nd number on my business cards, fliers, and website. It worked in the beginning although with a bad signal many times. Then it stopped working completely. My clients only got a busy signal or it just cut off. I lost many potential clients. This was a big mistake and there is no way to know how much this mistake has cost me.

Awful. Google voice is free. There are so many free options out there but this one I decided to pay for (monthly) because I use multiple numbers for work and I had all the free numbers I can use already. So, I figured paying monthly isn’t bad to have a new number but then when my calls stop dropping I find out you have to keep buying time with points??? So they charge you a monthly fee and you STILL have to buy points to actually use this stupid app. Um no lol do yourself a favor and just buy a new phone with a new number, That’s what i’m going to do. This app is lame .

No SMS service. The app started out great. Then out of no where, I can receive or send SMS (text message). I didn’t realize this until my customers wrote bad reviews stating that I was unresponsive. I’ve reached out to customer service several time's and got no where. They keep stating to allow 1-3 business days for a resolution. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m losing business over it. Getting a new number would cost me even more in the long run. I would need new cards, logos etc. looks like I may need to do that anyways. I just won’t be using this app for another line.

Lack of support to cancel. ITS NOT FREE!! ITS A SCAM! Good luck trying to cancel! Downloaded the app, 3 days - free, tried and still trying to cancel subscription. Cannot do it. Super Easy To Set Up. I have been wondering for a long time, if something like this even existed, then I found this App. This is a huge quality of life issue for me in ways that I can’t even begin to explain.

No response - disappointed. I am very disappointed at the unresponsiveness of their customer service. The app was working fine for a bit and then stopped working without any reason. Waste my money. This app work well at the beginning but now I have more then 5.000 in credits and couldn’t send a message to anybody. I sent a email for the customer service but nobody respond me. They not even have a phone number where u can call.

Can’t register social media account. When registering a new social media account via number from this app, it will not receive any texts. So I can’t verify the number to create the new account. That was the whole reason why I paid for this app. What a waste of money and time this app is.

My salvation. I.m in Brazil and had to do a last minute call to USA. And they always catch me with roaming fees. So I just downloaded this app and bing communication done!

Numbers don’t work. App won’t let me pick any numbers and says they are all occupied. I have tried well over 50 different ones from various area codes and it still doesn’t work. Sent a request in for help and haven’t heard anything back.

Do not recommend. I purchased app with a free 3 day trial. The app would call but did not ever send text messages. I immediately unsubscribed minutes later and I still was charged for the app. This is fraudulent. If the services would have actually worked I would been okay with the purchase. Can’t send text messages. Zero help from support. All of a sudden, my texts appear to send but they never reach the recipient. I can still make phone calls but no text. I reached out to support but the support is all automated robots that lead no where. Wasting my money.

Very Hard to Set Up. Trying to receive text messages after setting up my account and no text messages are coming through. It is a lousy service that won't allow text messages to come through.

App stopped working 4 days ago. All my messages and even my phone number has disappeared. They are offering a temporary number but that’s not the number I am associated with. While they claim they would fix in soon it’s been 4 Days!!!!

Can’t receive texts. I was using this to text someone. I thought they never replied. When I saw them they showed me their phone. They did text back but I never got it. Makes communication impossible and defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve used a few phones to text it and it’s hit or miss whether the text will come through or not.

Ages 4+????. The ap may work as described, i don’t know. I just thought it wasn’t appropriate for a 4,5,6,7,8,9 and maybe 10,11 year olds to be interested/trying to create fake numbers to text/call from.. “it’s rated ages 4+”…. What’s the message here? What type of behavior is that promoting for children of that age range?

Deceptive. The app is ok, however, the limited use is not cost effective. I paid an annual amount and still ran out for the month within days. The cost-benefits of this app causes one to choose something that is more customer centric. I would recommend seeking some other app.

Try 2nd line instead. This app makes you buy credits, so the ‘monthly subscription fee’ doesn’t actually get you a month of service, it gets you 120 credits. Doesn’t tell you until after you’ve paid. Don’t use!

No place to Cancel Service (Very Bad). Very bad don’t have a place where you can cancel the service, once you get the second number, there is No turning back. Don’t use second numbers company cause you Will paid. There is no customer service phone number to talk to anyone about canceling service.

Customer Service. I can’t get a hold of customer service and I’m trying to transfer my number. This is a huge problem when I’m running a business. Now I may have to revamp and remake all of my business cards along with all the money I’ve invested in my signs.

Terrible. The app gives you a free trial for 3 days. It did not work for me at all ans wanted cancel. Well it won’t let me cancel until after those days are up and they charge you $6.99/ week, so it’s basically a huge scam do not get this app. I’m having to pay $7 to cancel an app I thought I would be able to cancel “anytime”.

In app purchases terms. This app is beautiful can meet up with TextNow standards if the in app purchase terms does not affect texting and calling just like TextNow.

They changed my number without warning!!!!!. These people just gave me a different number without warning. Forget the business cards and the customers you had given your number. Nightmare!

Phone number changed without notice. My phone number got changed on an active subscription. I woke up to a new phone number. contacted Support and they said they can’t do anything. I have to notify all my contacts with my new phone number. Poor experience. Moving to burner

Cost to much. They want you to pay a subscription fee weekly or monthly this could be understandable however that subscription is just to access the app then you have to buy credits for talk and text the credits add up very fast as it cost 4/min 3/text

Need to be more truthful. I downloaded this app for work purposes only and it is not clear that after your free subscription is up you have to continuously buy coins. These so called coins use up so rapidly and I feel like I’m not getting a bang for my buck at all.

False advertisement. Searched up “app that allows text codes from apps” so that I can put this phone number in and not get my actual number spammed and this app doesn’t receive those texts from apps and websites as If claims it does. Wasted $7 for nothing. Download any other app!

Mostly Useless. I don’t understand all the happy reviews. It’s $13 a month AND every call and texts costs tokens. I don’t see the utility of an extra phone line if I can’t call and text freely. I’ve had it for ten minutes and I’m going to cancel now.

No support at all. App issues. Says you can choose a number but wants to charge you if you try. Only an email for supposed customer service that nobody bothers to respond to. The features were attractive but lack of service, weak execution and no clear directions.

I would LIKE A REFUND immediately because I canceled the day that I used the 3 day “free trial” ! My subscriptions tells me that I canceled, weeks before I was “charged” I NEED A REFUND NOW!!!! This app needs to get removed from the world immediately!

Text never worked. I bought this number to use for a biz. Text never worked. Followed instructions, but it simply failed. Cancelled it before the first week was up. They immediately billed me the next day for a month’s service.

Affordable. Does not offer an auto attendant feature.
