Stay in the light and avoid the dark.. If you prefer the new iOS 13.x dark mode you’ll discover this app REALLY likes the dark side too much. It pretty much just displays a black screen as you delve into the app to update data entry. The load page and main ticket page display well, but the area in which you actually enter data is black. It looks as though for now until the app is patched to properly display the dark mode, it’s best to stay on the lighter side of things. I hope it gets corrected soon, as the light screens are blinding when updating a ticket past 10pm in your car.

POORLY DESIGNED GARBAGE!!!. Crashes constantly, does not upload pictures after wasting tremendous time. Very garbage app!

Mechanic1. Absolutely worst work order app I’ve ever used, crashes, freezes, when you click a work order it brings you back to the top of the list, or when you try to get off a job through time tracking, it won’t let you complete incomplete or anything, then you waste your breath here writing a bad review on the errors that the creators will never correct or make right, worthless staff worthless creators and worthless junky app highly 1 million percent do not recommend!!!!!

Not a good app.. That says it all.

Technician App. A great app for technicians to quickly track time on site and efficiently communicate service resolution.

Needs changes. Whoever the designers are of this app needs to mask crap off. Or they need to install I do not acknowledge on it. Because unfortunately I have to acknowledge to proceed with my ticket. I do not acknowledge it. Needs to be taken down or do not acknowledge needs to be installed along beside it. Do your research about this subject, not what cdc says

Location service is a joke. Location service is a joke. Keeps finding me in a completely different state.

Would like to give it zero stars. Totally doesn’t work, I can see why it is scoring so low. Outside contractors that we have always used to do specialized work in our facilities, have dumped us since we switched to this service.

Worse CMMS out there!. Horrible product! Only reason I’m using it is because we have no choice. If you have another option go that route. You’ve hit rock bottom already if your using this. 1 word description=CRASH

Waste. Guarbage app always has issues

Crap. How about you put the gps point in the right place so we can check in and not use your garbage ivr.

5 negative stars is the most accurate review. Crashes constantly, error messages all of the time, awesome app if you like watching the little wheel spin for up to 10 minutes at a time. Poorly designed, the most disorganized work platform app I’ve ever used! often runs extremely slow then crashes, every action you make shoots you back to the top of your work orders list, literally I was training in a technician and he was able to repair equipment faster then I could even create the work orders, the support staff are worthless, if you truly want productivity from your technicians then choose Corigo or any other platform, there’s no way it could be any worse then this pile of junk.

Thumbs Down. The app was working fine all day but then drove 2 hours to my next stop and there is a message that says “API call rejected by security permissions”. I have no clue what it means and I hadn’t done anything different than I always have. I was never able to check in to my work order. The app just seems very slow and buggy as well.

Zero stars. Service channel and it’s app are not user friendly. Would not recommend it to anyone. I’ve notified my clients that Our company will not utilize service channel. It’s been one hiccup after another. Two thumbs down.

Doesn’t work. There’s several listings on my company and none of them work. Wasted my time

Terrible update. Too confusing for most users The last version was perfect Why mess with it???

Horrible bugs. Imagine the embarrassment of wanting your customer to sign a signature and your app crashes. Or the app wont even load. Or the app crashes and saves none of your lengthy typed invoice. This is what you get with this app. Good luck.

Next to useless, frustrating, coders should quit and dig ditches.. Continues to throw different errors almost EVERY time I attempt to either login a job or exit a job. I don’t know where this pile of feces decided to pull photos from for upload. There is no way to stop upload and it can’t/won’t look in the photo album. While I am using it suddenly has data errors and can’t/won’t continue. I am using the dial in IVR and if customers insist I use this…. well I have other customers that don’t demand I frustrate myself and will continue to be my customers while SC Provider demanders can bugger off.

System needs revamped. As a technician, I hate using this system with my customers that have it. It’s slow and cumbersome. I try to close out work orders and it says it closed and sends it but it’s still on my screen , still clocking time in the ticket. No updates available. Just a frustrating system to use. It’s gps based for me to log in and out of tickets but there are times I’m infront of the building and it won’t reconiZe that I’m there. And if Im inside the building it says I’m nowhere close. Recommend finding another alternative. This one has more problems then it’s worth. Sounds good, but using it all the time I’ll tell you it seems like it was built in the 90s and really needs a update.

Trash. App is garbage. Won’t let me log into my account or let me register at all. Worked fine before your update.....

Junk. Just like another person has stated, I was parked in front Of the building and it said I was miles away however, my gps showed my actual location. This app cost me time and frustration. Highly not recommended. KP

Solid app. Easy to navigate and we use this hundreds of times a month.

Excellent. Great application to do my work orders

Constant Issues. The app does not load the menu after logging in with a PIN. Closed all apps, restarted phone, checked current software, deleted and re-downloaded the app, and it still doesn’t work. Information related through this app is used as verification for my work performed, and I will now have to jump through some hoops to make sure I’m paid properly. iPhone 7; iOS 13.3.1

Works very well. We use this app hundreds of times a month. Works almost flawlessly. The only other review mentions he has an STD . If you have sweaty hands or you are having others handle your phone, l suggest that you wipe your down regularly. 😂

The worst ever. Super slow, don’t refreshing background running so when you look something from another apps and after a quick turn back to the app, it’s not continue from where you left and starting all over again.

Terrible! The End.... Why do you need to break what worked fine? DO NOT STOP THE OLD APP THAT WORKED PERFECT ON JULY 10th! FIX YOUR JUNK AND GET IT RIGHT!!!!!!!

Allow check in/out without location services enabled. My billing time does not always start on a job site, in which case this app is useless and we must use the telephone line. My techs are at work to fix things, not to gripe with an overdeveloped app for a service that our clients unfortunately utilize. Please advise, thank you.

Unorganized. Put your newest work order at the bottom so if you have multiple old work order that are kept on, you must scroll to the middle/bottom of the page to find current work order. Does not delete old work orders that are completed or atleast give you an option to remove them off your work order list.

It doesn’t pull up jobs. One star because it doesn’t have ads. But it doesn’t do anything.

Update. Just did the latest update and app won’t update. Please fix ASAP

Awful Service. We are a provider and utilize service channel through one of our customers. We have never had a issue with billing, invoicing our client or bookkeeping. This app and service is inconsistent, uses unnecessary steps that are a waste of time and have caused thousands of dollars in delayed billing with lost invoices. The customer service appears to be automated and unhelpful. We comply with several other management apps for our business and this is by far the worst service.

Worthless. I am get up in the troubles with the Service Channel app. I am talk to some of their software engineers until I’m blue in the face, I can not close out of tickets on a iPhone 13 Pro.

Not a good platform. Tons of problems.. If your customer requires you to use this platform to get paid. Find a new customer.

Be prepared to waste TONS of time watching a circle spin. Read the reviews and 90% of them are spot on correct. This app is absolutely horrible. Be prepared to waste tons of time watching load screens and error messages. Little to no positive aspects to service channel at all other than being able to add photos and/or videos to your work orders (which helps you cover yourself on occasion), however other than that this work order system is complete garbage.

Frustrating and tedious. Frustrating and tedious, much like their parent company. App sometimes works. Today it logged me out before I was finished and I see no recourse to correct. No answer at help line. Based on previous experiences phone support rarely picks up, god help you if you call after hours. App tracks your physical location. Another added layer of bureaucracy to help corporate keep costs down as I’m sure some folks would rather just short themselves on their labor than try to deal with this.

How are y’all so terrible!. My number one vendor uses y’all and y’all are horrible. You really need to reinvest in your own company and get the software together to make things more efficient. I will do everything in my power to make my top three vendors change from y’all to another company.

Terrible. You guys seem to screw something up with each new update. I can’t check into anything with this new update today.

Time waster. This app is slow and very clunky to use I waste a lot of time waiting for it to load its way through opening and closing work orders and when their server crashes or you have an issue you would have better luck asking your service wrench for tech support the call center people are very nice but there is quite a language barrier there. Overall this company is junk but I’m sure the only thing the bean counters at corporate see is the bottom line

Useless. App opens up and says it needs to update when the app is running the current version.

Get it together. I don’t know if it’s the app itself or the people in charge of putting in the information, but I’m sitting on the job site unable to find the job site in the app. The app that you use a GPS to make sure you were on the correct job site cannot find the job site that I am sitting on….What is the point of having a GPS I have to make sure you’re on the job site if the GPS can’t find a job? This is clearly the product of a bunch of incompetent bean counters looking for ways to waste time to justify their existence.

Does not work. We have several open work orders (even with crews on site) and this app doesn’t show any work orders at all. Unusable.

Wish this App wasn’t so bad. As an HVAC Tech, I use IVRs for many customers. I finally decided to give this app a try instead of having to call the automated service which can sometimes be a pain. First problem is this app crashes a lot. Secondly, the “Geofence” is terrible. I couldn’t check into a site for which I was standing on their roof because the service channel app pinned the location several hundred yards away in the middle of the woods; so I had to call the IVR. At least allow us to move the marker if it’s incorrect.

Time waster. Once again is making me loose company's time because of your bad software !

Horrible. When I’m working outside in 100° weather, the last thing I want to do is use my customers phone while I have sweat dripping off my body. I tried logging in 2 work orders today through the app and the system could not find them. You need to fix this problem.

Owner/service technician. Not sure what the problem is, almost every account that requires us to use this app for log in/out tracking purposes never seems to work, can’t find WO # or tracking #, really a waste of time.

Unable to keep Log in. For over a month, this app has been asking all my employees to log out every time they open the app and making them enter all Tracking Numbers, and it gives a message about the app being unable to reach the servers; is this going to be fixed anytime soon this bug is causing a lot of trouble. I'll update my rating once it's fixed!

No but problems. After loading a work order it sometimes will not allow you to complete it a couple of hours later and you have to call in to complete it. Waste of time. Save your money.

Horribly Maintained. This app works terrible. Even though you clock out the timer keeps going and doesn’t record. The app freezes constantly and requires multiple times to clock in or out because there is an error code. This app needs a lot of work. Why release an app that doesn’t work? Please fix!!!!

Horrendous app. The amount of problems experienced with this app has reached comical proportions. For a month now, the provider hasn’t been able to solve any of a dozen issues our team is experiencing. Instead, new problems have risen. I’ve tried the app on both iOS and Android with similar problems. Yet, the provider continues to blame updates and hardware, in spite of our team being up to date on both the app’s latest version and phone’s latest version, across multiple models of phones. Never had any issues with CorrigoNet. This is simply pathetic.

Can’t check out. I’ve submitted inquiry after inquiry about the app not allowing check out. I can check in with no problems but when the job is done I can’t check out it’s just stuck on the resolution code screen. I can’t use the store phones either because I’m having trouble with main system as well

Last update not good. 1904.1 update won’t let me deselect locations. Always get “an error has occurred”. The Android version works. Also, when you post notes, your email is no longer listed to get a copy.

FIXED - Those who logged in with a PIN faced an error message about update required even if you have the last app version installed. This error appeared when you entered the wrong PIN. We've corrected the message, and now it says: The UserID or Password you entered is incorrect, please try again. - Upon adding an attachment on a new work order, if you didn't allow access to photos, the app crash occurred. This won't happen anymore.
