Needs Improvement. Very disappointed that you need a membership to access important data about your child... Also very annoying that at a certain point it stops tracking your log inputs. Is this because I didn’t buy the premium package? The layout of the app is quite nice though. Only app improvement I would make is display the times of the log tabs instead of “xx minutes ago”. 2 star review solely on the fact that they want you to give them your money so you can keep better track of your baby’s habits.

not great.. App was missing some key things like being able to track breast pumps working on 2 breasts simultaneously. The word poppy instead of poppy which seems crass but is annoying. Big issue “ where do I go to cancel my trial before you charge me!?!” It shouldn’t be this difficult. Also when I click “support” an email window opens and then Immediately closes. I need to cancel my trial.

There are some issues that needs to be resolved. I actually like this app but there are few issues. For instance, there is no way you can edit something, instead you have to delete it on order to have the correct info reflected. The sleeping timer stops once you get out of the app. Also, the pumping option only allows you to time one side at a time, I use a double pump.

Glitches more then it works. I wish I could get a refund for my subscription I got. This app didn’t work more often by a lot than the times that it did. I am finding a new app.

App glitching. Your app is currently glitching despite not having a needed update. It regularly asks me to “subscribe to pro” despite me already being subscribed and currently it won’t open. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my phone. Still not working. It is currently 3:45am btw.

Nice but disappointed. Love the app but disappointed that you can keep track of baby’s height and weight

Not very user friendly. I did the premium version of this app and wished I hadn’t. Not worth the cost. Inputting ounces a baby drank is a slider and it can take up to a few minutes to finally have it land on the ounces you want to input. Not very user friendly. Editing your history is a hit or Miss. Deleting an activity doesn’t even delete the one you’re on, it deletes whatever your last input is. If you go back and edit a feeding and say you want to change how many minutes she breastfeed on one side, it will end up changing the overall time you started the initial feeding session. Very frustrating. You’d be better off with Huckleberry.

Simple to use but sleep tracking is inaccurate. At first, the baby tracking features look promising. I wanted an app that gives good insight on sleeping / eating averages, which this app does. But the dashboard the shows: last time for sleeping, shows the time of the start of last nap instead last time baby woke up. There’s a typo in diapers: it states “Poppy” the correct spelling is “poopy. I see most of the recent reviews for this app is related to the music, which I don’t care for. For $25/year, this app could be better developed. And they make it difficult to cancel your trial - it’s hard to find from your app settings

Entries and support outside of Facebook. Is there a way to edit entries in the roadmap? Currently if a mistake was made, I need to delete the entry and enter everything again. Additionally, is there an option to keep the screen on? Having my hands full, I would prefer not having to pick up the phone and unlock it to track something. Leaving this as a review because the App Support link takes me to a Facebook page. Do you have an email address for those who don’t use Facebook?

Love it... BUT.... It really needs some glitches fixed. I would buy it but I can’t set reminders... Which I would use ALOT but it doesn’t seem to work. I don’t really use the songs. I really just like the layout and how easy it is. I also would like to see maybe you can edit the activities instead of having to delete something if it’s wrong. Also please fix that you can be pumping both left and right side at the same time instead of adding the time for both making it incorrect. Also adding a Newborn size diaper would be great. If these all got fixed this app would be PERFECT. Until then I will keep looking a different one that works all the way.

Not made by moms!. I entered the first feeding and it unlocked lullabies that immediately started playing at full volume and woke my just-fallen-asleep baby. Not helpful - deleting minutes after downloading. Update: I got an email from the developer that they are working to fix this.

Some problems. So far even though I bought all the different moods it's not letting me download the ones I unlocked it just keeps asking me to rate the app.

Last Feed/Change doesn’t auto update.. Please fix this. Every time I open the app I have to tap into the last feed then go back in order for it to refresh.

Sync devices. I love the way this app looks and the fact that it covers all the bases: feeding, pooping, sleeping, pumping. However, I cannot share this with his father and his grandmother who also need to see his stats!! Is there anyway this can be added to an update? I would pay for this app if I could share it and add womb sounds, ocean waves, and rain storms to the sounds.👍🏽 other than that I loooovve this app!

Two major bugs need fixing.. 1. I own the pro account but every few days a banner will appear at the top of my screen that advertises the pro account. When this banner is present I cannot add and feeds, diaper changes, or log sleep. I can try to log it, fill in all the info but it will not show on the home page when I complete the log. I have to exit the app and restart it in order for the banner to go away and to be able to continue logging. 2. Anytime I try to click the bell notification in the top right corner my screen goes black and the app closes. I have found no solution to aid this, it literally always closes the app down.... Every. Single. Time. I did not pay for the pro version for these kinds of glitches to happen. I’ve been using the app for nearly 3 months and this has not been fixed.

Initial response. It’s great so far but the articles aren’t scrolling, so I’m only reading part of the information,

It works. The app itself is really not an app but a glorified cd, with the ability to buy more songs. It does’t really have any features at all. Then why am I giving it 5 stars? Because the songs work. They saved us from countless sleepless nights and bad car trips. Just put the songs on and our daughter calms right out and goes to sleep.

Not worth the money or your time. I paid for the full subscription thinking that I would have access to all my login information and history, and I can’t access the history for the previous date. Very upsetting when you are relying on it, and can’t access the full history. Also, the sleep timer it’s not always accurate, has a lot of glitches. I have Contacted them in regard to this issue, and haven’t gotten any response. This app is not worth buying, not even downloading the free version

Stoped working. I loved this app from the start. It’s so hard for me to keep track. But it stopped working. It says it was successfully added, and no feedings or diaper changes are actually displayed.

App needs work!. I downloaded yesterday to track when I breastfeed, and I just unsubscribed and deleted the app. For whatever reason the feeds are only saving sometimes, which is frustrating. I’ll try a different app out!

Mon and dad. So my wife and I are trying to find out how to both have access to the same information, but can’t seem to do it without logging in with my google ID or hers. We do not really want to merge data between phones. Any other way to link both of us without sharing google login?

Baby Tracker Review. This app is great but it should be collaborative between parents and update go the cloud when either makes an entry.

This is a trap!. Don’t get this, it’s a trap, they’re going to automatically charge me $23+ if I can’t figure out how to cancel. The terms of service said I can cancel in “account settings” but that doesn’t appear to be something you can access from the App.

Disappointed. Every time I use the app to keep track of how long I’m breastfeeding, it crashes and I lose track of how long I’ve been feeding. I want my money back because the only reason I have this app is for that feature. Extremely frustrating.

Spousal help. Love the app but would be very helpful if other parent/ spouse could be added to the app so they can log information in as well.

No shared access. I really wanted to use this app - its UI is very clean and simple unlike some of the other options which are cluttered with unnecessary elements. The show stopper was the inability to share access between two people. Seems like a huge oversight as all the other apps provide this functionality.

Fantastic but. It would be nice for the ability of the other spouse/parent to be able to login and update on their end as well. Another suggestion would be for the ability to edit entries instead of remove and enter. Also on the feeding, some times it’s hard to move the line to the exact amount. A link or option to bring up a keypad would be better.

Free version is useless. Premium version is still useless.. There are numerous better apps available for tracking your baby. This app allows you to enter and track feedings and diaper changes and sleep but viewing the information you’ve entered is difficult/impossible. You get so frustrated that you try out the premium version for their two week free trial and find it to be just as useless and even more frustrating and DO not believe them when they say the will remind you about your trial period ending prior to charging your card.

Glitchy and unreliable. I started using this app since the day my son was born. For the first week it worked fine but once our subscription kicked in ($23 for a year with all benefits unlocked) it either wouldn’t save entries, the time stamps for naps and feeding would be wildly different, and the app never updates so you have to close it down and reopen just to see how long it’s really been since your child ate or slept etc. with the time, say I started the timer when my son went to sleep, when I’d go to turn off the time, maybe an hour or so later, to save the amount of time he’d slept itd say a ridiculous amount. 2000 minutes plus. For $23 this is a waste of money and only causes frustration. Only reason I gave it two stars is because for the first week out of three I used it, it was fantastic.

Not recording feedings. Just downloaded this app and already have tried several times and can not get it to record a manually entered feeding time. Keeps going back to 0 min on both sides no matter how many times I try to enter a feeding. Pointless!! Beyond irritating

Good but please make a edit option. The interface is great, easy to use, but it really need a edit opinion for the entries. Other thing is missing; is important to me, know the time of the entry not “x hours ago”. Thanks, hope to fix that soon.

Nice UI, bad UX. The app looks really nice but doesn’t seem developed by actual users. Can’t properly edit things, can’t set start time on breastfeed timers, stops breastfeed timer if you change screen, has a button to remove entries (swipe was invented a decade ago) but no edit.. this was from first 3 minutes of using it.

Overly complicated. Too many taps clicks, the Baby Tracker Pro app is much more streamlined which is what parents need- something that keeps data logged and allows you to input quickly. Still need to fix the word “poppy” to “poopy”. Biggest issue, I emailed you guys and you’ve yet to respond- you billed me for an annual subscription when I only authorized a 7 day free trial. You billed me the same day I started the 7 day “free trial”. If you want to respond- please respond to my email not on here.

Needs improvements. My baby was born this week and the doctor recommended that I download an app to track feedings, pees, and poops. I wanted something simple and easy to read/input. Unfortunately, the input was easy (though you NEED an edit feature), but the history is terrible. I recommend showing time for each event instead of just “x hours ago”. Also, the history needs to be able to go back more than a day. Im bummed to have diligently tracked everything over the last day and have nothing to speak to at the doctors today. Another recommendation is that Insights should include diaper changes. Otherwise, very buggy and saw some spelling mistakes. (See insights page). Didn’t personally need the music or additional features

Insight needs a facelift. App is good, but not great. The insight section doesn’t even tell me the total oz given in a day. It gives you averages but that’s not what I need. Am I supposed to count the total ounces myself? That’s pretty weak if you ask me. You guys should look into making this change. Everything else is good.

Clean Interface. Pros: I like this app. Very clean interface. Straight to the point. Cons: Does not show real time - example if you fed the baby at 4:30pm it won’t show that. It will show 20 minutes ago or 2 hours ago or 19 hours ago etc. It would be nice for the app to show the actual time. Babies run on schedules and it would be extremely helpful if this feature was implemented. Cons: If you enter an incorrect time for example or you enter incorrect oz you cannot edit. The only option is to delete that entry and re type all the information again. It’s annoying. Waiting for an update will give 5 stars

Love/Hate This App. I would not recommend this app to anyone because it constantly crashes and you will lose all of the data you have had. I have tried this app twice because when it works properly, it’s wonderful, but after a month or so, it freezes and stops working. I could not restore the info that I had saved, so this app is ultimately crap.

No syncing. Wish I could sync w other people actively engaged in all her little life activities. My spouse does half the work… However aside from not being able to link the accounts the layout is lovely and very user friendly

Could be way better. Logging information is messy. If you forget to stop feeding clock, then log it later but correct the time, it will post it then. No time stamps on anything. Temperature is in Celsius. Just not what I was needing in an app like this.

Amazing App-. I think the app is amazing! Super easy to use, convenient and I love the colors/design/layout of the app itself! I think it’s the most user friendly, and the most efficient! However I didn’t give it a 5 star because I would love for it to have an Apple Watch App! That would take it to a 5 Star level for me! I love the hands free option of not having to reach for my phone for the middle of the night feedings! If they could make that happen, it would be 5 ⭐️ all the way!

Not registering all entries. This app is useful but has a lot of problems. Its not registering all the feeds and diapers. Sometimes I have to enter things manually multiple times. I also subscribed to the full access and it still hasn’t given me the full functionality.

Buggy & Incomplete. This app has potential but unfortunately, it lags and seems like someone had really good ideas but gave up making the app halfway through. The visual data charts don’t work correctly. The articles aren’t readable— you can’t scroll down on them. This app is easy to log & view the number of times things happen. But falls short on all these other ends and on showing my baby’s overall trends. The most important thing for me as a new mother is to see the average of times my baby is asleep in order to plan my days around it and be as productive as possible within the small times while she’s asleep.

No Way to cancel subscription or contact developer. I was automatically subscribed to this app though I was not happy with it (even deleted it off my phone before realizing I was charged for the year)and there is no direct way to contact anyone or cancel the subscription. I have tried the available email and the developer email and have not received any responses. I don't even know how to ensure this app doesn't charge me again in a year! I've looked and looked for ways to contact any support to no avail. If anyone can direct me I would be very gracious.

Needs Improvement. The app has a lot of glitches where I’ll have to force close in order for it to work or sometimes I’ll have a feeding or sleep timer going and the app will just quit and I lose that information. I don’t like that you can’t view the previous month in the history section because that’s the entire point of me recording everything for so long. There also isn’t a feature for my husband to add the app so he can edit if I’m away. It’s disappointing that I had to pay for the app before finding out this information. For the most part it does it’s just it just needs some fixing.

Great app, but….. This app is great to track sleep, changing, and feedings, also has good articles to read for new parents. Love that. I wish there was a place to track bath-time and playtime though. As well as a place to write notes in, like if they spit up while feeding. Or woke up for 5 mins and went back to sleep. For $24 a year I think there should be just a little more features. Over all though, it’s a good app. I would recommend to new parents to track these categories.

Buyer Beware. You can’t share info with your spouse. Wish I would have known this prior to purchasing. Also, there’s another Baby Tracker app out there that this one may be trying to imitate. Not sure, but I was told from our pediatrician that the “Baby Tracker” app does allow you to share data across parents and anyone you choose.

Do your research. App is alright, but don’t go straight into buying the full access. You have to average all the numbers yourself and once the 14 day free access is up it stops logging in the information. It helped me, but I wish I did my diligent research before jumping into this app.

Not worth paying.. I loved this app during my free trial. Once the subscription started and I began paying, the app timer no longer worked for feedings. I have to use the stopwatch on my phone to time it which is annoying. I paid $23 for the year, and the timer on the app uses to work great. Also, it is stuck on the “right” breast for last fed even if I mark that the left was used. So I have to remember on my own and can’t rely on the app since it won’t update. Overall, it’s a good app. But it’s not worth paying it if it’s not going to work correctly.

Absolutely horrible - do not recommend. This app continuously closes and does not store data, I would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is also horrible and they have been 0 help in assisting with a full subscription refund. Do not waste your time with this horrible app!

Disappointed. Very disappointed. App crushes at least few times a day. I need to remember when I put my baby to sleep because a lot of times app stop tracking. When you’re pumping doesn’t let you log in amount of milk you pumped.. Wish I can get my money back!

Continues prompting for upgrade. The soo is great but regularly fails to allow me to access data and displays a banner to ‘upgrade to pro’ which I have done and paid for, still the app prompts and fails to allow data to be input.

Good app. It is a good app. We can have 2 free categories of songs and there are timer too to suit our need, i reckon it will be good for lullaby time. Good response from the developer when I had trouble with my purchase. It still to expensive for me if I am gonna fully unlocked tho, that's why it's only 4 stars

“Free trial” barely lets you trial anything. Very disappointed with the 7 day free trial as 2 days in it will not allow me to access any past data logged or see graphs of baby’s routine as promised. Hardly a trial but a scam to get people to sign up/subscribe and be charged. May I please receive information on how to ensure I am not charged at the end of this 7 day period ASAP?

Glitch. Why won’t it allow me to access my history?

Hard to use. Only has relative time on feeds so hard to track what you have logged. Needs work to make it easier to use. Very clunky

Can’t Cancel Subscription. We started a free trial and then decided not to continue using the app. Unfortunately there was no coherent way to cancel the subscription and we were charged the 35 dollars despite reaching out to the dev team. We were assured after that our subscription had been cancelled but we just received notification by apple we are about to be charged again. Even when we redownload the app and went through the website and there is no way to cancel or even contact the dev team. This seems to be the only way. We have no problem with the app, it’s great. We just want to cancel our subscription. We have had to cancel our card connected to this account so we don’t get charged again. Super happy to remove this review once we can sort this out.

Glitches with recording key metrics - needs work. Overall the app is good, however I often encounter glitches when recording feeds and sleeps and I have to exit the app and restart to refresh and then re-enter the stats. This is incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of having the app to record the information. Please update to rectify glitches ASAP.

False details. When first downloading the app you mention it is $24.99 this is also mentioned in your terms and conditions & “fine print” when charged it is actually $34.99 so you need to get your details right and offer a refund to everyone been over charged...

Terrible app. The app doesn’t work properly unless you purchase a subscription, even then when you do it still doesn’t work to its full efficiency as it tries to tell you to “unlock pro access”. I have to constantly re add in information because it doesn’t save or deletes it. Terrible app & waste of money - I want a refund.

Very Buggy. I’ve paid for this app and am getting more disappointed each day. I use it constantly to track feeds and diaper changes. “Insights Daily is not updating, I have to click on weekly and then back again to see what my Daily feed summary is. I also cannot see the history properly. My app looks to be stuck in September for details.

Do not download - you will be billed 30+ dollars. The app itself is just like any other, however once downloaded, your offered a free trial. At the end of the period when you have forgotten about it, they deduct 34 odd dollars with no notification, any company with moral fibre would suspend the service until the next time your in the app and allow you to actively choose to pay. Disgracefully taking family's money with no option to refund. -your response to my review explained how to unsubscribe. You avoided the part where you could easily suspend the service at the end of the trial and allow the person to "choose" "authorise" you to deduct the money. If you were confident and stood behind your app you would be confident people will pay. You are not, therefore you automatically deduct it and hide behind fine print in the terms and conditions. Very disappointing.

Buggy. The app initially seemed great, but the sleep timer often doesn’t work or resets or puts in random times, and if you hit pause on the feeding timer it resets back to zero. Not helpful

The best app to keep track. I have a medical son and with all of the services that involved like his appointments with compass allied health including physio, speech, dietitian, OT, and Nextsense for his ophthalmologist (Vision) I can keep up to date with when his last feed was or nappies changes and I don’t have to scratch my head trying to remember when I last gave him Panadol or Nurofen or his teething moments or when he has a headache Is recommended this app to new parents or parents that are out there I wish I had come across this app earlier

Great concept, needs fixing.. The app worked great at the beginning, was worth the money until now. Every time I open the app to check the timer and see how long it’s been, the app has turned off the timer and I have absolutely no idea how long it’s been. Very frustrating.

Doesn’t work for multiples. Only does one baby

Very glitchy. Since buying the app it has been regressing in functionality. I can’t review history, buttons don’t work anymore, it doesn’t up date the time eg I have to close the app and restart it every time I need to check times between last activity and next activity- can I have my money back for this garbage

Needs work. I like the features it provides but when your time anytime like pumping or baby sleeping I can’t work out how keep the timer running without it being opened, even if it’s the timer is opened when my phone locks itself the timer stops. I want to be able to go in and out while the timer is running or even set a count down. The app is also super slow when going to different sections. I definitely wouldn’t be paying for a subscription for this app especially for the price. It’s way to expensive.

It’s a scam. This app is a scam! Automatically subscribes to pay!! There’s no option to cancel it!

Keeps crashing. This app keeps showing that I have a notification, but when I try to click on the notifications the whole app crashes. It also is very difficult to work out how to cancel your subscription (I’m still trying!).

Needs work. This app needs a lot of updates and work. When you try and use a lot of stuff it glitches and is very basic quality. The basis of that app is there and good but if they took the time and updated a lot more features it would be better. It’s like going back to using the first ever iPhone that came out when you’ve been using an iPhone 8!

SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Automatically subscribes you by getting you to click “continue” instead of “skip” buried in fine print. $35 and useless. Deceitful. Will be taking this further. Do not want a response from the developer unless it’s a refund.

Feed amounts change. Feed amounts not accurate. If I put in 150ml, it changes it to 149ml, then if I make it 151ml, it keeps it at 151ml. Doesn’t seem to like the amounts I feed

App Issues. I was really enjoying this app but in the last couple of days it’s stopped working for me. Anytime I enter a feed or a diaper change it doesn’t register it in my history. It also crashes when I try to look at my charts. I’m pretty disappointed because I had tried a lot of tracking apps and this one was my favourite. Fix these bugs please!

Didn’t agree to subscription. I also don’t recall agreeing to be charged for this app, I deleted it and checked my subscriptions and was charged 30$. I have no use for it.

Dont waste your money. The main purpose of this app is to store data and I cannot tell you how many times it has failed to do this for me.

Attempting to cancel subscription. Cannot find how to end the subscription. Complicated cancelling makes it difficult to trust the app overall.

Scam.. DO NOT PAY FOR APP!! I have paid for the app (a years subscription) and I haven’t got any access to the history, I have to change the unit from mls to oz every single time I use the app. It Doesn’t load update. The subscription sign keeps coming up asking me to pay AGAIN! I’ve emailed a number of times with absolutely no response. I can only assume it is a scam.

Can’t edit logs. I find it very annoying that you cant edit your logs. It only gives you the option to delete.

I wanted to love this app. I wanted to love this app, especially since having to pay $23.99 for it. But it never works properly. When i try to view history it closes out the app. Occasionally it will pop up on the top that i need to subscribe and pay $23.99 to unlock full access so i am not able to log when i breastfeed or change a diaper. It is super frustrating and i will be cancelling my subscription and find another app that will work properly.

Inaccurate timer data. Keeps starting the timer over during my feedings. Good concept, but doesn’t work for me if it keeps losing my data.

Doesn't play. I paid $10 to unlock all of the songs. When I press play on any of the playlists it doesn't do anything. The only playlists that work are the free ones.

Has potential but lacking for a $23 app. There is so much potential for this app. I would say Igor off the bat, it is not worth the purchase. Sometimes logged sleep doesn’t register, you can’t edit previous logs and sometimes even when you enter in logs for nursing or sleep, they may not register correctly. Specifically for nursing logs, the timer sometimes resets itself when logging breastfeeding and you have to put an estimated time. For diaper changes it would be helpful if you can go see an overview of total diapers, total feels and total number of wet vs poop diapers. Right now the highlights and overview feature lists every entry but no summary. Also adding multiple entries in case you missed a few is not easy to do for each of the high use features (nursing care, diaper or sleep). The music feature would be nice if they had nature or white noise. Also the picture feature is limiting and you can’t edits the pictures you select while in the app. Don’t purchase.

They lock you in.... I want to cancel my subscription and they don’t make it easy! HELP, I need to cancel!

Great!. The songs are great my baby loves them and it definitely calmed her down I recommend this app for anyone with babies

I like it, but.... I like this app, but before I could change the type of subscription I was using, I got charged for the Pro unfortunately. I wish I could call and get this refunded for the quality I am getting... For an app that is making me pay $30/year, it would be useful if they fixed the glitches. I have been using for nearly three weeks and I STILL can’t remove the history or the app shuts down. You can only remove the last 5 “sessions”. Otherwise, it’s a nightmare for someone who is trying to accurately track. I’m so OCD and completely annoyed I have to track in my notes an entire day in case I accidentally made a mistake and have to delete half a day just to fix my one session since I don’t notice until I’m in the stats page. Things that would drastically improve the app: 1. I wish the app creators would allow the option to edit rather than just remove when an error is made in tracking. 2. Fix the glitches... seriously. Why am I paying for a glitchy app? I can’t even remove an incorrect session from my history. 3. Would rather have the sessions recorded at the specified time which I have to enter rather than “45 mins ago” or “2 hours ago” as sometimes it rounds and I would rather know the actual time to plan my pump, sleep, and feed times accurately for my baby. 4. Stats for pumping for moms who are tracking how pumping is going and volume add up per day/week/etc. Overall, this app is easy to use, however, still room for improvement to make it much more useful for detailed moms.

To cancel subscription. Follow the instructions below to cancel the reoccurring subscription from your mobile device: 1. Enter your device Settings and scroll to find iTunes & App Store 2. Tap on your Apple ID 3. Tap on View Apple ID 4. Scroll to find Subscriptions 5. Under "Active" subscriptions, tap on Baby Tracker and Cancel Subscription In case anyone wants to cancel their subscription prior to being charged $24 for a year of service.

Works everytime. My baby loves this music and hours to sleep every night with it. I have enjoy it as well. I like the nature should on the background, and I like that we can listed to it even after the phone goes to sleep or when you look at other apps. Good app to have.

Can’t check the history.. Please fix the problems I’ve been reporting for 2 weeks but it’s still doesn’t work. I can’t be able to check the history.

Can't figure out how to purchase.... How do I purchase specific categories of music in the app?!

History tracking. Since the update on 1/5/2022, I have not been able to view history beyond the date that I am currently on. I cannot see what is “yesterday” and beyond that. This is unacceptable

Calculation off. Not a lot of inisghts, plus the calculation is off. I've done 4 feedings so far with an average of 3.6 oz and a total of 14.5oz. The app says 106oz avg and 426oz total. So it's basically showing the mL instead of oz. Not very useful.

Caution!. I downloaded this app on February 1, and was immediately charged the $23.99 yearly subscription—no 1 week free trial. I’ve tried to cancel and adjust the app settings, but they do not work as I don’t have an a count set up and can’t create one. Additionally, the timers don’t even work unless you remain in the app—when baby is sleeping or eating, all I can use my phone for is BabyTracker. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the complete lack of customer service on top of a baby tracking app that doesn’t track!

Can’t See Previous Montb. It’s September 1st. And I can’t see the data/history for yesterday or anything in August! Am I missing something??

Scammed me, stole my money, relaunched same app. I downloaded this app about a year ago. I paid to unlock all the songs. The app I purchased is no longer supported and it freezes and closes as soon as I open it. I downloaded this identical app and it wants me to repay for all of the same songs I already bought. I now have the same app on my phone twice. One version freezes and closes and one wants me to repay for all the same songs I already bought. Stay away, they will probably do the same to you!

Only free version works. Do not purchase the individual playlist. I purchased them all and the only one that does work is the free version.

Baby app. Terrible app. It works fine for a while but then stops recording so you email them but nobody gets back to you. Waste of time

Ripped off.. I had this app all of 10 minutes and was not satisfied so I deleted. I was supposed to be on a free trial but they charged me the $23.99. I would like a refund!
