Horrible site now!!!. I stayed ordering off this app with no problems. Between the desktop site and mobile app. They both are horrible now. The glitches, whwn you go back to the previous page it takes you bavk to the top of the page making you have to scroll back through to find where you left off. Takes like 4/5 swipes to delete items out of you wish list on the app, 3 times to hit delete on the desktop site to remove things. I could go on. I barely order from site anymore. Everytime i get on the app it asks to restart it due to updates. But have yet to see an update. App just gets worse and worse.

WASTED THOUSANDS HERE. I haven’t ordered from PLT in 2 years because I only liked using the app as its more convenient to create and pick outfits. For 2 years though the app won’t even load the products. It says it’s loading and lags and no images of products show up. It’s so slow and just impossible to shop. Used to be my favorite store, I’ve spent thousands here. I always redownload this app every few months to see if they fixed it yet but after 2 years… seems like they just don’t care. Feel like the company should care more for their customers since all of their reviews are now horrible. It’s a simple issue yet they’ve done nothing to fix it for years. Loyal customer lost.

Functional and Clear!. Overall PLT’s app is concise and easy to navigate. It’s very easy to find categories for sizes, body shapes and color. The only thing that can have room for improvement is when you buy items, if you want to re look at them to show a friend or something, it doesn’t allow you to click on the items you ordered individually in the orders section. Keep up the good stuff, PLT!

Love the store, Hate the app!!!. There is nothing wrong with the store they have great clothing. The only thing is that the sizing can be a little weird, but that’s with every online store brand. My issue is with the app the app used to be very convenient and easy to use but recently, I have found issues where the app with log me out and it will take forever for me to log back in when I will try to log back in the screen won’t move all the way up to where I can no longer type in any information or even click to go to the next page which is very frustrating and forces me to go to the desktop website.

Pretty good but has their moments.... I love the styles I find on this site and the prices are not bad but sometimes they miss the mark with the quality. Their sizing is weird and takes very careful attention to details and time to figure out which makes it harder to shop with them sometimes. However, I’ve gotten it down pat for the most so I don’t usually have issues with fit. Now the quality of one of my last orders was surprisingly low and I hope that is not a continuous pattern for them. Returns with them have really been my biggest issue with this site. I gave 4 stars because I ultimately do love the items that I get from them when the quality, fit and price are right but when they are not it can be really annoying, which made me almost leave 3 stars but since I continue to order I’ll leave it as 4.

Love Shopping PLT, but the App though…. The 4 stars is for the store itself, I love the options they offer, I can shop for any occasion and in whatever budget I may be in at the moment. However, the app has glitches that make the shopping experience frustrating, to the point that I just close it and end up not buying anything. Idk what the correct term Would be for it, but the back feature once I’m on a single item, takes forever to go in effect. I have to keep on clicking on the back arrow forever, like it’s not sending my touch on the back arrow and sometimes once it finally kicks in it’ll go back 3-4 pages back, like it has a backlog. Also when I’m scrolling through a section, select an item for a closer look at the details and then go back it’ll take me back to the very top, so I have to scroll down forever to get to where I was. Sometimes I can’t even add an item to my bag, because it won’t let me select a size. The times that I have checked out is when surprising the app has been glitch free, but more often than not, it is. Please work on that, thank you!

Horrible, save yourself the stress!!. I ordered 4 outfits and one anklet I was suppose to receive my order at the latest in 2 weeks from when I ordered. It has now been 3 weeks now and no one has contacted me to let me know where my order is or what day it’s suppose to be here. I got no heads up about it being later than expected. I had plans that’s why I ordered the outfits and anklet and if I would’ve known it was going to take longer than expected and the Communication was gonna be bad. I would’ve shopped somewhere else. I have an account with them so I don’t understand why they can’t contact me about my order. I can’t even get the whereabouts on my order because the site and app can’t locate my order. Hopefully I get it and get to wear it so far it’s not looking good…. Save yourself the stress!

Never got my order. This was my first time ordering from PLT and I was pretty excited because the pants I wanted were on sale for Black Friday, I immediately ordered them. I got my confirmation email and everything. A few weeks later I go back into my email to check when the pants are coming when I see that PLT processed a refund for them? I have never asked for a refund on my order and by the way never got my money back either. I started emailing PLT through customer service and their app what happened and even gave them my confirmation number and order number. i never got a reply back from them and I was very annoyed with this company.

Low Quality. It’s very upsetting to spend my hard earned money on whether it’s $10 or $100 and wait for something to then receive it and it’s completely horrible. I ordered this dress at the beginning of March. And then didn’t receive it on the date I should have but a week later. And then to receive the item I ordered with a hole/rip in the stitching and for it to unlike the picture at all. If move I at all it completely shows my private areas. Never ordering from PLT again. I am not a person to leave bad reviews but this is really upsetting and frustrating that I ordered this dress for a special night out with my boyfriend and now I will have to find something else.

They sent my refund to the wrong card!!!!!!. I literally have proof of every email they sent me about my Order and how they received the items I shipped back. And so then they said it could take up to a month for me to get my cash back of $52. So a month past and I emailed them, and they basically said to check my card and Apple Card to see if the money was on there. I don’t have an Apple Card, I only use one card. So then they said check the card number ending in ****. That was not my card what so ever. So then they said contact the bank and try to send PLT a copy of what I bought. And now I’m waiting to hear from them. I don’t know if I’ll ever be ordering from here again. Very disappointed!!!!

Don’t. Just don’t. I ordered 100 worth of clothes(8 items) over a month and a half ago. I never received anything. After finally getting ahold of customer service through text, they told me there was an issue with the box being sent back to them. I told them they should work harder to make things right when shipping issues occur. do you know what they told me ? “Well you can just reorder” ugh! So after hours of trying to find everything I had on my first order, I could only find three of the things I initially wanted. It came out to 30 so I debated if I wanted to risk it.... I decided to give them a second chance and even paid for the faster shipping and guess what...... my package is now late and no shipping info. Just don’t. These “sales” aren’t worth wasting your time for things you will never receive and the customer service is horrible

SCAMMMMMMMM. Don’t even waste your time. If you’re in the USA they will debit you immediately. They will provide “tracking” information saying they cleared customs outgoing from Great Britain, then provide FedEx with a label for import to Jamaica Queens NY 3 days later. You will NOT get an update even though it’s the delivery date. FedEx with say delivery date pending... You’re shipment will not arrive on time. They will not cancel your order because “they process orders immediately” and therefore no cancellations. You’ll just end up disputing the charge on your card. Just go to a REPUTABLE site and pay the extra money. I ordered 2/21 and had a delivery date of 3/3 and it’s 3/5 with “pending delivery date”. I ordered from China the same day and got my delivery faster. GTH

As Frustrating as it is Inconsistent.. For starters, this is not a bad company. The quality of clothing is satisfactory, and the range of clothing is sufficient as well. Yet, there is one major problem. The website lacks a crucial feature, a comment section or a review segment. For a company to be as wide spread globally as they are, it is extremely pivotal to feature a feedback area to review clothing items. It is exceedingly frustrating to have to order something based off a body type that is very contrasting to mine, and assume a size that would be best fit. On top of that, it is exceptionally disappointing to receive that item, have it fit atrocious, and then have to PAY to ship it back to its origin country overseas. A simple review section would eliminate this problem. I shouldn’t have to expect to order down 2 sizes from my original size just so I know my clothing won’t be falling off; even considering the fact that I am 5”5 and 175lbs. PrettyLittleThing, if you’re not going to feature a review segment, then at least present models in various clothing size inclusivities for us girls who aren’t slender and 5’9 to compare our sizes to. I’ve been disappointed time and time again, even having to exchange an item up to 3 TIMES to get a correct clothing fit. This is my final straw with this company, my time is deserving elsewhere. Do better PLT.

Needs work. The app is always logging me out and when I try to log back in it says oops something went wrong, I can’t access my account therefore I can’t purchase something or add things to my wish list. Things in my wish list or shopping basket just disappear, these glitches are annoying and honestly make me use other apps. The SHAPE clothing runs sooo weird bought items in my size 6 and i could not fit the skirt over my thighs let alone my behind. The top was so small a 5 year old could probably fit into it and I wear a DD in bras. Returning is pathetic, they make you pay for shipping to make a return like really ??? So your better off just selling it cause by the time you handle the return and wait for a refund you don’t even want to shop there again.

Horrible🙄. Pretty little thing is very overrated. I understand that there are procedures every company has now due to covid-19 so shipping would take a little longer than usual. First off they gave me an invalid tracking number then gave me the correct one days later. Secondly my package got lost so it took even longer. Thirdly their customer service is just the worst. I emailed them and it took a while for me to get an response. I finally received the package may 28th and the package was just dirty and just in a bad shape overall. I ordered a couple of things and when I took them out the packs I was disappointed😕some of them were just to big and I ordered them in a medium and I ordered one dress and it was poorly stitched🤦🏽‍♀️the only good thing about the clothes the good quality fabric. But I will never ever order from here again. I really expected them to be a lot better but they left me very disappointed

Love the app/Inaccurate delivery dates. Pretty little thing is one of my favorite shopping apps. Their estimated delivery dates are never accurate and I hate how you can’t review the items. My favorite part of the app is that you can see the model in the clothes with their “catwalk” videos and I can usually figure out if I need to size up/down. They’re also on top of their restocks. Every time I order I’m always satisfied with each item!

3 major issues in 1 order - NEVER AGAIN. 1. One shirt arrived w/ a stain (thanks for the 25% discount in exchanges lol) 2. 2 items were missing. A mini skirt & a choker - patiently waited an additional 7 calendar days like 1 of the various the customer service reps on their FB Messenger told me to wait, was given a tracking number (that never got updated with shipment updates! It was never sent.) It still didn’t come, thennnnn I got my refund for the missing items that never came (the invoice was missing too) 3. The collar of a $21 shirt ($21 even after I applied my initial app discount) broke within 3 hours of wearing the shirt. Seriously, I know exactly, because I was on a date last night & it was highly embarrassing. The worst company I’ve ever ordered clothes from - I actually will never order clothes online again after having literally 3 different things go wrong in 1 order. Worst $128 I ever wasted. It takes me almost a full work day to earn that amount. Cheap fabric and as unprofessional as they come - you’d be better off buying clothes from Five Below. Never again.

Nice cloths but horrible customer service. There is NO phone number to contact them when there’s an issue with your order. They use WhatsApp but not everyone has WhatsApp and when you try to have an IM conversation with them, a different person responds each time. They don’t assign one agent to each conversation so this brings confusion. They start solving problems I didn’t ask for and they don’t solve the problem I originally asked them to resolve. This website blocks a lot a credit cards so u have pending charges but order never goes through. Also, once u use a card that doesn’t block this website the tracking never sends u updates. I checked tracking and it said there’s an issue with this shipment and shipping has been closed. Contacted customer service and they said don’t worry. I will worry bcz your website tracking said there’s an issue. Update: Returns are a nightmare! There’s a million things you have to download and tape on the package and you have to pay for the return! The return label usually gets sent to junk mail.

I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know if it’s this new update cause I had to update when trying to open my app. But now I can’t remove anything from my cart. It’s not removing it or updating my cart. I even went online to try on there but it’s the same thing. It’s really aggravating, I’m trying to get ready to check out & it’s doing this. Also for whatever reason I’ve never been able to check out on the app it never goes through with the purchase. I always have to go online and add everything back to my cart to check out these problems need to get fixed

Got an email confirmation but the purchase didn’t actually go through. From the app, it stated that the purchase didn’t go through but yet I received an email confirmation and a charge on my card. I called for confirmation on the purchase but was told the order didn’t go through and I actually had to re-buy everything. I am still waiting on my refund from the first attempt. They say it usually takes 5 days but it is still an inconvenience.

Shipping and customer service. I ordered two items for a trip I'm taking and i asked for USA Express shipping but the order was processed for USA Standard shipping witch means i won't receive my order till the day i leave and i leave at 5AM so i won't me able to receive my package! I asked could they change the shipping date & they said they can't change or cancel anything! So they didn't try to help fix my problem at all! I have to wait till the items get here, then i can get a refund. I still haven’t heard back from them! They respond once and don’t respond anymore. I really like this company but if there is a problem and they can't fix it before it even gets sent out then i won't shop here again

Prices. I legit downloaded the app when there was a really good sale going on and I had about 35 item in my cart all under $15. Jeans, tops, shoes, dresses, accessories. My total came up to about $330 which was really good. I got super excited cause I was about to get paid soon and I was gonna use that paycheck to get me a new wardrobe...today I look at my cart and $330 worth of items turned to $570 😭😭😭 the cute dresses and simple tops went from $4 to $22 and now I want to cry. Not leaving a bad review but I am really disappointed. Why is a plain crop top with 300 thread count $22?? I downloaded this app because I noticed the prices were a lot more reasonable for the quality than others but idk 😭😭😭 I just want to cry.

FIX THESE ISSUES. Don’t understand why online I’m seeing the same complaint and no resolve. I love PLT but to shop on the site is very tedious and time consuming so for me to pay $700 for my basket and add all thee additional things to my wishlist to come back to later and things are disappearing is upsetting. I literally had to screen record me going through my wishlist because everytime I go back later to buy I have to type and search things that should be saved. Also All I can see on my wishlist on the app is the first page of saved items….. if I want to view ALL items I saved, I have to go off the app into the regular search engine site and login. These problems need to be addressed.

“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL” Update. I wrote a review a week or so ago about how awful this company and customer service is. Never did I think it could get worse but it has. I ordered items on 11/30 which never showed up on the scheduled date of 12/14. I was then told I had to wait until 1/4/21 to receive a refund and that they would be crediting my $7.41 shipping on my $250 order. That credit was never received. On 1/4 I asked for my refund for the full order and they told me I had to wait until 1/12. I asked if I could just have the order replaced with a more secure prioritized shipping and they said I would have to place a new order and choose that shipping but that I would not be able to get the same pricing I had on my original order lol. What a joke of a company. At 35 yrs old, this is the worst company and merchant experience I have ever dealt with in my life

App glitches. Love the clothing, always have good sales but the app glitches often. Some times the app will open and immediately close out, if i go to cart the screen goes blank white and i have to restart the app. Sometimes the back button takes forever to work, this doesnt happen everyyy time but its definitely happened several times. Also, the items in cart disappear completely after ab 1-2 weeks, i like to plan outfits while waiting on the right time to buy them and i suddenly all items are gone and i have to scavenge to find them again its stressful. Brand is good and good customer service but the app needs work smh

One of the worst clothing apps. I love PLT the clothes are so pretty but when I saved some clothes I could only look at a certain amount of them. If I were to re-save the item to my wish list I can see it at all. I updated the app because it said they fixed some issues. But it only seemed to make it worse. For example I would search up dresses and scroll through them and the app would just kick me out so I would lose my spot. It keeps constantly kicking me out no matter what I am looking at. I would like to be able to look at all the clothes especially the ones in my wishlist but I can only see less than half of them. I would really like to purchase but if this app is having a lot of issues I wouldn’t want to risk spending my money on it. Please fix these issues as it seems you’ve been having this problem for years. Update: I had a few things in my cart that’s been in there for a week now. I also put some stuff in there that I couldn’t see in my wishlist anymore. And I check it today like everyday and there’s nothing in my cart anymore. Now I have to look through everything again just to find what I had in my cart especially since I can’t see my full wish list. So far do not recommend this app I really wanted to like it especially because of the clothes but the app is trash. The more I update hoping the bugs will fix it just seems to make it worse than it was.

Wish List/Shopping bag. I love PLT, Y'all really look out for petite people and for that I will always love y'all. That being said, you have got to do something about items disappearing from the shopping bag and wish list. It is incredibly discouraging and frustrating to spend hours looking for the right items and then when you are finally ready to buy everything, they have mysteriously disappeared. I end up not getting anything at all because that part of the app is so aggravating. Also can you please increase the number of items you can add to the wishlist, 100 is not enough. Plus I can see that the items are still added to my wishlist but if I go to view my actual wishlist the items are not there. I use the wishlist to save things I want to buy later, but if I have to keep going back to search for these things it completelycompletely defeats the purpose. Please 🙏🏽

Extremely disappointed.. I spent $250 on Christmas presents for my cousins, and in addition to that express delivery shipping. A week later after the expected delivery date I finally got in touch with a customer service representative when they informed me that my package was actually cancelled. When were they going to tell me this? That I don’t know. The crazy part about all of this? My money was taken out and will return “in five business days”?!! Long story short, don’t purchase anything from this company. Just because it looks cute on models and celebrities, and is priced reasonably, doesn’t mean it isn’t just another fashion industry hoax. Don’t learn the hard way like me and save you’re money for a more responsible source.

FAVORITE APP AND STORE💞. This is my favorite app and store to shop. I’ve been shopping here for about 2-3 years now. I’m addicted to this app. The clothes are except quality. The app is very easy to use. I love what they sell here. Easy checkout. Shipping is good. I do wish they had quicker response times for inquiries and that they gave you the ability to cancel orders. I don’t have any major complaints. I’ve spent thousands of dollars shopping on this app. It’s my favorite. Everything in my closet comes from this store!

Love. I love this app and the clothes it offers! Iv bought quite a few things and some have been good quality some is a little thinner when it comes to the top but it still works perfectly fine. The only problem I’m having now and Idk if it’s the app or the website but it isn’t showing the material or how much cotton is in it because that helps me determine what size to pick immensely! Pls change that on the app for I don’t want to return things or be stuck with clothes because they shrunk after I wash them.

Loyal customer…until today!. I was a loyal customer! Love the prices and the quality of the products, you really get a bang for your buck. I’ve never had to reach out to customer service before until recently and when I did I was very disappointed. I made a purchase that was never delivered and was sent back to the company. Before giving me the options they automatically took it upon themselves to cancel my order! I wanted my products and I’d been waiting for Black Friday to get the best prices! I wanted these items for my Christmas vaca and i am so heated 😤 because i was soooo excited! The customer service is lacking in; 1. Response time (took almost20 days for me to get valid response) 2. Listening to customers 3. Lacking options to resolve customers problem 4. I kept getting the same automatic message over and over yet no one was actually resolving the problem 5.No one follows up on cases that have been opened I really like this company and it would break my heart to part ways but your customer service is a fatal flaw!

Horrible quality of fabric. I ordered a couple things from here. I ordered a shirt and it came and it looked nothing like the picture at all and the fabric looked SOOO cheap. I also ordered a pair of Jeans. I do not recommend buying any sort of denim from them because it it’s the cheapest looking denim you will ever see in your life. On top of all that they sent me the wrong size jeans. I ordered a size 00 and they sent me a size 4 AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT there return policy is horrible. I’m trying to return my things right now and it will cost me 4 dollars to do the returns. I have to print off a returns label of my own. Package the things back up. Then I’ll have to go drop it off. I have to do all these thing to get a refund and they don’t even refund the shipping cost which is 8 dollars btw. So in the end I’m short 12 dollars and none of my stuff was even right. Also my package came 2 days later then it said it would on the app.

Horrible. I really enjoyed this clothing site at first. A few months ago I order a few things and loved them and they came in quick. But last month 1/5 I ordered an outfit for an event I had it said it would come in on 1/17 or before. I didn’t receive till 2/9. I tried contacting them and only got a robot with no answers to where my package was. No emails nothing was ever sent to update me on my purchase. After receiving the item I wanted to return it bc it looked nothing like I expected. So now I’m trying to return it and again you can never get a real person to talk to and they make you jump through so many hoops to even figure out if you can return it. They also told me it was to late to return my outfit but the site says you have 28 days and I didn’t even get it till Feb 9. Now I wasted almost $50 and I had to find a whole new outfit for my event. Horrible horrible I will not be retuning to this site. I hope goodwill enjoys my outfit.

App not as good as it used to be. i’ve been wearing plt for yearrsss, and i always stick by them no matter how ridiculous the outfits get sometimes, but as of late the app hasn’t been performing as well as it used to. the whole app lags if you’re on it for more than literally a minute; like LITERALLY a minute. the shopping cart disappearing seems to happen to everyone— and i get it, when you leave stuff in your cart but don’t buy it can mess up quantity count, but if that’s the case at least give a time limit to how long we can keep stuff in out cart before it completely empties so we’d know (if that is the actual issue), but for everyone who says their wishlist is cut off: your full wishlist can be seen on desktop. so the items are all still there, it just has a cut off point if you’re on mobile. and lastly, which really bugs me the most, is how i can’t find any of the clothes that are featured. like for example, there’s a really pretty dress as the picture for the dresses tab but i can’t seem to find it anywhere, so why show me the dress if i can’t find it? the app used to be soo good up until this year, it updates every so often and i’m starting to think the only thing that gets updated is the logo, because the performance and accessibility is horrible.

Glitches. The app has a bunch of glitches. Each time you want to scroll to see the items the app takes forever to load up the pictures. Also if the app logs you out it takes a huge while to sign in again. Then when you have things on your cart the app glitches and takes a while to process so your items may be sold out. Clearly the app needs some improvement. However it has good things like you can keep the items in your cart and the wishlist that you keep adding your favorite items.

Frustrated!!!!🤦🏾‍♀️. I don’t usually write reviews ever for apps but I have to for this one because I’m just frustrated at this point! I wanted this 2 piece charcoal sweatsuit set that I saved in my wishlist and when I tried to add the items into my cart, I always get the message that something went wrong and I was unable to do so. I decided to then go online because maybe the app was having problems and when I went to search up the set that I wanted it was a completely different price !!! It was absolutely ridiculous because I don’t know which price is right and also the app says the sweatshirt is out of stock while the website says it’s fully in stock. I don’t know which one to trust and I hate how they are showing me two different things. I’ve already contacted PLT HELP but they’ve done nothing and if I’m being honest they don’t even understand their own problem even though I’ve sent screenshots and explained step by step about what’s going on. I’m just so disappointed because I was looking forward to buying it and now I can’t. My friend also had this problem so it’s not only me. Please fix this issue and allow me to put the charcoal sweatsuit set into my bag so I’m able to purchase. Updated App. I love PLT however this most recent update logged me out & every time I try to log on it says my password is wrong but it’s not because I change my passwords every few months & I just changed it in February. Secondly when I tried to just reset my password I never got the reset emails I’ve sent 3 & am still waiting. If I update an app I should not be logged out or inconvenienced in any way , my app should just run better. Typically stuff like this doesn’t bother me but the fact that I can’t even reset my password to buy what’s in my shopping cart & wishlist is VERY much inconvenient

Great but need a few updates. I love the app but it would be so much better if they allowed reviews on there. Also, every time I order through the app, it sometimes gives me an error before checking out, and after I’ve purchased items, the same items still show up on my cart as if I didn’t order them. It gives the impression that your order wasn’t processed even though you’ve received confirmation that it’s been purchased. Other than that, the app is great!

Never received my package. I never received a package I’ve ordered four weeks ago when i tried to get in touch with the company about it the automated message responded on several occasions there weren’t any associates available they have no number to call if you run into these kind of problems they only prompt you to text send an email or get on their social media i went and disputed the charge with my bank but it’s still in process doing so i attempted to get in touch with them to cancel the order i final got in touch with someone through the automated message Madison i was told to wait another two weeks for my package if it doesn’t come then they’ll process my refund this will be my first and last time ever shopping with the online company i wouldn’t recommend

Fraudulent!. Do not order for this company. They will send you clothes that are dirty, stained, and have been worn. They will advertise clothing items that are actually out of stock and attempt to ship you incorrect items or sizes that are three times your size. They make it impossible for you to reach anybody in their customer service if you can even call it that. They will charge you to ship back their mistakes and dirty clothes. You are also not guaranteed to get your money back. I would also highly advise that you read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau website on about them. If I could I would’ve given them -5 stars.

Wishlist/shopping cart. My biggest complaint is stuff disappearing in the wish list and/or shopping cart. I like the wish list to favorite things for when I buy later, and at first I thought maybe it disappears if you don’t add it to your cart in time or buy it. But then I noticed while using the app it would disappear as well as the shopping cart. Had almost $200 worth of clothing in the shopping cart and was ready to check out, I go to click shopping cart and everything was gone. I was so upset because I literally spent TWO hours picking stuff out. I got so frustrated that it did that I ended up not even ordering. 😕 Other than that delivery was actually pretty quick for previous orders, most of the clothes were fairly good quality except one of the small body suits was extremely too small and I’m petite. (Wasn’t a petite size body suit) and one of the crop tips fit but if you look the wrong way your nipple will be looking dead in the eye at someone because it’s so wide😂

Horrible Service, liars.. Placed an order over a month ago. Items never left warehouse. Inquired about my order and kept being told I have to wait until the 31st which makes it a month and 2 weeks. Okay whatever. So I’m waiting and I get an email that basically says “thanks for returning you items, a refund will be to you in 3 weeks minus shipping fees and restocking fees” EXCUSE ME! I’m over here waiting for my clothing and items and they never come now I’m being charged for them lying and keeping my clothing. And you can’t get in touch with a real person. Just robots that send the same messages via text that don’t address any real question. I’m filing a report with my bank and documented all the conversations. And to make matters worse they are still telling me I have to wait 2 more days to get help. Such a joke. My items are still saying waiting to be dispatched and it’s been like that for 32 days. I hate this place.

Great Products - But App is Frustrating. I was reading through the reviews and saw that many people (from 1-3 years ago) were having the same problem I am having now: Things in my wishlist won’t appear, I can only see the first 19 things. If I want to see everything I would have to leave the app and go on the website. This is really frustrating because I cannot remember everything I put in there and it makes me not want to order from here again. But I gave three stars because shipping is usually faster, which allows things to come earlier than expected, and materials are very good for their pricing. But please fix this issue so that we can continue to enjoy PLT without all the frustrations.

Love the clothes, not the app or delivery. Starting off, the clothes are beautiful and litterally so nice, but the app is so annoying. I add something to bag, it doesn’t add it, I restart the app, I add the same item, it doesn’t update. I remove something from bag, it doesn’t remove. It’s such a glitchy app I even have to delete it and redownload it sometimes. And with the delivery, I had to wait over a month once for 2 sweatshirts only. The tracking system was so bad too. Please fix the app, I found so many cute clothes that I’ve heard so many good things about, but I can’t even buy them because it wont let me add anything to the bag.

The worst clothing app ever !!. I have been shopping with pretty little thing for years! The clothes are nice, sometimes they can run small but I just return or replace. Shipping is very quick! I really dislike that you have to pay $5 to return items. When shopping on the website , the items ALWAYS disappear out of your cart. Which is insane , after you spend hours browsing and adding items to your cart and when you go to check out every item has disappeared!! I’ve learned to screenshot my cart as I shop so atleast I can search the items up to add them back in my cart but I really should not have to do that. Today I downloaded the app to receive an extra discount and it was super stressful. The app is EXTREMELY SLOW. The lag is terrible I almost did not purchase anything because of the lag. This is something the company should really fix, especially if you are advertising on the website for people to download the app.

Zero stars- worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Typically I do not write reviews but I have never had a worst experience with a company before. I ordered a package on October 15, paid for two day shipping. One part delivered but the second part went missing before it was delivered. Immediately I messaged the company for help- they told me to wait two days, it did not deliver. Then they told me to wait two more again, still nothing. They did this a few times then finally said give it a month until November 12. By the 6th the shipping services updated and said my package was not deliverable. I message immediately and they still tell me to wait until the 12th to ‘give the courier time.’ I do, then email their services again but then I am told to wait two more weeks until November 22 so they can give the courier time to look into it. Finally I email them after this date, get some semblance of a response making it sound like I will be refunded for my 10+ missing items. Just to be informed that I am outside of the window to get any refund or reshipment because you only have 14 days from when your items are delivered to open a case and find compensation. Make that make sense. This company pushed me off for days telling me to wait until I just so happened to be too far outside the window to be compensated. I will never order from here again. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any clothing service and they have completely lost my trust. 0/5 stars.

Not happy. The app is fine by its self, just the company is trash. I ordered two items. Waited about a week and a half for them to send me a lot of items that were not mine.(probably worth over $200) Don’t know how you miss that big difference. Been dealing with them for the past 4 days for them to say I was getting my correct items ship to me, for them now say I’m only getting half my refund, even though I shipped the items back for them and they said it was gonna be free of charge but still charged shipping to send back the items they incorrectly sent me. I have kept every email exchange from them. Just weird how they try to brush off and it’s not like you can call someone for this situation. Something that can be resolved in maybe 30 mins took 4-5 days.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After my package was 20 days late and I was advised by FedEx to file a lost package claim through PLT they would not accept the claim because it hadn’t been enough time. There customer service is a joke and there is never agents available to talk to. There is no customer service number to call if you do have issues they want you to Tweet them or Message them on Facebook. Even after all of this I placed another order hoping it would get here in time for the event the delivery date was after the date I needed but when I tried to cancel they said it wasn’t allowed even though my order hadn’t shipped yet. 0/10 won’t be shopping here again

Horrible customer service. I been ordering clothes from this company for a year now &, I never had a issue where I had to contact somebody till now. The only contact this company has is basically speak to a robot that only answer two questions which is “track your order” &, “policy on returning items”….if you wanted to speak to a actually human being you have options like “FB , twitters , whatsup app “ my issue with that is when I try to contact somebody on FB the people reply very late &, even after they reply to you I had to wait a whole day for them to even reply back to me. I feel like this company should have a “number” where you can actually call somebody &, talk to that person explaining the issue to them. I paid so much money on this company cause I really like their clothes but it sad to say I rather spend my money on a company that I’m guarantee to get satisfied company service &, I can actually talk to human being that will more so understand me than a “robot”

Horrible Customer Care and “EXPRESS SHIPPING”. Ordered a outfit for my birthday nearly 2 weeks in advance with express shipping, will not get my outfit until we’ll after my birthday. My outfit also costed about $180 so will now have to go shopping and probably spend that amount again if not more to replace the items I originally needed ultimately probably going to cost me $400 in total now. Also when trying to talk to customer service they seem more interested in just dealing with you and getting you out the way rather than actually working through the problem together. Could be great. Annoying how your cart empties or says items are sold out after browsing, i can't move things from Wishlist to cart without it disappearing, Its like it doesn't want me to check out. Leads to a frustrating shopping (or lack of) experience. Please fix.

Bad company. Charged me extra for my order then refused to refund. Only when I wrote a review did they offer to refund “out of goodwill”. As if they didn’t charge me more than they should’ve. Their email was passive aggressive and implied I falsified my screenshots when it’s literally in the website and app. Don’t waste your money here. Quality is equivalent to shein.

A disappointing online shopping experience. I've ordered from PLT a few times and have been mostly happy with the products I received. Unfortunately a lot of the clothing has been fairly see-through so it would be good to be informed about that before purchasing. Also, every time I go to check out it tells me most of the products are sold out! I shouldn't be allowed to select items if they're unavailable, it's very misleading and disheartening when I've done 45minutes of browsing/selecting and am told when checking out that only 2 of the 10 products I'm trying to buy are available! I would recommend fixing that issue asap as no customer wants to waste their time shopping for items they can't actually purchase.

App malfunction. I can’t seem to sign in no matter how many times I refresh my phone or delete the app and reinstall it, the problem remains. It always says error when I try to sign in using the app and only when I go on the website does it allow me to sign in. But other than the app not working, love ordering from PLT

It’s a no from Australia🥵. I was just about to spend over $600 and the app doesn’t have an Australian option there’s no Afterpay option online it has Afterpay but that means the 50 items in my cart I’ll have to find them all and add them to my cart on safari, annnnd on safari the items have different prices to the items on the app. It’s just to much problems seriously. Pretty sad cause I only want pretty little thing clothing I don’t want to have to go and shop at another site I spent like three days trying to put my order together and now it’s just not working out so yeah this app is a no for me 🥴

So slow. This app is so slow it’s so frustrating. 50% off isn’t even worth using this app because by the time you get to check out years later the sale is over. That’s literally how slow it is.

Unreliable. They gave me hell when I didn’t receive my order. The item was a gift so I decided to reorder, and surprise surprise, they claimed that the package was lost. Again! They basically just took my money and refused to give it back for a month in the name of “investigating”

AUSSIE CUSTOMERS. I have used this app enough times that I feel like I should have an input of some sort. I ordered 3 dresses with the express post option. I did not get the dresses in time for the event I ordered it for and I even gave it an extra week, so all up, 3 weeks it took. I paid so much money to get it expressed and PLT refused to give me a straight answer when I asked for a refund. Just kept saying someone would get in touch with me and no one ever did. Recently, I thought I’d give it another chance. I opted just to get the standard postage and what do you know, my dress came in the post after 6 days. It’s also such a hassle that I had to go out the app to convert the GBP into AUD since it also does not offer this option. PLT, you have a great website. But please, we are not all from America or UK, so would love it if you have an AUD option as well. My shopping was £40, after checking my bank account, I got charged $85 and also extra $1.50 for international banking fees. I just don’t understand.

Friendly advice!. Hey so when I signed up I didn’t get an option to put in a shipping address. It just automatically did the same as my billing address. Because I online shop a lot it’s hard to remember if I’ve checked that it’s different sometimes and this being my first time using the app I didn’t really think about it. I think it’s important that BEFORE PAYMENT! You’re shown your details and are able to change it. Because you do not allow us to change it afterwards and now my orders being shipped 2 hours away from me💀 guess the coupon that saved me $6 will help pay for postage or train fees lol. All jokes aside though. Please do actually take this into consideration. It’s much more convenient. Apart from that I have no updates on the actual clothes until I travel to receive my first order that I paid to be sent to my fathers house😁 ty for your time!

You’re losing a whole geographical market purely because Australian customers are only able to order through the website NOT in the app (yet we are encouraged to download the app on the website... not smart web team!) PLT send a clear message that Australian customers are not worth the time and effort. Good thing there are so many other options out there for the Aussie buyers.

Bad customer service!. I placed an order and didn’t realise my old shipping address was saved. My order confirmed without allowing me to change any of my details, including my old address. I immediately contacted their customer service team in three different ways. They told me they aren’t able to change it or help me, even though I only just placed it and it hadn’t even shipped. I’ve had many other companies make small adjustments so that the order gets shipped correctly. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PLT IN AUSTRALIA. PLT use CourierPlease who are an incompetent courier. My package was delivered to the wrong address and PLT refused to help me even with written evidence from CourierPlease stating they delivered it to the wrong address. The customer service from PLT was horrendous, they did not care and refused to give me a refund. I would give caution to anyone that wants to buy from PLT

Useless. Just spent hours on here shopping and adding things to my bag, get to the cart and the only option is UK OR US shipment. Not sure why it’s like that when it’s international on the website. Logged in on the website and none of the stuff in my bag was on there. Won’t bother searching for all the items again. Big waste of time. Needs improvement.

Wouldn’t recommend. Products and menu options load correctly but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing through the app. The checkout is buggy and doesn’t seem to register selections and the previous reviews regarding the issues with shipping addresses are spot on. Given the checkout bugs it makes this app somewhat obsolete, sorry!

Horrible app. Genuinely such a horrible app. I mean they’re advertising hundreds of clothes yet anytime you’re scrolling & get to a point the page loads more items it just starts showing me the same clothing over & over. Ultimately only being able to look at about 40 or so pieces before it starts showing me the same things.

NO PRODUCT RECEIVED AND TRACKING NUMBER UNAVAILABLE. I bought something over a couple weeks ago. It gave me an estimate date of when my products will arrive but nothing has arrived, tracking number doesn’t work and I’ve followed instructions on the contact us page to get in contact with someone but no one has responded in 3 days. I’m getting abit worried I was scammed? Is this site real? I spent a fair bit of money on my items and even paid the $20 delivery fee for it to be delivered the same week I ordered. Won’t be shopping in the app again it’s just unfortunate because it seems like they sell pretty good things

Could do with some improvements. The app is okay and can be navigated okay, but when you don’t feel like scrolling through the 5 thousand items on sale and only want to look at three things, such as shoes, pants and tops.. upon filtering your search with sizes, etc the search always comes Up as though zero items have been found, which is annoying because the items are definitely there! I tried doing it multiple times, after having checked that the items I was trying to filter were actually available. They were. For some reason the system must freak out with so many filtered options or something. It really changes the experience and for me, I have always left the site after this happens because I don’t want to have to go through thousands of items to find what I’m looking for. Not sure if this is a selling technique but it doesn’t work!

The app doesn’t work. I just downloaded the app on my phone and iPad and it won’t work. I open it and then it glitches and goes back to my home page. So in other words, completely useless

Please have an Australia option. Love the clothes you guys sell and would shop here more often if you would have an option to have it in Australian prices, really annoying to have to convert it every time. Also I’ve shopped at other UK online stores and I don’t get charged an international transaction fee so not sure why it happens at PLT. I recently bought clothes from you guys and the colour is very different to the picture which is disappointing because the process for returning it will obviously take some time.

CURRENCY NEEDS UPDATE PLEASE. i have bought from PLT before (from website) and the products are good quality. i was excited to download the app as i enjoy their range of clothes, however when i opened it it only gave three currency options. being australian, i was deeply disappointed to find that there were only three options for currency. the creators seriously need to realise that the world is not made up only america, uk and ireland.

The app needs some fixing to do!. I am located in australia. I tried to set up the location in Australia but it keeps going back on Europe location. It's hard to use the app when its set up in my country, it freezes and every time I click on the item and finish viewing it, there's no back arrow button to let me go back from the last page/items that I last viewed. It send u back from the start all over again. Hope this will be fixed. It discourage me to shop online only in this site as it won't let me go further quicker.

Glitches in Wishlist/cart. So I downloaded the app for a faster checkout. I thought it was easy enough so why not? I’ve noticed the cart doesn’t save and has previously cleared on my default browser even when logged in, so I opted to add things to my Wishlist to later add to the cart. I was finally happy with the list I had created and it became time to add to my cart and finalise my order. I saw no issue, all items were x1 and I was happy to speed through the process. Upon reading the confirmation email, I realise there is a duplicate item but didn’t realise as one of them was a complete different size to what I added and sat lower on the order than the first. I overlooked this. Then I realised 3 items that were in my Wishlist hadn’t been added either, yet they were no longer in my Wishlist. I don’t know whether the glitch is situated around the Wishlist or the cart, but something sure did blindsight me and I’m hoping to hear from the customer service team before my order is shipped. I used my default mobile browser to complete an order of 21 items just a few days ago. There were no glitches or issues aside from the cart expiring. I am left disappointed by the app and hope the customer service team can come to the rescue after spending hours searching and cultivating the right order only for it to be wrong in the end.

Seriously not the best. My pretty little thing experience honestly was not the best, I ordered around $70 worth of clothes and then needing to pay for postage which added around $10 extra. Once receiving the clothes they were all round nothing alike the photos or description, buying a two pack of shorts, one grey and one black, the black were see through but fit was alright. The grey was terrible, I was unable to even squeeze into them. After purchasing so many items and being disappointed by 6/7 of them I can with out a doubt say this website is not to be taking seriously. Unless it’s due to being ripped off and having to pay postage again for a refund that will somehow only end up giving 50% of the purchase price back.

Pretty Bad.. Customer service was appalling. Never received my purchased item, had to chase up on it for 3 months before I received my refund. And 1 year later I purchased some more clothes and didn’t get those until 2 months later ...

Aus. The app seriously needs to be fixed. First you don’t get an option to have it in Australian dollars or change your region to Australia and the conversion rate are not even right by my calculations. PLT just does their own conversion and you’re stuck with it. Also there’s no video option on the app but there is on the website. Like seriously consistency across the web and app is key guys. And we need more product information for jeans. Is it stretchy or not, is the material see through or not. Not just 90%polyester 5% elastin. We need more info.

disappointing costumer service.. I downloaded the PLT app to find that there was no Australian option. When i logged into my account and choose the outfits i wanted i couldn’t proceed because the app wouldn’t let me change the country or put in my address. I then tried to log into my account via safari which gave my an Australian option put my outfits where no longer in my bag and had sold out. I emailed PLT to get a reply some what fast to say to delete and reinstall ( i had tried this 5 times) so i did it again. Then i replied with i had tried this and it didn’t work is there anything else you or i can try ?. i get a reply from a different person telling me to do the same thing i had just told the last person i had done and it had not worked. I replied and said i did that it didn’t work i want to get my clothes so please fix this. To then a DIFFERENT person replied again and told me to do the same thing. By this point i’m mad that no one is listening to what i’m saying i had tried to delete and re download it and it doesn’t work. This app and the company needed to fix this and there costumer services. won’t be shopping here again.

Aussie customer xx. There needs to be more currency options. I’m Irish living in Australia and shop from Australia(AUD) and Ireland(EURO) but there isn’t an option fir either currency. It’s so inconvenient and even when I use a currency converter app I still don’t know exactly how much I’m spending. So annoying!

Review. Really nice clothes but I’m so confused as to why there’s no AUD option on website or app?? And also on the website it doesn’t let me click continue during the payment method and I know 100% I’ve filled in every box correctly so yeah that’s pretty annoying

Great. BUT. App is great, works perfectly and it is easy to navigate through the tabs, but i wish you could change the currency, I live in Australia and it is extremely difficult to figure out how much I’m spending. I will never use this app because of currency issues.

Good luck if you’re in Aus. You can only choose UK or USA as the options for countries and therefore you are charged extra by your bank and get screwed by currency fluctuations! Why bother making the app available to AUS if you can’t be bothered allowing the currency to reflect this !

Lost order. I’ve ordered 2 items from pretty little thing, today I checked my email for any updates on the arrival but instead I get an email from PLT saying my order has been refunded. Now I was so confused because I never asked for a refund nor made one but because after speaking to a chat room, some how my parcel (order) got lost in the PLT warehouse. How can you lose someone’s order? I give this one star just for the fact that I am able to get a refund and if it wasn’t for getting a refund then I wouldn’t even put one star. It’s so bad especially the reputation PLT has got having millions of following yet can’t even manage their system. I believe the system needs a serious upgrade.

Un trustworthy. Honestly overall not a great app or company especially for Canadians. Firstly, it doesn’t allow you to view in CAD currency and the app allows little to no reviews on a piece of clothing. I was skeptical about it at first but after receiving an item that looked nothing like how it advertised I could maybe take a hint as to why they removed the review system. Don’t spend your money on PLT, their delivery on quality of product, time and money is not worth it.

Scam. Clothes look nothing like the pictures cheap

Canadian. So shopping on the app is hard because there’s no Canadian option for country of price or size so if you don’t know any of this behind hand it’s annoying when you pay more than you thought and nothing fits! It’s 2022 you guys can do better than this ! Come on you will loose customers like this. Do better.

Amazing options but useless app if you in Canada. You will not be lacking for options and varieties with prettylittlething but I have to say i am highly disappointed with how basic the app is. This is 2021 and I don’t want to believe that this is the best app functionality that a multi million company making so much profit can give its customers!! You can shop in CAD dollars and when you put things in your basket on the app and sign in into the same account on the web browser to view why you have in the right currency, it’s gone from a he basket, why is my basket not saved ?!! Please do better, I see so many people complaining about the same thing on here, it’s been far too long!

Perfect except for two things.... Honestly; this app works great, loads quickly and checkout is easy to use. My only two really imperative issues are: 1. I can’t view items in CAD. That’s annoying for me because I can when I’m on PC, and it’s hard to constantly be mentally converting USD to CAD while deciding what I’m buying. 2. My BIGGEST issue with PLT both on mobile and online is they don’t have a “match with” option. It may sound frivolous, but because there’s so many bikini tops + bottoms, bra tops + bottoms and co-ord sets it would be so helpful to scroll down and view the matching items to the item I’m viewing instead of “recently viewed items.” It would make shopping so much faster and user friendly on here! Most sites have that and it’s so frustrating that PLT has better items than those sites but doesn’t offer this.

Don’t buy clothes from here. They sent me the wrong size for like half of my package so I ended up returning them cause they sent the wrong size. I sent them back which they received and won’t give me a refund they have said they issued a refund and i will get it in 5 buisness days and I never end up receiving it. These people are scammers and just like to take ppls money. You can also go look on Twitter to see most of the honest reviews and there are many more who have gone through a similar experience. Which is a negative one. I would give this app 0 stars but I can’t so I give it a 1.

Reviews. Updated the app about 6 weeks ago or more. Ever since then the app has been crashing. Once you press the app the PLT loading screen appears then the app crashes. It’s been long enough. Please fix it. Thank you.

Will never shop again. I had a $200 order that I ordered in may, it is October and it has still not come in.

Easy to use. The app is great, easy to use. Clothes are very lovely and perfect for spring or summer time. Follow the size chart and you should be fine.

No help. Poor poor service My package was “delivered” but I never got a confirmation email that it arrived. Due to recent delays as result of the pandemic I waited 2 weeks only to find out that my package was “delivered” however I never received it. PLT could not be of any help because of their 14 day post delivery rule …how convenient. First time shopping with them and the last.

Can’t sign in. Every time I try to sign in so I can save my wish list, it freezes to the bottom and I can’t scroll to the top to sign in. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it, and it still never worked.

Great but shipping prices are very high. Lots of cute clothes but shipping is insane, my shipping was more then the price of the actual order

Can’t even download the app. I tried to download your app but apparently I have unpaid fees? So I have to pay to use an app I’ve never used? Your app says it’s free? Why would I have to pay to use your app when I’ve never made an order how do I have an order I never paid for when I’ve never used this?

This company is misleading and takes more money then they say.. I’m from Canada so I understand that it comes up to more but the problem is they lead me to believe that I was looking at the Canadian price. When I checked out it said 45.49 then when it came out of my bank account it was 80.77 and I told them I wanted a refund right away which was not enough time for them to ship it out to me. They told me they can’t refund me and that it was already shipped out which was clearly untrue. Then they refunded me the 80.77 dollars and took out 80.88 which like why? Don’t order from this company they don’t care about you, they just want to take more money and leave you broke.

App glitch or what…can’t even make an account.. How am I supposed to order anything and spend money if the app won’t let me enter my birthday. Literally can try to enter it in 20 million times and without and ‘enter’ or ‘done,’ it just goes back to the same blank screen. Super annoying. Wish things would just work how they’re supposed to sometimes.

So good!. Gotta watch out that it’s in US dollars if you are in Canada, but you get all the ya discounts so I’d say it’s pretty worth it! Shipped pretty fast, the tracker is bang on accurate! And the jeans are amaaaaazing quality, like equivalent to Levi jeans! Awesome experience all in all!

Honestly a great company. Even though this is based is the UK and i am in Canada , this company goes 100% (to me at least) for great customer service and trendy and stylish clothes for everyones style! Which is why i am such a loyal customer :) also the deals are great!

No CA currency?. You shouldn’t ship somewhere if you don’t even offer that country’s currency.

Take too long for REFUND and slow Customer Service team. They took too long for a refund which I have never seen any brand take that long. And they do t answer any mails or customer services respond slowly.

Sucks. This app updated to Version 23.0.0 and now this app is a mess!! I can’t add anything to the cart or remove anything from my cart, I refreshed the app and nothing is working. Also, it would be nice to be able to see the Canadian currency on the clothing items to make customers experience a lot better

Currency and wishlist issue. I’ve already seen some complaints about the lack of available currencies on the app, including CAD as well as the response from the developer. They said that the app only runs for selected territories but I still think it’s a shame. Having to go on the desktop version to check the real prices is not always convenient and makes the app useless somehow… In addition to that, I’m unable to see my entire wishlist on the app, it always displays just the first items of the list and once again, I have to switch to the desktop version. Overall, good user experience but that would be awesome to have the aforementioned issues fixed.

Good luck on the next person!. Why is it that I read the reviews here that show that there is always an issue with this app I hear that their clothing is super cute but not the customer service. I deleted this app right away as soon as I heard about this. Nobody should have to go through so much confusion. Even with whoever is responding to the reviews they say they “apologize” and that they have passed this message onto the staff team and who knows if that’s true or not. Not shopping here again. This store just might not be my cup of tea.

Not User Friendly. 1. The app and the website do not sync, this is a pain and does not allow for an effortless shopping experience. 2. There are UX glitches in regards to the scrolling/swiping functionality when selecting options in your own cart or overall just shopping. Favorite functionality needs to be addressed as well. 3. Most items have multiple colors, but when you click on the item only 60% of the time do we see all the color options displayed when you are on a product page. It’s great if you’re constantly mobile and don’t have access to a PC but these glitches do make it a pain to use overall.

Could use some improvements. The app could definitely be better. It’s pretty slow and i wish there was an option where you could change the view of your wishlist to look at it in multiple rows and not just straight down. I also wish there was a way for us to get points from shopping cus i do a-lot of shopping on there.

I LOVE PLT!!!!!!!. I’ve only been shopping on PLT for about a week and have already ordered several items. Everything fits like A GLOVE! However, I only have 2 complaints. #1: Sometimes when I add an item to my bag and I go to my bag to buy the item, it disappears. So I have to go to the actual website to buy it(no big deal, I might just need to update). And #2: I need PLT to have more jeans in a SIZE 0...I’m really small and a size 2 is too big.

love it but needs a few tweaks!. i love the prettylittlething app, i love their clothes and the service is great especially with everything going on! i am an avid shoppers but i wish they allowed you to review clothing. many times i order clothing that is too big or too small and that’s rather unfortunate and disappointing as a consumer. if i was able to read reviews not only would it be helpful to others but other people being able to leave reviews, would be helpful to me. it would make all customers feel better knowing that they are making an educated choice instead of a guess and hoping that what they order fits the way they want.

Obsessed!. As a plus size girly, I can confidently say that PLT has given me such confidence to dress cute. They have the BEST plus size section I’ve ever come across at such a great price. All the other plus size stores I’ve come across give us granny vibes while PLT stays giving us LEWKKSS. Their sizing is consistent and their quality is good. Big fan!

DONT BUY FROM HERE. I thought i would give it a try because I’ve seen celebrities purchase items and sponsor clothing from here. I wasted about $50 thinking i was purchasing good quality clothing. i was definitely wrong. The dresses i bought are made out of extremely cheap fabric, they’re see through and thin. Not only that, but the dresses i ordered were a size 2, one of them was waaaaay to big for me and the other two dresses were extremely tight, not even a toddler can fit in them. They definitely don’t appear like that in the photos. Don’t bother giving this app a try. Don’t waste your time and make a MAJOR mistake like i did.

PLT +. First of all I love websites that consider thick women fashion sense. I love PLT! However on the app, I have to look go searching for the section and that’s a bit of a turn off. Like there should be a closer and more visible option or a separate app but not as far as going into the “shop by” tap and it’s allllll the way down by the bottom where on the website, it’s up in the cluster of “PLT” brands. Since this is an opinion of the app — it’s construction and mobility, that took off lots of point in my book !

Excellent experience. I don’t know why everyone freaks out and complains about not getting their order. I have never had an issue and i’ve been buying from PLT for over a year now. Yes it takes longer for their clothes to reach us in the U.S. but it’s coming from Australia so unless you choose express, what do you expect? If it’s not two day shipping ppl freak out now a days like chill out, it’ll get to you. Love PLT

My fav store ever!. Besides having the latest trends they also always offer discount codes and are always having sales which I super love. Their return process is super easy and convenient. Their social media customer service responds so fast and are very nice! I love everything about pretty little things I will never stop shopping here!

Worse customer service. I’ve NEVER left a review for anything on apple but they deserve this. They have the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I paid for express shipping it arrived 3 days later than it supposed to(over a week after I originally placed the order). Then it got delivered to the wrong address because they didn’t specify while I was putting in my address not to use a P.O. Box. When I tried contacting them they gave me the run around. The dresses seemed pretty but they arrived to late and still have yet to get it figured out. I’ll stick with fashionova.

Great styles at best prices. They have great customer service on Instagrams. Always have trending styles and for the best prices out there now! Love you PLT especially the after Pay system it really helps most of us afford it more often now. So content with this option happy you think of the customer.

Wishlist/shopping cart. I love PLT but on the app, the wishlist doesn’t show all the things I’ve saved even though those items are still available. I should be able to put an unlimited amount of items in the wishlist and see them every time I open the app. Also the wishlist on the app doesn’t translate to the wishlist on the website if accessed on a computer. I should be able to look at my SAME wishlist on the app as well as on the website. Definitely needs to be fixed.

Reoccurring Problems. This app is not letting me continue to go through to checkout. I have made sure the app is updated, deleted the app, redownloaded it, logged out, logged back in, and still it isn’t working. Also when I logged back in my items in my wishlist were gone. This seems to be a reoccurring problem. I update the app but i’m not even sure if it’s getting the improvements it needs. Whats changing? There are many reviews of people having the same issue. I want to order from here but it always seems to be a hit or miss when I click on this app.

Not so good. Quality is literally like Shein but the difference is Shein is a much bigger company and has a free return policy, obviously since it is online based. Makes no sense why I have to pay to return items when I don’t what they look like and can’t even read reviews??? No option for that which is honestly crazy. Didn’t expect this from PLT especially with all the ads they have celebs doing for them.

App keeps force closing. I like the clothes and everything but when I'm scrolling through the clothing or whatever the app will force close and I have to keep restarting my search which is annoying!! I get so far down and have to reopen the app and apply filters and scroll all over again for it to force close again !

My order. I ordered a pair of shoes from here, not only was the color completely different then shown in the website but there were dents and marks in the shoes. When I made the complaint and sent them clear pictures of the marks in my shoes, they apologized for the faulty item and told me they could give me 55% off of one full priced item, i replied asking to return them and get a refund and they sent the same exact email telling me they could give me the coupon and that was it. I also purchased a body suit that was also not the same color, neither were either of the pairs of pants I purchased. The only thing i was semi happy with was the pink jacket I purchased. No free shipping either so to return any of it I wouldn't even get any of my money back.🙄 If i could give them 0 stars I 100% would.

AMAZING!!!!. Everything I ordered was exactly what I expected. The pants I got were a bit long since the models wearing the clothes were a lot taller than I am which I expected I can get the pants hemmed...the color, how it fits, the length, etc is just how it looks on the site. Just ordered everything else I wanted since everything was to my liking.

customer service. They don’t treat their customers who have problems in a fair way and are stingy on refunds. The customer service isn’t even that great for a fact since it’s a different person helping you each time. I ordered two tops on Oct. 18 with express shipping, and they still haven’t arrived and they don’t even know where my package is. They’re giving me different location sites to go to, and each site says they don’t have it. It makes sense to want to get my refund whether I get my tops or not because this is ridiculous with all the misinformation they’re giving me.

Really disappointed since bag and wish list disappeared. I’m upset that every time that I prepare my bag to shop the clothes that I put in disappears and is the same thing with wish list that makes me really upset cause I’ve gone several times to get the same stuff that I put the first time resulting in not being in stock anymore because it takes me forever to finding the cloth again or just not being available to find the clothes at all. Missing items. I love me some PLT but all these missing items or my packages being lost through the mail isn’t cutting it for me anymore ! I spend money and don’t get delivered the right items ! I’m upset because I want my items that’s what I bought them for I don’t like my money being played with when I’m poor and still support please fix how you package the items or non the less be more careful how or who it’s being shipped with ! I want my items and I need them now !!!!

App glitches.. I absolute love PLT but the app glitches way too much which makes it very difficult to shop and ruins the whole experience I’ll change my mind by the time I find something because it takes so long to load and if I want to delete something off my wishlist that’s like for eg out of stock the page keeps swiping up like what that’s so annoying. Please have your tech team look at this ASAP.

I love this!!!. I ordered some books and they were packaged so nicely and my package came on time which was super exciting and last but not least the books I got were amazing I can’t wait to try out the clothes and other things.

Overall. Overall you all have nice clothes on the website and app but when I would try to buy stuff on the app it wouldn’t let me and then when looking at the website and app on one of them it would be like one item is sold out but its available on the website or app . Then, y'all need to do better with restocking items the people are most likely going to want in the future.

I just wanted a size 8. I just recently spent $300+ with this company because of all the great things I’ve heard. Well that was an awful idea, every pair of jeans that I ordered (8) I was sent 5 sizes too big even though I had it set on US sizes. Then come to find out I have to pay them $4 for EVERY item THEY gave ME wrong plus post office fees etc etc. anyways point of it is if they send you something incorrect we shouldn’t have to pay them for THEIR mistake. Will not be ordering here again which is sad cause I really do like their products I just can’t waste my money of clothes 5 sizes to big.

3 stars for app, not clothes!. I do love the clothes and the huge variety! But my review is more towards the app. The filter option is so vague. It’s hard to narrow down what you’re looking for. Also, there’s absolutely no way of knowing how much items are in a certain category because there’s no indication when the page might stop. It seems endless! It’s pretty overwhelming. I would like if the app had a little more structure.

Unprofessional. I ordered a two piece outfit from pretty little thing app. They took the money off my card for the order but didn’t send me a confirmation email or tracking number. Also, when I emailed customer service and told them what happened they ask me to provide info which I did then they stop replying. Everytime I emailed them and send the info they requested they stop replying everytime. This app is a scam they take your money for orders but don’t send confirmation or tracking number!!! So unprofessional

Lied about issuing me a refund. I purchased two items & then ended up returning them. I returned them via mail & was supposed to get $112 back. I waiting around 2 weeks for the refund to be issued into my bank account & still nothing. I then contacted customer service & they said they issued the refund which wasn’t true because I did not see any transaction on my bank account showing that my return went through. So it’s been 7 months & I still never received my $112.

Beware of Customer Service. Pretty Little thing does not have a customer service number, and you only get the customer service email under certain circumstances. The responses are also slow. You are also not able to cancel orders, if you no longer want something you have to wait until it arrives to return it. They also don’t always accept returns even if the tag is intact, and the clothes were never worn. The clothes are ok, but your money could be better spent somewhere else. I don’t recommend this store to people, I’ve had too many bad experiences.

THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.. I ordered from y’all in May. (I ordered a graduation dress and heels) it NEVER CAME and I graduated TWO weeks ago. (June 2nd) and my order never came. I’ve asked for a refund and y’all gave me only a partial refund for my order being late. Y’all said if I don’t receive the order by June 14th I would be fully refunded ITS JUNE 15TH. I emailed y’all and I get a response saying I have to wait till JUNE 27th!!? I’m not about to be paying on an order I don’t even need anymore after WEEKS since graduation, and that still hasn’t come. and y’all LIED and went back on y’all word. I WANT MY REFUND NOW. I will not be ordering from y’all again. SAD.

Out of Stock items. I really wish you guy could show what item are in stock without me having to waste time clicking on an item, picking the size and then trying to add in the cart only to find out it’s out of stock, OR! When there’s an item that doesn’t say it’s out of stock and you pick the size and it’s in the cart only to later find out it’s out of stock when you go to check out! I wish you guys could fix that on your app and also give updates on when the item would possibly restocked

WORST CLOTHING SITE AND APP EVER. I’ve never had this much difficulty trying to purchase clothes!!! Products keep disappearing out of the cart, saying stuff is out of stock WHEN IT ISNT, I searched for items for hours just to go check out and it say there’s not items in my cart!!!! Then I tried to download the app, and it STILL WOULD NOT LET ME PURCHASE!! fire your IT team!! Horrible, do not download this app or shop with them. You will be excited about your items and then utterly disappointed when you realize you can’t even purchase them!! So much for Christmas shopping!

Having problem. I love this app and I love their clothes I have buy from this app several times and I love it. BUT lately the app doesn’t let me purchase anything, it doesn’t even let me add things to shopping cart, even the website is having the same problem. It’s A great app! BUT!. I myself made a mistake on my order with the size, I ordered a size 4 when I’m a size 0. I tried to get in contact with Customer service by number and there is absolutely no way to contact them. There is absolutely no way to edit my order, there is absolutely no way to contact them at all! That is not good customer service. It’s very frustrating. Will I shop with them again? Yes, but I’ll use caution when picking stuff. I know it’s completely my fault but still.

Reviews. The app is good for the most part but a lot of their clothes are really hit or miss. I would love to see reviews and be able to leave reviews on items so I don’t waste my money on the lower quality clothes, but that’s not an option on the app or the website. Also, I’ve wanted to return things from PLT thing but I decided not to because I didn’t want to return the item and not end up getting my money back. Careful. I sent at order in at the beginning of the month and my package never came in. Until this day it’s still missing and I can’t find it anywhere. They said that a note was left on the door but I’ve received nothing. The dress I ordered was super cute and it’s just frustrating how even when I go on the website to continue to try and attempt to track my package, they can’t give me any information because they don’t know how to properly track my package once it left Chicago’s transmit. Complete thumbs down.

Wishlist needs to be fixed. I love y’all but the wishlist starting to irk me. It make me not even want to buy anything because my stuff stay disappearing. what is the wishlist for if i can’t use it properly??? and RECENTLY i was abt to buy abt 42 items for black friday and everything in my whole shopping cart disappeared . like what. that’s money y’all missing out on.

Needs updates. The girls love PLT but the app is not the greatest with all the glitches that makes the shopping experiences difficult. On top of the glitches PLT clothing runs very different, it would be helpful to have customer reviews for references so ppl know how the clothes run. Overall it’s a great women’s clothing store but needs more help with the app to make the shopping experiences better and easier!

horrible customer service. I ordered something at the beginning of the month and the order should’ve been here four days ago. When I tried tracking my order it said there was an error. So I tried contacting customer service and they are zero help...I really spent $80 dollars or nothing. PLEASE GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don’t even know if my order was cancelled or the if shipment was delayed.

Needs improvements. It’s easier to navigate from the app than it is via Safari, however I wish the items that I saved in the app would transfer over when I do login from a PC. Also, the app and sometimes from web, whenever an order is placed it provides a confirmation number but shortly after the order is placed I notice the transaction is reversed on my card almost immediately. This only happens with PLT and I’ve missed out on items as a result because I didn’t check my email immediately.

Got the Wrong item.. Placed and order for my birthday outfit which is next week. First off when I opened the bag. The shoe box was busted and then the shoes were supposed to be red. They came in tan. There not an actual person I can talk to so I get the right shoe. All there is to do is exchange. And I have to pay the cost of shipping it back to them when they are the ones that messed it up. That’s not fair at all. How can you confuse tan for red???? They aren’t even close in colo??? 🤦🏾🤦🏾 I uninstalled and I won’t be using again. They didn’t have any reviews on the item either.

My order :/. So it’s my first time ordering from here and I was actually looking forward to it. Today my order finally came in and I have to say I’m really disappointed. I ordered a morphe palette and it came broken, the powder everywhere :/ I also ordered a couple of tube tops but they came really short, practically a bra, and the picture didn’t show them like that. I also ordered a high waist trousers which looked SUPER cute online but when I put them on, they looked really awkward and the material was very cheap like. Overall I’m really disappointed... I expected more...

Worst customer service ever. I place a order the was supposed to arrive on June 23, but it never arrive I contact them by messenger and Apple message and they give me a new date so I wait it was July 15, my package didn’t arrive it, so I contacted them again and they give me a new date what is ridiculous. I tell them the that don’t help me and the I wait for my package for ever. Wishlist/cart. For the most part this app works really really really well. Most recently though, when I add an item to the cart it will disappear then when my cart pops up it’ll show all the items I might’ve added more than once because my cart showed as empty. Also, all of my items do onto show up in my favorites. It may be because I have too many item in it because as I delete items other items show up 🤷🏾‍♀️

Lovely !. Everything on this site is sooooo chick and all types of modern wear. If you’re a female with swagg who can rock sneakers and heels, then this site is for you! Sometimes your stuff disappears from your shopping cart though. May or may not come back so I would suggest not leaving things on there for too long!

Bug fixes. I really like there clothes and shopping with them. But there are some major fixes the need to fix with this app. Certain pages to not load in fact the only page I can get to load if the favorites page and some of the clothing tabs. I thought having the app would be a lot earlier because I do purchase a lot but it makes it very difficult.

What bugs did y’all fix cause...?. I like y’all clothes, can be a little overpriced considering it doesn’t take that much to make but that’s not really the frustrating part. I’ll be going into a section (i.e. jackets, pants, etc.) and there will be a message that saying it cannot do the action. It won’t let me signing sometimes, sometimes it won’t let me look up something, and when It finally did let me sign it all my stuff disappeared out of my cart.

Very disappointed 😢. Every time I place an order I never gets it. Idk why their system always have issues for some reason And I love the oitfits they have but I just can’t get to receive anything I try to order it’s either it doing go thru right away saying their system have issues or I get a refund after a couple of days for god knows what reason. I just don’t understand. Very disappointed 😔

My Orders a month late for the second time. It has been an entire month and I still haven’t received my order. I haven’t received any updates I go on WhatsApp and ask where my orders is and they never tell me they just say changed courier, I ask for a refund I can’t get a refund either like if I knew it would take a month for my clothes to get here I wouldn’t have even bought anything from you guys this is the second time this happens
