One star. I entered the right information and still telling me that I am wrong. When I reached the agree of terms and conditions, it told that we try that later. I gave it many tries and still gives the same message.

Last update Not working. Last update is not working on iPhones please fix it

Activation Problem. Each time I change my mobile I have to call ADIB to activate my application Didn't like it each time i have this problem They should do it like Dubai islamic Bank never have an issue with their application they're excellent.

only we can download the app in one device. The other bank we can download the app in different device

Just bad !!!. When I transfer the money to someone else I write what is this money for under the word "MEMO" In order to get back to it later. Then realised that I cant see that memo in the transaction when I go back to it. And I suffer trying to remember what was that money for?. Please fix this.!!! 😭😭😭

Needs to some improvement. Wish if it could just save my all my Etisalat numbers, so i don't have enter them every time i pay my bills!

Can’t access the app. It always says that the server is down it has been 6 months science the last time i could open the app

Not working. I’ve been trying to use my account and the app unfortunately not working for me. I deleted it and downloaded the app several times but not luck!

Need an Accountant to Track ADIB. ADIB app and web do not allow easy tracking of debit and credit transactions. It is extremely difficult to track transactions. Charges appear on my sms notifications that are not reflected in the app/web transactions history. You really need a full time accountant to track ADIB transactions! You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, hundreds of banks are doing it right, just learn from best practices.

Amazing. I had troubles for paying to my dads meds, bow its smooth, quick and veeeeeery easy. Thank you ADIB

Best banking app ever not only in UAE. I’m an international customer I have accounts in Europe, US and Dubai ! And this bank ADIB app is like the best app ever! I’m shocked of the amount of work they are putting in it

Loans. I send messege to get car loan nobody answers me , so many times

Complain. Most of the time it’s jamming and when we ask for opt it takes so long

The best out of the banking apps. I have the 3 bank apps FAB, ADCB & ADIB. The best is ADIB it’s the fastest in adding new beneficiaries from different banks. It’s the most user friendly.

Money transfer. Money transfer became very complicated and difficult to use, this new update is not for everyone.

Not all feature. This app dose not have basic feature like paying saved payees ! I think they need to work more to achieve ultimate user experience

Was a great App but now complicated. Before update was so smooth, now so many windows and clicks. Your app was successful because it was easy. Don’t copy other banks. Simple is good. Minimize friction

Spectacular. This app has been driving me crazy since they uploaded it. At first I was just not using it because I got used to the old one. But this one the has multi uses as the newest development of withdrawing cash from the ATM by using the app is amazing, totally unique. Also, The latest update of the international transfers is brilliant, I am student studying abroad, I always concern regarding the transfer I use to do transfer and it takes from 3-5 working days which makes my life harder because of the long time for me to receive the money; by updating the app I was bit underestimating the concept of the “fast transfer” till I tried it today, and by the end of the day, I had my payment in my abroad bank. (Much faster;)) Thanks ADIB, as there are rapid developments it make no concerns or troubles for the customer.

Mohammed. Perfect new app ... It’s totally different from the old-boring one.. I just advise to keep only ONE adib mobile app as the old one still active and this may cause confusion for some customers.

Why force update?. 500mb you can’t wait until I get to my home or office WiFi No You must update if you want to access to ur account Had there been a terrible loop hole thatEnables hackers to get into your accounts and you must update the app now? I don’t think so. Please do not force update keep it as an option or at least three times notification Until then it’s one star for the major inconvenience.

Worked once, never again. Worked like a charm first time installed and never afterwards despite the multiple attempts to re-register (using latest version) “information incorrect” error when assigning a new ePIN!!!

Made my life easier. ADIB added comfort to my life by making almost all the transactions doable through their application without any complications or wasted time. By far, dealing with ADIB is my best banking experience.

Worst App. First off ADIB should have updated their existing app which every other app does so now I have 2 great ADIB apps. Secondly why release an app and send SMSs to customers to install the app when they can’t login and must call the call center. Waste of time. Don’t download it yet

New version update issue. I’m trying to update, as requested, but in vain.

Worst app in banking history. Despite the claims that it will do this and that and the new options which will make life easy, i think they gave it to a beginner programmer to practice on us, the app doesn’t work at all after downloading it, i have the latest iOS version and whenever I open the app and enter my pin the app just closes and disappears from the screen, I thought it was my device that is faulty, but few friends had the exact same issue on apple device, and on devices other than apple, it is as useless when it comes to updating documents, Adib should test their apps before torturing us with it.

App not working properly. I changed my phone when I tried to use the app I got a message says I reached maximum number of devices and call center didn’t help me they keep me on hold until they hung up

Last update full of bugs. Since the last update, I’m not able to login. It keeps give error. Please fix it as soon as possible

Account photo editing option. Return the AC photo option please!!!!! Updating my review for the same reason. Keep the account photo option as it’s important for the parents as their kids accounts are linked and again it’s easier to have the picture next to each account. This app is amazing and easy to use but I gave it 3 stars because they removed an option which was so efficient to have. The account photo editing option. As I have my kids account linked to mine, it was easier to have their pictures next to their account number so I don’t have to go back to my notes to know the account belongs to who… and now with the last update they removed this option!!!!! MAY YOU PLEASE RETURN IT AS IT WAS A LIFE SAVER… Thank you…

Latest update issue. I have been trying to upload my documents or scan my documents to upload my phone is screen is small I want to scan the id but I can’t do anything about it also it keeps saying something went wrong.

Almost give you 2 stars because it can’t read new EID. Luckily I tried again the app before writing this review :). This version working find with me now. Last month I tried to update my new EID, and the app didn’t recognize it.

worst bank in the world. they had me stuck in poland 20 days because i couldn’t access the card and can’t withdraw the money and they don’t respond to my calls

A move in the wrong direction. The new UI/UX implemented recently has nothing to do with the cutting edge customer experience in other banking mobile apps! Apps keeps showing ad for youth account!! It’s very annoying to keep seeing this! Plus Im not able to see my frozen card!!!

Slow. Went back to using old ADIB app. New one is always slow to open for every step. Most of the time fails transaction. Always msg sorry try again later. It’s frustrating. The components r good.

One of the best banks at customer service. I have been a client for about 15 years and ADIB is really one of the best banks I have done business with. Great customer service. Their employees are very polite and they go beyond just serving you. They give advices that will help the client and never hold back if they can help more. Great mobile app. It is so easy to navigate and everything is at a click of a button. I recommend ADIB to anyone who wants to have an easy banking experience.

The old app is better. Very slow loading, complicated and not user friendly, account numbers are masked "not showing". The old app is much more better and convenient for daily quick activities.

It is not working. I always got error messages " sorry we are an able to process your request. Please try again latter " or "your request time out" it is really worst application ever I used. Plz don't wast your time and install it. Dear ADIB plz test your application before you release it and put it in store to avoid embarrassment.

doesnt let me in. Says I need to update, redirects me to App store and then nothing. There aint no update the app is just not working :/

تحديث الية ارسال الاشعارات. امر مزعج جدا اجبار المستخدمين على استخدام نظام الاشعارات من خلال التطبيق والغاء نظام الرسائل النصية

التحويل. كان التحويل السابق اسهل وافضل من الممكن تثبيت التحويلات المتكررة وللأسرة، انا الان مزعجة وغير عملية، وشكرا للاهتمام بمراجعة الملاحظة.

Needs improvements. The app looks good but it needs to be more stable.. every time I use it, it hangs or ends my session.. sometimes it's not logging in

Not spurted for iPhone 12. It’s not working on iPhone 12 I deleted the app and download again for try it’s working or not still same I'm so sad.

لا استطيع التسجيل على التطبيق. حاولت كثيرا التسجيل على التطبيق مع أنني كان لدي النسخة السابقة و مستخدم قديم للبرنامج ولكن كلما اقوم برفع الملفات المطلوبة للتسجيل و تحديث البيانات يعلق البرنامج و أضطر الى اغلاقه نهائيا

Needs Apple Pay desperately. For a Bank to lack such payment method in 2020 is a joke . I think there is no excuse to be this late in the game

Slow & complicated. Very slow especially via lte. Complicated when entering accounts. The old app much easier, direct and fast.

Sending Money inside Emirates. Dears, I suggest to make sending money officially by your Application ( ADIB MOBILIZING ) main application across UAE. Many benefits will be for everyone and mean all parties. It’s the easiest app to use and the fastest. Best Regards, ASKAR

Not accepting new Emirates ID. I tried to register with the new Emirates ID, even in the bank and it’s not accepting new Emirates ID. When will the new ID be supported ?

Waste app. Just some fancy UI overall slow and waste app, not helpful. I don't recommend!

Disaster. Newest iteration of the app is a disaster. Can’t do transfers. Buggy and laggy
