Definitely use. One should definitely use this super and very useful, helps us in many ways.

Helpful for teams over different locations. In our office we pull in freelancers for specific skill sets on different projects, the ability to enable and disable particular employee profiles rather than deleting it is useful and the app itself helps to manage different employees in different locations nationally and internationally. Matching working shifts and schedules so they cross over with the needed personnel helps smooth out any bumps we might encounter in a project and makes sure we're all clear on out objectives.

It has so much potential!. However, it is very glitchy. Randomly logs my employees out, randomly wants us to use Captcha. When adjusting a schedule for an employee - when changing the clock in time it automatically enters a random clock out time. If I forget to check the clock out time before I start to change it I’m stuck. I had so much hope for it when PayCor purchased the app from Ximble. But still so many random, annoying bugs. I’ve reported them numerous times yo no avail.

improve the organization. This app is the best employee scheduling app, and I recommend it to all who wants to improve the organization

Super cool app with cool features. Now i don't need to remember my meetings, i can set all on ximble app. It reminds of everything. Amazing app. Great features.

Pay for. Terrible app. Set it up. First time I went to use it , it said password was wrong, so I asked for new password and email was supposed to be sent but they never sent email. Went to another staff for help to fix it. Was I doing something wrong? She had the same issue and can’t use it either. My job is desperate for people to pick up shifts but they depend on this thing so I m not getting shifts I want, they aren’t getting shifts filled and staff who are working are ticked off to be working short-staffed all the time. EVERYONE is unhappy.

Work easily with ximble and manage everything on phone. Ximble has helped me in all the ways. Easily i can manage employees and their shifts. Much helpful app, i give it a 5 star, satisfactory performance.

Money. Hi, noticed the bug when you clock out, it logs you out instead and you have to log back in to clock off hasn’t been fixed. Other than that it works.

App won’t open after update. I’ve tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried logging in on my browser, that’s not even an option. as soon as I log in on the app, it kicks me out, no explanation, just closes the app. Whatever the update was, undo it

Unique design. Unique design and interface of this application is the main thing which impressed me the most about this application.

Never work. I have been trying to use this app for as long as I’ve been with my company and it’s so confusing and I’m never able to use it. I spend more time changing and resetting usernames and passwords it’s just not worth it for me.

Worst scheduling app I’ve ever used. Constantly crashes, logs me out, doesn’t allow us to communicate between coworkers. My biggest flaw is that there isn’t a general board to post shifts?? I can only directly send a shift to someone but no general posting for everyone to see.

Not a great app. App is good to see your schedule and easy to navigate but the fact that you get logout and doesn’t even have face recognition is just absurd, you have to put your credentials all the time you want to see the schedule. Not liking the app

Hate It!. I work at a smokeshop that depends on this app to get our hours and we really have a hard time specially apple users to log in to clock out or clock in bc it constantly kicks us out and takes a long time to load our log in info. I hate that it always has our hours mixed up bc of the time frame after 4pm it is already the next day.

Ximble helps remember all the meetings. Ximble is good no doubt. Schedule the meetings with zimble app. It has much more than meetings only. Helps maintain all data on mobile. Much helpful, deserves a 5 star

Works greatly. Ximble Employee Scheduling app works greatly with a fluid and friendly interface.

Simple to use but a lot of useful features.. I'm glad that I can adjust the time sheets when needed, on the odd occasion a worker will forget to clock out so I'll have to modify it. No biggy but a useful feature.

favorite app. One of my favorite and the most laudable of all application to record employees scheduling every day and that is why I love using this app

😑😑. They don’t help anyone with low-income problems. Went out of business.

Not practical. There are no bugs but, you can’t see who works what day at all, it’s fairly difficult to navigate and confusing to use, I’ve never struggled with getting a shift covered or figuring out my schedule before my employers switched software.

Great Idea, Poor Execution. I love the ability to clock in/out remotely from the office. My job requires me to be out of the office most of the time but it has a numerous amount of glitching for the majority of the time. Many missed clockings and you must go behind yourself after a clocking to make sure it took the clock in/out.

reduces stress. I like using ximble application because it reduces my stress and saves my time at the same time by helping me do so many works at the same time

Push notifications are cool. Cool way to see my work schedule. It sends me push notifications an hour before my shift is supposed to start. I like it!

help my company. I like this application as it has helped my company a lot and it helps my coworkers in the company as well, and it works fabulously

I do not like it. I never used apps which would req to log in every time you use it. Frustrating. I hate that program req to write shift essay each day. You could not log out without writing something

Constantly having to sign in. The app works pretty well most of the time but it CONSTANTLY signs me out and it is so annoying and frustrating. I wish there was an option to stay signed in

Unusable. This app is terrible. It doesn’t work with my sign in and I don’t know why. I try to change my password and I never receive the email to let me do that, so I can’t even use this app. I don’t get why paycor has to have multiple different apps for things.

Terrible to use.. Constantly signs out but until after you press the click in or out button. And no support for Face ID. Frequently loads to a white screen. Have to force close and try again until It works. Multiple times have clocked in but doesn’t actually do it. Shows clocked in until the app is refreshed. Then I get told I’m irresponsible. Finally proved it by screen recording my clock in / clock out. Every day for 2 weeks straight. The most recent update now causes the app to crash after login. Can’t use the app at all now. All these issues have existed across 2 phones and system restores.

Is FaceID support coming?. I’m not sure if I am missing something but there’s only a TouchID option and that does not activate FaceID when signing in. It would also be great if I didn’t have to sign in multiple times a day but I could do it reasonably quickly if the FaceID support was added.

Highly recommend. I used this app and I would highly recommend you, people, to use this great app.

Super great app. Love this application from the bottom of my heart. I have used many other same modes of applications but this application is really unique. I just love it.

I can’t even use it. I have to use this app for my job and I can’t see my schedule anything I go to my schedule it kicks me back out the app my phone is updated and my app is up to date as well it’s been like this since I downloaded the app 3 months ago

Nimble was much more user friendly. Viewing and scheduling was much easier with the old app. Instead of improving the app it has become more user intuitive you can no longer view your weekly schedule and setting up your availability has become a complicated process. Ximble is not a step forward in scheduling it has gone two steps backwards

Beware!!!. This ap is awful. I used it for a year and a half (begrudgingly because I paid for the year) and it gave me nothing but trouble. Every single time it updates something awful happens. Once I lost ALL my repeating clients BUT when I tried to renter them it said there was a conflicting appointment... even though you couldn’t see it. 😡 It boots me out on a regular basis so when I’m sitting with a client and need to open the schedule I have to make them wait while I sign in again. Sometimes it just won’t load at all and I have to close it out and reopen it. But when made me cancel mid-year was all my girl’s schedules randomly scrambled. If you clicked on it you could see the correct date, but it would put it on the wrong days and frequently says that the current day is “tomorrow” this has been a complete nightmare and now that I have Sling I see even more clearly how terrible it is! I highly suggest looking into Sling if you have a small business!!! It’s amazing and the free part of the app has a ton to offer and the paid option is extremely reasonable!

This app is terrible. The setup didn’t work and when I tried to rate the app poorly from their app request and I gave them a poor rating I was told there was a sending error. I was curious so I upped my rating and suddenly it went through. They falsely inflate their rating to hide the apps poor function

Good app. This app is great for scheduling employees and seeing your schedule. Updates instantly when a schedule is published.

Employees Can’t See The Full Schedule Anymore?. I liked the old Nimble app much better. As an employee, I NEED to be able to see who I’ve been scheduled with each day, and it seems in this new version I can’t see that anymore. I also used to be able to see who all was working on a particular day, and I can no longer do that. There are certain people at work I prefer to avoid because they are lazy and dump their work off on other people on a routine basis, so I don’t pick up shifts on days they work unless I have to. Plus, if they happen to schedule me with one of the employees that is like that I need to know so I can drop the shift. I can’t do that if I can’t see any information about the other employees!

Manage meetings with ximble. For me, when it comes to schedule work and meetings, shifts, ximble is the best app to use. Everyone must give it a try.

Terrible app. One of the most frustrating apps I have had to deal with. Often requires me to re-sign in but cannot access the content of the app. Have to open another app and come back to be able to access. Also does not not hold settings. It shows me who is at a particular location even though I have checked all locations be shown. Probably minor issues but should be corrected

Moving on. We’ve use Paycor since it was nimble (about 8 years) but the last couple years there have been so many time we can’t access their app or website. They used to have better customer service also. Now it’s the weekend and no way to contact them. We are switching to another scheduling and time clock app.

Wont even let me log in. I have been at my job for over a month and every time I need to see my schedule or do anything at all, I have to use safari or my computer. So basically this app is useless. Every time I try to hit forgot password and reset it in the app I never receive the email to do so. So if your employer uses this system for scheduling, good luck.

Not very effective. Don’t like the fact that the colors are so similar on the schedule. Also wish we could have two dept. on the schedule or at least be able to choose our own colors would even be more helpful. Even if you save you password it still sometimes make you log back in. This app is not very efficient.

App review. Great. I check my time card and twice I have notified my manager that I punched out or in twice and it was corrected immediately. If I had not checked my app it would have been a delay. My paycheck is posted the day before pay with all info. Best of all is my schedule to work. My next day time appears as a good reminder for me. Love it. CH

The worst. So I have been using Paycor for about 2 months now and I finally decided to write my review. It’s literally the worst. With all the apps I need to use for my job, this one is the one I’m always having trouble with. It constantly logs you out. Every time there is a new update it breaks and wont stay open when you are trying to log in or out. The way it calculates it’s hours is wonky. It feels like they hire the worst developers or there is some kind of internal struggle within their company. Nothing feels intuitive, nothing is easy to use, nothing is straight forward. It’s like they sit in meetings and talk about how to make it the most difficult and least user friendly as possible, and they are succeeding at that. Maybe they just hire people off the streets to develop their product, I don’t know, but that is what this app feels like to use. If you can avoid at all costs and do not use for your company.

my company settled. I like this application because my company is so settled and so organized than ever before after using this application

Disappointed. I have updated my email and password at least 10 times to no avail. I’ve requested a link to change it and I never get anything. I have the app and I can’t get in. I have to go through our administrator and that’s stupid.

Amazing features, all softwares available. The best app i have got. Ximble has helped me in all the ways. Easily i can manage employees and their shifts.

Cool alert notifications. I wish I could limit the hours when I want to receive notifications and when I do not. But other than that, it's a cool app.

Logging out. Great app but keeps logging out all of the time.

Useless. No way to see the teams shifts in own location, is stuck to “default” location for the account. There is no setting to change this in app, and support just said to reinstall app.

Manas. The app is so slow and it signs me out every time. I have to sign in every time I open this app. It’s frustrating. Please fix this issue.

Needs Work. GPS a little off. Also need to have more options and so on.

Very Bad. Does the trick but barely. So many flaws, and I really dislike that I have to zoom into a specific day to see what my shift is like in the monthly view. Found Nimble to be far superior.

Needs Dark Mode. Dark mode for iOS has been out over a year. Enable this as working at night is brutal using your app.

Since the update my app just keeps crashing.. This app has been ok, it has a few quirks but since the new update it won’t even open on my phone and just keeps crashing:(

New version removed chat feature. Why would you remove such a useful tool? What a waste.

Really Poor Interference. Too many issues to address. An example is the Clock Out where you have to add shift notes. Which you can only do by going through the main menu even though your presented with a clock out button.

Fix the bugs. Open shifts don’t show up tried to fill out a email for support and that was just as buggy and painful

Can’t even use it. Awful, I have to log in online because I can’t sign in through the app and the only time it allowed me I couldn’t even see past my 3 days shift.

Worst app ever. Never works, constantly crashes, literally worst scheduling app I’ve ever used. Please if you’re a business owner and are considering using this, please don’t. I would t put my worst enemy through this, so neither should your employees.

Still not updated. Been waiting months for an app update to fix the constant logging out and dysfunctional Face ID. Having to sign in every time I clock in and out is a time consuming pain in the a...

Horrible. It worked one time. Then constantly tells you to log back in. Won’t accept your log in after that. Deleted app reloaded still doesn’t work. Junk!

Easy to manage employees. Ximble is a nice app. It is easy to manage employees, check the shifts, and meeting on this app. Very cool.

Stop logging me out. EVERYONE at my company gets logged out. Very frustrating

Timesheet. Before the update everything was working just fine. Now I can’t look at my timesheet. It force closed and go to the login screen when I click on timesheet.

Recently. The app does not stay open. Once it is open it will completely close out even if you update it or refresh it.

Last update. The last update for the mobile app is causing constant failures. Soon as I log in the app shuts down.

It’s a mess. It never works when you need to reset password and it takes forever to get email to reset can never access money always a problem

Fix Your App!. Dear Ximble Management Team, Your app has not been working properly since I’ve heard of you guys. I only have negative feedback for you. Fix this! If you want to be successful than make sure your app is doing what it is meant to do!

Can’t login into app. Login info works on the website and other app but will not work for here. Doesn’t look like I’m the only person with this problem

Password. Very difficult to change my password. Says it sends a verification email. It doesn’t.

Horrible Crashes Frequently. NimbleSchedule was far superior. Ximble crashes every other time I open it. It will not let me set the app to the right time zone so it shows all my shifts in Central Time Zone. If you have Nimble do not switch.

Not a good app. I can use my screen name and password to sign in on the website, but they will not work for the app. Very irritating, I find this app useless.

Elite usuabilty. The usability is so elite people can use this application with no inconvenience.

Logs you out way too much! Please fix. I used to get logged out every 3 days. Now, I get logged out almost everyday. You have to type in your whole log in credentials every time. It’s pretty frustrating considering what we are doing is time sensitive.

Signs me out too often, freezes. The app signs you out so often. & there is no way to save your user and password. So you have to type it in every time. Half the time I open the app it freezes and won’t let me clock in or out.

Disappointed…. I just updated. In the newest version I cannot even see my schedule for any month other than the current one. Up your game paycor!

Never works. My job uses the Paycor apps, but whenever I sign in it load but never lets me in. It is constantly not working.

Inconsistent. The app consistently logs you out and force closes. “Updated” the app today and it still continues to force close within seconds.

Good try. This app tries to do a good job- but there are frequent bugs and it is pretty cumbersome to use compared to the webpage version.

Quirky. Frequent issues on iPad and/or iPhone with it locking up or not opening. Glad my supervisor sends out backup emails with schedule details.
