Controls. Despite being a pretty game, the controls are terrible. The movement is especially aggravating.

Controls seem OK to me. Then again, I was slaying games like this in the arcade 40 years ago before all of you were born. We didn’t have sissy control pads and different control setups. Just put a quarter in and blasted. I beat this on the first go.

The essay is the best part of this IMO. The controls take a little getting used to, but just place your left thumb in the center and "tilt" it. No need to actually slide your thumb!

Pure Perfecion. This game is perfect. The style, soundtrack, and just everything blend together to become this perfect game. I'm so sad not everyone knows about this app. The only problem I have with this is the controls. I find the screen touching odd. If you look at the controls for similar apps that are more popular, I would consider coping their style.

Cool game but needs work on controls. Slick and looks nice. Would love to have relative touch controls like many shmups on iOS have.

Love It!. This game takes me back to my wasted youth in arcades, and my wasted 30s in barcades. The only thing I dislike is having to start from the beginning every time I start the app.

Maybe in another 6 years. There will be a second, actually useable, control scheme.

Cute!. Didn't realize that it was tilt controlled when I was playing in bed the first time. Ship was just stuck to the left. I rolled over and realized what was going on. Toggle for that would be great.
