Not working. The app is a joke. It obviously has a bug or glitch in system. App hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Everyone is getting errors for days now without any help from the app creators.

App has stopped working. I used to love this app. Having my athletes in their own tab was fantastic. One meet from 2021 never loaded, but I assumed that was a meet issue. Nothing for the 2022 season will load and the other tabs are blank as well.

Not working. The app was working on Friday but hasn’t worked since. The My Athlete tab isn’t showing anything. The meet and results tabs are saying Error Loading Events for 5 days now! What is wrong with your app?? Please fix!!

Still no update to include team scores. Lacking capabilities that other online resources are able to provide. More clubs would use if there was team scoring, sorting organizing better

Error downloading events. I can’t get events or results to download, gives me an error every time now. Anyone know how to fix this? I have deleted the app and reinstalled and does not seem to help

It appears to be broken. The app hasn’t been updated in years and now it appears to be broken. The meets tab won’t show any information. The results tab won’t actually show any results. And, if you can add your athletes, it won’t show any results for them, either. USAG should fix or retire this app.

Lack of support is ridiculous. The fact that this app hasn’t been updated in over three years is the most lazy and ridiculous thing ever. It hardly ever works. It’s such a hassle. When iOS updates happen, apps need updates. How are parents and coaches supposed to track results with a lazy, undeveloped, never-supported application? Pay the small amount of money and get a dedicated party to keep the app running as it should! Another half-@$$ed job by USAG.

How do you find session team scores?. I can't find team scores and rank from different sessions or levels for the meets in this app. Surely there must be an option to see team scores.

App is always down. Terrible app. Always down. Always says “ Loading”. Funny how the football app is never down.. or the basketball app, or the golf app, or any other sport. Gymnastics is doing a terrible job of promoting their sport.

No longer works. This app was working a few weeks ago, but now it only shows errors. There seems to be no fix coming. This app was extremely useful for figuring out which event they were going to do first and to see which teams were going to be there. Now my sister has a meet tomorrow and I am stressed about being able to see her scores during the meet.

Crappy appy. So dissatisfied with how this app worked from the very start last year was glitchy. It must not be easy for the tournament operators to enter information or it doesn’t run seamlessly with the website. Now this year it doesn’t work at all.

Unreliable. The app is great when it actually works but recently it hasn’t been working at all. Events won’t load, results won’t load, I can’t even view my daughters past scores. Pretty useless when none of the functions work.

Slow and loads intermittent. For how much it costs to get into these gymnastics meet you would think they could have an app that works more then it fails. Sadly that is not the case.

App doesn’t really work at all.. If I go to my athlete’s events, nothing is listed. If I try to click on the event she is attending, it doesn’t open or do anything. Maybe it will show past results, but for upcoming events it is useless.

No team scores. Was so excited about this app when first download it. So much information about us gymnastics for all levels and divisions; a little disappointing that there isn’t an option for team scores anywhere in this app. Meetscoresonline still the most complete and reliable for JO and xcel meets right now. Hope to see team scores at myusagym app soon.

Won’t load scores.. Since spectators are not allowed at meets, this app is the only way family can “watch” our gymnasts. This app is down again and not loading scores.

When the app is down, it takes way too long to come back. The app has been down all day and has made it difficult to do anything. It was very spotty yesterday as well. There never seems to be a fix for this. If my meet scores was more reliable, I’d just follow my daughter and her team on that app instead.

App not working properly. We are in the middle of meet season and the events/meets/results don’t display. It says “Error Loading Events”, it’s been like that for weeks now. It’s unreal to think there is no one there capable to fix this. Unless is fixed, it’s useless.

App is completely dead. Nothing displays at all on any tab, events, results, etc. It just says “Error Loading Events” for everything. I see the last update was over 3 years ago so clearly no one is putting any time or effort into keeping this app working correctly. I’m very disappointed my son’s meet chose this app to report scores since none of us parents ended up being able to see anything. I hope future event hosts see this and choose a different platform for score reporting.

App used to be great but is not accurate nor timely. Lately I’ve seen lots of issues with app not updating live. Very disappointing that scores are not updated til well after meet. Also seen a lot of incomplete scores. Last 2 meets only have scores from 3 events. 4th event and all around never updated. App is very slow to load data from server.

Rarely works. This app rarely works. I have athletes saved in my profile then they disappear. Then I search using a USA gym # and it says the athlete doesn’t exist. This app worked well for score reporting once in the 2 years I’ve used it. It would be a great app if it ever worked.

Error loading events. This app used to work great. As of last weekend, it no longer shows the meets or results. It just says Error Loading Events. Very obnoxious since I wasn’t able to be at my sons meet and have always enjoyed following along with the scores in real time. Now I can’t even get the scores after the fact. Big bummer!

Won’t load current events. The app usually works fine but today it will not load the scores from the sessions that happened most recent and the one before that. The app does load them on a different phone but not mine, I checked my WiFi and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but I am still having the same problem. It will load scores from old meets but not the ones that I want to see.

Not Enough Meets Included. This would be a great App if more meets were included. Out of the four meets my daughter has attended this season, the App only shows results from one of them. I would definitely pay for this App if I could use it to view results from more meets.

Usually easy site for scores. I have used this app for the past 3 years and I never have had a problem, but this past meet 1-7-22 I can’t access any scores or meets it just keeps giving me a notice that says “error loading results?! I don’t know what to do to fix this problem, hopefully someone else has this problem and can help me. Thanks

How is this app STILL down?. This app has been down for months. They just posted we can find score results on here today, and yet it hasn’t worked for months and still isn’t. No one has noticed or rectified this??

Terrible App. This app used to be great for tracking events but now you are unable to see anything. Constantly has errors, unable to track live events, and nothing is displaying on any of the tabs within the app. USA GYMNASTICS PLEASE FIX THIS!

Error Loading. Last meet season this app was great for keeping scores and were posted relatively soon after each meet. This season the app has been down since our first meet. We can’t load feature events, meets or view results. Frustrating and makes app useless for team parents.

Complete Junk. App hardly ever works. This technology not complex and should be extremely easy to maintain and operate. With all the money we pay as parents, this is barley a drop in the bucket. Fix it or find someone who can. Us parents just love being left I. The dark during meets.

Not working. I’ve been having lots of issues with the app lately. Every page says Error Loading. I have updated the app and even re-downloaded with the same issues.

Pay version is worthless. The premium version is $4.99/PER MONTH. Which seems crazy, but with all the craziness going on this year I was trying to get live scores for a particular meet so I thought I would try the premium version. It was absolutely not different in any way, I had to wait for the scores just like the regular version. I forgot to cancel it because I only used it that one time and it didn’t even work. I was charged the next month and tried to contact someone immediately when I was charged to see if they would be willing to reimburse me for the 2nd charge since it worked for me NEVER, and was unable to find any contact info. I sent a couple messages on their FB page and it shows that they were seen but nobody ever responded. I definitely would tell everyone not to pay for the premium service. Other than that I like the app for meets when the scores show up, but free version only.

App isn’t working, no support.. The USA Gym app hasn’t been working all week. No one fixes it and when you click for “app support” it just takes you to the USA Gymnastics website, which after digging through it, provides no resources for app support or assistance. Not a good look for USA Gymnastics.

Won’t load. This app will not load and we could not track scores this past weekend. It also won’t load now to go back and look. We thought it was bc we didn’t have a signal in the arena but I guess it was not from that.

Nothing is loading. I’ve been using this app for years and love that I can follow along at meets live. I also love that I can look back at past meets and follow teammates. This past week nothing is loading! I hope this is just temporary.

Disappointed to say the least. This app is absolutely terrible! I downloaded it because another parent recommended it, it doesn’t even load, no info can be seen at all and it’s frustrating that it’s been days and no solutions have been presented. It’d be nice days after a meet to be able to view my daughter’s scores, which remain unposted.

Great App! Lots of potential but..... Used this past weekend during state meet. It was very quick to update as soon as scores were flashed. However, today when we are trying to watch scores for the boys meet out of town, I can’t even get the meets to load. Nothing. Love this app and potential for athletes to use to track their scores, but it’s not very reliable.

Stopped Working - edit started working again!. I absolutely loved this app so that iI could see me and my teammates scores. It used to update so fast and was amazing. About a week ago it stopped loading anything so now every screen just says “error”. It’s very annoying and definitely needs an update. *** finally started working again ***

Great App. Wonderful app & very useful.. however it is a bit chunky and not 100% user friendly, however it does successfully get the job done.

App down for weeks. The app has been down for weeks with no indication that they are working on a fix. Every tab you click on just gives an error loading message.

Error loading event. Went to a meet yesterday and the app does not work on cellular data on iPhoneX. When we got home...works fine on wifi. What’s the point if the app doesn’t work while you are at a meet? Updates are needed...event refresh is slow as well. 1 to 3 events are displayed on my wife's iPhone6 then nothing for the rest of the event

App never loads anymore. This ad used to work great in prior years. I’m not sure what’s going on with it especially in Iowa but we can never get events results or my athletes profiles to load. Very frustrating

Rarely works lately. App was working great for majority of season. Most recently the app has been down & reading other reviews it appears to be a consistent problem. Too bad bc when it works it’s very helpful to parents & frustrating when it’s down

If you are replacing website with this app, please make sure the app work!. More than half of the time, the app won’t work. Now as you are replacing the website with this crap, we don’t have a place to find meets scores in a timely manner. What a shame.

Great when it works. Can USAG invest some of the money all us parents fork over every year to get this app more stable? Multiple times a year the app crashes and no scores are viewable. When the app is working it’s great, but when it’s down, not so much.

Won’t load events, results, or my athletes. The app has been broken for a week that I’m aware of. I’m not sure how to reach anyone to correct this. Nothing will load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve looked for updates. That’s too bad, I really liked this app!

Can never get scores. Have tried to use this app at 3 meets so far and it has the meet listed, click on it and it goes to a blank screen. No info on our meets or our athletes. Very unreliable app. Disappointed.

App not working. This app has been great in the past but for the last 2 weeks it has not worked. Every time you click on anything besides news it just says error loading events.

Trying out. The scores loaded fast for 2022 meets once I added my gymnast but how can I see 2021?

Frustrating. Does not work. Unable to load Upcoming Meets or Results for quite a while now. Also, My Athlete says “Not Found”. Very disappointing.

Insufficient Database. This app failed because the database it’s connected to cannot handle the traffic. Deadlocks and other anomalies cause scores to simply not load. In addition, once a user clicks into an event apparatus, there is no button to return to the all around scores. Data was also incredibly slow to update. My daughter’s AA score only displayed after awards. It is quite possible they are using two databases (one live for meet determination and the other for viewing) but the synchronization is failing.

Will not load. App worked for a almost two years and now it won’t load.

Error Loading Events. Would love for this app to work again! Can’t see any meets, athletes or scores. We only ever get Error Loading Events.

This app isn’t working. This app has not shown results or meets for several weeks. When is it going to be working?

Quit working. It works last year to follow all my daughters’ results. After the January meet it has no longer worked

This is the worst app I have ever used. I hate this app, it looks like it was built in 1990 and it crashes everyday, place fix this app.

Sloooooooooow. Worthless app as other reviewers have said it is slow slow especially when everyone logs in across the country on a sunday AM.

Loading…….. This app does not load on days when there is an event going on. Great for info outside of that.

Not happy. At a meet and a bunch of us have this app and it is frozen. Nobody can open up today’s events. Very disappointed in this app today, worked great at other meets.
