Frustrating ads/can’t return to game play. I enjoy the untimed play. I have been playing this game off and on for quite some time but have become very frustrated by many of the ads. Some ads aren’t an issue but many ads never have an x that pops up to go back to game play. I have to completely close the app and then reopen it to return to the game. Someone messed up and I am very surprised that it has not been fixed yet. This is the only game I have this issue with.

Very Addictive. The game play is very easy to utilize, though the actual puzzle that you make can be quite challenging. My only issue is the sound features; while the game can be silenced, the adds cannot. It's honestly just a problem for me, personally, but doesn't effect the overall game play.

Love it, but.... This game is really really close to being 1010 Color, only with 4 blocks instead of 3. Also, I hadn’t ever heard of the game until I was randomly going through the App Store and I was kind of curious- this game needs a LOT more advertising because it’s really really close to a lot of other games and it might get ‘put out of the game ‘by competitors, and if that happens I will be absolutely DEVASTATED!!! Other than that , it’s a really good game, but the ads at the end of every game are really annoying. A few themes would be awesome too, but that’s not necessarily what I look for in a great game. I absolutely LOVE 4 Plus, and these are just a few suggestions for improvement (at least in my opinion;)) . I hope that I don’t come across as a know-it-all - that’s definitely NOT what I want to do! Think about trying a few of these suggestions and using them; I would be really grateful if you did. I am SO addicted to this game and I don’t know what I would do without it!!! 4+4life!!! ;)

Relaxing. Very relaxing. I love that I can start playing this game have to end it and go back to where I left off later. Just when I think I’m doing bad all of a sudden I pick up the pace and I’m doing much better with a game. I love to try to improve my score.

Very relaxing though.. I must admit I am addicted to this game. That said I guess the colors sent to you are computer generated & you ultimately lose while hopefully increasing your score. At the end of my game I need another game to play where I have more control over the colors not just where I place them, to ease my frustration. Thanks 😁 I spend way to much time on this game! 😁 No matter what other games I play from time to time, this is my go too, my default. 😁

Love it. I enjoy the sounds and the interesting words that can develop and I like the pacing of the game so that when my friend plays in her real time, I can possibly even be there to play almost like live.

Four Plus. I get very involved in the challenge presented by this app. It is enjoyable to continue to select the best placement for each set of blocks presented. Would really like it if the screen could be turned to landscape mode

Almost perfect. I have been playing for over a year and it’s endlessly challenging. Wish there were some options to “undo” a move to see if I could achieve a higher score or at least not end the game without warning. Maybe an option for “ hints” or a warning that you are one or two moves away from losing.

Twitchy pieces. Love this game, very addictive, however, most times when im playing the pieces will twitch and then the piece will place somewhere random- beyond my control- Frustrating!!! Ive deleted this game before because ive become very frustrated by the twitchy pieces that place their selves randomly... but cannot find any other game like it any where And this is such a great game. Please fix!!!

Four Plus vs. Marianne. I hate to admit how addicted I am to Four Plus! It is SO MUCH fun and relaxing, and I find myitself playing it every chance I get! Never have I ever enjoyed any game as much! Don’t know how long ago I wrote the previous paragraph, but nothing has changed with my ‘addiction!’ Four Plus is still my one and only Go-To as a means of fun, challenge, and relaxation! I LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE it!!!

Addicting. This game is a perfect for waiting rooms. I also like that it doesn’t interfere with my listening ability. I can enjoy music, podcasts, or audiobooks while playing. And it’s very addicting. Is there a way to compare scores with other players?

Love it, but.... I play this game all the time. For the most part, it’s one of my favorite games. However, it would be nice if you could actually succeed in clearing the board instead of going on and on and on and on.... Please make it so we can “win” at some point!

How come i Can’t score a lot of points. I’m pretty good at games ... why can’t i score points... Best score is about 2000 yet my sister in law is at 10,000... there is no way she’s better than me. What gives? Seriously.

Best quiet game ever!. I love how calming this game is. No loud music or flashy graphics. Even the ads are unobtrusive and easy to navigate away from. Please don’t change!! This is my go-to game when I’m stressed, bored, listening to a podcast, etc.

Keeps crashing. I really enjoy this game but it has continually been crashing. Have reinstalled twice with no improvement

Why?. How about I decide when the game is over? I keep getting cut out when I still see possibilities! Let me decide! Also, it would be nice if players could rotate patterns to make them fit. It is frustrating to have patterns given that are meant to frustrate (you would say challenge) the player when they keep getting more complex, and then a worthless single square with which nothing or very little can be done. Aghhhhh!!! 4/19 Your response does not help the issue, which is a desire for more player control, less frustrating situations. The patterns keep getting frustratingly more complex just to end the game. Not fun. That is why I don’t use it anymore. It stopped being fun.

the new colors are terrible. I have enjoyed Four Plus until the recent update which took away the fun colors and replaced them with annoying bleached out ones. Wish I could get back to the previous version. At the very least, there should be a way to select the color palette. I think that I am done playing this game because of the color change.

I might delete all my other games. This is the only game I play now. Every game is different and totally challenging. Just when I think I have a strategy to maximize my points I get a low score. Strategy is the key in this game, but that being said as the combination of number of blocks and colors displays you have to be strategic about where to put them. Yea...crazy. My high score of 1,500 points took forever to play. Good luck and enjoy.

about this game. I love this game!! I’m totally addicted.. I play morning till night. I’ve been playing for about a yr.. probably longer. I play it when i watch tv,eating alone, be in conversation and be able to conversate back. Try it you will totally enjoy this game.

Turn the music off.. I've played this game for more than two years and found it relaxing, but just recently something has changed. Normally I can listen to an audiobook while I play Four Plus, but suddenly that feature is gone. I am very frustrated by this change and would like to see the original reinstated.

Meditative fun. This game is elegantly designed and enjoyable to play. I go into a kind of meditative state as I place the pieces, making order out of randomness. I’ve gotten up to 4200 points or so before the game ends, can’t seem to get beyond that. But it’s fun to try.

Addicted user. I’m totally addicted to this game and play it often. I’m curious about the leaderboard data. Some time ago, I was awarded the level for removing 125,000 blocks and according to the awards display, I’ve surpassed 250,000. My new high score is 9495. But when I look at the leaderboard, my point total is only 9495! What gives?

Bring back the old colors. I really like this game, but was disappointed to see new, darker colors added this week. For some reason the other color scheme was more relaxing. Wish there was an option to choose color scheme.

Fun game, annoying ads banner. The banner of ads at the bottom is extremely sensitive. Getting your hand anywhere near it causes your game to disappear and an ad to come up. There’s no exit arrow or X, so you have to repeatedly go back to your home screen and relaunch the app.

Four plus. Best fun. Always different and challenging for improving spatial relationship. I taught my granddaughter to play this game and also how to read numbers playing this game. Always perfect for my mind. Great anytime &anywhere

❤️💕The BEST SORTING GAME out there💕❤️. I have been playing this game for so long I can’t remember not having it. It’s an old friend I go to daily to fill random moments (aaaand maaaybe more hours than I should). If you enjoy organizing (I obviously do), this game is for you! I have noticed that the game decides when it will end by giving me all big pieces—-not all games are the same. That is frustrating, but also challenging. Don’t give up when there seems no hope. You can often save it and go on to another day. But pray for smaller pieces🤭🥰 I also appreciate that I can control the sound. The longer ascending tone when I match a lot of squares is a nice reward. And there are no frenetic flashing lights, which I find intolerable.

Best best best game…. I easily get bored with these Internet games but have been enjoying this one for a couple of years.I find it relaxing and challenging enough to keep me stimulated. Plus it doesn’t have 1 million ads.

Great game, but . . .. I love this game so much — for a while. Then, I start getting tired of having to dismiss a Game Center invitation before every single game. Also, the basic game play can be quite frustrating. From what I can tell, the algorithm is such that you get a few/several pieces that fit perfectly on the game board, and it’s up to you to see it and place them to effectively remove sections; followed by a few/several pieces that quite clearly will not fit anywhere. It’s clearly intentional — it is definitely not random. The goal, it seems, is to use the pieces that fit to remove as many blocks as possible before the non-fitting pieces start up. That way, you have room to place these misfits. As the game progresses, naturally the misfit pieces come more often, and are larger, making them harder to place. This could be a relaxing/focusing game if it weren’t for the misfit algorithm — and the repeated request to use Game Center. If I find an app that doesn’t do those two things, I’m switching in a heartbeat!

v. 1.1.1 Crashtastic!. Jittery when moving blocks, and within 60-90 seconds it disappears, it’s in background you just have to make it primary active again. Love the game but I don’t play it online, I play it offline.

Frustrating. I enjoy the easy going casual nature of the game. But.....who doesn’t want to feel like they are getting somewhere! I became frustrated and deleted it from my phone. Obviously I eventually came back, searched it out again, more determined than ever! What gets to me is that what you do is totally contingent upon the pieces you are given. So the game has all the control. Of course, placing them right is the challenge! There have been times that it seems as though I’ve been playing forever, and I will actually have over 1600 to 1800 points. Then again I will only have 180. If the point of the game is to allow someone to fill their time with a challenging, non aggressive game why does it stop the play & give impossible choices! Whalla, it’s over....192 points. It would be great if there was a base sum of say, 500 points before it lost interest and started the impossibles! Consider my suggestion? Ty

MUCH better!. I'm addicted to this game! The game developer actually reads reviews and responds to issues!!!! My iPads are old and one iPad didn't do well after an update. I did a review with a comment to that effect. I received an email from the developer and the issue was resolved! I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall, so I didn't lose my 65k+ point history.

What the heck happened to this game?. Glitched on me and won’t allow my game to end. No place for a move. I’m going to delete. It just keeps wanting me to watch an ad to play but I can’t play. Most frustrating game now. I used to play without issue. I’ve not played in a while and now it is a mess.

MUST KEEP PLAYING. I keep trying to beat my own score. Great brain relaxer. You end up not thinking about anything else but how can I use this piece most effectively.. If I can’t sleep this game will relax me so I can just doze off phone in hand.

Calming concentration!. This is my go to game. It’s very calming for me. You can play for two minutes, an hour, pause and go back to it where you left off. It’s the pass time for the doctors waiting room, or anywhere you are stuck in limbo.

Frustrating. I’ve been playing this game for awhile and just recently it has become “glitchy.” When I try to move the piece, it won’t budge. Then it eventually does, but it gets stuck and goes into a spot that I didn’t choose. This is so frustrating! I love this game, but I can’t continue to keep playing if this “glitchy” stuff keeps up. Please look into this. Thanks!! UPDATE: Thanks for fixing the “glitches”. I am back to playing my favorite game once again!!

Pop up ads don’t close. I enjoyed this game a great deal! Recently the pop up ads stopped closing. It is nearly impossible to get past the ads to get to the game. This has been fixed and the game is accessible and fun! Thanks for fixing the ads!

Great game!. I love this game so much, and as someone who has a damaged optical nerve, I greatly appreciate the new updated colors with more contrast especially when viewed in low light or on a dimmed screen. If you are looking for something that will keep your attention for years and that you can stop and start at any time, and this is a great app.

There’s something wrong…. I’ve had this game for years now and have enjoyed fully… until recently. I have a brand new iPhone 13 pro max so not sure why I’m having issues with this app in the last few months. Way too many ads!! And the ads quite often won’t let you click out of them to get back to the game! I tried to contact but for some reason wouldn’t let me. Hence my review instead. This game deserves 5 ⭐️. But due to the ad issues, I’m giving 3 ⭐️. And if it continues, I will delete as it’s too frustrating and leave 1 ⭐️ review. Please please fix! Thank you 🙏🏻

Yap. Nice game. I like to play it when I’m bored. It seems simple, but it’s really capturing and fun. It’s cool to play it with “Inverted Colors” turned on if your phone does that! The only thing is, you get points and you can try to beat your highscore, but there’s nothing you play for or no reward. It’s just a fun game to beat your highscore and do better each time! 😄 Thanks game makers!

Completion without purchases. I love that I get the great high from doing well and knowing I didn’t have my impulse issues buying boosts!

Irritating feature with iOS 14 update. The Game Center logo continually pops up at the top of the game letting me know what levels I have achieved. I’ve turned off every notification I can find. Please disable this.

Grand prize winner. I am enthralled with this new game! It is simple to learn, but takes a lot of thinking to keep playing for long periods of time. Addictive? YES! I even disliked stopping playing long enough to write this review, but I wanted others to know what an interesting game this is. Four Plus has become my most favorite game of all time! If awards were given out by those playing the games, this one would undoubtedly receive the highest of all honors.

Fun and difficult to stop playing. Relaxing and helps ease stress at the end of the day. One session I played for several months reminded me of Bejeweled in “Zen” mode - it just kept going and going and I wondered if I had somehow enabled a zen mode on this game (that’s a mode that automatically bails you out when you get close to losing - it throws solutions at you so you keep playing without losing), but no - it finally ended and I lost with a score of 31,603. Now I’m wondering if high scores for this game are posted somewhere?

My favorite go to, time wasting game. I have had this app for years and still play multiple times per week. Relaxing and engaging.

No title. It’s getting extremely difficult to achieve higher points or to break your own previous record

Love this. Cannot stop!. Addicted to this but seriously need an undo button (even if it costs points) for the times I accidentally drop or "throw" a block across the screen when I'm setting the phone down.

Issue. What is the recent problem with this game? It gets extremely slow and locks up my iPad and I get a black screen. I’ve done all the updates. It does okay for a few minutes and then gets extremely slow.

No longer my new favorite game. Two days ago I would have given this relaxing yet challenging game a 5+ ... it truly was relaxing with the pastel colors, smaller cubes, and larger playing area. With the new darker, more intense colors, it no longer feels relaxing, and the smaller area, with less long term play, also makes it feel less relaxing. Very disappointed the first option is not available. It will no longer be my favorite game. Perhaps that’s a good thing for me as the former was very additive. 😔

Hooked on this game!. Love this game! I get going on it forever. Hard to stop. Only annoying issue is I keep hitting the link on lower right side and the darn link opens disrupting game. Please move or something. I saw that others also had this complaint. Also issues with moving new squares up into game. It is like they have a mind of their own. Very difficult to control.

Very relaxing. I like that the game has no music and no time constraint. That way it only gets stressful/suspenseful when the board fills up too much. Then a sigh of relief when the right tiles show up and allow you to clear it off again : )

Spam?. I love playing this game but there has been an ad that keeps popping up that lags the whole app. I have reported this ad many times but it still keeps coming back :( Haven’t been able to play for a few days now because of it

Challenge your brain but still enjoying. I love this game because it gives you the challenge at the same time it doesn't stress you. And love the no boundaries shape of blocks, which doesn't make you feel you are in a small contained area. The irregular layout of the blocks and mixture of colour really make you think out of the box. I played a lot similar puzzles previously but this is the best, and I don't play other puzzles no more.

Not happy. The game keeps on ending when there is clearly space to put more blocks.

Great lot of puzzles. I really enjoy doing these ‘puzzles’, as I can do them anywhere. Today I was waiting for an appointment so much to the amusement of a young child I started to do this. I have a very rare brain disease and need to try and increase my brain power.

Love the game but hate the new colours. Slightly frustrating but addictive game. Why change them the colours? Bring back the old ones. Not enough contrast now between the two blues and requires more concentration and slows it down.

Great game. I love this game - may I suggest a change to the scoring system would make it even more challenging - for example extra points if you clear all of a color. Extra points if you get more than 4 in a sequence.

Disappointed with colour changes.. I loved playing this game but now with the colour changes I am not happy. The new darker colours I find put me off playing. I find the game to be dark and depressing. I enjoyed the game before because it made me feel light and not weighed down. I played the game to help with my anxiety and depression and now it seems to add to it. I don’t think I’ll be playing again.

New colours.... Love the game but am really struggling with the new colours. I agree they needed an update but there is too much dark/light variance now. Sadly my eyes aren’t happy with the change so I have to leave my favourite game behind.

Good game to relax or unwind. Would be nice to have the grace of one or two back/reverse moves in a game. I’ve had it happen that my finger slipped and the group of blocks went in the wrong slot. Enjoyable game otherwise! Thanks

Four Plus. I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I really enjoy it. There is one ad that appears from time to time but it cannot be closed even after several minutes. I have to reboot my iPad to get rid of it. I realize that you have to have advertising and most can be closed after a few seconds but this one just stays there. It’s a local ad for a car dealership. Can anything be done about this? It’s ruining the game for me.

Constant Freezing. I love this game, or rather, I used to love it. Now, it freezes from 2-6 times every time I play. The link to contact app support doesn’t work. I’d delete and redownload it, but I don’t want to lose my score.

Game itself. It seems to be rigged in a way. You can always tell when you will do well from the start. There is never a time where you can say you won the game. Kind of off putting.

Good game but please remove the annoying sound. Every move makes a sound so trying to play while listening to music is impossible and if the volume is on and headphones are not being used it brothers people around me. PLEASE add option of turning off the sound.

Frustrating game. I really enjoy this game!however, it takes a very long time to play it but you never get anywhere and rarely even get over 1200 or so. Very frustrating and discouraging. October 21,2020 I still enjoy the gameBut I think it could be made a little easier as it is still not possible to get a very high score. Lost to new colours,. Just played my last game of four plus. This was my favourite and go to game until three days ago. I have approx 6 family members and also friends addicted to this game. The change of colours is not good and so I am deleting the game once and for all, not all change is good, so sad!

Four plus. I enjoy how it increases in complexity as the game progresses and you run out of places.

Can’t close the new ads. I get that ads are a necessary evil that all apps eventually integrate but at least make sure we can close them to actually get back to playing our game!

Latest ads. Love the game, play it a lot. Lately though an ad for “you might also like” pops up way too much. There is an X on the top right screen to close the ad, but it doesn’t work and a web page pops open, very annoying. You might say to pay full price to get rid of ads, but you either want people to play and see ads, or not play and never see the revenue generating ads. I’ll play something else until this ad goes away.

Four Plus. The challenge is to develop strategies to score points and prolong the time of the game. This is not as easy as it looks. My current high score is over 1000.

Don’t like update. The latest update has removed the “greyed out” state of blocks that don’t fit. This change makes it harder to place blocks in a crowded area. Bring back greyed out state, and you’ll get 5 stars from me.

Love this game!. It is relaxing, but at the same time addictive. I don’t mind playing it on a daily basis. This game helps hone my cognitive and spatial abilities. What’s not to L❤️VE.

Addicting and harmless. Requires thought but nit too much

Wish I hadn't updated :(. Loved the old game -- pastel colors and size of the board! Pretty much despise this update's blah colors and small board. Please give us the option of reverting to the old game! The old game would be 5 stars. The new game gets a few stars for having night mode, but that's it.

Adjust the colors?. Lots of fun, a bit addictive. In certain light it's very difficult to distinguish between the peach and pink squares. Perhaps make them bolder or change to colors less similar?

Best meditation app ever. This app helps me sleep. I play it for an hour before bed, and all my thoughts fall into order and I sleep great. Best meditation app ever!

Addictive!!!. Just got this and I can tell it’ll be one taking up many an hour for me.

Good BUT... I loved this game until I got tired of beating beaten by the computer, where I cannot predict my next move, and IT has all the control of what to stack against me. I’m moving on.

Review. You play at your own speed, there are no interruptions, colors are calming, and building with blocks is a timeless fun thing to do.

So Relaxing. This is my go to game. When I want to clear my mind and cycle down.

Very relaxing. The pale colors and the soft sounds can lull you into playing when you should be doing something else. Hypnotic and addictive.

It’s my meditation game. The game is really cool designed for calming a mind. One of my friends recommended it to me and I was skeptical from very beginning. It works! I truly recommend it.

Add a Counter?. Fun game but I wish there was a counter for how many cubes were on the screen.

Four Plus. Love this game and so do my grandkids. It is easy to learn, but at the same time challenging.

New colors 😕. Don’t care for the new colors — please bring back the old or give a color option!

Ad sounds. I hate ads with sounds. When I mute the game sounds it should apply to the ad sounds. It actually limits the time and places I will play the game. Otherwise, nice game.

Sanity Break. This game keeps me from biting my fingernails when I’m waiting for service. One bad habit x for another

Good but needs options. I like the game but it either needs to show the next 3 tiles so you can strategize better or give you an option to pass the next tile.

Good game while on the recumbent bike.... Helps the time pass faster... just the right amount of challenge that goes well with exercise?. 😎😎😎

Shapes could use a rotating feature. I love this new spin, but would love it infinitely more if you could rotate the shapes

Great but color issue. Love the game. But I’m requesting an update where other color options could be chosen for ppl with color vision problems

Fun game. Although it’s a fun game when you first start playing you get a good score then there after you don’t have a chance..... but you’re still addicted to it.

Freezes after 15 minutes or so. Good game until then. Only solution is to restart the app, but even that is hard to do due to the freeze.

Great for a relaxing challenge. If you like a mental challenge with time to figure out your best option, you should give this game a try.

Truly addictive!!!. Okay, I was skeptical at first. Every game’s ad promises to be the BEST and the most FUN.... I have to admit THIS game IS addicting..... I had a program of hold on my T.V. because I was SO CONSUMED with this game!!!!!! This IS a keeper!

Love it, but.... I really enjoy this game, but when I got a replacement phone my high score disappeared! Annoying!!!!!

Addicting!!. Quite a lovely game. A lot of fun while using it “grey matte”!! Once u start playing I hope u have a lot of free time as u won’t want to stop!!

Dark Mode made it perfect!. This game has always been amazing, but it was a strain on my eyes. With Dark Mode, this game has become perfect for me!

Just wish i could rotate squares. Fun but would be more challenging if another option would be to rotate pieces.

It’s good up until....... Really great game, it makes you think! That is, right up until it decides it wants you to lose. Then you have no chance.
