can't connect to LEGO robot inventor hub. When the LEGO hub is bluetooth connected to a Macintosh or PC it is installed as a virtual serial device. I can then connect to it with standard terminal emulation software. However the bluetoothLE app on iOS just shows it as a device with no services. Not useful. Why can off the shelf OS software figure this out but this specialized bluetooth app cannot?

Disconnects. Paid for the controller add-on. Loses connection to my hm10 module when I click the controller! Waste of money so far

Meh. Not all functions work Game controller doesn’t really send the correct text. Data that comes back on reads is normally decimal. Needs a decimal to ascii text decoder feature. Also needs a method to log read data to a file

Improved Layout and easy to read. I’ve used this to be the master at hide and seek during this modern age! Best app to make your kids think your #1 at hide and seek!

Could not connect. I tried to use this app to connect my phone to a controller but the app could not find the controller

Controller mode doesn’t work. I just bought the controller mode for $3. Do NOT purchase this, it is a waste of money. The transceiver immediately disconnects when controller mode is turned on, rendering this function entirely worthless.

Bluetooth LE Programmable Terminal. Although instructions need improvement, this app works great! Works exactly as advertised and the author is very responsive and helpful!

Not working. Custom buttons not working connecting lost

Riddled with ads. Developer adds multiple ads and pop ups per screen. Then wants a purchase for every single tiny feature. Do not bother with this app it’s not worth the frustration.

Meh. Terminal works but the buttons do not. Paid $2.99 for the buttons, but when I try to use them, the App disconnects from the Bluetooth module.

I deleted it immediately. Indeed, it works so well, my problem was solved in less than a minute. (Crashed) For that, the extra star.

Cannot evaluate. This app fails to provide a simple serial port conversation to easily see hello world kinds of exchanges. Will not purchase because I cannot discern anything about what it actually does with advertising all over it where I repeatedly acciddny clicked on it, paying the author for views that I did not really wish to...

Not as advertised. Buttons app does not work. Terminal does work, but I need button pad. HM - 10 module disconnects whenever I attempt to enter button app. Wasted much time. Developer does not respond. Can not get refund from Apple. Wasted money. Using newest Arduino and iOS 12. Have found ArduinoBlue App which has many more features. Requires a library to be added (and learned) and is FREE.

Error. Dialog said“Reading is not permitted.” When I send any character to BLE decice.

Controller buttons not working. I'm able to connect to my sh-hc-08, send and receive data from terminal. But once I switch to the controller panel, the app will disconnected with the bluetooth device. I spent $2+ on the controller module but it cannot be used.

Display bugs on device info screen after scrolling down .... Device info disappears after scrolling and clicking an (empty) info field force-closes the app. Other than that I'm hopeful this will do what I need and more when it's fixed and I buy the add-ons I need. :) (2-star to bring attention to issues, 4~5 star overall!)

Only seems to work in decimal - can’t get Hex working. Not sure if I’m doing something g wrong, but I can’t switch to Hex in either sending or receiving.

Everything useful locked behind paywall. You can only send and receive ASCII and Hex for free. Every other feature of this app is locked behind a pay wall so take note of that. Eg: - Controller Custom Buttons (understandable) - Time stamp out-going sent data (ridiculous to have this locked behind a paywall) - Connection health RSSI
