Worthless. Unstable, does not synch data as entered. Will not allow edits on task descriptions, even before syncing. App will close in middle of entering data, and never certain when it will re-open. Waste a lot of time trying to get data entered. Unable to rate as 0 stars.

Not fully developed. This app isn’t fully developed, I would not recommend ProContractor to anyone. You cannot do a full field report in PC Mobile, you can only keep track of their time. I prefer not to have to do double the work since it would not truly replace our daily diaries as we were lead to believe. I requested 5 months ago to have them make it fully functional it’s ‘likely but not yet planned’ others have requested it as well. Still no change....

What a joke.. I would not use this mobile app unless you have nothing better to do than put in help desk tickets. What a joke. Error after error.

Reviews Are Correct. So many issues... system doesn’t allow you to edit, kicks you out and doesn’t always save information. Information pertaining to billing. How we make a living!!! There has to be better options out there.

This app is worse than garbage. I don’t get why my company still chooses to use this garbage dumpster fire of an app to log important information where you need to delete and redownload it to get it to work or 30-45 min sync times. Disappearing time cards or files in general

Totally useless. I think this is the worse app I have ever used. We were forced to use it because it is free. if you inputted the wrong hours, you can’t change it at all. It’s just piece of garbage…

Horrible App. For the amount of money we pay ViewPoint for ProContractor I am disappointed by how bad PC Mobile is. We have to constantly delete and reinstall it for it work. When you manage over a dozen devices it gets old quick. And it makes it hard for our guys in the field to consistently do their time and DFRs in a timely manner.

Garbage!!!!. I am forced to use this failed app through my company whom I have no idea why keeps it with all our employee complaints. Frustrating. Have to uninstall then reinstall all the time due to shutting down or deleting time card info. Please fix this horrible app. Get better programmers and coders to upgrade app. I gave 1 star because there is no options for zero stars.

Garbage. Always crashing and certain projects are completely unusable. Makes more work for the office since the field guys can’t even enter the info or even open some projects. Support had declared that it’s a problem on our end not theirs.

Worst App Ever. I got this app thinking it would make my life easier and make payroll seamless, it has done nothing but cause stress, frustration and confusion. It’s easier to just to paper timecards and have my guys hand them in. The idea is great but the program itself it garbage

Generic app that needs a lot of work. Only been using the app for a day and have already found multiple flaws in it. For example, many of the icons used are very similar to each other, several screens have top blocked by banner (in both landscape and portrait views), and if using dark mode the app is almost impossible to view. A year later and it is worse than when we first starting using it.

Broken.. This app has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. The constant crashing, errors, and inability to get consistent use of the functions severely restricts its use. Furthermore, the fact that I constantly have to uninstall/reinstall frequently to even get use of some of the functions is absurd. It's unfortunate because the app has promise when functioning.

Issues. Every time I open a project and go to enter any tracking option, it exits out of the app. Please fix.

Working so much better with update. We are so much happier since the update to this app. It is working great for our company and it has saved us in meetings being able to pull up documents and verify info on the fly.

Procontractor. This app is garbage, do not get sucked into using it. It does not track time or expenses correctly, it loses data, it does not sync the information like it was entered, the field logs would never save. When we called their customer service to ask for help or complain about problems we kept having, they would tell us “here is your case number someone will call you back” and then 7-10 business days later we would get someone on the phone that knew less than we did about the app and we would waste 30 minutes with them rehashing crap we already knew. The only good thing Procontracor has are the salesman. They would tell you how great their product is and get you to guy it and when the wheels came off.... radio silence. If I could give it a negative star rating I would have selected -100 stars. I would highly recommend you to stay as far away from this app as possible!! DON’T USE THIS APP YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT.
