Pleasant Change. It took a little to get use to this layout, but I definitely like it! I like some of the features on this app, but some of the pronunciations are a little problematic. That is the reason that I couldn’t give it a 5. Some of the readings sound too “non-human” like or computery.

Perfect. I love it , it is convenient and easy to understand . It has the highlights and the notes you can save with the click of a button . The only version that is correct and tells about my history .

Good enough 12. This app is good ,good enough to learn something different but when your phone gets cut off and you don’t have any more devices you will need a real Bible so yea this app is good enough

It’s a good bible has great information but I would like if it had with it a dramatic read. You can feel the word much better when the spirit of the read fits the feeling of the word it best for me I can sit and read my bible all the time so I have to listen to the reading while am at work or in the car

Love the reminders!. Sometimes I need a little reminder to slow down, prayer alone is not efficient, but the word of God feeds our souls. If I go too long past my usual reading time without visiting the app a message pops up, I love it!

Progressively getting worse? SMH What is happening?. I’m rating this app a 2 because it has many features I like (when the app is working properly). I wrote not long ago that I could no longer access my notes. The app would freeze until I closed it out. Now…my highlights, underlines, notes, and bookmarks keep disappearing whenever I leave the page! Did we lose support for the app? I never received a response for my initial complaint. The app is in decline … or is it only happening to me?

Functionality. Hi, To the creator(s) of this app; its great to have all the books in one app with scriptures un-tampered. I was first introduced to this app in the Google Play Store. Which is a far better UI experience then on iOS. The search function does not pull all scriptures even with one word search. When some results are presented it seems to have coded or random symbols in the mix of the scripture. When selecting a verse from search you cannot go back to the list that was presented during the first search. Maybe a drop down menu which present the books could be placed at the top of the display.

Navigation. Hello, I had this app on my Samsung, and now I have switch over to the apple. With Samsung navigating through book to book was simple as tapping on the book at the top of the book and quickly go to another book; now on the apple, I have to go the table of contents just to go to another book, click on the chapter then verse. When studying it slows down, especially during a live sermon or teaching. Please fix it!

Great ad-free app. This app is intuitively simple to use. It’s only weakness is the audio narration which is done by an auto-tuned voice. That works just fine for the refrain of a song, but in this setting, it takes some getting used to. I do like that you can change the voice in the settings to be less annoying and more to your liking. You can designate male or female, the type of English accent, and the cadence of delivery. I didn’t buy this app for the narration, so that weak spot doesn’t impact my rating. Note: This rating will, however, diminish if this app goes the way of Oleg’s “Jerusalem Bible” app, which runs banner ads along the bottom flanked by a “no ads” button mocking you at top of every page. Now that ads are running across the bottom of every page, I am diminishing the rating by 1 star (but not 2 as intended). Unlike the NJB app, an annoying (non-functioning) no ads” link doesn’t appear at the top of every page. I’ll change all of this when the option to purchase a “no-ads” version for $1.99 or $2.99 finally shows up. I don’t expect Oleg to do all this for nothing.

This is wonderful!. Easy to use. Several features. I really like the highlight and bookmark feature. You can choose your word font and size. Carry a Bible anywhere you go. I can’t believe it’s FREE. I really enjoy it.

My take. Love it, love it, love it I have the King James Bible and the apocrypha,at home and recently found out about the app and now I'm just beside myself, because now I have the scriptures in my pocket, now that's what I call convenient, thanks.

Almost Perfect. Beautifully Simple.. Wish they’d add the book of Enoch. Just now learning about the apocrypha and that was the one that made me want to read it originally. Looking forward to the rest.

1611 bible. I really like this one it inspires you to read and for the most part it is like the book. I wish the wish the online used the British English and the Roman numerals and I love that I can read the other books (Apocrypha ).it would be nice to have larger print as well. Thank you for this gift. This a must , I can read the word where ever I go. Neato.

Not smooth. Great app but it would be nice if the screen wouldn’t jump when the narrator is reading each bible verse- it dazzles my eyes, it would be way better if the screen smoothly and slowly goes up as the narrator reads each verse. Thank you

Bugs. U can’t adjust the speed of the speaker within the settings , the text within the settings itself is to bunched up together causing some of the other categories within to app not to work. You guys need to have a ad remover I will gladly pay for one plus it would benefit u guys as well

Missing pieces of verses. I would’ve given the app 5 stars, but there are some verses that have pieces of them missing for example Wisdom of Solomon 14:20. Why leave off “as a man”at the end? There is another verse in the Apocrypha where a whole sentence is left off. I don’t remember where it is right now. The Cambridge University Press has the best hard copy of the KJV with Apocrypha. Just copy that version for this app.

Great Bible app. Thoroughly enjoy this app. It is very users- friendly. I wish there were more colors to use to specific topic being studied. Maybe this could be added but still a great app.

Jubilee Jasher & Enoch. All other books of the Apocrypha seem to fit scripture, but those three books have fraudulent claims in them when you look into it, so do some research on them and prove my statement

Great app. Great app, only hope they can find a way to refine the search feature, if I look for the word “wing”, The results will show verses with words containing the word “wing”such as knowing, sowing, bowing. When I really wanted verses that say the word “wing” only. Maybe have a quote feature to bring exact words.

Heaven sent!!. I’ve been looking for an app that I could take with me, and listen to at work. I finally found it. I feel as though God has given me something to keep me at peace while at work.

TonyJ Aka ejayremix. I really enjoy using this app. Being able to highlight text and use this application as a study tool is excellent ,but there's only one thing I wish they could improve. I wish they would make a PDF of instructions. Explaining all the features that you can do. For instance, being able to paste your favorite scripture to study for the day. And by adding an alarm clock to remind you when and what you wish to study for the day. But, over all I rate this app 5 stars.

I can now hear the Word as often as I like!. Man is told to strive for truth. But the circumstances are as though we must through darkly colored, smoked, or stained glass. In a world of darkness, I have learned to use the ears of my heart as my guide to knowing truth through the wisdom and understanding of His servants of old. It was almost perfect except..... The app would be flawless if it would only let me upgrade so that the ads can stop distracting my reading. Kjv with Apocrypha. Very difficult to locate audio button to listen to bible being read to me. Also voice over is horrible and even studders throughout reading over and over. Mispronouncing many words as well. Difficult to navigate from one book to another. You have to go back to table of contents to move to another book . It we would better if you could navigate from the book you just listened to.

Audio Feature ://. its works pretty fine, however the audio feature is not so good. sounds robotic ofc lol & it’s difficult to turn on the audio feature. the audio feature is located on the lower right… a play button. for those who need the help!! phenomenal app! 🩷🩷

Great app makes you want to read. I’ve had the same bible app for a few yrs. I’m glad I found this one . It’s like reading a bible and not some tiny words on a screen. My eyes are fine and they’re young eyes but it’s annoying and boring when it feels like I’m reading SOPs for work or something. This app makes me want to read. I usually read at night when I’m already relaxed and sleepy so seeing the big words help me to stay focused and awoke. I don’t want reading my bible to feel like a chore when I’m forcing myself to read those small letters. I even downloaded the other app that goes with this one. I love it!

Missing parts of the Bible. The additions to the book of Esther are missing. The 6th chapter in Baruch is missing. There are probably other things missing too... To bad there aren’t many other choices for iPhone users.

Audio. The app is great I enjoy reading the other books of the bible. However, the audio is very BAD. It’s a kind of robot voice which can very annoying. Beside this, it’s a great app and I suggest that everyone should download it. God bless and happy reading.

Was good before. I’m not sure if there are any updates or fixes, but I can no longer save notes, without it deleting recent saved notes… also highlights disappear now.

Does the job. Overall, I am happy with this app. It has the full Apocrypha and books like 1 and 2 Esdras are not missing. I would have liked to see them put the apocrypha where it belongs, between the old and new testaments. I would like all the written fonts to be the same size and uniform in the text. It would be nice if they had a better interface and it was a little easier to search when I’m going in between books and chapters. Overall, it’s a Bible with apocrypha and it does its job.

Thorough And Easy to Navigate. This app has so many different options for enhancing your studies. From the scriptures that you can highlight to your order of importance to the built in concordance. I’m sure there’s other options that I still have not discovered yet.

Baruch. I like this app so far but I notice it does not have Baruch ch 6. It stops at 5. Hopefully this can be updated. I haven’t noticed other books coming short, then again I am still learning. Please fix, thank you!

The Word of God. The true word of God. Including the books between the Old and New Testament about the rest of the history of the ten “lost” tribes of Israel that were taken out of the original 1611 King James Authorization. Useful and convenient way to get into the Bible at the tap of a finger. Thankful for this app.

Not accurate at all!. In the original KJV in Genesis when god made man and women Adam and Lilith,Adam was not pleased with Lilith because she was his equal and did not jump to his will so he asked GOD to make him one not his equal but subservient so GOD then HE put Adam to sleep and took a rib from Adam and created Eve. Now with that little changed to the newest of NIV none of what you read from this can be called reliable. I am very disheartened by this because I need HIS word in me not mans.

KJV Bible. I love this app. It is very easy to use. The bookmarks are very nice and they are color coordinated to highlight what you’ve read would highly recommend!

Audio. The actual reading of the Bible is terrific. However, the audio portion has much to be desired. The monotone, female voice speak rapidly without emotion. I don’t remember just this moment if it continues to the next chap, which would be preferable. Because it’s emotionless & the cadence is off, it’s hard to understand. I’m trying to find my husband’s audioBible because it is read dramatically in different voices AND there are sound effects. I wish I had his. Hope your version is improved.

Very Nice App!!. I love how easy it is to navigate. It’s very user-friendly. The interface and the layout is very clean. I love its cool features including the highlighting, note-taking, font style, option for audio, plus many more! And also most importantly, it contains the apocrypha in addition to the regularly included books in the King James Versions. However, I am just a wee-bit disappointed with the content. I went straightway looking for the book of Jasher only to find that it was not included. 😱 I hope that it can be added in an update in the near future! Overall though, love the app! Great job!

Remove The Ads!. Update 2020: I don’t want to see worldly advertisements when I’m trying to concentrate on THE WORD OF GOD! Remove the ads or put a working option where We can Ourselves. Very well put together, simple, effective, complete and easy to use; however, it will not let Me upgrade to the ads-free version when I click on the button, it doesn't do anything. I have tried both versions of this app you have in App Store and both suffer the same issue. Please fix this so I can upgrade. The version on My LGV30 works flawlessly!👌🏾

Review. Good app love everything but should allow copy and paste for when you would like to share the word with a family member for inspiration who doesn’t have the app

It’s Okay But. This app is pretty OK; containing new and Old Testament books, along with the apocrypha (which has history of the first Hanukkah and more.) The only books that I can think to add are the books of Enoch and Jashar. The mobility in this app is kinda annoying! When you touch the header while viewing a chapter nothing happens. Regretfully one must repetitively return to the “table of contents” in order to choose the book, chapter and verse they want to read. It would be a major quality of life upgrade if to reach the table of contents all we had to do was touch the header / chapter, listed at the top of each page. Finally the search engine is fair enough but wants compared to its counterparts. There is no option to toggle between searching for “exact phrases only” and the broader “search all” which draws verses containing some or all of the words entered in search bar. This help when a person knows the words but can’t recall book name, chapter or verse number. The name of God was covered in many English manuscripts and replaced with the words “The LORD” copies of book versions would be accurate to depict this, but a publishers note inclining towards that truth would be graceful and notable with honorableness to the saints and scholars alike.

This is the best. It has all the books of the bible all you have to do is press the three lines in the top left corner and then you have the hole bible. It also reads it out to you. But there are adds but not annoying ones just little adds at the bottom of the screen that dont make a sound. Thank you for making this app whoever made it.

Best bible version. This is the best version of the Bible. It is complete with the apocrypha and the old and New Testament. It also has a search where you can find any word throughout the Bible. I really enjoyed this app and wouldn’t use any other Bible app.

Not easy to move thru. I don’t like the fact that I have to go to the table of contents to go to another book. In the old version u could tap on the title of the book and it took u to the table of contents

Apocrypha is Amazing and comes after Revelation. I have some discernment when reading the Apocrypha and enjoy reading it more than reading the daily “opinions paper”

Very Good Combination. This app version the the King James with Apocrypha is one of the best out there. Having added the Strong’s concordance has made this combination a powerful tool when reading and studying the Bible.

Love the Word of God. Love hearing God's Word! Spiritual Food for the Believer. It is nice adjustable speeds for the audio, although it would be nice to have someone read slower originally. Please bring back the British accent. I can not find it again. Thanks for providing this app free.

Ads. I love this app but for some reason every time I try to remove ads it does nothing and help I tried erasing and downloading but same thing.

Simplistic. I just wanted to read from the scriptures free of interpretation and free of direction as to what to read and this app allows this for me.

Great but could be better if there was better text to speech. Text to speech would be great. I believe it’s in the app but is glitched and doesn’t work as intended. Other than that it’s pretty good.

With the Apocrypha. Love that this is the version with the apocrypha. So many changes and removals were made to the newer bibles this is the one to get!

Good but where is Esther??. Additions to Esther is an option but it’s completely blank. The rest of the apps works marvelously. Clean and user friendly. Only problem is the blank space where the scripture should be.

too many books.. i was doing fine until i got to revelations and there were 15 more books. the bible makes it very clear on what will happen for adding and taking away from Gods word. the true bible stops at revelations. period! if you want the real unchanged version download word project audio and regular version.
