Love this immersive gem. I am a huge fan! The artwork and production design is subtle and calculated. It play's on the reader's curiosity- thereby delivering a fantastic sense of interaction and adventure. The top notch soundscape makes headphones a real delight. Buy this gem, save it for a dark night, put on headphones and descend into the deliciously sublime and disturbing world of Poe.

Best set of interactive books ever!. I purchased the entire Poe bundle and boy was it worth it! I truly wish that this app was available when I was in school. The story coupled with the music and interactive animations bring Poe's work to life! All these artistic efforts combined really bring justice to his work. I find myself excited about reading in the evenings. Not to mention the fact that my comprehension of each story has really been heightened as opposed to the mundane scholastic interpretations I participated in as a student. Bravo! Hope to see more books from this team!

Best volume so far. Poe is my absolute favorite and out of the three iclassics so far this is by far the best and high quality work. It's more interactive and has more beautiful drawings. I simply love this new way to experience Poe and look forward to more.

Just for Poe. I've been reading Poe since my early teens. I'm sixty five now. He is my favorite author of all time. When I got my IPad three years ago one of the first apts I got was yours. Since I have all of Poes writings. I am totally amazed by the way you want present each story. It's really beautiful. I love your presentation of each story. I applaud you .

Great!. Kickstarter was funded by me and I loved the book! The apps offer a much more interactive look at Poe's stories. The music and sound effects really help you get in the right frame of mind! If you are a lover of Poe's writings this is the best way to bring them to life!

Disaster. I agree the latest update to IPoe 3 causes it to constantly crash upon opening. I had no problem after original download of the app. Regret doing the update. Please fix this problem. I would advise people not to do the update until this problem is resolved. This is an app that you pay for not some freebie. I am using a IPhone 6 plus

Suspicious. These books are entertaining and well done, but unfortunately I have to give them a low rating due to the apps suspicious behavior. I have purchased all of the iclassics and found that they all immediately default to the 'on' position in cellular data and immediately use nearly a megabyte of data. Why a book would need to use any data at all is curious and that they use that much data is both odd and suspicious. I wrote to the company at the email posted on their website but received no response. I cannot recommend purchasing these books unless they stop this practice of sending whatever data they're gathering and using customers cellular data without permission.

A Cask of Poe. I have several editions of Poe stories and books, but these series of Poe stories and their expert and stirring illustrations add immeasurably to my enjoyment of Poe's incredible talent. I strongly recommend this edition and their companions. Wow!

Wonderfully spooky. So immersive. I always try to get into a quiet dark state at night in bed. And let these eerie tales, combined with haunting music, sad and often emotional graphics bring me an intense ghost story! Gather round the virtual campfire. The tales from Poe volume 3 are a great addition to your Scary Gothic horror collection. Not sure where you might go next. Being a classic horror monster buff it might be exciting to see some Mary Shelly, Bram Stoker, Robert Louis Stevenson or even HG Wells.

Finally!!!. I’m so excited for the updates to Volumes 1 and 3!! Can’t wait until Volume 2 is fixed!!

Scary Fun!. These iPoe stories are so fun and entertaining! Takes you out of your own world and into the interactive world of the best Poe stories. Great to pass time and change your mood for the better. If you like to read anything ever, get this series. Totally absorbing!!

Great work. The facts in the case of m. Valdemar is perhaps the best of an already outstanding series. Didn't expect to enjoy it so much. I also think that this will be a great teaching tool when it comes to teaching my intro to lit class. Keep up the good work.

Another perfect rendition.. It's amazing how they keep producing such high quality apps. I have owned and read many printings & presentations of Poe's works. These apps are far and above my favorite versions. The artwork is perfect for the source material and the pacing is spot on. I eagerly look forward for all future work these developers produce.

Breathtakingly Executed. This collection of works is absolutely stunning from the art work to the animation and the wonderful score. These works literally jump off the page/ screen. There are even a few jump scenes to get the heart pounding. I can see these as being great transition apps to get younger readers (teens; some of the imagery is quite graphic) interested in the classics. I can't get enough of these; they've brought new life into some of my old favorites.

Edgar Allen Poe. What a treat! The art work and visual interpretation of Poe's work is unsurpassed. I can't wait for additional volumes.

iPoe Vol.3. Users familiar with the first two volumes of the iPoe Collection can expect more of the same gothic chilling atmospheric reading experience here.

After all these years, still no landscape mode for iPad. The developer refuses to implement what would be such a welcome feature for all of their iClassics apps. We desperately need landscape mode for iPad and iPad Pro. Yet the developer refuses. There were never any apps that could do as much good in landscape mode as these could. Yet "one way portrait mode "is the only option on an iPad.

Unreasonable price. I finished these stories in about 40 minutes. I paid $5.00. Too expensive! Nice art and music however. Like everyone else , I hope that we keep on pumping life into classics, but let's at least give people enough to justify the price.

Don't believe the hate!. A huge fan of the first two volumes, I was again pleased by this newest collection (especially with the inclusion of "The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar"). Obviously, excellent stories, but really aided by the presentation. Note: for anyone having troubles with crashing after the update, simply delete the app(s) and reinstall it. You won't have anymore troubles. Enjoy!

Most fun I've had reading Poe!. I love these apps! I have been a diehard fan of Edgar Allan Poe since middle school and these apps are the most fun I have ever had reading Poe! The music is beautiful and perfectly written for the mood of each piece. The artwork is fantastic with great evocative feeling and fun nods to geekery. I cannot recommend these highly enough. Poe collection.. This is an amazing collection of stories by the LEGENDARY Edgar Allen Poe.Now i'm not much of a reader, but this app made the stories SO immersive that i just COULD NOT put it down. Loved every single second i spent reading this. I highly reccomend it
