I love Pat Pat!. I have been ordering baby girl items from Pat Pat since I had my baby girl almost a year ago and I have not been disappointed. I have ordered a lot from them and will continue to do so. I love how they have daily check in’s where you could earn points and the spin wheel where you could earn points or save 15 percent off $1 off or $5 off is awesome! I do have to look at the size chart before I order an item because some things run big. The customer service team is very quick to answer any questions too. The only problem I had was when I was expecting an item and I received an email after a week and a half of waiting saying that I was going to be refunded back my money because of the product not being available. It would’ve been nice to know before I wasted my time. Luckily I always order holiday items way ahead of time so I was still able to order something else before the holiday passed. And Pat Pat also sent a coupon for the trouble. And that is why I still feel that they deserve 5 stars! Thanks Pat Pat!

Good for the price. I have only ordered baby girl clothes. Some of the items are cheaply made. I expected that though. That being said they don’t rip or tear and they hold up in the washing machine ( I wash all of her clothes on delicate). You can find some amazing stuff for extremely cheap. Some of the things are thin and others are made surprisingly well. It all depends. I think this app is totally worth it. I have gotten some of the cutest clothes from this site for great prices. I always plan on it taking 2-3 weeks though. It’s not the best to wait that long, but since I expect it, it doesn’t bother me. Reading the reviews for the items your wanting to order does help a ton. Overall if you just expect a long shipping time and clothes that may be cheaply made then I think you’ll be happy because some of the clothes are as cheap as $3-$5 a piece for insanely cute baby clothes. Much more unique clothing than what’s available at the average retailer. The baby clothes do tend to run a little big, but I like that.

Take the Leap!!. If you’ve been questioning whether or not to buy that cart full of what seems like too good too be true items, DO IT!! I’ve made multiple orders from this app and have yet to be disappointed. Everything is so inexpensive, you get reward points which lead to coupons, they have sales going on all the time on items that are already so cost friendly, and shipment is quick and easy. Clothes are good quality, especially for their prices. They have so much more than just clothes as well, you really can’t go wrong with this app.

Slow shipping and didn’t fulfill my order. Ugh I ordered in March so I could have dresses for Easter..the dresses are adorable and will work perfectly ergo the 3 stars instead of one...while I was looking for Easter dresses I ran across some Americana (flag) dresses...my daughter and I were so excited for Independence Day, one of our favorite holidays...and very affordable prices so I ordered us each one of those...when my order finally came in about 4 1/2 weeks later..the Easter dresses were perfect but there was only 1 Americana dress(mine) and a note saying they were out of stock...I get that it happens sometimes...so I was annoyed because I won’t ever wear it without her having hers... But the kicker was...I decided to find something different and the dresses are still being sold the small size for my daughter as well as the adult size...what the crap?!?! Why couldn’t they just send me my order...now I’m not sure I want to order again!!!! UPDATE: I was told to contact customer service at a specific website by email, however when I go there I can’t get to an email form...just an faq page, they have topics but none of them apply to my situation and it’s been 2 months the little dress I was told was out of stock is still being offered for sale on their page...because I can’t contact them I changed my rating to 2 stars!! This is ridiculous!!

Matching Family Outfits. I was totally skeptical of this site at first. Thought the prices were too good to be true. I assumed the clothes would be terrible quality.. but I’m so glad I was wrong!! I have a big family (7 kids) & ordered 2 different sets to match for family pictures. Everything was delivered quick, amazing quality clothes, & our photoshoot turned out amazing! I just put in another order & can’t wait to get it. The matching sets make my life so much easier for my big family! No more days of running from store to store trying to find matching clothes for our yearly family photoshoots.

Didn’t receive my order.. So I ordered from this website in august because I heard it takes a long a time to get here and I wanted to get ready with my baby’s fall/ winter wardrobe. I tracked my order and it was a long a time left on “sorry for taking long on updating your order status ...” then one day I checked and said it was delivered when I never received it. I called pat pat and they said to call USPS first to get some type of number and then report it back to pat pat. USPS was so rude and in general I have issues receiving mail from them. The “customer is always right” does not apply here. Cause the lady kept telling me one and more time “but the system says it was delivered” and never got a call back afterwards. I called pat pat again after I called usps to make the claim and the guy said I needed a number from USPS first. So I just gave up. I think I got 10 items and spent $80 on the whole order that I never received or got a refund. $80 dollars I worked for to buy my daughter clothes and have to spend another $80 to buy clothes at the store. Cause I’m all honesty buying in store is better but cause of COVID I wanted to give online shot.

Love it !. I know it takes a little while , and some people don’t like it takes close to a month, but the clothes are always in great quality and condition, they look nice , and aren’t too pricey ! And I have many friends who also buy from PatPat which is why I tried them . You all are a great company ! Keep up the hard work ! 😁 I especially the matching outfits because it’s hard to find matching outfits that don’t cost between 20 and 40 just for the child and 40-60 for the adult . To find good matching clothes and good nursing bras is what makes me so happy ! Also, my daughter has barely taken her new pale pink flower flats off !💕

DO NOT ORDER FROM PATPAT. I do NOT recommend this company. I placed my order on Noc. 25, 2019 and I still have yet to recurved it. It has been sitting in one location for over 1 week and has not moved. I’ve contacted customer service twice (through only only as it’s the only option) and nothing has been done, just an “I’m sorry, we’re doing all we can. It can take a courier some time to scan and sort through their deliveries.” I’m sorry, but it should not take a courier company over 1 week to scan and sort my order...that tells me it has been misplaced. If this is how long it takes with this courier, I recommend they find a new courier because, as a company, you should not find this acceptable. In the meantime, they should be doing something to make this right for your me, your customer, but they have not. Say my package is actually lost and by the time they actually decide to do something about it, they are now out of stock of what I ordered (BEFORE Thanksgiving). The small amount of money I saved using their coupon has not been worth the stress of knowing if I’m actually going to get my order. DO NOT IRDER FROM PATPAT!!!!

PatPat New addiction!. Clothes are good quality, and just as described on pictures. Always read reviews about items if not sure. Shipping takes some time, but if you want to buy something you will need in less than a month or in a month from your day of purchase, better think about it, as it could take some time to get it. For me, I placed my first order on July 11th and got it on the 29th, so it wasn’t that bad, but some people are complaining about shipping. Just make sure you order ahead of time. But other than that, quality of product is really good! I keep buying from them, specially baby clothes.

Love love love!!!. I absolutely have recommended this app to so many people so many of my family so many of my friends and even people that I randomly meet that are talking about clothes that are cute and cheap but are good quality. This app I have ordered so much from I will still continue to order from because the quality of the clothes in the stuff that I get from here is amazing definitely worth it and my daughter loves the clothes that she gets from Pat Pat. They fit her so good. I give this app a five star and if you were looking for something like this this is definitely the app to go to thank you Pat Pat for what you do for my family.

Great clothes, meh service. I actually really like the outfits they sell here and the prices aren’t too bad honestly, I’ve gone to other little boutiques both in person and online and their prices are pretty high up compared to PatPat. However, I took off two stars because of the delivery part - I have ordered three times from here and the first and second order I did not get the delivery for some reason, I actually am still trying to find my second package and the third package is supposedly on its way and I am going to keep a very keen eye on it. Everything is in Chinese so I couldn’t really read the email they sent about the shipping details and I don’t know what carrier they used so that I may call them up and get the status. It’s very frustrating and honestly I don’t know if I would want to go through this again but maybe until I find another great online boutique I’ll just have to deal with it and stay on top of the shipping.

My experiences w/PatPat. It’s been 3 years for me now that I’ve been ordering from you all for her and now I’m ordering for family members for there grandkids. When I first came upon you all website I was hesitate on ordering but did anyway when my grand daughter was 2 months old now she’s 3. I love that you all honor your word. Yes I’ve had things to be incorrect on sizes a few times; but once I emailed you all and told what the mistake was; you all shipped my item/items right on out and informed me the just keep that and item and I’ve Blessed someone else child with that incorrect size of it was to small or to big for my grand daughter. Keep bringing those sales/discounts my way!

Great customer service. I purchased a pretty big order and unfortunately the sizes provided weren’t going to work for me. I was disappointed and nervous because I didn’t know what to expect with the return process. Pat pat representative Rachel helped me out with a full refund for the items not on clearance and allowed me to not have to go through the hassle of even returning the items but being able to gift a mother in need with the items I can’t use and provided me with a voucher for their website ! I was really surprised and most definitely recommend this website because even if something isn’t right they are more than helpful with any disappointments!

Not for the faint of heart but worth the wait.... PROS AND CONS I’m glad I did not even read the reviews when I came across this website because I would have been totally apprehensive to order. We have ordered several items through PatPat now, namely family matching outfits. With that being said with respect to quality of products...I can only speak as it pertains to their PJs. The quality of the PJs was quite surprisingly good for the price and discounts offered. In fact, the entire family was pleased. With respect to shipping and handling, however, PatPat is not for the faint of heart or those expecting a quick turnover. I guess unless you pay for an expedited service (not sure if that exists) expect to wait up to 2-3 weeks of course taking weather in to consideration. I do agree that often times tracking information is not updated as occurs with other retailers. Nonetheless, the merchandise came appropriately and quite nicely packaged. So, my 3 star review takes into account shipping timelines and need for better or more reliable tracking system. I think folks would probably be less PO’d if they could see the path of their merchandise. Would I recommend PatPat to other? YES!! And I have hands down...but I always add those 2 caveats.

Love PatPat! My go to app for my little ones clothing needs!. I just absolutely love PatPat! The quality of the clothes and the Styles are very unique! And OMG the prices are unbeatable! I can't stress enough how satisfied I am to have found PatPat! Although on my first order I was skeptical about quality and I even thought it was some kind of "fraud site." But, designs and prices were too too good to not take a chance, and I'm glad I did! Now I always shop here for my little daughters! I definitely recommend this app. This review is coming from a person who hates taking out time to write reviews but I can't not express my joy of having found this app!

Some disappointment. I’ve order a few things and quality is hit or miss. Same with sizes, I ordered my 3 year old a pair of jeans last year and they’re still too big for him, I’m pretty sure he’s going to be at least 4 by the time they fit! Some of the outfits with snaps are cheap, I’ve had more than one pop right off after 2-3 wears. My biggest issue though is that the sizes for the family stuff usually doesn’t go past XL for the adults. My husband is in a 2XL and judging by their size chart I’d probably want a 3XL just to be on the safe side and nothing. The matching outfits are so cute but I’m absolutely not going to leave my husband out, so I won’t buy them for any of us.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. I placed an order of 19 items it says it was delivered but when I track the order it says usps is still waiting on the package I called usps they said they never received the order and that the manufacturer still has the package I’ve reached out to PatPat and still no updates as to what’s going on it’s been well over two months very disappointing I ordered this package partly for a baby shower and the other my unborn child the baby shower is in two weeks so vary concerning and I’m due in two months so I really can’t believe this happened to me I spent a lot of money with them and to get no response and no updates is really bothering me on top of that the app really gives you the run around as to getting in contact with them instead of me just being able to email them the app ask a billion questions about the package and none of the solutions or answers are pertaining to my situation and they don’t have a contact number for the company which is a huge turn off for the company it’s just pathetic all around that it’s so easy for them to take your money but have poor communication with its costumers smh

Where is my order???. I was shocked when my order came within a week so I ordered again cause I thought this website was good. My second order… cargo has been broken down for 9 days now!! I ordered October 29 and it’s currently November 25.. almost a month. I ordered for a holiday to give to my baby cousin and well it’s way past that holiday now. Aunt said I can give it on his birthday, December 4, but It’s probably not even gonna come by then!! You can’t even contact customer service, it’s just a stupid voice chat thing that barely helps. I asked for where exactly my package was and all I got sent was that cargo was broken and they are trying to fix it.. as if I don’t already know! Even worse is I can’t cancel my order. Seriously disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. I don’t even know if my order is even in the U.S.

PatPat. I wanted to do an honest review as I was skeptical over this site. First off, the clothes came within a week! I was so afraid that it was a fake site and that I would never see or hear about the clothes I ordered. They clothes came and they are amazing quality! I spent over $100 in one haul and I do not regret it. Super cheap price for the quality of the products! They are always throwing out deals and even when clothes aren’t on “sale” they are still on sale. You can’t beat the prices for the clothes they’re giving you. I’m just your average joe working my 8-5 and on a minimum wage paycheck. Take my broke home girl advice and go get your babies (or you) some clothes!

Latest addiction-PatPat. I have to admit, I love this website/app. I was skeptical at first, but tried it and now addicted! So many cute items on here for a fraction of the cost that you would get anywhere else. I see some of the items on this app on other websites and the prices are outrageous on those other sites. They not only have cool things for kids but also for adults-clothes-kitchen appliances... the list goes on. I rant and rave to friends and family about PatPat. If you haven’t browsed and purchased yet, get started and have fun filling your basket with all the cool goodies! One thing I will say that I found w PatPat that I didn’t know at the beginning was they clothes for the babies do run slightly big. Not a big deal because the kiddos will fit into it eventually. Anyway, enough said here! Once you start you won’t be able to stop! Good luck and have fun shopping!

Super cute clothes..!!. I ordered matching swimsuits for my son and daughter. My daughter’s bathing suit was not a good fit at all. The design looked awkward, and my 6 year old hated the way it looked on her. The return/refund process was not as painful as it seem at first. I had to email them with pictures of all the red tags and sizes for every piece that I wish to return. I got a response back within 32hrs, and basically I had 3 options. First one, I could get a full refund if I returned the items, but I had to pay for shipping myself and it will take about 2 weeks to process. Second, I could get a refund for half the money that I paid and keep the items. Or third opinion, which is the one I picked. I could get a full refund in the form of store credit and still keep the items”(for future gift)” they said. I still want to order matching swimsuits for both my kids. The clothes are super cute and the prices are very affordable. The quality of the clothesi got was great, so no complaints there.

Pat Pat app Better than (Wish) expected..... The app has a lot of quality clothes at better than wholesale prices! Also has “levels” as a game might, for example, you get so many points for checking in numerous days in a roll & for posting IRL pics of the clothing/items you’ve purchased! There’s even a wheel to spin to get even more discounted prices! The only complaint i have is that it did take about a month to receive my order (which was somewhat large) Also before you choose to buy any clothing check the reviews especially those with pics! The matching spring dresses & dress shirts I bought for myself, husband & 4 children all ran a little too big! But that’s not uncommon; many brands sizes run different from brand to brand

Pleasantly Surprised. I’ve always seen ads for PatPat during commercials and so forth and have always thought of them as another online store with subpar quality items. Well, I was wrong. I ordered over 20 items in my first order and I can’t be more pleased with the quality and look of each of the items. Processing and shipping were good and their customer service is impeccable. Hazel was amazing in helping me sort through my questions and exchange/return policy. Already have my cart stocked with my next order. Thank you for making quality, reasonable items.

Awful. Everything is awful. I cant really review the product seeing as i has two orders and neither ever came. Spent $100 on two orders and one never left china the other got delivered an hour from my house and they told me i had to pick it up like i didnt pay for it to be shipped to my house. I dont know many people that can just willy nilly drive two hours to pick up a package. Message customer service and they said it wasnt their issue so basically im out $100 if i cant find a way to go get the package... dont order from this site unless you want to run the risk of not getting a package or having to drive two hours for a few outfits. Save your money and order from somewhere else. Ive never had a negative experience from any other online shopping network and i order multiple things a week so thats saying something.

PERFECT FIT & VERY SOFT, COZY, COMFORTABLE FABRIC!!. Didn’t think the size would fit right because I’ve ordered from other sites and they didn’t! But they fit wonderfully, I ordered them three weeks ago and they finally arrived after 3 weeks which is fine because now I know if I need them for a special reason to order them 2 months earlier!! My whole family love them so to my friends people asked me where I bought them from and I had told them so I highly recommend Pat Pat for others to shop from! Definitely love the fact that I can get matching outfits for all of my children I’ve looked everywhere at other sites to find this and my friend had told me about this site and it is absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t be any more pleased with the outcome and the looks of the outfits I will definitely be purchasing more matching outfits for my family and I!!!

Really Pleased except Receiving Pkg. I have now ordered several items from PatPat as a matter of fact 1st time 8-10 items second time 11-12. It took about 6-8 week to receive the 1st items and that was with me sending email several times and what I ordered very pleased quality of the items was very good prices. 2nd order ordered 5-6 weeks ago still have not received have email several times still have not received. But the Good thing about emailing you will have an respond within 24 hours so they don’t just leave you hanging still may not be the right answer because you don’t receive the time that they give you. So my 4 stars is due receiving. I have over the amount so my shipping is free but I would rather be able to pay and select and option to receive sooner. This has driven me crazy because I though I was ordering soon enough time to receive for my granddaughter birthday in July I pray that I receive that I don’t have to go mall shopping for her online shopping is my way of shopping and I love it but having to wait this long to receive will determine if and when I will shop with them again. I have already seen items I would like for my grandchildren to have but hesitating to order something right now and get over this disappointment of 6-8 weeks to receive.!!

More than happy with this site. When I was placing my first order of course I had my doubts so I only ordered a few items to see the quality of the clothes. They arrived after a few weeks and I was extremely happy with all my items and have placed many more since. I’m very picky to say the least so I had to come on here and write a review. Also it’s double the score when it’s 50% or more off on the items. I love sales so the last few orders were the best bc they were all on sale. Also the cuteness and style of the baby clothes are too adorable to pass up! So I highly recommend this site. Have fun shopping. 😬

Meh.. The clothes are generally pretty great. Cute styles. Good prices. And for the most part, decent quality. Ship time can be a bit of a pain but hey COVID. My gripes are mainly reserved to two categories. The sizing runs small… which kind of stinks for mommy and me matching outfits for postpartum women. The xl sizes for women is maybe an US size 8-10. And my daughter has had to wear size 3T since she was 10 months while wearing 18mo in other brands for reference. Secondly, the app and its reward program seems to change every two months and the rewards seem harder to redeem and less legit with every up date. In this most recent update we can spin the wheel for a chance at $99 once per week. I have participated every week since the update began and every single week it lands on .50, the lowest amount. Never $1 or $2, just .50, every single time for about two months. Even if it was the $2 spot, the money goes away almost immediately anyway. We used to be able to accrue credit through app use, sharing, reviewing etc… Just pick one, fair rewards system and stick with it! At this point if they don’t make it more worth my time soon, I’m deleting the dumb app.

Do it!!!. I was initially skeptical about this app/website mostly concerned about quality. I had decided against using it in spite of the adorable selection and ridiculously low prices because it just seemed too good to be true. I searched another site, one that I’m very familiar with, for matching outfits (which is what I was shopping PatPat for) and was stunned to find the exact same products and pictures there but the articles were nearly 3 times higher than PatPat’s price. After seeing that the garments were what you’d buy off a trusted mainstream website I shopped PatPat with abandon. My first order came in a timely fashion and I am thrilled with the quality of the material and the exquisite workmanship. I’m a seamstress and I examined the stitches, zippers, buttons, and hems and clearly some extremely skilled workers manufacturer the apparel I received. I have observed some clothes in the detailed pictures where you could see through the fabric or where the garment looks wonky when on customers in the reviewers photos, but you could encounter that issue anywhere. You need to give due diligence to the details in pictures and reviews just like any online shopping experience. I just hope to see even more inventory and variety very soon because I wanna buy more stuff:)

PatPat by link. My daughter in law sent me a pic/ link of a cute outfit for their baby girl due in December (next month). That was two weeks and four orders ago and I will order more. Pat pat not only has great quality infant and toddler clothes but a huge selection of merchandise for the entire ohana and home goods as well. Prices are more than reasonable and the member discounts are an added bonus. The more you shop, the more you save. It’s fair to say delivery has been timely during such chaotic times. And let’s not forget about the chance to win at spinning the wheel. You earn points every time you place an order. You can even earn credits to redeem as you wish. Every credit is a dollar in your wallet. Happy shopping at pat pat. You’ll love it!

Almost perfect….. Love everything about PatPat except for Delivery takes too long….know it gets to the States within a few days but for some reason at least with my Orders once it gets to Hawthorn it takes weeks to get to me…so if I’m ordering for Birthdays or Christmas then I just give it 4-6 weeks to get to me unfortunately if I need something quick I just have to find it at another Store….but I love the variety and unusual outfits that PatPat has to offer….and the Delivery is annoying but not to the point I’m ready to stop shopping at PatPat….if you haven’t tried PatPat then I would recommend it just be prepared to be patient cause it’s going to take longer than you’re used too! BUT they’re great at keeping you posted and I like that…

PatPat. The first time I placed an order with PatPat I was unsure because I couldn’t believe the stuff was so cheap. WOW! Was I surprised when my order arrived. Each product was put in their own separate zippered bag. I was so impressed with the bags. I started opening each bag and the clothes were of great quality. Some of the dresses were lined and as precious as can be. I am not kidding when I say before I finished looking through my first order I had already placed my second ordre. I have been so pleased with everything I have ordered and received and the best part it arrives within2 weeks at the most.

Awful All Around. Don’t Shop with These People. I’m so done with this app and company. The whole this is a waste of time, money and energy. Bought about 11 items. They came more then a month later (with basically no tracking at all). When I got the items none of them were of good quality. Plus the dresses I ordered I didn’t need anymore because they weren’t here on time for me to try them or even on time for me to use them for my event I got them for. When I tried to just send everything back I told them my reasoning was because I didn’t need them anymore so I didn’t even open any of them. They insisted that I open all of the items take pictures of them and also asked for pictures of all of their red PatPat tags and tags that were on the inside of the items before they would send me a return label or even give me my money back. I spend almost $200 on all these things and they had the nerve to tell me in every email that they don’t wish to draw out this process. Well too late. Merry Christmas to them because I decided that instead of wasting anymore of my time they could just keep it and I’ll throw the useless clothes away. Never buying from these people again. The clothes aren’t even of okay quality. I opened them all to see if I could fix them to make them better but the fabric they used for all the items weren’t even comfortable. Please don’t waste your time or money on them. Literally shop any where else.

AWESOMEE!!!. When I first ordered from patpat I only ordered a couple of things to kind of get an idea of what their products are like quality and sizing wise .. the first time did take WAY too long with absolutely no tracking information/ it was not updating; HOWEVER!! I can say I literally just ordered 18 items from them and not only is the quality outstanding but the shipping was fast and the tracking was very up to date. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because sizing is not really consistent I ordered a bunch of clothes in 3-6months size and some of them were incredibly big while others fit just right with still room for her to grow, I’d recommend using, this app has definitely had a lot of updates and creators have taken each review into consideration. BUT ALWAYS remember to read other peoples reviews on the products before purchasing as they will usually give you an idea of what you will expect before ordering.

Love it. I have been very pleased with my experience with patpat! I’ve only ordered clothes for myself and some hair things, it is important to pay attention to sizing, some things I had to order an xl in and some an xs, quality seems decent, and you can’t beat the price! Shipping took 2-3 weeks and the tracking is weird, but so far I have received all my items and in the time expected. I check in every day and am able to earn credit after multiple check ins plus they offer lots of different coupons (you can only use one coupon per order) I’d say definitely give it a shot, I would also read reviews when available on each item!

Gorgeous and fashionable clothing at incredible prices!. I found PatPat via an ad online while perusing something completely different. I was intrigued by what I saw and for the incredible price attached. So naturally I had to go see what this store and it’s content were all about. Let’s just say that I was hooked! Because of PatPat I am able to fashionably clothe my baby niece in some of the most gorgeous outfits, leggings, socks, hair accessories, and shoes. There are always sales going on, including some excellent marked down flash sales. Thank you PatPat for keeping my girl impeccably dressed at a fraction of the cost, which in turn keeps my husband happy! :)

Want to love this app. First I love the baby clothes and the prices. What I do not like is that I ordered two weeks ago and my items are still processing. I emailed the company to get no answer at all. If there is a long waiting time like a month for my purchases that should be found in the FAQ area because I was under the idea that I will get fast service like other places. For example I know Wish products take 2 weeks to a month to come and it says that but also they do not have my items in processing for long. It is shipped out after three days and take about a that time to come. There is no progress with Pat Pat. I’m starting to think this is a scam. I want my money back. I emailed for that to with no response.

Love PatPat. I love PatPat, it’s a totally addictive app. They have regular sales and deals and you can get cute stuff at great prices. That being said you have to buy smart! Make sure to look at the reviews, they give you a better sense of sizing and quality, which is all over the place. Look at fabric content, if it’s polyester it’s probably going to look cheap. As far as shipping, they make it very clear that stuff is coming from overseas and will take a while, so order with that in mind. I thought it would take over a month to receive things but every time it has come faster, 2-3 weeks. I have ordered about five times with PatPat and I have gotten so many cute things, good quality for GREAT prices. And when I haven’t liked something or had problems with fit, they’re customer service is great. It’s a little hard to figure out how to get a customer service request in, (do wish they’d make that easier to navigate) but once you get an email out to them they’re responsive and helpful. All in all, I love this app and will continue to buy things for myself, my 4 year old and my newborn.

PatPat is worth it!!. Initially I was skeptical about the clothing and all because they were at great affordable prices. I was more convinced to buy from PatPat when it came across my Fb feed. After making sure there were plenty of reviews on google, I decided to try it out and I was actually very satisfied with my first order! (four months ago). Placed an order now asking for more money. I placed my order on 03/27 and the money has been taken out of my account and it says that my order has been shipped. The tracking information does not even show whose going to deliver my package, UPS, Fed Ex etc. q Now I’m getting notifications from them that my package has been returned and now i have to pay 5,74$ extra fee. Whatever that means. Then when clicking on the notification it takes you to a fed ex website. The money is not back in my account and i have not received my order. I’m starting to feel like this website is a scam!!! I have emailed them letting them know the situation. Still waiting for a response. If your going to return my package return my money. If this does not get resolved I will go to the BBB and contact my attorney. My mother has also placed an order and it’s been over 30 days and still has not received her package and has also received the same exact notification that she owes more money and her package has been returned. This isn’t right!!

Not Worth The Money. I ordered from PatPat about 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my second daughter when the prices were more reasonable with discounts. I have smaller kids so the 12-18 month clothes I brought for my daughter who was 2 at the time is just now fitting them at almost 4 years old. I washed them once and the material threads just undid and the clothes looked no good. I honestly will never purchase from them again because shipping took almost 2 months. I always tell everyone Shein and Temu got PatPat beat hands down because there are unlimited savings, points, and rewards plus free gifts and great clothing material. A $17 toddler dress on PatPat is like $10-$12 on Shein or Temu, who doesn't want to save an extra $5, Right! I've gotta all of my girls pajams, clothes, and aaccories from Temu and Shein for the Spring/Summer months. PatPat is for the birds and won't get another penny out of me or my family.

Shopping at the best prices. First I was skeptical, however after getting my first order in a very timely manner, and the quality of clothing has made me keep coming back every week. I have been 100% satisfied w everything I’ve ordered. Pat pat definitely keeps you in the know as to where your package is in w the shipping process. They prices are already low but then you can get wallet money to use on the final price along w codes for a % off. I can’t say enough great things about this company, so glad I found their app and began my journey w them. Try them, you won’t regret it!!!!

Great quality!. Like most, I was afraid of ordering due to the astonishingly low prices for such cute clothes, plus the amount of time it took for most to receive their items, but after reading reviews and seeing pictures of customers babies with the clothing on I decided just go for it and I’m SO glad I did! The quality is great, not thin or see through. I also love that these designs feel unique and not so run of the mill, especially having a baby boy I feel like it’s harder to find them truly cute, but unique clothes. I’m tired of seeing mostly trucks, trains, planes and PENCIL THIN STRIPES on most of the things I run into, so it was a nice change of pace! Only thing is, yes you might have to wait slightly longer than average for your order to come in, but that’s the only downside I’ve run into. Long story short, would I recommend this app to anyone else? YES :)

Baby clothes. I was hesitant to order based on some reviews. But baby clothes reviews did not seem so bad. I ordered 7 items for my baby girl. First off, they came in a week and a half, which I was expecting it to be longer. I’ve ordered from China before and things have taken 3 weeks. So that was pretty cool! And to be honest, I thought that all 7 items were amazing! A couple of dresses, hoodie and pants, hat with pom poms, and some two piece outfits with head wraps. One dress is even lined nice and thick just like it was advertised. I think the sizes might be slightly off. my baby isn’t here yet, but judging from my first kid I would say a little big. But honestly, I was really happy with my purchase. Especially for the price. I will be ordering more for sure! Hopefully my future order will be just as great!

Overall Happy!. Most of the girls clothing I have bought(60+ items now) have been pretty decent quality given the low prices. I am soooo happy to see shipping is much much faster now. I just placed an order after this new change so I am hoping it does come within 5 days. If it does, I may be in trouble spending way too much money on here! :) I like some of the unique styles and accessories you don’t find at local stores. We have bought several matching outfits for our family for photo sessions and have gotten lots of compliments. The way they package items is great and I’ve actually reused those zip bags for packing outfits for vacation! App is easy to use too. Happy customer.

Pleasantly surprised!. I have to admit I was skeptical about ordering from this site/app based on other people’s reviews but I have been really pleased with my experience so far! I placed an order and received the items within about 10 days (disclaimer: I live in Japan and the items were shipped from China) The items were fairly accurate to my expectations...if you pay close attention to the actual sizes and measurements in the description, they are pretty accurate, but you definitely need to be careful to check the description and not base your order on your usual size. Knowing your measurements is definitely a recommendation! The sizes vs measurements differ from item to item...for example 2 items both labeled as XL may have different measurements and one might fit fine but the other won’t. One of the dresses I ordered had thinner material than I expected and though it was labeled as a dress, it was so thin I would never wear it as a dress, but will wear it with leggings. 2 of my items did not fit so I communicated with customer service and requested to do a return. I received great service with quick responses and a very generous accommodating response to my return request. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends and am very likely to make another purchase in the future. The app itself is helpful and relatively easy to navigate. There are even bonus rewards for shopping via the app instead of the website.

Great Clothes and More. I received my first order and was very happy with the material and quality workmanship. My great-grandson isn’t due until August, and I have him clothed up to 24 months! Clothes, reusable diaper sets, shoes, toys, etc. I love everything I have received. The materials are bright and soft and workmanship very good. I won’t worry about snaps pulling through. I have started ordering for me, and am just as happy with my purchases. Also ordered wonderful towels. It is not just baby clothes. You can get almost anything for children, kitchen, bath, linens. Cute Baby Clothes. Hello, I love the App and all the really cute clothes! I have to spend a certain amount of money a month on my Foster- soon to be adopted Kiddos, now 18 Months and 2 1/2 Year old. I am loving all the promotions and discounts I get as they grow so fast at this age and are out growing stuff all the time! It does take a bit of time to get things some times and as I understand it they have many venders to get your items from. As I have to get clothes each month it is no big deal for us! About the App. I started using the Pat Pat App about a year ago when my daughter was pregnant with my first grandchild, n the country was locked down trying to survive the pandemic. Of course, that meant shopping as we knew it was limited, so I turned to the net. That was how I stumbled onto Pat Pat n their App. I found the App fairly easy to navigate with the exception of the “Flash Sales,” which took me a few times to understand how they work. So, like most Apps, a few more instructions would be helpful. Also the print is a little small for me on certain things. But other than that I think it’s really good. I was concerned at first about the low prices; I was afraid the clothes would be extremely cheap. But I was pleasantly surprised when the clothes I ordered were much better quality than I expected. My daughter has the App also, n she orders a lot from it. I have learned that reading the product description is helpful when deciding which clothes to order, bcuz the pics make clothing look really thick even when they r made out of lightweight material. I doubt if I ever return to all in person shopping. Apps like this one make it too easy to shop curled up on the couch n my pj’s.

Reliable service. I received the incorrect size and also received other items where the sizing was off and they addressed it by offering to send through replacements for all except one item which was a clearance item fit which they refunded it by way of a coupon. Could have refunded back to PayPal instead.

Great quality REASONABLE PRICE. Great quality and very reasonable price. The only thing I don’t like is the conversion rate. As It shows different price totals in cart as compared to the real pricing. It charged me more than what it said in the cart. But still like the quality and prompt delivery.

Check-In improvement. I logged onto the app yesterday butbit didnt registered me as having used the app anf reset my check-in progress. It is just weird that i need to go to a separate checkin-page to click a button... should pop up the checkin progress at the first launch of the app on the day and auto advance the progress as having checked in without user clicking a button

I totally disagree with some of negative reviews, I don’t know about your experience but after I looked at reviews I was really scared to Loose my money and I emailed them and regarding to reviews I was pretty sure they will not respond and I have to go and find an another dress for my special occasion, but they replied to my email day after and politely mentioned that one of my order is not available and they canceled it and refund my money vis PayPal , By my experience they are brilliant ⭐️

Something wrong with app. Hello. Something is wrong with the app. I can use the website and type in “Disney” and loads of products come up … specifically the nappy bag you’ve been advertising. Last week I was able to view it in the app. I have since gone on today to have a second look before purchasing .. supposedly today , and it won’t come up .. nothing will come up at all for Disney Or when searching diaper bag .. maternity .. keywords like in the ad. It doesn’t come up. I’ve even tried typing the characters it comes in, and still doesn’t come up nor does any of the other Disney products when typing into the website. Nothing on app is showing up.

Happy Happy !!. One of the best online shop for baby clothes. Very cute, comfortable and good material pf everything I have ordered so far. The sizes are so true and spacious enough even if babies cross the selected age. My little one is pretty tall for his age and is now 6 months. Every other brand won’t fit him well that have size below 6 months but Patpat 6 month is still fitting him well. Even the back pack bags are of good quality !! Highly recommended!!

Nursing clothing. I really like the clothes and great prices with specials daily. I have ordered nursing clothes from here and think the designs and quality are great. My only downside is I ordered a medium in one shirt and was sent an XL and having a newborn and 2 other children didn't have the time or energy to return it so that's $ down the drain and a wasted shirt.

I have purchased two orders from Pat Pat recently one lot of clothes for our grandson who 2 years old and the other order for my granddaughters one 8 and one 5 years old all the clothes I order were good quality and fitted well I am over the moon with this company and have told many people about them At the moment my daughters have said the grandchildren don’t need anything else but I am waiting for my next shopping spree

Good Quality. For Christmas I purchased matching pyjamas for my entire family. - The packaging was great, it did take 3 weeks to arrive but I didn’t really expect any less seeing as it was coming from such a distance. - The clothes were made of a super soft jersey material and I was surprised at just how comfortable and well sewn together everything was. - I had no problems with sizing.

Quality is exceptionally good. I have made several orders for newborn to 18 months for my grandchildren and have been extremely happy with the quality of clothes. However make sure you check the fabric in the listing to ensure the item has more cotton than polyester as it’s much more suitable for baby’s and dosnt have the the shinny cheap look about it. Fake free return. Just stay away from this app. It says free return but when you want to request a return you have to spend a long time to connect to an agent. Ask you lotf of questions about why do you want to return. For acceptance reasons like incorrect size or different than picture, they will respond you very impolite that you are lying!!! Then after taking your time, just say ok you can return but you have to pay for shipping!! Which it costs to me $30 for an order that it was only two pieces!!! Sooo expensive items and very low in quality. If you order from this app you lose money and the free return is fake

Fraud. They make people fool.. once they say in this particular promotion there is a limit of 4 items and is valid for 15 more days. But when you select 4 items and these are in your cart and you haven’t finalized your order yet they will keep sending you email saying you forgot items in your cart and bla bla bla.. when I returned back what i see they have changed their same promotion to 3 items instead of 4 and the item you selected in 4 promotion $10 item is now $23. Like seriously. You think people are fool dumb here and you guyz will remain unnoticed???? -5 stars Will never order again

Frustrating. I can’t get what I want… there’s no visa option. There was one but it’s not working anymore?

Unsatisfied. 1st they advertise a toddler 2 piece Barbie outfit and then they only send the pants. There are many clients who expressed their disappointment. Then the tell their clients that the clients are wrong that they are being sold separately. It was one client but many. 2nd they offer a voucher for less than the price of the top. Here is Canada therefore we should be informed of the amount in Canadian Currency. To avoid the issues they try to confuse the client by giving prices in American currency in Canada. They offer you a voucher for 5$ or 10$ if you spend over 50 or 100$ to use the voucher. And they will also charge you delivery fees. made I made an order and paid for it and upon receiving the package the top of the set was not in it. So I chatted with them for long getting the run around. All I asked was for them to send me the top. It's an Easter gift for my granddaughter. I ordered early enough to have it for Easter. I can't give the child have of a set and they are making getting one impossible. Very disappointed.

Changed for worse. I’ve been using PatPat for years but this year their prices have more than doubled and their ‘deals’ are terrible! They used to have incredible sales & perks for being a member and now it’ll say up to 60% off or something and the most is 10% off. Also no more perks for being a member. And they took away all their women’s clothes! Used to be the only place I could find nursing dresses. I’m so sad as now I can’t find those anywhere! The quality of clothes is good though. Just so disappointed with all the bad changes.

Charged twice and no product!. I was charged twice on my visa for same order and no delivery!

Do not trust their shipping. In the app it says express shipping for above some dollar value but they won’t apply it automatically unless you select it while checking out, so cunning and misleading the customers. In case if you buy for even $200 and you forgot to select the “express” shipping, you’ll get the shipment in 3 weeks or so.

Ridiculous Phone Promotion. I had someone call me today about your Black Friday deals… I said I can’t talk I’m in the hospital and they thought it was appropriate to say “it will only take one minute” and kept going…? Good app!!. I was skeptical when I first came across this app, but gave it a try anyways. Just something small to try it out. I have places 2 more orders since and I got the app in December. What you see is what you get. I love Pat Pat because their clothes are soft and true to size, I also like all the different designs they have to choose from with their cloth diapers!! I’m not a fan on how long it takes for them to ship but I will say it’s well worth the wait 🤩!! I LOVE that you earn POINTS and money when you sign in everyday and you can put those points or the money you have earned towards your purchase! I have not had any problems with any of my orders and I’ve ordered a dozen or so time's!! I would highly recommend this company!!

Back for a second review. I have emailed them over a dozen times with ONE REPLY and zero help . They say they will get back to you in 24/42 hours but in my case that has been far from the truth . It has been 40 days since I made a 130$ purchase for a bunch of clothes my daughter desperately needed . Used the little money I had and after it taking almost a month to even package I asked for my money back because she needed clothes now . No reply . I have emailed so many times with no luck . I’m gonna end up with a bunch of clothes that will not fit my kid and then I’ll have to deal with returning them which I’m sure will take another 2 months . This app is awful . It’s not the long wait for the clothes that bug me as much as the complete lack of customer service . First and last purchase . Never again . Ugh

Will order again. I have ordered a few times. Started out looking for maternity for my daughter. A few of the shirts were not the right size. They ran about two sizes smaller than listed. So we a lot of them still with the tags on. Once my grandson came, I ordered a some outfits an baby stuff. I was pleased with it. An now I have ordered puzzles an baby hanging toys. They are by far his favorite toys. I also like the fact I can check in every day an earn pat dollars to spend. That made this website a huge plus for me.

Love It!. When it comes to clothing I’m always having doubts. With PatPat I have ZERO doubts! They have such cute adorable clothes! I bought so much already for my unborn daughter and can’t wait to see her wearing them! Definitely satisfied with this app and they’re cute clothes! Update: I use to love the app because of the credits we’d receive but now they expire in 3 days? Reason I’d sign in everyday was for the credits it helped me save a lot but now since they expire 3 days I’ve started to dislike the app.

A favorite. I’m always skeptical about ordering off apps and sites like this because sometimes the quality of the clothes is cheap and they don’t arrive for a while but, I have to admit, I have spent way too much money on this app. The quality of all the clothes I’ve bought so far is amazing, children’s and adult, and they’re always delivered on time or earlier than the estimated delivery. Just...don’t.. I have never written a review before but this one deserves it. My package has been back and forth to two facilities in CA for 25...yes....25 DAYS. there is NO tracking basically. I order a month ago an outfit for my daughter’s birthday party expecting it to be here in the time frame they give you and it hasn’t even left the first facility it was in because it goes back and forth so much. You can hardly find support and they send you a sad little email that just tells you “it’s in transit” as if you haven’t been watching it and then they give the shipping number. Waste of time and money. My kids are going to be grown out of the clothes before they get to wear it! I had higher hopes for this company but I’m really let down right now and very upset. :( .

Great clothes, great prices!. I love Pat Pat! The clothes are great and so are the prices. I’ve already received baby clothes I ordered, they’re exactly as pictured and so cute. They’re packaged perfectly, too. Now, I’m waiting on maternity clothes. I can’t wait. They are very quick on getting their orders together and shipping them out, quicker than estimated time. With a baby on the way, I’m thankful for Pat Pat... Recently, I’ve ordered from several other companies that are not accurate in what they sell and they don’t honor their return policy. Great value for money. With their regular sales and promo offers Patpat is great value for money. I have ordered from them 4 times now and they took around 2-4 weeks on average to deliver here. Which is okay with me as i always size up while ordering and the clothes reach here on time and with right size. I love the prints and unique articles on their website. I have also ordered table ware for my baby and it is great quality with great value for money 10/10 will shop again ❤️

Good business so far. I find it funny how many people are so upset with the shipping time for this company. It OBVIOUS this company is shipping from China. HELLO?! Seriously. The app will tell you the wait time. Pay attention. So far, all the items I have ordered, I’ve been pleased with. Pleasantly Surprised. I really thought this was one of those sites where you order items and never get them. I figured it was worth a try if I paid with PayPal, nothing to lose. ZERO STARS: SO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. If I could give zero stars I would! I was excited about this app the clothes look nice and stylish but if I would have known I wouldn’t receive the clothes until 1-2 months after I placed my order I would have never ordered. It’s been about 15 days now since I placed my order and it still says processing even though they took the money out minutes if not seconds after I placed the order. At this point I don’t even know when my items will arrive. I’ll post an update once the items arrive IF they come in. Update: It’s been one month since I placed the order it is still “processing.” I have not received a response from anyone after various attempts at contacting support for a refund. And yes I checked my spam mail. So annoyed. All I want is a refund and I can’t even get that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Perfect for a parent in need of a break!. This app is wonderfully intuitive and gives me everything I could need for my kid. The layout is easy to understand and the products are adorable! I love being able to see what the clothes look like on other young children through the social feed. It’s a fun way to interact with other parents and feels very rewarding. Quality ✅ Price ✅ Shipping ✅. I’ve been eyeing this site for a while, nervous that when I ordered my daughter clothes they would completely fall apart in the wash like clothes from Wish or AliExpress. Turns out, you really can get boutique style clothing with quality at an amazing discount. I was SHOOK at how great quality all the clothing was, especially this adorable winter dress that was cozy and thick, and I’m constantly getting compliments on the adorable, durable shoes I got for my little bit as well. Shipping takes a while unfortunately but not forever, I paid for 7-10 business day shipping for Christmas and it came on the 10th day.

Mixed feelings. I enjoy this app! The deals are great and the content is diverse. The shipping wait time is pretty long and the sizing is really inconsistent!! I just ordered two dresses for my 3 year old. The one arrives and looks big like 4t maybe 5 and the other looks super small and shrunk more in the wash. I’m not sure she’s going to be able to wear it. But the things that work are really cute and unique and a good deal. Cheapest place to find nursing clothing and it’s great! So if you have the patience you can get some good finds. I also love that you build rewards even for just visiting the app plus more with purchases.

Happy customer. I do love and enjoy this app! Keep in mind you’re getting a really great price on some of these so the shipment will take a while. They do tell you that too. So just always plan 4-6 weeks ahead. You’ll place your purchase and have no idea where it’s at until it’s on your front door steps haha but worth it! All the clothes I’ve ordered have been great quality for the price! I’ve even ordered some of their home items like corner stoppers and kitchen items and I’ve always been happy with the product.

I love it!!!. I downloaded the app but after seeing m cheat the outfits were I was worried about the quality so I deleted the app. 🤦🏼‍♀️ A couple months later a friend was telling me how she got her and her girls clothes off there and she loved the prices and everything she got was really good quality so I re downloaded it and ordered a couple things to see how I liked it and it’s amazing. I just wish I got a size up on my shirt but the dress fits perfectly ❤️ I ordered on August 8th & was supposed1 to get it on the 23rd at the earliest & ended up getting it today! Only 11 days!!! 😱

Awful App and products. I never write review but felt compelled to share my experience with this one. I found the App hard to use — it was stuck on filtering only girls clothing and I have a son, and the stock was limited and not updated the entire time I’ve had the app. I ordered three items for my niece, all very cheap and badly made. One says 100% cotton on the top tag but is 100% not cotton. A second tag says 95% polyester which is more believable. Another dress is frayed at the seam and while one tag says “do not dry clean” and another tag on the same dress says “dry clean only.” The third dress lacks tags of any kind but has strings hanging off the seams all over. I think a few seams are about to unravel. They all looked so cute on the app but in person it’s obvious these are the kinds of clothes that tend to get worn once and end up right in a landfill. Deleting the app.

System could use improvement; however, excellent clothes and prices. I love the quality and ease of shopping, but I don't like how I only get $.20 now, instead of $1.00, and I especially don't like how the money expires so quickly. I can't buy clothes every three days so either leave the $.20 and let it build up, or give more at once if it expires every 3-5 days. Plus, I do not like how long it takes for the clothes to get to me with limited updates on the shipping. Overall, the system needs a few touch ups, but the shopping aspect of it is pretty much 5 stars. Reasonable, and actually, great prices for cute and great quality clothing.

I love this app. Okay! if your skeptic about downloading and making a purchase, Im gonna be straight up don’t be. I was to when I first borrowed the app but now I can’t stay way. The best for your buck!. I love PatPat! I love the prices, and the fact that all my items from one order ship together. And for free most times! They are packed so nicely and organized. We live in Hawai’i and On average I get my packages about 10 days after they are shipped. The quality in the items are great and the matching outfits have been a hit our household. Lots of maternity and nursing for a great price!! My parent’s 13 grandchildren all have matching swimming suits and shorts. I have so much more to say, but you really need to experience it for yourself!

Order takes too long. I’ve seen many reviews about how long their order takes to be delivered. I should have read before ordering. I ordered many outfits and still haven’t received them. One of the outfits was for Easter which has now passed. I am not pleased I have emailed them and didn’t even get an apology. I have tracked my order and it’s been in the same spot since the 6th of April and it’s now the 18th I ordered on the 3rd why is it still sitting at the carrier. I feel by the time I get it the clothes aren’t going to fit my child anymore. The clothes are cute but I’m not sure if they’re cute enough to be waiting this long for my package. Very annoyed with this whole website!

Need more options for shipping. It honestly took almost a whole month for my items to arrive. I ordered in March 27 and my items did not arrive until April 22nd. Hardly any updates about shipping at all in that time when I logged into the app to check. I wish there was an option to get expedited shipping or something. The wait time made me think of ordering things off Wish. By the time you receive the order you’ve forgotten that you even placed it in the first place. The prices are good and the quality of the items I received is really good. Due to the shipping issue I was expecting some cheap feeling crappy clothes, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

So pleased. I have been so pleased with everything that I have bought. Like many others I was disappointed with the length of time it took me to get the first order. I now buy what I want early enough I get it right on time, my last order only took 6 days and I was shocked, but elated also. Don’t order.. Don’t order from here. I’ve been waiting awhile to get 5 items from here. Customer service is not helpful and will just repeatedly tell you the same thing and send a link with tracking info that either doesn’t work or is in another language. The app says I’d get my stuff the 9th. I didn’t get it. Then my package goes from being a couple hours from me to It’s now in a completely different state over 8hours from me. I get shipping can sometimes take a bit but don’t give a expected arrival date then don’t even receive the items on the date. It baffles me how it can get closer to me then suddenly gets farther alway. Order from shein instead if you want cute kid clothing. They’re shipping is amazing.

Cheap product. I do not recommend this website, app, company. The items are not at All like the pictures show, but and switch or just send you what they want to, the items that had snaps in straddle were plastic pictures show metal snaps. Cheap scratchy material not cotton, not good quality material. If there are going to send items with plastic snaps then show that in the pictures. I tried to leave review of each item I purchased the app would not let me I ordered multiple items it want me to write a book about each item and take pictures when they already have that information since it’s the only invoice I have and will ever have. I will not recommend this to anybody!

Y’all need plus sizes. This app is really good I love it. The outfits for my little one are so cute and affordable BUT I can never get matching outfits. It’s sad because thats the whole reason I got the app was for matching outfits but y’all only go up to XL on women’s clothes. And the rare times you do have 2X it runs small. Y’all need to think about the bigger moms and the fact that a lot of them still have baby weight and want to match their kids. Not all moms are super fit and some don’t even have the time to get their body back. So cute outfits, great material, and good prices but not enough size options.

100% Worth It!!. The clothes look exactly like the photos on the app. The colors are so vibrant so alive. I don’t really care for their boys selection just not my taste however their girl selection is amazing. They have great things for breast-feeding moms. I am truly happy I found this app because I love everything I’ve got off of it. I would say they do you need to work on their tracking option Because they don’t keep it updated very well but other than that this app just great the quality of the clothes is great I am very happy with the things I’ve bought!

Frustrating. It irritates me that they give you the patpat cash or whatever for checking in everyday.. but you can only use 20% on checkout.. I have $14 just sitting there and can only use $2 of the patpat cash.. when trying to add an item on the 59% off page to my cart it was trying to charge me the full price of it.. so beware and watch the prices when checking out. The last clothes I ordered were 0-3m and they look like 6m clothing.. the promotions are a joke and you can mainly only use them when you spend $50 or more for $5 off. The quality of the clothing is okay for the price.. but it’s about the same price to just wait for carters to go on a sale and order from them with a less time shipping.

I check in daily to gain points for extra discounts and to check on flash sales. The quality of the clothing is good. I have no complaints. As far as shipping, I can track the status on the app. How convenient is that! From packing to locating your package. I live in Honolulu Hawaii and my packages arrive in roughly 2 weeks. Go for it!. At first I was skeptical to buy clothing online, specially for my baby but with the amazing prices and offers (specially the free shipping), I decided to give it a try... Now I’m a fan!! The clothes are super cute, and of excellent quality. Like with everything I have some minimal issues: missing a button, or broken plastic snap-ons but they are super quick to solve any problems. At this moment (3 months after my inicial purchase, and 4-5 orders later) I don’t have anything bad to say about it. Quite the contrary, I’m now encouraging all the moms I know to give it a try and go for it, I’m sure they won’t regret it.

Good deal. I had heard of the app before but didn’t actually order anything until after my sister sent me a link for $10 off. I placed an order getting several things for my girls. For some reason I wasn’t able to use the $10 off my sister sent me, but I still only paid $63 and for 6 outfits and a nursing bra for myself which is like the best fitting bra I own now. The quality of the clothing is good, it’s not that cheap crap you’d expect for the prices they charge. I will most definitely continue using this app.

I absolutely love PatPat. I have placed several orders since I found out about PatPat. I literally shop on this app almost every other day and my orders arrive earlier than expected. The quay of the clothes are great and if you experience any kind of issue customer service is excellent with resolving your issue quickly and very helpful. There is so many different things to purchase at PatPat you will find yourself browsing almost everyday. Shop at PatPat I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Good quality great sizing. This is pretty much the only place I buy from that’s not second hand. My baby is rather tall for her age and we struggle to find clothes that are long enough for her in her age bracket. That is not an issue with Pat Pat. The sizes do run a little big, which is great for growing into so no complaints there. Standard shipping I would say takes 11-15 days on average. Which is fine for me! The quality matches the pricing for these items. I’ve yet to order anything I’ve been disappointed by. I recommend them to all my friends who are parents.

Wanted to like it. I really wanted to like this app after seeing the super cute outfits pop up in my Facebook feed, however the app and links from fb are useless. If I saw an outfit in an ad I liked and clicked the link it always took me to the main page, never what was advertised. The sort and filter options don’t work on multiple levels. Sometimes I can click options sometimes I can’t. Just tonight I went in on a last try...clicked on New in the “baby boy” category, only to have a bunch of girl options pop up in the mix. Why even have the different categories at that point? The customer service has been great when making inquiries as well. Really disappointed and deleting the app.

Obsessed with PatPat!. Absolutely love this app!!! It’s super easy to use not to mention the clothes are so cute, good quality, and great prices! My only criticism is the amount of time it takes to get the products (4-6 wks) but since they are coming from China this is understandable and if you aren’t in a hurry then it’s no big deal. I have made about 5 different orders (15 items, then 12 items, 4 items, 8 items, and 9 items) including mommy and me styles, outfits for my 1, 7, & 8 year old, & baby shoes. I have been extremely satisfied with all products I have received so far!

I contacted them after the 14 day policy and they were very helpful in addressing the issue after explaining that with the arrival of our new baby kind of ran out of time to return/exchange my items. They contacted me back within 24 hours and sent me the items within a week. I would recommend them and definitely will continue shopping with them.

Too Good to be true does not apply. I was/am a very skeptical person and live by the saying normally that if it seems to good to be true than it probably is, however, PatPat proved me wrong. The quality of the items have met expectations, along with sizing and style. The other issue normally is the shipping time, but even that has turned out to be good and even improved since the first time I ordered. I hope the pricing and the selection continue to stay the same or even continue to Amaze me. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one I decided was really earned! 🤍

Great prices along with quality!. I am overjoyed with downloading the App. I placed my first order and was amazed at the quick delivery. But to open each item out of its own bag was a plus. Then the quality of the clothing is superb! I love that the clothing is soft, doesn’t shrink in the dryer and is so comfy but cute. My daughter loves her sleepers, rompers and onesies. I am just over the moon that you get to check in everyday and earn points to use later on orders. Then when you review and post pictures of the items, even more points! I can’t say enough good about this App!!!

Hands down cutest clothes around. Not only does the store have the most adorable clothes but I have never seen close have such nice quality, current up-to-date fashion forward for such unbelievably phenomenal low prices . You get points just for checking in after a certain amount of check inns you start to accumulate dollars into your account I have $15 just from checking in daily I have over 7000 points if you don’t have this app you need to download it like yesterday I wish I could give it more than five stars

Happy new customer. I came across Patpat via Facebook and as I scroll through their page I saw lots of good items. At first, I was hesitant to order because I’m not sure if the items are the same as posted on their app/website. I’m worried about the sizing, material and lastly the price... I cannot believe such beautiful items at such a low prices. So finally, I gave in. I did my 1st order last 16 June and I received the items 04 July. I did not expect to receive it too soon because they sent me a notification that it would take 10-25 days. But im glad that I didnt have to wait that long. All of the items that I ordered are exactly the same as shown in the app/pic. Sizes are accurate and it suits me very well. Good quality materials. Thank you Patpat. I just want to let you know that I am very satisfied with the products and your service that’s why I gave 5stars. And I will definitely keep on ordering. More power!

Love PatPat!. I was very skeptical about using PatPat Howver, I LOVE LOVE LOVE PatPat! We have 6 kids so the pricing is great for us! I purchased 21 items in my first order and was very very pleased! Everything came together, all the items were placed in individual baggies in one big bag and was vacuum sealed, even the bags they were in were good quality so I was able to save them and reuse them! I WILLLLL say, some items weren’t as thick of material, but they were all great! The material was so soft, I bought the fluffy bear outfits for all the kids that matched and they are soooo soft and such great quality! I WILL purchase more!!! I seriously LOVE this app!

Great clothes but tracking never works. I have ordered 5 different times and EVERY single time they somehow always give me the same generic message saying they are sorry but they can’t update the location of the package so the tracking has never worked. I literally never know when my clothes will arrive which is extremely frustrating because sometimes it comes way past the time frame they give you. The clothes are awesome especially for the price and all the deals they have but the tracking just makes me so frustrated.

Good quality!. I was skeptical at first since I’ve tried many other apps that have low priced items and the quality was always bad. But Pat Pat has not disappointed me yet! The material for the baby clothes is soft and they’re super cute, just as seen in the pictures. The items I have gotten do seem a bit bigger than the size listed so I will just downsize by a size in the future. It did take a bit longer than I thought to get my items too but I’m in no rush.

Excellent. So I was honestly hesitant to order because of the kind of reviews I was seeing. But I decided to take a chance for myself. I only ordered two outfits just as a test run for my daughter & to my surprise they was excellent. First the quality of the outfits that I ordered was amazing & so soft, some might think they are too thin but I have no problem with it. Secondly shipping for me took a about maybe a week & half. So my experience was great & I’ll be ordering again.
