REPURCHASE???. I, too bought the app for my grandson and to my surprise, when I opened the app this morning,I was asked to repurchase for several locked puzzles that were not previously locked. What is the deal? I hope this can be fixed asap as my grandson loves this and I want to purchase other apps by this company, but don't want to get ripped off either!

IPad reset lost purchase. I downloaded this game because my grandson loves to play it. I decided to purchase it and open all levels of play. When I reset my older iPad to factory settings, I thought I had lost the full version of the game as it did not download with it unlocked. We emailed customer service and received an email back right away with instructions on on how to activate all levels that we had purchased. Thank you to the team for helping us out!

Very useful app. Applied learning is very effective for my kids. We usually like to play these games logical, with attractive images. The application interface is simple, but full of essential utilities. From this app my kids have more skills, such as vocabulary, visual Perception, concentration .. Great app!. The 2 year old boy that I watch loves this game. Even though we don't have the full version yet. When ever he wants to play this games he says, "apples". This is an OK app. My almost 3 year old granddaughter snapped through the free version so I spent the money for the additional games. Had I known I couldn’t share these through the family I wouldn’t have. Cant even share them on all my own devices I don’t believe. Won’t buy this company again.

Scam. I bought the full version of this game for my 2.5 year old since she liked the trial. It did not show me how much it would cost and it charged me $9.99 plus tax for this game only! Even thought it was expensive I thought it might be ok as long as my daughter likes it, but she finished the 12 short games in less than 30 minutes. I never write reviews but this is a scam

Love tiny hands. Racoon treehouse - learning game for toddlers is such amazing app as other apps of tiny hands. My 2.5 years old loves it too much. It's quite easy to play with colorful goods which is useful for gaining children's brain. I would like to suggest this game as well as other games of tiny hands to my friends.

Confused???. I have had this app for about a year. I already purchased all of these games. I can't even use this app now because there are only three boards available to my son. Reconsidering purchases from this company. I previously purchased the full version of this game. My little girl loves to play it. Since the update we have not been able to access all the levels and it has asked me to purchase again. I have purchased several of the tiny hands games, but if this is how they treat customers I would not recommend it.

Great app BUT... Cannot download to iPhone. 3 yr old likes it though.

Levels locked after purchase. This is a great app. My toddler loved the three free levels so I decided to pay to unlock the remaining levels. Unfortunately they remain locked and the app support has offered no help in response.

Good app. This looks like a good app for typical preschool age children. Educationally it works on many early concepts. The different games have large, bright graphics and it gives a non-intrusive sound effect for correct & incorrect responses. Children drag objects to the desired locations. The objects automatically return to their original position if the child's response is incorrect. For the free version, you have access to three games: Build-a-toy (you attach airplane parts to a toy plane) Silhouette matching (you match an item of clothing to its silhouette) Color sorting (you put colored fruit in colored trucks). SPECIAL EDUCATION CONCERNS: There is no way to adjust anything about the games, such as the difficulty level, how the objects are moved in the game, or turning on/off sound effect for incorrect responses. For example: **With the color sorting game, it would be nice if parents could decide how many different colors needed to be sorted (2 - 5) and whether all the color trucks were displayed at once or not (having all trucks at once would make the game more challenging). **With all the games, it would be nice to have the option to move the object by clicking to select an object and then clicking where you want to place the object. This is useful for kids who don't have the coordination to drag items across the screen. **Turning on/off sound effects for incorrect responses is important because sometimes kids LOVE the incorrect sound effect and so they deliberately choose the wrong answer over and over and over again just to trigger the sound. ALSO, in the color sort game, I noticed that although the colors you sort are randomly selected, the location of the fruits to go in the first, second & third truck are not randomized. This is not a big deal for typical kids and most people probably wouldn't notice it. Kids with autism might recognize the pattern and end up playing by memorizing locations rather than recognizing the colors. Disclaimer: I have not tried this app with any children yet. I am a speech therapist and work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

In app purchases don't work. The app is pretty good, but after paying for the bundle, it won't unlock the other areas. Reinstalling didn't help. Just says that it will restore them and hangs. Super frustrating! Refund time.
