Dear Forsaken Media.... I loved the first one and this one is awesome too, but why are you guys so stubborn at unlocking characters? why cant you go like the first one and have hero packs? also i liked the scrolls from before with the history. also why cant we decline challenges anymore? cmon guys... we also need the treasure trove again i would so buy all the packs and the treasure just like the last one right away! But all in all, still a great game, im having a blast even though i spent lots of money on characters cause im not that patient. No that that is over, I must say that it is still an amazing game. I think i'm comparing it to the first one too much where in my eyes the first one is flawless. New players to bug heroes may like this one better for its better graphics, sounds, gameplay, such as the missions instead of just endless. Great roster of characters all unique, multiplayer was awesome when the game first came out, now no one really does multiplayer so you'll never find a match. The 2 characters I have a love/hate relationship with. + 2 characters out at same time, can be put in different locations at once - you don't have 3 anymore but again they weren't out all fighting at once. 5/5 great game, unique concept, great story (if its the same as the first game.) overall fantastic

Please keep updating this game. This game is one of the best games I have played ever. Great controls, awesome enemies, and every bug character is super unique. I love this game and I have had it for a long time and I play it with my friends and I just love it. Please continue this game it’s amazing.

Amazing game. Hello just gonna say this game is amazing. I was wondering about the local multiplayer, how does it work ?! Do I need WiFi to play or is Bluetooth enough?! I trying connecting with a friend and it would say there was a error or something like that. We were just not able to connect but we could see each other’s gamer tag.

Bug heroes 2 is an awesome game!. I have been a die-hard fan of the entire bug heroes from the beginning. And now forsaken media has blown me away with this awesome, sword clashing gun-toting sequel! I found extremely little to complain about with its innovative gameplay and awesome action. But, i have some thoughts. Theres no story! The first bug heroes supplied a good back story to the game. Here, its just fight. And second, it gets hard fast. The fleas in the first game do barely any damapge, like 3 pts, but in Bug heroes two the lowly flea can do up to 20 damage! And they come in swarms! Aunother thing with enemies, snails. Wayyy to much armour. You barely get 8 dmg in every 15 seconds of hitting! You should also have more maps, and maybe more abilities for the heros. Even so, i reccommend getting this game. It is awesome, and a true work of art!!!

Best App ever played.. Even with the stupid p2w system it has this is by far the most fun app I've ever played and I'm a hardcore PC gamer.... Even better with a friend on LAN.

Even in 2019 still a fabulous game.. Somehow I always find myself coming back to this game. It’s a great game. Even better that you can play co-op with a buddy. Love the mechanics of the game. Definitely one of my top favorite mobile games

Great Game but.... Alright so this game it's a good game it defiantly feels improved and more characters to unlock. More game types to add variety. Now you have a ally hero out also when you are playing as one so makes combat easier. But there are something's I think were... Eh... The character unlocking is cool but you don't get to pick them it's by a slot machine type but I can let that slide. Except how it jumps to a huge amount of stars you have to get to unlock the next character. For example you go to 5 stars to 25 stars... What? Idk I bothers me it seems just a scam to but diamonds to buy a character. There is no story. In this one Ant, Beetle, and Spider don't talk about how the whole war happened. Which I personally miss. The only one who talks so far is your drill Sargent (who helps you through the tutorial) but... Idk I kind of miss it. Then the graphics they are pretty good there's 2 things that bother me... The slug and the snail they look goofy. It's not a big deal to me but they just look stupid. Then how many heroes you can have on the field... 2 you can only have to instead of 3 I think they took that out mainly because 3 bugs out all at once would be kind of unfair but I think they should have had 2 on the field and then you can swap out for the 3rd one. That's really all I have to say it's a great game but few things that bug.

Heroes glitch. It’s a great game, good controls, decent mechanics, all aound fun... BUT, and it’s kind of a big but... some of the heroes, if you try to click them, the game just crashes, consistently. Far left column, third row down is one instance. I don’t know the name of this hero because I cannot CLICK on it!!!

Bug hero’s fan since 2009. I love the game I love the combat is great there’s a lot of troops available on the field at once but please what about more maps? The original bug hero’s at least had map packs you could buy. Please don’t give up on updating this that’s such a waste of a great game with amazing replay-ability.

Field Mouse is OP. The field mouse hero is a little over powered its close to being impossible to beat someone who uses that character. I've played against every legendary and its a little challenging but I could still win but when it comes to the field mouse omg it gets hardcore intense i mean that hero can summon around 3 flea commandos, stop me from attacking, call in a strong airstrike from pretty far, increase his attack, armor, and piercing just by eating cheese, and give himself 25% extra range (not to mention the extremely far range he already has) and attack. This heroe was able to shoot from the mercenary camp to my base and that's insane. Thnx to his weapon upgrades which are also ridiculous; max weapon upgrades, max level abilities u got urself an over powered character. I'm not entirely sure about his abilities or upgrades I don't own him my cousin does but please change this cuz its almost impossible to win. Other than that the game is really good

Ninten Switch support please!!!!. So, I been playing all 3 of these games since 2014. These are some of the few mobile games that feel like real full sized indie games on console. They are so good and fun. I really wish that Foursaken Media would re-create the games or a game for Switch. The switch has a few mobile games on it already and in the case of Bug Heroes, I truly believe it would be popular. You could do a mix of the story mode with the gameplay of BH2 and also add in some multiplayer game modes like team death match and a few others. And you could make like 30 heroes and add a feature to create your own heroes which would be awesome. Foursaken Media, you have a game here that don’t belong on mobile. It should come to console. I truly believe this. Let’s make it happen, HomeDawgs

A just review. Bug Heroes 2 is near flawless. The spinner for your characters is a fresh and interesting idea. This forces the player to use troops they would not normally use. For people against the spinner method, you have diamonds to use. The star and diamond jump is huge, but understandable. The player actually needs to play the game to get more bugs. The art style is beautiful, and the two camera options are fantastic. The cinematic action mode is great for melee while the air angle is great for ranged bugs. Being a mere launch stage, some AI balancing, such as the shielder and medic combo, are aggravating but I trust it will be fixed in time. Even the mission difficulty is perfect, scaling the objectives, enemies, and stars down if you are unable to complete it and fail multiple times. Love the franchise and the effort put into this.

Better than the first!!. I am a HUGE fan of the first but with the added multiplayer for #2 it gives this game much more playability!! Lots of fun all around. Although I've been experiencing a bug where in multiplayer coop about round 10 there a 50% chance for the game to crash and I lose all experience earned from the match. Please fix soon! Even with this very big flaw so much fun I have to rate 5stars. One suggestion I have is to allow more players in coop, at least three. Best thing about this game is you don't need to spend money to advance in game, I plan on making an in app purchase after a week or so to support the developer though, I really want support and added features over time for this game!

One more update. Please I’ve been playing this game a lot recently and I haven’t been able to buy fly or slug as the game crashes when you try to select them

What can I say I’m a 24 years old and I used to play this game back then when I was like 12 and knew I found the game again and I’m happy idk what to tell you but I really really really love bug heroes games I’m a big fan please keep up the good work and it would be so nice if you guys could also do some more improvements on bugs hero deluxe please cuz I also have that game and make it a full screen please again thanks a lot for these beautiful games 🥺🙏🏼

VERY Fun. This game is very nice. Very few bugs, tough, but fun battle, and great programming!

What do I do now. Now a whole ago my brother had gotten all ticked off and wrote a immature review. Now I will give it what it deserves. The game is pretty great, nice graphics, good rooster and well designed characters, nice gameplay. Just one problem. You see, I have all the bug heroes and for some reason I don't see much effort in doing the other levels. They're either too easy or too hard. And there isn't that much of a in between. Now I DO want to get the legendary characters but it would be a pain to. What would k do with all these excess stars? What do I do? The endless and skirmish don't help much either. I simply find myself with hardly much to do in the game with little motivation. If you guys can make getting all the extra stars we don't have use for worth something, I'll give this game a go again. Also can you give this game more of a actual MOBA feel? I don't see it in the game much. Heck, this is like the other bug heroes games but in third person.

Great game but.... This is probably one of my favorite mobile games ever, but too bad the devs abandon it. This game has potetial for future content and/or maybe a Bug Heroes 3, however since the last update was like 2 years ago, that is not going to happen. I hope Forsaken Media comes back or the IP gets bought by another company willing to continue the future of this game.

This is still awesome to play. With awesome personalities and balanced abilities this game pretty much tops my list of favorite apps. I would love for it to take off from mobile but that’s asking a bit much I know. Thank you to everyone who worked on it!

Maybe a little bit more improvement PLEASE!. Don't get me wrong the game is amazing with its graphics and its gameplay but its the thing in the gameplay that need improvement. Instead of just defending the food stash in one place, can there be a game mode where you can actually venture out to all these different places with more sub-stashes(food stash) that can hold more food, and give power ups maybe? And the game needs more bugs to play with because the game gets pretty boring after a while so why not bring the bugs from the first bug heroes, over to the second one? It would make A LOT of us that played the first one really excited to play more. I guess what I'm trying to get at is, the game just needs that little push to actually make it HOT, I'm talking burning up on fire like the sun. So please come out with another update soon, and make that new bug, garden beetle, available for multiplayer co-op. and last but not least, what's the point in having legendaries when the regular bugs are way better?

Simply amazing. Easily one of the best games available on the App Store. I’ve spent so many hours in this game, and I’d love to spend many more, but there’s a glitch where the app will crash if you click on certain heroes who haven’t been unlocked.

Amazing, but crashes. Despite being out for years, this game is still very fun to play. If there were more people still playing and I could get an online match, it would be my all-time favorite! Everything about it is amazing. Thank you forsaken media.

Great Game!... Some Suggestions.. Really fun game. I love the variety of bugs you can use, each with their own unique role. However, there are quite a lack of maps. It would be pretty cool if there were some more (big) maps. As I said before, there are a lot of cool bugs to choose from, but it would be sweet if there were skins for them, similar to the reinforcements pack from Bug Heroes 1. Another thing: PvP, both the 1v1 & 2v2 modes don't seem to ever be played. Maybe change some stuff up for the PvP modes somehow, because I really like the mode and wish more people actually played it. Who knows, maybe add some kind of capture the flag mode, might gain some interest (?). I also hope you guys add more heroes frequently to keep our interest (I'm sure you guys will). I had an idea for a new bug: a ninja! 😄 similar to the Aphid but can make clones and throw ninja stars or something... I dunno lol. That is all. Great game 😀.

Best game I’ve played. Thise is the best game I’ve played in a long time I thought bug hero’s 1 was good but bug hero’s 2 takes the cake!

Good game as always. FM is always making games that make me addictive from few weeks to half years, and playing Bug Heroes1 now is still fun and filled with memories. Even through I must say that Bug Heroes2 is a good game, but FM's constant loss of scenarios make me feeling uncomfortable. The reason why I have bought Bug Heroes Quest is for it's excellent scenario and the story is still cool and I can recall most of it. Seriously, the people who is complaining about stars, that was really not a big deal, I won't tell you guys this game will require you 175 stars to get the sixth hero. But, when you have acquired 50 stars, you can really play 3 stars mission with ease (if you are a loyal player and played Bug Heroes1 before, or at least you can handle 2 stars missions very well. Also, there's nothing you can not acquire not by money in FM's game (not including DLCs), you can get a bunch of stars and diamonds by using suggested heroes or challenge yourself by choosing random hero (located at the bottom of hero choosing menu), and earn more than ten diamonds and bunch of experiments in endless mode. I have just acquired my seventh hero last day. FM you are the best! Really excited for incoming block fortress war!

Bad Balance. Erm, I don’t know what bug it was but, there is one that shoots long range slime and it slows you down, well… the puddle it leaves, progressively slows you down, eventually completely immobilizing me. Which is bad, I got stuck with the 2 slower characters. I had no way of doing anything cause as soon as I could move again it shot it again then I had no choice but to sit there and die. I could literally do nothing, its not like all the characters had ranged attacks. I had a skill that did some damage at range, but that didn’t help much, and sense it took so long to recharge… I seriously find that ridiculous. Also I find it lame that the slower attacking and moving characters have about the same power as the faster characters. And it’s not even like I’m that far in to the game, it’s like the 1st level after tutorial. :/

Pretty awesome!. The only reason it’s not getting a full five stars is because some of the missions are bs

Great but.... I like it but you should add more heroes like butterfly, wasp or the sorpion as a legenary eg. Also fix the glitches and bugs its anoying it crashes all the time :( but over all awsome game recommed to noobs of all ages :)

Terrible Money Grabbing Update. Huge step backwards for bug heroes 2. They made it 10x harder to get gems and now legendary heroes are pretty much exclusive to people who pay money. Such a money grabbing update! New players won't recognise this, but the previous update allowed you to have a much higher rate of gem collection! Disappointed with FM!!!

good, not good, OUTSTANDING :). I love the new game play, game style and how you get more characters and more fun ways to just keep playing ;) I don't care if 500 gems needed, it's just a good experience to see what are good turrets to go with each round (so experiment what is best!) The last few games were alright but not as good as this! Loving it :D More characters and more new features !! :) Great work! Fantastic game environment!!! 5/5

AWESOME!. I love this game this is my favourite game ever....but there could be a few more changes like -more heroes -more maps -More choice for hiring mercenaries -easier to get gems from missions -different weapons for heroes -be able to win legendary heroes in the draw Plz put this in ✔️✔️✔️

Restore purchases. I bought like tons of diamonds to get banners and heroes and stuff but when I reinstalled this game on another phone it only gave me 1 star and only 3K diamonds, no banner no other characters except for the ones that you get for free at the start, I’m very sad that there’s no restore purchases option other than that a real good game and have been a fan of this franchise since 2011

Love. Love the game so much but I am pretty far into the game with 10 bugs and I keep crashing since I had my first 2 and it happens so often now. Everytime I start up a mission it crashes and I cry for very very long long time :(

Bad multiplayer. this sequel is good and all with the multiplayer, but when i play multiplayer it says connecting to match for 2 minutes and nothing happens what is this??? and when i play local i get disconnected after 10 seconds, im hoping u could fix this, also try to advertise your game so more people can play it

Multiplayer!. This game is way to laggy even on my new ipad mini in multiplayer i suggest removing all the extra effect when in multiplayer like the clouds, bullet trails ect....

It is really good. This is the best game on the ipad. A fantastic blend of rpg, tower defence, and survival games. The latest update is fantastic, as it allows a wider blend of gameplay.

Fantastic game. I love everything about the game! Absolutely! But if only the food stashes had more health in skirmish! Because even on hard with no legendary heroes I am still very easily able to destroy the enemy stash, even accidentally when I'm trying to drag it out. Also if the maps where a tiny but bigger that'd be great as I find there is not enough things to do besides destroy their food stash. Apart from that great game, love it!

Too Many Game Crashes!. I do love this game but, ever since the update I've been seeing heaps of crashes lately. It really frustrating when I'm doing a mission and at the last round the game crashes so I have to restart. (Boo Hoo) But it would awesome if you fixed the Bugs and Crashes.

Nearly perfect. First of all the game is really great, it has nice graphics and great controls the thing that I’m not happy about though is that the hamsters size at the start is good but when I put the god gem on him he gets bigger on the banner screen but as soon as I go back to the character selection he gets even smaller than he was at the start please fix it

Sooooooo awesome. This game is so fun I even downloaded it onto my brothers ipod so if mine goes flat I can play it on his. The graphics are great but one thing can You make a restore purchases button. ;)

Great Game. Bug wars 2 is a overall a great game. Nice graphics, intuitive controls, a wide variety of game modes, fun gameplay features and a wide range of characters to learn and master. I have yet to try out the multiplayer but I am sure it will be exceptional and can't wait to try it out with friends. I would highly recommend getting this game as it is cheap; I only wish I had a better device to run it on.

You updated to have less stars until we have unlocked a new bug. Unfortunately, It didn't work with my version of bug heroes 2 as I require 65 stars and I'm only on level 25. Otherwise brilliant game!

Recommend this game. Really great game; Fun game modes, many different heroes with different skills and game style, has multiplayer function. A few noteworthy bugs though... like pressing Slug hero crashes the game, certain heroes mashups for a mission crashes the game as well, even then sometimes it randomly crashes. Guess what i really want to say is, fix the crashes. Thanks P.S. I'm using an Iphone 6s

More maps, more bugs, endless needs a bigger variety of missions and bugs Ex at the end it's only bees, snails, slugs, I would like some fleas, spiders, roaches, etc. more banners, and multi played fixes. I know it's a lot to ask but I know you guys can do it!!!!😄😄😄👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️ Otherwise this game is great and is worth e money. It might take a while to get everything but still very good game.

This game tho. This game is so good lots characters to be and you can get a character that can go invisible, poison enemys, explode enemys, and more. This game is just awesome i even got it for free when it came out. There are so many enemys as well. Definitely everyone should get dis game!!!!!!!

Needs Major Update. This game is outdated with the newer iPhones/iPads and needs a patch. The game crashes when selecting certain heroes, both in multi and single player. It also crashes randomly and loses frame rate during multiplayer.

Amazing gam. Literally the best game on my iPad. There is nearly endless replay-ability with all of the characters. Other than the multiplayer often being extremely laggy, it would be dumb not to install this right now.

Mega awesome game. There is literally NO reason you shouldn't buy it. Completely worth the money

Aewsome. Great game, the only thing that bothers me is when you're under rapid fire the screen flashes red way too much and it gives me a headache. Also at the same time you can tell what's happening because the screen turns all red for a few seconds. Also when you're low on health the screen stays red, making it very hard to play.

Bug heroes 2. Good stuff

Honestly a great game but needs updates. This game is still honestly great, it needs Skins to have more variation or more heros for strategy. If they were to turn this into a pc game i know as a fact people would play this quite often.

It doesn't work for the I pad one. I bought this game and I was so anxious of playing it but when I tapped on it it would start for a second. Please fix this.

Love it. I loved it since the first one and now I can't get my hands off it. I only have one thing to say, with the new update I have the hardest time getting gems I spend hours upon hours just to get 2 gems and I will never be able to reach legendary bugs at this pace, could you make gems show up in larger chunks like 20 per 4 star mission or something? Also don't forget to keep adding more maps and bugs ;)

One thing is,it does lag on maps with maxed turrets and tons of little bugs running around but with so much going on how can it not. Hopefully it can be fixed for older devices. This probably doesn't happen on higher end devices tho. (Using iPhone 4s) So yeah amazing game!

Great with one exception. Crab spider was by far one of my favourite support/tank characters in the game. The ability to take all the attention off your allies so that they can focus on the objective really helped plus with all his abilities and armour making him take less damage was amazing! But with this new update (This could have happened in past updates but I am only noticing it now) you made him in to a pretty useless character. He used to be able to do a full three-sixty degree rotation while his shield wall ability was active but now he can only turn in a ninety degree arc. Also with his taunt ability, like I said before I used him as a distraction while my teammate focused on the objective or gathered resources, you reduced the effective range of taunt a little to much. It used to be where crab spider could lead enemies a safe distance away from his ally but now you have to be so close that it does not even matter.so if you could please change him back to the way he was I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise this is a fantastic game and I hope you keep coming out with sequels.

Bugs you gotta love. Game play is fun yet challenging, heroes are creative and have impressive models, abilities and unique personalities, enemies are diverse and much stronger than in previous games(fleas), environments are gorgeous, multiplayer is slightly laggy but still very fun. Something's I would like to see: New maps, info and backgrounds on all heroes, new skins for heroes. I'm not going to complain about the diamonds because hey we all got to make money some how, keep up the amazing work Foursaken!

Bug Heroes 2. For all the people that say this game crashes on my iPod 4 or iPad 1, well what can you expect. You have a prehistoric age device so it will crash. The best thing to do is get an upgrade instead of whining "plzzzzzzz fix the crashes." Yes, even on a good device it always, without fail crashes on round 15. But there is an update for that and it's already been submitted. Now for the actual review: This game is amazing and Foursaken Media will always be the best iOS developer. There are 25 heroes to choose from and they all have there disadvantages and advantages. Personally I go with Army Ant Captain and Bumblebee. Army Ant can summon calvary to help you if you get overwhelmed and one of his ablities, Honor Smash, can destroy anything in the game. Bumblebee is a beast when facing big hordes of non-armored enemies. His special, Breaker Punch basically one shots almost everything. There is grinding but it's fun grinding that leaves you wanting more. It's easy to get diamonds, I already have 80 and that's from 5 missions and an endless. Thank you Foursaken for making awesome games. P.S. Block Fortress War comes out March 6th

Five star rating.... Ok, so if you like defense or first person shooters or maybe both combined, this is 'the game'. And it lasts for months and months or fun because of how many classes there are. I suggest at this to anyone and everyone, and check this out, its only two dollars!! What are you waiting for? So my only complaint is there is never anyone on multi player, this is only because people don't know to buy this game! Well... Now ya do. This game is amazing an hats off to the creators.

Falls short of the original. There was a distinct synergy between the original characters in the original game. This version tries to do too much and in the end does too little. This comes from someone who was #1 in the world on the yard map making it to round 280+. This version has too many IAPs, less engaging graphics, stupid random system for unlocking characters, and an unfortunate progression/skill system. The deviation from the original game and the introduction of additional resource gathering and the lower quality of graphics, controls, and camera angles, combined with tons of IAP makes me sad and i find myself not enjoying this at all.

My opinion. I truly genuinely love this game. Colorful, hilarious, mostly inventive. However it only deserves only 3-4 stars because like the first game the enemies are extremely uncreative. The screen also in later stages can get a little cluttered with all the enemies and special abilities. One redeeming quality the game has is an amazingly smooth and entertaining multiplayer mode which is something the first game lacked. Over all a great game with a few major flaws.

Unbalanced. I really enjoy the game, however, the enemies can be incredibly unbalanced and overpower your feeble heroes which turns a fun experience into a maddening experience. Even when the difficulty buffs down to normal or easy, it rarely justifies the difficulty. The random enemy generator doesn't help either and though I wanted to continue the game I am bout ready to trash it. There needs to be a way to make the difficulties comparable to the enemies you face. I want this to be a great game but where it stands right now I absolutely wouldn't recommend it unless that is you are willing to spend money to buy diamonds and get better bugs.

Awesome games but. Hi forsaken media :) I have a few questions 1. I really love this game and I was so surprised when I found out that mantis was returned( but renewed) here's the problem she costs 500 diamonds and I don't have time to go to a store and buy ITunes gift cards and they are expensive where I live( $70 for the 15) so all I am asking is either make the all legendary heroes cheaper(like 350) or make it easier to earn diamonds thank you that is all

One of the best apps you can get!!. I have been a fan of these developers for years now, and they never seem to disappoint! I have played the original bug heroes and bug heroes quest, but this blew both out of the water!! This is an outstanding app!! There are continuous updates for it adding more great stuff every time! All around AWESOME app, in my opinion it is a must have!

Good game, great potential. First off I want to say this is a great game love the new improvements but I have a couple suggestions on how to improve. it would easily earn five stars with just a few more things. 1. ADD MORE MAPS 2. I personally really like how customizable the heroes were in the original, and adding an option to customize the special abilities would be a nice addition on this one as well. 3. Again, i liked how in the original one the characters didn't have the same upgrades, while in this one all you can upgrade is damage and armor. I miss being able to make beetle into a tank or worm into a demo expert, i think something like this would add more flavor to the game. 4. (Finally) Personally, i don't like being limited to 2 normal or 1 legendary hero, maybe make it in in-app purchase, or put it in the star upgrade tree to unlock the ability to field more heroes.

READ READ READ READ. Bug Heroes 2 is a very good game. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: Gorgeous Graphics, Innovative Gameplay, Fun Characters, Great Multiplayer, Fun. Cons: Only 3 Maps, Somewhat Annoying Controls, Somewhat Repetitive. Standouts: The way to get new bugs is REALLY annoying. You get stars when you complete missions. The 1st time it takes 5 stars to get a random bug, then it takes 25 stars to get another random bug. Then 75 and so on. Let me be clear: I like getting a random bug. It's exciting. It's just, it would be better if it only took 20 stars EACH time to get a new bug. Also, it's kind of confusing upgrading your characters. You can equip "scrolls" to upgrade your characters stats. Also in the missions, you can buy new armor, or weapons that only last until the end of the level. Verdict: 4.5 out of 5 You gotta give them credit. It's a new game. Get real.

Total crap. I got this game shortly after it was released. I even tossed in on some IAP to get the RANGER Hamster. But then a few days later, the game crashed. After looking to see if there was a fix, I came up short. I even wrote a review describing my issue. I decided to delete the game and just wait it out. I was hoping that the devs would have looked into it. I decided to download the game and try again. Still the game does not get past the splash screen. It crashes right back out of the game. Such a massive disappointment. This game was so much fun. And I am not able to enjoy it. That is my rant and that is why the low rating.

The Good, The Bad, and the Horribly OP. The basics of the game are pretty solid. The control are a bit wonky at the start but you can usually work it out. The new heroes are a nice addition, but the game lacks a lot of polish that the original bug heroes had. A lot of the missions have ridiculous difficulty spikes, which is a really hard turn off. Even a few hours in you can find yourself in a rut. It's annoying to find yourself stuck with the same 3 missions until you either fail enough times, or you finally beat the mission. The game needs a lot of readjusting. Especially with how armor works. Overall the game has solid core gameplay, but it falls short in player experience and major balancing issues

In my top 5 all time favorites. Great game, and now with a TD mode! Overall easily in my top five games of all time, along with Bug Heroes one. I also really like plants versus zombies, but the plants versus zombies number two was really not so great. If I may make some suggestions, I think it's a little too hard overall, but that is debatable and subjective. the aiming of the projectile weapon characters is very hard to use and the auto aim feature gives me a headache when it whips your view around too much. Also the snails with the big flashlight bulbs on them - I hate those things. No game is fun when you can't see it. Likewise the scenes where it's nighttime are really annoying. There is no fun to be had with a game you can't see. Overall really really great game from a bunch of brothers in the small studio congratulations guys you are really good at this stuff!

I love this but.... I love this game. But ive already maxxed out upgrades stars aren't any motivation to do missions. So i decided to play multiplayer more. No luck. It has become barren. I'm beginning to wonder if anyone else still plays this. If not, don't worry. You have one person here who will continue the endless fight against all opposition. P.S. I know you guys are probably aware of it, but the gaps in the hamster and field mouse character models are still there, clearly visible and umm... Just kind of look bad. I can't help noticing it when im using either of them.

Great game but.... This is a great game absolutely amazing but it needs some changes. This is a kids game and not a lot of kids have Facebook to play with friends. Maybe kids could connect with other friends over Instagram or Twitter or even snapchat. But Facebook is for adults so not many kids have it

Good game, but too multiplayer needs some tweaking. I am a fan of the original bug heroes and bug heroes 2 doesnt disappoint..until I hit the multiplayer. The games is fun and provides hours of gameplay replayability. But the multiplayer have too many disconnection and out of sync issues that will leave you irritated. It was happening on my ipad and several friends of mine who has also bought the game. Hopefully fours4ken will look into the problem as the game has a lot of potential and could warrant future expansion if properly fixed. People who are complaining about the balance should simply try a different approach as run and gun does not always lead to success in playing the game.

Best app game of 2014!. The Original Bug Heroes was good. Also quest was good also. However, this game was worth waiting for if you're a bug heroes fan like myself. The words are indescribable of how beast this game is! So much new variety, more characters, new & fresh gameplay. I could go on and on of how good it is but just one problem: Only three levels? This game needs more levels to make it even more better! Also Foursakenmedia, thank you for making bug heroes and giving it's sequel a multiplayer mode.

Love it!. I have been waiting for a sequel to bug heroes for a while and I love this game. There are some draw backs though. This game has a totally different feel then the first one, but after a while you get used to it. The characters are chosen by random so you might not get the character you want, unless you want to spend diamonds (which you get quite often) and if you don't want to spend diamonds, then you better be loyal to the game. I got my third character with 5 stars, then my fourth for 25 and now I am working for 65 stars. Good luck. (I am actually very happy with my characters.)

Exemplary. If it gets the attention it deserves, Bug Heroes 2 will go down in history. I've been playing games for 30 years, and the evening I've spent with this game is unlike any I've experienced. It's obvious that Foursaken Media truly cares about videogames, and the amount of love and detail they've put forth here is out of this world. I don't even want to bother with genres - if you love videogames, clear out 400 megs and have fun.

Weapons. I've been a long standing fan of the game and I was amazed when I saw another installment of the game. I like this game much more than the first but one thing that really bothered me was that with certain guns like the shotgun for instance on the cicada, it fires a single shot but it says that it's a shotgun. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to weapons and as shotguns are my favorite gun I was a bit disappointed. Just putting it out there that weapons names should reflect the kind of rounds it fires. Apart from that it's an overall great game.

Awesomeness. This game is awesome. I love using the different classes. My personal favorite is the slug. Though there is a few cons to this app. I haven't seen it yet, but is confirmed that it goes from 5 stars to 25 stars to unlock a hero. That's weird. Another con would be that the multiplayer is connected by Game Center . You guys have to change it to just connecting. That way multiplayer would be better. I really want to play 2 vs 2 but like I said the game enter doesn't let it work.

One of my favorite iOS titles. This game is a terrific blend of deep strategy and reflex-testing action. Simple yet complex, with an extensive roster of varied and balanced characters that all suit completely different playstyles and that can be played effectively alongside any other, Bug Heroes 2 packs enough enjoyment to contend with larger console/pc titles. I'm not usually a fan of MOBAs, but this one drew me in from day 1, and I haven't yet gotten even remotely tired of it since. It's a fantastic game, without a doubt one of the greatest on the App Store, and it's well, well, WELL worth the price. I highly recommend you check it out.

Great game, but.... This game has amazing potential, but some characters are incredibly weak like the bandito fly. Not only that, but the "hard" difficulty defense missions spawn enemies at a far too overwhelming early on, and especially for late-game ranged enemies, which get doctor caterpilars, AND, shield bearers, making it imposible to overcome even the weakest of enemies. At some point, there are so many enemies, that my device can't even handle it, and the frame rate drops to almost nothing. Please fix this in the next update

Shield bugs. I love the game, loved the update, but the enemy shield bug is way to powerful. They can shield everyone around them which means when I'm doing 5 star missions, once they get going it's almost impossible to get to them before I hit a wall of invulnerable bumbulbee warriors and giant war slugs just trying to kill them. Maybe you could give them a capped number of enemies they can shield.

What the waffle thinks. This is one of the best games I have ever played. Usually, I play a game for a while and soon stop, but when I play bug heroes 2, I can't stop. It has action, adventure and you can play with your friends. What I think is the best team so far is honey bee and bumble bee. Honey bee can send many troops at one time, shoot stuff and slash enemy to bits while bumble bee can pound enemies to death. The only bad thing about bug heroes 2 is that it doesn't have that much worlds. I would think that they will make a bug heroes quest 2 or make bug heroes: war. Either way, they would both be awesome. Bug heroes 2 sometimes crashes when I play on multiplayer or skirmish so I hope they will be fixed soon.

Campaign and multiplayer? Please read. Best game ever! This game is so AWSOME! Just two things could make this game better if the multiplayer worked and some kind of campaign. I wish there were harder options for skimish like expert or something and don't listen to Jasonlog the time between earning characters makes the game more fun & keeps you occupied longer. if you are debating to get this game STOP NOW, just get it. oh and CZ---123 has some AWSOME hero ideas. I know I'm asking a lot but there needs to be more arenas. And I was thinking while playing and I thought it would be cool to have boss battles. ps Tubles, the multiplayer doesnt work for anybody.

Could use some improvement. Ok, I'm not gonna bore u but this game should have more characters and maps, it should have a easier way to get these characters. Also, here is a big problem, LAG!! When u use power ups or when there are a lot of enemies it causes lag, I don't know if there is a way to fix it but plzzz u hate frickin lags, thank you

Needs more bugs. This game is great it has everything campaign multiplayer and more but it needs more bugs and I don't only mean good bugs but more Evil ones too because because once you met and unlocked all the bugs it gets kind of pointless to keep going with missions or keep trying to get diamonds sure you have banners but it dosnt make much of a game changer compared to bugs with new abilities do .

An instant classic. Wow, an excellent multiplayer that doesn't feel like an afterthought. Aside from a few bugs (programming ones) this will be a game I'll remember when looking back at iOS gaming. A few games before have wow'ed me, but the game play and unique setup keeps me wanting to play more. I look forward to updates. Highly recommend.

The Bugs. I'll be honest, I love the game. The mechanics are great, the game looks beautiful. While there is indeed a good roster of characters to choose from, I have some ideas. For some new standard heroes (along with Garden Beetle) I was thinking about a Tiger Beetle, Dung Beetle, or Butterfly. The Tiger Beetle would be fast, high damage, and low HP. Dung Beetle would be balanced, and can throw "dung bombs" for example. The Butterfly would be for support, much like Moth. For a new Legendary, a centipede would be pretty cool, since it has so much potential. These are just ideas, but I think that 25 is an odd number for a roster size, and should be increased to at least 30. Anyway, thanks for the great game!

Awesome Game. Love the game. Just think there should be more customizable options that are permanent. Maybe ability to forge weapons, armor and other items that are unique to all characters and do not reset on each level. Still keep some items that do reset however like power ups and found items.

Couldn't we just play as three characters in the game???!!!!!. Yeah I wish that you can start as my favorite characters from bug heroes like Ant, Worm, Mosquito and it's better like come on dudes I wish that it did happen in the next update please I'm begging you to make that update and please JUST DO IT MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!!!!!!!! That Just Blew my mind and if it did happen I will be so happy that I would play the game all ******** day!!!!!

Better than expected! But room for small improvements.... I'd like to say what I can with 5 hours put into this game. First off, I'd like to see a different camera angle option. Something simple like we'd see in other iOS games. Second, I wish there was a way to buy scrolls without having to use the "gamble" option. The multiplier is awesome fun! If it wasn't so laggy half of the time. Otherwise, the amount of characters, enemy's, game modes, and many other options kinda blew me away!

Great game but.... Ok so this is a great game, it is super fun and if have found that there are a lot of characters (I have even spent a few bucks on the game( Go ant and honey bee!) but I have seemed to have a lot of problems with multiplayer. I can connect with people with good connection but as soon as we start it seems to be like all like laggy or something and then at the end I always get disconnected because it says the other player is out of sync. I really hope you can fix this because I really want to play online with some friends but besides that it is a great game! (Sorry for bad spelling if I made any)

Great and tedious. It's way way way better than the first, way more heroes too!! But one problem, it's tedious to get more heroes I thought it was great to be able to have to work hard for them but it was getting 25 stars to 65 or 60 and I had to play for 3 hours to get to 25 not to mention how much harder it gets!!! And I like the scrap mechanics where you actually have to get scraps instead of paying in game money to get turret ect. I like how it gets harder but make a better way to get stars like how u get to choose how many for each mission so 1 star=easy 2=normal 3=hard 4=super hard 5= Hardcore. Besides that, thx for reading and what a great game!

BEST GAME IN APP STORE. I love this game so much that i spend hours per day playing. I haves unlocked all the upgrades at 337 stars and still have 408 to spare. But there are 2 things that really bug me. First,there is no story mode or just a story,i miss the way they tell their backstory in the first version. Second,the mercenaries cant be moved by players and they are very stupid,keep charging into an area full of hungry bugs is an example. i think hungry bugs should be nerfed and you can control your mercenaries actions like move forward,guard or go back to defense your stash. Overall, this is a very great game and it makes all other apps like craps

Impressive. I've been constantly checking for updates every day and here it is as expected. Very impressive, the new mode entertains but have you thought about new characters? Garden Bug would fit right in! Plus maybe a centipede as a legendary!!! He could summon little baby turrets and be long and slow with a armor piercing bite. Overall still Awsome keep it up:D

Great game. I don't blame the makers for this game with the muiltiolayer lags, disconnections I mean it's only 4 people making it and think about how far the people u are playing with are . This is overall a great game but I also want to add the reason why 4 star the new game block fortress I've been hearing lots of hates about the enemy's wave going to fast could you adjust that on the update and I'll see it and buy the app thank you

The App Store's Best. When it comes to creative, ADDICTIVE gameplay, nothing compares to a Foursaken title. Big Heroes 2 is no exception. This is an excellent follow-up to the first bug heroes, which is one of the finest games available on any mobile device. It expands the core concepts and introduces multiplayer mechanics, while still being a new, interesting experience. Buy this game now, and while you're waiting for it to download, go work your way back through this developer's back-catalogue. You will not be disappointed.

Good game but needs work. Very fun game awesome graphics (as usual) fun gameplay and many heroes to play and unlock. However I have 3 missions that clog up my missions the 3 missions are impossible such as Constructor, build 3 level 3 slime quarters and win 4 rounds with them. Gun clash, Survive 5:30 vs ranged bugs that is IMPOSSIBLE. And Melee war. Complete 10 rounds fighting Melee units they add in bulb snails,medics,docters that are support units! Not Melee! Which makes the level impossible. The skirmish and endless are fun but slowly professing gems. Please. Fix for 5 stars! Other than that very addicting game.

Good but. This game is realy realy good and it would be one million times better if you could add new maps and new heros because the same old 3 maps kinda get boring also it's a let down how the multiplayer doesn't work idk if it's just me but I have tried countless times to use the multiplayer and it spends hours looking for players but never does and im connected to Game Center. I think this is just me but anyways great game and I would not mind to pay more moment if you added new maps and new heros and fixed the multiplayer

Poor. I enjoy the gameplay very much but the cost and time required to try and play new characters is completely ruining the game. Do Not Buy! Waste of time! To Pay money for a character you have never seen/played seems incredibly dumb. You pay money only to find out you hate the character and it doesn't fit your game playing style. If you have a thousand hours to invest in this your favorite characters would eventually power up and you could unlock a few characters you like but unless you plan on investing the time steer clear.

BLOWN MY MIND. Dont listen to all the bad comments totally worth the price i got my friends to play and we challenge each other daily but there are some missions that bugs me just a little like when it requires a bug you dont have... Still this game deserves a 5 star trust me its worth it been looking for a game like this forever.

Amazing.. I won't lie, I've been a Foursaken media fan ever since they hooked me with the original Bug Heroes. But I'm telling you, this is one AMAZING game. The pre-game experimental strategy combined with the nerve-racking adaptive strategy necessary: all that is amazing. High shadows mode looks GORGEOUS. Though, now that the game is paid, a 3 hero start would probably be best. Any-who, regardless, you guys have taken my favorite game… and made it even better. Shaddup and take my money from all of your new releases. ;p

Good. I like. // Glad to see progress in this game. There is a bug, however, when honey bee general calls in tier 3 creeps in kitchen and calls in a large spider, which promptly crashes the game when it launches it's webs. Overall a very good game. // I am happy to say that iCloud does indeed work again. Not sure if its from Apple or from Foursaken Media, but either way this is now a 5 star game! // This game is definitely one of the more interesting games on the app market. With that being said, there are also many veryy frustrating areas that need to be addressed. 1. Before this update, I used iCloud to be able to play across my apple units. However, after this update, I am getting a message that says "iCloud can not be accessed from this device" from all my devices. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, to no avail. 2.Each time I try to play coop through Bluetooth, we can start the game, but as soon as the objective is announced the two players disconnect. If you guys can address those problems, I will absolutely rate this the 5 stars it deserves.

Mind blowing but. Awesome but fix it where it doesn't crash and I hope there's gonna be a 3rd one also add more heroes like 20 more there could be 10 more legendary and 10 more non legendary ( which are regular bugs or anything else) also you should be able to have 2 legendarys and 3 or 4 regular bugs becouse one legendary isn't enough for the war snail mission and 2 regular the last game could hold 3. So make it where there's 3 or 4 plz also also add more characters like a scorpion it could be a legendary and drill sergeant maybe a rat maybe a king ant which is a legendary and others

Needs new maps. Great game, like the updates a lot, they really help. I love this games predecessor (bug heroes 1) but this far out does it. I suggest more maps before u make new bugs. I think a hornet or wasp might be a great bug idea, or maybe a mayfly. We also need a person with 60 or so armor piercing, and I was wondering if u can obtain legendary heroes by random, or do u have to purchase them. Best game!!

AWESOME FRANCHISE. This is an awesome game but you should add bosses and maybe a story line campaign like bug heroes 1 but I'm probably your biggest fan and I hope this game can make it because developers if your reading this I want you to know that this is one of my favorite games thank you! I need to add something else to my review that the Devils number ones out when it count by fours I beg of you to pls change that because it's against my religion pls get this message any ways thanks for gettin this note any ways

Creep Limit?. I absolutely love this game, but the new update made me really rethink the gameplay a lot. By that I mean with the creeps. I'm not even sure you can have even more than 25 of them the amount is so small. The Honey Bee General is (was) my favorite character because you could perk an endless supply of creeps. Sure it was able to lag the game and get out of control, but could you bump up the limit of creeps on the field at one time? I almost got to round 47 on endless on easy, and now I find it a lot farther to get that far. Please let more creeps on the field and I will give a complete 5 star rating!!!

Awesome, but the skirmish mode needs improvement. I absolutely love this game, the missions are perfect, endless is a joy, I even like the Tower Defense. The only place where this game lacks is the skirmish department, the computer controlled heroes don't do anything in the matter of upgrading their food stash or themselves. Another problem, and this could just be me, is that a tier 3 food stash only seems to put out Hungry Bug squads. Other maps would be appreciated, but it would be nice if you fixed up skirmish mode first.
