The update is horrible. This used to be my favorite weather app until they completely changed the layout and the way the radar looks. The old version was way better.

Tom the weather man. I think all of channel 6 professionals are truly awesome from how the ladies at the news desk dress to coordinate their outfits. During hurricane Irma, Tom Sorrels, was totally awesome. He told it like it was an did his very best to keep people safe! Sorrels is a very dedicated meteorologist an I have a lot of respect for him. THIS APP IS A KEEPER!. I have local weather apps on my iPhone, but wanted a more comprehensive forecast. Look no further. This weather app will be your “go-to” source for information. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best weather team in central Florida!!. App is good, but Radar would be more valuable as a forecast... like the Weather Channel app does. Showing rain that passed through an hour ago is of no value... showing rain coming through my area in the next hour or two would be nice to know!

Updated App. Not a fan of the update. The old version was much better. Some things should just be left alone. The only one that likes change is a baby with a crappy diaper. Now this app stinks like that.

Go back to previous format!. I hate the new “improvements “ especially with looking at the radar. It’s clumsy

Awesome Free Weather App. My go to source for both local weather as well as national weather. You can list key cities and get ten day forecasts at a touch. You can see local radar as well as expand to anywhere in the country. I just love this all and also the Pinpoint Hurricane app for tracking storms.

Chief meteorologist Tom Sorrels is the best!. We all appreciate chief meteorologist Tom Sorrels’s dedicated work of weather forecast and analysis especially during hurricane IAN. Great App Overall, but.... This is a great app overall, but I do have a couple things I wish this app had. And for the record, Tom Sorrells is by the the best Meteorologist in the business and not just in Orlando. - No FutureCast Radar I really wish I could access FutureCast radar so I know where the storms are heading next and when at the push of a button. - No AD-Removal Option This is a great app and one of the things that ruins the in-app experience is banner ads and pre-roll video ads. I understand ads are needed to pay for the cost of maintaining the app, but I would also like the ability to remove ads with a one time or annual payment. - No StormPins Viewer I know that StormPins is a separate app, but I wish I could at least view StormPins from this app.

Newest version takes away hour by hour wind direction and speed. Loved the old version, but newest version takes away hour by hour wind direction and speed. They reported they are aware they did it. Have to use another app now to plan cycling routes.

Best forecast for Colorado Wx. Thanks for your weather app! It provides the best forecast for Colorado weather that I have found. Great but. I put on notifications and it’s not true they say there’s rain coming and it never does and they come to much

Love this station. I have lived in Brevard County since 1987 coming here from Coral Springs/Parkland. Unfortunately I am having to relocate to Stuart, which is a nice area, but the tv stations are out Of WPB. None compare to the personalities you have, nor your reporting. I have antenna TV and watch SNL on Sat nite if it comes in, Bull on Mondays, NCIS on Tuesdays NFL in season. I watch your news at noon, 6 and 11. You guys are the biggest part of what I will miss once I move. Keep up the good work. Also I just upgraded iPhones and can’t find stormpins in the App Store. I have had some pics make on air and enjoy contributing

Great up to the minute radar. Every time it rains in my neighborhood, I bring this app up to see just exactly where the storms are. It is so great to be able to see where the storm is, how big it is, and when I can expect it to pass over. Channel 6 weather is who I trust!

Love the App !!!. I check the weather several times throughout the day and locations for the weather of friends and family. The App is extremely helpful and especially during severe weather. I can always plan my day around your forecasts.

Lost its accuracy. This app a couple years ago was very accurate about where the rain is. Now it is not accurate at all. I’m a lawn guy in central Florida so I depend on knowing where the rain is exactly. just yesterday as I was sitting in the rain. It showed no green at all over me. What happen to the accuracy? Did they change something? thank you.

Best Weather App. This is the best weather app I have found. I have tried a lot of others. Great for us living here in Melbourne plus this is our favorite news station. It even helps me when we travel to our daughters in Canton, GA. The radar is the best. All around great app from average weather to hurricanes.

Knowing What The Weather Is Going To Be Doing. Today we are scheduled to pick friends up from Orlando International, checking and getting up dates makes it so easy to schedule the right times, and alerts us if there could possibly be delays

Tom. I was introduced to Tom on 104.1 through Frances and Charlie etc I think there were 5 that year and we were pretty new to living in FL. He was very calming and right on the money.... I will always listen to him especially during a hurricane!!

Great radar. This app keeps us up to date on the ex stream weather forecast that heads our way let’s us know where and what to expect. This house loves Tom Sorrels

Too many commercials. We are paying over $200 a month for cable . Also there is not. Enough coverage of local sports or ant sports

Storm tracker gave me peace.. Being always on the go I found the Storm and weather app always available 24 hrs a day. A great free way to know what your weather is any time any where. From a retired military weather person.

The original version was better. I liked the app much better in the previous format. Since the update to the current format, the radar pictures barely even move. I liked it better before when I could bring up the app and instantly see the moving radar images for my location.

News 6. I love this station and it’s crews! They interact like a regular American family and you can just see the good time they have together! They share THIER families and real concerns that matter to us all! Keep up the great work my tv is stuck forever on 6!!!!

Display on iPad. I use an iPad for this app and find it annoying that you cannot have the area on the entire screen without having it menu on the left side without having the option of hiding it. Otherwise my rating would be 5 stars.

Exceptional Coverage. I have lived in Central Florida (Lake County) for 23 years. While I think the CBS NBC And ABC affiliates all have very good meteorological teams I have landed on WKMG. Tom Sorrells and team are excellent at covering all of us..which means those of us In outer counties not just coastal areas and/or Orlando. Thank you for caring about us too and keeping us ALL informed. Your county by county impact is spot on and very much appreciated. And along with your already great compliment of meteorologists Your new addition of Jonathan is terrific..he is very very good and an excellent addition.

My favorite weather app. I love the layout and ease of getting weather information. There are a couple features I’d love to see added: - Add the ability to rearrange the locations ie: move individual locations up and down the list. As it stands now users have to renter the locations to get them in a preferred order. - At the top of a location page in the box that lists “Feels Like, Humidity”, etc. add “Today’s High”. As it stands now users need to scroll down and through the day’s hourly temperatures to find the high temperature for the day.

Central Florida’s best. No panic, solid understanding of the systems and what to expect and when. I’ve worked in newsrooms for years, you guys are some of the best. “Tom said it would be like this”. He’s pretty much always right.

Great App. This app is easy to use and understand. The radar map is great keep you up-to-date on where the rain. Also easy to look at forecasts and other information.

App shuts down in the middle of videos. App shuts down and drops me out when playing videos of current weather statements. Several times in a row. Sometimes plays other times takes me completely out of the app.

Weather or not !. You guys really see him like you are friends not just colleagues. That attitude is so refreshing in these times of controversy.

Best App. This was the only app that provided me an accurate picture of what was really happening at my location. The other weather apps showed rain nearby but the Pinpoint app actually showed the rain that was actually over my location. This will now be my go to app for weather!

Back off. New- app is not working but the alerts keep coming. I can get no current weather forecast. All the readings are zero. It is most definitely not zero degrees or percentage humidity! Too many updates. I get updates every 6 minutes at times for light rain conditions. While stationary, about every 20 minutes. There is no way in settings to adjust for emergency alerts only that I can find.

Great start to the day.. I love watching the morning news because they always have positive attitudes. Awesome news team. It’s great to start the day with a smile and they always make me laugh.

No wind info. I got this before hurricane Ian in hopes to get more accurate info on wind speed and direction in my area. Instead, all it said was “windy”. DUH!! what a waste.

Really dislike the new version. Used to be one of my favorite apps but you took this great, easy to use app and made it difficult to read, full of unnecessary graphics and cumbersome to navigate. Have friends that have already deleted the app for the same reasons and I’ll be joining them.

Lost a key feature. I used to love this app but in a recent update the “show the last hour of rain” radar capability has been removed so deleting now.

Too many alerts.. Even though I want alerts for my area I get totally irrelevant alerts for other areas

Drains battery. Always loved this app, but in the last week it is significantly draining my battery on the iPhone 7plus.

Like the app but…... Older versions worked way better. The newest version is slow, have to relaunch to get it to wake up. Does not show my correct location.
