Fix this. So I believe this app works wonders. It was great, amazing notes 5 stars. BUT. Tell me why I got one use out of it, I shouldn’t need to pay for a subscription to get more than one use. At least make the base uses more than one PLEASE.

100% Truth. If you have trouble multi-tasking, like taking notes in class and actually understanding what the professor is saying, this app genuinely helps so much. One of my professors doesn’t care at all whether we finish taking notes before she switches slides and this apps recording feature make it so much easier to catch up. It really helps you do better in class.

Turbolearn is the best app on the market of its kind!. As a Duke University student I have used turbolearn endless times and it has never failed me. From psych lectures to study guides, turbolearn has given me that leg up in the studying game. I heavily suggest it to college and high school students!!!

This app is trash. All it does is buffer for ages if you don’t want to pay money. Barely even functional, very cheap and lackluster looking user interface. great idea but horrendous, disgusting execution. Angered me so much to the point of me writing a review and I never write reviews.

Holy cow so awesome. This app gave me a 4.0 and my teacher started hitting me and the founder personally fought her off and bought me a new house.

Top tier. This app is so much better than my last note taking app. It makes it so easy that you don’t need a subscription to record memos like my last app. I am so glad I come across this app, makes note taking so much easier across all of my classes.

Great App!. I highly recommend this app… as always, I was skeptical of its functions, as many apps have failed me; however, this one is highly accurate as well as offers helpful studying tools. The three options for your notes are Notes, Chat, and Transcript. These features provide better studying methods. The Notes option allows you to look at an organized system of notes, with highlighted subsections and easy-to-read auto generated graphs or pictograms. The Chat feature allows you to ask questions about the topics discussed, so if you’re still confused, you can make sure that you get that needed clarification. The Transcript option allows you to read the words themselves, spoken by your teacher or professor, which turns out to be quite helpful if you are trying to simply scribe your notes in your own words, or are looking for an unsimplified definition of something. Definitely a great app overall, highly recommend!

Incredibly Helpful. helps improve learning process

No customer service. I downloaded this app and utilized the free trial to see if I wanted to continue with the subscription. However I forgot to cancel and emailed several times to there customer service with no reply at all. They are not there when you need support with the app!

Horrible. App is very slow. They say it’s free but the first thing they ask you is pay for premium. Very slow and doesn’t help at all. Everytime I ask a question in the “chat” box it says “ I don’t know.” I think all of the 5 star reviews are not genuine.

Not that bad. This app is pretty good if your specifically reading information or the teachers lecturing but in any other environment where not everything said is specifically related to the topic, it won’t generate notes. And another thing, I was reading my textbook aloud and hoping it would generate good notes for me and I got a phone call in the middle of it (I did not even pick up) and when the person stopped calling I was back into Turbolearn it had reset everything and it was I had never started recording. I was literally reading aloud for half an hour and I had to do it all over again.

False advertising. this app claims its free use with the most basic plan, but after creating one notes it now tells me that i have to update my plan to the unlimited version, which monthly is twenty dollars. Don’t even bother downloading this app for a cheap alternative to studying better.

Life Saver!!!!. I have a hard time focusing and writing notes is really hard because I am of the mindset that everything is important! This app has helped me take notes and is making studying, which used to be an anxiety inducing task, fun and exciting!

Impressed. I am throughly impressed by this app. I downloaded it because my Communication teacher talks way too fast in our lectures and he does not put up any notes on the projector nor does he follow some document that we could also follow. We just have to write as he talks, so I decided to use this. I was very skeptical because my teacher gets sidetracked and students like to discuss a variety of things in class. However this ai understood what was side conversation and what was important for the topic. It took some of the most organized notes I have ever seen!! Highly recommend this app.

Does not upload recordings or incomplete. I really wanted to like this app. I have to attend many meetings and some of them pretty long. Thought it very practical. First note uploaded just fine, after that my next note will not upload, gets stuck on 91% and does nothing. My last attempted note, came out incomplete, only uploaded 10 minutes worth of my long meeting. So disappointed, as I tried reaching out for help and I do not even get a response. I paid for the full year subscription and everything, the least they could do is respond to me. 😡😠😤

Poor customer service. I love this app. And one giving it a 1 star because I paid for unlimited usage but after using it for 3 weeks, a pop up came up and said my limits had been reached so I upgraded and paid more since I like the app I didn’t mind. However, I still get the same message and have not been able use the app for 3 weeks which impacted my work. Not to mention I paid twice in one month and the app is now useless. I’ve emailed support with no response. I emailed another email that bounced back. I’m writing to get a response from you guys.

From D’s to A’s. I am a straight D student who can’t focus on any of the lectures and I am unable to watch a single video until the end except for short tiktoks. But now, thanks to Turbolearn, I get amazing notes and can absorb knowledge like a sponge although my dopamine receptors might even be more fried now. But hey, I’m learning like a pro with Turbolearn! Work smart not hard:)

Not wort it. I was paying $15 a month for no reason. They don’t even give me all the information, especially when the lecture is too long. Sometimes, it doesn’t work properly, and when I ask a question that’s not in the system, it just says 'I don’t know.' I’ve had a bad experience overall. Once, my recording was lost because it took too long. I’ve used better apps, and in fact, free chat GPT services have provided more value.

Beware!. I love this app for note taking… when it works. Unfortunately out of the 6 times I’ve attempted to use it 3 failed. Once the audio recorded and it just won’t make notes from it. The second and third evidently would not upload … so I was stuck in the upload screen for 2 hours and still nothing. I contacted support 2 days ago and still nothing.

Works 9 times out of 10. It’s a great app, however, the audio never uploaded for one of my classes. The class had ended 48 hours prior and the audio was still trying to upload. It never did, the app crashed and I never got the notes for that class. I emailed support but never got a response. Yesterday I recorded the same class again and yet again it’s still uploading. At the time of this review it is 3:14pm est, the last class on Tuesdays and Thursdays end at 3:50pm est. the audio has been trying to upload since 3:50pm est yesterday. Other than that I like the app. Support needs major improvement though. It’s very frustrating when I have a problem but never get a response Edit: it keeps crashing when trying to upload audio causing me to lose the notes for that class. Absolutely no support from developers even though I’ve emailed and sent a message through the dashboard on my laptop. This has happened twice now. I need the notes for the class. It happened to the same class as well. Fix it and I’ll update my review. I am beyond frustrated

Not bad but not reliable. The app does have a lot of potential, but iv tried using it and these are my problems: First of all the app doesn't allow me to hear the recording i recored which is annoying and makes me want to go back to voice messages. Even so, it does allow me to read what Im hearing but it might hear wrong and not have accurate readings, Second of all whenever Id ask the chat a question the only answer it would give me is “I don’t know” Iv asked it about 3 times until it told me Iv reached my limit texting for free and I had to pay or something like that. But I wont lie the app does take notes for you, but you’d still want to listen to your own voice messages and have a working chat, if it doesn't work then might as-well remove it. I don't know if there are any other problems but these are the ones iv faced for now.

Deletion. I think the app is great. Marvelous. However, once you create a recording, and generate notes, you can’t delete the generated notes. If you mess up or something you don’t need is recorded, you can’t delete it. It just gets confusing with the actual notes you really need. It nice tho. Also I wish you could have a feature where if you want notes to be shorter and just overall make the notes and everything more of the important content and scrap out the non important stuff that’d be great. But if anything, I’d really just be asking for the deleting part, so that junk notes aren’t mixed with the actual important notes. Great app for my classes and homework. Would recommend!

Good when it works. Was amazing when it works but I just paid the one year and it decided to not generate my notes and have me waiting for over an hour for no notes to be generated

Love this. I usually never write review but this app is amazing. It makes such cute notes and it’s so helpful, you can make folders for the notes and for each class and record lessons, it picks up on stuff u may have missed in class

Best note taker app ever. My honest opinion: I highly recommend anyone who has difficulty in the note taking process to use this app. It’s a game changer. Trust me, I myself am not good at taking notes because I lack the ability to focus to a teacher talk for any hour and half. This app can handle that problem and make the note taking process easier, so I can understand the core concepts which are more important than all the technical jargon that teachers tend to go on about. The Best part: it creates not only notes but also flashcards and quizzes, so I can study the material and do well on any exams coming my way. I definitely highly recommend using this app. Definitely worth the subscription. Your writing hand will thank you.

what an app. was watching through some shorts and found this guy talking about turbo learn, i tried it a day after. really good. 5 STARS🥶

Good but has minor bugs. I tested this app by recording me solving for a limit with a complex conjugate. The AI was able to pick up on my dialogue, however, when put into notes, the math work didn't fully generate correctly. For example, I'm solving lim x->0 (root(2)-root(2/x))/x. The AI generates the problem as: Example: Finding the Limit of $$\frac{\sqrt{2} - \sqrt{2 - x}}{x}$$ as x approaches 0. If the developers can fix this issue to where the problem is fully written out, it would be perfect.

Inferior design. I wish that you could do more as in, re-choose your preference when you fist get the app, cause if you say chemistry, so far it seems like that’s gonna be your forever choice.

App to website cohesion is awful and full of bugs. The website and app are both incredibly buggy and really hard to navigate. I liked the features though, so I bought access to the full premium features through the app, but when I tried to log into the website, it wouldn’t let me login using the credentials I’d entered into the app. As it stands, I can only log into my account on the app, but most of the actual usable features are only available on the website. I tried to reset the password, but every time I tried I got an error message or the website would glitch out. I tried to make a new account, but the website said that my email was already in use, but still wouldn’t let me login into my account or reset my password. I reached out to support to get help logging into my account on the website, but no one ever got back to me, even though I’ve messaged them twice. It’s so poorly put together, that at this point, I’m thinking it might just be a scam.

Absolutely Incredible!. Turbolearn AI is the greatest note taking app out there. I have tried Coconote, Transcribe, and Otter; none of those apps come close to offering the usability, performance, and accuracy that Turbolearn has. I’ll be honest, at first, I was skeptical about the idea of this product. However, after using it for several quarters at Northwestern, it had revolutionized how much I can retain after a lecture as the majority of my time is spent absorbing the professor’s lectures, rather than frantically scribbling down something that half the time I cannot understand. I have used this on a variety of subjects from political science, statistics, engineering, and economics. Would rate 6/5 stars if I could and highly recommend anyone in any stage of school to get Turbolearn if they are interested in excelling with less effort!! Big thank you to my glorious kings, handsome young men that have founded this app.

Good with organization. My teacher is very unorganized with her lectures so this does a great job of organizing them for me. I just wish that I knew how many free hours and notes I get.

super unreliable for me. i love the concept but it’s been 3 or 4 lectures now i try to generate notes and wait over 10 mins for a pretty short page of notes, until having to just give up because i don’t have time to wait around when i’m in between classes. $20/mo for a premium subscription (which you basically have to do if you want to use the app more than once a week) is really really realllllly steep, especially for something this unreliable. like i said, love the concept but i just haven’t had a great experience

Great notes!. The only problem I have with this is the quizzes option in which when I try to do active recall it gives me the wrong answers as correct, if that makes sense. It’s really good when it comes to the notes and are very accurate to what my teacher says but he careful with the quizzes option, idk if I may be the only one or not but I wish that part of the app was fixed.

Lovely formatted and high quality notes but…. Great app and want to commit to the year subscription, however why does it only offer the Unlimited subscription only via the app and the Pro subscription only via the website? Sounds like bending App Store rules to me. I’m not sure how it will work if I subscribe via the website (off the App Store), if it will work on the app, and how easy it will be to cancel the sub either. Fix this to give your customers more confidence.

No translate option or language detection. I love turbo learn and the way it takes notes! Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a translate option nor does it detects the language of the class, its only in English. If this feature would be added it would be the perfect app. So if u could add it it would be awesome and easier

Helps me take notes in class. My teacher talks and writes on the board really fast so I can have this on while he is speaking so I can pay more attention while he is teaching. Makes good study notes

Extremely useful. I utilized this application to condense the entirety of the Armored Core 6 lore into a easy to understand set of notes so I can more efficiently bother my friends with AC6 lore.

Struggles With Math. It struggles with math, and will get things wrong especially if you use audio, but other than that, it’s pretty good as a note creator/personal tutor

It’s not generating my notes. I have classes as long as 1h 30mins and 10 mins between each class. My notes aren’t being generated and I payed for the subscription. It says not to close the app so I don’t I leave it tho and go to different apps like maps to get to my other class on campus and come back to the app and it would still be generating. My class has ended 2 hours ago and it’s still generating. I already lost last times notes and the recording with it. Please help fix this issue soon!

Definitely a good app. I’ve been using this app for not a long time yet I can tell that I have been improving a lot scholarly with my grades and all. I also enjoy using this app because it’s so simple and easy to use so I 100% recommend this app
