New to this. Love the direction and step by step how to do the exercises. Just started playing with the app. Made my own workouts. Like how you can change reps and timing. Great app!

Good intro. Just purchased a Bosu. This is a good intro on how to use it. Easy to search for specific exercises & good workout suggestions.

Crashes. This is great, or it would be, if it actually worked. Instead of recording your workout, it just crashes at the end of the workout.

Only 21 exercises?!. Needs more exercises!!

Finally Found It! 👍. I have been searching for a Bosu Ball trainer for some time and often passed this app up as it did not have any ratings. Finally, I decided to purchase this app and have not searched for another app. This app has many features and love the options it provides. When I first opened the app, it had one workout provided. This app is so user friendly that within 5 minutes I was able to create/name a new workout, choose the body part I was looking to focus on and select the exercises which targeted those muscle groups. From there I was able to choose the type of exercise: normal, tabita, HIIT then choose number of reps desired, rest periods, and length of workout. After doing a couple workouts, I am able to edit the workouts to better suit my needs and adjust the reps vs rest periods. This app is everything I have been working for in a Bosu Ball workout!

Great app for BOSU. First time using BOSU at home and wanted an app to push me. This one fits the bill perfectly. You can customize your workout's length and reps and exercises.

Terrible. Annoyed that I PAID 4.99 for a list of 20 (very simple) excercises.

It's fine for easy workout. Love to exercise while on vacation and this another tool to help me stay focused on my weight management goals.

Good Job!. This is a fine app that explores the various exercises one can do using the BOSU. although I have used the BOSU with the trainer in the gym, I was unaware of the various exercises I can do on my own. The app provides a multitude of exercises that demonstrates proper use of the BOSU and does so quite well. The app is sort of pricey, but given the photos and videos, it appears to be worth the price. Congratulations on a job well done!

The Bosu Ball come alive. I used the BOSU to improve my balance, which it did. Now, wow, with these exercises, expertly taught in video, I am REALLY getting a value from my bosu. Together with my TRX workout, and weight training, I am, at age 80, really staying in great shape. And isn’t that what we should all seek... staying healthy! And yes, I rely on the VT Suspension app... even though I am a TRX Certified Trainer.

iOS 7 doesn't work. App doesn't work with iOS 7. Have the virtual trainer for trx and wanted this one, downloaded it and it doesn't work. My trx app doesn't work either.

NICELY DONE. Okay, do not give many reviews, but occasionally an app come along that dos a very good job. I rather pay a little more and get the quality and depth, and I think that is what you have here. I would strongly recommend hitting the other developer app link at the bottom. I ended up purchasing about five of them. All the same quality. They have a wide variety of demonstration exercise videos to select from. I liked the Healfie app and what I have found is the best motivator.

Great Bosou workout. Love it

Good, but needs moe exercises. This is a nice app with good graphics, but it has only 21 exercises. You can easily get double that on various web sites by googling bosu exercises. It they would quadruple the exercises, this app might be worth the $5 charge.

Ugh no videos on how do to them. No pictures on what to do When timer starts

Good form. I use this with my bosu ball every week and even when traveling and using a gym's facility. It would be nice to have some warnings about incorrect form and it's consequences.

Not worth it. App should be .99 cents. Only a couple workouts. Would be worth the 5$ if it had more.

Very basic & not worth the money. I wish I never paid money for this. It only has a few work outs. It's just time. No music nothing. Very boring
