Bait and Switch scam artists. So here’s how it works for some people I guess and unfortunately that is me is. So you sign up, they go through your bank account and deem you eligible for cash advances. First they loan you 75 then they loan you $100 within a matter of four or five days and you pay back both of them early. But when you repay the second one they tell you that you’re no longer eligible for cash advances because your payroll direct deposits aren’t consistent enough. Yeah that’s because it it’s a new account as I have been only using online banking and switched to a brick and mortar. But guess what happened that same day they sure did take my $9.99 a month subscription out of my bank which makes sense is why now they would deny me cash advances.

They steal your money. I had grant and I had three days left until my subscription was due and I closed my account and after I closed it they charged my debt card for the subscription fee. After I closed my account. So I go to help section and all virtual assistant, saying someone will get back to me in 24 hrs. The problem is the money they took I need for gas to get to the food bank so we have food this week. And now it’s gone and food bank is only open in 3hrs for a couple hrs and then closed till next week. It won’t be open in 24hrs where they will get back to me. This place is a rip off bottom line I closed my account then immediately they charged me even though I still have 3 days left before renewal. So that means they wrote in there programming to charge people who close there monthly account. Update: they told me though it’s normally our policy to refund the money but in this case I have to wait until the subscription ends to request a refund and then they will consider it. They flat out lie and steal your money. I was refused a refund and charged after I canceled and closed the account. Update again: I contacted them everyday since this has happened and everyone has told me the same this “typically we would just do a refund, but since you subscription doesn’t end until the end of the month we’ll keep it open in case you want to use it” but I canceled before they charged me. They are thieves

They keep your bank info indefinitely. My biggest concern with Grant Cash Advance is their data retention policy. I was disappointed to learn that personal information may be kept indefinitely, even after I was no longer interested in using the service. In today’s environment, consumers deserve clear information about how long their data is stored, why it is being retained, and how they can request its deletion. I believe companies that handle sensitive personal and financial information should provide more transparency and give customers greater control over their data. Because of these concerns, I am uncomfortable with how Grant Cash Advance manages customer information especially bank accounts and would be hesitant to use the service again.

Will randomly decide that they can’t find your paycheck.. long term customer but I took a couple of months off using it because all of a sudden it couldn’t find my paycheck. Gives the option to use a different account but obviously that doesn’t work if my paycheck goes to the account on file…decided to check it again on the 27th and it had an advance ready. I was in a bind so I took it but it made my pay date the 2nd (less than a week). I knew I would have the money but it didn’t align with my 5th and 20th pay date. They started trying to pull at 11pm my time on the 1st….took my money as soon as it deposited at 9am on the 2nd…then decided it cannot find my paycheck. Customer service is a joke. They aren’t helpful and you’re better off just avoiding this app in general. The only decent thing about it the entertaining games that you can get a few points from.

Impatient administration. This app would receive a 4-5 star but the impatient timing of the pay back is incredibly annoying I’ve used this app for about 6 months now and it’s great but to continue charging my card until the repayment is made is a huge error when the payment is set to my account I will repay but to keep charging my bank until my direct deposit hits is unacceptable. I so far have had this app charge me 150x3 in less then 2 hours of it being the exact date no ones direct deposit hits exactly at 12:00 am anywhere very annoying now I’m getting one for increments for payment very impatient app

Disappointed. I downloaded this app in hopes of getting a cash advance until my next payday. To my surprise it's stuck on the phone verification page. I've deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times, still the same thing. I've reached out to customer service andbreceived all these emas saying the same thing about adding my email, name, phone # and complete the identify verification in which I did and still can't get past this screen in the app. Like literally how do you expect new customers if this app is not suffienct and reliable to receive and accept information. I'm sti waiting on customer service to respond. So inconvenient and not at all satisfied as of yet.

Need a update. Every time I get a cash advance and I go back to check for information on the app the app is blank like it opens to a white screen and it just doesn’t show me any information and I have to uninstall it and reinstall it just to see anything and the process continues the same way over and over and over again you have to uninstall it just to see information yeah they need to update this app. This is bad business practices. and by the way, I know this isn’t just my phone because I seen this happen on someone else’s phone as well. Who has the same exact app this technical difficulty is on your behalf you need to fix it as soon as possible. It’s so messy. and it’s so unprofessional.

Cash Advance does not work after repayment. Paid my cash advance back, it’s been almost a week and I still “don’t qualify” for another one. Nothing regarding my income or spending habits has changed in the slightest. I do not believe the connection to my account from the app is aligned correctly. The app shows that I have a different balance than what I actually do. I was told to contact support if the issue persisted after 3 days, they told me their “system” determines eligibility. Unsure of what to do if the system is bugged.

Misleading and invasive – avoid this app!. I downloaded Grant Cash Advance hoping it would be a quick and easy way to get a small advance, but it turned into a huge waste of time and a privacy concern. The app asks for way more personal information than other platforms, including access to your bank and full debit card details. What’s worse? They don’t tell you upfront that you’ll need to pay a $8.99 subscription until after you’ve already given up a ton of sensitive info. I made the mistake of reading the reviews after the fact, and noticed a bunch of 5-star ratings where people actually describe having issues. That’s a red flag. Be careful. This app feels shady and predatory. There are better, more transparent options out there.

Disappointed. At first, I was enjoying Grant cash advance until today. I am having a little difficulty with my account now I am trying to update it. They have it set up as to pull money out every Thursday, but I get paid every Friday now I’m trying to get my payment rescheduled for a later date. It is giving me to run around. I don’t like that at all. It should have more than one option where you could reschedule for a later payment. It should’ve be so difficult to have something like that in the app just to make a reschedule on a late date payment.

“We are currently at capacity with new signups”. I tried again several times, first in consecutive days and receive the above message. I again tried many times at least two weekly) for at least TWO months now to signup. If Oasis is currently with this problem, they should temporarily remove their app from the App Store. They are not helpful in keeping it in, frustrating others from trying to sign up. They have a notice at least, telling prospective customers of their current situation. I ALSO BELIEVE APPLE SHOULD STEP IN AND HAVE THEM REMOVE THE APP FROM THE STORE TEMPORARILY.

Poor customer service and bad business practices. Use with caution: be aware that they may withdraw repayment a day earlier than agreed upon. They do not sync their repayment with your time zone, only theirs, effectively making a payday loan pointless if they can take funds before the date your paycheck is received. Their customer service team does not recognize that time zones play an important role in what day it is for the customer. When their system shows you were charged early, they make it clear that it’s your problem not theirs, even when the early repayment causes a negative balance and overdraft fee. Klover, Tilt, Brigit, and Instacash through MoneyLion have far better options and customer service.

Pleasantly surprised!. I desperately needed anything I could get for an automobile emergency. Full disclosure, I have trash credit and usually get turned down for everything! But I got pretty much the necessary amount, thank God! A cool feature is that you can boost your cash advance amount by playing games, taking surveys, etc. I’m usually leery of the whole game survey thing in other apps— I find it impossible to ever earn enough points to amount to anything. In this case, I think I completed two tiny surveys in about 5 minutes, and received a five dollar boost to my cash advance. There is a $10 per month membership fee that I plan on canceling once I get through this emergency. I hate to rely on cash advance apps, but sometimes you have no choice.

Worst cash advance app out there.. My bank account was down to $10. I download this app, and had to pay $9.99 just to be eligible for an advance. That brought my balance to $0.01. Then they did a withdrawal of two small amounts ($0.03 and $0.06) to “make sure my account was active. This was something they already knew, since I connected via Plaid. Each of those debits caused my bank to hit me with a $35 overdraft fees. $70 total. Just to get approved for a $25 advance. Before I applied for this advance, I had $25 in my account. Now I have -$45. Thanks for nothing. I contacted support, and their response was literally we can’t do anything about that, your bank charged you those fees. Yeah, because of your terrible business practice. Also, they could have done something about it, because the same thing happened with Earnin years ago, and they immediately credited my account $70 to make up for it, because they actually care about their customers. Grant will never own up to their mistakes. Horrible company, horrible app. And I’m revoking ACH so they won’t get their advance back. I have $55 less than I started with, 100% because of them. You will never get your $25 back from me.

SCAM. Anyone on here looking for a cash advance download the app Cleo they’re very honest and reliable…DO NOT DOWNLOAD GRANT.. My mom recently applied for the subscription she purchased the $9.99 membership and got a $25 loan. It arrived instantly, two days later they’re charging her another $9.99 for her subscription And they even took it out of the money that they loaned so she got charged twice in one month for the subscription… Fast forward a month And they take the 25 that’s owed just to take out another 25 a day later 50 bucks they took and 20 for the subscription… Also, an update here my brother is pretty tech savvy. He was in cyber security for the military. He claims that most of these likes on this page the four-star rating it’s getting is from bot accounts, Not actual people

Very dissatisfied. Customer service is terrible!! Even when your a longtime customer like myself with all o time payments out of know where one problem after the next and never got any solution other then we can’t do anything but you can use another account. Like I’m going to open an account switch direct deposit wait three pays vs just fix the problem!! Stay away this app is no good and you will never get any kind of response that makes any sense from them.

They only want your money.. They’re very sneaky about their agreements to even get a cash advance. I didn’t know I signed up for a $10 a month service. And once my 6 month contract ended for my job, I went to Grant to ask for an advance. But I found out I didn’t qualify for an advance anymore. I said to myself “no biggie, I’ll just delete the app” but when I went thru my bank statements, I was charged 2 months for their subscription service. Subscription for what? Just existing and taking my money?? Absolutely ridiculous. I spoke with their customer service and they wanted so much definitive proof and even bank statements (3 whole months to be exact) to even consider giving my money back. And they only GRANTed me one month of a refund.. and even that took almost two weeks to show on my bank. I’m sickened by their greed. Don’t get this app. It only exists to get your money.

Poor app design. The app “sees” your payday but unfortunately if your bank posts to your account two days early it’s not always going to happen in the morning. So it tried to take funds early and my money doesn’t post to the account until after 9 pm, so it is flagging me as a late pay even though it’s the same day. Customer service isn’t able to adjust this. So it will limit my funds advance because it is saying “late pay” . Again.. because my paycheck does not post first thing in the morning. Which is technically early because of the two days early, my actual payday is Friday. So be careful using this app if you get paid two days early, if it’s not there immediately in the morning they will flag you

Wont log in. I've been trying to sign in for 2 days now all it does is keep sending me one time passcodes over and over again but doesn't let me sign in and then of course the only way to contact people is through email which I just found out today none of my emails were delivered because they were all sent back saying the email address doesn't exist so I will be taking legal action and seeking a refund don't waste your time

Stuck. I have been stuck on the same page now for three days. Their software needs a revamp. So if you’re looking for a quick loan this is not the app for you. I have gotten to the page that says we are verifying your payment method and then it says it’s taking awhile for my bank to receive the deposit. The funny thing is it’s not my bank I received the Oasis test deposit three days ago. When I click the already received the deposit that button doesn’t work. So I have been stuck on this same page for three days. It says contact customer service but the AI chat bot doesn’t know how to answer the question. So I’m stuck and no one to escalate the problem to. If anything changes I’ll update my review. Until then it’s a 1 star.

Assistance with support. Pros: This app definitely comes in handy when you need a little help Cons: When you need to reach out to there support system for assistance with moving your repayment date I was told at first there only able to move it 15 days maximum later to be told there system now states 7 days like really Next they pulled my repayment before my money actually hit my account making my account into a negative balance to be told sorry for the inconvenience our system automatically pulls your payment EST mind you I’m in Hawaii and if you need any assistance to reach out 3 business days before your repayment date is due when I’ve reached out for assistance and got no remorse or any time of credit for the inconvenience just a same response over and over again that we are sorry for the inconvenience that’s part of automated system process WITH THAT BEING SAID BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP AND IF THIS IS YOUR LAST RESORT KEEP AN EYE OUT.

Do not trust them. They do NOT have a customer service number to call and no way to resolve issues. They take their repayment back two days after borrowing instead of giving you until payday and then when you have overdraft fees they say it’s not their problem. They have my paydays listed as 6 times a month: so I don’t even get to request an advance and pay it back in payday, it’s due within 2-3 days after. I have offered to provide proof that I only get paid twice a month not twice a week and they say they can’t change what the system detects as paydays. This is a problem that needs fixed and they do NOT care!! Not having a phone number or easy way to reach someone is also a red flag. I want all The fees I have paid because of your system error in detecting paydays returned to me!

Bad business. My job is having an tech issue with direct deposit at the moment I’m getting paper checks right now. I’ve cashed my check into my bank but grant won’t let me cash advance. They say cause their system can’t see my checks. But these asswhole are still charging me a fee and I can’t cash advance. But they will still charge your account. They took over $150 from in the last 2 weeks. They claim it can’t be refunded. It’s like y’all can charge me for a fee but I can’t use the advance. It’s sick. I really like grant before this but I hate y’all now just lost a customer

Not The Best Cash Advance App…. I do not recommend the Grant App in the event you are really struggling to make ends meet. It started out as reasonable but that quickly devolved to more loan shark tactics. I personally had a medical emergency and a case of fraud with my primary bank account which led to a more complicated moment to address and correct. I contacted Grant, explained the situation and requested just a brief extension. The response that I got was that their funds retrieved system was automated but it should have registered a missed payment to resolve. Instead, their system keeps hitting the account and just keeps adjusting the amount it’s pushing to retrieve in order take the money which doesn’t stop. So while I’m dealing with a medical emergency and other bank fraud activity they’re wiping out anything I have resolved. Which means their system is monitoring the inputs and outputs of my account to push withdrawals on their end. Having someone tell you they can’t pause a repayment by a week or two is awful. Which makes this particular app designed to be more predatory. It’s not big money here either. But let’s face it, if you’re needing an advance, you’re barely getting by and living hand to mouth. Every little bit matters. And cash advance platforms do not help your credit. So if you’re really struggling, this is not the best cash advance platform.

Disappointed with lack of accountability. I’ve used this app responsibly, but when I ran into a genuine hardship that caused an overdraft fee, the company refused to help in any way. The fee wasn’t even charged by them—it came from my bank—but their system triggered it, and they still wouldn’t offer any courtesy or reimbursement. What made it worse is how dismissive the responses felt — multiple reps repeated the same script without actually addressing my situation or showing empathy. They just kept saying “reach out next time” instead of helping this time. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect if something goes wrong. It’s easy to use the app when things go smoothly, but if you hit a problem, don’t expect much flexibility or understanding.

Address verification broken. I live at a newly created address that is about a year and half old. It’s the address on my ID but it’s still not in a lot of databases. Fix the app to where I can manually input my address as it won’t let me continue past that page when trying to setup my account. Need to have a feature where you can scan in your ID to prove you live at an address that isn’t in whatever database y’all are using. And yes it is a registered 911 address so I don’t know why your broken system can’t see it. Also, I have my payroll direct deposits split between two checking accounts so why can’t I use both to determine my cash advance amount. Lots of people do this so there should be an option to use more than one account at the same time to see the total paycheck amount.

Taking too long to advance the max amount despite having consistent income, and paying on time.. At first my advance amount would grow towards the max within 1-2 days as the banking updates clear but as of late the Grant system has been taking nearly 2 weeks to grant me the usual max amount despite having consistent income and paying on time- it’d be great if this was corrected and be mindful of the people that ilude this platform are people in need of relief and pay fees on top of the advances and pay a monthly premium to qualify.

I love it 10/10. Beginner friendly, easy simple and quick advance offers. The funds are instantly accessible and are deposited into your account within seconds. Horrible customer service. App is good when it works, however I’ve run into an issue and customer service has been no help, I’ve contacted them as they have requested and they haven’t replied. They have charged me for a cash advance that was never delivered and I have shown them over 8 screenshots of my bank account transactions as they have asked requested and still no resolution. Definitely seeming like a scam at the moment as they also expect to charge my account for repayment on an advance that was never delivered. I asked if that could be canceled or even delayed until the advance does hit and again no response. It’s been 3 days without a response from customer service now, so developer may be lying about when you should expect to receive a response. Don’t use this app, definitely better options out there…

I love grant. I’ve tried a lot of cash advance apps. I think grant is really fair in the amount they give and the pay back process. Also if you didn’t really have the money to pay it back, you can take another out immediately and not have to wait a few days for processing like say the app empower(now tilt). What I really love is the playing games for money. I’ve cashed out at least 120$ so far and it goes in your account right away. Directly to your account not PayPal or Venmo like most. I’m about to reach level 28 on a game I really enjoy and I will get 21$ for that! There are a ton of game options and I love the merge games. I don’t dread playing them and I’ve discovered a lot of cool games. I hope grant will be adding more because I’ve downloaded most of the games that don’t require any in app purchases to be able to play. Give grant a shot.

Be aware. I’ve used Grant multiple times so far and I’ve never once been late on my repayments. Until today I’ve loved it… today I just repaid my most recent advance as this was my due date and it dropped me by $125 without any warning! When I say never late, I really mean NEVER! I thought it was pretty ridiculous so I’ve decided to leave the review. After multiple uses without a single flaw, I see no reason that I can’t have the same amount again. So, I’m just here to warn people. I’m sure it doesn’t go this way for everyone and until today, it hasn’t went this way for me either. But that’s pretty much done it. If I’m going to be shorted by that kind of money due to consistent repayments, a little notice would have been nice!

Thieves & Scam. My very first cast advance was $25. It was paid back. I also paid the $7.99 membership fee for Grant plus, I then took out a $50 cash advance, I want to know why this company stole $15 out of my account on top of everything and it’s not even my repayment date yet because I repay it later this week is the date… someone better get back to me or I’m getting a lawyer I’m calling the police and I’m going to file a report. ASAP I emailed you through Support. You better get a hold of me. Update.: The previous issue was never resolved, and this company I believe is going out of business because they will find a reason to not give you an advance even if you pay their membership fee they will claim that they can’t detect your income, even though their app is connected directly to your bank account.

Look at other apps, like seriously. 1) they will not allow you to change your information so if you try to get an advance in a state that they don’t operate in and move? You will NEVER be able to use their services. 2) They will refuse to give you your “points/money” for games. Do not bother contacting support as their support is worse than Apple. They will not help you. In fact they’ll tell you that you’re completely wrong and they’re closing the ticket. They have refused to pay me out twice and one was a $200 goal that I tracked everyday. I sent support all the evidence from the day I downloaded the game to the day I finished the goal. They had the audacity to tell me I didn’t hit the goal in time with 2 DAYS left to hit the goal. This took me weeks to complete. And they took it away. I will be using other game apps because these people disgust me.

Update Horrible. I have not been able to request an advance. For some reason after this recent update, it keep crashing when I try to relink my account and says “unhandled error” Update: Issue not resolved and they have a bug on their end. I reached out and was literally told to just delete the account. I have been using the service with no issues and they certainly had no issue with taking money from me before. Now all of sudden when I get the highest advance and pay them back, I can’t get anything. They can magically make sure my bank account is working when they want to take my money but all of sudden there’s nothing they can do when I need another advance. I’m literally paying for a service and getting ripped off

New user. I added this app to see how borrowing money would work. I’ve never borrowed anything and I put my banking information on and I wanted to delete it and in order to do that you had to add a new banking account and you were supposed that does not work also contacted the only way to contact this app is through email and when they is never an answer that I’ve asked I do not want this service. I never borrowed any money and I don’t want to monthly fee that they charge. They will not let you remove your baking and no one calls you back and there’s no contact number. Stay away from here. I don’t owe these people anything Anything come out of my bank? I’m calling the police. I’m writing a review because maybe a live person from their fraudulent. Company will respond to me since I can’t get them way to my request for them to remove my personal information and I do not want them to have and I do not Anything I never took one penny from them

False advertising should be illegal. Another false advertising cash advance app. They claim they don’t check credit… they claim they accept everyone… you start small and then you earn higher loans as you pay it back. NOPE. They just want to give you a penny for thousands of game hours played on mobile apps. I linked 2 bank accounts and they said both didn’t have incoming paychecks. Well, that’s news to me. I don’t know what makes them decide if your job is real. Feels kind of insulting actually. I pay my bills and take care of my kids with my job, but yet to them, it’s not real enough… Don’t waste time on their fake payouts for games, etc. it’s all a bunch of scams. They tell you they will loan you money and then try to get you to play their games that pay nothing. I just don’t get why false advertising isn’t illegal. Stay far away.

UPDATE BROKE IT EVEN MORE!. Update: I saw they released an update for the app and went to see if that had fixed the previous issue and well, now I can’t even log in. I put my email and password it ask to send me a verification pin to my phone number i get the pin but once i enter it, it does a loop and sends me another pin right away did it 5 times before i tried the email pin option and same thing, so i can’t even log in now! I signed up everything was going fine after connecting my card they ask to send a small deposit to verify, i check my back and i had received it so i go to press i received the deposit and it doesn’t do anything after a minute it says deposit took longer than expected to send we will notify you once it has been sent. But i see that it was already sent, I have tried 3 times with no luck

Disappointed. I’ve used this app successfully for two cash advances and now all of a sudden after repaying my advance they can’t detect my paychecks even though they show my updated balance after my paycheck hits. I’m seeing numerous ppl have had the same issue. They also withdrew half of the payment a day before the repayment schedule even though my due clearly showed a specific day. They make sure to take your money from your account but can’t detect the activity in it? Unless they fix the issues, don’t waste your time with this app. I’m closing my account. Also, if anyone is having issues with them still charging you, do a stop payment through your bank. If they try to put it through under a different name to get it through that’s fraud.

Lies. The app says I can repay my loan early on today 4/24. The app won’t allow me. I reached out to customer service and they just read off the screen with a generic response that says you can repay it two days after it’s a deal. I said the screenshot I’m sending you says I can pay 424 today’s 424. It won’t let me they have absolutely nothing to say because they either can’t communicate in English or they’re just reading from a screen. Horrible customer service.

I’m reporting this app to the bbb and all three Credit bureau and filing a police report because it said I have an active account and no I don’t I never used this app before this will be my first time using this app someone opened an account under my name which is fraud so I am reporting it as fraud an identity theft I don’t have no other email address at all besides the one I’m using to email them I tried this app for the first time and it keep giving me an error saying I have an active account and I don’t and customer support thru visa email won’t even tell me what email is on the account and I told them multiple times I don’t have no account with them they are scammers and fraud DO NOT USE THIS APP AT ALL THEY WILL SAY U HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT AND THIS WILL BE UR FIRST TIME USING THEY STEAL PEOPLE PERSONAL INFORMATION for them not to let you use they service

They will screw you and have no customer support. Was great at first. If I was tight on cash between checks would ask for an advance and it would hit my account right away. Then a few months in I was short on cash about 2-3 days before payday. I asked for an advance and the app and it said approved and on the way. The advance didn’t come. Then payday came and bam the advance hit my account, after I got paid. Then same day they charged me for the advance and said I took another one. Thought it was a glitch so contacted customer support which was a bot and they said they would have a human contact me. The ”human” was just another bot that kept repeating the same thing over and over while attempting to gaslight me into going away.

Inconsistent and unreliable. How this app has 4.8 stars, I don’t know. This app is very inconsistent detecting your paychecks and the frequency but will update the amount available in your bank account and will always collect the money borrowed and monthly fee. As for the communication on their end, it’s horrible. I’ve reached out a handful of times with no response, but the app will magically work weeks later. If it’s worth it to mention- I saw a few other reviews stating this issue happened when they paid the advance back before the listed due date. I can confirm this app worked just fine for three months, until I paid an advance a few days before it was due. Name of employer or frequency hasn’t changed in the slightest. Would NOT recommend this app.

Conveniently Easy. Was in search of an account separate from my main ones for saving/future business goals/emergency funds/organization. Set up was easy, linked accounts, and was even approved for a decent amount cash advance. If ever in an emergency situation, it could be a useful benefit. Wonderful to keep options open and build positive rapport with on time payments to be awarded an increase of available advance funding. I’d recommend if individuals are in responsible positioning and looking to build credit. Big income or small income, you can start somewhere. :)

Thieves. I tried canceling my account through email numerous times. And they have refused to do so that they can continue billing. They have stolen money from me and they will do the same to you. The customer service is nearly nonexistent and everything has to be done through email. Which they takes hours upon hours to respond sometimes days. I emailed them in November to close my account they refused to do so. So I unlinked my bank. Somehow they still charged me for the month of December and January when my account was to be cancelled in the beginning of December and was no longer in use long before then. Not a good product. I do not recommend using this product. First off, the disclosures are not clear. If you get a cash advance under the basic, your account automatically converts to the plus and at the end of the month, you are charged a subscription fee. Also if you have more than one income, they will base your advance off your lowest income. Now here is the bait and switch part. If you want your advanced based off your second income, you have to wait for payment for two cycles. Ok, what’s the point of them checking your account in the initial set-up and they can clearly see you have multiple direct deposits. Also, most important, there is no flexibility if you need more time to repay! None! Everything is bot enabled and every time you ask a question in the chat, you will receive a message that says at this time we are unable to… The subscription is $9.99 per month. An advance off $25 or $50 is not worth it when they are taking one fourth of the advance. I do not recommend!

Adgem offerwall is a scam. If you’re choosing small ticket goals to complete for points to cash then you should be fine, I chose the big one. Rise of Kingdoms, everything tracked properly except for reaching tier 4 troops which I indeed completed. After requesting photos of my in game account and strangely enough asking for photos of purchases I made in game I was denied the $470 in points for that goal and ticket I submitted was closed. Save yourself the headache and avoid adgem offerwalls. Grant, you’re a great company that has helped me when needed , please step away from adgem before their negative ways effect how your company is represented.

They don’t remove sensitive information!!. Please be aware that this app does not remove your bank and credit/debit card information even after you close your account. Their system will still have your information but supposedly they app will remove your information but no matter what your bank/credit and or debit card is still with them. Lastly, they are just unprofessional. In order to remove your bank and card information from the app, they will ask for the last 4 digits of your card and account number. If anyone knows anything, you would know that you shouldn’t give the last 4 digits of anything through email. They don’t even have a secure way to provide sensitive information. Although cash advances are helpful, it’s not worth them still having access to your information and not providing a secure link or secure way to assist in removing your information from the app, at least. I will never use this app again.

They are LIARS & ROBOTS. If I could give negative stars I would. I was good with using them until this week. I requested for an express $75 loan to be sent to my account on April 9th and I never received it. I contacted chat support which is just a robot, no humans. I received an email from someone named Aaron who is also a robot. None of my questions or concerns are being answered. I even contacted my bank and they confirmed that the funds never hit my account. I even sent Aaron the screenshots from my bank since the statement won’t be available until April 15th. I continue to get the same response saying that the money was sent to my account. This is very frustrating and if they try to charge my account for money I didn’t receive, I’m filing a lawsuit and I promise it’s going to be for way more. How do y’all expect to have a thriving business if us customers can’t speak to any humans to resolve such matters? Your robots clearly aren’t trained to interact with humans efficiently.

Fraud and False Advertising. I signed up for Grant in January. They took the $8.99 payment for three months straight under the business name “grant”. Then last month, I received duplicate charges on the same date for $8.99 under something called “oasis”. Of course I thought my card had been compromised so I disputed the transactions. When I reached out to Grant after discovering it was the same company, they basically said I could no longer use the service due to the dispute even after I agreed to make good on the fees that were disputed (misunderstanding) they said I was no longer able to utilize the service and still proceed to process another transaction for $8.99. If you charge my account as Grant and your name on the legal documents I signed show up as grant without any mention of oasis, that is poor business practice and communication. I should not have been penalized. Even if they do reinstate my service, I won’t be using them again.

Changes policies with notifying. I used this cash advance and it good for emergency fund but beware when it comes to there policies. I asked for a payment extension and it said I can choose 14 day from the original date but it only did it for 7 day. I contacted them and they said they just change that policy recently and I inform that on their website and term and policy it still showed it to be 14 day but they ignored that fact. They didn’t even honor it or change it on their website policy and term.

Scam!!. They charge a monthly subscription of $9.99. So basically I got approved for a $25 advance which I took, but paid it back very shortly after when I figured out they charge a $9.99 monthly subscription on top of the cash advance fee itself. Well when I paid it off early they also charged me the subscription fee that I shouldn’t have gotten charged for another few weeks. They refused to credit this back even though I cancelled my account right after I paid off the advance. They have high fees, low approval amounts and horrible customer service. There are better options out there!!

Cash advance. I love this because some weeks I don’t make as much as normal due to taking a shift off here and there . This gives me the advance I need if I have a short paycheck - then when my next week is a full paycheck I can pay Grant back, and I don’t have to stress. As soon as you pay them back- they allow you to take another advance out, and usually for more. Helps me out a lot. Thank you Grant!

SCAM. I would not recommend using the Grant App. After being approved for a grant and paying it back on time, I expected to be able to advance again as promised. However, it’s now been over three months, and I still haven’t been able to move forward. On top of that, they continue to charge for a subscription that provides no real benefit. I’ve reached out for help but haven’t received any real answers or resolution. It feels like they’re quick to take your money but don’t actually deliver on what they advertise. Be very cautious before signing up.

It was a good app. I think this is a pretty great app, but just like all the other apps that are like this one the only downside is that everyone has all your bank account information which is not good! You should still be able to get a cash advance even without needing to have all your bank and debit card information. Hopefully this is something this company can change in the near future!

Updating my rating. I previously left a low rating review of Oasis because of some issues with the app in detecting income. They have since fixed the issue in their latest update! I was very excited to see this update with the many enhancements. Good on them for making it right and making the changes and improvements in such a short span of time.

Scam. Can’t talk to humans.. They charged me back to back for a subscription. I canceled the subscription and deleted my account. When I inquired about a refund, I was told it was on me to reach out in a month and ask again because even though I deleted my account, I could possibly use the services they also don’t have a direct way to talk to them. Just an AI chat and an email. The number that’s in their legal documentation is for the parent company that owns them and can’t do anything to help you. Only thing you can do is email a bot and they tell you “I’m sorry this isn’t the outcome you wanted”. Please do not waste your time. I have filed a complaint with multiple agencies as well.

Was great until it wasn’t. Went to take my normal advance it states my payment was late even though it already posted to my account and won’t let me open the app for my normal advance Never been an issue until today and now even though paid shows my advance is lower

Not Right!. I’d definitely be Leary about them something isn’t right. I tried opening an account with Oasis 6 months ago. Quite frankly I forgot about them until I was going through unused apps. I tried checking on the account & I’m still on a waiting list for an opening and they will contact me when a spot becomes available & every time I try to log in it says oops error check connection. I don’t need or want services from a company like this. I deleted their app. Really 6 months later & says the same thing what a joke!

It worked once. I downloaded the app and everything was set up within minutes, I was able to take out an advance immediately. It was very helpful. After paying it back on the designated day, only a few days later, I thought everything was good. But then when I tried to use the service a second time, using the same account with the future paychecks detected, I have been receiving a notice now that says my account is not eligible. Nothing in my paychecks has changed.

They try to withdraw early!. My payback date is the 15th of the month because that’s when I get paid and at 9:01 pm on the 14th they’re banging my bank account and sending emails that I have insufficient funds and there’s an issue with my repayment! Duh! That’s why my repayment date is on the 15th! What gives?? My paycheck hits around 7 AM on the 15th and these guys start trying to withdraw the money from my account the day before the payment date. Not cool. These guys are based in San Francisco so I don’t want to hear the excuse that they’re on east coast time where it’s already midnight. Adjust your withdrawal times accordingly!

Wolves in sheep clothing. If I could give negative stars, I would! These folks are workers of the devil. But my God sits high. The advances are great, and are helpful when in need. But for some reason, when you want to close your account, or downgrade your plan, the app magically “loses connection” and says that your connection is unstable. I use AT&T, and have the ABSOLUTE BEST CONNECTION. After I finally got a response, and being told “I sUgGeSt CoNnEcTiNg To A gOoD nEtWoRk” magically I could close my account. You guys KNOW you’re trying to prevent account closures. That is PREDATORY!!!! Will NEVER use this app again. If you want a long term relationship with them, then go for it. But for temporary use, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! IF ANY OTHER MONEY COMES OFF MY ACCOUNT, YALL WILL BE SUED!!!!!!

TOTALLY DISSATISFIED !!!. My experience with the company was horrible! I received $25 cash advance and cancelled my subscription for $9.99, yet they charged me two additional payment, which is more than the cash advance. When I tried to close my account through the app, I was unable to do so. I sent three or four repeated emails before they closed my account on their end! This company is manipulative and a scam! Please save yourself the trouble and find a cash advance app that is loyal, trustworthy and reliable. No one should have to go through hell just to cancel a subscription and close their account!!

Other apps are way better. It often times doesn’t link right with the app, there is a considerable delay in what your bank balance is and what it shows, compared to other apps. Other apps also allow you to either change the payback date yourself or have someone on live chat do it. You can submit a ticket sure, but it takes them about a a day to respond and then you have to send another message or 2 before they might change it. Unless you’re 5 days or more before your date and want to change it, you’re out of luck. It’s a very outdated app in 2025.

All went well with my Grant subscription except I unknowingly clicked on the $9.99 subscription and then tried to cancel it by phone but that number that’s supposed to connect you with a representative only kept giving me a loud noise so I sent a email informing them to cancel that subscription but since then they keep trying to debit my account, what can I do to make it go away?

Error with app. I’m having issues with downgrading my plan. Your app keeps saying check my network connection and my network is great. I even connected with my WiFi and my WiFi connection is great. I try to downgrade every day and the same message pops up every time and since they wouldn’t let me downgrade I tried to close my account and the same message pops up. I believe this app won’t let you use the basic plan or close account to get that monthly subscription. This app needs a customer service number where someone actually picks up the phone. Because that virtual assistance isn’t useful

DO NOT USE - THEIR PAYCHECK RECOGNITION IS NON-EXISTENT. Paid back 02/07 and my payback date is 02/09. Your paycheck recognition in your app is nonexistent it seems. And can’t talk to a real person? You just submit a form? So i get to pay back after two days with fees and pay you money every month for this “service”? Crazy lol Update: This is absolutely ridiculous. I just paid back on the 3rd and it already came out again today (the 8th!? And Im approved for lower so all this did is mess everything up. I get paid BIWEEKLY. And it makes me repay every week! Now I’m missing $100 for my rent that is supposed to come out today. I cannot wait till I can stop using this pay advance app because instead of helping all it has done is mess everything up! Update: Talked to support and their response is always “well you were able to advance so it’s working” the point is that it’s not syncing to my pay cycle. I get paid biweekly on Fridays and I’m paying Grant back weekly on a monday. Make it make sense.

Not consistent and im upset. They lent me money twice. I paid 9.99 and i have had one or two advances. They have refused to give me an advance this week, im paid biweekly. I could really use the money this week. Why did I even pay $10 for? Just doesn’t make sense. Probably going to stop using it/paying for it because it’s inconsistent even when you pay them back. It knows my deposit schedule but still set my payback date a week before my check came. So second advance was paid a week late. I dont know. Not really working for me like it probably should be. Oh well! They won’t be getting another $10 from me.

Teeth. Do not give this app your information. When I replayed the loans and the fees ,the app conveniently would not work when chose to close the account and when it did choose to close the account, it dated after the next month’s billing cycle. No customer support. The monthly fee was not scheduled for over three weeks. I paid almost more in fees than they allowed in cash advances. Choose another if possible!!!!

1st Cash Advance. This is a great app so far as I can tell. The only reason I gave a 3 star and not a 5 star rating is because you ask for repayment within a week of getting loan approved. Your app asks when paydays are, so it defeats the purpose if u don’t give enough time to repay, and causes user to be late. Maybe that’s your intention? So it’s harder to get higher cash advances? I would hope not, I guess I’ll stay long enough to see how well your app does what u say it will do

Honestly good. My credit is a little iffy I made some mistakes right after I turned 18 and now I’m not trusted with any kind of credit I’m rebuilding and paying stuff down they approved me for $25 I accepted it because I can pay it back and build a relationship with them and then one day in the future if I need a huge chunk they would see I take it out and pay it back

Reliable Cash Advance. Thankyou grant team, its been useful whenever ive needed a cash advance, and it wont be putting a dent on your paycheck for repaying it. Compare to others you do pay a membership, but i mean theyre helping you get a small loan with only some extra fees. Compare to other loaning agencies charging you hella for interest.

Rip-offs. This is by far THE WORSE CASH ADVANCE APP I’ve ever had! I had canceled my subscription on May 7th (it was confirmed by their support team) but it was never reflected on the app! It still mentioned it was active even past the last day of the grant plus membership date. NEVER reactivated it and now I’ll probably have to pay next month’s membership fee because the support team still hasn’t fixed the issue that I had originally requested this entire month! Do not sign up for this app. Once you sign up it will never let you close it. It will keep all your personal account information the. Tell you You cannot remove a linked bank account from the app, and complete deletion of account information is not available due to legal requirements. E Since your account is on the free Basic plan, there is no cost to keep it open. If you close it, you will no longer be able to earn points, access cash-out offers with Earn Cash points, or use free low balance alerts, and you can upgrade again anytime later. LAWSUIT COMING IN

Shady from the start. Ok so I tried signing up and they let me get as far as verifying my ID and it says I already have an account (I don’t). So I plugged in the email they provided as the one with the account and I get an error saying they are at capacity with new signups and they would onboard me as soon as possible….so 1) how can I be waiting to be onboarded if I already have an account (which I never opened) and 2) how could there be limited space for new members when you had me signing up no problem until I entered my social??? Shady. Makes no sense. Lies. Shady.

Updated Review. This app does not have the ability to truly align with your payday. It states that they are going to debit my account on Thursdays, however they end up debiting my account Wednesday night which definitely does not align with my direct deposit. My check does not deposit into my account until Thursday afternoon. It will not land in my account any earlier than that. Grant will take whatever bit of money is in my account leaving my balance to 0.00 and causing overdraft in my account. I have asked several times for my deductions to be taken on Thursday evenings but they can not change the repayment date. I hate this app.

Scam. This is a scam It does not have any information online very limited information when I try to delete the app it would not allow me too. This company has all my personal. Not only I’m going to report it to the Better Business Bureau. I am going to report it to the law-enforcement. Beware of predatory lending practices. They have normally set my repayment schedule for my biweekly pay period except for this pay period where they upped my advance 100 on top of the norm and decided to give me 5 days to pay it back. In hindsight I should have double checked the repayment date but why would I when they have been doing right for a year and only now decide that this was a good idea. Now I am further in debt. I’m a ghost now.. This app would have easily got a 5+ star from me if it was like when I first downloaded the app. After two weeks it no longer kept track of my tasks on the games I was playing. Which I only dealt with that because messaging customer service about redeeming my points was quick and credited. But here I am now after cashing out, still completing tasks and am no longer getting any response from customer service and points are not getting credited.

Please fix help us understand your paycheck uploaded. Everytime I try to get an advance they can’t seem to find my next paycheck, and I don’t even think it checked because that’s the only thing being deposited in my account. This app is all kinds of messed up. All the set up and receiving first advance was fine. I received a receipt for fees. You tried to take payment for repayment and weren’t able to get it. I had enough in account to repay. Yesterday it kept sending me verification after verification when I tried to login. Now I try to login and it just keeps going and won’t login. You’ve had plenty of time to fix bugs. No more excuses. This has all the marks of fraud. Not a quality app. I am reporting to Apple.

Terrible, WORST cash advance app I’ve ever used. Grant is the worst. This app is so frustrating, they can NEVER identify my paychecks. They let me get a cash advance a few times, two for $25 then finally up to $50, which were all paid back and then all of the sudden they “can’t find a paycheck” and has been that way for months. I even tried deleting the app several times and redownloading, still nothing. I also made sure to link my other accounts as well as my main bank, for when I get a portion of my paycheck deposited to either of those. Every time it’s the same message- they can’t find my paycheck. THE WORST

Deceptive and Shady. I did not sign up for the $9.99 monthly subscription. I simply applied for a small cash advance and was denied, which is fine. However, the account closure process is confusing and feels deceptive. After selecting the option to close my account, a button appears only after tapping a check mark and there are no instructions explaining that you must slide a small circle “X” from left to right to confirm cancellation. Nothing clearly indicates this action is required. Closing an account should be straightforward and transparent. Users should not have to guess how to cancel or worry about accidentally enrolling in something they did not intend.

Don't waste your money, very flawed. I downloaded the app, paid the subscription fee, linked my bank account and was approved for a small cash advance. I paid the cash advance back on time but when I went to request a new advance. It said that the bank account I have linked doesn't have enough deposit history. Even though it was the same exact bank account that I linked initially and was approved for an advance with but now all of a sudden I don't have enough deposits showing. There's almost $6k a month deposited into this account like clock work.

Scam likely. Entered all my info for them to say they can’t verify my paychecks. I followed the steps to help them identify my checks and never received a response. So at that point I decided to delete my information and close my account. There is no option to delete you bank info or delete your account. When you go to support the tell you to got to the Account tab and select cancel account however there is no Cancel account button. This is a sneaky way to collect people bank information and then make it nearly impossible to remove that info and delete your account. I will definitely be looking in to legal advice regarding this very sneaky business practice.

Not that good.. Gave me a 25 dollar advance even tho I make over 1200 every two weeks. I paid it back on time and it said I don’t qualify for any advances. They then charged me the subscription fee. Which although doesn’t end until 11/14. They said they can keep all of the subscription fee according to them. Even tho for whatever reason I have no access to advance. Closed my account although it does not let you disconnect your bank. And just counted it as a lost. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.

After first advance paid back…. received first advance and paid back without an issue… new update that happened four days ago has the app acting all kinds of weird. I emailed customer service but no response yet. what happens: I apply, it asks for my debit card again, i input information and im approved. I confirm the advance and payback date and it redirects me back to my home screen on app and it just shows the repayment of my previous advance and nothing has deposited nor updated and i’ve tried for the past three days. hopefully someone reads this and helps. thanks!

Greedy Grant!!!!. This company is terrible!! I’ve used numerous cash advance apps EarnIn is way better!!! Bright is way better. Cleo is way better. This company on the day my payment was due charges my account at 12:51 AM. I wasn’t even paid yet. My paycheck hasn’t even gone in the bank yet. Then they charge me a $9.99 fee and I have basic membership. The payment failed because you took it too early I wasn’t paid yet! This company is Greedy and from the reviews I read I’m not the only one that had this problem. You’re gonna end up with a lawsuit

Accessing account. I can’t access my account. I have been trying for 2 months and it keeps giving me “THIS PHONE NUMBER IS TAKEN this phone number is registered to another user”. I got charged 6 times in the past 2 months and I can’t access account to cancel membership. I need a resolution and a refund.

Good for short term. I’ve been using this app for a year and here are its pros and cons Pros: - Offers you an advance and amounts vary depending on your frequency and funds available in bank account. Cons: - Not flexible with repayment dates and cannot be changed even if emergencies should arise -repayment dates can be as short as 3 days - will collect partial repayment as low as $10 if available in your bank account, does not wait for full amount - if repayments are set for x date (ex: 3/24) will collect a day before, not on actual date. In all, it’s convenient for short term. The amounts do vary but this is based on your incoming income to your bank account. A subscription is required for the use of advances. This app isn’t as helpful as other apps where they track spending and show how much is spent where. It shows a brief summary but it’s not accurate.

No cash advance after repay. This company is shady on so many levels. You get an initial cash advance but don’t expect another one. Even though they use the same bank to get their money they claim they can’t see your payroll deposits etc but even after you submit payroll information they want you to copy/paste your bank statement only to see what they can steal another way. DO NOT SUBMIT your banking statement because they will not give you another advance either way. I think there’s another scam company they’ll use to steal funds. Be AWARE!!

It can’t verify my identity. It hasn’t been able to verify my identity for two months even though it takes out my monthly fee. I took out and payed back numerous advances all on time never had a problem to this. Them Then the customer service team had no answers any no eta for a fix.

Cash Advance. I love the app advance is quick and easy but there is something wrong with the app bc it is stuck on on part and you can’t go anywhere else tried uninstalling it and installing it again and right where it was I would love to have it fixed so I can use the app again

Do Not Recommend. I had always taken out my advance on the same day, and been diligent about checking my repayment, and then all of sudden, the money came out of my account almost two weeks before it should have been. Customer service has been zero help and I can’t even access the app. It was not even an isolated incident, it happed to someone else who had used the app as well. I’ve never had this issue with any other app. With the lack of customer service, it would be irresponsible to recommend this app.
