Watch faces. Please patch the watch face selector. There is a whole collection of watch faces labeled AOD watch face that will not load onto my watch. All the good ones are in that list. It says syncing but never loads onto the watch.

Weather. Were is the F weather on my phone every thing works except that what’s up?

Will not synchronize sleeping it won’t record any of it. It will not synchronize sleeping mode it will not record anything

Cannot Contact Anyone. I have been sending messages as well as emails along with calling the company without any feedback or replies to why I am having issues getting my device paired.

Bugs. I have issues getting it to stay connected constantly having to sync it. Need to fix because I like my watch. Sometimes text come through and sometimes they don’t.

Needs fixed.. Still not working with the vortex watch.

Just poor all around. Bought this watch, paid for two day shipping. Took two weeks. They did refund the shipping cost. Promised a free 30 dollar gift. Got a cheap lanyard that was stuffed in the box and cut in half when I opened the box. Watch lasted three months. Stopped sinking, tried to reconnect no luck. Deleted the app and reinstalled, had to create an account all over again. Wouldn’t recognize my password, had to reset. Kept sending me messages in Chinese. Finally got logged in through Apple ( not even sure how). Still won’t connect. Reset the watch completely, lost all data. Still won’t connect. Useless waste of money. As a watch it keeps time. Even when it worked I had to resync sometime 8 times a day so I’d get notifications. Just don’t event bother. Pay the money, get an Apple Watch and be done with it. The whole experience has been nothing but frustration. I’ll give them the opportunity to give me my money back but I’m not holding my breath on even a warranty replacement, I’m sure it’s customer abuse or some such thing, even though I didn’t drive a truck over it or hit with hammers.

App won’t open. Won’t track sleeping until 2259 and I go to sleep at 1930. Right now the app won’t open, pops up on screen and then closes.

Doesn’t stay connected. App is decent for tracking your health stuff. But it never stays connected enough for texts, phone, or any other app notifications. You have to reconnect via Bluetooth almost daily. I have had the Carbinox Vortex watch for a month. This app is not very good. Glad we don’t have to pay for it!!!!

needs better connectivity and sync data. i have to be sure the app is synchronized before using any remote watch functionality to be sure that it actually works right. even when receiving calls on the watch. and i learned that starting an exercise tracker remotely from watch makes the app glitch. the watch would be perfect if the app connectivity wasn’t so underdeveloped. carbinox or whoever makes these apps need to make them more developed. especially if theres gotta be one for every watch they sell

Weather. Needs to be added so I can tell what the current weather conditions are

Doesn’t stay connected. Won’t stay connected. God knows where it gets its weather from. Says it’s 41 outside and it’s actually 87…

Health. For some reason I'm not able to get any of the bp, heart, or sleep readings. I've tried many times even disconnected and reloaded the app, and moved the watch to manyplaces on my arm and still nothing!

Weather doesn’t update. App def. Needs work

Weather features nonexistent. Don’t count on accurate temperature data, 82 outside and it shows 56. The forecast for the week shows a high temperature of 58 and a low temperature of 38, every other weather app shows low to mid 80s all week. If they can’t get the weather right how can I trust the rest of the information?

synchronize. The app needs to sync by itself, so the phone is up-to-date. Why am I looking at my watch to see the weather when I have to go to the phone to Cync first to get the updated conditions the app should be updating by itself not waiting for me to click on it

Watch face. Please add the original watch to collections. Installed another, wanted to go back to original. Had to reset watch lost all settings

My weather on my watch does not match the app. I need the watch to exactly match the weather on the app. It is not even close. Plus, how do I change the location I live in on the app?

Good app until. Great application for tracking all health requirements until new update is not compatible with my fully updated 9th gen iPad

Needs more custom watch face options. Can you please add more custom face options. Want to be able to have a watch face with my own picture, but with battery percentage not the heart rate monitor.

watch face impossible. you can change the app face as it is showing few options but non of them works . such a shame that all my excitements are dead . could have been avoided buying this watch and try some other option . i will be happy if they update the issue .

Watch Face Options. These options to change your watch face appear to no longer exist. A shame as I was looking forward to changing it to a Christmas theme. Apart from this problem the app works well.

Sleep tracker. Why is the sleep start time an hour out. It says I start sleep an hour later than I actually go to sleep. Every day. Is it a daylight savings thing. Very frustrating for accurate sleep tracking. Please help.

Won’t Charge. Initially found the watch ok , basic smart watch functionality, and a clear bright screen. Had it a week and alert that the battery is low , and it will not charge. Stuck at 20% and just will not charge ??? I purchased 6 for my staff to give at Xmas , I thought I’d try it out, worked for maybe. Week and now just will not charge, tried restarting, resetting, unpaired,paired Won’t allow a firmware update , so it just basically waiting to run down?? Not impressed, hopefully can get it fixed and it’s just this one , and not the other 5 also

Timers. Watch and functions work well. Needs more timers than the current 5 max alarms. As a sports watch multiple timers are needed.

Very limited for a smartwatch. Basic and needs a major update. Needs to be able to work with Strava. Should give a value rating on sleep quality. Screens need to be updated. User interface is not very user friendly. This app is 5 years behind other apps.

Very basic things missing. Please add option to 1. Set time to am/pm instead of 24hour clock 2. Option to select the number of seconds to keep the light on ( now turns off after three seconds)

Syncing error?. I have noticed this morning (13/11/25) my watch recorded 8hrs 47 minutes of sleep and the app says I had over 13 hours of sleep? I think there’s a bug in the system there especially when there’s a gap in the graph 😏

App. The AoD does not work on the App download I have. It is not displaying at all.

So whatever. It takes forever to download and is trash at doing simple tasks

Latest update stopped O2 sync. Recent firmware update 29 Apr 2026 Blood oxygen does not transfer anymore.
