Won’t open. Work great but lately the app does not open. I need to turn off my phone and turn it on again then it might open.

Very helpful. Easy to use and really helpful- I appreciate being able to look at other locations as well

Love and can’t see. There are many days I can’t get into the app at all. It won’t open up. When I can get in I love the program. I don’t like having 2 weather apps on my phone.

Problems. Worked good for a while then wouldn't load, had to reinstall

Errors. I’ve been getting a lot of errors trying to open this up. It tells me this application isn’t available with my location. I’m home. I haven’t moved. Somethings wrong with this app now. Please fix it

Rarely works. Like the weather team, hate the weather AP. AP loads maybe one in five attempts. Hopefully WSAW’s AP works better.

EZ, accurate & thorough. I use hourly forecast the most. Love it includes wind direction & velocity, moon rise/set. It works everywhere is US I’ve been. Loads fast

Not working properly. In the past week, when I go to open the app on my I-Pad it says “Failed to load GPS location” and I am unable to get any further. Was there an update that broke it?

Good, yet bad.. It does its job, and tells you the weather. However, ads are in very distracting areas, and are very annoying. Also, I’d love for this app to give me the option of a widget on my home screen. Then I don’t have to open the app all the time just to see the temp outside. It’s the little things that count. It does its job, but certainly could be better.

Dependable. I love this app! Not only does it provide me with an accurate look at the weather at the touch of a button, it alerts me when something ugly is about to happen. The alerts come in early enough so I can prepare for storms before they get here! Thank you for a great service!

Your new pop up ads must go!. Within the last couple of days you've added pop up game ads that come on whenever you try to click on different parts of the weather app. It's intrusive and obnoxious! Pop ups are blocked on my phone and the fact that you have linked them to aspects of using your weather app have made it so irritating that I'm no longer going to use your app! I loved your app and thought it was the best one around before you decided to raise money with these obnoxious pop ups. Bye!

Storm Track 9. I love this as I refer to it so many times in this hot weather, wanting to kno if I have to water the garden and is there a chance of rain! It’s invaluable, thank you Virginia

Inaccurate. The radar over the past few months is very inaccurate even during big storms. I’m not talking typical predictions, it just is wrong. Switched to another networks app which seems to have better accuracy.

Still need to do major updates. Love the app, use it everyday. I’m just annoyed on the fact that it’s not optimized to the iPhone X yet. A couple things you need to do is. -optimize the app so it can also fit the iPhone X screen. -Get rid of ads. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THEM. Y’all make enough as it is, if ya want more you can do a FUNDRAISER. -Please... GET RID OF THE ADS. And OPTIMIZE THE APP ALREADY

Lackluster upgrade. I don't care much for the new version of the app. This one is cheesier and less informative. At minimum, please correct how forecast is spelled on the navigation bar. Your misspelling looks silly.

Went downhill. The only seems to open correctly 1 out of 10 times. If I am lucky enough it decides to work then I get the ‘can’t find gps location’ message. I used to recommend this weather app to friends and now I have had to rely on other news outlets maps that actually open and don’t have bugs.

Delete. This app was pretty good till the new update. Note when I want to check to see if rain or snow is on the way, I get a advertisement trying to sway me one way or another. If I wanted adds I’d go on the radio. Deleting this and getting different app

Location is everything. Someone recommended this app to me recently and I gave it a try. I like the features and the format. My only complaint is that it keeps giving me weather alerts for Wisconsin and I’ve never been there, living several states away. I changed which locations should generate alerts, removing all WI locations, but it keeps sending them.

Use to be great.... Use to be my favorite weather app but the last few months it has gone downhill...takes a few tries to open it to start with. Sometimes it reverts to Jan 1st rainy and 100°...yeah ok...and the map hardly ever loads...hate the new map! A lot of the time it doesn’t even show the current weather just hourly???? Quit trying to fix something that wasn’t broke in the first place!

Ok. It locks up all the time and I have to restart it !

Good app. This is perfect for the weather, yet it could be faster, but it is as accurate as any weather people

Too many General notifications. They send out 3-4 notifications per day about the weather in general. I don’t need or want them. You have option to get wide range of notifications depending on the season/type of weather situation. But there’s no way to deselect all of the general ones talking about the forecast and how much precipitation fell. So I ended up turning off all notifications via phone settings. Too bad the app used to be better.

Used to be good—now not. Last winter and through the summer it worked great and always kept us up to date on anything coming but now it has stopped sending me weather alerts. My settings haven’t been changed and are correct. I’ve tried turning them off and on and even uninstalling and reinstalling the entire app. Nothing has worked. Very disappointing.

Used to be good. Used to be great, now you get warnings and updates for the entire state, I only need my area, not constant updates about a place 4 hrs away

Please let me use the old version on my iPad!. If the new version would move to horizontal it would be great. I use my iPad all day for planning trips and I prefer to hold it horizontally. The radar looks much better that way and the "future" hours are are available the way I like in the old version.

Good but not reliable. The app is good when it works. But it isn’t reliable. It will stay on the home page and lock up. I use it for work a lot but it’s hard to use it when it doesn’t work.

Awesome. Accurate Radar because it's based in central Wisconsin. Please make it possible for me to choose a different town with in Central Wisconsin Area then this will be my number one radar app.

Full of garbage now. The same reason I got rid of the tv7 app is the same reason I’ll be getting rid of this one also. Forced videos at the start up and full of ads. I’m guessing it will be getting worse.

Was good. Not anymore. Constant notifications ruined this app for me. It was nice getting notifications for important weather updates, storms, warnings etc. The notifications now are excessive and I had to turn them off making this app less useful than it used to be

Slowest Loading Radar Ever. This app was great when it first launched. Now, after several updates, the radar takes a long time to upload before it starts the motion. Frustrating and I’m on he edge of deleting this app. You can do better channel 9!

Pop up adds!. I love the weather app! It’s just there are to many pop up add lately.

Best Weather App. This is by far the best weather app! If I could give a million stars I would! I honestly can't think of anything that needs improvements. Everything u want to know about forecast is in the palm of your hand. Brilliant!

My weather app. I am generally very pleased with the accuracy of this weather app It is great for a quick check throughout the day. I do have two reasons that I did not give a 5 rating. The map moves too fast. And more slightly frustrating is that more than 50 percent of the time the video will not load. Other than those two thing it is very good

App isn’t working. I updated the app a few days ago but once I open it it keeps crashing and doesn’t open. Plz fixed the app again

Why only two stars?. On this app, the radar is not consistent. Actually it was wonderful for the first few weeks, but now the areas of rain flash on my screen, and it is really hard to see. Somewhat worthless. I looked for an update, but there was none.

New update. I loved this app before the update, and then I was so disappointed after the update. But now, I'm used to it and actually like it. It is my favorite, absolutely favorite weather app. Although, I do miss the little icons for the weather (sun, clouds and sun, rain, snow, thunderstorms) being in color. It made it easier to see. So, it would be nice if that were changed... I love watching the weather on TV on channel 9, and if I miss it I will sometimes watch it on the app. Very handy! So anyway, it would be nice if the icons could be colored, but otherwise thanks for a great weather app!!!!

Radar. Not sure what’s going on with the radar, but it won’t play anymore, and messed up. Is it only me? I’ve uninstalled and installed again as well.

Jams up all the time. Loved this app for my local weather. Info and map is excellent. Except the past few months this app is always jamming up and won’t open forcing me to go to Accuweather or some other local TV channel. I’d rather use Channel 9 Application. You need to get your tech people to fix this asap

Trying this again. Downloaded this several months ago, but it stopped working. Will try again. Hoping the bugs are fixed. Worked great--when it worked.

Stinky. I don't know why it's been kicking me off of the radar lately. Too much crap on that screen anyway. News story's are several days old too. Needs attention.

Great app. I'm glad that I have my local weather at my finger tips.

Junk. Too many ads and it locks up too often. Have to restart to get it to open.

Horrible for iPads. Like the other review stated- This is not made for iPads!! In fact, I went back to the old version for as long as it is available. Please fix this on the new one-before you drop the old one!!

Full page ads. I loved this app until recently. Now there are full page ads for games that you have to wait to close. VERY disappointing. I will be looking for a new weather app!

Radar Not Showing. The radar never shows anything. It can be pouring rain outside my window, yet the map shows nothing. Nada. Clear skies. I've played around with the settings, layers, and transparency, but nothing helps.

Great Team. We use to live in the Woodruff area for 42 years and during that time you all were apart of our living room each evening. We now live in Eau Claire and miss our favorite channel 9news and weather. Nobody comes close to the way you do it! Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Bob Terri Link

Great. The best weather app I've found! Very useful!

App seems broke. Crashes and closes on map. Used to work great.

Limited area. Only gives temperature for Wausau, I'd rather use TWC channel app that works for my zip code.

Highly recommend. Great app

If it's not broke don't fix it!. This app is horrible! Can you roll back! It isn't user friendly and the forecast map is worthless!

Not good for iPads. This has always been a good app, however the latest update removes landscape orientation and seems to be designed for phones at the expense of iPads.
