Ads, Ads and more Ads.. Used to be fine with the few ads it used to have, but now whenever I try and do anything, video ads pop up. Get any other weather app, this one is junk.

Great App. Works great. Very convenient. I recommend it.

StormTrack7. I like most everything about this app except it only shows in portrait mode not landscape. Don’t like portrait mode on my iPad. Started going back to other weather apps because of this.

So Bad. Used to love this but it gets worse every update- you can cancel the overlays as much as you want but whenever you open the app the next time, they’re back on the map. The ads are ridiculous & required, if you try to go between apps you have to wait for the app to reload so don’t close it down until you’re done, AND NOW if you click on the map to see where storms are/are headed, ADS LOAD AND BLAST SOUND LOUDLY!! Their competition has the same map developer yet somehow doesn’t have this feature’- KWWL has much better forecasts but this app has gotten so bad I have no choice but to delete.

Disappointed Loyal Viewer. Never written a review before now but a couple months ago when the update before this last one occurred, the app literally force quits right after the dupaco advertising. I contacted support......_____? And now all I get are the annoying, random shnackenburg updates (won't let me quit these, ironically 😒).... And I love to watch this station because it's the most accurate when it comes to the work I take part in....

No closings and delays. It no longer shows closings and delays. When you click on it, it gives you an error page. That’s the only reason I had this app. I’m deleting it now

KWWL Weather App.. Would give it a 5 as it worked perfect before updating to IOS 7. Now it crashes when I open it. Think it needs to be updated for 7.

Dupaco ad. This ad won’t stop so I can see the weather report. Deleting this app and will find one that works on my IPad.

Ads. I was able to handle the ads when you open the app. But now there’s ads when you open the radar! If there’s a storm I don’t want ads. I want to see the radar.

Hate the Changes. I used to love this app! Simple and easy to use. If there was a weather watch or warning, there would be a single red banner at the top of the home page. You could click it for written detailed information. Yesterday alone there were 2 red banners at one time. Neither one said what the warning was. You had to click into a video, and the video showed that the warning wasn’t even for my county let alone my city! So unhelpful! Today the click bait is: watch to see how muggy the weekend will be. If I wanted to watch the weather I would use my TV. The old version offered little clips in addition to written detailed forecasts, but didn’t force me to click a video just so I could get details about the weather. It’s so frustrating. I’m debating deleting and finding a new app. 3 stars only because it does tell you the current weather and forecast, but the new update is the worst!

Very handy. Very good app. Clean, logical layout and reliable. The only issue I've noticed is that there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when alert notifications show up. I get multiple notifications if there is a watch or warning, but they seem to be at random.

Very accurate. This app is more accurate than a weather app I got because it was the top free app.

New ads are terrible. The app used a banner advertisement originally, but then now it has gone to a full pop up ad that comes up every few minutes or when switching between modes. In the end, the app gives you many great options to look at for the weather, but the new advertisement system is just so bad and annoying that I can't fully recommend this app.

Good until 2019. I deleted this app for one reason and I truly feel this app could have been better thisb year new updates made it horribly “Laggy/Glitchy” so I deleted it love this app I turned off layers it was zero help and I have little apps on here! ❤️

Location not accurate. The app always registers my location as Independence, which is 50 miles away. Why??

Total junk. Newest update is crap and makes the app crash right away

Weather app. This weather app is terrible! Looks like a bunch of 3 year olds designed it! You can't see the weather map and the forecast at the same time. The KCRG weather app is light years better than this. Wish I could rate it zero stars!

Fix. Plz fix this app the radar never wants to update

New weather app. Overall I think this app has a nice look and lots of useful features. However I really wish it would open on the radar instead of on the current conditions. I don't generally care about current temp or whatnot. If I'm opening this app it's because I want to see what's happening with the radar in regards to storms. Now I have to wait while the app loads then try to get it to cooperate when I try to switch screens. Annoying!

DEVELOPERS LISTEN!!!! Way too much meaningless repetition. Seriously?!?!?! Cut out the repeated stupid alerts! It’s gotten to the point that when it goes off, I don’t even look anymore and we could miss an IMPORTANT notification! StopDesensitizing your customers and do just what you are app is downloaded for! I GOT 7 notifications today alone starting at 4:39am!!!!!! “ do you know what the weather will be? “. “another overcast afternoon“. “Do you know what cumulus cloud is?“IF I WANT THAT INFO, I’LL WATCH THE ACTUAL NEWS!!😡

Wonderful updates!!. Thank you SO much for all of the amazing updates your app now has. Very easy to navigate and now is my weather "go to" app. Thank you for the great enhancements as I use your app daily!

I rely on this weather app. I really like having a weather app that can follow me when I travel. This one is pretty good. One thing I wish you could tweak is during the day, the background is so light blue, the white lettering makes it difficult to read. Please provide more contrast.

Infested with ads, making it a pain to use. It’s a good weather team that does important work and between the ad when you load, the banners all over every page, and now full screen video ads when you try to look at forecasts in detail, it’s an absolute nightmare to get to useful information.

Annoying. Have to sit through a lengthy Dupaco add just to get into the app every time you open it. Even if you just closed it. Now it has full size ridiculous pop up adds. I’m done with it.

Solid app!. Easy to use and very reliable.

Glitches with New Update????. I have never had trouble with this app until a few weeks ago. It will tell me that “This application is not available in your current location.” This is in my own home. I went on vacation to another state and had no problem using it. I have never had any problems until now. Very frustrating.

Great App. This app has everything you could want out of it on a perfectly set layout. It includes everything that would be on the show but easier and faster to get to.

Good but.... Great tools, I never minded the advertisement banners. Now the pop up ads every 3mins is destroying my liking for the app.

Not Impressed!. I am not a fan of the look of the new update. 10 day forecasting is great; however, the content is way to hard to read and seems a bit jumbled together. Would really like to have the old version back.

Terrible update.. The new ads that open when switching modes are very annoying as there is no way to close the ad. The only option is the “learn more” button. I don’t want to learn more about facelifts, I want to look at the radar map. This is a dealbreaker for what used to be a great local weather app. I get that you have to monetize your service, and ads are the price we pay, but they now prevent the service actually working. I’ll be looking for another app.

Good info, questionable push notifications. The app is great when it come to alerting me about inclement weather, however I don’t think that there’s any reason why I need to receive a push notification stating that warm and sunny weather is on the way; especially at 3:00AM. “THIS IS A KWWL STORM TRACKER UPDATE!!!!!!!!” blasting in my ears to inform me of warm weather and calm breezes is a bit excessive. The only time that I think push notifications should be sent is if tornado weather or lightning is in the area.

I likbhaving my local radar an my weather alerts. Now I can't do that unless I just have my follow me option on. I prefer that over the weather channel app. I guess I'll use the standard weather app with no notifications.

Way too many silly alerts.. I got this app because we had a tornado close to our house and sirens didn’t go off. I want an app that would warn me. That is what this is. Too many notifications every day about “sunny skies “, “windy”. I wanted warning and watch’s. This is what this is. So sad because this is our local channel.

Difficult to read. I finally gave up and deleted this Storm Track 7 from my phone. The old version worked, this one does not.

StormTrack7 needs an iPad update. I use several weather apps, but StormTrack7 fails to display in “landscape” on the iPad. Like many users, I use my iPad with a BlueTooth keyboard, so in the landscape mode. Channel 9 First Alert weather will do both landscape and portrait...
