Buy the app, then they want more 😡. Ok, so I bought this app then went to check it out and you get 6 "free" calls (which aren't free because you have to purchase the app) then they want more money for the rest of the calls (31 calls!) What a scam! I'm really disappointed. I would delete it, but I already paid for the 6 "free" calls 😡

Will not open, iOS 13. Force closing immediately when attempting to open. Deleted and downloaded again, same result. Running iOS 13, iPhone 8.

Cookie Calls. A must have for any iOS using toddler. My son is 1.5 years old and loves using FaceTime. This app imitates Cookie Monster calling over FaceTime. The smile that comes over his face when he sees Cookie Monster calling him is priceless!

And add big bird and grover blue furry friend monster. and Oscar the grouch

Lots of fun. The audio works just fine on my iPhone 5. Unless you have your phone on silent, then, yeah, it's silent (who would have thought). I like getting calls from cookie. His ring tone is hilarious. Can I make that just my everyday ringtone?

Fun for our little guy.. Cookie Monster is a favorite of our family's and this app delivers.

My 3 year old loves it!. She was 2 when we first played with Elmo Calls, now she loooooves playing with Cookie on the phone! Great for car trips

My 3 year old Kid loves it!. Really like this app and it still works on my old iPod Touch with IOS 5. something which is now my son's iPod.

Cookie Monster Call. If my grandson as a two year old not getting a Elmo Call it is a Cookie Monster Call . They are close friends of my grandson . He will always make time for them . He loves them and they love him . Santa Clause May never come close .

Updates make app crash. My son loved this app until the most recent update. Now it routinely crashes, which is unfortunate. Wish I hadn't paid for this. We are having the same experience with Elmo calls.

My kid loves it but..... My son loves the cookies calls but I paid $1.99 for the app and then $2.99 for the all calls package and my package has not downloaded. I've restarted my app, my phone, my network settings and I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again and it's still not downloaded the pack.

Great app!. My 1 yr old son loves this app. He face times with me ( his mom) at work all the time and really thinks he's talking to Cookie Monster! Love it!!!

Costs more then .99. .99 just for the basic app which includes 3 videos. And another 2.99 for all calls. They should make it free just for the app.

We both love it!!!. My 18 month old loves it even more than Elmo talks. And I have to say the three that come with the initial purchase make mommy giggle as well. Especially the math lesson. Because of this ap she loves Cookie Monster more than Elmo now.

Nice. Bought everything in the app menu because my daughters love this app, wasn’t disappointed. They talk/babble right back to him. Please make more character call applications 👍 preferably Bert and Ernie

Not quite what I expected.. Okay I wasn't expecting a ton, but really this is just a bunch of Cookie Monster video clips set up with a ring tone. I was kind of expecting the dialogue to be directed to the child more. Heck, Dora talks to my kid and asks for a response you would think this app would. My kiddo was interested for two second and he is only two.

Doesn't answer calls!!!. Bought this and the similar Elmo app. Can't make calls on either one after recent iPhone updates. When I press "answer" the call instantly ends and I'm returned to the main menu. Please fix it!!!!!

Won't let me update. My kids enjoy this app, but it won't let me update it. I have had this for a few years and it just won't update.

Cute App needs more videos. After getting the full version of the Elmo app I got this one and was disappointed. While this app has some very helpful videos - the Brushing Teeth video alone is worth it, my two year old now want to 'call Cookie' to brush; there are only just a few other videos to choose from on the app unlike the Elmo version and not much variety. It would really be nice to see more videos or an update for more situations.

Love cookie!. My son loves this app and loves Cookie Monster! A great helper when you're out somewhere, like a restaurant and he starts fussing.

Love it!. We love it! Not sure why people are saying only three greetings though! ...In top left corner, put your finger on the family icon, and swipe finger to the right -- There are four tabs at bottom of screen, which includes setting Cookie calls/reminders for nap time, bedtime, brushing teeth, etc. (Those features do not cost extra, but there are additional features/calls that are available to purchase.)

My 2 year old loves it. Only down fall is that it only has 3 calls. They should have a package that includes all the characters

Love this!. Both of my toddler boys love this app! They laugh and giggle when they hear Cookie Monster and they get super excited when the phone rings. They are not even two yet and can already navigate through the app on their own!

Really the best. My toddler loves this so much it has helped us during really sad moments, like yesterday when he was stung by a bee. He was crying so hard he was gargling his own spit but when he heard Cookie Monster he stopped crying and started making the "num num" sound. The program is lovely and well designed and fun even for me to watch (the first dozen times anyway) and I am so grateful for this little tool that makes my kid so happy.

99c only gives you a trial version. I was hoping for a lot more content than what I originally got. I even bought one pack for another 99c just to make sure it was worth buying this app. Now looking back I would have gladly paid $2.99 for the whole app, and am kicking myself for wasting almost $2 for a quarter of the total app which I now only have. This message was brought to you by the letter 'R' for rip-off, and the number '2' for how much $ I wasted on it.

Just delete and re-download. After the December update the app would constantly crash after opening. I deleted the app and re-downloaded the app. Now it works!

Grandson loves it. Maybe a double edged sword. He loves Cookie but we have to limit his screen time. For twenty months old he knows what and when to swipe.

Some weird glitch. I bought almost everything and when a call ends Cookie Monster calls again and again with the same call. Now I’m not no coder or anything but I think it’s something with the scheduled calls in the parents menu.

Best App for Picky Eaters. My son is a picky eater but when he sees cookie monster eating, he goes crazy and eats his carrots. I wish there were more of a variety of fruits and vegetables for download - would happily purchase them all.

Braindead. Seriously, braided monologues too simple for a three year old done on the cheap. In addition poorly designed and characters moving too fast for screen. Waste of time.

Mystery Charges. The app just charged me $2.99, but I haven’t subscribed, I can’t cancel a subscription anywhere in my Apple ID and nobody made an in app purchase. We haven’t opened the app on days. Seems a bit dodgy, I hope I don’t keep getting charged! If I do I will need to get Oscar involved :/

When it works...... When it works, it's great! Usually it doesn't though. Whenever you press to answer calls, most of the time it hangs up on you. Or, if it does go through, you don't hear any sound - same with the Elmo one. :(

no "classic" Cookie skits, awful IAP model for kids. I knew there'd a lot of the awful post-Henson, vegetable-eating Cookie Monster in this app, but it turns out there isn't even a hint of the REAL Cookie Monster in this app. Even if your kids like the modern CM, this app uses an awkward IAP model where you start with four videos, can download another four pack for free (why aren't they included?) and then buy more packs for a dollar each.

Does not talk back. This is a review from my 6-year old son: cookie monster does not talk back. He just keeps talking at you.
