Paid for app and couldn’t email anything. BEWARE....I paid for a package to pdf and email receipts and it did not work.

Don’t waste your money. Made a receipt and could never get it to save in any fashion even though I paid the fees. Waste of money and time.

Useless. Each receipt will cost ones you send one receipt it will ask you more money. It supposed to be 10 on each purchase. It is shame that the whole thing is misleading.

Terrible. It would be faster to use a pencil and paper!! As far as 2 style receipts they are almost exactly the same. What a joke. There are no drop downs to fill out re-occurring events and Tenants. Just tedious typing. No lists of tenants or date drop downs. Waste of money. Save yours. A 2 year old could have written a better app!!!!! Would give it zero stars if I could.

Do not purchase!!!!!. I’m thinking this is a scam. Just like other reviewers I purchased 10 receipts to send and none work!! It’s not free so Don’t click!

AWFUL. Just awful!! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Making the receipts aren't that bad, but I can't even share them without having to spend more money. Would be cheaper and easier to do on paper. I want a refund!

Stile my money. I payed for 25 PDFs and it won’t let me send a single one

In app purchases not stated!. Requires in app purchases to email receipts, which I believe would mainly be the purpose of this app, and no where does it state it before purchasing. Also it does not move smoothly through so you can fill out the receipt with ease.

Needs updating. The app works fairly well in terms of providing a decent receipt format, but there are problems with the saving feature. It frequently doesn't remember what I saved, it has deleted files I have previously saved when I log out of the app and it doesn't always keep the field populated when I move to the next field. I would also like an email button next to edit and delete on the File page. Fix these problems and I'll rate it higher. Thanks, Anne

Great APP!. I collect rents on my duplex and use this app for their receipts. It is easy and user friendly!! I highly recommend it!! :-)

Don't waste your money. This app is not worth it.

NOT WORTH IT!. I sent numerous messages because I selected 10 receipts for email and an offer comes up to where you are charged more, but get less! No one responded to my emails!

Worthless. If I could give no stars I would. This app doesn’t work at all, it’s an absolute mess. I would recommend apple taking it down. It also double charged for a function which didn’t work. To be honest none of the functions worked. It wasted my time, and caused a lot of frustration. Highly not recommended.

Rent Receipt. This is not a good program at all. No calendar drop downs, all the data entry points need to have existing descriptors erased before entering your data and the whole thing feels very amateur. Do not waste your money
