Good. Simple

Great app!. This app does everything it promises. Starts easier, builds endurance, talks you through every day. Highly recommended.

Won’t start. The app shows an ad, I can close the ad screen, but then the actual app screen just shows graphic of guy doing a squat. No controls, no menus, nothing.

Motivation. I love this app! Well worth the free download. I felt the burn the next day, but that's because I did the first week in one day. All in all well worth it!

Getting stronger. Good app. Just wish it had higher reps and sets.

Enjoy. I enjoy this app. I love that it gives you a time limit and a rest period after each set. I have already recommended it to family and friends

Great download. I've been at it for a couple weeks and my legs and lower core are feeling great! It doesn't hurt to go up stairs two-at-a-time now!

This app makes squats fun. The squat sections are broken up so you don't over-do it, the voice on the instructions is funny and this app is very helpful. And fun.

Good simple app. I just completed the whole program without extra weights. Definitely an improvement on my legs. I did it straight through, no problem. It is basic, which is all I needed. The workouts are set, so it does not customize if a workout is easy or hard. Going to start over with dumbells.

Dont pair. It Doesn’t recognize the four in one purchase option. And my Apple Watch is always asking me to create a profile when I already have one this app has been around for years With no significant upgrades when you purchase it, it’s very boring.

Good app needs some work. Really good app, needs a bit more explaining in the start for beginners for example I couldn't work out if that number is how many squats I had to do or if I just keep squatting till the time was up ??

Great. Perfect to get in shape

A new start.... I haven't been the type to do squats when I would go to the gym... But with this app it has given me the confidence to work out my squats at home and eventually move to the higher levels such as doing it with weights at the gym. Too restrictive. This app is OK for someone who is a complete couch potato. However, if you are looking to really push yourself with squats by creating your own program, this is not it.
