Not worth it. Unless you are new or just want to write a small amount of code. It is not worth it. You have a set amount line you can right. So good luck without spending cash.

Useless. So useless I have a personal vendetta against this app. I didn't listen to the other reviewers, and you might not listen to this, but don't buy this useless app. Just code on your PC. Get a remote desktop viewer from Splashtop if you really want to code from your iPad.

One run?. You can't even experiment!!

Sorry, but I agree with useless app. I use to program with visual basic on pc when first came out, and can program with using other basics I downloaded on iPad, but can't even get started with this app. You probably need to be a professional vb programmer to get started. I do not recommend.

Great App!. I am writing a compiler that targets many languages and this app is ideal for my purposes. Keep up the good work!

Just alright.. It works. And on the go, it is pretty handy. Just a few suggestions. Put a tab button on the keyboard, or at least somewhere. It would make things so much easier. Also make it so the screen scrolls as you're writing. Code ends up moving to the next line. Other than that it's simple and straight to the point.

Eh. For free, its a nice looking text editor, but you have to pay to do anything else? I’d be willing to try and make one of these myself to run entirely free, this is such a simple app, yet coders would be totally in love with it if it were free. I think the idea is great, but the application (pun) of the idea is laking. There is so much that can be done here, this can really go far, you’ve got a great foundation. Contact me for free ideas? Lol I’d love to help give ideas and new coding if you all wanted it, this is something i would use daily, and if i can help make this better I’d be all for it!

Crap Try Basic!. Total waist of money the only good programming app out there for Basic is an app called "Basic!" Get it👎👎

totally doesn't work. This compiler can't even run a simple line like a=inputbox("a number"), which prompted a screen full of error messages. REFUND!

Just one run?!?!. So, thinking that I would have VB on my phone, I downloading this app. But I then figured out, that I could only launch a program ONCE. How does this make sense? What if you made something which took for forever and did not know you can run a program ONCE. -1000/10

Help?. I bought this and having a small issue. I can't get the keyboard to popup. Is there something I have to include in the code? Please help.

Not even one star.. The developer clearly put no effort into this app. This app is no substitute for Microsoft.

False Hope. If you wish to make programs, now is not the time. The constant purchases needed to compile programs is useless... Don't use this app, as it is just another greedy, heartless app mention only to take your money with in-app purchases.

Not working. It's not working. I wrote a very simple code and did't worked. Also i tried to copy my code and i couldn't..

Worthless. The app only lets your run your code one time without purchases, but even outside of that the app is pretty terrible anyway. Save your time and your money.

Counter intuitive. Code does compile. For some reason the language developer doesn't have the default code run without errors. You have to hit file then choose the hello world application.

Fraud. Incomplete crap.

iPad version. A quick way to learn VB

Worthless. Text editor only. If you want to run anything, you have to pay a fee. Just not worth it.

Very dumb. This is useless. The help is terrible, since it references another compiler (visual studio 2010). I can't figure out how to save the code. And there are very little instruction on how to publish to the public.

Not completely functional. Only the little sample works! This needs an update.

Not ready for prime time. Reference function doesn't work, save and load function doesn't do anything. Maybe the reference function, if it worked, would improve functionality. How about a new release that is useable?

Good. Only one programming tool on Visual Basic on App Store.

MARGINAL. file management is non-existent. documentation is nearly as bad. this is a trivial implementation of the open source mono project.

Not .vb instead C#. The application does not write .vb instead it writes C# and you have to pay to compile the program

Rating don't lie. It's rated low for a reason. I had some hope, wanted it to work.. Would have been nice and convenient, but the ratings don't lie. Too bad this is the only one on the App Store.

Do not bother. App is listed at $1.99, except you cannot use it unless you pay more. What a joke.

Not worth it. I bought it to mess around with. Did 3 or 4 compiles and suddenly I have to pay for more compiles! Forget it!

Where's the visual?. Ok , I can write a bit of code. Where are the objects? Frustrating limit on number of compilations. I should have bought flowers instead!

Not Visual Basic , vB .net. Really quite limited, uses Microsoft’s pages for reference(illegally I assume) not a true free program in any sense except to download. Will be reporting it to MS for copyright infringement.

Only one run!. App only allows ONE single compile/run and then wants payment for more. Useless. Don't call it free when it's not!

Annoying. Not friendly, complicated, not BASIC, not well explained No simple examples and explanations

Worst than expected. Once installed, you'll have to pay to try it. Don't seem to be Visual, nor Basic.
