Hate this app!. I loathe this app! I never review anything. The points don’t do anything. They don’t work for sales items. What are you going to do? Look for normal price? They take off your coupons for anything that is normal price, and then comes the extra charges and that’s where they really stick it to you! Always at least doble or triple anything Points, coupons and cash, that they discounted. You order something you really like for a really great price and then they send an email telling you they refunded your money because they ran out of the item or that certain color or whatever excuse, but you can go ahead and reorder at the regular price because it is no longer on sale! I ordered a pair of socks for a buck. They sent me one sock. Yes fellow customers, one sock! I showed them and yep you guessed it, I can go ahead and reorder at $4.99 and they refunded me my .99. They do this regularly! Always something missing in the order. Always something out of stock. And instead of letting the customer know, LITB decides for the customer that he/she doesn’t want to wait longer for their item or doesn’t want another color. No, LITB refunds the price of the item, which of course you the client bought on sale, and tells you you can reorder. And I am the stupid client that is still ordering at least $100 a week from these people!! Lol gotta fight with someone,right?

SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM APP STORE. This whole company is one very large scam. The only reason I downloaded the app is because on their website, for returns, it tells you to download the app and shows a step by step, which does not match the steps actually needed. They make it impossible to return anything. They lied about their location, not Washington but Hong Kong, they said 4-7 days shipping unless I paid $60 for expedited shipping, I paid $60 for shipping and then my order wasn’t processed until AFTER the delivery date I paid for. They even threw in a business card saying Sorry For Being Late, and not to Use the Apple App or Website, they said to order with WhatsApp so they don’t have to pay fees to anybody -“makes it cheaper”, then the material description DOES NOT MATCH what they send, they sent plastic bags with zippers instead of what I ordered, polyester vests ( I know the difference because plastic/acrylic melts with a heat press) also I ordered sizes Large-3XL, they sent me the exact same sizes with different tags, when I requested a refund they made it seem like it’s my fault I’m American and Americans are fat? This is a company mind you-I just wanted a refund they promised- they said no and offered 30% of a $417, then sent me $100 which is not 30% of $417, this company is garbage and is doing illicit practices and should be removed from the App Store they are trying to sell garbage while ripping off Apple and American Clients at the same time. Trash trash trash.

Still waiting…... As of right now, I would give a low rating. It takes forever to get the products processing and passed through QC (I guess that is what it is). I am hopeful though that the actual products exceed my expectations and I can change this review. I would say that if you find something that you really like and need it any time in the next few months, order elsewhere. However, I actually just remembered I did order from them maybe 8 plus years ago, I ordered outdoor lighting for my wedding and flowers. I can’t believe I forgot that. I must have ordered way in advance because I don’t remember being stressed out about delivery. The lighting was perfect. Everything I ordered was there and as shown. So, I don’t want to downgrade them, but the shipping this time is taking forever. Now remembering my last order, I anticipate the items to be acceptable because last time they were. I am giving three stars and once items are received, I will make sure to do a proper eating on products. Just don’t order anything here in a hurry. Patience is a virtue when it comes to this!

Worst Site I’ve Ever Ordered From. I ordered from a Flash Sale and in my cart it did not show the Flash Sale amount. I down loaded the app and did everything I was suppose to do, and I still was not getting the Flash Sale price. 43 minutes later I finally got the correct price in my cart. I really don’t know what I did to finally get the correct amount. I did a lot of unnecessary “back & forthness” and was unable to contact customer service for help. Also, as a New Customer, I got to choose coupons. So, I put in a separate order for another item I liked because you can’t use coupons forFlash Sale items. When I was checking out, I tapped on the area to add my coupon. It said that the coupon I entered was for New Customers Only. Again, it took me several minutes to get to my account to find my coupon. It showed my coupon was available and ready to use. I never figured out how to get that coupon to work when I was checking out. I kept getting a message telling me that I had no coupons available. And again, I was unable to contact customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered when ordering online. They have some really cool merchandise, but it’s not cool enough for me to go through that again.

****READ BEFORE YOU BUY****. I spent over $100 on 6 pairs of shorts, which all didn’t fit of course. I reached out to the LightInTheBox customer service to return these shorts and to get replacements that would fit. The customer service rep kindly blamed me for choosing the wrong sizes, and told me that I had two options. Option a) keep the shorts and receive a 40% refund, to which I had to buy another item from their company. Option b) keep the shorts and receive a 30% refund. They said I could ship the shorts back to them, but I’d have to pay to ship them back. But they highlight that the shipping may cost more than the actual cost of the product because you have to ship it to Hong Kong. So, I’d double what I paid to get the correct sizes (hopefully). Ridiculous right? What kind of company requires YOU the consumer to fix an issue (and pay more) to get what you actually wanted? My recommendation, don’t waste your money on this app because if there’s slightly any issues with what you buy, you will lose your money. I have pictures of my whole conversation with their customer service rep to show exactly what I had to deal with, and now I’ll get a fraction of the money I spent on their product. I will not buy from this company ever again.

Beautiful Different Clothes. I love a lot of you clothes but you always need to put the waist and especially hips. I am really short so I really need the hip measurement so both places will fit. If your top is 2 sizes smaller than your bottom. You need those hip sizes. PLEASE!!! A little more specifics on the materials used. Not just micro…….elastic & polyester. If a dress has NO stretch or give please say that. We can’t send the clothes back it’s just too expensive! I know you want us all to be pleased with what we purchase so when you get the cutest dress and there is No give at all and you love the dress it makes you really unhappy when you know you will never be able to wear it. Please put both waist & especially hips so we can all be happy a wear EVERYTHING we purchase. Thank you. Your colors and designs are fantastic.

Postage Scam. Seller charges shipping and post office has you pay for shipping when your package arrives there. This scam is occurring more and more often. The post office leaves you a notice to pick up your package there. The reason will say “counterfeit postage” and you will have to pay them to receive your items. I took a trip to the P.O. and while I was inquiring about the notice there was another package with the same counterfeit postage issue. So far there isn’t a way to catch these scams and sometimes may still get delivered without a notice. I hope that this review is read by “Light In The Box” and with hopes that they can somehow rectify the situation. The more times customers get scammed, the more customers will turn away. I have ordered from L.I.T.B. several times and I really love everything I have ordered but I refuse to use a site that will scam customers. Thank you for reading this and I hope it never happens to anyone else.

I’m Pleased.. I found this company just searching the web, was looking for a different place to shop and didn’t want to feel like I’ve shopped here before but from somewhere else if that makes sense, I am very pleased with the service, also the quality of the clothes and hair I’ve gotten thus far really makes you feel like you’ve spent a lot money, Just saying since everything nowadays is about having a social image this company really helps you achieve that at a reasonable price. I know sometimes we get a bit uneasy when it comes to shipping and how long it takes to get things nowadays and I won’t fool myself and into thinking things will arrive always in a speedy fashion but I would say the things I’ve ordered to me seemed to come at a normal pace all and all I really like this company and there’s also coupons and points you can get just for coming around I guess window shopping is a good name for it, I would totally recommend this company to people. Thanks a lot I really enjoy your company…

Unique Styles with affordable prices. Although I liked so many items and clothes I only ordered two dresses cuz I wanted to receive those two dresses and see how long it took to receive and check the quality of the dresses cuz the price was so affordable. I received the order earlier than I expected. The customer service was excellent cuz they sent emails for me every step of the process and I was able to track my order. The two dresses I ordered are beautiful just as the photo and the material is quality. I wore on of the dresses for Easter Sunday and I felt wonderful and my husband loved the style of the dress. Since receiving that order my husband has allowed me a shopping spree on this site and I’ve already made another order with much more items. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

SCAM APP DO NOT USE!!!. I think this app is a scam from China clearly they MISLEAD you into believing you’d get your order (in 4-7 business days paying extra shipping) and that they give refunds this is NOT TRUE! Processing days take another 10 days on top of shipping days! 👎🏽 The reviews are lies and real intentions are to scam you out of your money. I think that these tracking numbers and the DHL app is fake and a data mining scam also used in their website review to link to your Facebook accounts so they send you more scam sites. I was mislead about free returns which they only give only 24 hours from when you hit submit. There is NO WAY TO CANCEL THE ORDER so you’ll have to dispute it with your bank. I couldn’t even delete my card info or account. NEVER USE SITES from foreign countries even some US ones are fakes. Read the contact us details make sure business is real, has an actual address, email & phone number and valid business license number before buying anything online! A fake customer service automated email responds and asks for a bogus order number. Still have not received a real tracking number that corresponds to my package. Some scammers send real tracking numbers but they do not relate to your actual order. We will see how ling it take for me to receive anything… I ordered Oct 2nd expected it before the 10th. They told me it won’t be here til Oct 18th…

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered three articles of clothes for a dear friends birthday. I entered my delivery address correctly however Light in the Box worded it a bit differently on the label when they shipped. Unfortunately USPS sent it back to the sender due to the address being incorrect on the label. I contacted USPS as well as Light in the Box and confirmed the correct address information again and stressed that this was a birthday gift and needed it to ship back out asap. I contacted Light in the Box near 10 times over a week asking for help with getting my items delivered with the correct information on the label and Britney only reply to me twice, first time supplying me with my address indicated incorrectly on the label and said that I entered it incorrectly, and second to say that they will not redeliver without me repaying shipping costs and 50% of the purchase price. This is unacceptable and not how customers should be treated. I did not supply the incorrect address information, they created the label incorrectly, and I attempted near 10 times to contact Britney to rectify the situation so I could hopefully still receive my items in time for my friends birthday yet was only contacted by Britney twice with useless information. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest you do not either. Says a lot about a company when they won't rectify an issues as easy as an address update so customers can receive their items they purchased.

Haven’t received my order yet **scam alert. I don’t like rating a company until I receive the merc. Then it’s too late so I’ll put a one star until I see the items I overpaid shipping for..this was applied at the day of payment for murchandise I have not received lo these several weeks now. A 10% credit was sent to my payor without explanation today, I have no delusions that this company is a scam! Update. Over a month later. Allegedly my order less one “refunded” item shipped a week ago from a facility less than an hour from my home. ( are they walking it by handicapped elves?) Still no items received… maybe I’ll get that coat in June, just in time for heat wave. Can I lower my one star? They already asked me to increase it. Before anything was shipped, nearly a month after my order. Perhaps this is a scam! They told me my order was being shipped on the 16th, then they said it was shipped on th 14th, today, 12/19, it was taken by USPS, the warehouse is less than an hour from my home. Their shipping site said it was ready to go on 12/12. Yet 6 days later it’s sitting there. I hope I don’t get Barbie clothes. With this service I don’t know what to expect. They already took one item off… sence winter is almost over now, I guess that’s a non issue.

never again. i wish i’d read all the app store reviews first rather than the reviews on the actual app. what it fails to mention on the app(until after you make your purchase) is that the actual time it takes to get to you is divided into a shipping estimated time and a delivery estimated time. so when it says 4-7 business days that doesn’t include the “processing time” which could also be up to 10 business days. i paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping just for it to still not be shipped yet. even after i ordered it said that the estimated shipping date would be the 13th (two business days after i ordered) yet it still has yet to be shipped. even on the app all the reviewers give the items 5 star reviews and they conveniently all have pictures (i noticed another review on the app store saying that there were no pictures with the reviews, but now there are) but even when the picture clearly doesn’t even match the photo they’re still giving 5 stars and even if it has a 3 or 4 stars it still is like “great, love it” there’s never anything lower than a 3 which is pretty suspicious. honestly i wouldn’t even be this mad if it had told me in the first place there was two different estimated times for it to get here (probably because i just wouldn’t have ordered because i’m on a time crunch) but the fact that that part was conveniently just not visible until AFTER i made the order 😒

Michael. This is the very first time I use this app to find my cycling stuff. They give me the 30% discount for all the items I pick by using the app to purchase. Lots of items to choose from and price is fair. When I was so excited to checkout, I found out they charged me the shipping fee a quite big number, but I still placed the order because the 30% discount is worthy to purchase those items I wanted. Next day I go back the site looking for customer service to question the shipping fee. The Live Chat is coming to help. I leave my argument about the shipping fee too costly and it was very quite response from the agent Oneal. Oneal was patient with my question and checked the background of this purchase. Oneal tried very hard to offer me couple options resolving my issue. I picked one option to offset the shipping cost and he sent me a ticket which I can follow up the refund and a reward for future purchase. I am a pleased customer.

This is legit! Feb review-. K I hate ordering from these “ over seas” companies! ( I stand corrected*****. In visiting Mexico I was amazed at how China is buying up around Mexico City and replacing Made in Mexico with Made in China via Mexico and using cheap products & misrepresenting Hecho en Mexico quality) very sad take notice! But wait this one I took a chance and am 50/50 pleased! Clothes runs small so review the sizing chart And read reviews they helped ….The womens tanks just some fabric is like a pillow case (ugly) some ate vibrant and wickinh…sizing-I ordered 5xl BUT I normally wear a Xl so order larger . Materials are hit or miss on quality! For shipping if you plan to purchase even twice the $4.99 forever deal is worth it because you pay the up front fee anyway each delivery. Read each and every sizing in inches soo you’re aware of the actual size and read the reviews some seem legit.. January 2023- clothes seem to be sewn great and sizing is now in inches make sure you look at it!, Also strangely now Im receiving disgusting rude emails which have the sender's IP linked to this website. So they have shady people wkg here. Probably came down with the “balloon “ - also careful because they sell customers information.

Be careful ordering here. I ordered two dresses from this place. What I have discovered is that you better read ALL the fine print because they are misleading you by only telling the part you want to hear on the website. It says your purchase will be shipped in less than a week and this is not true at all. Took over two weeks. And be sure and read the return policy. Most Items are unreturnable. No reason is acceptable I bought two dress the exact same size. One fit well, looked great on. The other one was the same measurements but didn’t fit well at all. Did not look good on at all. I wanted to return this one because even though it’s the same size it looked terrible on me and just didn’t fit right. But they will not let you return it. They want you to measure it to say it’s the size I ordered. And send pictures and jump through all these hoops. And then still say it’s unreturnable. It didn’t look right on me and I wanted to return it and get another dress. But now I’m stuck with an ill fitting dress that I will have to pay more money to have altered if I ever want to wear it. Love my other dress but I got lucky there. I could have two Unreturnable dresses in my closet. I’ve learned a lesson. Read all the fine print before ordering and dont order from this company. They got two stars only because I did like one of the dresses and it actually fit.

Great values but occasionally challenging. I had issues with my most recent shipment that were NOT the fault of LightInTheBox. It was a long process requiring many back and forth conversations. Despite some delays and frustration ( occasionally because of language barriers ?) the customer service was true to their word. My merchandise has arrived with the exception of 1 item. I am very happy with my purchases and mourn the one piece that was restocked and is no longer available. I was immediately informed when the item could not be fulfilled. I was given options for similar items but declined. I was promptly refunded for the item and was also sent a complimentary coupon. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR WORKING THROUGH THIS WHOLE MESS AFTER THE US POST OFFICE MISTAKENLY RETURNED MY PACKAGE. I am immediately placing a second order to show my appreciation!

This is the first time I ordered from this site and I didn't expect that I will suffer a lot 😞 when I was buying, they put that I can pay when I received the order and at the end of the purchase, they asked me to pay online and I paid because they placed within the date of 30, my order will arrive. If I want it as soon as possible, it If you are thinking about buying something urgent, I advise you not to be fooled like me and I wanted to get a refund. They refused, knowing that because of your negligence and delay, you should return the amount to me and please contact me. If I do not see any interest, I will submit my complaint to the canon

John Neugebauer. Wide variety of choices and full description of merchandise. I’m making this purchase as gifts for my family while on vacation. I could have purchased more but thought I’d wait and see if I’m happy with the quality. I’m always finding something intriguing and useful. Kudos to your web designers! I just ordered a few more things. It’s weird how things I’ve thought about buying and chose not to because it wasn’t quite right or the price was prohibitive just seem to pop up. Your marketing checks all the boxes! Now it’s just a matter of seeing if the quality of my purchases stand up to what I’ve been led to expect. Up to this point my experience has been a positive one - but as the saying goes: “The proof is in the pudding.”

Love everything ordered & flash sales. I’ve ordered a lot of things from Light in the Box and everything has been great. I’ve had to shorten a couple of tops and a skirt, but at these prices it’s well worth it. The size charts are accurate though. The quality is very good - better than you’d expect for the prices. I only received one wrong order - it was a set of rings and the package was labeled wrong, so the wrong set was sent. I was given the choice of returning for a full refund or keeping them and getting a 70% credit on my account. Since I knew I would be ordering more I took the 70%. Customer service was very quick. I also got a year membership so that shipping is always $4.99. Wait for a membership deal and it’s worth it.

Hit or Miss. With all the clothing coming from China I was expecting, a bit of variation in quality and sizing. But this is all over the board! Some smalls were WAY too big, some were much too small. Some material was super soft and comfy, others felt like burlap. Colors are often off. Takes a long time for shipping but with prices that low it's to be expected. Only real bummer is the return policy - you have to jump through 100 hoops even to start a return (give detailed reasons, submit photos) then you have to pay shipping to return the item BACK TO CHINA so it's definitely not worth it as you only get a portion of your money back and it takes WEEKS. They offer other options like future discount codes or keeping the item for a reduced credit, but again I'm hesitant to order more since I never know what I'm going to receive. The things I did like were fantastic, but it was literally three out of 18 items.

Horrible experience too, I’ll rate a negative star. I regret that I didn’t read the review before I ordered from this company, I first placed an order in January 2020 from this company and have them deliver to a Hong Hong address as I was in Hong Kong in January, they offered expedite shipping made me believe that I can bring back to US, but the order has no delivery information after a week, I requested them to change my delivery address to my US address, they said they cannot do it, I have to reorder it and they can only issue store credit, so I reorder it in early February, I’ve been checking my order and message the customer back and forth, they finally shipped out 1 of the 2 items on March 4, the second item was prepared to ship on Mar 27, the customer service told me that my order was sent by the most economical delivery, it may take a while. I think I am patience enough to wait for a order which took 2 months already. Today, I tried to track my order again, but I am unable to sign in to my account, the app said my email address has never registered with their company, I was shocked, is this a fake company?

Be cautious, buy at your own risk!. I bought some 2 grey chair covers that hadn’t showed up. After checking tracking number with the USPS I found a statement from USPS stating the package I had coming apparently had a counterfeit shipping label and was seized and I wouldn’t be receiving it! Tried to contact Light in the box to see what they wanted to do to resolve this issue? But there’s no way to contact them. It says contact us! But after clicking the contact us, you get a pop up stating your order has to be received before you can contact them. So exactly how do you contact them when you’re order been seized by the USPS? I’ve tried different ways to contact them and all been just a run around! Personally when I can’t contact a business, especially when there’s a problem! I don’t trust that business, nor will I do business with them after I find out they make it impossible to contact them!

Lots of good deals. I have been addicted to this app for several weeks, and I’m not sure there’s anything else I can buy… Other than the obscene T-shirts. I know, there’s some thing for everyone. I, like most of the things I’ve received, although their shipping time is extremely long. their system is very confusing because I’m missing items and they don’t acknowledge it. When I tell them, there are hideous items added to my orders that they also ignore when I tell them about it. If you have the patience to deal with all of the poor translations and lack of communication, you can get some good. However, many times I’ve been told that guy have credits for money off on my order, but when I order, there is no credit and no way to contact them. I still absolutely love some of the clothes I’ve received, even though they make them look like they are glittery, and in fact, they are not at all… It’s just the photo editing. Be very careful to compare your size to that of the country in which they are made, because it’s much different.

Company Review. This dress is perfect. It looks exactly how it looks on the model in the picture. My camera quality isn’t that good but the gold is very rich. It’s a true yellow gold. My measurements are a 39.5 -bust, 41 waist, and 51 hips. I ordered a size US - 22W. I did this to allow the dress to fit my hips. I will have the rest altered the closer I get to my friend’s wedding day. You can choose to give exact measurements however there are no refunds if you need to return it for any reason. This is why I just choose my hip size and it is perfect. If this allows, I will post another picture when I wear the dress! I will also add slight additions to the dress as well. The quality of this dress is amazing! It’s hard to find vendors whose advertisement matches the merchandise! This is my fifth time ordering a dress and finally I have one that looks exactly like what’s pictured! It has been a long journey and happy is an understatement! Ohhh, it only took 8 days to get to me from the time I ordered. That is MAJOR! Thank you LightInTheBox! I will definitely be ordering again, and have already recommended this company to people!

First time shopper. I love the women’s fleece hoodies with the little comments on the front they look super cozy and they’re funny I’m hoping they’ll be good quality as they’re Christmas gifts I’ve never ordered from this company before don’t know how legitimate they are hopefully be good quality. Last time I ordered from an overseas company it looked really nice on the computer screen when I got the clothes they were so poorly made they would’ve fallen apart wash machine fingers crossed this is not the case and I’ll be able to give you a five star rating once I receive the product The last company I ordered from had a return address that was close to my home when I went to try to return the order they wanted me to return it to China and the shipping would cost more than the products I received so long story short never ordered from that company again…. Super hopeful this is a good company good quality legitimate honest to restore my faith in humanity again especially during the holiday season

Smart watch. I was so happy with my smart watch I am buying another one in a different color. It was so inexpensive but not at all cheap in looks or function it was worth buying another one instead of another band. It does absolutely everything a smart watch can do or even a $600 apple. Service was good & I can’t rave about this enough. It is also waterproof…. I wear it in the pool all the time. Carolyn My only problem is that I only lasts for about 4 or 5 mos before it dies. I’ve just ordered my 3rd one and this will have to be my last. I’m going to start looking for a permanent replacement. I still love the look and the features and again it seems to still be worth it to me but 3 strikes your out so this is my last purchase.

Scam or No Scam??? I Am Truly CONFUSED🧐🤔. I previously ordered three sets of headphones from the site which I have not received yet, I ordered on July 4 and when ordering on the website they say (4-7 business days) so as of now I’m not completely worried. But continuing with downloading the app, throughout the app and reading other people’s posts and reviews, I’ve noticed tons of angry and disappointed customers which concerns me of the recent order I’ve just made... tons of people saying they’ve ordered from the app two maybe even three months ago and never have received what they’ve ordered one lady claimed she waited on a package she ordered from 2018 and just now received the package she ordered and the dress looked like nothing on the app, color was wrong and the size was way too big it even ripped when she put it on.... and to raise even more concern most of the users on the sight that claim that they have received their packages don’t show video or picture evidence of anything that they “ordered” though they make sure to give a five star review giving an entire paragraph on how nice the package came without any evidence.... but what I’ve learned is people say to order from the ACTUAL WEBSITE NOT THE APP...

Sent To the Wrong Address. I didn’t want to download this App to write a complaint but to receive professional help on either getting my refund or getting back my expensive package of over 6 clothing items. I called USPS the only thing they can do for me is write a complaint to make sure no other customers goes through this inconvenience and suspicious company. This is bad business when you usually order online and you know what address you put just for someone to possibly sending somewhere and no one wants to take that responsibility. Trying to get ahold of customers is a headache if something does go wrong. If it wasn’t for someone going through the same thing I did on the is review I would have the developers contact for their response by email. So when I did he email this developer so far it’s been one day and counting smh…I feel scams because the USPS said a lot of this suspicion activity does go with certain companies…Bad experience don’t buy if they start redirecting your address and it’s hard to get to anyone for help.

Fraudulent advertising. I was patient enough to wait for my order for a month. Then to open just one of the seven items I received to see that it was nothing like the picture that was shown. The pictures are stolen from other companies that actually make the items and sell them. I wonder if these other companies know that a company from China is making knock off clothing trying to match their‘s and use their pictures or I should say the developer or makers pictures to sell their fake items. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and to my financial institution and advisor for fraudulent activity. This is not what this world needs right now we need to be honest and this is far from honest. Do not order from this company unless you want cheap and something completely different than what you thought you ordered. And then try to work with them to do a return is even worse. They look for every reason for you not to return the item not to mention they don’t handle it professionally they keep putting you off to the next person to the next person to the next person absolutely disgusting and fraudulent activity for sure.

Returns. It’s a fun, nice enough product even though it doesn’t wick well. My problem it is that it is impossible to navigate how to return a product. I ordered three shirts and received aixshirts in three different shippings. Before I found the fine print, I shipped back two. The I was able to find I need to provide shipping costs. Fine, but nowhere does it say how to arrange this. Two of the arrivals were in a color I never would have chosen. If I don’t get satisfaction from a real person, I shall have to go through my credit card company and reverse charges. NOT a good way to do business on otherwise fun products😡 Going on the App and typing Returns or Customer Service merely elicits a continuous red circle and it never opens. This whole company is a scam. Why can’t I get a chat with a customer service person? Any reputable company does not send seven shirts when only three were ordered (and will probably bill me for all—but I’ll have my credit company disallow payment) and make it impossible to return products 🤬

Light in the Box: wide leg front pleat linen pants. These are EXACTLY as pictured! True 100% light weight linen. The Beige color is beautiful. The tailoring is on point. I’m tall: 5’ 11” and 170lbs with a longer torso & 30” inseam - size large fits me perfectly. The pant legs drape and fall beautifully with the cuffs hitting the top of my feet - perfect for a wide leg look. The waist sits high at my natural waist - which is what I was hoping for as that level coverage is more comfortable for me. The fit is flattering. These are very well made pants at a very affordable price. They are unlined, but for a summer-weight linen, that is what I was expecting. I haven’t been nearly as happy with 3 of my other clothing purchases from this site. However, THIS purchase is a home run! These pants will become a spring & summer dressy-casual staple in my wardrobe, hopefully for many years. I have not laundered them yet and only time will tell if they will become a quality longterm closet staple, but I remain hopeful. I may choose to solely dry clean these pants in order to ensure longevity.

Love the clothes from LightInTheBox!. I’m always skeptical when I buy clothes online from a store I’ve never seen before. I purchased 4 clothing items and had no idea what I was going to get. I was pleasantly surprised that it came in a day before the date range of when they predicted it would arrive. I loved all 4 pieces and definitely recommend this site and will be buying from them again! The prices are so reasonable and that’s why I was afraid it was too good to be true. I did my research and found most reviews were excellent. I’m glad I took a chance and purchased these items because they all just like the pictures! Plus, I used PayPal to purchase them, and I knew that they always stand behind their clients and will get your money back if it’s not a legit company. All in all, a great experience and a site I recommend!

Horror Story!!!!. This store actually promoted an item to me I was really interested in at a time I had an important event to attend. After I purchased the item and paid for the 2 to 4 day expedition they gave me a excuse that they could not expedite my package for the time that I paid for! They actually tried to make me wait for two weeks. This may be very hard to believe but these people actually gave me a formal excuse that they could not sit in the item on time! I responded with refund me the money I pay for it to be sent to me in 2 to 4 business days and they refused to give me the money back! Then IHad gotten frustrated and decided to cancel the whole order and they told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days and also more days that they could not calculate for the refund! I am so hurts for this horrible experience not only didI have to re-order from another site but I have two also use funds that were supposed to be used because I had already purchased from the sithe! I do not recommend you using this site and quite frankly I am no longer trust worthy of every app on this Apple store anymore!

Lukewarm Love From Me. Let me start with the good points: The app is super easy to use, there's a gazillion unique items to choose from, the prices are reasonable and the Customer Service folks are responsive. Now, the other points: Unless you select smaller clothing sizes, the "processing time" takes DAYS and on top of that, the items are shipped from China which adds days as well (maybe I've become spoiled by Amazon's 2-day).. and they have this feature whereby you can earn points and use them for discount coupons which sounds GREAT until you realize the coupons are useless unless you're spending a lot of money {example, $3 discount on $30+ .. free shipping on $100+} ..the shipping one made me mad bcuz in the process of getting that coupon, it didn't specify the dollar amount it was for; I didn't know until I tried to use it on my latest purchase and THEN was told the order had to be $100+ .. I will add that a jacket I bought went on a Flash sale while I was waiting for days for the order to be "processed" and I complained about it to them.. a CS responded quickly and although they didn't match the Flash price, they did give me a partial refund. So there's that.. Bottom line: if you're not impatient to get your items and if you're indifferent about coupons then you will probably have a better shopping experience than me. They DO have some unique must-have items!

Great products and affordable prices!. This organization offers some very good products, many choices and variety for all. I have issues with the added insurance (which is automatically charged) and taxes. The colors represented on models is 95% NOT WHAT YOUR ITEMS WILL LOOK LIKE UPON ARRIVAL! Delivery is usually 1-2 if not 3 weeks out. I personally was very disappointed when they automatically cancelled all my cold weather coats and lounging pajamas for the winter. I have RA, and cold weather causes more pain. No explanation, as to why—-“ JUST NOT AVAILABLE “. It is NOT WORTH trying to make return for your items ordered regardless of the price, and know that the sizes ARE WAY OFF THE CHART IN COMPARISON TO US SIZES! Regardless of what their sizes say, it’s usually not consistent with the AVERAGE US size charts. OTW, I still recommend the organization for items that are advertised.

Horrible customer service. I am 6’ 3” and 230 lbs and wear size XXL in shirts, sweaters and sweatshirts. I ordered 3 sweaters in size XXL. After waiting for over 2 weeks for a notice if they had shipped yet and not receiving one I checked on status of order. Was informed that some of the items were not in stock and order would not ship until all items were in stock which could be a few weeks. I chose the option to cancel all items not in stock and ship the item (s) that was in stock. Two weeks later I finally did receive the 1 sweater that was in stock. However, even though the plastic bag in came in was marked XXL the sweater was no larger than a M and NO WHERE CLOSE to being a XXL. Since then I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to generate a return and credit ticket for the return of the sweater. IMPOSSIBLE TO DO! I have tried to follow the steps they say to make but an unable to get the procedure to generate the forms needed. I guess I’m going to have to keep the cheaply made sweater and find some child in the family that can wear it. I WILL DELETE THE LIGHTINTHEBOX APP FROM MY PHONE AND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! I would seriously suggest anyone else to consider buying from some other source.

Beautiful Wedding Rehearsal dress!. Man, I loved this dress! I had been planning on wearing this dress for my rehearsal for a year. I was losing weight and wanted to wait until I knew what size I needed. The problem is, I thought I may have over shot it. I did not think I had enough time to get the dress being as Christmas was coming up, I got married on December 30, and I only had two weeks. I messaged customer service. They made sure to rush it and I did not have to ask them. I received this dress and, as a dress fanatic, it did not disappoint. I did wear a white shirt underneath because the neckline was very similar to my bridal gown and I did not want to ruin the surprise for my husband. I love this dress! It was higher quality than I imagined and well worth the price!

Scam!!!. I am wondering where rating 4.5 came from, they missed shipment schedule even i paid extra for ship within4-7days, i ordered dress and shoes for my wedding in advance on 14 December 2021, paid extra for schedule ship and deliver before Christmas 27th Dec, as mentioned in application when order, in reality they shipped out on 22nd from somewhere and Dispatched to Royal mail on 28th Dec, i opened ticket on 3rd Jan 2022, agent responded that delay came from many orders due to shopping season, this is not mentioned when i ordered!!!! And agent asked me to check with Royal mail myself the status which i did and asked me to wait for another 3-10days!!! How about my wedding ceremony!!! How about i paid extra for early ship and delivery!!! I gave them until end of 5th Jan, Royal mail status is same, item is on it’s way to RDC, so i asked them to refund, they replied early today to return when i get the package (if i ever get any) but they are not mention about any refund at all, no any responsible to customer at all, this app is just rip you off and prop not do anything they mentioned in their app at all…

Ree Ree. I am completely devastated after spending so much money with this company! I became a Gold member almost immediately!! After placing many orders and spending several hundred dollars, I JUST RECEIVED my first order and was totally shocked at the quality of their merchandise!! It is DEFINITELY NOT the same as shown in the photos that they use for customers to look at!! I have since asked the company to remove me as a customer and stop my subscription. I have cancelled all orders being processed and asked for full refunds NOT COMPANY CREDIT!! I cannot use their merchandise and will give what I received today away to charity!! Cannot even imagine getting a refund with this company and trying to return merchandise to China!! Learned my lesson the hard way!! I had rather spend more money and get quality merchandise than thinking I’m getting a deal and receive pure junk!! Do not purchase from this site!. Beware: this is a mainland China, Chinese company that does not reflect common western policies, practices or procedures. I was very happy to see so many cute items that were advertised on this app. I thought I’d be shopping from here from now on! Unfortunately, what you see is not what you get. The products I received in hand did not really resemble the photos. The descriptions may be technically accurate but inadequately explains what you will receive. I was disappointed with all 5 pieces I purchased. Example: I saw a cute jacket, in the photo it appears to be a cozy textured fleece like material with what looked like an embroidered floral motif…. What I got was a flat, stiff felted type fabric with no flowing drape and a paint stamped floral pattern. This company makes returns for a refund impossible, literally…once you receive your package, if you open the plastic bag that contains your item, whether to look at unfolded item, touch the fabric or try on to see if it fits…you now have an unreturnable item. This is not how westerners are used to doing business. One experience is all I need to see this not where I want to shop, I feel like I got a bait & switch with the items I purchased and I have no desire to try this company again. No, I do not recommend!

Bike jerseys and shorts from Light in the box Sports Channel. I had ordered a couple jerseys through another sister company of Light in the box and received one of the right size and one of the incorrect size. A Customer service person named Ana at Light in the box sports channel helped me work with their sister company to get a refund on the jersey that was too small and I decided to order several more jerseys but through Light in the box sports channel instead. The jerseys that I purchased are great and for the price fantastic. I ordered three from light in the box sports channel and are very satisfied with the company overall especially their customer service people. I wore one today riding which included the shorts I purchased to match the jersey and the fit was great. It was way comfortable and the price was amazing! I am very satisfied with my purchases!

Not Worth the Wait. I ordered a tattoo machine on the 23rd of March, which the site said it would arrive in 4-7 business days I figured it’d come in the time frame because any other site I’ve ordered from would arrive quickly, before or on the exact date. It’s been two weeks exactly, and it’s not at all what I thought it was going to be. On one of the cartridge packs it says to read the manual for installment, there’s no instructions!!! (not that I need them) BUT THE PLUG IN CORD CANT BE USED IN THE OUTLETS HERE. They’re like weird round plugs. I can buy an adapter, but that’s more money out of my pocket when they could’ve just sent it in the first place. And on top of that I only have two liner needles, I’ve waited on this dumb machine for two weeks expecting a better supply of liner needles. I ordered tattoo ink two days AFTER I ordered off of this site and it came in quicker than the actual machine. The machine itself is the size of a king size sharpie pen, that’s about the only convenient thing about the entire package. No instructions, no plug-in, two liners, it’s really honestly the worst place I’ve ordered from. I was really excited to have received this package only to be extremely disappointed. Never again, not worth the wait, and definitely not worth the price.

App Needs Some Tweaks. This app offers just about anything you can think of, and at very good prices. I ordered several things as a result. There were two things about the App that I found extremely frustrating: 1. More often than not, there was limited information available (from sellers) related size/figment of clothing. Additionally, you can’t go by the size you select. For example, a listing had size 32, 34, 36 and 38. However, if you go in to the fit guide, a 32 is really a 34, a 34 a 36, etc. I hate to admit it but I have no idea what size I’m going to receive for a couple of items (I took the chance because the price was so cheap!). I realize this is more about the sellers but there are things the App developers can do to ensure the sellers provide accurate and consistent information when they post a new item. 2. Navigation and searching within the app is horrific. Several times I searched for terms that were in the text from the headers of existing listings and it returned no results. Also, the Categorization of items could use some improvement (e.g., items are scattered across different categories, but none of them are the one you would expect it to be in). If they could make some improvements to the app in terms of quality and consistency of listings, that would be a huge improvement.

Overall Purchases. I never ever take the time to write a review. This is different. Everything I have purchased has been perfect. People constantly ask me where I shop. I know you will not believe this. I have purchased maybe 50 items. I have not had to return one item. One thing that surprised me is that some pieces appear to be bejeweled but they are not. The designs are printed fabric. They are well done. However, I feel this should be pointed out in the description. There is one dress that I love with this print technique. When I receive it, I plan on adding my own embellishments, I am a cancer patient. There are days when I can’t get out of bed. The purchases I have made are so pretty and comfortable I forget about my situation and find myself once again.

Can’t Update My Email. Hi I just deleted an email account that my subscription at this place is on because there was a lot of spam call and, no, it didn’t come from this place! But when I went over to light in the box and trying to find over how I could change my email address to the one that I want to put on here for my subscription, despite going overhead to help and following the instructions, uphill point where I could, that is, I discovered, I can’t go anywhere on changing that email address past, my orders! I’m supposed to be able to go to account settings from there, but I couldn’t get there so I could then change my email address and then resend an email so I can verify it! Other than this problem, later, the box has really nice equipment and high-quality, but I find their shirts are small for United States sizes as a short sleeve or too skinny at the waist, especially in front, needs to be made a bit longer! I hope I can get my email address, changed over to my new user name, name! I will come back and see if my concern has been answered, so I can update my email address!

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I wish I could give zero stars in all honesty. I had ordered a jumpsuit (size extra large) for my mother and ended up paying $40+ in total. It arrived and you would think I had ordered a small. It was ridiculous and I was disappointed so I submitted a ticket for a refund and I'd return my order. I was answered that I would have to pay for the shipping myself and that it would cost me either half or equal to what I payed for the outfit itself. I was bewildered and then they said that they offered me two choices. A. Keep the product and get a 30% rewards ($10-$11 on my account to LightInTheBox) or option B. Keep the product and ONLY get refund 15% ($5.40) of my original price. Are you kidding? I'd rather keep the outfit and sell it to a family member or friend and I'd get my full money back that way. I'm astonished that this is how they work. Never again. Don’t bother unless you truly believe you won’t need to return whatever you ordered. Not to mention it took awhile to arrive. 13 days in total and I’ve seen other reviews from people that it took more days to arrive or they just never got their package. I had hope for this site and now I’m just infuriated. Horrible experience overall

please read before purchase. I truly do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to wait a century to get your order or if you want your information to get out and have to deal with people using your card and spending your money. I had ordered two items 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. I am very disappointed that it told me it would be 4-7 business days but not have the time to tell me about the processing time it would take. I just wish I had looked at the reviews before I made the purchase then I would haven’t if bought the items. I spent over 40$ and would either like a refund or the items I have bought. Also, I tried tracking the number for the items but it said that they “could not find the number I was looking for” so I tried contacting the company I bought the items from but that don’t provide a phone number for me! What kind of company doesn’t have a phone number?! But they did have an email but I didn’t feel comfortable contacting them that way so I decided to wait a little longer for my package to arrive. Still waiting. I ordered 4 articles of clothing ( two long sleeves and two workout pants) my estimated arrival date should have put me at Monday of next week. But free four days they still haven’t shipped anything, I became worried that I wouldn’t get the things I ordered in time to make my costume, so I emailed the company through their app, they said they would get back to me in 24 hours but haven’t heard anything. I recently sent them another email as well and will wait to see if I get a response before canceling my order. I do wish I would have read the reviews about this app before placing my order, seems like I’m not the only person having trouble. It’s disappointing to find really nice things you want and have some of the worse service, especially when all you have to do if fill the box with the order the customer made and ship it. This is my first time ordering from this app and mostly the only time. I would highly suggest either taking into consideration how long you things might get to you or finding a more reliable site to order from

Incorrect size on first order. I purchased 2 dresses in medium but they are too small. I wear size 14 so have ordered XL this time. Search function useless. The app is great in syncing between website browser and app cart. I also like the feature to move items to favourites to save for later. But the search function is a disaster. SO frustrating, hours of scrolling to find what I wanted. Also no colour or brand filtering options. Some items not enough info, eg if some cycling bibs have padding and what type, not enough pictures of some jerseys. Great to have reviews on a number of items. Fingers crossed this arrives per timing given especially with huge postage cost to Australia - more than postage from the US or UK usually cost). Also fingers crossed everything fits per size charts and whole order is delivered correctly. Delivery from companies in China can be dodgy and take more than a month but I have hope this will be delivered per schedule as the English usage and general quality of site is exceptional.

Absolute Fraud. Just keep scrolling through the reviews, I wish I had done the same before purchasing on this website. I’ve purchased on this website and after two weeks my order is still under “processing” the website states ships within 24hrs. I’ve contacted the customer service support after the first week since I’ve also paid for priority shipping and only got a reply after a couple of days with a very disappointing generic reply that clearly didn’t help me with my enquire at all. Everything just feels really dodgy and I don’t believe I’ll ever get my order. Even more frustrating is that I have allowed plenty of time for the order to get to me on time including paying priority shipping and now I will have to go through extra expenses due to the items not being here when I need them to be. Really frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone.

Theft. I had read some negative reviews before using them but the customer support seemed very reasonable so I have it a shot and bought two shirts as Christmas gifts. When I got the shirts they were a mess, the colours were different than the site showed, the “slim fit” tapered outwards instead of inwards, the threading was already damaged and coming undone in multiple places on both shirts, just everything was wrong. I requested a refund and they offered to partially refund and let me keep the shirts, but they were honestly so bad I couldn’t give them as gifts to anyone. So they then offered a full refund… but with me paying the delivery fees both for the first delivery and the return. So now I’ve lost $20 and get to figure out how to send two pieces of garbage to China while hoping Chinese customs doesn’t destroy my package, which light in the box has warned me they might do…

Purchases. Although the prices of the items seem good, the time it takes to organise the items for shipping is terrible. I have never experienced a company who takes so long to deliver items. I am still waiting for something I ordered at the beginning of the year! It was a birthday gift and the birthday has come and gone. The approximate shipping times are inaccurate- I ordered because I assumed they would arrive on Time. I don’t think I will be ordering again! It isn’t as is the shipping is free. I pay for the shipping but because it is so slow it us not worth it . I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY - Shein are much better

My shirts weren’t as advertised in the photos, they’re not the quality one would expect from what you see in the pictures, so whatever you choose to but just be wary that it probably won’t be what you expect. Chloe helped me with a refund though. I essentially have 2 bed shirts for the price of shipping now. They’re not anything I’d wear in public but I may as well let them stretch out and be my lazy layabout shirts

Customer service. I find the customer service great with responding to my questions and queries on delivery and about items I’ve purchased . Havnt received my order yet but they’ve kept me updated ,my first time shopping so far great experience,hope I love my order and will love to continue shopping with lightin the box🙏

5 stars all the way !. I’ve been using Light in the box for quite a few years now. It was one of the 1st apps I downloaded onto my phone. Not once have I had a problem! You get what you pay for and can check how the order is tracking whenever you like! They’re improving constantly and make sure their sellers are legitimate and honest! There’s no down side to shopping this way!

Great customer service. I made a mistake with my order by saying I received it but wasn’t shipped and I couldn’t fix at all and couldn’t track my package at all so I ask customer support and a wonderful employee named Youssef helped me out and solved with no problems. Even with my poor explanation they were able to understand what my problem was and solve with ease they also gave resent me the link so I could track my package. I very great full to Youssef who took there time and help me best service so far.

Wonderful choice and customer service tries very hard to help. I've brought a couple of dresses,sadly had to send most of them back as they were too small..even going by their size chart...but the ones that did fit I like very much. Their jewelry is lovely..and their handbags gorgeous and work out very economical..but be prepared to wait...be patient with their ticket system...and pay only be PayPal.

Absolute rubbish.. I bought 2 camera protectors for my iPhone. When they arrived they were nothing like the picture on the app, had no “scratch proof” glass in them to protect my cameras as per description and were scratched. I contacted them and got no reply, so I went through PayPal. The seller then replied offering a partial refund. Not good enough, these were nothing like the description and I had no use for them. I was then offered a full refund for return of the items at my own expense. It cost me as much to post as the items originally cost, so I’ve ended up $30 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Don’t bother downloading this app.

Great support from Alejandro. I received a faulty product and reported it although didn’t expect a result. Alejandro contacted me and was my customer support. Alejandro was very good and dealt with it very swiftly. Business can’t always get things right but it gives me confidence that they are happy to resolve. Super cute, comfy and will be perfect for music festivals. I’m normally a size US7.5 so I ordered two sizes to compare, and ended up fitting EU38. The insole cushion makes these sneakers super comfy. I’ll be wearing these to EDC Las Vegas next month so I hope the battery life lasts for a solid 8hrs :) There were dirty marks on the laces of one sneaker when I removed them from the packaging, the actual sneaker was free of any marks though. Happy with this purchase and a bargain compared to a similar model offered by Skechers at a ridiculous $120 given theirs light up only in blue!

Bad customer service. My sister bought 3 jackets…one was faulty & they were all too small for average sizing. We requested a refund and was given more things to do after sending an email then having to check the app which we didn’t know about then asked to take measurements it was just ridiculous especially has my sister has suffered a stroke and then they tell us it was outside their 7 day limit. Nothing about that when you purchase. So nearly $60AUD later and jackets sitting there that can’t be worn as they won’t send us approval to return them for a refund. Absolutely disgusted with this mob!!!

Still waiting for my refund, 4 months later.. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! I ordered a two piece wedding garment back in September 2022 and they sent me a one piece body suit that was horrible and completely different to what I had ordered. I requested a return of the item and a full refund, and they offered to reimburse me about $30 of the cost of the item which cost me nearly $300. I declined their offer and demanded a reimbursement and returned the garment to the address they provided, to a warehouse in China. I never heard back from them even though I have tried several times to get a response for my reimbursement request. I have all but given up on getting my money back but I will make sure people find out the terrible business they are with this review.

Amazing product. Great cover that fits nicely around the watch and eliminates any scratches or damage to the watch face. Doesn’t effect the use of the touchscreen and doesn't fall off or become loose. buying a second time after misplacing the first one. Can’t recommend enough if you want to keep your watch as new.

FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE FROM FIRST TIMER. Very happy overall. Products received in good condition, right sizing and colours. Delivery was great as well. Only 1 item left to receive, on back order and have been advised, should receive in another couple weeks is my understanding. Just a bit bummed about the coupon received due to the back ordered item, you have a timeframe with which to use it. Will more than likely reorder from them.

Excellent customer service. Have been buying a number of various products from this website for a number of years. Have been very happy with the quality of the products received, but I recently had a problem with 2 items. I contacted customer service and dealt with Alejandro, who was very upfront and honest when dealing with my order problem. The facts were explained very clearly and he followed the problem through to the end and resolved it very quickly. Thanks to Alejandro for his help and openness when dealing with my problem.

Inferior products!. I have now purchased twice from lightning box and both times I was not happy with the products. They where not of good quality. I threw the shoes out and I am currently in dispute on a return of 6 pairs of track/cargo pants that are marked XL, but the size is really a small. The garment product is also not of good quality and looks very different from the images in their app! 30 day return policy should not apply when the delivery is finally received outside this timeline and the products are discovered to not be the same as the product ordered. The customer should receive a full refund! Please refund my order and send me the return packaging information so I can send you inferior products back!

Stylus’s. I just received 12x stylus’s that I purchased when purchased a new leather phone cover which is also very impressive. So, I thought the styluses were a quality gift to give to guests who attend my upcoming birthday party. When I can back they offered me a special where I was able to purchase 36 x styluses for about the same rice as the initial 12. May God truly bless the owners and staff of this business.

Overall Business Operations. I have been purchasing items from Lightinthebox for about two years. Everything I’ve purchased from bike headlights to heavy duty winter coats has been class. I’ve never bought anything that has fallen apart five minutes after opening the box. I own 71 T Shirts and numerous cargo pants long and short. I also have dress shirts and of course, a heavy duty winter coat. All of these clothes are good quality. In fact not one of my shirts have faded or lost their shape. They don’t even need to be ironed. The customer service is A1. If you order wrong, wish to cancel or change an order, provided you haven’t left it too long, the customer service team is only too willing to help. Now they have a new concept whereby you can customise your own T shirts. It’s absolutely brilliant. The designs you make come to you in incredible detail and colour. Just trying this is worth its weight in gold. All in all I give Lightinthebox an overall rating of 9/10. They would have scored the perfect 10. But they don’t give the shirts away for free 🤣🤣🤣

App usage. Today was the first time I have used an app for purchasing an item online. I expected it to be confusing and difficult. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I downloaded the app and then purchased an item in a few minutes. Use the app to get a discount. Great items for sale too.

Happy customer. First purcahse from site and very satisfied. Experienced a slight delay on shipment but no huge deal as nothing was urgent. When I enquired about delay in processing of order the response from RachealOnebunne was prompt, courteous and completely satisfactory. She ended up splitting order to despatch items that were ready to ship doing a second shipment for the one item awaiting availability. While I was ok with them holding the items the response by Racheal was most appreciated. All items (2 parcels) ended up being delivered same day and in perfect condition. Great company to deal with. I have always found LightInTheBox easy to deal with. I choose my items, pay and receive goods quite quickly. When I had a problem they sorted it out very quickly. Only recommendation I would like to give is order your clothes a size bigger. Otherwise I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I brought 3 tapestry pictures and love them they were as described and look great on my walls the delivery was within the period as marked and had no need to contact about anything all straight forward and easy. Comfortable and stylish tops for curvy women. I’m very pleased with my latest purchases from LITB. Sometimes it’s hard to get the sizing right, but if you go by the bust size the fit is usually right. The tops I ordered last are fairly basic, but they are exactly what I wanted. I have a lovely light pink top that is shorter than I usually wear and a bit see through, so the ace edged tank top is perfect to wear under it. The black angled hem top I ordered because I liked the look of how it draped on the model. Of course it’s totally different on my short, round body, but it’s so comfortable to wear (even the high, rolled neckline isn’t really a problem) and I can dress it up or just leave it plain. It’s a great trans-seasonal top. I’m glad I have these pieces in my wardrobe.

Easy way to shop. I find that using this service is a great way to shop. As long as you carefully check the size chart and also the reviews of sizing and quality you can be confident. My only complaint, however is the return policy. For overseas customers this is particularly frustrating and prohibitive and should really be addressed.

Disappointment. I have bought several items and the service has been good, however, the top i bought is disappointing because it is not as shown in the picture, the sleeves are a different colour to the top. Top is white, sleeves are almost cream. I have just ordered a different top so hope it is the same as shown.

Do not purchase from this app. This app is a scam. I ordered something a month before I needed it and paid for standard shipping which was 8-10 business days. I didn’t receive a confirmation email and after two weeks I reached out to customer service and I got no information about my order. I was unsure if it was even coming at that point. Over a month after I ordered my product it came in the mail but by that time I didn’t need it anymore and I had ordered something from somewhere else that actually came in the period that said I would be receiving it. I have tried to put my product through for a refund and I haven’t gotten any help from customer service again. I would give this a negative star rating if i could.

Clothes look georgeous. I have been looking at this website for ages and keep drooling at the glorious colours and romantic designs. I have been very puzzled and suspicious of the extremely low prices. I have finally ordered three divine looking dresses for a ridiculously small number of Australian dollars and after studying the sizing charts carefully. I am excitedly awaiting delivery in 10-16 days. The proof of the pudding, they say…

One bad experience - bought hand painted painting poor quality. I’ve bought lots of nice oil paintings from this store and never had a problem. I bought a set of paintings and it was 50% off. Everything that is on sale is not worth getting in this store. Rather, buy non-sale items as these will have better quality. The sale item cost me $127 and it was totally different to the painting on the website. The quality was so bad and the painting was awful. I’ve put photoes on the website page to let people know that there is a severe quality problem with some of these paintings. Additionally, it cost me another $67 to return the item to China and that means I would have lost $89 just in shipping because of a bad painting. I think Chinese people do this knowing that people won’t be bothered in returning the goods because it is too expensive to return. The goods were bought cheap so many customers don’t bother asking for a refund. That’s how they make their money.

Never again..... As the estimated shipping was later than indicated I logged in the get a progress update. Why do companies think it’s a good idea to make you; reset your password then send you an email, then log in and then go to orders to be told to, download the app to get shipping updates before then finally be told no actual expected delivery dates just the word ‘processing’. Thanks LITB your UX is so bad I would pay double to buy elsewhere. Stop focussing on building your app downloads so the marketing VP can get a bonus and start offering actual helpful and user-friendly comms on delivery.

Wrong BIKE RACK SENT TO ME. You think when you order something online and the wrong item turns up it should be a simple matter of providing proof with pictures but i found this was not the case I like anyone that’s going to purchase products online to think this same mistake could happen to them had they have replaced with out any fuss instead getting you to keep the item and give a very low voucher and now find your stuck with rubbish because someone made an error at end. Please anyone thinking of buying online like I did please take the time to think what happened to me.

They don’t care. I made a purchase and it was automatically filled out to my old address. I pressed the button that said to reroute it to a different address. It ended up being dispatched to my old address and upon inquiring with an email i was basically left to try and work out how to get it. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend buying through this store ever. I did not receive my items or a refund so now I am out of pocket and they couldn’t care less. Extremely poorly managed business and no help even though I went through the process straight away of rerouting it as soon as I ordered my items.

Shipping issue. I bought 4 caps from this app. Shopping experience was good and the app shows you lot of options. However, the logistics section is a complete let down on the other hand. This is my story: - The order was updated as “has been shipped” and I got the shipment number. - Then the actual consignment never arrived. After one week of scheduled arrival, I had to contact support staff to enquire about the same. - They then gave me the courier name which was not provided earlier. - Then, on checking with courier company with the shipment number, got to know that the shipment number is invalid. - Then, the support staff told me that the order was not shipped in the first place. Just imagine! And, promised that they would be shipping the items in the fastest way possible. - That happened nearly one week back. But no further information on the shipment arrived. No further confirmation on it if the shipment was completed at all or not for the second time. - I need to constantly remind them that this was paid for upfront and they need to deliver or return the money, which is completely uncalled for in my view. It’s a border line case of **plain cheating**, at least what has happened to me so far. I wanted to let you know so that you can be careful while using this app/service and avoid unnecessary head ache post ordering. Be very careful. Thanks.

Some good, mostly bad. Had many problems with this. I bought nice shoes. They were great. But I ordered dresses and it got delayed. So I cancelled the delayed one. And the other dress arrived and was UGLY. Not at all like the picture. And it was very difficult to figure out how to return the item. Too many things to click on and wait for. I got some money back but am still missing $10. The original shipping was less than $10 so I don’t know why I’m not getting my full refund. But I don’t want to message them any more and it’s difficult to even find my past purchases on this app.

Chair cover with elastic sides. Our chair outside the ensuite bathroom is faux leather and the seat was all flaking off, needing recovering. Other chair covers were not wide enough or deep enough. This product with elastic sides-was a great solution to just slip over the seat. I didn’t want to remove the seat, just wanted to slip over. This is great; I already bought a 2nd one to have a back-up one on-hand. I chose the colour to most closely match the faux leather back of the chair. Les grandeurs de plusieurs T-shirts et chandails même les pantalons et shorts ne sont pas tel que décrit dans votre publicité. La commande arrive et très souvent les vêtements sont trop petits et n’ont même pas d’étiquette de grandeur sur le vêtement chandail que j’ai reçu blanc était tellement petit qu’il aurait fait à un enfant. J’ai commandé des bracelets qui sont tellement petits que le lastique est étiré au maximum il manque un pouce de perles et il me marque le poignet tellement c’est serré c’est une grandeur pour enfants. J’ai déjà donné des commentaires et reçu des réponses bidon ‼️⁉️

No quality Service. I ordered 2 hats in the spring of 2020. I don’t order online merchandise often because of this. They charged me for the merchandise & I still have not received anything from them Customer service has not helped me to find my order either. Light in the box is very poor in Customer service as well. They are very good at ripping you off.

Deceptive site. I found this app thru an add on Sicial Media. They have such nice looking products that r inexpensive. They start you out with 4 coupons, one of which is free shipping, to be used as a new person, never having ordered before. So I gathered items for my cart & when it was time to pay, I discovered this “store” is in another country! With that being so, the shipping fees r quite high, almost as much as the order. I find the coupons, but, they don’t let me use the free shipping coupon. It states in red, new customers only. I’ve never ordered or even seen this place before. I won’t ever order from a company who isn’t up front and transparent about its business. I give 2 stars to this deceptive store in another country.

This site does not offer refunds!!!. I ordered two items the did not fit well and I didn’t like the material of one item. Neither item was a special order. When I requested a refund I was sent through all these hoops. After the refund request was made several emails were sent. They wanted pictures. After all the back and forth I was told they wouldn’t not offer a return. They stated there was nothing wrong with the items and I could give them as a gift….really!!!! I would have more respect if they just say no refunds. I’m stuck with two items I will never wear. I should have found the app and read the reviews prior to ordering. I try not to buy from stores that don’t stand by their products. If the customer is not satisfied they should be able to get a refund or at least a store credit. It the Chinese moto “No cash refund”!!! Once they get your money…there done!!!

Crooks, Scammers. DO NOT let the looks of the items or the seemly low prices catch you. DO NOT attempt to make a purchase from this site, YOU WILL BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY and needless to say be very sorry that you been such a fool. I made a order 3/3, paid for 5-7 business day shipment, cancelled the order on 3/13, they let me know I will not get back my money, it will be kept for future purchases, I wrote back demanding my money be returned to my account. Therefore, they wrote back the shipment was done on 3/22. The tracking number brings up nothing. On top of the $221 my bank also charged me $16 overseas transaction fee stating my money went to China. I have since ordered and received my items from QVC, Macy’s and JTV. So it is not on-line shopping it is this set of crooks in London/China. NEVER ORDER FROM A SITE THAT HAS NO ONE FOR YOU TO TALK TO, red flag heed that warning. Doubt. Sometimes, when you order things online you tell yourself about the purchase that you are about to receive especially if you’ve never received anything or any products from this company one thing I can say, is you always got one size ahead and actually try returns are usually easy but nobody likes return things it takes time and effort. The products I purchased from me and my husband fits perfectly and we don’t have to return anything which is just breathtaking. An amazing as you can see through the smiles on the pictures. We are perfectly satisfied with every purchase product we received.

First time ordering. Easy to go through process. But only 3 stars bc frustrated bc lost so much time bc I was sent link through Facebook I think then download app, going things like to buy, alittle worried about getting in time, then had to confirm payment through Facebook again alittle strange and things I found I couldn’t find once I had app then either but hopefully better once used to it. I’m excited bc of everything comes in timely fashion and fits according to size says I’ll be using allot and telling others forsure. Hard to find things like in my size. Very nice selections! Also frustrations with sizing bc on every picture had to get size chart bc one person 3x might be a 20 while another might be 12 for example not size I was looking for but very frustrating that sizes for all 3x would not match or each size.

Love the shirt … little details with ordering. I order this shirt for my dad and he loves it. It’s all that matters to me. I had two small issues, when I got my order confirmation, if I hadn’t paid attention to the picture I wouldn’t have noticed it was the wrong shirt. It took a while with customer service to fix it, primarily cause there are no product id’s on the app or the order to easily match, and I had to go find a picture of what I wanted and go back and forth till they matched it. It was slow but painless they were very apologetic and accommodating. Thank you. Don’t order without at least a month of time to give yourself plenty of lead time. I love their designs though so it’s worth the patience to me.

Difficulties of ordering for Senior. Spent 2 hrs just trying to order.. !! Ugh!!…planned to forget about !! So many cliches trying to get the discount.. web page disappeared.. no phone number to order by phone…logging in again redoing order again.. suggest you have an evaluator look at all the difficulties that seniors experience…many of us have money to spend but way too complex of ordering processes; just now spending extra time to give you feedback you may decide to give a extra discount to make a customer feel appreciated & compensate for these difficulties. First Timer - Confused. When I first thought to purchase I stepped back at shipping cost of few items. Then I downloaded app, and saw a $.98 shipping coupon, flash sale and $$ off more you purchased. I understand the $$ off not off the flash sale items, but the shipping cost was not the $.98. Coupons are misleading, points are what???? I do believe the prices, especially flash sale items are great. So as I had doubled my order, shipping was less than the original order, and I am willing to take a chance. If the reviews are to be believed, I have a great start to summer wardrobe and the shipping will be worth it and do the stars will go up. We will see and I will let you know. But the confusion of promised First Time specials/coupons does make you pause and wonder at the validity of site. Here’s hoping for the best.

Amazing Service. I recently made a purchase of a shirt and, when I looked at the receipt the next day, I saw that I had ordered the wrong color. Unlike many store websites, their website doesn’t put the link for contacting the seller in a place that is hard and counter-intuitive. It was so easy to request the correction after opening that link. One of the options was to change the order, which is what easily takes you through the process. The change was quickly confirmed in an email. I just can’t say enough about Shadae, the person who responded to my request, and the ease of navigating, not just through the products, but also dealing with the company!

I don't recommend it. They threw away my order even when I caught my address was wrong. Why would you throw away an unopened and undelivered package? Their policy says I'm entitled to another order if I just pay shipping. Mind you, I had to argue their own policy to get this. When I'm about to reorder I notice that was a lie, Im paying half the item's price and shipping. Why would I pay for the same thing you when you threw a perfectly good item in the garbage? It's such a wasteful practice. So they didn't get any more money from me. I got no refund or anything, just $30 wasted. I don't trust it. Then they said they would close my ticket after a week and didn't. I would recommend you don't download this, I couldn't close my account for weeks. I still can't close my ticket and account. All the items look cheap. Consider buying used before buying from terrible companies.

Initially I was like Wow!. I thought the 3D designed prints were fresh and have some updates on some classic styles! I would like to see suggested pairings - such as your shirts to your shorts. I think you would sell way more b/c folk love to buy a ready made outfit, but also allow folk to substitute other shorts or sweats, but still allow them to see what that grouping would look together before they buy. Allow them to save the clothing items & outfits on their membership page which would allow them to show their stuff on their social media sites so that it allows your brand site to be seen - provide a link that allows all new customers to get $54 by buying their 1at time and make sure the person that displayed your information on their site gets $54 every time one of his people used his link for the 1st time.

Email spam as soon as you signup or place an order. Why don’t you guys follow the trade rules? Why there is always an chinese app that is trying to catch up with the ecom trend and fails and desperately tries to bombard the customers with stupid non sense promotional emails, hoping some idiot would click on the email title of up to 90% OFF bathroom accessories!!! Seriously, i had alot of respect for you guys competing woth giants like aliexpress and others, but you have no manners. You have no respect for your customers and shoppers. I unsubscribed from the emails four times, and kept getting spam emails. I marked them as junk and still got the spam, since every time the email come from a different email. I unchecked the email marketing from the app and im still getting spam emails!!! Ok, you want to shave nd promotional emails? Send once a week, once a month, send something that suites me, send something that is related to my purchases! I baught clothes and gadgets, and i het bathroom promotions in my email! Note to your designer and developer: its 2018 now and of course you can design your app however you want but customers want nothing but transparency , user friendly and privacy. The day that your customers fail to find these qualities in your site, its the end of your growth and future scalability. Its a day that people switch to another app and day after day your sale will decline and you will regret it in few years.

My very positive experience so far. My son is getting married in September. I have been bedridden for many years due to 4 major spinal surgeries and 4 major hip surgeries. There have been complications and am on close to 20 prescriptions. I have a reclining wheelchair but so far I am unable to get into our vehicle. I always have to take an ambulance to and back to the hospital. The, “Light in the Box”, staff have been very helpful in making sure all the measurements are done correctly , especially the Tailor, Rosane. She is in constant communication with me so that once she finishes my dress and pantsuit, they will fix perfectly. Because of my situation she has made me feel so taken care of. This place has been perfect for me and I give thanks to Rosane. God bless you all! ✝️

Updated not satisfied. I ordered some clothing two weeks ago. I payed extra money for the expedited shipping which is supposed to be 4 to 7 days. This is misleading because what they don’t tell you is it takes over a week to process your order and then once it is shipped it takes 4 to 7 business days. Fourteen days later I still have not received my product. They give you a tracking number but all it says is shipped and has not been updated to tell me where in the world the package might be. So I may or may not get my package. Who knows. The products on this app seem good and the other reviews seem like people are satisfied, but if you are in a hurry don’t expect your stuff to get to you very soon. UPDATE: I finally received my product 18 days after ordering. I did not receive what I ordered though. I ordered 4 pairs of high waisted workout leggings. Instead I received one pair of the leggings I ordered and 3 pairs of leggings I did not order. Do yourselves a favor and order from a reputable site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!. This is a sorry excuse for a company. They’re hack jobs. The customer service is garbage and they just reply with random nonsense to make it impossible for you to get your money back. They put it in a rewards system then you have to withdraw it to put it back on your card but it doesn’t go back on the card it just sits in their system saying pending. It’s been a whole month already. Their products are made in sweatshops in China and they rip of styles from legitimate companies. That’s why the models heads are cut out of the pictures. They clams something is made to size when it is made from a generic size you select. This “company” should not be allowed to stay in business. They need to keep their garbage products in China. They don’t even have real reviews. You can tell by the names and how they type out the reviews. Save your money or buy it from the actual sellers who make the product.

For a Mexico Beach Wedding (dressy casual). Great little dress for the price. Comfortable. I’m 5’5-124 lbs. I got the M because I hate tight clothes. The colors are good but not as pictured, which show that the colors are much more vivid. They aren’t. To show this, I edited the 2nd pic to the “vivid” setting. Also the bodice near the shoulders isn’t raised and padded as seen on the model. The actual dress sits like a sleeveless tank top which I prefer actually. The advertised pic gives this dress more formality than I was actually looking for (bought for a Mexico beach wedding “dressy casual”). So happy about that. The dress is comfortable and I’ll wear some sort of tape to hold the “girls” in place. As it IS a wedding I’ll dress up the frock with statement jewelry and dangling gold earrings.

I ordered 12 men’s 3D graphic polo shirts and they are true to size and just as brilliant if not better in person! I just ordered myself some capris for woman and graphic t-shirts. I hope this review helps you determine if you will purchase anything. One con: the shipping price is horrible I paid $37 for my husband’s clothes and a whopping $$72 for my shipping! I think the more you buy the higher your shipping will be. I should have broken up my order that way I would’ve had a cheaper shipping rate. So…there’s that…and ordered my true size so fingers crossed they’re like the men’s and the way they look so great!

Unable to track order. I placed an order without registering a new acct in the app. When I received confirmation of the order being shipped I tried to track it and was unable to find the order. So I downloaded the app and set up a new acct and still can’t track the shipment. It shows what I ordered in the history, but does not show that I ordered anything. I requested help and the response was to try logging in with Google or through Paypal, and if that didn’t work to send all info to them so they could try to find my order. I had included all of the information requested in my original request. And No I am not able to log in through Google or PayPal because the app keeps taking over and won’t let me change users!! Meanwhile I’ve gotten another notification that my item is in route -But I am still unable to know where it is. It’s been a month and the event is next week!! Will I receive it? Or should I find something else to wear???

High fees and even higher shipping. LITB gives you “flash sales” and they are well priced items until you realize they charge more than the item for shipping. Each item has a shipping charge but they wont tell you until “later”. Later comes and you can’t find it so you have to remove and add the item to figure it out. If you have questions tough luck because there is no customer service number. You can’t contact them until after you order something and even then its via a convoluted process. Feels very scammy when they charge you more for “fees” than the item. Nothing is upfront including shipping times. The app itself is choppy and not well done with bad english and sizes that don’t make sense. They also steal your info, after all its a Chinese company portraying as an American one.

Beautiful A-Line Vintage Wedding Dress Asymmetrical Satin. I am a Canadian living in Michigan and I ordered this dress, in the first week of April and was very hesitant. Being that it was coming from China to Michigan I assumed I would have horrible times with communication as I had 10 yrs ago with a different dress company in China. I received my dress 2 weeks ago, it was a month wait, but you can view the dress updates on your account. The dress arrived in a small package in the mailbox. I was afraid to open it, but I cannot say enough how beautiful it is! The workmanship is simply beyond words. Being that I sew also, I can truly appreciate fantastic work! I ordered a size bigger and have to make a few adjustments to the dress, but if you ask and let them know what you need before ordering, Customer Service is very, very helpful! They do not know what you need unless you ask! I took a chance on this dress for my upcoming wedding and I am very happy with the professionalism of the seamstresses who made this gorgeous dress! Great Quality and easy to use!. I have been searching for an app like this for a while. I love online shopping and light in the box makes it so simple to find the things that I love! I was on the look out for a cycling jacket as I love to go on long bike rides on the weekends and the conditions can get harsh in my area. I found a great women’s cycling jacket in purple. It delivered in a very short time (3 days) just like it said it would and it was an amazing quality! I use this jacket every week now. I will definitely be buying from this app again! I have already recommended it to several friends and will continue to do so! Get this app! You will not regret it

2nd contact. After requesting a return receipt on May 5, 2022, to this date I still haven’t heard back from the company to return the dresses. They did request me to change my review, but since they still haven’t fulfilled my request, this review stands!!!!! Don’t buy unless you can afford to lose your money! I’m waiting for a return ticket, this is no way to run a company. It’s been a week since my request was established! I ordered to different sizes of a dress for a wedding. I ordered 2 and 3 size larger than I normally wear and both are to small. Definitely not true to size. I don’t care what any of the reviews say…..they were paid to give a good review. I’m a dress maker and have been sewing for almost 60 years, these sizes are wrong!!!!!!!! Then you can’t get ahold of anyone to return. Now I’m out 90 bucks. Terrible company. This company is terrible and I wish I had read the reviews before using it. GIVING IT EVEN A ONE IS BEING GENEROUS. I wondered if they pad their own numbers here. I tried to get them to give me a phone number and their reply was do to all the countries they deal with they cannot take phone calls. BUYERS BE WARE- I am now trying to get them to give me an address for their company. I ordered item April 12 and paid for expedited shipping. (Will get 3-5 days.) April 16- changed to item won’t be shipped until April 19. ( Missing deadline) I wrote them a complaint letter about it. They wrote and said your item is on the list of low stock because of pandemic. They list items and my item was not on the list. I write them again. Next letter is an opps we sent the wrong letter to you. We are sorry but your item is not in our warehouse and our supplier will have it shipped by April 24 and will have it with 7 days. On April 23- I am notified of a tracking number. This note states that due to the fact is being flown from overseas I should get item within 30 days. I try to use the tracking program this company provided in their link. I am now being told to check tracking number because it is invalid. This company is incompetent and they should be banned from selling. Once I GET MY ITEM (if I ever do I will not use them again.

Sun-shiningly Bright!. I’m ecstatic that I came across this company! I’ve never seen in my entire lifetime up until now that is the plethora of absolutely gorgeous various types of dresses and other items I’ve seen that this company is selling. Then when I’ve taken note of the prices of all of these various dresses and other items and how truly inexpensive they are, I’m simply amazed and I’ve actually redone my entire wardrobe for only about $200 dollars! If I would have done this at the malls or even Walmart or thrift stores, I would’ve paid so much more money and I never would’ve had the huge array of totally different dresses and how beautiful each one of them is when I put them on and wear them!

Comfortable and lightweight pants for summer. These are terrific looking, very nice quality, lightweight and extremely comfortable. I particularly like that they have elastic by the ankle, which was an important attribute for my purchase. For the following reason I am giving it four stars, rather than five: My issue is that you need to include some type of bead at the end of the belt tie laces so they don’t accidentally get pulled through the pants. When one of the 2 pairs pair was delivered, one end of the belt lace was stuck within the pants liner and it took me more than 10 minutes to get that lace out. However, please note my picture how I tied a bead at the end of each lace to prevent that from happening again.

Very disappointed. I ordered a backpack for my son almost a month before school started. I never received it. I chatted with someone more than once they told me it was already shipped. I told them USPS had no record of that order number, they gave me a different number which there was no record of neither. There website said it was shipped already but I had not received anything. I told the customer service rep, she said they needed proof that I had not received it that I had to go to the post office and get proof that my item was not delivered. How are they gonna do that if they have no record. Than they told me to check with my neighbors that maybe the package was tacked from my doorstep. I live in apartments postal services don’t leave anything in your doorstep they leave a sorry we missed you note. In the end they kept my money and I had to get my son a cheaper backpack we where very disappointed because he was excited for this item.

Shopping with your company has been so exciting especially through the holidays… My family loved everything I bought for them! Not bad for the price of some products.. The items that I have purchased are very basic and practical. The materials are not top of the line. You can consider them to be quite poor but for the price it serves the purpose if you take care of them. Use them with delicacy because they are not to be manipulated with your typical strength as items made in USA. On the other hand, clothes are very poorly made with very inexpensive materials. Don't purchase them because you can end up being quite disappointed. Again, designs can be very pretty but materials used for the clothes and it manufacturing is extremely poor.

Consumer warning - Don’t buy from them!!!!. I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered what looked like a beautiful white wedding dress. What arrived was not only of terrible quality, but the belt on the dress was purple, not white. Customer service wanted to offer me a discount on my next order I refused demanding a refund of my entire purchase price. After weeks of back-and-forth they said if I paid to ship the dress back to China they would refund my money and the God knows how much shipping cost. I told them there was no way I would bear all the risk and I would expect a refund ahead of shipping. I do not trust this company and I do not trust that they would ever refund my money even if they received the dress back after I paid a significant amount to ship it back to China. I’m currently disputing the issue with my credit card. Bottom line they didn’t even ship me the correct color item and refused to return any of my money.

Very nice dress- runs small. Ordered this with a lot of skepticism but it came quickly and is very nice quality, gorgeous fabric. Alas I couldn’t zip it over my ribs, the belt was about 4” too high and the skirt was lower mid calf instead of floor length as pictured. Weirdly, the sleeves are long enough though. I am 5’ 10” so am used to things not fitting, particularly when they come from countries where women are very petite . Anyway, it is pretty enough that I am ordering it two sizes bigger and am going to try to remove and attach the belt lower (it looks like it can be easily done) For the price it is worth another shot. If you are a shorter girl, this will probably look bomb on you, though I’d still go up a size.

3-piece suits. I ordered two (one black, one dark green). My intent was to have them tailored after they arrived. I’m 6’4” and. 250 pounds. Both suits fit well enough that tailoring is unnecessary. I should also point out that I’m a lawyer and have many suits, and there is a difference between these and ones that cost $600 or more, but for the price these far exceeded expectations. If you google reviews for LightInTheBox, you’ll be overwhelmed by the exclusivity 1-star reviews. But if you look at consumer reporting agencies or the BBB, you’ll see that this company seems to have addressed their most grievous issues and the reviews there are much higher (hopefully that adds peace of mind for ordering from this site). I’ll order from them again.

New shopping app. I was very skeptical about the prices being so low. I wouldn’t have been surprised if I never received my order. But, I loved the products I was looking at, so I went ahead and ordered. I could not be happier that I did!! Everything I ordered all showed up at the same time! All kinds of Problems!. I order online often and am pretty satisfied with the procedure, nut THIS company makes it impossible to set up an account! I tried 2 different times , and placed an order with my first try. It took forever to arrive, and it was 2 rolls of a Botanical sticky back wall decal. NO STICKY BACK! And there are loads of small pieces representing stems, leaves and individual flower petals! I tried again with another email to connect with them. Neither email was verified. Without verification, I cannot have them make this order be corrected!!!! In their minds, I must not exist, because they never verified me……the order was DEFECTIVE! Cannot be applied to wall without the necessary adhesive applied! I am majorly disappointed with this company. I planned on ordering several other items from them, but I’ll have to see how these problems are handled first. HELEN B

So hard to use. I just finished putting in an order - it took hours. I think i had to find the clothes i liked 5 times - no kidding. Because of constantly loosing all the items in the cart in the end i only ordered a fraction of what i liked… went thru the pain of trying to find the items - i wish there was an order number - i wish i would be able to find it by description like - yellow bathing suit with flowers - but NO… i have to look thru every item again - one place offered 30% off when ordering thru the app - NOT TRUE - then it promised -$10 off when ordering over $69 - NOT TRUE - Download new app - Free shipping all over the world - except Texas i guess. Very disappointed in the whole process. There were so many items i loved. To avoid the temptation in the future i won’t open your app again.

Great styles that fit. I really like the styles and colors of all the items. Long dresses tend to run a little short, but I’m 5’10”. Always look at the size chart as items aren’t always the same. Err on the side of too large. And measure, measure, measure. Prices are low enough that if something doesn’t fit or look right, I can gift them to someone else. Also account for shipping and international card fees. Even though they are coming from China, they don’t take forever. Usually 2 to 3 weeks, give or take. And you can follow the process on the app, from purchase, to production, to shipping. Keep in mind, the more items you order the longer it will take. Overall, I’m more than satisfied shopping on Light in the Box.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did get a response from “developer response to review LightInTheBox” with an email address. I sent email explaining situation but unfortunately the site I was directed must not read emails only send automatic reply with a return email of “do not reply” to this email. With the same information on how to check order as given in their app. Which would be great if they would find my order and get it processed. I placed an order on Tuesday March 21st. Order was confirmed and said I would be notified via email in 20-40 minutes but to date have heard nothing back. I received an order number and payment was processed immediately. Unfortunately the order number is NOT in LightInTheBox system. So therefore cannot reach Customer Service. I would cancel order and use someone else if I could but since I can’t get to anyone with company I have no options! Except to deny the credit card charge.

Surprisingly great quality. I made my first order from this company for a flower girl dress for a wedding. I was not sure what I would get but I did decide to add a few other things to my order because I knew I’d be paying for shipping anyway. I was very happy with the quality of all the items I received. We ordered hair clips, dresses, costume dresses, and two pairs of shoes for my 2 kiddos. Everything was higher quality than I expected. I look forward to placing future orders with them because the price is great and the shipping was actually not that slow. We did pay extra for expedited shipping and it said it would arrive on July 5 and it ended up getting here on June 30. Worked out great for us!

Do not order from this site!!!!. My sons wedding is in 10 days. I ordered a pant suit from this site. It was too small as their sizes are not US sizes. I ordered a bigger size and requested a refund for the size that did not fit. I was then told that the pantsuit was special made, Which it was not! They actually have an option where you can do measurements and send in for a special made garment. I did not do this as I needed the pant suit for the wedding so I ordered a regular size. Now they tell me that it was special made and that I cannot get a refund! I am so disappointed in this site and the communication which is has not been very much. I am now told that I cannot get a refund and that if I do cancel the order for the larger size that I ordered and request a refund that I will only get 50% of the money that I paid. Terrible communication, terrible sight. By the way there doesn’t seem to be anyone that you can actually get in contact with to discuss any matters. Do not Buy from this site.

LDL. Some products run EXTREMELY off size. Check reviews. Returning damaged, poorly assembled, not true to measurements should be easier to return. Print return label pickup up at door. Items received that smell! EXTREMELY SMALL!! ( 3 piece item received fit EXCEPT TOP. COULD NOT EVEN FIT MY ARM THREW THE NECK!!!!!! Ok for Barbie doll. Make it easier to return garbage. Or give appropriate credit to reorder same item. Dealing with inexpensive fabric. Better care in packaging. Get a wrinkled ball that won’t iron out!!! Then try deal with return. Better photos of front and back of garnet. Close up on material. Customer review with photos are wonderful and extremely helpful. Post all reviews!!!!!!! So if it runs really tiny not even close to measurements. Buyer can adjust rather than STOP buying. Can’t enlarge photos online? If purchased within last 30days credit discount price on next purchase. Products received IN PLASTIC, Smells, no label, ripped at seams. Where is the QA!!!! Inspector number for return. Improve garbage products. I could not even donate the piece of garbage “BLAZER” NOT a blazer windbreaker! It smelled, was poorly assembled, poorly packaged and permanent wrinkles!!!

Huge waste of time!!! Zero customer service or support. I received a sweatshirt for Christmas as a gift that is not the right or actual size and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have no way to contact this company for help with return or exchanging it. What makes me even madder is that Your forced to download this useless app that tracks you on the internet, and after downloading this worthless app I still have no way to reach this seller or company for support or help with my gift. If I could give them a zero stars I certainly would because I feel that they obviously don’t care about there customers once they have your money. I feel that if this was an honest, reputable and trustworthy company and business that we would be able to reach them easily to resolve any issues that we might have and that is simply not the case here.

Horrible. So I guess I have to write a horrible review to get any kind of communication from this company. I have yet to receive a confirmation email 3 or 4 days later. I have all the information that they did in fact take the money out of my bank account and the return policy says I can’t return the curtain type of clothing I bought. But I also can’t be refunded until I receive my package that I don’t want. Absolutely ridiculous I can’t find a number and I have to request a form to even be able to talk to some body who I have waited to email me back forever. I am so upset. I hope somebody sees this and it grabs customer cares attention and they help me cancel my order. Or I’m going to take legal actions because I had to download the app to track my “order” and it said that both the app and the website wanted to share my information with other companies. DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

iPhone cases. The worse app ever. I placed an order for a case that was 8 dollars but charged 15 dollars which was fine as long as I got it but the thing is I never got it. It says delivered but it never came to my mail box nor my door but the order status said delivered. I messaged customer service and had to wait a day for them to respond per message and at first they said it would be delayed even though it said delivered so I asked if it was a mistake and they just kept repeating the same message about it being delayed. So then I finally get this message that it was supposedly delivered a few days after I had first spoken with them yet still nothing came. This is my first and last time ever buying something from them and I highly recommend you don’t because I can’t even get a refund for the item since I didn’t receive it and returned it. Worse app worse service waste of time and money.

All items I have bought were perfect!. Fit perfectly! Arrived earlier than I thought. Love walking in them, very comfy. My shoes. The dress I bought… loved it. Wear a lot with the sweater I bought from the company also. All were made great. Vibrant colors on the dress. Sweater I definitely love. Shoes were bought to wear with the dress and jeans! The comfy liners for a pair of shoes I needed bought from a store nearby to fit properly and to add more comfort to. I always go by the chart and sizes have been spot on. Arrival times were normally earlier than I thought! Will take a little time to get to you, but most of the time they come just a bit earlier. Recommend Light in the Box!!

Deceptive, difficult, and the customer service. Try to place order but it said I’ve get 30% off on the app so I opened the app. It didn’t give me 30% off and it said I could join and be a gold memberWhat is zero dollars and would then gets USPS shipping for $4.99. I clicked to be gold member,And instead it charge me nearly $50 for shipping for about $100 purchase. Worse I then tried to use another family members phone since it wasn’t working on mine. Unbelievably they charge them two dollars less for some items and $10 more for other items. So much for being fair and honest to our customers. I would still by the items because they had a few unique items, but I’m not going to pay $50 shipping on $100 order!I tried to reach out to them, but they have zero customer service. by the time they (may) respond back the prices will change all over again!

Previous orders. I read the time allowed for shipping and delivery. Last purchase still hasn’t shown up and that was over a year ago! Because it was such a small order and I stay soooo busy, I let it go but that will NOT happen with this order!! I am going to stay on top of things this time!! I would appreciate a person’s name that I can keep in contact with. All these clothes are for special friends of mine and relatives that will be attending my son's wedding. I really love the selection and prices but this is a test to see what kind of customer service y’all might have this time.
