British Vogue Sept. I love the forces for change Vogue! I must admit my interest was piqued because Duchess Meghan is guess editing. I think the magazine captured the essence of great women and the work they do. Hands down it’s the best. It satisfied my fashion fix and soul.

Useless after the update. Updated the iOS on my phone and now having trouble with the the app. The problem that I’m having with the app is going back to the previous issue like September issue and now I’m stuck with The current issue. I’m not satisfied

Great read, horrible support. Until I am able to restore my past purchases, I won't be renewing my subscription. I have spoken to 2 separate individuals at Apple, who had me reinstall the app, which didn't fix the issue. I have sent 3 emails trying to get to the app developer, which hasn't been successful. I won't be renewing until this issue is fixed.

Please fix it. After being charged for a current issue (June 2011) and downloading it, I cannot open it on my iPad. It just wants me to "buy" the issue again. Please fix it.

Doesn’t work on iPadOS 17. The British Vogue app does not work in iPadOS 17. It doesn’t even open and crashes immediately. I downgraded my iPad to iPadOS 16.7 in order to continue using this app under my paid subscription.

Digital download does not work!. For the past 3/4 months digital will not download. I’ve been in touch with the subscription department many times and they give me the same instructions over and over. The first year worked perfectly and would deserve 5 stars. However once the viewing format was changed, shortly after, digital download issues began. Until this is solved, digital is not worth the waste of money....just purchase the paper magazine.

Update. I guess my rating and review got someone’s attention! I wrote that the app kept crashing when activated. Today’s update eliminated the crashing and allowed for the the access to all magazines available. Thanks for the quick response. Signed Satisfied customer!

The Best fashion magazine in the world. British Vogue gets it right ! It balances the esoteric conceptual with layman’s comprehension of what fashion is all about!

Download digital issue. Magazine would be a 5 but I can’t download Jan 2022 issue resulting in losing 2* due to frustration.

Download problem. For last two months there’s problem with downloading . I’ve to delete the app then download. I’ve been using for few years. It never happened before. And have to download again pervious ones too. It’s such inconvenience.

Portrait mode?. Wish the magazine was in portrait mode instead of only horizontal. Feels very unnatural to read it that way. American Vogue on the iPad is great and wish the British version was the same.

Love/ Hate. Love the ability to enlarge the font. Don’t love the fact I have to download the new issue every time I want to read it.

Paid through March 2017, but still asked to purchase issues.. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, nothing works. Conde Nast doesn't recognize my account. Can't log in. Can I get a refund?

App won’t allow me to open other issues. I’m happy the same issue that Panama Swag is having.

Okay but..... Would love the ability to resize the screen. You can't so sometimes it is difficult to read the small print or get a good view of the small images. I prefer zinio where you can resize....

Text problem. All your pages, not just the occasional one, need to expand, so it makes reading the text easier. Other than that, it’s a good mag.

Signed up for trial +year no content. Subscribed via iTunes got confirmation email from apple and purchase appears on invoice and in Subscriptions section of iTunes but no download option when opting to restore subscription error message 'restore failed' - will revise when issue is resolved

does not work. i cannot read the magazine! i can load the videos but i cannot see any of the screens with the slider bar. dont buy this until they fix it!

Better than US Vogue. Wow, what an amazing issue compared to the middle school issue provided by Anna Wintour. Photos of models in their at-home clothes was not in any way inspiring. Who at US Vogue thought we’d want to see images we see reflected in our mirrors daily? Surely US Vogue has hundreds of photos that could have told stories with a bit of imagination. The Brits instead have succeeded in creating a fascinating and brilliant issue while we’re sorely in need of just that. While no one could have predicted how uplifting the cover star and her wonderful interview would impact us at this time, I first thank you for showing a glamorous woman of a certain age. I enjoyed immensely each nugget Dame Judy shared by telling the truth about aging to an audience sorely in need of truth telling. I hope you do this more often since we don’t suddenly stop enjoying fashion as the decades pass. Then thank you for showing us great fashion features when it’s become such a pleasure to just gaze on the clothing we’ve had to put aside for now. I wish I could hold your issue in my hands and with each page I turn register my gratitude to you for giving me the perfect diversion. While this seventy-something can only imagine what I’ll choose to wear once we can safely get out of our homes, it’s been a great pleasure to spend time thinking about it with you. I can only see one issue!!. I can only see one issue of the magazine despite having a one year subscription!! My account is also not recognized so I cannot manage my account... This app is really of no use.

Miss ZINIO format. Hate the new format which forces you to read the magazine up and down. Detest! Would have given zero stars. Unless they reformat or give readers options, I will not buy another issue.

Useless after update. I used to love getting my digital British Vogue every month, but since updating the app, no issues appear available for download any longer. There is no explanation for this other than a pop up that says "an unknown error has occurred with the library". When I press the "App Support" button on the review page, it just takes me to the website for the magazine with no way to report or troubleshoot any problems. Even after deleting the app and re-downloading it numerous times, the same "error" occurs. It's a serious pity that the app has become totally USELESS just after renewing my two-year subscription. Rest assured they promptly charged me for the renewal fee without any problems, however. Either fix the app or furnish a full refund, please. I haven't been able to access any issues since about June and am close to switching to a competing magazine.

July issue, please!!!!!. Where's the July issue of Vogue UK? I can't stand stand to read the one with Alexa Chung anymore. I want the one with Vanessa Paradis!!!! C'mon guys! It's 2011 already. Let's update this app and make the July issue available for buying and download, please. Vogue Japan is brilliant at it, how come Vogue UK isn't? Does not make any sense!!!!!

Did not download purchase. Purchased June issue, was billed but I was never able to download. As in previous comments tried to download again but was promted to purchase the same issue again! Please credit me for the issue.

Longtime Subscriber. I have been reading Vogue (USA) since 1975 , British Vogue since the 80’s. British Vogue is my window on the fashion/beauty/art world that is always evolving and inspiring. This publication is provocative and a joy to read.

London, we have a problem. Issues download, pages do not show - only a code sequence on red background. I have deleted and re-installed the app again and again. Also I see this is a persistent problem across many many loyal users. Shame on your tech team. Seriously, you are awful. Please fix.

Outdated. I was very disappointed when I went to download the mag and the only month available was June and it's nearly August. The shops are currently selling the August issue so why are you so behind in delivery- I could just go & buy the latest issue at the shops.

Worst magazine app. I have many magazine apps. I have Australian and US Vogue. This is by far the worst and most frustrating app ever. There should be some coordination in apps, the best is the US Vogue app. Get it together Condé Nast

This App is Terrible. It has a mind of its own. The app controls everything. Every time I accidentally double click an ad it takes me to the website. Please stop doing this. It is so annoying. There is no option to switch from reading it like it is a print version, starting from the cover. Once you click on the cover from the home page, it will take you straight to an ad. I want to see the full front cover.

Not happy. I just purchased the November edition, but it hasn't downloaded. It looks like you want me to enter a print subscriber number or coupon code to sign in. I don't have either as I'm and iPad customer. How do I access what I paid for?.. Very badly designed app and hard to navigate. Hoping someone enlightens me or gives me a refund quick smart

Trouble with British Vogue App.. I have just cancelled my subscription to the above App. through the App. Store as I have had constant problems. I assumed that when I subscribed to the above App. that in addition to the digital copy of the magazine there would be a hyperlink to the Vogue website too. Unfortunately, this was not the case and if I wanted to view other information on the site I had to go to Google or Safari and get to the site that way. (most frustrating and a waste of time!). When I finally got to the British Vogue website one of the main features I wanted to use was the ‘Catwalk’. However, the tabs for ‘Seasons’ and ‘Designers’ didn’t work. I was therefore limited to whatever shows were new, not what I wanted to look at. This problem was confined to my IPad Pro, version i08,12.4 that was released approximately seven months ago here in Australia. My IPhone which was released around the same time does not have this problem, but I use my IPad for all the viewing of Vogue online content and downloads. I have wrote three separate emails to British Vogue customer service and have been told that I have to contact the developer through the App store. To the best of my knowledge Condé Nast is the developer, but I may be wrong on this point. I am now at a point of desperate frustration from going around in circles! Can someone, either Apple or Condé Nast help solve my issues? I find it hard to believe I am the only one in this situation, but maybe others have just given up in frustration. Do not purchase. The download gets stuck half way through and doesn't finish, therefore u can't see it. It's a complete waste of 7 dollars! I would give it 0 star if I could.
