Ditto: No benefit to print subscribers. I realize that launching a digital edition is expensive and it looks like it's the same beautiful publication, but I already pay nearly $100 a year to subscribe in print from overseas, and now I have to pay another $100 just so I don't have to drag the mag with me wherever I go to enjoy it? C'mon guys, surely you can get a bit more competitive...

Nothing but problems. The app is a failure. It won’t open, or won’t recognize my subscription or many other frustrating problems that make me want my money back. Don’t waste your time.

Frustrating. So frustrating! It won’t open, or recognized my subscription! I have an annual subscription but cannot enjoy the magazine! Now I can open, but I lost my previous downloads and it doesn’t allow me to download all magazines. And if I change from my phone to my tablet, I don’t have the same info.

Error messages, never dwnlds. 1st issues downloads...then error message appears & that's it! For such a costly app I expect it to work. Conde Nast customer service not helpful (unable to find a solution).

Worst App and Terrible Service. A terrible app that essentially is a mechanism for Conde Nast to steal your money. Subscribed and then it refused to allow me to download. Conde Nast said it was iTunes, iTunes said it was Conde Nast I wasted the cost of a year’s subscription and have no magazines. Total waste of money and a complete con in every way. Both companies have terrible, rude, incompetent “Customer Care” — a huge misnomer

Terrible customer service!. Great magazine horrible customer service! I have been trying to retrieve my password for months so I can view in my other iPad and the forgot password link takes you to publisher's page and I have received no reply to multiple emails!

Great magazine terrible app. App will not recognize annual subscription purchase. App support team only sends links to old Cnet sites rather than actually fix the issue. Can not shut off auto renewal in the App Store subscription management feature. Would never use this service again.

An Excellent Read. Of all the design publications available, both professional and for a residential reader. This is my favorite. Excellent articles on architectural history, art history, current publications on the art/design world. This is in addition to articles on interior design and the history of interior design. They are in compassing in their breadth from “homes” from the 1400’s to today.

The best.. WOI is the gold standard.

So lovely and almost free. World of interiors strokes my soul like no other periodical. I wish the free issues would change month to month. But perhaps I should pay for my favorite thing...

App doesn’t work!. App doesn’t work and doesn’t renew my purchases from the pass. It also doesn’t renew my subscription after making a new password so I’m stuck with nothing. So frustrating and disappointing!

My favorite magazine. I've been a print subscriber for nearly 20 years and seeing this magazine in my mailbox makes my heart leap every month! I have wanted the digital version too since they were first offered so that I can read the magazine sooner--- but have paid for these every month unnecessarily as I can never get the free download to work. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!???

Wonderful magazine, flawed app, poor formatting. Update. Finally resolved monthly challenge of downloading paid subscription. This beautiful magazine is not properly formatted for iPad full page spreads, and you can never see the full layout. Also, how about an alert to your subscribers when the new monthly issue is available?

Worthless. WoI should be ashamed to tarnish their brilliant image with this piece of junk. Obviously it doesn't work as established by every review of it. It would be better to withdraw it than frustrate their customers.

Doesn’t work. If you are a print subscriber, don’t expect to be able to access anything. Log in credentials are not recognized or do not sync to the print subscriber site. World of Interiors help support is responsive to emails but has no solutions (I am on round 3 and have received only basic canned answers and no progress). Password reset links fail. Currently the account subscriber web site also appears to be down. Massive waste of energy. Don’t expect to access the digital content while waiting the 3 months required for delivery of your first print issue.

Would love to get my money back. Terrible interface. Page does not transition without swiping several times in exactly perfect direction. Why can’t you use the same interface as other magazines? Also I just subscribed for a year and thought I would get access to back issues but no - too cheap for that! And frankly - the quality of the projects featured is poor. Too much kitsch and a lot of bad filler. I subscribed because I remembered it being much better but now realize that was several years ago. There you have it!

Wonderful discovery. I’m new to this website and was not expecting to be so enthralled and inspired by the “ALL” of it! From the quality of the photographs, the subject and category content, the accompanying written word and the sheer beauty, I found myself slowly leafing through the pages - pick any issue! - and being charmed and rejuvenated all at once. Again, the ALL of it. I’m also impressed with the ease of how the site is designed and is so easy to navigate going forwards or backwards. The flow is as effortless as the page contents themselves. I’m helplessly addicted - in a good way.

No benefit for subscriber. There doesn't seem to be a way to access the magazine for free if you are already a print subscriber.

Great magazine - terrible tech. Can’t open on iPad. Great magazine but no longer works on apple devices after latest os. Very disappointing. I hope they upgrade their systems. 1 star for technology

GLITCH MANIA. Just subscribed and unable to move beyond page 1. The app closes with each swipe!

World of interiors app. Does not download easily and you pay each month but u can't get the issue or the previous issues you've bought! Needs to be rethought before put on the market!

World of Interiors is unparalleled.. You really must subscribe. It is far and away the best. There is only one problem, as nearly as I can tell, once you hold it in your hands you cannot throw it away...Ever. Each issue is a masterpiece. Thank goodness one can subscribe online and keep all those issues dust free in cyberspace.

App doesn’t work. Unfortunately, a yearly digital subscription does not work. Issues cannot be downloaded because there is no log in for Apple in-app purchases. You can “restore” your subscription as many times as you want (the only support provided for downloading issues) but it doesn’t work. Neither Condé Nast nor Apple were able to help. The app is significantly flawed and there seems no way to “fix” it. If you get a yearly subscription, you will have to request a refund because you will not be able to download any of the issues.

Scam alert for Australian subscribers. Do not subscribe. This site will accept payment then not deliver the magazine.

Worst app. This app is not intuitive or well designed. There is no back/home button when you are reading the magazine so you have to close the app. Scroll works rarely. Now back issues are no longer free to download and it has deleted all of my previously downloaded magazines.

Great content but...... App and online editions are very clunky and really not up to the standard of other magazines. Wish I’d stuck with the hard copies.

Magazine app. I would never have downloaded this app if it had not said FREE! Why the misleading information? I am not very tech smart and do not know how to cancel so this had better be a darn great magazine

Excuse me but..... To those people who posted negative reviews.... think before you write ! You are downloading the platform app for the magazine subscription to operate. That's what is free! Although quite often , depending on the magazine, they will allow you to download a few older issues free of charge. If you shop around i.e. Zinio for example, you will find special price subscriptions that are so cheap , they might as well give it away.

Not worth it!. This app is very disappointing. I have purchased an issue that seems to have completely disappeared from my iPad. It isn't on the device anymore and it doesn't appear as an available download. It is a total waste of money!

Not even one free?. I was expecting to have a preview of your magazine then have a chance to prescribe. Even Oprah magazine did that. I won't buy that which is not demonstrated!
