Let me start my saying I love Babyfirst and so does my 18 month old son, but I've had consistent issues with it not working offline. I emailed the company and they sent me some troubleshooting suggestions, which haven't solved the problem. I don't leave home without some sort of device and everyone that watches my son has the app of their device as well. It's an awesome tool to keep my little guy occupied when it works, but my Lord fix the problems already!
You get the app and it has all the shows from BabyFirst TV. Except...you only get one unlocked show that lasts maybe 5 mins. After you're done you can move onto a show you haven't seen but only if it's unlocked. Waste of space to download for something that is supposed to entertain your child. And after a while the free unlocked episodes will become locked or disappear.
Great to travel with while in the car! My 7month old loves it!
Paying for an app that will not load half the time
I love he fact that the baby can't change anything on the screen!
It is amazing and we Love it so much.Keep up the good work.
I've been on the paid version for over a month and have issues loading most of the content. Only a few episodes actually work since day one. I held on to the subscription hoping it would resolve. It hasn't so I'm cancelling.
Great for on the road or at home when you need to get this done....
Download this app asap - amazing for babies and toddlers and educational programming - my daughter loves it! Short vignettes - perfect for her attention span! Only one we use!
I can never get the app to load and it frustrates my kids so we ended up deleting the app. It's not worth it. YouTube works faster and more efficiently.
The idea of this is great, my son loves the shows and you can watch them all offline (as long as you have watched them before). The problem is multiple times it has locked me out even though I pay the monthly subscription. The support team is always helpful but try explaining to a one year old that the app is down. I've never had a problem with an app like this, especially one that dips into my bank account every month. Now I see them spending money on commercials for it but not fixing whatever the problem is...pretty ballsy. If Baby First can get it together it would be a great app.
this continued the sameee i just repay again and still no jave access to the harry video and requesting me to pay $24 again for nothing not fair
I keep getting kicked off won't play at all.
Nowhere did I see it costs $3.99 and they asked me toconfirm something, then I got an email with the charge and its not even worth it. My son doesn't like it. I was so mad, they just took my money!
If you have a baby then baby first is the only place you should have them watch. The TV channel is just full of pure learning shows, my kid loves it.
I love being able to play my babies fave cartoons away from home
My baby loves this show. Having the app is so convenient
This app is very unstable. I have followed all the directions and it doesn't change . I have the newest iPads with max memory so......they need to work on this app big time. I wish it did work because my son looooves babyfirsttv shows
People, stop complaining. It's good. Sometimes a lifesaver in times of need
My toddler can't get enough of it
