Works well. I’ve used this app for years and it always works well. It prints things I need printed...so not much else to say.

Print pro. This print app has made printing with iPhones, iPads almost enjoyable when printing from it. It's the best!!

Continues to be great.. When you don’t have AirPrint, This is my go to printing option. And in a couple of cases I have used the ability when traveling. Works all time and the preview eliminates printing unnecessary paper.

I don’t think I’m dumb....but I don’t get this app. I just don’t get this app. The instructions are all over the place. I’m not the most tech savvy, but I get most things with a little time. I’ve tried to make this work for me in 2018, didn’t get it and gave up after trying and trying. Tried again now in 2021, thinking it was just me and I had better knowledge now, but no...the instructions are convoluted and confusing.

Ripoff pro central. This is the biggest waste of time and money EVER ! I have struggled to get it to work for months with no hint of success. I have tried their very confusing and evasive “help” service which offers no help whatsoever. I wasted my money on an app that should be easy to install and use, not even close. The App Store should tell people this is a terrible, unworkable, money grab. I would have given it a negative star rating if it would let me.

Waste of money. I have to install a separate software program on my pc and Mac, have to have the computer on as a print server and still have many problems. Definitely over rated advertisement.

I can finally print. It printed on both sides of the paper, but at least it printed.

Not for iPads. I purchased this app to print from my iPad Pro to my Canon Pixma ip8720 and it was a complete failure. Print preview had no page set up, paper size, etc. options and showed a distorted image. When I selected print, the paper ran through my printer fast and came out blank. Total disappointment and a $7.99 lesson.

So far so good. Looking for a good printing app and think I found it!

Used to work great. I used to use this to move ForScore music files between iPads, and it worked great, but latest updates have altered my opinion. Between iOS changes and ForScore changes, I am now only able to move one file at a time, which is a major nuisance. Support has been trying to help, but they think it is a ForScore problem because they say multiple files can be moved to other apps just fine. Maybe it is a ForScore problem, but unfortunately, the app no longer meets my needs for this particular task.

Essential Tool. I have used this app for several years and couldn't live without it! Never lets me down, and believe me, I print out a lot of quilting and knitting patterns. I would highly recommend PrintCentralPro!

Good solution to iPad printing. I was looking for a solution that enabled me to print email, from my new IPad, wirelessly to an HP printer that was not AirPrint capable. Looked at a number of others and found them clunky or didn't work as advertised. Purchased PrintCentralPro and it worked well. Had a question about adding my Outlook Calendar so I could print events and got hung up. Contacted their Support and received a very timely and clear advice on how to resolve my problem. Now I'm up and running. So far, so good with this app.

Great program. I’ve been using this program on my IPads for years. It works great!

An absolute lifesaver. I have a loaded HP LaserJet 8000. Although there are two other very nice and more modern printers I use, the HP is my baby for final print. The app is amazing, lets me print on ledger from iOS or computer using the free program WePrint. Even modern OS that no longer support the HP, it opens advanced features that no other driver would find. Walkthroughs provided were personalized to my needs. The customer service is just beyond excellent and I would normally not take the time to review an app unless it was very good or drove me to the brink of extinction.

Printer down stairs. I can print from up stairs, any where in the house. This app is fantastic. I go down stairs and pick up the completed copies.

Great. I use this to print from iPad - easy, works great - plus saves me having to turn on the computer every time I want to print something I come across ( directions , instructions, etc. )

Disappointed UPDATE. This app does a nice job of printing from my iPad for the most part. However, the primary reason I purchased it was to be able to print from my AppleWatch. The app is not recognized/detected by the watch app and so it won’t install on the watch. I’ve worked with Support to remedy the situation to no avail. I was told by support a month ago that an update would be out 2 weeks ago but to date, this doesn’t appear to have happened. If this ever is resolved, I’ll raise the stars in my review. In the meantime, I’ll be standing by.. ******* STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM SUPPORT 5 MONTHS LATER!******

No air print? No problem !. Used to be really frustrated trying to print things from iPad. No longer. What used to take me about 10 minutes, trying to find some other way to get my document printed, is now done in under one minute. Had a little trouble setting it up, but then after it was very easy. Worth the $$.

Terrible waste of time and money for iPad. Terrible waste of time and money for iPad - over an hour spent attempting to figure out how to use with working WiFi printer but seems it only works in combination with a desktop computer- makes it useless to me - wish I could get a refund right now!

WORKING TO UNDERSTAND. Printing from an iPad to a network printer (not AirPrint) is always difficult. Hopefully I can make this work.

Works Great!. I wanted to print from my IOS using my older, non-WiFi, non-AirPrint servers. This did the trick! It goes around the mountain a different way, but gets the job done!

Prints from my iPad!. This is the first app I’ve ever had that successfully did so.

Not for use on a large network. My campus network has a thousand dynamic end-user devices that are discoverable and PrintCentral Pro tries to scan for all of them. Without filtering, it is almost impossible for me to find my printer.

Print Central Pro. After having trouble getting things to work right I received help many times from Melissa who was outstanding. It is working great now. Thanks for the fast and accurate help.

works poorly or not at all. I have used more printer paper setting up this app’s interface to printers than I have for printing real documents. When I print, it either doesn’t work at all or prints docs so out of scale they are useless. Been trying to use it for years.

Cool Though, Not Quite There. Sweet program and I'm a fan of the fact that I can print from mobile devices on my campus now, but it only works for apps that have the "share" box. Anything like iCloud Drive, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, or even Mail, doesn't let you print because there aren't sharing options for the PC Pro option to come up in. I like the thought, but I feel like I got ripped because it won't work for the apps that I try to print from most.

Excellent Solution for Seniors. We support our father-in-law who recently celebrated his 92nd birthday. Needless to say it can be trying at times particularly where his equipment is concerned. It is impossible to get him to part with any equipment, printer, for example, as long as it shows any sign of still being functional. We wanted to get him to try to use an iPad but lack of printing capability to his ancient printer was a show stopper. Then we discovered PrintCentral Pro and its free server WePrintWin. Our problem was solved. Thanks!

WHAT THE HELL. I bought this very expensive app thinking it would work with a network printer but I realized that u need to use a pc to relay the message! Please make an update for network printer support and I'll give 5 stars!

Not there yet. I use a new Brother printer which is well-supported yet this app will at best print very poor quality text and unusable graphics when printing directly. The Weprint helper app gives good quality printing but it is not available unless I keep my laptops running at all times. If I'm going to do that I may as well use them to print. Not recommended.

Very disappointing. Didn't work. Online assistance was extremely unhelpful. They were not interested in helping at all. They tell you what to do but not how to do it. Complete waste of time and money.

Misrepresented. If you are expecting this app to print from any normal iPad app, IT WONT. PrintCentral has its own set of apps like a web browser, email client etc that it is capable of printing to a network printer BUT it won't print from iWorks, Safari, Mail or any other app you would hope it would work with. My advice is SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Mr. I was trying to get a Kodak print program to work on a Kodak printer wirelessly without Sucess I also tried other programs without Sucess but this program work wright from the start I found it to be A1 Program

Works! High recommend. The tricky part is setting your printer but once you can connect to it this app works great! I use Goodreader and there's an option to open the PDF with this app and it prints in seconds. One negative is that the UI looks old but that's just me and does not affect the functionality of this app.

Print Central Pro. The best and most complete printing app for the iphone and ipad. I have not yet found a networked printer that it can not print to.

Great apps. Do yourself a favor and buy it! If you want to print via a non air printing printer, then this is it. fantastic app.

Great App. Great App. A real step to not needing a PC. Great interface to Google Doc.'s. Print to PDF and save directly to Google Doc.'s. Just like having a local hard drive. The interface to Google Doc.'s is better than the Google App. itself, allows renaming and creating new folders. Printing to an HP wired network printer also works fine. The browser is also fine and a good substitute to Safari for any web sites that you may want to print. The only suggestion I would make is the refreshing of documents listed in Google Doc.'s and switching between folders is at times clunky and sometimes misses the mark.

Snifter. I think this is a great app and it is very easy to print from my iPad to the printer. It was as easy with my non-wi-fi printer as it is with my new wi-fi one.

PrintCentral Pro. I have used PrintCentral Pro for flyers for my business and it has never failed me, I love it, so straight forward in its instruction.

Great Product Great Support. Greetings all from Australia. I Installed PrintCentral Pro on my IPad 2 and the Weprint free program on my Windows 7 64 bit pc. I have a standard Epson Stylus Photo T50 printer connected by USB cable to my pc and my pc to a NETGEAR router with wireless enabled. I do not have a wireless card in my pc and did not need one, which was a bonus. Initially I could not get anything to work - the printer was seen in the Weprint program but not on the IPad. I emailed PrintCentral support expecting a response in a day or two. It took 10 minutes in fact for a very courteous reply with options to try. I applied the options but still no luck, so I forwarded the settings they asked for if the first solutions had not worked. Again I expected a reply next day and again it took 10 minutes for another very courteous reply, this time indicating that the settings indicated that wifi was not enabled on my IPad. Okay call me a dunce. Somehow while playing with the wifi settings in the morning I had managed to disable my wifi. As soon as I corrected my mistake the printer showed up in the list of available printers on the IPad and bingo it worked beautifully. Pictures and attachments etc print straight away and full emails can be printed by setting up the email server in the Printcentral program on the IPad.

Really neat. Really like this app. I can. Print to almost anything on my network with no hassle at all. Really simple, really effective. What more can you want. Just seems to work!

Excellent printer control and operation. I’m only a casual user, however this app is the best I’ve used for printing emails and almost any document I wish from other apps to my wifi printer, my computer printer or PDF if I wish. Seems to be so easy and works every time. This is exceptional for me due to my age and my infrequent usage due to being retired. Have never been completely stumped when trying to accomplish a task using this app, so can’t comment on developers response time as I’ve needed to try them out. I rarely write reviews, but this app deserves being given credit for doing the job well.

Printing wifi from iPad mini. This app allows easy printing wifi, from you IPad. As a nervous Nellie I like to print off my calendar, just in case. Ps I am old! But it prints many applications

HP P1102W has printing compatibility issue try weprint. The green guide recommended the software, I read the rating and I should have listen to the reviews- don't buy it . I waisted my money

Let down. Very unhappy with the app - unable to print directlynfrom within mail/safari or other apps. You can only print your email if you resetup all your mail account details AGAIN within Printcentral Pro. Everything i want to do requires a work around. I full accept that it is my own fault for not researching properly, but urge others to have a good look before purchasing. A very disappointing purchase.

Fabulous. I love this App. I've tried many Apps that claim to be able to print directly to a WiFi printer but this is the only one that's actually ever managed it. And I love that I can now save documents etc. as PDFs; I've been looking for a decent App to do that as well.......this one does it all. Clear setup instructions and comprehensive help - the "getting started" instructions are so clear and well written the extra help isn't really needed. I would highly recommend this gem! I don't know how I managed without it.

Disappointing. AirPrint works great for Apple apps but none of my 3rd party apps support it. I hoped PrintCentral Pro would allow me to print these apps, but it doesn't. In fact I can't see what it does. It seems completely pointless. Anyway, I guess they are happy, cos they got my 10 bucks.

Awesome support, google cloudprint support works well.. Support got back to me within about ten mins of sending a message with clear, helpful clear instructions (I had trouble connecting to google cloud print - ended up being my fault as I had two step verification set up with google and needed to enter an application specific password to get printcentral to connect). Anyway - works to print through google cloud print which is what I needed. Thanks!

Works like a charm. I assume there are many variations to settings and protocols with wireless devices. This App didn't detect my Canon MX series printer wirelessly at first but a quick google search told me how to find the printers IP address and once entered it showed up and works flawlesly.

amazing ...really. I was seriously worried when I purchased cuz it's a lot of money for an app. But this app but no joke it works with iPad iPhone flawlessly.

Does not allow printing from Safari or iPad mail program. This app does not make the printer AirPrint compatible, so you can not print directly from Safari, iPad mail, or other programs. You instead are forced to use the PrintCental software, which is very cumbersome, requiring lots of steps to do. When i do print, the print quality with my Samsung printer was very poor, being monochrome black and white rather than proper grayscale I feel ripped off that the lack of AirPrint support is not made clear up front and want my money back for this purchase.

Print App. This is great App and well worth the money

Almost perfect - recommended. My printer is Samsung scx-4828fn, no support for AirPrint. Version 5.6.2.9b It works correctly with duplex printing in PS or PDL-A. So now, you have choice to use WePrint or not.

Crapp apps. It's suppose to print to all printer. That's bull.. If you want to print you have to use weprint so are dependent of your computer. So wy telling all that lies??? Don't waste your money on this. The service get piste off by all my questions.

Useless. DO NOT waste your money on this app. I sent 3 emails to them for support and I didn't get any reply. WHERE is the 60 minutes support??? What a BIG joke. That was the reason that I purchase the app in the first place but now I'm stuck with a useless app. I purchased the PRO version and for some reason I'm unable to view a simple zip attachment, REALLY !!!! I guess I'll be more careful next time before trusting an app developer to actually TELL the truth while marketing there product with phrases like " contact our help desk which is open 24/7" YEAH RIGHT and an answer within 60 minutes". KMA EuroSmartz

KAM. I was a little sceptical at first as I had a little trouble getting it started but, now seems to work quite well and I am happy with it. The little pop up is annoying asking how I like every time I use it. Over all a good app.

Great app for printing. Use it all, the time to print from those difficult web sites that won't let you print on an iPad. Great for capturing PDF's off a website too! It's one of those programs you have to have in your pocket, its like a Swiss Army knife of software.

Excellent printing App. If you have WiFi and an iPod, iPhone or iPad, I have the mini, this app works perfectly. I love it.

Must have App!. If you need to print from an Apple device then this is a "must have" App. It does a really good job of sorting out and managing the print function, is easy to use and no problem to install and understand. It's kinda like one of those essential Apps that make up the necessary foundation of being able to function efficiently on you device. "Don't leave home without it!"

An exercise in frustration. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. It may be the best I can expect, given the restrictions of IOS and in the absence of an air printer. If you have a doc that you can mail to a computer and print from there, you can save yourself some grief.

Great!. The more I use this app, the more I see how useful it is! I can convert screen captures, web captures etc. to PDF and save them as well as print them. I use it to save my banking and online purchase receipts. Still the best way I've found to print from my iPad.

Great Print App!. As soon as installed Print Central Pro, it found both my HP Officejet printers as soon as it installed, HP Officejet 6450 AIO / HP Officejet 6500 AIO. Some of the reviews say you have to use this app for anything you want to print, which is not true. For example, in Good Reader, select the output icon, and in addition to print, there is OPEN IN, select that and choose Print Central, and you send the document right to the printer. Not all apps support this like Safari and Mail for example, so you can use the browser or mail feature right in Print Central Pro itself. Another great feature is I can mount my iPad as a disk drive on my PC and transfer files wirelessly, without using iTunes. Highly recommended!!!!

This App Does not Work and Support is Terrible. I had Print Central ($10), wanted to print my calendar so I upgraded to the Calendar add on ($2). I had issues with the calendar printing over other entries. Thought it may be the version so I purchased Print Central Pro ($10). The same problems existed. I exchanged over 8 e-mails with support and all that happened was support gave me canned fixes in a very quick turn around. Problem is….they never read my e-mails, the fixes were for problems connecting to my printer. That was fine, what was printing was junk from the program. After each e-mail with a request for more information from me and continued canned fixes……..I GIVE UP…….. I would like a refund for a program that can not do what it advertises! I should have paid more attention to the 21 people who hated the app when I bought it.

Print Central Pro. Absolutely love this program! In Print Central Pro I am always able to surf the Internet, send and receive emails, and print and save almost everything in my own personal files created and saved in the program. I am also able to save other things created in other apps and transfer them over to Print Central Pro for easy filing and access. Plus with Print Central Pro I am able to send documents to the Print Central Pro in order to print to my wireless printer even though my printer is not a air print printer. It is GREAT! iOS 5.0+ users avoid this at all costs!. I bought this app and was VERY happy with the direct printing feature which is the ONLY reason why I bought it, but now since iOS 5.0 came out, Apple being the dictators they are, have removed this option so now this program is USELESS if you want direct printing:( I normally would not blame the app company but since they knew this, they did NOT warn anyone before buying this program and continue to not warn anyone. the support team should have and still should, warn people that if they want to keep their direct printing option in this app that they should NOT upgrade to iOS 5.0+ until Apple decides to open up the direct printing feature without us having to use a lame AirPrint capable printer. Shame on Apple and SHAME on EuroSmartz...

Pro. Great app, great price, and easy to use.

Very Solid App. Although a bit convoluted in the setup process, this app allows me to bypass a limitation that a fine HP Color LaserJet (1215-Windows Only") has, i.e., no printer driver for Mac, nor compatibility with a "universal" print server. The printer is a bit behind the times, so, as supplied, is virtually useless in a mixed Win-Mac environment, which has become more the norm. This app provides a way to keep old technology in the mix, rather than forcing an office to discard very viable old printers. When a printout is needed at the highest quality, the app allows us to use the printer, bypassing the Mac, using the iPad or iPhone. It also allows us to scan a document, then print it, either over a local Wi-Fi network, or over 3G or 4G, effectively making it a remote copying machine. This app certainly does perform solidly!

upsetting. I put down $10 expecting this to work well. Turns out that it might, but not without so much trouble that its not worth it (especially since i found a free app that does work). There are too many options that it becomes difficult to figure out why my printer is printing sheet after sheet of test pages with random characters while i simply opened a document through e-mail on the app, found my printer, and pressed print. Maybe i'm missing something, but I feel ripped off after paying $10 for an app that was useless for me. I don't doubt it works, but I couldn't find any tutorials online or troubleshooting online, and like I said, I found the epson iprint app, which prints from email perfectly. Just my frustrated opinion.

Wow!. I don't usually like to write reviews, I feel that they take up too much of my time. However I will make an exception for this app because of how easy it was to use, notice I didn't say setup and that's because all I had to do was download it and it did the rest. It found my HP Photosmart 3213 All-in-One immediately and right away it prompted me to print a test page which I did and it was smooth sailing from there. I like how it includes the convert to PDF option which I must admit I haven't tried yet, but I am sure that it works as well as just printing. If it doesn't I will be back to comment on that, but I doubt I'll need to. All in all I am glad that I took the time to research all the options and that it all led me to this, I'm very happy.

New to PrintCentral Pro. Superior!!! I have been searching everywhere for an app that would make it possible for me to print from my iPad3 while away from my home network. I have found it in PrintCentral Pro and I have just begun on a delightful journey to find out everything it can do. I have NEVER found a company that has given such great support . The answers came within minutes (althought they say within an hour and that would have been great.) If I ever have a question, I know they will be right there to help me out. I installed WePrint on a flashdrive and now it can go with me so that I can access printing capabilities wherever I can connect. Thank You EuroSmartz (and Tina and Holly).

It works!. I had been searching for an app that would print to my "ancient" but highly reliable wireless Lexmark Prestige Pro 850 wireless printer. After a few failed tries with other apps, I found Printer Pro Central. It works! I had to contact their Support via email to get it set up correctly. They were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. I had to download the program to my Dell XPS desktop, but, by golly, all the devices in my household now print to the Lexmark printer! IPad 2nd gen, iPad mini, Dell laptop running Vista Home premium. Great, useful program that I highly recommend.

Piece of Cake. I’m in IT and was ready to set up any complicated solution if I had to in order to print from my iPAD Pro to my Windows PC. I normally don’t even bother writing reviews as a lot of apps aren’t even worth it. This one is! If you’re looking for an app that will let you print to any old printer shared from your PC, this is it! The only caveat is you must have your PC on that has the printer installed / shared, and be running their Weprint app in the background of your PC (free download - simple install). I have an old HP Laserjet 1200 (USB printer) that isn’t network ready but shared through my PC with Windows 10. I downloaded their app in the App Store on my iPad, then I downloaded and installed their Weprint app from their website on my PC at home. The Weprint software detected all printers listed on my PC, and my Canon networked inkjet. You can hide (exclude) printers or “printers” listed (like Microsoft one note, FAX, etc.) to select from the app on your iOS device. It’s not always straight forward like a windows app to print from iOS, but easy enough to use a “copy to” or “open in” from an app menu or save the file and open and print from Print Central app. This is a limitation from Apple and iOS, not the developer. To summarize, if you want an easy-to-use app that will let you print to any printer (from a Windows PC or laptop connected) from an iOS device (using iOS 11+) look no further. This app will let you access a printer and send your file over a wireless network seamlessly. So far, I have tried images, GoodNotes, PDF’s and a word document without issue and proper formatting to an old HP Printer. Just get it if you are in the same boat, it will work if you follow the simple instructions and you won’t be sorry. Worth every cent 5+. Thanks EuroSmartz! I’m just wondering if I have to purchase the iPhone version to use with my iPhone as well as my iPad version (a $6.99USD purchase).

Actually makes printing harder! Refund please.. I want to echo Grubesok's review below. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY. The PrintCental app actually doesn't work with most wireless printers, so you have to print through your desktop/laptop. Which means that computer has to be *on* an running a program to help the ipad see the printer. Which might make you wonder ... when you have to turn on your desktop/laptop and run a special program just so the ipad can see the printer ... why don't you just print from there? You have to jump through seven hoops anyway to get anything to open in PrintCentral and become printable - it still won't print from Safari or Mail or Pages or ReaddleDocs or anything I have - so you have to push it somehow into the PrintCentral app. So while you're turning on your desktop/laptop, why not reload that page, call up that email, or open whatever it was in your dropbox account and PRINT FROM YOUR COMPUTER, since you already had to start it up, and are therefore standing right in front of it. So stupid. I deleted it, and I want my money back.

Happy User. I have been using Print Central Pro, on my iPad 2 and my wife's iPad 2 for well over a year. It is an awesome program! I am, now, looking into purchase for my iPhone 5. For those that write negative experience reviews; it takes time to learn something new. I went through some frustrations learning this program. Once you have learned this, I, by experience, can assure you that you will find this product a great asset in your life. Communicate with tech support, via email, and they WILL get you through it. FIVE STARS because; it works, tech support is always there and the price is very fair.

Print Central Pro. I had just received as ipad2 but didn't have the correct type of printer to print from my ipad2. But Print Central Pro came to the rescue. I was able to set up printing to my Lexmark printer without any difficulty. Then I tried to print out an email. I didn't realize that the information for my mail service would be different for my ipad than it was to my computer. Enter Print Central Pro customer service. I think it was Andrea that helped me out. She gave me several differnet suggestions and I very quickly was printing email to my printer (via Print Central Pro) from my ipad. Highly rec. this app and their customer service!

Not what I needed. I was looking for a simple way for my wife to print attachments from her iPhone/iPad to one of the two Canon printers on my network. The software recognized the printers but failed to print anything. After contacting support, I finally installed another piece of software called WePrint (it’s free) and I can print. Problem is the software now has multiple listings for each of my printers and only some of them will actually print. I was told that’s because I have my computer connected to my network both with Ethernet and wireless even though the printers are both connected only wirelessly. Oh, and the software also lists my two printers as Air Print and as PS. Very confusing. I assume PS stood for Post Script but I could not find documentation anywhere. You can test various options on the printers by just selecting a test button next to each option. But, after each test...nothing happened except a window asking if it printed. Selecting “NO”, doesn’t offer any suggestion just a note that your printer failed the test. Both of my printers are new models and Air Print works for most of our printing needs. I was hoping this software had a few more printing options. Unfortunately, customer support wasn’t much help either. Bottom line: for my needs, the software is lacking. For $7.99 it should just work. I shouldn’t need to install additional software (even if it’s free). I shouldn’t see so many instances of my printers (multiple pages). I will probably never use this software. We will continue using Air Print or print from my desktop. I do like Google Print and use it for files on My Google Drive.

Product works for me!. Like many others, just needed an app to get anything and everything to the printer. Initially could see the printer through WePrint using a wireless router employing encryption and MAC address blocking, but printer was showing as not available. This was solved by reserving an IP address on the router for the iPad and them creating a rule in the firewall (I am using AdvanQuest's SystemSuite Professional) to allow that IP address send and receive access. Then, everything started working great! There is a small delay between hitting the print button and it actually coming out of the printer, but that is just the communication delay between my iPad and my PC (running Windows 7 Home 64bit). Have not had much time on this app yet, but so far it is working quite well. I'll report back later on after I have had some time with it.

Misleading and a waste of time. Hi there, here's a warning about printcentral, MAKE SURE YOUR PRINTER IS COMPLIANT. I just finished talking with eurosmartz about their print central app, and how it wasn't working for my 2010 Lexmark s605 wifi printer. There response was "we haven't developed the software yet for your printer and were not sure when." And that I would have to go through another program called we print using my pc or mac just to be able to print from my iPad. What a joke? So this $10 app I just purchased is useless! The least they could do is provide a list of printers that will not work with the app instead saying as a description "works with almost all" wifi printers. I'm disappointed because I know that more than 27 people on here have tried this product, and i find it impossible that only 5 of them were people like me. Apple should publish all the results, not just the good ones.

PrintCentral Pro is Pro!!. This app will benefit everyone from the average home user to the more complex business users. I have both and even when I ran into a little complexity with my network (school district), Andrea was right there to provide expert guidance on resolving settings. I mean, what else could you ask for? I sent a help request in and in less than 40 minutes I was given a wealth of pertinent information that led to the answers to get my situation working. Great app, customer support (Julia), and technical support (Andrea). You cannot go wrong with this company!!

Not a full independent printing solution. I hesitated to buy this because I knew there was likely a catch. Well, I finally relented and after a lengthy and irritating setup (during which I burned through half a ream of paper because every test print made my Epson workforce 600 series printer go bananas and print a dozen pages of gibberish) I was finally printing (somewhat) but here's the catch: everything must be printed through the app. If you're buying this thinking you'll print freely to any printer from any app on the iPad, you're in for a huge disappointment, as I was. I thought i would print from Safari, the iPad's native email client, calendar, etc. Nope. I hit the print icon but I still get the no AirPrint printers found error. The app has a built in web browser, email client, PDF maker, etc. If you print, it will be from a feature (web, email, etc) within the app. I would much rather have an app that enables me to print from anywhere on the iPad using the native print Icon. If you're looking for true printing without restriction, look elsewhere. I'm not crazy about working from within the confines of the program anytime I need to print. Wish I could get a refund but I'm stuck. It's not a "bad" program and it does print. It's just not what I thought it would be.

Very Disappointed. The common method of printing a document from an iPad or iPhone for those of us who don't own nor want to own an AirPrint printer requires emailing the document to a PC or Mac, then printing from the computer; that is too many steps and too much bother. If I must do that, I'll just use the computer in the first place. All I want to do is tap an icon from within an iPad app, and retrieve a printout from my printer. I bought PrintCentral Pro expecting to do that, nothing more and nothing less. PrintCentral Pro requires the user to execute multiple steps, switching from the app in use to PC Pro, then more steps before finally being ready to print, and before returning to whatever it is he was working on. This process is more trouble than it is worth, and akin to navigating another operating system. I bought PrintCentral Pro expecting to print with no more keystrokes than AirPrint requires. I haven't yet bothered to figure out what the system overhead is for employing the basic features of PC Pro; I suspect it is significant. I also discovered that a separate app for iPhone must be purchased if such application is intended. While it does print, I cannot recommend PC Pro. In fact, I recommend against its purchase. Can I return it for a refund?

Delivers the goods. I've used this apps for several years, and it allows me to print to our non-AirPlay printer from my iPad via our Windows 7, desktop computer. I had to download this app and the corresponding app for our desktop computer, which is attached to the printer. Once all was installed, the system worked well. Printing is not as straightforward as printing to an AirPlay printer. From whatever app I'm using, I have to interface with PrintCentralPro in order to print. That can be a hassle sometimes, but in the end I have a printed document, so I'm satisfied.

Print View and settings Great!!!. I've been using this product since version1 and it just keeps getting better. You can send documents to it, or you can use the internal browser to print documents. Access your email and print those documents. But you also can set it so you can use your printer's gray scale settings and even pick which pages you want to use in preview mode. Set up margins and how many copies you want to print. Yep you can use document collate too. This is a good all round tool. Saves you the steps of exiting and cut and pasting too.

Just by an AirPrint printer. You. You cannot print directly from iBooks, Pages, Numbers or any app that does not have an "Open in" button. You have to go through a few steps to print, like email the file to yourself, open the file from the email in PrintCentral and then print it. It works fast, but it's not clear from the info given that this is required. Be clear about how you're going to use it before buying. Aside from that, this app is actually completely useless at present because the page range feature doesn't work. The 24/7 help has been useless. What I have gotten is restatements of what is in the help docs within the app. The only additional info/suggestion I've received is regarding the page range issue, but that was pretty stupid and ineffective: restart my printer. And then I was told that "I'm afraid there are a few PDF formats that will not allow us to specify the page range when printing." I also find the "mount iPad/iPhone" feature to be misleading. You cannot truly mount your iPad/iPhone. You only have access to PrintCentral and transfer things in and out of PrintCentral, but that's it. I can already do that through iTunes with a number of apps and it is much simpler to do. Meanwhile, OfficeDepot has the HP Photosmart 7510 on sale for $99. So there I'll go...

Great Printing App. I LOVE this app. Previously, I used Air Print for all of my printing needs from my iPhone and iPad Mini. Just bought and install ed this. It's so much more versatile than using Air Print. I like having similar print dialog box choices that I use on my iMac when printing. I really like how I can print directly from my email accounts, calendar, web pages and contacts. Haven't, yet figured out who to print from images or clipboard, but with the excellent customer support others have experienced, I imagine that this won't be a problem. Overall, for the price paid ($4.99) I think I definitely got my money's worth!

Print Central Pro - like it a lot. Love that it allows me to print without hardwiring to the printer. Don't have my printer set up for 'AirPrint', so I go through my wife's iMac. Only drawback is that I need to email a Pages/Numbers document to myself, so I can open it in Print Central Pro - then it prints perfectly. It would be nice if a future upgrade allowed Pages to feed directly to the app rather than the email work-around. Also, I always need to walk into the office, to 'wake up' the computer, otherwise I get an error message. Both of these issues are small, compared to benign required to connect up.

Works great. This app works really good most of the time

After installation, iOS 5 still cannot find printer. The product installs without a problem. It can find the WIFI printer without a problem. It can print a test file on the found printer. However, neither the iOS 5 browser nor apple mail can print to the previously found printer. Keeps getting "AirPrint printer not found". The tech support was no help. The replies in some cases did not even match the questions or problem description. Tech support can tell you a variety of possible solutions such as renaming the URL every time you want to print something, or copying the file before you can print, or installing another program on your PC or MAC. The problem is that this printer is not attached to a PC or MAC. It is an HP OfficeJet that is a stand alone WIFI printer that works very nicely whe printing from other devices, but not at all when trying to be used from an IPAD running iOS 5. I have asked for a refund 4 times and have never received a reply. Save your money.

Doesn't work. I bought this app when my Mac had suffered a hard drive crash and was in the shop getting a new hard drive under warranty. I wanted to be able to print some documents to my wireless printer from my iPad. Couldn't get PrintCentralPro to print a document, not even a test page. Many emails back and forth to PrintCentralPro tech support. They wanted me to download some software to my Mac so that the app would work. But my Mac was in the shop, that's why I bought the app! Why would I want to print from my iPad if I have my Mac, I would print from the Mac! If I don' have my Mac, I can't very well download software to it! Then tech support said maybe there wasn't a driver for my printer (a common Canon model). They couldn't say when if ever, they would have a driver for my printer, and have never notified me of development of such a driver. How do I get my money back?

Nearly useless app. This will not satisfy the typical user who wants to print from their ipad. You have to use their proprietary programs to be able to print, and who wants to use the Print Central web browser when there are much more user friendly options? Same goes for other documents that you may want to print. They say you can transfer content to their browser for printing, but that does not work for anything that is the product of forms data - so you can not print out an order confirmation, it will request that you resubmit the form to get the page you wanted to print. It also has trouble printing at all on my Kodak printer. It works once in a while, but nobody can tell me why it doesn't work half of the time. I have gotten so frustrated with it that I haven't even tried printing from any other programs. It is clearly not the solution to the lack of ipad printing options. Save your money and buy an e-print or air print printer.

Great App. This is a great App. I love particularly the ability to print from any of the other apps on the iPad. You can bring in Email, Websites, Documents, spreadsheets and attachments as well as Pdf's etc. The new "print preview " function is absolutely great. It's hard to believe that Apple did not include a print to any printer network function in their own software. Absent that this App is really good. There are a few deficits like when you search the web within the App, it does not clearly show what is being downloaded with a progress bar. The other main disadvantage is that you have to physically "bring in" some items to the App in order to print them. After printing you have to delete the items that you brought in unless you decide to keep them in the App. It does link to some of the other Apps in the iPad without having to import the print jobs but not all of them. However this App really works and the $10 or so cost is WAY less than an air print server to our multiple printers. Great App it really does work.

Can print to an HP deskjet with an iPad Mini. I have PrintCentral Pro installed on my iPad Mini and WePrint installed on a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7. My HP deskjet printer is physically connected to a Netgear print server which is physically connected to my router. I have WePrint run when the laptop is started. As long as my laptop is on, I can print to the deskjet printer from my Mini. To print web pages from Safari, I just click the share icon in Safari and choose Copy. I then go to PrintCentral Pro, and choose Clipboard. From there, the copied URL is in the list, so I choose it, which loads the webpage, then I click print. Granted, that's a few more steps than simply printing from Safari, but if you don't want to shell out money for an AirPrint printer (which I didn't since my HP printer is fine and I have Windows PCs that use it), then PrintCentral Pro is well worth the money.

Adapts to multiple networks, printers. Frustrated with Apple somewhat in their limited native printing, I purchased this app. Thus far, the app has performed well beyond expectations. I travel to multiple offices, multiple destinations and after an initial setup at each location, I can simply print with no hassels. It does take some getting use to to print from some applicatons - however, I have found a way to print from nearly every application I have on my iPad2. The 1-2 star ratings likely should read the instructions about setup and how to print from different applicaitons. Using common sense will also let you apply some of the instructions to other applications that are not specifically mentioned. As I said, thus far, I have had no problem printing from nearly any app I have - including some of the newer photo editing applicatons.

I was a bit skeptical but I read the reviews and it was extremely annoying to find out that my HP printer didn't have "airprint" .. bluetooth & airprint should be the same thing. Anyways, I only gave this 4 stars because it's not very convenient to not be able to print straight from "Pages" or even bring the Pages document into the Printer App. You will have to E-mail it to yourself, then open this app, then retrieve and download the attachment and print. Also, I wish I had a way to preview the document before printing and for future updates, could you have an option of which pages to print? For example, instead of printing ALL pages.. select only pages 4-7? THANKS! Other than that, this is a great app. Forget those free apps especially that HP has out. This works with all wireless. It's worth it. =)

Disappointing and deceptively marketed. I bought this app in the high hopes that it would print to my relatively new (1yr old) Dell printer from my IPad. I felt like the marketing in the app store told me this is the best program to print from an iPad to a wireless printer. Lo and behold, it does not do as advertised. Turns out that it prints to any wireless printer from an pc or Mac. The only problem with this is that my pc already prints to my wireless printer, so how how on earth could this program possibly be of use to me to print from my IPad?Retarded. And the support I am convinced is some guy over in India calling himself "holly" firing off snippets of non-answers to whatever questions you throw at him until you get frustrated and finally say screw it- I guess I just blew $10. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT BUY THIS APP.

FINALLY!. This was the seventh-- no, ninth app added to my new ipad's "printers" folder. How do I like it? Let's just say I no longer have a "printers" folder. It has a place of honor, among four other most-used (or Apple-required-to-be-there) Home Screen apps. It works. Every time. All the time. I deleted all the wannabe print apps; all were paid versions, none were reliable. Until this one came along, I honestly thought I'd have to settle for haphazard, wonky, frustrating apps. Not having an "AirPrint-compatible printer, I figured the status quo was my 'punishment'. Which is odd, since I'm not usually one to settle for such inconveniences. At least I FINALLY made my way to Print Central Pro! * * [I know how this sounds, how can I love something so much and not be sure of its name?....maybe it's BECAUSE it works so great that I've never learned its name, and only know it as "the orange app"..anyway please forgive if I've mangled it, feel free to fix my mangling and insert proper name anywhere I use "it"]
