So not use this App in Europe, useless.. I tried to use In Italy. My experience was that this app has no direct connection with the restaurants they recommend. They do not show the entire menu, and every reservation I made was either not received, or the restaurant was not even open. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, try and contact the restaurants directly.

Can you stop spam push notifications ?. I love the app but your incessant push notifications are annoying Push notifications is for important messages (reservations etc), not for promos !

Simply amazing!. La Salvaora’s proprietor Jaime Romero offers his patrons a Michelin experience with a very personalized touch for a fraction of the cost. The attention to detail that is put into the selection of dishes with fresh local seafood and produce is impressive. The extensive wine list also has an excellent variety to choose from. This cozy restaurant’s decor allows us to step into an homage of flamenco singers past and present with a sense of elegant simplicity. If you want an excellent meal in the heart of the Carmen neighborhood without paying a fortune, La Salvaora most definitely is the place to go!

Pathetic. For such a big company they can’t get basic functionality to work. I reserve often and the pay function doesn’t work. Feels like a scam to get you to do something then they don’t perform like promised. Wish some state attorney general would investigate them!! They are fraudulently baiting and switching customers. I wonder how they sleep at night. But Silicon Valley is full of such shallow fraudsters.

Need to set password before making a reservation. I had so much trouble trying to make a reservation as they let you try to set a password on the reservation page, but it didn’t work. Got more sleep the next day and I went to the settings page and noticed the password is not there so I had to set it, but it does require setting it via the browser. Once that was done, i was able to make my reservation.

Password reset emails never arrive.. The app has stopped working. It recognizes me and my user email, but I cannot reset my password even though I have tried dozens of times over the past few days. The app says a notification has been sent by email, but it never arrives in any folder. I can book restaurants and I received the confirmations and reminders, but I can’t post a review or feedback, even when following TheFork’s email message requests to do so. Booking confirmations and requests for reviews are delivered. It’s just the password reset emails which never arrive.

The app and the website needs a huge improvement. Little things. Suppose I want a Paella place on Madrid. Finding it on the app or the website is very hard. On the site, if you choose a city Madrid and then enter Paella in the type of cuisine you get places in Paris and Milan! On the app, there’s just no way to filter on a somewhat vague a thing like this. Then, for most restaurants you don’t see the full menu. So, if you see an offer and you click for more details you get to see barely anything to decide.

Unreliable. Made a reservation through the Ap. Got a confirmation through email. Set off for the restaurant and when we arrived found our reservation had been canceled. The restaurant was already fully booked when the Ap gave us a confirmation that we had a table. Rechecked my email and there was a second email informing me the reservation was not able to be processed. Ap is no longer reliable.

Osteria Giglio was great. The whole experience was quality. The setting was fresh, clean and inviting. The service was just right. There when I wanted them and not hovering, they pay attention. The food was quality, local ingredients treated love and respect. I have eaten quite a bit in Italy and a lot in Florence. This will now be my go to spot and I love that is close to both the San Lorenzo Mercato and the Duomo. If I could have my Nonna back, that is where I'd take her.

Very helpful. The fork was my best support to find restaurants during our stay in Paris. It was my friend’s birthday and we wanted to experience casual dinner, brunch, Michelin star restaurant and the choices we made with the app were right on the spot for our expectations. Great job with this app!

Can’t verify. Why, in an iOS application, do I need to verify myself as not being a bot? It’s ridiculous and the grainy images are impossible to see on a small device. I’ve spent the last 5 minutes (and 5 more to write this review) trying to prove my humanity and now I give up.

Needs more explanation. Payment options/ communication with restaurant needs to be more clear. We went to the the first restaurant and we’re charged the full amount expecting a 20 percent off. But the restaurant charged the full amount. Payment button seams not to work. Unless the restaurant needs to press a button/ activate the reservation and connect to the specific bill. Seems like restaurants don’t seem to comply with the app

Wonderful experience. We had a wonderful dinning experience at toro 777, we received warmly welcome from the hosts, all dishes were well prepared, flavorful and tasty. We loved the bread basket-super delicious. The place was cozy, clean. Highly recommend and we definitely will be back!

Excellent restaurant in Canareggio… go!!. Balance, warmth, taste, amazing vegan & gluten-free options alongside beautifully prepared Venetian classics. Awesome jazz music playing. Friendly attentive service and very reasonable prices for the quality of food and ambiance. You really must try this restaurant.

AMAZING DINNER!. This restaurant is the BEST in town! The food is delicious and the service was outstanding! I’ve made a second reservation in a week. Completely worth your time to spend a couple of hours enjoying the outdoor dining experience! Thank you for welcoming us from the USA with a warm welcome and fabulous hospitality. Merci!

TheFork is a scam. Only one of perhaps a dozen of my completed reservations has been credited. The app developer makes it quite time consuming to get corrections. Who wants to spend hours getting a credit restored? TheFork allows restaurants to cancel reservations after the customer arrives or after the meal is over. Finally, TheFork allows restaurants to delete bad reviews. That of course means their crowd-sourced quality data are wholly unreliable.

Exceptional restaurant. This restaurant is really good and beyond any other place. Service is great and food is unbelievable. Not cheap but definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

Warning: Check your reservations!. We made a reservation through The Fork at a fine restaurant and received multiple confirmations from The Fork only to arrive for our Easter Sunday lunch and find that the restaurant had no record of our reservation. The restaurant told us they often have Fork make reservations when they actually have no space. A real bummer. Just because Fork says you have a resi doesn’t mean you actually do. Caveat emptor

Fabulous source of information. This app identifies highly rated restaurants in your area with informative reviews and an occasional substantial discount. Of course, it reserves the restaurant you select and checks up to make sure you get the discount.

Flawed app, and dishonest customer service.. I travel 100 days a year, and tried this app on a recent trip to Mallorca. On one occasion these bozos confirmed a reservation at a restaurant that was closed, ruining our evening. Blamed it on the restaurant, tried to bribe me with “Yums”. On another the app converted a reservation for 2 into 20, created a huge problem. I get there and the restaurant expects me to pay $1000 for thefork’s blunder. On another, the email confirmation says TheFork will bill me 1euro if I don’t go to the restaurant, then they fraudulently tried to bill my card 100euro, though I ate at the restaurant, and sent them a copy of my bill. These guys have a amateur app, sure, but their slimy business practices are the bigger problem.

Amazing Radda Restaurant. Chef Simon is the star of this family owned and operated establishment. The dishes are well presented and feature ingredients from his garden. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve created in the Radda area many times. La Loggia is now at the top of my short list.

Two bad experiences in one week. If it would work well then the fork app is a great concept but I would most certainly not rely on it (I personally already deleted it). I reserved a restaurant through it and when I arrived at the time my reservation was set in the app, the kitchen and restaurant was closed. The owners apologized and said they’ve been having constant trouble with the app and will discontinue their partnership asap. Second bad experience was a restaurant that you need months of anticipation to reserve in and I did it via the fork. The day of my reservation, without notification and without me clicking a thing, it appeared to be “cancelled”. I couldn’t reserve again since there was no space and no explanation or response to my complaints were received. Furthermore, their offer of restaurants listed is definitely not the best in any city I’ve used it in. Don’t use this app, don’ trust this app.

Misleading. The fork is misleading. It recommends restaurants that it must be paid by, two of the four we dined in were awful and also tourist traps that had no business being on “The Fork” if it really is a curated group of restaurants. So we are not going to use it again. It is unfortunate because something like this would be good as Trip Advisor should not win out and allow people to just build higher the touristic / easy restaurants, but Fork has to get it right or else they won’t be trusted and that is the case with us.

The Yelp of Europe. I love Yelp and live in the US. However, there are a lot of restaurants that are shut down that still show up in Yelp, so it’s unreliable. I asked Chat GPT what to use instead for an upcoming trip to Paris, and it recommended this app, and so far I love it. It’s a bit fancy for my taste (Michelin star restaurants scare me) but is proving very useful and easy to book reservations for free directly in the app.

Filter not working properly. I understand it’s a very busy time of the year, especially in Paris. However, I think it’s important to bring it to you guys attention, as overall your app is great. I was selecting dinner for tomorrow, for 3 people. I got several options that either had no availability for tomorrow, or that would only take reservations for one person or over six people. I was patient enough to keep looking till I found what I was looking for, but I am sure some other people would have given up. Hope this helps you improve your app. Thanks Jeferson

Translation and locations. I’m struggling to find translations of Menus - even though I speak 3 languages, I like to be able to move quickly. Also my email confirmations are in French sometimes? I would like to see more options in tourist destinations like these famous Italian cities

No customer support when discount not honored. Don’t use this app if booking a discounted reservation. If the restaurant doesn’t honor it, the app won’t respond. I have tried their live chat — funny, I am always number 2 in line — and I stay in that position for hours. I have sent 4 emails with pictures of my receipt and gotten no response even though they promise a response in 48 hours. Simply no follow through or customer service. Stay away.

Ease of use is remarkable. Are use the Michelin guide for finding quality establishment. This app makes it so easy to confirm reservations. It illuminates the need for a reservation confirmation and saves so much time!

App Works. The actual app was nice and easy to use. My issue is that every restaurant I’ve made a reservation at (all in Italy) has not checked me in with the app, so I’m marked as a no-show and then The Form threatens me about it. I assume the restaurants might have to pay the app if they check me in and that’s why they don’t do it? Whatever the cause, it’s very annoying.

App OK but some challenges. New to app but find it ok so far. Unable to modify existing reservation - you have to cancel and rebook which is not advisable for reservations that are tough to book. Also sometimes hard to see when a restaurant isn’t included on the app vs just having no availability.

Superb!. Loved this restaurant, the Grouper on Risotto was incredible! The service was impeccable as well! Dined outside on nice quiet side street. The proprietor was around contributing as well. Every plate we saw served looked absolutely delicious. No “traditional Madeira” cuisine per se but if you want wonderful food and superb service this is the place!

Many glitches. I love this website and try to use it as much as possible while traveling but it is really difficult at times to finish any transaction properly.... too much delay, restaurants don’t come up, etc etc

So far so good. Bookings are easy with the app - would be good if they told you to set up an account versus signing in on Facebook. Wouldn’t show my bookings until I created an account for some reason. Looking forward to the trip/restaurants and will review again after!

Endless robot detection - solved. When I try to use the app, with or without iCloud private relay, on WiFi or LTE, it always shows the CAPTCHA. I solved it ten times, no success. And it has been like that for days. Reached the support via mail (the form in the captcha doesn’t work), they suggested to delete and reinstall the app which solved the issue.

Great app for savvy travelers. We’ve been using The Fork for over a year in different countries. It’s awesome! We’ve found really good restaurants-many at 20%-50% off. We’ve used it in several cities where we did not know where to eat. We were able to look at reviews, menus and make reservations. For us it’s another part of our travel adventures! We’ve recommended The Fork to many friends. It earns our 5-star rating!

Very useful app. When we are traveling and do not speak the language fluently, using this app to make dinner reservations is much easier (and cheaper) than making a phone call.

Great restaurant reservation access. The fork allows me to book restaurant reservations more than 1 month prior (unlike the actual restaurant websites). The menus aren’t in English but with google translate it’s only a minor inconvenience (although I need 2 devices, one to pull the restaurant menu up and one to google translate the menu) An English option would be nice. The fork has a large variety of restaurants to explore and the app is easy to navigate.

Unreliable based on my experience. My wife and i made a reservation with Fork and we’re amazed at how quickly we got a confirmation of our reservation. We took a cab to the restaurant on our last day of vacation to find ourselves stranded in the rain with the restaurant closed. Not sure how they confirmed our reservation but seems as though there is room for some major improvements. Will never use again.

Great Service. I travel a lot throughout Europe. Most decent restaurants require a reservation. Using the Fork means I don’t have to call and try to reserve using my horrible Italian, French, or Spanish. Plus, there is often a discount. App works great and is easy to use.

Saturday dinner. This place is a must try, the ambiance of the restaurant was a nice vibe. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Music was great, and the manager Kevin very tentative to your every need. Hands down 10/10 to try if you’re in the area!

100 EUR for a cancelled reservation?!. they give your credit card info to the restaurant so that if you make a last minute reservation within 24 hours, then change/cancel the restaurant charges you an unknown amount for it! This is a huge data privacy issue not to mention probably illegal! i would not use this app again. Especially if I am making a booking within 24 hours!

Amazing food and service. We had an amazing experience in this restaurant. Very friendly services, great food and very good price. We ordered a Florentino steak (1.2 kg for two people), two sides: roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes. The steak is the top- notch, amazingly tender and juice, delicious!The two sides are also very good. The waitress is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The chef presented the steak himself. We got the royal treatment! The decorations is artistic, contemporary and cozy. Comparing with typical steak houses in US, this meal is modestly priced; and it’s even better with TheFork discount. I would come back 💯. I wound highly recommend to everyone, to all my friends.

Best reservation service. We use open table in the US and I while it is very satisfactory, I find the fork to provide more information about the restaurants and are more specific as to the area I choose.

Must have for your trip abroad. Downloaded for our Paris trip and have LOVED this app. Used almost every night to explore and find all kinds of food options no matter what part of town we were in.

Unreliable outside US. I attempted twice to make reservations outside the US and both times the reservation was not available at the time reserved. The first attempt, even the the booking was “confirmed,” the waitstaff informed us that we needed to call them to confirm the booking... in other words, it was NOT confirmed. The second time, I made a reservation that was “confirmed” for 6:00 pm. We show up to the restaurant (after a bit of challenge, because the name and address didn’t match the restaurant), and find out that it doesn’t open until 7:00 pm! I doubt I will use The Fork in the future for reservations, as the service doesn’t actually do what is is supposed to... RESERVE a table!

Better for less. The fork allows us to eat places that we would consider a bit pricey, enjoy ourselves and pay what we can afford. We use it all the time and really appreciate the opportunity to expand our horizons.

Can’t confirm. I used this confirmation platform via TripAdvisor for a long time. I was excited to see this app. However, I just couldn’t get it to confirm my table. I tried logging out and back in again, no success. I like the option of seeing the whole calendar on the second page. Please fix. I can’t wait to use your app

TheFork Chat. Loved TheFork chat with Daniela v! DRW57 Chatted with Daniela when I needed to change my reservation and she was able to do a test run for me to be sure the restaurant was able to seat 6 people before I canceled my existing reservation. On my confirmation email there was only a cancellation and not a modify choice.

Number of guests. I do not understand why offers change with the number of guests. Considering that one can make multiple bookings to overcome this problem, there’s no reason to put this limitation, it only annoys

The booking. Booked online for lunch got a confirmation from the app but not the restaurant so looked online to see they were going to be closed that day so went elsewhere then got a message to say they were waiting for us so who didn’t update the web site? And why didn’t the restaurant confirm they would be open that day after all?

Difficulty to unsubscribe from annoying emails. Made a booking through the app that worked, however this app’s admin needs to add an option to unsubscribe from emails on their emails. I asked them to incubating me and they responded with a long process of how to unsubscribe. I find that appalling and incredibly annoying. Their emails feel like spam as they email almost daily.

Convenient. This app saves me so much time as it takes all the booking process out of my hands

Great Value booking discounts. Thus far we have discovered two great places with one repeat visit for one restaurant. The discount you earn is making it worth booking through the Fork App

Not Reliable Booking. I had a Very humiliating experience with Fork. Booked a table for a small birthday and received confirmation email. 24 hrs before the birthday received email to re-confirm which I did. So everyone attended and the restaurant was closed. I cannot understand how can the Fork confirm the booking without have confirmation from the restaurant. It is terrible. I will never ever book any venue using thefork and will make sure none of my friends do so.

The Fork. Fabulous way to dine out and can save heaps of money when they have special offers, which they have most of the time in selected restaurants. And you earn Yums with every booking that you can also use at selected restaurants for money off the meal.

A reliable app to find new restaurants. Whilst a bit short on offerings and a diminishing number of restaurants with offers, The Fork is still a reliable booking service and source of venues. Hopefully it will expand its offer over time

Doesn’t let me making a booking. Registered and tried to use the app for the first time, wouldn’t let me complete a booking. Just comes up with the error “It seems that we are victims of our own success! Please try again” and that’s quite frankly obnoxious when it pops up every time I attempt it after restarting the app multiple times.

“The place to be at”. Why would you bother going anywhere else when the service is exceptional and the staff are courteous, to top it all off the food is delicious to say the least, in short a great place to spend your time at, cheers John B.

Removing Yums. Am disappointed that all my credits (yums) have been removed, even though covid restrictions (and precautions) have made it very difficult to use them. This is not a good marketing decision.

Love this app!. I love the new and improved app. The old one was a bit clunky in areas and was not as interactive. The new app is visually more appealing and actually makes me want to use it more!

Alma. Sensational meal at Alma tonight . Service was spot on , food was amazing, every dish a taste sensation . Dessert was truely memorable and that’s coming from someone who never eats dessert . Well done to the restaurant team at Alma beats anything I’ve had in the city recently hands down .

What a gem!. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner. Have saved a heap of money while trying out a variety of restaurants we would not have gone to otherwise. Have shared with friends and hopefully they will also reap the rewards!

Wedding Anniversary. A fantastic way to finish a great day! Holiday Long weekend and few restaurants open on the Sunday of NRL Grand Final BUT Chiosco was open AND great food and TOP SERVICE…a special place for a special occasion ! Many Thanks Team!!

Great system - with a minor setback. The Fork app is great - very very easy to find restaurants with free tables at short notice in a strange city. Great discount incentive system. Only issue is that on an iPhone (latest model) the app sometimes gets into a state where only some of the buttons work - for example (but not the only example) you can swipe through the photos left and right, but the ‘see all photos’ button stops working sometimes, also the ‘back’ button. Fix this and it’ll be perfect.

Misleading information. I downloaded the app after I saw the advertising in Facebook that they are having 5 weeks festival. It said you will receive 50% off the bill when make a booking through the app. Then, I go ahead and made a booking in Din Tai Fung. After all, I end up to pay the full bill as the restaurant said it only offer for the 1st 40 customers. There is no where in the app mentions this term and condition. This is disappointed.

App could be better. The app has right concept an easy to use... but one thing wrong with it... you can’t simply amend your booking...!! You have to cancel and rebook.. Like seriously how hard is it to have feature that allows you to review your booking, amend or cancel... Otherwise this app has so much untapped potential

Won’t work in Australia. This app no longer works in Australia. I don’t have access to any of my personal information, it just keeps coming up with a error. Don’t bother until they update it again to fix the error. Best to phone the restaurant if you do book through the app as some restaurants are fully booked but the app does not recognise that in Australia.

Fab night with friends. Great place to meet up with friends. 11 at our table and we we’re easily accommodated. Great menu and staff.

Good app, need improvement.. This app helps me so much to find discounted restaurant, I’m very thankful. But lately the app works very strange. I went to my reservation but the app recognise it as if im not make it to the restaurant. I made a review but it did not appear on My Review page.

Very poor. Latest update is not good at all, it’s lost all my previous bookings and favorites plus it brings up restaurants that are not close to my “nearby” at all!

Wonderful 10/10. I booked a table in the private part on the veranda for our 35th wedding anniversary and to our surprise, Miami had set up a bunch of balloons floating above our table with a decorative weight on the table holding them. There was also a beautiful decanter of ice cold water with lemon and lime slices. Our food was fantastic and the service was friendly and fast. Thanks guys we loved it!

Login not working since recent update. The recent update to this app in November 2019 has made this app unusable in Australia. The lack of response or communication from developers for the issues with this app is extremely disappointing. Acknowledging the problems would be a great start, proposing and eta for fix would be useful too while a fix is being developed. Unfortunately the login issue has impacted both the app and my access to the website too where I am continually asked to create a password but am unable to do so via the email link.

Love the convenience. Very convenient booking and love that you can see restaurants you haven’t been to or heard of. My only bugbear is that I have never been able to use yums and they have either expired or disappeared over time. Either don’t offer or make it simpler and clearer to redeem.

Home from home. We love coming up here, used to come here in the days when it was Halls Head Tavern, the atmosphere has not changed, not posh, family friendly and comfortable seating, food is homely and pensioner meals are great, as is service.

Fantastic app. Easy to use, great booking system, only downside is getting restaurants across it fully when paying for the bill, but that’s not the Forks fault.

Love this app. Fantastic- especially when you just have moved to the city. Location services is great and the follow up with text and email also good! East to use, maybe more choices of restaurants would be great!

Review requirement. The app sent you a review requirement each time you use it to book a restaurant. It makes it mandatory to write 120-word review of your experience at the restaurant as well as another 120-word of suggestions for the app. It becomes a nuisance when you just want to leave a rating for the restaurant but the app won’t allow you to submit until you complete two essays.

Incredible food, flavour sensation.. So blown away…we went three weekends in a row to try different dishes. A gorgeous young lady from Poland asks to understand your tastes prior to making your cocktails. Best cocktails I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many here and overseas. Service is second to none. Fabulous staff. Great vibe. Lovely on point music, ambiance is magic. The cuisine… wow!! It’s outstanding! Thank you HOM YAKI 🙌

Booking time changed?. So I received an email stating that my booking has been changed to to day later at 5:15AM? Is this a glitch? However I did receive the correct confirmation email from the restaurant I booked via this app. I also can’t log on after downloading the new app. After entering my password, and error fallback message constantly pops up. This new app needs a reboot.

Caution. Booked lunch at a winery. Arrived at winery at the specified time and the time confirmed via email by fork to be told…we have no booking for you? Luckily they had a table for two as it was a long drive to get there. Not sure where the issue arose but clearly the restaurant had not received the booking?

Discount not applied. Booked a table for 4 at Shiraz Iranian restaurant for 6:30pm on 22 Aug with a 30% discount. When we went to the restaurant and went to pay for our meals, we were told that we have a booking but without a discount?? I’m certain I selected a time with a 30% discount and do not understand the mix up. The strange thing also is that my wife initially made the booking for 6:00pm and cancelled it be cause we wanted a 6:30pm. My wife also made that booking with 30% discount but the restaurant also said that her booking which was cancelled was also without a discount???? Something fishy is going on!

Good but system error. When I need to book for the number of guests, number 3 to 7 is missing. I had to put 2 guest then I message the restaurant that it’s actually for 4 persons for dinner.

Best Restaurant Booking App!. Love using TheFork - it’s so easy with everything instantly confirmed. The best part, is we can often book restaurants with 50% off. 10/10 would recommend.

YUM POINTS. It’s great that we can earn YUM points by booking through the The Fork. We have previously used our points for many enjoyable meals however there are soo few places offered now, we struggle to find a place to use them so question whether it’s worth booking through this way maybe we should book direct with the restaurant and save them the cost of The Fork.

Website not user friendly and provides very less offers. Website is not user friendly and does not provide enough offers or promotions... like some other website such as eatclub for example.

If this is the only way to book I’m changing restaurants. Catching up with friends and this was apparently the only way to book. Clunky and hard to use. No option to change my booking only to cancel and rebook. Too many email notifications that were irrelevant. Then get an email that my booking was cancelled. Click on the ‘I did not cancel’ button and it takes me to the internet with a note ‘oops you already confirmed you attended this booking’ So - I do NOT recommend this app and I will delete. If it is the only option going forward when I want to attend a particular venue then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Top app for restaurant reservations. Easy to search and view your options. Would be better if all had the menu embedded for better customer experience.

Full of suggestions.. You know when there’s a group of people and no one knows where to go. Let The Fork help.

Finally a Spanish Restaurant close by!. We came across this restaurant on an app and we are so happy we found it! Already been twice and it’s our new favourite place. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the restaurant itself is very traditional and provides an authentic Spanish feel and the food is on point! Can not fault this place at all and we will return again and again!!

Comptoir Des Fables. What a gem ,first time using the app . Great staff, we weren’t an easy table,guests late, catching up, the wait staff were respectful and forgiving. The food was beautiful and presented elegantly. If I’m ever back in Paris would come back and will recommend to any friends visiting

Good application to find good place to eat. Very good and convenient to help us to travel and find somewhere to eat. Never go wrong of nice restaurant and always happy to make every decision to dine and drink from the Fork.

Spicy and Nice. Went to this restaurant on the 30 August for my birthday and my husbands. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Navigating. Too difficult to back track to simply change number of people in booking. Couldn’t simply type name of restaurant to book (name known already) Have used the app for three years and accrued MANY points towards $$$ off but can NEVER find how to redeem them. Why is this so difficult?

New update very poor. I’m a frequent user of this app for years but this latest upgrade for November 2019 in Australia is a very poor user experience. The search function is considerably more difficult to find restaurants. I have looked on restaurant website and found it quicker. Restaurants that are fully booked don’t have any message, just looks like app not working. I’m sure in Perth there are a lot more restaurants that used to be on this app that I now can’t find. My first choice now is to look on opentable or the restaurant website, this is the last resort, whereas it was always my first. You need to fix it quick. Also getting confirmations on the app of places I visited yesterday to say “your next booking is confirmed for yesterday”, and wrong time zones . Plus filtering searches by distance shows results in random distance order.

Great App. I don't write too many reviews but I'm moved to do so with this app. While many restaurants have yet to sign up, the ease with which o e can choose and book reservations is remarkable. Keep up the good work!

Fix the date. Seems they update the app to "fix bugs" but still can't get the date to function properly as previously noted 8 months ago. Useless without it.

Amazing Restaurant Il Vivaldi.. Had very recently a delicious lunch at Vivaldi with family and friends. It was an amazing experience. Excellent food and the atmosphere is fantastic. The waiters are very professional and very friendly. Overall, we all had good time and great food with lots of choices. Great selection of drinks and wines. Thank you Chef Amandio and also assistente to the chef, Bernardo. Will go back vey, very Soon.

Calendar. Nice app, but the calendar doesn't work in the current version. The days of the month appear on the wrong days of the week. It's one day off on the current month (June, 2012), but it seems to shift another day off for each month in the future. Who knows if your reservations would be made on the right day?

Problem with discounts shown on the app. Beware when you book a reservation that shows a 20, 30, 40 or 50% discount. If the confirmation you get back doesn’t show the discount on it, then you won’t get it. Some restaurants, like ‘Le 51’ in Paris, advertise a discount, but then when you book a table, they can reject the discount when they send your confirmation and you are none the wiser and won’t get it. I tried to get customer service to help and they said yes, you have to get the correct confirmation from the restaurant, so beware!

Hader. Nice App, Idea is great but still missing a lot of restaurants, I guess it's a matter of time until it gets completed.

Getting email notifications in Italian. Frustrating that fork is sending us notifications in Italian for some reason

Handy app for dinner booking. This is a must have app while travelling!!! There are restaurants reviews and locations all displayed in one app. Very easy to book a table.

Makes dining easy. This is the most straightforward interface for booking restaurant reservations. Great for travelling to different countries.

Amazing dinner at Jungbluth. I found this resto on The Fork and took a dear business guest on my first night ever in Berlin. We both had the chef’s choice three course with paired wine: each course was deliciously unique from any meal before and the wine pairing was perfect!! Excellent meal and there’s a private room in the back for larger groups. Highly recommend!!

Simple and accurate app. Easy to use, and love the offers. And nice that it links to tripadvisor. Plus, great reminder emails when you can’t quite remember where you reserved your next meal after a few glasses of wine! (PS: We need this service in Canada.)

Too big. 73 MB for this app? What are you embedding there, 55 megs of trained neural networks? Oh yeah and by the way, while I was waiting for it to get downloaded I called the restaurant of interest and reserved a table.

Wow really?. A reservation app where the calendar dates are wrong. Trying to make a reservation for tonight but it would seem the 1st is a Thursday not a Saturday. Way to go!

Solid Europe must have. Wider selection of restaurants in Europe than open table. Not as useful as OT in North America but needed in Europe.

Our dining experience. My husband and I had dinner for the first time at this beautiful and cozy restaurant, we were not disappointed at all…we had a friendly service and the food was great!! We’ll be back again for sure.

Does not work. App does not work. Great idea but I cannot get past the selection of number of guests!!

Limited. Gods idea , but limited options. I'm a vegan and no way to find vegan restaurants with the app. You can't even search with it . Only option you have is to put a check mark next to the type of the cuisine, the restaurant location and setting preferences . Erasing it.

Great app. App is very well designed. The quality of reviews on trip advisor / fork is still lacking relative to open table and others for higher end restaurants. A lot of potential, think this will be the go to app for most people at some point in the future.

Not good. Says there are no tables - yet when you call the restaurant they can happily fit you in. Sounds suspiciously like directing custom to specific places to me - or maybe just a poor app.

Excellent Meal. While not a Michelin rated restaurant, it should be in my opinion. We had an excellent dining experience.

Nice design, inferior compared to previous app. Before being the fork, the company “Restorando” used its own app. After the change, many restaurants are lost, and in the search engine, the name has to be exact or results would not be thrown. Never had this issue with Restorando.

Nice app for traveling and dining. The Fork is easy to use, helps you find good places, helps you pay with a tap or two. I’m liking it.

Dear LaFourchette. Absolutely terrible. You cancelled the wrong reservations. When I informed you of the problem I was told to remake them myself when you should have done so. I specifically named the reservations to cancel and you went ahead without my authority and cancelled two entirely different reservations. I am really upset.

I made about 10+ reservations on my recent trip in Paris and Italy, and more than 50% of the restaurants ended up cancelling on me, many last minutes. Do not trust this app and call the restaurants instead to confirm whether theFork’s “confirmation” is real or not!

Number of guests. The Fork made my reservation for 2 without giving me a choice to change it.

Love the Fork. Great restaurants and great marketing tactics. I like the percentage off and not paying ahead with cancellation flexible. It’s a great business model!

Sir. We have used the fork several times and have yet to get a discount on the bill!!! So don’t advertise a discount because restaurants are not giving it.

Impossible to understand. After I download the app, the first two swaps are written in English and the last one its on a Language I don't even recognize, there's no way I can understand what I'm reading and there's no guide on how to change language besides the website telling me to click on a flag at the bottom. What flag? Bottom where?

Reservation at a closed restaurant. Made a reservation for an Indian restaurant (India house) in Mallorca, Spain. Came to find out upon walking up to it that it was closed. Went to the restaurant next to it and asked and they said India House is closed on Wednesdays!? How were we able to make a reservation with the fork? Seems pointless to use this app…

Password retrieval not great. I asked for new password and typed it in multiple times and didn’t work. So I’ll do it again and hope for the best. Nice way to make reservations.

A wonderful night, great food, romantic. Our dinner at Zinbar was fantastic. Amazing flavors, dishes we had never tried before. Very chic restaurant with cool music playing and superb service. A really special dinner for our first night in lovely Barcelona! Thank you.

Doesn’t work anymore. This was a great app several years ago but seems it no longer work. I used it to book all my great spots in Paris, but alas something seems to have gone wrong.

Payments not so smooth. First time using this and the restaurant wasn’t recovering the payment confirmation. Almost had to pay separately which would have ended up in a double payment.

Better than Open Table. This is fantastic for finding the exact restaurant you want in Paris. Great filtering process.

Complete scam. This app is a complete scam! I made and honored 5 different reservations and eventually reached 2000 yums, but the day which my account was credited, I got an email saying my account was suspended for breaking the TOS. I emailed back 3x asking HOW I broke the TOS with no reply. Essentially I was cheated out of $50 credit after patronizing the app and it’s merchants for several weeks. Truly criminal sales tactics.

Great App. Very easy to use. It won’t let you accidentally double book yourself. Everyone wins. I have used this app several times with no trouble.

Very useful in Europe. I’m an avid OpenTable app user in US. When I travel outside of US, I use Michelin Guide to select restaurants. This app is integrated into Michelin Guide and very useful. I had positive experience.

Change booking option needed. This is a decent app but you should be able to adjust a booking without automatically having to cancel it.

Bad reviews are hidden. I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant booked through this app and my review for some reason does not show up in the restaurant profile... checking out other restaurants all of them have only top reviews and no bad reviews are to be found? Unlikely. This app does not publish bad reviews, it’s rigged.

Need to improve. Two issues: reservation wasn’t received by the restaurant and variety of restaurants available via this app limited

Great app! But room for improvement. I really like this app! I love the deals, that my reservation is always listed when I show up, and the app’s interface. The only problem is that the ratings are inflated and usually my favorite restaurants aren’t included :(

Easy and fuss free. Easy to find and book all the fancy restaurants. Don’t need to fill in bunch of details . Everything under one app. Excellent!

Not trustworthy. First, when you book with this app the restaurants give you a different menu with a markup, so you are paying dinner prices for lunch menu. Second, they themselves decide to convert your bounces to gift cards and you loose 50% of your bonus ( you get €25 instead of €50 earned). This is done without your approval. Third, reservations are unreliable and often the restaurant can’t find it. Do not use it!

Disappointed with dinner. Service was very slow. Salad was good, potatoes were good, porterhouse steak was tough and full of gristle and fat. Maybe other cuts of beef are better but I doubt it.

Do not download. Horrible app.. Does not let you manage your reservations without going clinically insane. Horrible experience. Cancelling and trying to set a new reservation almost had me throw my phone out the window. Good idea bit really bad app

Le 46. Excellent restaurant! They know their wines! Their food is exceptional! We asked for a recommendation on a local red wine. It was fabulous! We had duck that melted in your mouth! We tried 8 cheeses. That were explained! What a hidden gem!

Delicious French cuisine. The food and service were excellent as was the carafe of wine we selected. The ambience and decor was very nice too. I will definitely return.

User friendly. It’s not a user friendly App It doesn’t tell you what it is wrong when there’s no a reservation confirmation

Just junk- reviews cannot be real. Can’t even make an account- not that I wanted to but that I’ve been forced to. So can’t reserve that restaurant with 100 meters away. Tried several times to make an account and it keep telling me to create an account anyway. Also added itself to Safari as an extension, then forced me to open the app regardless. Wants landscape mode- on a tablet even when I have it locked in portrait mode. Google login integration doesn’t show the keyboard so can’t use that either. Just dreck of the worst sort.

Beware the discount scam. App works good to secure reservations and tempts you with promotional discounts for food at various locations. However, the discounts never show up on the bill and it’s not apparent why or how to claim. Be prepared to pay the full price.

Impossible to contact. This app has been sending me emails in Portuguese, which I neither speak nor write, for at least a year now. The options for direct contact to change this don’t seem to work or produce results. This is an impossible company to work with if you have a problem with their product.

Functionalities and scope. I used to have more options in Restorando and the functionalities were better!

Amazing Drinks and Sushi. The best sushi hands down! Wonderful staff and great cocktails to start off the evening. Highly recommended

Don’t use this app. I’ve been looking to make reservations near where I am staying with no luck. The app changes the name of the restaurant every time. It was more effective to walk in and make the reservation in person. This was very frustrating.

Canceled Reservations. Under my bookings the cancelled reservations continue to show up and do t ever go away. You have to scroll down through a mixture of confirmation and cancellations. There should be a section for current and past reservations as well as cancellations. It’s a mess as it stands.
