Enjoyable. This app worked great for bringing meditation along with you on a walk. The guide does not tell you to "stop walking" as the other review mentioned. Each meditation begins with you standing still and coming back to breath. The voice is a little too whispery and breathy, but it is expected on guided meditation apps. I really enjoyed this app!
Not worth it.. Breath and look at things around you. Not a very good meditation.
Excellent. Very good basic mindfulness exercises.
Relaxing and good for walking. She has a soothing voice that's easy to meditate with. Nice work
Terrible. I started to listen and the voice was so terrible and annoying that I couldn't even get through the first minute. Don't bother with this one folks. That's $2 I'll never get back!
Effective for me. Narrator sounds like she has taken a great deal of Valium. However the information she imparts, and the guided meditation are really quite effective. Also, this is the only walking meditation app out there. For that reason it is quite good. The "price" is also quite good.
Not worth it. No controls. She just keeps saying the same thing over and over. The "enliven body" and "enliven senses" meditation are not much different than the "fully present" meditation. I thought they would be more specific to the titles, but there's just a few words during them that have anything to do with the subject of the meditation. The most annoying thing is the very long pauses throughout the whole recording. It's not very relaxing to have to stop walking and/or meditating to see if I hit pause accidentally or caused it to stop playing in some way. However, I will say that I've enjoyed the Relax and Rest app they have. You can change the music and control the music and voice volume, among other controls. I just think this walking one was not well thought out.
Just what I was looking for. This app gave me exactly what I needed as I began a program of meditation & exercise.
Used this while walking my dogs. I began using this during the pandemic when I walked my dogs. It is still one of the best to use

Terrible app. It only has three meditations which should be disclosed and they are virtually the same thing. Rip off for even 2 dollars
Walking. Nice app. Soothing voice. I have long trails in a forest to walk through and this is the perfect app to take along. Glad I found it. *Reading through some of the comments I realized there are a bunch of critical people out there that probably won’t find happiness or contentment in any app. Not every app in the app store will work for everybody. This one works for me.
Great. So far I only did the first meditation but I really liked it. Felt really alive after. Worth every penny.
Not worth the money. There are no controls in this app it's just a recording of irritating lady voice and no options to change.
Body movement and zen space. I really like this simple app for a walking meditation. It keeps me focused on being present. I’ve recently started using it for bike riding as well. Rather than the monkey mind I have a half an hour listening to a soothing voice gently reminding me to focus inward but still able to experience the senses without labeling. My workdays are definitely more balanced when I use this app.
Waste. The first thing the annoying voice told me to do was "stop walking". Why would I want to stop walking during the "walking meditation"? Don't waste your dollar

Would rate it no stars. Narrator's voice is the worst. It's all the same terrible.
Love it. Soothing peaceful voice. Length of the three meditations offers flexibility (16, 17, 18 min). Can do one once or same one two or three times. Or you can combine the three in any way to do a 30 or 45 or full hour of walking. Very helpful in keeping my mind in the present and practicing awareness. Thanks for this app!
What I expected and wanted. For $0.99, I expected a calm voice that would help keep my thoughts where they belong during the meditation. As someone with no experience meditating, I thought this would be helpful, and it is. I can see that a more experienced person might not need it. I can also see that I'll soon be able to build in some breaks -- not listening to anything. But for now, and for me, this is great and absolutely worth the cost.
Maybe. Maybe for those that have never meditated. Very monotonous.. Not in a good way
So glad I found this. Meditation was very hard for me, but very needed due to trauma and severe stress. I tried other methods but would actually laugh when I heard phrases like "harness the Chakra" or "feel the positive energy as you breath in"- major eye roll not conducive for meditation. This girl tells ask you what you see, hear, feel and 15 minutes later, huge weight off shoulders and a better outlook on getting through life's major struggles.
Different and really cool. I really like this app because normally, I hate walking because I find it really boring. This app makes it a mental challenge that I enjoy, so I actually look forward to walking now, plus there's the added benefit that I'm training my mind. This is a really cool idea because I haven't seen any other apps like it. It would be cool if they had more than three meditations, but still a great app.
Great meditation. Each walking meditation guides me to be present. I find the guide's voice to be just right for this kind of exercise.
Effective. Great way to relax as I go through my day.
Diary Malfunction. I enjoy the meditations however, my diary function does not work. It doesn't save anything I write. Please fix that. I enjoy writing my thoughts after meditation, and I like the idea of having an "in app" diary.
Very relaxing :). When I found this app, I saw that there were only 2 ratings, and the average amount of stars was 0. I decided to try out the app without knowing if it was good or not. Well I'll tell you, it was a good find! Highly relaxing, improves my awareness, spiritual presence, senses and one of my most used apps! I use it in the morning before any body has gone out to drive or mow their lawns or walk their dogs and it really improves my day. Love it! If you are looking for a creative alternative to sitting meditation, this is the app for you.
Wonderful App. I use this app a lot when walking from place to place. It's a great tool to clear my mind as well as see the world in an entirely new way.
Wasn't Sure About This But.... I really enjoy using this. I got the bundle of apps and use the guided meditation, walking meditation and the sleep apps. I never thought I could walk without music much less meditate but I am doing both and love it. It's part of my everyday ritual now.
not great. I agree about the valium. It took some getting used to the narrators voice,she sounds ill. And there is a much better walking meditation by Belleruth Naparstek. I am just looking for something new for a change. Even though it's only $.99, had I been able to listen to a sample I don't think I would have bought it. I'll keep looking.
Great app. Someone said she repeats the same thing: yup that’s how the meditation works. This is the best I’ve found for walking meditation which for me,after many years of meditation, is still the hardest. Great app

Annoying voice!. I love meditating and love walking. This app should be a match made in heaven for me. But alas, within the first 10 seconds of commencing it, my natural calmness was stripped from me and replaced with fierce rage at the sound of the woman's voice! It's like a joke. This is the voice I would adopt if playing a patronising therapist in a comedy movie. The strong American accent and the pathetic tone made me mindful of wanting to start punching faces.
Simple and just right. It's so simple to use and makes me feel like walking! It's very meditative stops the monkey chatter. I come back floating!
Great for reducing anxiety. If you like the other meditation apps from this company such as Simply Being, then you're bound to like this. It's the same lady speaking, whose voice I find very soothing. Walking is great for reducing anxiety on its own, but pairing with meditation is even better. It really helps me to get out of my head and stop ruminating.
Review. It's ok. It actually makes me appreciate what I'm seeing/experiencing on my walk and stops me thinking about other things. There is a work app that's free also quite good.
Very good. Didn't think you could meditate whilst walking, but this works surprisingly well. Have used it several times and thoroughly enjoyed it. I agree, perhaps they should look at providing more than one voice choice, just like on a TomTom to make it a bit more flexible. But the concept is very good.Highly recommended.
Walking meditation. It costs you a $1:00 and don't get anything so don't buy no wonder there are no reviews I have to rate 1 star but it should be 0
A new world of walking. Personally I find the voice calming and beautifully effective. I'd describe it as being a voice of guidance rather than intrusion. (Of late I have downloaded several mediation apps and to me this voice is soothing and I wouldn't change a thing despite not being from North America) As to the experience of meditating while walking, this app turns walking into an experience. It is just wonderful on many levels. My only concern is other walkers may think that the person coming towards them is from another planet given the depth of feeling and altered state I feel. Ideal. I was told that walking meditation was harder. Not so with this app. The voice is perfect for refocusing me when I drift.
Surprised !. I always thought that I enjoyed walking, but I was surprised to find myself enjoying it more while being guided by this app. The emphasis was less on the exercise aspect and more on the experiential part. Being in the moment made the walk stimulating and rewarding.
